High expectations but just so so!

By Brad N |

We limited our selection to the Pasta Rags, Roasted butterflied prawns, and crispy fried potatoes. The atmosphere and service was very good. The pasta rags was just a run of the mill pasta dish. The prawns were pretty good but over priced for just 4 prawns. The crispy fried potatoes were jut that .... crispy fried potatoes and not sure why the reviews on the potatoes were so good. Head to head on these 3 dishes I could do better in my own home.

We always go when we are in Vegas and so should you!

This was our third or fourth visit to Amalfi and again it did not disappoint. The service is impeccable and there is an excellent wine list. The food is absolutely fantastic. Don't forget to order the focaccia which is not on the menu. We always get the fresh fish and it's a lot of fun choosing it with the fishmonger in house. Calabrian chili pesto and the lemon caper sauces are amazing. Two sides are the crispy potatoes and string beans. Marquee appetizers are the squash blossoms, prawns, and meatballs. The Amalfi chopped salad is also super. We had the peach crostini for dessert. It was sublime with homemade vanilla gelato.

Excellent food and ambiance

By RK Zachary |

We had a nice meal here. My wife and I shared a chicken parmigiana entree and a chopped salad. The quality was great and enough food for the two of us. We did not have a reservation, so we went to the bar and were lucky to find two chairs with a good view of the TV. Watched The last period of Panthers-Leafs and struck up a conversation with a gentleman visiting from California. I have a feeling you need to book in advance most days if you want a table.

yummy

We loved this restaurant. The fish was great, pasta and appetizers too. And it is quite cute inside. I would definitely recommend

A Winner in Vegas!

By vimatravel |

Having the experience of dozens of High end restaurants in Las Vegas , Amalfi was very good. Bobby Flay has made a wonderful foray into Italian cuisine. All preparations were well executed, flavorful and delicious. Excellent seafood , pasta and traditional parmigiana. The best pistachio gelato this side of the Atlantic. If your in town I highly recommend Amalfi.

New to hotel, worth the visit

By CliveWatkins |

This is a very nice experience, inside Caesar palace , and a great escape from the noice of the casino. It’s a seafood forward restaurant but offers an excellent ribeye that at 24oz is great for table sharing. Also pasta dishes are present, but essentially the fish dishes are the star. Your able to order by size and how you want them finished. Not cheap, but very good, and it seems like ordering a variety of foods to share is a great way to sample the goods here. Good wine list, friendly service.

Great fresh fish !

By CVTravelers |

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner here. The atmosphere is lively and bright but appropriate for a nice dinner - - not too fancy or in any way pretentious. Our server suggested we share a starter, pasta and a whole fish. I viewed the whole fish options and selected a red snapper. We split a mozzarella starter, the pasta rags and then the fileted snapper with chile pesto. We both thought the food was very well prepared and tasty. I enjoy fish and the snapper was real treat for me - - very fresh and cooked perfectly. We split a sundae for dessert and for us it was the right amount of food. If you enjoy larger portions for dinner, you might want to not split courses with your table as the portions are not large. The dinner was expensive but we knew that from the start and both felt the quality of the meal justified the price. We would recommend if you enjoy fresh fish.

wanted to love it, but, alas not good

By JohnG-travel |

Service was good. Food was disappointing. Salad was best thing we had. Drinks were nothing special. All other dinner items were just so so, meanwhile prices were very high. We loved Mesa Grill and were so excited to finally eat here and it was a total disappointment. We will not be back.

Birthday Celebration

By Curious39408453828 |

I took my wife for dinner for celebration of her birthday. The staff and waiter acknoldged my wife's birthday. Desert came with a candle lighted. To my surprice, I was charged for desert and got a free misarble candle

Photos added. Excellent Prix Fixe Menu

By NitroDog |

My wife and I made a 8:30pm reservation and were seated immediately. We both ordered off the Prix Fixe Menu and shared everything. It started with the chopped salad and fresh mozzarella appetizer. Next came a 10 oz. Filet Mignon (YUM) and Branzino. Our sides were the Mushroom Polenta and Charred Long Beans. For dessert we had the Chocolate Budino and Bobby's Pistachio Sundae (YUM). The service was excellent. This is a great restaurant to visit for special occasions. I added many photos.

Bobby Flay does it again!

By deliabward |

The food was superb and service amazing! My Husband and I love Bobby Flay so we had high expectations!! We ate previously at Mesa Grill and the food and service was amazing. This restaurant will not disappoint with fantastic flavours and wonderful ambiance.

Absolutely horrible restaurant experience

By michaelJ |

We have dined at many restaurants around the world and I have to say that this restaurant sits at or very near the bottom of that list. The hostess that greeted us was tired or bored and made no effort to make us welcome. The serving staff was similarly disinclined to make this an experience to enjoy. The food was high priced and did not come close to meeting the description on the menu. When all is said and done I would recommend saving the $300/couple cost of dining here and make plans to go somewhere else. Honestly only in Vegas….

Fantastic Dining Experience

By M M |

The restaurant was booked so we sat at the bar for a quick dinner. Chad the bartender who served us was very friendly and gave superb service. The bread (which is not free) was amazing, I ordered the Scialatielli which was AMAZING as well. I only wish the serving size was a little bigger. For dessert we ordered the Tiramisu. It's a bit pricy for the serving size once again, but other than that it was absolutely heavenly!

The best of Caesar’s. No doubt!

By JaybirdAndBiscuits |

We were a bit disappointed with Caesars this trip but Amalfi was the exception. What a dinner! Luckily we got Saturday night reservations the day before because it was packed. The service was absolutely top notch. Probably one of our best dining experiences ever. Cannot say enough about the staff. We had a gluten allergy in the group and not only did they explain every dish that they could make, they told us the kitchen had been orewarned and was fully ready to prep safely. The nicest response you could ever hear in this situation ever. Try the pasta it was amazing. Fish looked great, we are saving that for next time.

Outstanding!

By kmthomas0714 |

We absolutely loved our visit to Amalfi. Being huge fans of Bobby Flay, we had high expectations and our dinner and experience did not disappoint. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and knowledgeable when I requested gluten free items (at an Italian restaurant!) . My meal was able to be modified very easily. My husband said it was the best chicken parmigiana he has ever had. The slight crunch of the breading was unique and delicious, and the sauce was excellent. We were too full for dessert, but I will return to to sample the pistachio gelato sundae. I didn’t think it was possible to make pistachio gelato (the best flavor on my opinion!), but my guess is Bobby found a way! The atmosphere was relaxed but elegant, with soft lighting. It was a perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary. Looking forward to returning to this wonderful restaurant.

Lost its magic

By Susanna M |

Food excellent. BUT two times dining here for business and service was not that great. First night staff was decent but on the Second night - I felt like they could not care less. what bothered me more was I was here celebrating a client’s bday and hoped it would be special. Alas - left us hanging quite a bit. To add - staff at check in mostly rude on both instances. Really seemed not to care about anyone even when they told us our table would be 20 min late on the first night ( April 15) as much as i loved the food - not sure we want to return as for the costs i would expect a more courteous staff and plenty of restaurants in Vegas that show that level of service

Now I understand why nobody beats Bobby Flay!

By Denise M |

Our good friends were celebrating her and my 60th birthdays with a trip to Vegas, While at Caesar's, we walked past Bobby Flay's Amalfi and a sign with their menu, featuring a lemon pasta dish that caught our attention. Having been to the Amalfi Coast multiple times, we decided to make a reservation. We were seated across from the kitchen, no problem, it wasn't as crowded back there. Much to our dismay, the lemon pasta dish wasn't on the menu? Our server explained, while pointing to the kitchen, that Bobby had just changed the menu... and he was literally RIGHT THERE, supervising the menu changes that evening. Lucky me had the best seat in the house, watching this masterful chef at work! My celebratory Cosmopolitan was spot-on. We started with Butternut Squash Arancini (delicious), Blue Crab & Eggplant Meatballs in fra diavolo vodka sauce (odd combination, but the most amazing meatballs I've ever tasted) and Crunchy Brussel Sprouts & Pear Salad w/pomegranate vinaigrette (extremely tasty). As the Primi course, I enjoyed a fabulous Squid Ink Fettucine w/lobster, shrimp, squid, fra diavolo and my husband loved his flavorful ragu dish called Pasta "Rags" all'arrabbiata, w/Calabrian chile bufala mozzarella. Our friends chose a fresh Branzino (from the fish monger on site) prepared with Meyer Lemon & Capers. We tasted each other's dishes, and I have to admit, this plain looking fish was incredibly succulent! The portions were just right... we did not feel stuffed and left enough room for dessert. Wow, was I glad we sampled 4 and shared them all: Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cake w/nicciola gelato, Caramel Espresso Tiramisu w/mascarpone creme, Lemon, Lemon, Lemon cake and finally, Bobby's Pistachio Gelato Sundae w/dark chocolate sauce, Amarena cherries, vanilla crema, & pistachio crunch. SUPERB!!! I couldn't even choose a favorite, they all melted in your mouth. Heavenly! I'm not a fan of Tiramisu, but this was highly recommended by our experienced, professional server. It did not disappoint. Overall, this fine dining experience was one of the best meals I've ever had. The service was impeccable! We asked for the manager and highly praised the people attending us. What an experience! If you can't get to the Amalfi Coast, this was the next best thing. Bravo, Bobby Flay, now I understand how nobody can beat you!

It pains me to give this review

By txump |

I have to be honest. We really, really wanted to like Amalfi. We have been to several Bobby Flay restaurants over the years. Every time we ate at a Bobby Flay restaurant it was next-level, out-of-this-world good. We joked at Mesa grill that we wanted to cry when it was over because we were enjoying it so much in the moment. Amalfi, however, is just ok at best. We started with the shellfish Fritto Misto and Crispy Squash blossoms. The squash blossoms were really good! The Fritto misto, however, was fishy and came with a teaspoon of aioli/pesto that was enough to cover maybe one of the calamari rings. We moved on to the Primi course and selected Squid Ink Fettucine and Crushed Pea Agnolotti. Again, one out of two was good and that was the Crushed pea agnolotti. The squid ink fettucine was a lobster, shrimp, squid, fra diavalo that wasn't on par with a place of this price-point. Down the street, Spago has a very similar dish that will give you goosebumps. Finally, we got black bass at the behest of our waiter. We didn't know two tiny pieces of fish were going to be $112 but they were. I mean tiny and thin. The waiter gave us two of the sauces to try. We enjoyed the Calabrian Chile pesto more than the salsa verde but both were meh. This was our 20th anniversary dinner. We literally flew to Las Vegas solely to eat at Bobby Flay's Amalfi for the occasion. We are fans, but truth is truth. Some work needs to be done here to the food. Our waiter was amazing for 3/4ths of our meal. So knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Then, he was assigned a large table near us and literally disappeared. We had a hard time getting the check to leave. Debated between 2 and 3 stars and went with 2 after the $112 surprise on the check.

Not disappointed at Bobby Flays at Ceasars

An excellent experience, portion are on the smaller scale but exceptional. Order oasta it was to die for, and for desert i ordered the crostata, yummm..

WAITRESS STOLE MY MONEY

By Jessica S |

Our group of friends ate at Amalfi on November 15, 2025. We asked the waitress to split the bill. She said that she could not do that but she could run all of our cards. Our friends cards were run for their amount, but my card was run for the full amount of the bill. This had to have happened after we left, because my receipt showed the amount I should have paid. They stole my money, and this place is not cheap.

Nothing comes with your meal

By Lawtraveler084 |

Good food. Had the chicken Parmesan. For some reason this restaurant can’t provide pasta or bread with your meal. For a supposedly exclusive restaurant, they went on the cheap. Didn’t care for that approach.

I Didn’t Want To Enjoy It, But Did

By John T |

Ok, the wife picked this one, I am not a fan of flay, inside was hoping it would be bad. Unfortunately it wasn’t, it was near perfection. Great atmosphere. Great service. And the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. Without a doubt the best arancini balls that we have ever had! We felt a very reasonable price, for the experience. I said “almost perfection” and here is our only complaint, the washrooms are very small and actually located “outside” the restaurant, down a hallway. Apparently they are shared with the restaurant next door AND the hallway leads out to a main casino hallway. So not just patrons of Amalfi use them. There were 2 kids inside, at the same time as myself, I saw their parents waiting out in the hallway for them. The washrooms themselves and the location does not fit in with anything about the experience. I’d definitely go back.

Don't go

By Heidi M |

We ordered 6 oysters that were ok but we ordered the Steak and Lobster dinner. $150 and the lobster was about 2", the steak was ok, No salad, I had to ask for butter for the lobster. We ended up spending over $200 for 6 oysters and 1 entree that we shared, and left about 1/3 of the steak on the plate. Very disappointed. We will never go back, the Vanderpump restaurant is far better and actually quite cheaper!

The Best

By Jamie W |

Could not have been more impressed. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful but not pretentious and stuffy. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for and what isn’t pricey in Vegas. Highlights: Ribeye- melt in your mouth Allergies- substitutions available and did not compromise taste Service- every single staff member was top notch. They even parked our stroller in the back instead of by the table or out in a public corridor.

NOT GOOD

By nolanzzz |

One of our friends loves Bobby Flay on the Food Network and was excited to give this place a try. Honestly, the only decent thing we got was the focaccia before our meal (which is not free, so be warned when they ask if you would like some bread). We ordered a couple apps (the charred octopus and the salmon carpaccio). Both were meh. Not seeing anything I was interested in on the VERY limited menu, I chose lobster cavatelli and my husband (who is not adventurous) chose the chicken parm. The other couple chose squid ink fettuccine and one of the fish selections (can’t remember which). We also ordered sides of green beans and roasted potatoes. After a very long wait, we got our meals. The green beans and potatoes were tasty (although the potatoes were close to burnt, they were crispy and good). My husband’s chicken came out lukewarm and the chicken was tough. My dish was ridiculous. The sauce was like something out of a jar of Classico sauce and the lobster was next to nonexistent. If you picture a bowl of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup, you know about the minuscule little cubes of “chicken” in the soup, right? That’s exactly how much “lobster” was in my dish, and the little pieces were cubes just like in the Campbells soup. The pasta was also overcooked. Yuck. Our friends were underwhelmed about their meals as well. I think we had the same waitress that several others mentioned. She was attentive and appeared helpful at the beginning when she was selling bread and wine. She disappeared during the long wait for our meal, and reappeared after we got our food, but only to hover over the newcomers’ tables, never coming back to inquire about our food. Save yourself some disappointment and a whole lot of cash, and skip this overrated, overpriced and just not good joint. Bobby Flay, you should be ashamed.

Perfect!

By Susan |

We were unable to make reservation but found a spot at bar on way to see show. What a perfect surprise! Our server, Jorge, was very attentive and helpful. We found the portion size to be exactly right and both of our dinners were delicious. Highly recommend.

So disappointing

By Baddog905 |

We picked Almalfi for our anniversary dinner. The service was good but the food... I can't believe I paid that for rubbish food We started with a salad, it was ok just a salad. My husband had the sea bass, it was ok just ok and very small portion. I had the shrimp in pasta. There was maybe 3 cut up shrimp in this small dish of pasta. No offer of cheese. For a Mediterranean restaurant no bread, olives For desert we shared a chocolate pudding they can call it something fancy but it was a simple chocolate pudding. Put me off 200 dollar plus dinners, we cancelled our reservations for other big name restaurants for the rest of the week. My 1 cocktail was 21 American...

Fine dining!

By NY Teacher |

Amalfi’s did not disappoint! Every dish that came to the table was excellent! We ordered squash blossoms, octopus, chopped salad, eggplant bolognese, black bass, crispy potatoes and grilled asparagus. Delicious and authentic to the Amalfi Coast! The lemon dessert was the perfect finish to our meal. The service was outstanding. The wine selection was a disappointment but it didn’t ruin the meal by any means! If you a diner of fine dining, you won’t be disappointed!

Five stars!

By MTKtravels |

We had an amazing experience at Amalfi. We enjoyed the conversation with the fish monger, Jess. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. James was our server and gave us impeccable service. This was easily a five star dinner from start to finish!

Great Italian food

By Mike H |

Excellent experience. Charred octopus was tender and flavorful. Prawns the same. Chicken parmigiana was one of the best we have had. Squid ink fettuccine was slightly bitter to begin with, maybe too much lemon but still great. Star was the accompanying side dishes, potatoes superb. Highly recommend

Carnival of tast

By Hideki G |

There is a reason why Bobby Flay wins over and over again on "Beat Booby Flay". Flavor through and through. Every bite tantalize yor taste buds. It is like a carnival in your mouth. Highly recommend the zucchini pasta.

Beat Bobby Flay?

By Ace88Ace |

We enjoy watching the TV show Beat Bobby Flay and have the impression that his food must be incredible in order to almost always win against other chefs. During our Vegas trip, we were able to dine at Amalfi for dinner and Brasserie B for Brunch (both comp so price was not a consideration). The food at both was good but, not at all great. The waitress at Amalfi was average at best. The waiter at Brasserie B was probably the best part of our experience there. It looks like we will have to continue to wonder why few are able to beat Bobby Flay.

Hit and Miss

By Liz B |

When in Las Vegas we go to the best restaurants on the strip. Amalfi was one of them. Hostess was not great. Had reservations arrived 10 minutes early, said I couldn't be seated. That was fine, we were early. Walked around a bit came back 3 minutes till reservations, was told by hostess my reservation was at 6:30, so still had to wait 3 minutes. I was irritated by her demeaner, stepped back and waited. A hostess that was seating guests saw me step back and asked the main hostess what was going on. She told her I was early she asked what time my reservation was for. She looked at the young lady and shook her head and motioned for me to follow her. We headed to the back of the restaurant where the fish on ice display is and there were 4 to 5 tables empty. I was very unhappy with the first impression, attitude and unnecessary wait. Service after that point was excellent. My son ordered the veal chop he said it was spot on. My husband ordered the squid ink pasta, the waitress said it is a small entree, and it was. I wasn't impressed. We had yet to go to Giada's. If you want a better experience, better portion size, and impeccable service from front to back of the house. Go to Giada's. The manager came to our table asked questions about our food, we mentioned we had gone to Amalfi and wasn't impressed. He smiled politely, we discussed Italian cooking and how Nona's don't serve small plates. Try Amalfi once, and try Giada's too, you will choose Giada's guaranteed.

The highlight of my trip was deFLAYed!

By Christine Matzura |

I only came to Vegas to eat at Almalfi. As my group of 12 gathered outside the restaurant, I took a quick walk around. At that moment, I knew I should cancel. The bathroom was builder's grade, no decor, and dirty. The restaurant was not at all how I imagined it. The ambiance, the fish display, the smell, it was all wrong. We proceeded to sit down. The server was less than accommodating. The price of the fish per pound was roughly 54.00 per/lb. Which would have been fine, however we had to order the WHOLE fish. 3 lbs. at least 162.00 per plate. At Miller & Lux yes. Here? no way. The small plates and pasta choices were bland, & boring. I wanted to LOVE this place. The entire experience was horrible. The only thing that was good, the wine & the mushroom risotto dish. I listened to everyone at the table criticize the restaurant and my choice the entire meal. Between the table, we ordered almost everything on the menu, except the fish. We will check this one off the list next visit to Vegas. Oh, and they only wanted us to pay with one check. Also, pathetic. Technology is easy & all we asked is for 3 checks of 4. Overall poor experience to say the least.

Great food. Much better than Giada

By Duke S |

We had a great dinner at Amalfi. This made up for our earlier disastrous meal at Giada. The food and atmosphere were great and I will return there on my next trip in April.

Disappointed

By Judy C |

We picked this place to eat because they offer my husband’s favorite beer, Menabrea. We arrived right at opening time and sat at the bar. I ordered a white wine and fillet, husband had New York. Waited over 40 mins for food and watch as others who came in after us were served. Now, maybe we made a mistake ordering steak in, clearly, a seafood centric environment. Bartender waiting on us could have cared less and never pushed kitchen to hurry. Said there was a kitchen issue. No apology, no manager, no free drink or bread as would be normal. Almost walked but food came. Cold, no seasoning and husband’s steak was nothing but grizzle. We asked for check after 2-3 bites (250.00$). We boxed leftovers and gave to a homeless man outside Caesar’s as we walked back to our beloved Bellagio (and told our homeless buddy sorry it wasn’t going to be good but he was grateful). We will never go there again.

Delicious Italian

By Karly C |

We were able to get in with just two without a reservation on a Monday early evening. The burrata, chopped salad, and zucchini spaghetti were exquisite, however, my husband said his steak was just okay. Definitely worth trying, but stick to their specialties.

Great Meal!

By TCK |

Great food and service. This was a repeat visit, and the food, service, and drinks were spot on. The Pistachio Sunday is a simple but very dood desert BTW.

My personal opinion of Amalfi by Bobby Flay

By Sheldon G |

My opinion of the following dishes were quite disappointing: Butternut squash appetizer and ink squid pasta dish… On the bright side the Whole Red Snapper was prepared beautifully and quite tasty.. We were impressed with the overall atmosphere and decor of this restaurant… The servers were both courteous and knowledgeable… In my opinion it was a nice experience but I would not go back! A

After the Concert

By Renato M |

The restaurant was packed, and we didn't have a reservation, so we sat at the bar counter. The service was excellent; the bartender/waiter was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a glass of Pinot, which I found too acidic for my taste, but we moved on to an octopus dish that was very nice. Then we had two pasta dishes and a tiramisu. Everything was delicious, and we really enjoyed our dinner. We would definitely return.

High quality and outstanding service at the Amalfi restaurant

By Moshe_I |

Located in the lobby of the fancy Caesers hotel, this is a high-quality top grade restaurant. This is not a budget restaurant but rather be prepared to spend some money on one of the best restaurant experiences.

Fantastic experience. Well worth the time and money

By Nooga37363 |

Everything about our meal was wonderful. The service was superb. Our meals were well prepared and were seasoned perfectly for our taste. Will for sure go back.

Divine pasta and dessert

By mac1005 |

The pasta dish was hands down the best entree I had in Vegas. The homemade pasta and sauce were divine. I just wish it had a little more shrimp. The lemon tart was absolutely delicious. If I ever go back to Vegas, I’d definitely revisit Amalfi. I One drawback - the signs were ineffective and people working at Caesar’s didn’t know where the restaurant was. Also, the cigarette smoke choked me up numerous times. However, I won’t let that impact my 5 stars for the food here.

Delicious!

By dwsnap |

We had a wonderful time at Amalfi. The food was amazing! We had the prefixed menu and it was so much yummy food! We had the seafood appetizer, Buffalo mozzarella appetizer, filet, branzino, mushroom risotto, crunchy potatoes, and dessert! Their old fashioned, aperol spritz, and amaretto sour were delicious as well.

Fantastic place but we miss Mesa Grill

By craig w |

We stayed at Caesars in 5/22 and were disappointed that Mesa Grill had closed and replaced with Amalfi. Mesa was one of our favorite places and certainly our favorite in Caesars. We went to Amalfi though and it was awesome but different and more pricy. That said everything in Vegas is more pricy since we were last here 4 years ago. We loved the atmosphere, service was fantastic, and the Italian seafood menu was spot on. The dishes we tried were roasted octopus, squash blossoms, crispy potatoes, asparagus, golden snapper with lemon and capers, scallops and tenderloin steak. All were wonderful. I highly recommend.

I wouldn't want my name on this restaurant!

By Stephen B |

For 4 people and $500 bill, it was terrible. The bass cost $75 and after filleting the portion was about 3oz. 6 small raviolis for $34. No free bread. The waiter had trouble smiling. The chairs were designed for children. The bean side dish was undercooked. The honey cake dessert was dry. I should leave an Italian restaurant feeling satiated, but the portion size was incredibly small. All things considered, Olive Garden has better Italian food.

Las Vegas Amalie

By phil95 |

Excellent meal. Menu is some what limited but we had no problem figuring out we wanted. Meals were prepared very well. Our waiter Mike had as superb!!

Improve the experience

By Lawtraveler084 |

This restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. The food on the menu was prepared correctly however, the management has chosen not to serve Italian food with bread. Italian food is always served with bread. They do allow you to purchase a particular type of bread at a very high price for bread. Further, they serve their chicken Parmesan without any type of pasta. These decisions take away from the environment and the quality in my opinion. These decisions appear to be simply way too cheapen the experience at the benefit of a slight cost savings. If Bobby Flay is involved at all in this restaurant. I hope he takes a look at this comment and makes appropriate changes .

Excellent! Very Impressed by the Food and Service

By Guitardude |

We visited on Tuesday 4th June for a belated birthday meal. We had booked an early table (17.45) as had tickets for a Cirque du Soleil show afterwards, so opted for just 2 courses to keep to our schedule. The restaurant itself has a very nice ambience, which considering it is directly next to the casino floor surprised me. I expected to hear slot machines etc during our meal, but it was very calm and relaxed inside. The service was impeccable. Julie who took care of us was excellent, she explained the menu options, how to select fish from the counter, and told us about the Restaurant Week specials. We ordered a couple of cocktails (amaretto sour and an espresso martini) - both were great (and there was no scrimping on the alcohol!) and standard Vegas cocktail prices. For appetizers, we had the charred octopus and the bufala mozzarella - both excellent, and the octopus was sublime, absolutely the best I've ever eaten! Both had the Scialatielli as main courses, and this too was delicious with a decent amount of shrimp, and perfectly cooked pasta. You might want to order sides with this as it's a fairly modest portion (which Julie did warn us about when ordering). However since we'd already had a pretty big lunch, it was the perfect amount of food. Throughout the meal, Julie checked in on us at regular intervals (but not enough to be intrusive or overbearing), and her colleagues would appear from nowhere to top up my water as soon as it got to half empty. Little touches like that made it genuinely feel like we were being taken care of. The meal for 2, including cocktails was pretty reasonable by Vegas standards and came in at $171 (before service). Would absolutely return and would recommend.

Delicious celebrity chef restaurant

By Kimberlee S |

Amalfi is a bustling, well oiled Italian restaurant with excellent staff who know what their jobs are. Amazing to watch everyone doing their job. Chris was our waiter who was most attentive and knowledgeable. The MOST DELICIOUS burrata appetizer I have ever had. He stated the burrata comes directly from Puglia…the texture was unlike any I’ve had. My friend had the Eggplant Al Forno, which did not disappoint. I was really craving the shrimp scampi but it did not meet my expectations. Instead of the usual garlic/butter full shrimp experience, the shrimp were cut in tiny pieces (maybe two full ones in total) and what seemed like breadcrumbs on top. It was tasty but not at all what I wanted. All in all, it was a delicious dinner.

Not quite sure what the draw is.......

By Diveplan |

A very limited menu. The big deal is the basins of fish. People seemed to want to have pictures of the fish laying on ice. The crispy potatoes were delicious as were the mussels. Our table had a variety of things, snapper, scallops, spaghetti. Overall it was just a rather mundane meal.

Avid Foodies

By V F |

We are avid foodies and eat out frequently. We love Bobby flay as we enjoy his shows on Food channel and we think he is an excellent chef. We visited Amalfi at Caesar palace last week. The ambience was nice, service was mediocre. The food was overpriced for the portion. We ordered crispy squash blossoms which was cold and lacked flavors. Salmon Carpaccio was delicious and Buffalo Mozzarella lacked flavors and consistency. For entree we ordered lobster cavatelli, and honestly we counted no more than 4-5 small pieces of lobster for a whopping $42 and very small portion dish. We also ordered NY strip medium, was flavorful but burnt, had to send it back to be recooked as it was rare. For dessert we ordered Bobby's Pistachio Sundae, amazing home-run very delicious and Tiramisu which was also good. Wait time was ok and food came out pretty quick. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. We will less likely return to this restaurant or recommend it to any friends or family.

Amazing seafood, just amazing overall!

By Annette206 |

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. They had fresh fish on ice, so we got to pick our fish & how we wanted it prepared. We got the Dory, filleted, lemon caper sauce. Our first course was the eggplant appetizer, so good! Second course, buffalo mozzarella appetizer - the lemon leaves are just for fragrance & they really elevated the taste. Then last, the fish, delicious. We got different spritzers & they were really great! The server was next level - he listened to us while we were discussing the menu & basically repeated our order back to us without us saying a word! Talk about service! I will definitely be back.

We all shared side vegetarian dishes, squash blossoms, polenta, white bean rissotto, burrata, foccacia, and a main dish of orrecchiette. There were also 2 drinks at the table. Um it was so delicious I forgot to take pictures and the anchovy sauce for the squash blossoms, well I am not fond of anchovy but I could have drank that sauce. I was putting it on everything. Wish there would have been more of the squash blossoms. Food is delicious, wait staff is fantastic. Just wish the music was turned down a bit more but we love it and come every time we come to Vegas.

Perfect Birthday Dinner

By Deanna D |

We've dined at a few of Bobby Flay's Restaurants throughout the US so we had this on our list for our recent visit. Everything from the drinks, bread, apps, and pastas were amazing. Get the focaccia with homemade ricotta. My husband doesn't eat a lot of bread and has been talking nonstop about it for the past week. Service was outstanding as well. Thank you for a great meal and experience.

Not Up To Expectations

By David734NewYork |

Our server told us we could share the chicken parm but really it was only for one person. The tiny pasta rags was just ( lasagna noodles) noodles with tasteless marinara sauce not worth $28. Mixed fancy drinks are $21. Service was great. However, the room is very cold and noisy as the restaurant is open into the casino. Since the room is so cold all our food arrived cold. We were encouraged to look at the fresh fish display. Fish by the pound ranged from $59 to $69 a pound. Our meal was ruined by a strong odor of pot just as our dessert arrived. The salad and pistachio sundae dessert was big enough to share. We expected a great meal but were highly disappointed. Sorry - We will not return.

Great Business Dinner

By David S |

I always loved Bobby’s Mesa Grill and was disappointed to find it gone but, we made reservations at Amalfi and we were not disappointed. Everyone enjoyed their meals and our servers recommendations were perfect compliment to the meal. Can’t wait to go back in January. It is a do not miss in Vegas.

Meh...

By Robin J |

This is my second time. I gave it a 3 star because, as a Bobby Flay restaurant, I want perfection. Service was good (not great). The everything is a la carte is a pain is the a$$. I had the octopus - good, not great. Pear and brussels sprout salad - that was great. Branzino with lemon and capers. It was a very thin filet. It was good. Not great. For dessert we shared a ginger, chestnut, and caramel sponge cake - it was just okay. I could do better (want a challenge Bobby?). Overall, I expect to be blown away and I was not. It could have been better.

FLAY'S AMALFI SUPERB COMBO FRESH FISH AND ITALIAN FLAIR

By baird t |

Consummate fish and italian restaurant mixing the finest of both traditions in creative Chef Flay technique. Gracious service, quiet for a large restaurant....with an enticing atmosphere highlighted by displays of the fresh fish---- your choices for the menu: full fish or filet....with sauces, toppings, broiled, charcoal, pan fried all your choice. And the wait staff walks you gently through the various options. We had the rock fish stew- a red sauce with couscous and mini veggies to compliment a significant piece of rockfish cooked perfectly, and our old standby linguini with clam sauce. The light and thin linguini dressed the multitude of clams perfectly. THERE WAS NONE LEFT. A lovely white wine reminiscent of sauvignon blanc accompanied the clams. A moscow mule the rockfish. An extra touch to accompany the above recommended by our waiter was grilled asparagus dusted with smoked almonds, cayenne and parmesan cheese. Superb. Also ALL GONE. The menu runs the gamut from anti pasti, fish, meats, vegan, to desserts; however, let the fish and Italian styles be your guide. Amalfi is a gem in the heart of Caesars Palace. Reservations Recommended. Pricy but not over pricy.

Excellent Food and attention to detail!

By CK-Orlando |

My wife and I visited Las Vegas over Christmas and had only two restaurants on our must visit list, and this was one of them. We were both extremely impressed with the quality, presentation, and flavor of our selections. I had the Pan Seared Scallops with the Meyer Lemon Caper sauce and she had the Chicken Parmigiana and the Hand Made Pasta. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. The Black Kale Caesar Salad was fabulous and her Amalfi Signature salad were some of the best salads we’ve ever had! It’s this attention to a non-focal point menu item that sets the expectation for the primary entree. The server and support wait staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu offerings, which added to the wonderful experience at Amalfi by Bobby Flay at the Caesar’s Palace. It’s highly worthy of you consideration, from our point of view!

Excellent service. Great menu. Not great for views-inside only, but high ceilings. You can choose your fresh fish.

By Laurie |

It is spendy and I suggest a reservation. Lots of fish! You can select the specific fish you want, as they’re sold by weight.

A must try! Best meal we had in Vegas

By Ray Hendry |

The service was excellent. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu. The food was served quickly. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was perfect

Cozy restaurant!

By Travel X |

The ambiance at the restaurant was very nice…food was ok, not wow, but the service however was at a very high level…everybody was eager to serve

Not Quite Worth The Price

By Normal_DJO |

Debated between 4 and 5 stars as the meal itself was tremendous. The Blue Crab and Eggplant Meatballs were the best bite I’ve had in a long, long time. The rest of the food was outstanding as well, especially the Pasta Rags. Also, the service was exceptional. While I understand one pays a premium in Vegas at a celebrity chef restaurant, Amalfi pushes that principle past reasonable bounds. My Chicken Parm, while certainly excellent, wasn’t $42 worth of excellent. My companion chose the Red Snapper from the market fish selection. She had it filleted. It was also excellent but at $114 vastly overpriced. To be clear, the pricing is upfront. They aren’t springing anything on you. Our overall dining experience met our expectations and I do recommend considering Amalfi if you’re looking for a premium meal. However, there are equally exceptional dining options in Vegas that are a bit better value, if that’s a consideration.

Be prepared to pay twice

By Stan E |

Beware of these people. They will double charge your credit card and refuse to make it right. Keep all the documentation when you sign your bill, and your credit card company will still side with them. Bring cash to protect you from this plight. Or go elsewhere. OK, rant over. Food was very disappointing too, especially if you pay double for it. Amalfi people: Yes I posted this on Yelp too. You double charged me, refused to fix it, so now I am hoping to spare others. Sign off on the dispute.

Worth the splurge!

By Laurie |

It was our second visit, and a splurge. My husband loves that he could select his fish from many wonderful options on ice. The service is 100%! We had several other meals out, but here service was impeccable.

LOVED IT!! (:

By FCM |

1) Great Location. Inside the very centric Cesars Palace Hotel. 2) No reservations on a weekday NO problem, got seated right away. 3) Rest layout. Big, spacious, open design. 4) Service. OUTSTANDING. Waitress was nice, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Supporting staff was equally efficient and bilingual, a nice plus. 5) Food: Opted for the “Restaurant Week” menu. (see attached pic for what we ordered). Steak was perfectly cooked and a very nice size. Bread was fantastic. Both deserts 5 stars in taste and portion size.

Must eat classy restaurant in Vegas

By mchehman |

Booked a reservation here before the Adele concert, we arrived early, as I was so anxious and didn’t want to be late for the concert. We walked up and they could tell by our outfits we were going to the concert so the general manager let us sit early! He and the staff were really friendly and accommodating, our waiter had such a fun personality and offered amazing suggestions, we started with Italian classics is aperol spritz and burrata. We each then ordered pasta and espresso martinis to end the dinner. They then gave us complimentary lemonchello shots to celebrate our first time in Vegas and seeing Adele. The food was incredible and there is even a fishmonger there to help you choose your fresh fish for dinner. From the general manager to our waiter to the other support staff we connected and talked to each of them about various things that we could have stayed there the entire night in such a welcoming atmosphere! We ended the night with tiramisu my all time favorite dessert, this paired perfectly with the espresso martinis and was the perfect sweet treat to end our savory dinner. Like most Vegas dinners you should expect about $100 per person here but if you’re looking at nicer restaurants in Vegas this one is more than worth it! We indulged and ordered a variety of dishes even though it was the most expensive dinner we had I would go back! Everything was excellent from the staff to the quality of food to the atmosphere. I dream about the tiramisu still!

A perfect evening with fabulous food and friends

By Tour42484270393 |

First of all ask for Jennifer. She is by far one of the best servers I have ever had. She told us she has been there from the beginning. Three of us met for a 9pm reservation on Sunday night 3/19. It was our first time to Amalfi so she explained the menu to us and made recommendations when asked. Even though it was later in the evening she gave us amble time to come to our dinner decisions. We started with a round of yummy Bellini's with the Seafood Fritto, Charred Octopus, Burrata and the lighter than a cloud Foccacia. We would order each one again and again. I want to know how that Foccacia is made! Pure heaven!. We selected a John Dory fish from the whole fish offerings that night. Had the chef fillet it for us with lemon and capers. Delicious! I had my eye on the Squid Ink Fettucine right from the beginning so that and Green Beans completed our meal. We could not have made a better selection. Glasses of San Salvatore Vetere Rosato accompanied our dinner and was crisp and perfect for our meal. Note to Bobby Flay: If we had known there was a Pistachio Sundae on the dessert menu we may have taken off one selection of our meal to make room. We just couldn't decide what that would have been. It is not fair to have that lovely dessert menu placed down on the table with a big smile from Jennifer. I recommend spoonful samplers for those of us that just want it all! Give it some thought!

Great seafood/Don't feel like you have to do 3 courses

By johnvoc |

Waiter recommended that 2 of us get an appetizer, our own pasta, and then a fish or meat. Not necessary. Pasta was not as small as suggested. We shared an appetizer and fish and could have shared a pasta and been just fine. Good service and it's a nice twist getting to go up and talk to the fish monger. Nice location right off the casino floor (as are most Caesars restaurants) but also secluded enough to feel you are away from the action for a bit. As with all others in the area, it's very pricy with dinner for 2 plus tip at $250. Fish is about $50-60 per pound and again, not necessary to get 2 separate orders unless you are ravenous.

Fish of your choice

By William O |

Had excellent dinner and service here. Can choose your fish and mean that you can go back and choose the exact fish you want. Ordered fish for the table and the server looked at number of people order the fish amount for you. Was all great.

Amalfi is the BEST!

By Kim Kerr |

Don, our Bartender extraordinaire! My daughter & I were entranced with our beautiful experience at Amalfi… Coming from Abstinethe… we walked right in to the Amalfi Bar & claimed our seats at the Bar & Don provided us with the most beautiful service, drinks, prawns, salad, foccacio, meatballs…. Divine! Love how the entrees served to us were from personal waiters who delivered our food with panache! The vibe in the restaurant is so warm and chill, we could talk easily and the bar seats were so comfy! Tiramisu was the icing on the cake! Our favorite place to eat in Vegas!

JULY / AUGUST 2022 EVENT #3 - TAKING RISKS

By Gerald R |

In July 2017 I dined at Mesa Grill in Caesars Palace for dinner. About 4 years later Bobby Flay decided to close Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace. He had already closed the New York location. That was a bold move as Mesa Grill was Flay's flagship restaurant. This would be similar to Tiger Wood changing his golf swing from his first Masters' win. Bold moves are rewarded if the results are justified. That may be the case with this restaurant, which replaced Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace. The night before on the last Sunday of July I already had seafood pasta for dinner. I was hoping to order other meat such as chicken or beef. Since this restaurant is influenced by the Amalfi Coast in Italy I had to get seafood. From the outset what makes this restaurant unique is the market price of the fish. When I saw price per pound of each fish, I was tempted not to order fish. How many times will I ever go back to Amalfi? What really helped was the advice from Kenny the fishmonger. I really like the thickness of the turbot, but Kenny said the serving of that fish would be for four people as the fish is usually four pounds. At $59 per pound I decided not to select the turbot. However Kenny recommended the dorade, which I never had before, as it would be smaller portion and cheaper. Since the dorade was quite expensive ($52 per pound) I asked my server Sheila what other items she would recommend for having a filling but not bloated dinner. She recommended the charred octopus and crispy potatoes in addition to a pasta dish. The pasta dish I ordered was the spaghetti limone. The first dish that was served was the charred octopus. I don't eat octopus a lot, but it was tender not rubbery. The charred octopus was a great first dish to start with as it didn't have an aftertaste as some octopus I've ate in the past. The rest of dishes arrived almost all at once. When I saw the filleted dorade I was worried the portion was too skimpy. I wasn't worried about the taste of the dorade as the combination of lemon and capers accentuated the flavor of the fish. When you get a whole fish filleted you're almost guaranteed that the fish will be moist when it is cooked. The night before at Giada's I ordered her signature lemon spaghetti. I was slightly disappointed with her pasta. I wasn't sure what to expect from Flay's version of the lemon spaghetti. Also I sometimes feel Flay adds too many seasoning that overwhelms his dishes, but the seasoning in his spaghetti dish highlights the lemon, which you can taste. I enjoyed his version of the lemon spaghetti more than Giada. The crispy potatoes were better than I expected. What I don't like about home fries as the thick slices are too starchy and not crispy. Even though the crispy potatoes at Amalfi are thickly sliced they are not starchy at all but very crispy. After eating all the dishes ordered I was full. I couldn't order dessert. Most of all I not bloated. If you are paying for an expensive dinner you don't want to feel queasy. Initially I was nervous about Amalfi due to the price per pound regarding each fish. With the server and fishmonger providing helpful insights what could have been a potential disaster due to the price of the fish, ended up a satisfying and enjoyable dinner. The concept of Amalfi of ordering a whole fish and me ordering the fish was worth the risk.

Tasty, very Fresh Fish prepared as it you were near the Sea! Much Enjoyed.

By Bobymax |

A very warm welcome from staff and a comfortable and delightful table. I was able to select my own fish from the iced selection in the fishmonger area and it was prepared exactly as I had requested. The food and wine were delicious. We had a lovely evening at Amalfi, professional service, very attentive and didn’t miss a thing. The desserts were delicious and very well presented too.

Simply the best

By JDFTravels |

One of the best meals i've ever had. I was expecting an Italian restaurant but what I got was so much more. Definitely take the opportunity to visit the fish, learn all about them and pick your dinner. Our group of 5 shared two different fish with the various sauces and couldn't pick a favorite. We also shared a few pastas, appetizers and desserts family-style and it was wonderful to get to try so many dishes. Our service was impeccable in every way, and honestly I can't even identify a "low point" of our dining experience. Bobby Flay and the Amalfi team have a lot to be proud of with this restaurant.

You Can Do Better Bobby

By GuessWhoYonkersNY |

Another disappointing dinner by a Food Network chef. My plate was hotter than my pasta. Very average restaurant for the price. Disappointing because of the caliber of chef. In addition Bobby Flay apparently spent the week before at the restaurant

One of the best in Las Vegas

By DavidMedinaPR |

When I heard that Bobby Flay had opened a restaurant in Caesar Palace I had to visit. It didn’t disappoint. The food was out of this world and each bite packed so much flavors from the Amalfi coast of Italy. We ordered the Amalfi experience which allowed us to experience the best from the menu. Wow, it was truly an Amalfi experience! No kidding. The food is fresh and authentic. The New York strip was delicious, the fish fresh and delicious, but my favorite was the cremini mushroom polenta, wow! Definitively a must eatery in Las Vegas.

Outstanding !

Tried Almalfi for dinner. Truly outstanding cuisine and service. Definitely worth anther trip. We couldn’t have asked for better service, folks hovering waiting to take care of us.

High Quality Meal with a Las Vegas strip $$$

By Justin M |

I had dinner at the bar while in town for a conference and had a great meal. The prawns were awesome as a starter, in fact everyone sitting next to me ended up ordering them after seeing mine and were pleased. I had the squid ink pasts which was delicious. Ultimately every restaurant in Caesars and similar casinos on the strip are priced very high, so I'm hesitant to judge based on price. The quality of the meal was top notch!

Bobby "Don't Know Filet" : the Infamous words of a 13 year old.

By jacque |

Bobby "Don't Know Filet" : the Infamous words of a 13 year old. We went to Vegas to watch "the Weekend" perform and spend tons of money on frivolous things, so my wife booked a dinner at Amalfi. She is (was) a huge fan of Bobby Flay. The restaurant is a bit cheesy, and 'Applebeesish' in decor, but I'm from New Orleans so I brushed passed that since it's all about the food. That is where the disappointment began and ended. The staff was inexperienced and slow, but again, let's talk food. It sucked! I trained my oldest daughter to love and appreciate Squid Ink pasta, so she order that entree. I have no idea what poison tastes like, but I think I learned. That sure wiped the love of that exquisite pasta out of her brain. My wife's entre was blah, and so was mine. So, unmemorable, I just can't remember. But, the steak is what had us dying laughing. I picked a bone-in ribeye for my 13 year old since she is a steak aficionado and blood thirsty animal. It arrived at table looking gorgeous, and it was cooked to perfection. She insists on Medium Rare plus. But, one bite had me sure that it was from the local Costco or Sam's club. I only eat ultra prime beef so I know what that tastes like, and this certainly was Choice AT BEST. It was so tasteless, unsalted and chewy, she finally just blurted out "Man, Bobby Don't Know Filet!". That comment left us wide-eyed with the clarity of her statement and I almost choked up that horse meat in laughter. Bobby Flay, you better flay your purchasing manager and tell him or her to stop ordering the cheap stuff from Sysco! You can't charge those prices for 'Steak and Ale' entrees. I spent $530 on that meal. I should have done my dining in New Orleans and just ate tacos at the casino. ONE STAR!!!

Unexpected culinary highlight of our Vegas visit

By Julie M |

We made a reservation here based on the proximity to our show tickets that evening (Absinthe). I'm not usually lured in by celebrity chefs. But this menu was fantastic and we enjoyed everything we had. I especially enjoyed the pea agnolotti. The process of talking to the fishmonger and selecting our fish was really fun and informative. And the fish was prepared perfectly. The caramel espresso tiramisu for dessert was my husband's favorite, and he is a tiramisu connoisseur. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A Bobby Flay experience!

By kimmysue42 |

We were very excited to try this place out after we watched the construction & completion of the project from previous visits. We were a little disappointed to be sat at the back of the restaurant until halfway thru dinner we realized that Bobby Flay was sitting at the table behind us. He was nice enough to let me get a photo of him before he left. Now- about the food. We loved it! You have to try the squash blossoms- one of most unique appetizers I’ve tried. Great presentation and flavor! We also had the mussels. The arugula w/butte lettuce was light & tasty. For dinner we all shared the filet mignon, the orecchiette, the market fish, the caramelle ravioli & the crispy potatoes. The steak was prepared to a perfect medium rare, the pasta was awesome & the potatoes were crispy & salty. The only average dish was the market fish which didn’t have the best flavor. Overall we really enjoyed our meal & the experience.

An Italian “Must Try” while in Vegas!

By Kari R |

Highlight dinner for our time in Vegas! The food was wonderful, our server (Shelby) was very quick / kind and we loved the atmosphere. We tried the Chicken Parmesan, Lobster Cavetelli, the chopped salad and loved them all. The absolute highlight was the Caramel Espresso Tiramisu - soooo good. We wished we each ordered one instead of sharing! Would definitely go again if at Caesars!

As always excellent fine dining!

By Ross G |

Service was top notch, food was outstanding and the ambiance was excellent. The crab and eggplant appetizers were delicious. The crispy potatoes are a great side. The apple tart (can’t remember their name for it) is excellent. It has a delightful mascarpone cream to go with it. We devoured it and that empty plate was all that left.

Excellent food and service

By KAK401 |

We tried this restaurant for the first time during a recent trip to Vegas. It was excellent service and food. There were three of us, so we opted to try several dishes (based on the server's recommendation that the pasta ones were more of "shareable sides" than entrees). All were delicious. The gentleman in charge of the fish area will tell you all about the different kinds available that evening along with what toppings he recommends. They can be cooked whole or filleted. We decided to try the branzino, described as a mild, flaky whitefish. After picking out the exact fish, we returned to the table to order the rest of the meal. We started with the burrata topped with pesto. Followed by the fish with lemon caper sauce, green beans, gnocchi, and the pasta dish with the pumpkin. Every single dish was phenomenal, especially the gnocchi. Only thing that could have improved the experience was some bread to sop up the last remaining sauces. We didn't leave anything behind, and the amount of food was perfect for three people. Our server was correct that the pasta dishes are smaller and perfect for sharing. For dessert, we shared the pistachio sundae and tiramisu. Again, both were delicious. Service was great, and we didn't lack for anything while we were there. A very enjoyable dining experience.

Here Fishy Fishy

By ssful |

I'd always wanted to go to Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill the space it occupies at Caeser's Palace was reworked as Amalfi specializing in Fish and Italian. Our meal and experience was very good it was just my husband and I and the table was quite close to a larger and boisterous party. I got used to the overly loud ambient noise and it in no way diminished a very nice experience , but if you are looking for an intimate spot you might want to think twice or if an option dine with another to not be relegated to a small two top table. We had fantastic service from Chris I love profession knowledgeable service and Chris was all that and more. Since it was a first time visit we had some of the more classic menu items Shared Eggplant and Crab, and selected fish , I was a expecting a little more from the fish monger who was as knowledgeable as I'd hoped I actually looked up a few of the fish that I was unfamiliar with on phone as he couldn't answer my questions. Fish is "market priced" but you select your fish which is displayed in barrels of ice with price per pound / when we went the prices ranged from 50-70 per pound. You select your fish and it is weighed for you we had a 2 pounder which was a nice portion. My husband and I selected one fish which we had fillet and shared. Our fish was 110.00 it was a Thai Snapper and was excellent and made a nice portion ( the fish can also be served whole you will pay for the whole fish), and we shared a pasta.

Waaaay overpriced for a very mediocre meal.

By Gregg B |

The atmosphere was great, but the prices for an average meal were ridiculous. We ordered the snapper (ridiculously priced at 69.95/lb), and although the meal was good, it was nothing special at all. Even the side dish was nothing to get excited about.

Disapointing experience October 2025

By bbelle16612 |

This is the fourth time we have dined here since Amalfi opened. Previous visits we were very happy with food and service. We booked this as our special dinner while on vacation to Las Vegas. On this occasion, the fish was excellent, as was the salad (Baby Gem Caesar). However the pasta we ordered - Orecchiette with eggplant bolognese was way overdone - my husband called it a 'mushy mess'. Also tried the flat iron crusted prawns, and they were just ok. Our dinner was over $350 with wine - I expected a better food experience based on prior visits. Service was very professional, but a bit slow. They seemed understaffed. Not sure I would rush to come back.

Amazing

By PK7136 |

I have eaten here twice and both visits were incredible. The staff is great. The layout of the restaurant is very good as well. They do not crowd the tables together and provide lots of room. I highly recommend the Spaghetti Zucchine, Burrat, Squash Blossoms, Amalfi Chopped Salad. We had the Branzino in the Lemon Caper sauce and it was out of this world.

Like being back in Italy

By Goosemule |

We heard so much about Amalfi and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. We started with the Bufala Mozzarella app and had the lobster Cavatelli, Gnocchi Al Forno and Focaccia Bread as our mains and finished with Tiramisu. Everything was out of this world! Brought back memories of dining on the Amalfi coast. Yes, it’s pricey but oh so worth it.

This place is a scam for mediocre food

By Kennedy |

My friends and I went here for a dinner recently to which I do not recommend at all! Very small portions for outrageous prices. For example, we ordered the gnocchi for $30 and it came with 8 gnocchi’s. The burrata pictured was $25 and no it did not come with the bread. The food tasted pretty good, but nothing special. The staff asked us if we wanted still or sparkling water. We wanted still water expecting tap water. Before the server even got to our table he had already opened a bottle of water. I asked if we would be charged for the water as we did not request bottled water. They had opened two bottles so they said they would take one bottle off the bill… very frustrating. It felt like they were trying to scam us. At this rate, you could fly to Italy and it would still be cheaper and taste better than Amalfi!

Delicious Food

By ljv32 |

I gave Amalfi a 4, rather than a 5, because of the value. The Gnocchi ($29) I had was perfection and my husband enjoyed his Spaghetti Limone ($38). The entrees did not come with a salad, or even bread, and the portions were crazy small. We were disappointed there were no meatballs or Italian sausage offerings to order on the side. The dessert, Bobby’s Pistachio Sundae, was quite delicious! Nice wine list. Overall, it is a beautiful restaurant with superb food, excellent service, but not a good value. .

Great meal

By Joey |

Terrific meal. The space is amazing. Delicious spritz, and fresh seafood and veggies. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Italian with flair.

By Mark E |

We enjoyed Amalfi for Thanksgiving and loved it from initial seating to desert. We shared appetizers, salads and pastas. No fish or meat this time. Bobby Flay adds a unique twist to traditional dishes and has a few new ones. Service was excellent! Most enjoyable meal. We loved every item we ordered so I am sure all the others are great too.

Great experience

By Clint W |

Best value on the strip for any celebrity chef restaurant we’ve tried so far. Great staff and superb menu. If you happen to be walking through Caesar’s and are needing nourishment, check this one out.

Excellent Food and Service

By Lineu L |

This was our first time at the restaurant and we loved it, so we have had dinner twice there. The food is excellent and the service in both occasions was provided by Michelle, who was very nice and efficient. Congratulations to Amalfi for such a wonderful person. In the first time we had pasta that was overcooked and after our complaints ut was not charged. The rest of the items: burrata, steak, etc were very good.

A worthy successor

By Dave L |

I was lucky to eat six or seven times at Mesa Grill over the years and loved it. I was disappointed it was closed but its Italian replacement Amalfi is tremendous. I enjoyed a variation of the Negroni made with Mezcal that blew me away and the food was first rate, as well as the service. They have a small fish market where you can choose your favorite if you wish. We had grouper with lemon capers sauce that was wonderful. Pasta dishes were perfect. Naturally it's not for those on a budget, no celebrity casino restaurant is, but it was an incredible experience.

Amalfi good food/meh service

Incredible! Visit the fishmonger for the fresh fish and get ready! You’re going to want to try everything, so share and order up! It’s all so fresh and fantastic! Great salads, fish, pasta and desserts!

In a word, superb

By nyackgirl47 |

We loved, loved, loved this restaurant. I don’t quite get the negative reviews, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Bobby Flay himself was there the night we dined, so perhaps this accounts for the excellent experience we had. Everyone was on their A game. The waiters and other service personnel were top notch. They whisked away dirty plates, changed our utensils after each course, kept our water glasses filled etc. Our waiter offered several suggestions in each category, and we took him up on 2 of them. Loved the grilled octopus and the first course pasta we had. I would have chosen fish for the entree, but deferred to my significant other who wanted chicken parmigiana. It was excellent. And very large. We did not even finish it because….we got the bread. An individually baked loaf of focaccia that was worth every penny. I was just sad that I couldn’t make it to the pistachio sundae, because it looked wonderful. I worked a block away from Bobby’s Bar Americain in New York, and every morning I’d walk by and smell the chocolate pudding they’d be making for the day. I miss that place! The restaurant is not cheap. But it’s Vegas. Nothing is cheap. But I’d go back in a heartbeat. I’m thinking a lot of other people would as well, as the restaurant was packed the night we were there. Not an empty seat in the house.

Almost Like the Real Thing

By Colin P |

My wife and I are huge fans of Bobby Flay and were really looking forward to our trip to Vegas and a visit to this outstanding restaurant. We made the reservation several months ago, arrived a little early and were given a warm welcome. Not surprisingly, the service was friendly and attentive. My gin martini was perfect and our appetizers left us craving more. We travelled the Amalfi Coast in 2016 and spent several days in the Town of Amalfi where we enjoyed several memorable meals. Our experience at Bobby Flay's Amalfi was "almost" like the real thing but fell short in one very important way: We were still hungry when we left the restaurant. We're seniors, so it's not as if we have huge appetites. But there was no bread with the meal. For some reason the table of 8 next to us were served baskets of bread. It was not offered to us, nor did it appear on the menu. The squid ink pasta I ordered was absolutely sensational, but the quantity of pasta fell well short of the standards set by our Italian chefs in the real Amalfi. My wife's gnocchi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, but again, a meagre quantity by Italian standards. In the end, I ordered a second appetizer to eat after my meal, the unforgettable burnt octopus, but even then I was still a bit hungry. Why is it so hard to prepare a decent sized serving of pasta in a restaurant that purports to be Italian? So, to sum up. The service, food and culinary talent were world class. The portions were disappointing and the attempt to bring "Amalfi" to us fell a little bit short.

Amalfi Caesars's Palace

By Patrick G |

First off I am skeptical of the Strip restautants. Did research and Amalfi was rated well so took a shot. Not disappointed! We were escorted to our table quickly and told about the menu and fish specials. We planned on pasta, but took the waitresse's suggestion to meet their fish monger. He asked us our palate preferences and picked out two fresh fish. Sent it off to the kitchen, and the preparation and flavor were 10 / 10. He simply nailed it. And then the service. If you appreciate fine dining and expect top quality service, you will not be disappointed. They are friendly, fast and attentive. We never felt rushed like other strip restaurants that just want to flip a table, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Great experience.

Great Location for People watching while at dinner

By John R |

Excellent location within Caesars Palace. Nice bar and roomy table settings. Food menu is diverse with good fresh fish selections and some very interesting Appetisers. One person had a Rib-Eye done to perfection with mushrooms $80 , another the Eggplant Meat Balls, good taste but sauce was odd, I had the Chicken Parmesean only because I was hungry and they were out of the fish I wanted. The chicken was overdone, dried out and marinara sauce was tasteless. No table cloths so not really upscale in my book. Add 2 glasses of wine and the bill was $365.00

An Amazing Experience

By Marilyn K |

We started our meal with the Salmon Tartare which was delicious. Next we had the Kale Ceasar Salad which was different and very good. My husband had the Gnocchi which were light as a feather and delicious. I had the Shrimp Scamp which was an excellent choice for me. For dessert we shared the Tiramisu. It's the best tiramisu that I've had. It was light and rich. We are definitely coming back to Amalfi on our next visit to Las Vegas.

Absolutely Amazing!

By Natalie T |

We had such an incredible dinner at Amalfi by Bobby Flay! Everything we ordered was delicious — we started with the octopus appetizer, then had the filet mignon and red snapper for our mains. Both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The crispy potatoes were seriously addictive, and the lemon cake for dessert was light, fresh, and the perfect ending. The Bellini was out of this world — made with real fruit and honestly one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The service was also top-notch. The hosts and our waiter were friendly, attentive, and really made the night special. It’s a little on the pricey side, but 100% worth every penny. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this place!

My Expectations were too high

By Ruby A |

I was travelling with a friend who is a serious foodie so when she advised me that it was restaurant week in Vegas and that we had a reservation at Amalfi I was anticipating something really special. I suspect my first mistake was not ordering from the fixed price menu, instead I went a la carte and started with the squash blossoms, rich and delicious, the Jindori Chicken, dry and over cooked, with a side of asparagus, good but the anchovies made it salty. My friend had the squid linguine (?) which she enjoyed. The staff were lovely by the way. With so many choices in Vegas, it's a shame the one I was looking forward to the most was kind of meh. Sorry.

Do Better Bobby

By Amy B |

This was to be the highlight dining of our sisters trip to Vegas. We made reservations. If I could give it 0, I would. I ordered the grilled octopus, crab & eggplant meatballs & squid ink pasta. As much of a fan as I am of efficient service, I expect time to fresh cook.my meal - especially at such a place. My octopus came out almost immediately after I ordered, followed quickly by the meatballs. Both lukewarm. The octopus was the best part of the meal, but didn't have very much flavor. It was tender. The meatballs had no crab flavor & were bathing in a spicy red sauce that overpowered any potential flavor. The squid ink paste was the same sauce, & was supposed to have lobster, shrimp & squid. I counted exactly 6 - small - pieces total of these combined- with the squid being rubbery & chewy. This dish was also brought out in record time - before I finished the others. To top it off, the service was miserable. The wait staff was detached & dismissive. Our waitress was downright rude. Refused to answer questions in a kind way about the menu, & never returned after the food was bought. Very disappointed. Not just the worst meal - & dining experiences- we had in Vegas, but anywhere

Wonderful dinner!

By Robert M |

Booked on a whim, and glad I did! Staff was super inviting, space is beautiful. And the food - well, of course, amazing! I started with the Amalfi Spritzer, burrata on fava beans and peppers (could have had just this and been happy), followed by crushed pea agnolotti with crispy potatoes. Note the sides are large enough to share. Was actually too full, but server talked me into the Bobby's Pistachio Sundae and it was a show stopper.

Awesome dining experience at Bobby Flay's Amalfi Restaurant

By bbrosen03 |

I dined here before with my husband in 2022, but I went solo in Feb 2024, since my husband passed away. The octopus was phenomenal, the tuna Tatar was tasty, & finally the Lobster Cavatelli (pasta) was the best meal of the night. Paired with a glass of red French wine. Thank you Bobby Flay for a great meal. Great atmosphere & great service. I had fun talking to a couple at the during my dinner. Will be back again.

Awesome appetizers and pasta

By Emily B |

The octopus appetizer was actually good, it was not rubbery at all and the orange sauce was delicious. We tried several appetizers and each got our own pasta, and I got the gnocchi, which was fantastic. I had the peach cobbler with vanilla-blueberry gelato and that was amazing as well.

Comin back definitely

By Sherri L |

The dinner was great. Blue crab and eggplant meatballs to the red snapper to lemon tart. Our waitress Janelle was the best.

Dinner in Las Vegas, NV

By Vy H. |

Came here for dinner Saturday night—had reservations so we were seated right away. Our server Nelson was awesome—friendly and attentive! Food was delicious. They offer fresh fish that you can pick—we got the Turbot which was $59/lb and we didn’t realize the fish was over 2 pounds! But the fish was filleted and roasted—meat was quite tasty. The two pastas we tried were really good: Squid Ink Fettuccine and Lobster Cavatelli. For drinks, I loved the Expresso Martini! Note: they do accept Diamond/Seven Star drink vouchers here.

Can’t wait to go again…superb!

By Wklstoywife |

Wanted to go here and got here a bit late but with enough time to eat. We sat at the bar, ordered drinks, a Lemonata and a Spritz Roberto. Split with my daughter the Caramelle which was delicious in browned butter and sage…could eat this every day along with an order of the peas. We were still hungry and ordered the Spaghetti Zucchini and an order of the green beans. Again…delicious. We split the tiramisu for dessert. We loved this place, especially me. Great server, superb food. Can’t wait to go back again. Loved it.

THE NAME ALONE MAKES IT GREAT

By Tourtheworld32 |

This is a wonderful restaurant and going during Restaurant Week is really special. This was our 2nd time with friends and third time altogether and there is not one bad thing you can say about this place. Our server, James, was fantastic. The service we received from him, along with everyone else, was excellent. The food is truly amazing and I highly recommend this place.

Awful restaurant food was terrible

By dan |

One is my review went there on June 15. We had chop salad and the chicken parmigiana that tasted like it just came out of freezer along with the pasta rags. Which the taste was about the same as the name.No taste for either entree. If they had not put the Walmart tomato paste In either there would not have been any taste what so ever Also they offered Bread for 10.00 to go along with our meal. Spent 148.00 for absolutely one of the worst meals we have experienced. If this is bobbies signature restaurant then I need to go on tv and be a chef.

The best part of Caesars Palace is Amalfi!

By ECTraveler |

When we arrived in Vegas, my husband really wanted to eat here for our 5th anniversary, but all of the reservations on Open Table were booked until after we left. I went down to the hostess at 4:30 (when they opened) and inquired about it. I was able to book a table for 2 that night at 7! Way to go on that front, she made our night! If I had to ding them for 1 thing, it is that the restaurant is open to the casino, and all of the cigarette, cigar, and pot smoke came floating into the restaurant. They need to close off the walls. Our waitress was fantastic in her service and recommending wine to go with our meal. We got a tour of the back area fish market and selected the exact fish we wanted for our main course. Everything we ate was phenomenal - the burnt octopus, squash flowers, squid ink fettuccini, red snapper, lemon dessert, etc. The white wine from Sicily was a knock-out with dinner. It was well worth the nearly $400 price tag eating here, and since we watch Beat Bobby Flay all of the time, it just made it that much more interesting since it is his current flagship restaurant.

Worst meal of our trip and not willing to accommodate food allergy

By D V |

I had chosen Amalfi for a business dinner with some important guests and was embarrassed later that I had made that choice. Several guests ordered the shellfish fritto misto and it was so salty that no one could finish it. And if you tried to dip it in the pistachio pesto it was an extra does of too much salt. The squid ink fettuccine was reported to be average as was the spaghetti limone. We were surprised and disappointed at the unwillingness to accommodate a food allergy by leaving the shrimp out of a dish. The reason we were given was that they could not take the extra time to accomodate that as it would slow down the kitchen. Overall impression a below average meal at a very very high price.

Mixed bag - Inconsistent quality

By 574helenl |

Crab eggplant meatballs - Excellent! Grilled Red Snapper with red pepper / pesto sauce was mixed bag - great sauce but the fish was ‘fishy’ with every bite i came closer to getting sick. Amalfi will not be a repeat for us.

Absolutely wonderful dinner

By John Y |

Food was amazing. Service was outstanding and their Tiramisu dessert was out of this world. While this restaurant is fairly expensive (maybe not for Las Vegas), the food, service and atmosphere made it totally worth it.

Good spot to grab a drink at the bar

By Brandon K |

We joined some friends for drinks at the bar here and they were quite good. The staff was dressed up in white jackets and there was certainly a nice but mellow vibe. Huge bar with plenty of seating. I look forward to coming back and eating a full meal here.

Gnocchi Heaven

By kansasbird |

Consider Bobby Flays restaurant inside Caesars Palace for dinner after a show. Specialties are fresh fish, which you can select from a display. The focaccia was absolutely delicious, light and fluffy, not too filling. The star for me was the gnocchi, the sauce was amazing. I would definitely go back when in Vegas.

Would Not Recommend

By Hope Johnson |

Our experience at Amalfi was not good. We are huge Bobby Flay fans and you can count on his food being good, but the overall experience was negative. We mainly point to our waitress as the problem. She was efficient, but abrupt and impatient with us. We had questions about the fresh fish options and she basically pointed us to the fish monger and walked away. We had one vegan person in our party and our waitress was not helpful with menu suggestions. She pointed to a couple of options, but was very cold. We had other questions and the waitress made us feel like we were wasting her time. The waitress never made eye contact with any of us. We felt rushed and in fact our entire meal was finished in 45 minutes. We noticed during our trip that Amalfi was never full. We can understand why.

Excellent Dinner!

By I_amcanadian |

Beautiful ambiance for dinner. Restaurant was quiet, service was excellent. Ordered chicken Parmesan with sides of brussel sprouts salad and burata. Portion sizes of the main entree were very big, couldn't finish the chicken. The portion sizes of the sides were fair as well. We were very pleased with this restaurant and would definitely recommend.

Fish, thats about all that is inspired by Amalfi

By Jason |

Initially, Four stars because the fish was delicious and squash blossoms were better than I've had elsewhere in the states. But I docked a star the moment I had the ragù. Sorry, Bobby Flay, I'm not sure what part of Amalfi you visited, but I was disappointed your inspired foods were Americanized versions unlike I've ever eaten in Italy. I'm a harsh critic, I'm sure. Maybe next time you go, hit me up and I'll send you to some actual decent places to be inspired.

Anniversary dinner did not disappoint!

By steger1971 |

We made a reservation for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We started off with cocktails that made me think of being on the coast of Italy. I had the limonata which was very refreshing with lemon and mint. My husband enjoyed the old fashioned. I loved the fact you could choose your own fish to have grilled! I did not know that is how it would work but you literally get to see the whole fish, pick one you like, or get a recommendation from their fish monger on site. We chose the John Dory and had it grilled whole. It was served at our table and deboned by our waitress, who was amazing and had it done so fast. We took her suggestion to try one item from each section to share, which was plenty of food, but not too much. We tried the crab and eggplant meatballs, which were ok, they needed more sauce (tomato sauce was delicious but meatballs were a little dry without the sauce). Then we had a pasta - the "rags" which was so tasty and the pasta was very fresh and made on site. Then we had the fish accompanied by the polenta which they change up seasonally and ours had fresh peas. This left us happy and able to order a dessert to share, which we did and it was one of the best desserts - the pistachio sundae. We love pistachio, so we ate the whole thing without hesitation. We are traveling to Amalfi in the summer and look forward to tasting these amazing flavors there!

Great first meal on Vegas trip

By MBW64 |

After a long drive from Sedona we were looking for a great sit down meal. Lucked into getting a spot here. Food was great. We had the squid ink pasta and the mafaldine along with a side of green beans. Desserts were the gelato sundae and tiramisu. Service was excellent as well.

Great Food, but not Worth the Price

By TravelinTexasGal |

Amalfi sits inside Caesar's Palace, right across from the Vista Cocktail Lounge. Our server was sweet, helpful, and well-versed in the menu. The food was delicious but forgettable. Even after reviewing notes two weeks later, few details stood out. Despite this, my overall impression was positive. They don’t serve complimentary bread, but you can order focaccia with whipped ricotta and sage for $10. It was some of the best focaccia I’ve had, and the ricotta was excellent. I’ll be whipping my ricotta from now on. The burrata ($24) was a bit salty, with a pleasant kick from the spices and Calabrian chili. While tasty, $24 seemed steep for a starter of this size. The gnocchi were a good size for sharing and tasted great. The fonduti sauce was flavorful and really added to the dish. My husband had the chicken parm, which was especially meaty and delicious. Fish is sold at market price, all in the $50-$60 per pound range. I wanted to try turbot, but our server said it was too large—2 lbs—for one. She helped me choose a one-pound option, so I ordered the black bass (1.07 lbs). I’m not opposed to going back, but if I did, I’d probably sit at the bar, have a couple of drinks, and split an appetizer or two with someone. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the high prices make it difficult to recommend unless you’re seeking a special occasion splurge. Even then, I don’t think the food is worth the price.

They gotta pay the rent -- and it ain't cheap

By CalAlPal |

Pricey -- as would be expected at a destination hotel eatery with a famous name. On the positive side the restaurant was more spacious and relaxing than most. And the service was excellent. On the negative side, the restaurant is not fully separated from the casino area -- so there is some noise from the casino and some trace tobacco smoke. The food quality was a bit uneven. The entrees were excellent -- fully deserving a 5-star rating. But some of the appetizers and side dishes were only "good". And "good" doesn't cut it at their pricing level. For instance, the octopus (touted as a specialty of the house by our waiter) was not great. Bobby needs to go to Portugal to learn how to cook octopus correctly. They don't serve bread with your meal. It's extra. And they only have a focaccia bread. I needed bread to soak up the (spectacular) base of the "zuppa de pesce" -- and typical focaccia bread wouldn't do. Luckily, it's not typical focaccia bread. This one was soft and not over-seasoned. So it did work out well. The side of string beans was interesting -- but vastly overpriced. The kale romaine salad was expensive and just OK. Our main courses were excellent. I can strongly recommend the zuppa de pesce. The chicken parm was tender and nicely done. The turbo was wonderful, but exorbitantly priced at about $130 (before tax and tip). The drinks were similarly pricey ($23). And a bottle of Pellegrino water was $10. Of course, all before tax and tip. Yikes. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g45963-d23441529-r1048312753-Amalfi-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html#

Very good, expensive, not near great

By Con W |

Service was outstanding, both wait staff and especially staff supporting wait staff. Fantastic Gnocchi, and great appetizers and salads. Entree (chicken parmigiana) was good but not great. Cocktails terrible. Yes, terrible. Highly overpriced and could have been from a box rather than a bar. Enjoyed overall but lingering disappointment.

Very nice restaurant!!

By Elaine D |

The food was very good!! The service was outstanding. We all had different meals and we loved the food. The drinks were excellent!! I do recommend this restaurant.

There is a reason you can’t beat Bobby Flay.

By Enrico P |

OMG. It’s more than just food it’s an experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Had the squid ink fettuccine, gnocchi, and the asparagus pasta with all of the sides as an appetizer. Finished with a peach cobbler and strawberry tart with homemade strawberry gelato. This was such an amazing meal and it is such a beautiful restaurant. The staff are all so friendly and definitely know the menu and food. I guess there is a reason you can’t beat Bobby Flay.

Amazing!

By Reed |

A phenomenal and nearly perfect dining experience from start to finish. Even thought the majority of our group didn’t eat seafood, everything on the menu we tried was absolutely amazing and ranked up with some of the best food we’ve had in Michelin starred restaurants. Service was equally exquisite with proactive, warm and informative service throughout the meal. Even though it is right off the casino floor, it isn’t loud but it does have a lighter Mediterranean colored atmosphere and is not particularly dark or romantic if that is what you are looking for. Can’t wait to return some day!

Fantastic Meal in a Gorgeous Setting

By Michael S |

Genuinely surprised by the reviews of this place. Admittedly I was maybe coming in with lower expectations - hotel restaurant + celebrity chef is a recipe for being underwhelmed. Arrived a little early for my reservation and they were happy to seat me and my friend. Service was quick and our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great gin selection and even better gimlets to be had. Originally came for Restaurant Week but there was SO much that was appealing on the menu we decided to order a la carte. The buffalo mozzarella appetizer is to die for. The lobster pasta was tremendously delicious. And the japanese katsu style Chicken Parm was amazing. The main 'gimmick' is the fresh fish menu - I am always a little sus of ordering when the letters "MP" appear as I like to know what I am getting myself into - some places will actually say 'on the fish menu the prices are X Y and Z today' proactively, which would be my only recommendation to the GM if they read this. The decor was also amazing - walls were reminiscent of an old building in Tuscany with the rest of the decor being a modern upscale dining look. Fairly open layout but not much casino noise coming in thanks to Caesars high ceilings. Would highly recommend.

Sauce on the side, please

By Anne Marie F |

Best Pistachio sundae ever. If you like fish this is the place to go to. If you are not a fan of sauces make sure to tell the waiter sauce on the side for everything you order. I had the branzino and it was very good except for the lemon sauce it was sitting in, then the skin was no longer crispy. Same went for the crispy roasted potatoes with another lemon sauce all over them. No longer crispy just soggy. I still recommended it.

Expected more from Amalfi

By jtat |

Being a constant Caesars Palace customer, I finally visited Amalfi Waiter messed up big time. Took our order for a CHARRED OCTOPUS app but never placed order. When he came back to take our main course order 15 minutes later he realized his mistake, but at this point we were hungry so we simply went for the main course. The waiter's assistants who cleared our table and refilled water were very attentive. I'd grade our waiter C-, but his assistants an A. SCIALATIELLI, very nice but tiny portion 1 1/2 pds Grilled Whole Branzino with RED PEPPER + CALABRIAN CHILE PESTO. Tasty and good. Probably should've gone w/fillet. GREEN BEANS - good and crunchy, nothing special BOBBY’S PISTACHIO SUNDAE , enjoyed I expected a bit more for this Amalfi.

Incredible Experience!

By LivingThe Q |

This was our visit to this restaurant. They have a great menu. We decided on having fish for dinner. They have a wide variety of fish where you actually pick out the exact fish that you want. They then cook it according to what you want (whole, fileted, grilled, etc.) They you chose the sauce you want to have served with it. Made for a wonderful experience and meal.

Good, but overpriced

By Donna T |

I was looking forward to this experience. The fish was good, fine snapper, great flavor but came a little cold. The squid ink pasta was good , flat iron prawns were very dry. Did not offer us bread but I hear it's amazing .The tiramisu was absolutely amazing. Would return for that alone. Nothing done for my husband's 50th birthday. Would have been nice to acknowledge for $500 bill for 2 people. Good but nothing special.

Anniversary dinner Oct 2023

By Chris C |

We are fans of Bobby Flay and thought it would be a great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We absolutely enjoyed our dinner. The staff were very courteous, friendly, attentive and fast. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. It was quiet and comfortable while we were there. The food was fantastic and everything we had anticipated. We would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone, and would definitely visit again.

Lovely Place to Dine

By justacomment |

This is the second time we have eaten here and it was worth returning. The atmosphere is lovely at Amalfi and the service is great. We have had octopus, pasta, fish and desert — all were perfectly cooked. This time we even got to see the owner himself there, Bobby Flay.

Not what i expected and disappointing on the food.

By Jason |

Not impressed! We made reservations and everything from the reservation to seating along with our waiter service was amazing. They did an excellent job for sure. However when it comes to the food, we were not happy at all not even impressed for a moment. The menu said one thing and when we got our food it was another. The other problem was the portions were extremely meager. For the cost of the menu items and the quality we were not impressed to say the least. Won't be going back unfortunately.

Amalfi

By EvanGuthrie |

Amalfi by Bobby Flay is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful Italian food in a cool and unique atmosphere. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need for the best meal.

I'm Sorry Bobby, but this time you got beat.

By Kevin E |

The Good: My waiter was attentive and the gentlemen that was maintaining the beverages never let them get empty. The Bad: When I called for directions to the restaurant, the person on the phone stated that it wasn't located in the casino. It is located in the casino and not the Forum shops. I also felt that the menu is a little limited. The ugly: I originally ordered the Porcini Agnolotti, but it was too bitter, and the cheese tasted off a little. We asked for another dish, and they were very kind in facilitating our request. The Bucatini in red clam sauce tasted good, but the clams didn't taste fresh. My wife went to the fish counter and had to leave as she was overwhelmed with the fish smell (again it didn't smell fresh). My wife didn't go any farther than the appetizer of shellfish fritto misto and I wished I had stopped at the Burrata (which was exceptional). I have been sick to my stomach for the last 24 hours and the only thing I had to eat was the food at Amalfi. I was looking forward to such a positive dining experience and was greatly disappointed.

Great culinary experience

By marivilla436 |

Beautiful restaurant with a chic, modern ambience. Great food in all aspects. Lovely espresso martini and great service. We adventured with no reservations and the host that evening treated us as courteous as if we had. Our server Joel was great. The fresh fish recommendations were excellent. Pricy, but worth it. We’ll visit again(with a reservation of course) So glad we made it. Thank you guys ❤️

Very good food and service at Amalfi

By caldwcar |

Great food, excellent service. The food was very good. I was surprised. Had Buffala mozz salad, branzino with creminpolenta and tiramisu. All excellent! I highly recommend and would go back! Good job Bobby Flay! Certo!

Totally turned off

By Toni M |

The food was excellent, pricey but excellently prepared, however I won't be back. I speak Italian, so when I ordered a sbagliato from the Spritz menu, I pronounced it correctly. The server "corrected" me by pronouncing it wrong. It should be zpAH-lyee-AH-toh. The G is not pronounced any more than you'd say la-ZAG-na for lasagna. Bobby, if you're going to run an Italian restaurant, train the staff to pronounce all the items correctly. And, maybe even more importantly, train the staff that the customer is right (even if they think she's wrong).

Definitely worth Bobbi Flays Name

By BJ |

We were so impressed with this restaurant. The food was clean, fresh and had extreme depth of flavors. They don’t serve bread but it is well worth ordering it. The loaf is warm with sea salt and crushed rosemary on top. It served with side of olive oil and cheese spread. We ordered two different pasta dishes, one with shrimp scampi and one with squid pasta a, shrimp, mussels and clams. Wow , wonderful. The bottle of wine was good for the price. Overall, we enjoyed it enough to return.

Great restaurant to visit in Vegas

By Marilu B |

This is our second time dinning at Amalfi. It’s a great choice if you are attending a show at the Cesar’s Coliseum. The service is impeccable. From the head waiter to the assistant waiters and even the bus boys, the staff is super professional. The menu is very limited but there is something for you, for sure. Their highlight is for you to choose your fish from a display case and have the cooks prepare it for you. They recommended sharing one 2.5lb Bass between my husband and I, which was a perfect portion size for us. We each had a different sauce “on the side” to dress our fish. I had the lemon & caper sauce (tangy!) and my husband had the Salsa Verde (good, but not as good as Pesce in New Orleans) Again, the dessert menu is also limited. There is no “light” option like a simple lemon sorbet to finish off a meal. That’s OK with me because I have a sweet tooth anyway: I had the pistachio sorbet with dulce de leche and cherries, which was amazing. The decor is beautiful. Great place for a romantic dinner!

Good but not great experience

By dscottinto |

The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Charred octopus was really tender and delicious . The butternut squash and goat’s cheese ravioli were almost the best I’ve ever had. Low point however was chicken parmigiana which was too heavily breaded, too crunchy and salty. The highly recommended crispy potatoes were dry and hard and mostly left uneaten. Prices were very high.

Disappointing

By Samuel M |

I have been there two times and it is very disappointing. You have to order an entire expensive fish. If two or more people want to share, it could be ok, but if not it is not good.

March 08, 2024; Dining Solo @Amalfi

By Dennis B |

Since I was traveling solo and still wanted some quality food, I took a chance on Amalifi at Caesar's Palace. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted by Chad. After chatting for a bite to determine my likes/dislikes, Chad recommended the lobster cavatelli and a glass of sangiovese. OMG! It was one of the top 3 meals that I have EVER eaten! And the wine paired PERFECTLY with the meal! Nobody really likes to dine alone...and it's even more odd when you do it at a high-end restaurant. But Chad knew exactly how often to stop by in order to make the experience a 100 out of 100. He was funny, knowledgeable, and just made my dining experience there wonderful. THANKS CHAD!

Amazing seafood

By Vida Kinda |

Walking through a crazily busy smoky casino trying to find Amalfi was disconcerting, as there is no signage or directions. When we finally found the restaurant, we had our choice of seating, as we had an early reservation for 5:30, which is the only reservation we could get at last minute on a Thursday. The restaurant is expansive with many tables and booths bathed in gold filigree with a beautiful bar, open kitchen and a fresh seafood display. Our very convivial and helpful waitress, Michelle explained the menu and even talked about Bobby Flay, whom I just love! We walked over to the fresh fish area and chose our fish, a beautiful red snapper flown in that morning from Florida. We had it grilled whole with Calabrian chili sauce on the side , It was cooked perfectly, nice and crispy on the outside and moist and succulent on the interior. We also ordered the focaccia, which came with ricotta cheese on the side, so amazingly fluffy and flavorful! For our sides we ordered the grilled artichoke hearts and the green beans, both dishes were winners! The tiramisu Was the best tiramisu we had eaten! It was almost like a salted caramel tiramisu. Michelle made the entire meal special! So far this has been our favorite meal in four days!

Fantastic!

By DeDe N |

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Amalfi! Our server Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and her recommendations were spot on! 2 persons at our table shared a red snapper they selected, one enjoyed the Chef’s menu and I had the 10oz Filet. Squash blossoms on any menu are a treat for me but I’ve often been disappointed, they can be greasy but not these, they were perfect and flavorful. The lemony crispy potatoes were also a pleasant surprise! For dessert, the olive oil cake which didn’t sound good was the star of the table! It was so moist and decadent. We would definitely return to enjoy Amalfi again someday.

Amalfi by Bobby Flay in Vegas

By CocoGroveMike |

This is a truly outstanding fresh fish restaurant where you can visibly inspect your chilled fish on ice (see pics). This is a wonderful newer Bobby Flay restaurant for Vegas. Fish is cut & cooked to each order, whether individual or for sharing. Great appetizers including seafood misto, butternut arancini. Really killer deserts—-chocolate cake slice with hazelnut gelato is out of this world! Bobby’s gelato is also special.

Outstanding Food in Vegas

By Robert L |

From the time we arrived for our reservation to the last dessert, this visit was truly a great experience for my wife and me. Being fans of Bobby Flay we had high expectations and we’re not disappointed at all. I had the Charred Octopus as I’m a seafood lover and this was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. We shared the Branzino and it melted in our mouths. Our waiter was very helpful in recommending a couple of other dishes that did not disappoint. Service was excellent and we felt very comfortable with the ambiance. Amalfi is definitely a place to enjoy delicious food. We’ll definitely be back. Who knows? Maybe we’ll see Bobby Flay someday.

An excellent newer restaurant that offers delish southern Italian/ Med flavors. We dropped in on a whim and took a seat at the bar. Well informed Bartenders offered quick service and menu tips. All in all, one of the best meals of our visit. Would dine again.

Enjoyed being in the moment at Amalfi!

Had two great moments at the bar at Amalfi during my stay at Caesar’s! Ambiance and vibe is chill, food is delicious and the service is top shelf! As I like to say the bartender can make the experience! Hat tip to this man ‘Chad’ for making it memorable and engaging. Cheers, brother! 🥃

Beautiful Decor

We had the fixed price menu. The service is impeccable. The fish choices both appetizer and main course were excellent. I had the chicken which was dry. I nearly choked on it and then gave up eating it, leaving three of the four pieces. The seasoning was fine but honestly, I had chicken at cracker barrel the night before which was moist and delicious. The sundae dessert was excellent. It cost 260 dollars which for the amount of food was not a great value. It was my husband's birthday and he wanted to go there. I would not return. I was disappointed in the main course. I took it home and plan on salvaging it. I am Italian and can cook well. So, the four stars are for my husband's fish, the dessert, the polenta, and the decor. Stay away from the fish. I think bread would really help.

Good food great service

A great dinner with perfect service from Chris. Very Expensive!! Four of us shared octopus (so good), tuna tatar (yum) and squash blossoms to start. We then had a baked whole black bass (pricy but very good), asparagus, beens and crispy potatoes (just ok). We finished with Tiramisu (the best dish of the night) and pistachio gelato.

Very good Italian Dinners entrees.

Though we will miss Bobby Flay's previous restaurant that occupied this space - Mesa Grill, the new Amalfi did not disappoint. They close at eleven pm and we had just exited The Reba and Brooks and Dunn show in Caesar's Palace and were Hungry. We welcomed in by Michele as most other venues had closed at 10pm. Michele was very pesonalble and knew her menu and how each dish was prepared and made two great recommendations based on what we like right down to a great wine. The app of Mussels was fresh and tasty but our entrees of Squid Ink Fettuccine Far Diavolo and Orecchiette Eggplant Bolognese were absolutely Delicious!!! and then the meal was topped off with coffee and cheesecake as we helped close down the restaurant an hour and 1/2 later. Thanks Michele for helping to finish a great evening.

Best fish experiences in town.

Great fish monger with five different fresh fish to choose from. The whole fish are on ice. The fish monger explains each fish and you take your pick. You can get the whole fish or have it filleted. This is a wonderful experience.

Absolutely Delicious!

One of my favorite restaurants ever, and I’m a foodie. Service was exceptional from beginning to end, both the front and back waiters. The atmosphere was inviting. Surprisingly, there were plenty of open tables. Our favorites: prawns, octopus and arancini small plates. Also scialatielli. The focaccia bread enhanced the meal, but I wasn’t as enamored as some other reviewers. Go there, if you are in Las Vegas!

Awful fish

The worst fish I can remember ever having anywhere. Told it was a mild flavor. Nope, it tasted disgusting with awful harsh fishy flavor. Won't go back. Too bad.
