We had a wonderful experience at Amare. Started with the charred octopus and tarpon springs salad - the octopus was the most tender we have ever had. Mahi mahi, sea bass, and grilled souvlaki (beef) were excellent! Our waiter Luis was so kind to our kids and gave such wonderful service. Thank you, we will be back!

This was our second time dining here. We love the atmosphere of the restaurant. On our EPCOT day, we like to walk over to this Marriott property for a brief escape from the theme park craziness. The service here has been consistently excellent and the food menu has a very nice selection. It is not a huge menu, so be sure to check it out previous to your decision whether to visit or not. My husbands meal was excellent. However, I did have some issue with the way the filet was grilled for my kabobs. The server did his best to rectify the issue, but my medium rare filet went from well done to red rare. It was disappointing. Despite my personal experience, I would still recommend for a nice non-Disney dining option.

New menu at Amare just dropped four days ago and the updates are fire 🔥! Luis was excellent and walked us through the changes. MAJOR upgrade with the fry bread and new salads and the mains were just as good as ever! Can’t wait to come back again in March when we’re here next to see what Chef has dreamed up 😉

Excellent food and service! Kim was phenomenal and made our experience unforgettable! Highly recommend this restaurant as the food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant itself was beautiful! Will be back!

Ryan was great! The food was very good and service was even better. Perfect end to a great day at the parks! The Mahi was our favorite!

We ate here on our last night in Disney. What a great experience the food was amazing the service amazing dessert was to die for. Kim our server was so attentive and welcoming. For me was best meal of the trip .

Our waiter Kim took such good care of us. The food was delicious. The flavors were spectacular. We made reservations and arrived 30 minutes prior but they accommodated us 20 minutes prior. Awesome service, everyone so nice and professional. Located at the Swan Reserve resort. Really easy to walk from Epcot to the restaurant. Big wine selection.

I can't remember a worse meal and Disney still claims it is a "Signature Dining Experience" Our food was served within minutes of our sitting down. McDonalds usually takes longer. The food, when served, was luke warm. By the time we got to our third bite, it was stone cold. Not sure when and how it was prepared but obviously it was fixed long before we got there. PLUS it was a weird lamb dish with no distinguishing anything. Orders were being shouted into the kitchen and food assembled in cold serving dishes under a warming light before being taken to the table. Items came from various pots being brought from the kitchen. SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED TO WHAT WAS ONCE A GREAT RESTAURANT.

We had Kim as our server. She went out of her way to accommodate me with some food allergies and made wonderful suggestions for our meals and our wines. Our seafood was divine; and, we will definitely go back for a second visit during our stay. I recommend Amare with 5 stars and ask for Kim.

Why is this place not on top of the hotel where the floor would indicate the level of incredible? From start to finish, service with Robert, to food, to ambience- our parking was covered via validation as well. We were told by friends that that are regulars here to come in, ask for Robert or Kim & get taken in for amazing food & service. We will spread the word now to our friends- get the Bistecca. Omg. Beef like you have not witnessed before…

Where do I start? We were warmly greeted by Amare's hostess, who led us to our table. Afterwards, our server, Lauren, who had impeccable people skills welcomed us and described the menu to us, providing tips to make our dining experience pleasurable. The decor reminds me of a seaport town in the Mediterranean which is absolutely perfect. It felt light and airy, yet nice enough for a special occasion. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Our main course--the sea bass--was piping hot like I like it and superbly prepared. We hadn't planned on having desert, but a special complimentary board with three lovely deserts was presented to us. We've spent hundreds of dollars at other restaurants that didn't meet Amare's standard. This restaurant, staff, and chef exceeded our expectations. No disappointment here. We were thoroughly satisfied.

We were celebrating a late Mother's Day and decided to go here based on a friend's suggestion. Everyone on staff was incredible, from Hostess to the Manager, especially our server, Kim. They treated us so well, the food was absolutely wonderful (everything so full of flavor), and the view we had was gorgeous. If you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, you must stop by here.

The staff is amazing. The food is top notch. I've never felt so welcomed in a resort restaurant. Kim was an amazing server, gave great recommendations on what to order and was so nice to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience and I'm excited to go back at least once more while I'm here.

I wanted a nice place to go on Disney property when I was visiting EPCOT. It is a nice walk from the back entrance of EPCOT in the Swan Reserve. It was so much better than I could have expected. The food was amazing and only surpassed by the service. Our waitress, Kim, was not only attentive and helpful, she was engaging and funny and made a good experience into a phenomenal one. I would go back (and will go back)EVERY time I am in Orlando.

Not what you would normally expect from a Disney restaurant! No kitsch in the decor and the food was outstanding! The staff was attentive from the start and made us feel welcome. And the food!!! From the Iskabubble bread appetizer with the accompanying three (deliciously unique) dips to the skewed chicken souvlaki served with hummus and tzatziki, we were continually impressed with the array of flavors. But the star of the meal was the sea bass baked in parchment. (Huge props to our fabulous server, Kim, for the recommendation.) The presentation alone had us salivating, as Kim made a show of cutting open the parchment to reveal the steaming dish. The fish was cooked perfectly (tender and not dried out from overcooking), and came layered with tomatoes, olives, and onions. But the element that put this dish over the top was the butter wine sauce Kim poured over the dish, once presented. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for an adult restaurant that serves an exceptional meal with service to match.

My husband and I were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. We chose Amare the second time because of our incredible experience celebrating our 45th anniversary last year. The service bestowed on us that evening reflected warmth, personal attention and a truly magical evening. Luis , our server and Jamie the manager ,couldn't have supported us anymore with our celebration. It is a rare find to have exemplary service, exquisite food and a climate that exudes professionalism in one evening of celebration. I am not a food critic but a very thankful patron that will spread the word about this hidden gem of a restaurant.

We once loved this restaurant. This was our 3rd year returning for dinner. The food was a complete disappointment. The octopus starter lacked seasoning & had no flavor. The Amare salad was a big bowl of iceberg lettuce with a spoonful each of onion, olive & feta on the edge of the bowl. The signature sea bass (which we always order) was overdone & dry. Even our Manhattan cocktails were initially a mystery drink & had to be remade correctly. The quality of the kitchen & food have greatly diminished. What happened?? Amare is off our list when return to Orlando for business again next year.

Perfect dinner after tiring day. Food was excellent and Taylor was very attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Yum! The food is so fresh! Ask to sit in Kim’s section, she’s fantastic. We started with a shrimp appetizer, with Kim’s help. The shrimp were huge and full of flavor. We ordered the chicken with fresh pasta - there were so many parts to this dish, it was large and delicious. We saw people ordering the flatbread pizzas they smelled great walking past our table. If you’re looking for a quick meal that would be a great option. Then we had their greek yogurt cheesecake paired with their orange-cello. First off, I didn’t know orange-cello was a thing but I am sold, it smells like Soarin’ so amazing. Also the cheesecake was light and fluffy with a house made blueberry sauce with giant fresh blueberries. So delicious and bright and fresh. We will be back!

This was our first time dining at Amare and it most certainly won’t be our last. It’s a short walk from Epcot and Disney’s Skyliner, making this a very easy location to get to. Our table was ready early, so we were able to save time too. The Swan Reserve Hotel is breathtaking as a whole, but Amare has such an intimate setting that really pushes the experience over the top. The service was phenomenal and our server, Kim, was an absolute delight. The food was FANTASTIC. The Braised Lamb Hummus and Swordfish Chermoula were genuinely two of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The meals were very reasonably priced for the quality and care shown in each dish. If you want a meal to be one of the highlights of your trip, book a reservation here.

So...I have to start by saying this was a Happy happenstance. My wife and I were looking at a different venue for dinner in the hotel across from where Amare is in the Swan Reserve hotel.... What fantastic change of circumstance that we decided to do the 5 minute walk across the street! Worth it! From taking the reservation to seating us with Taylor who just cannot be any nicer. Great recommendations on what the specialties were (especially the "Viola" drink. Thanks Taylor). The food was superb. The Polpetti...on point (careful, this appetizer is dangerous with a glass of red wine...you've been warned). The Souvlaki....bring an appetite that will be sated by this dish...I visited Greece earlier this year and it tastes like what I had in Santorini. And you can go guiltless because the Greek Yogurt Cheesecake has protein, so INDULGE! Oh....and yes...will be back.

Our favorite Walt Disney World restaurant. Amare is a top 5 WDW eatery. The menu is exciting. The meals are prepared perfectly, and the wait staff is wonderful. Kim, who handled our table, and Billy, who mixed our cocktails made us feel very special. We had made another reservation on Open Table at the JW Marriott and when we arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed. The staff was cordial but to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We then book a table at Amare, and had a great dining experience. We live minutes from Disney, and can choose from dozens of spots, but we always seem to end up at Amare. It’s THAT good!

Went in to celebrate our 30th anniversary and Kim made it so special for us as she did last year. To our surprise she was our server on our first trip and got her again on our second! She remembered us and remembered how much we loved the cheesecake! It was so thoughtful and special for us! Thanks again Kim! We will be back for number 31!

Oh my God, I don’t know even where to start from. After a long day at the magic kingdom and walking over to the Swan reserve my family and I were greeted with Luis, who was a great host a great server and at the end of the night, a great friend who recommended a great French wine that went perfectly with amazing grilled mahi-mahi that I cannot stop talking about. My mother-in-law had an amazing Mediterranean salad and my kid had an amazing pasta which tasted great fresh and absolutely warm and ready to devour since we are in Disney World, it’s safe to say that we were pixie dusted by our server Louise Luis not only give my two little daughter special Mimi, mouse and Mickey Mouse cupcakes filled with sprinkles and all the magic but he also got the adults in the group and amazing orangecello drink. I highly recommend Amari at Swan reserve and ask for Luis when you come in!

We have a brilliant meal this evening in Amare. We have visited before during Magical Dining and again this didn't disappoint. The food is superb, super tasty and a little a great nod to the Mediterranean cuisine that we love. Service by Kim was also excellent, attentive and not rushed which we loved. We will definitely be back

This place is fabulous. Our food was excellent. The service was outstanding. We had the most attentive server Kim. She helped us to chose our wine and guided us through the menu. She was sensitive to our special needs son’s food issues. She was perfection.

From the moment we walked into the hotel and asked for directions to the restaurant- we knew we made a great choice coming here (based off of trip advisor reviews!). Every staff member we encountered was happy and helpful! My nephew opted for this restaurant based on reviews and because he needed to eat healthy as he is running a 26 mile marathon next week! The service provided by Luis and the rest of the Amare staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that I could enjoy my dinner with my husband and nephew. I have gluten, dairy and other allergies which can be quite challenging to eat out. However, the chef accommodated my needs! In fact, I have not eaten bread for at least a year. Luis brought out hot gluten free rolls to go with the Mediterranean dip appetizer and roasted vegetables (the boys ate delicious pita bread with it). The reason I have not had bread is because generally gluten free bread tastes like cardboard. The Amare rolls were so delicious I took 3 home with me! Every time we eat out I get anxious - but at Amare I felt safe! Now as for the restaurant, the atmosphere was elegant casual. The food was absolutely delicious - and the entire staff was outstanding. Make sure you ask for Luis!

The food and service was excellent. You can see that the food selections are well planned and executed to perfection. The “Madagascar old fashion” is fabulous, as is the sea bass in parchment paper and the filet was so tender it melted in your mouth! Luis our waiter was very attentive and offered suggestions and ensured that we had a great experience. The best restaurant in our mind on Disney property. Will be back!

We had the swordfish which was amazing, the Israeli chicken, which was not only Israeli, but also amazing!, And the hot honey brussels sprouts were the best sprouts I never had. Our server Kim was a delight in the environment was incredible. I highly recommend this dining experience a very good value.

Probably the most beautiful restaurant in town and with super friendly service. The food is good, but no better.

As a mom of three, I highly recommend Amare for those rare date nights- you will not be disappointed! The food was amazing, the wine selection was expansive, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. Our waiter, Luis, was possibly the best part of the evening. He absolutely elevated the entire experience.

Disappointed is an understatement for the price we paid. I had to write this review as a family who frequents Disney, we look forward to eating out. We are not shy to spend a little more when its worth it. Food was inconsistent, under cooked chicken souvlaki. Charred octopus was far from charred. Tasted more like bailed. Be sure to ask them to space out the apps from the main course. It was a fast follow, which put a damper on things. We definitely felt rushed. Service did not make up for anything. It was average.

Amare is located inside the new Swan Reserve hotel in the Epcot center. It is located on the second floor, and you can go up the escalator to it. It is a smaller, very charming but modern Mediterranean restaurant. It has a relaxed and peaceful ambiance. The service was very good, and our server was attentive and friendly. We ordered the Charred Octopus, the Hummus, and Bread, the Mediterranean dips with Pita bread, the Orangecello, and Tito's with soda and lime. Everything was delicious. We had a nice time and hope to stop by again in the near future.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and are SO happy we did. We walked in after a long day at the park, and couldn’t have been happier! The atmosphere is fabulous, and the food and service is off the charts. Special shoutout to Ryan (our waiter) and Serena (the manager) who went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

This restaurant is not only beautiful, it is delicious. The food was beyond good! Our waiter, Ryan, was very helpful and kind. I had some dietary restrictions from a recent illness and he navigated me through the menu, made recommendations and asked the kitchen to modify my selections to support my needs. He was just a jewel and a very nice person to talk to. The cocktails (both with and without alcohol...) were wonderful, the appetizer dips, our main course, (I had the fish in parchment...heavenly)were tasty and cooked perfectly. We finished up the night with a fantastic espresso to accompany sorbet. It was just a great experience all the way around. We will be back and I would love to have Ryan with us again!!

Unbelievable. Food, service, atmosphere and experience all first rate. Mauricio and Luis were very attentive and responsive. We were dining for my wife’s birthday. They made her feel special. As a foodie I would absolutely recommend as a must.

Make sure to visit Amare if you’re in Orlando! This restaurant is top notch and one of our favorites in all of Orlando. We most recently visited and Luis was our server! He made our evening so memorable! Thanks Luis for great service.

Amare was the perfect dinner for our family. The space was beautiful and sophisticated, our waitress Kim was INCREDIBLE and the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the Ishkabubble Bread their signature appetizer. With all of the amazing options in the area we were still tempted to go back the next day!

Kim had the best recommendations!!! We were very indecisive with our order but Kim’s recommendation made our night special. The Grilled Souvlaki and Tonnarelli Alle Vongole were excellent!!! Thank you Kim!!!

What an amazing restaurant. Our waitress Kim was the cherry a top the Sunday. A delectable cruise around the Mediterranean, stopping at ports such as Greece and Turkey. Portion sizes are perfect for sampling several dishes. Very child friendly as well especially since one of my kids is still to learn table manners, granted he is one years old. We love the Swan Reserve and look forward to coming back and dining at Amare

This was an amazing restaurant, from start to finish everything was perfect. Our waiter, Luis, guided us through the menu and was able to easily answer any questions we had. He was clearly passionate and knowledgeable! For drinks, we got the Luis recommended 'Madagascar' Old Fashioned, the Ginger Juice, and the Viola. If you like smokey drinks, definitely try the Madagascar! If you don't want to have anything strong, aim for the Viola or the Ginger. We started the Amare's Signature Ishkabubble Bread. Three of us shared it and it was a good amount of everything for all of us. For the entrees we got the Grilled Souvlaki (one person got chicken and one got the Angus beef) and the Braised Lamb Cappelletti. All three were even better than we thought they would be! The beef was tender, the chicken was juicy, and the lamb pasta was absolutely perfect. We shared a dessert. We got (I forgot the name, I'm sorry!) the flourless cake and love it! It was almost too beautiful to eat. Almost! The tartness of the raspberry caviar was perfect with how rich the cake and mousse are. Afterwards, Luis surprised us with free orange cello drinks and ADORABLE Mickey Mouse themed cupcakes because we were dining with a Disney cast member. Luis really went above and beyond to make us feel valued and special. We will definitely be returning to try whatever Luis recommends next. The atmosphere in the restaurant was upscale and coastal which fit well with the Mediterranean menu the chef curated.

The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding! Luis was so friendly, courteous, and efficient. We will definitely come again next time we're in town!

Thankfully we had a wonderful waiter. Food was terrible. My husband had raw fish (they took that off the bill). I had raw chicken, red and bloody, I was told it was red because of the marinade they used, and they left that on the bill. Don't go,

We ate at Amare on a whim. We were at the Swan Reserve for a Disney vacation and I booked it initially because of the convenience, knowing nothing about it. We love our kids but tend not to love the food on Disney vacations :) What a pleasant surprise! My craft cocktail was outstanding, and the red wine flight was fun and well-considered. The bread service was delicious. Charred octopus appetizer was not typically in my wheelhouse, but the plate was wiped clean when we were done. My husband got the sea bass and I got the souvlaki ... oh my word. They also had a kids menu, and were responsive to my child's nut allergy needs. Our waiter, Luis, was friendly and next-level hospitable. We were so impressed by his top-notch service! Finally, I think it's very telling that we encountered a family who had been at the hotel for a week and had come back EVERY NIGHT for dinner to try more of their dishes. I can see why. If you like Mediterranean flavors (or want to try them for the first time), this is the place. We will most definitely go out of our way to eat here again next time we are in town!

I must say , Ryan was an absolute rock star. We own our own business and would love to have more people with his attitude and the way he presented himself. My wife and I really didn't know what we wanted to eat. It was our first time at Amare and he made us feel like long time return customers. Every recommendation was spot on and the food was absolutely amazing. Very well presented , and delicious to say the least. Ryan , the kitchen staff and everyone else at Amare. Thank you for kicking our weekend away off in the best way possible. Until next time .....

Kim was amazing! She made great suggestions and was very accommodating. She asked about allergies right away which was great because we had a family member that has food allergies. The food was delicious!

Fantastic food and service! Best scallops ever! Phyllo prawns BTS! Ishkabubble bread-so fun! Kim’s service was impeccable! Loved everything about this meal!

We were looked after by the amazing Kim who made a real effort with the two children in our party, food was incredible highly recommend the hummus with braised lamb.

December 28, 2024- Luis you are absolutely the best!! Myself and 5 other family members had reservations at Amare in the Swan Reserve. Four of us have eaten there before and absolutely loved their filet mignon and the Amare salad along with their pita chips. Last night 15 min before our reservation I decided to look at the menu , not thinking anything of it to my surprise the menu changed and now I’m in a panic. The Amare salad along with the filet mignon is no longer on the menu. How am I suppose to modify a dining reservation for a party of 6 so close to our reservation time. I’m highly allergic to all shellfish and seafood , so our options were very limited to none. We decided to go to Amare anyway. Our server, Luis greeted us with a smile. We had the perfect table in front of the kitchen. Everything was beautiful. We all open our menus and I’m like oh no . I knew the menu changed , I call Luis over and asked is there any way I can get the Amare salad along with the filet mignon. He said I’m so sorry the Chef changed the menu 3 weeks ago. I said you have 6 people here who won’t try or eat anything from the new menu. I’m so sorry but we may have to leave, Please understand with my allergies and how picky everyone else is this isn’t going to work out. Luis said hold on. He went to his manager and the chef and they came back to our table and said we can get you all the filet mignon from Shulas, we will cook it with the sides from the ribeye, will that be okay? Absolutely!!!!! Once again Amare did not disappoint. Luis went above and beyond our expectations. Hands down to this amazing person who went out of his way to make our dinner extra special with some Disney Magic !!! We can’t thank you enough and are looking forward to seeing you again in March.

Really excellent — The food, service and vibe are all a 10 out of 10. Kim was our server and was truly lovely. She suggested without being pushy and completely transformed our experience. We’d had a great day and only wanted a light dinner. She suggested the sea bass which is out of this world. We started with the mezza trio and it didn’t disappoint. She also took her time to be sure I get the red wine I truly desired. We can see why this is a top rated Orlando restaurant. All around great experience in a setting that read resort without being stuffy or too formal. Again, really wonderful. Worth the time and effort to go.

5 out of 5 the waitress was amazing, the steak was insane. Overall insane place should be a Michelin star. Definitely will go back for more.

Outstanding dining experience with exceptional service! The hospitality was simply unparalleled. Luis and Angelica truly made our evening unforgettable by graciously accommodating our last-minute special requests. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff and team for creating such a memorable night.

This is our second time going and it was just as amazing as the first! The food is honestly sooooo fresh! The flavors are incredible. Kids meals also have huge portions! We’ll be going again! Luis our server was fantastic as well, very attentive. 10-10 recommend. It’s located inside the Swan reserve hotel (which has a fancy vibe to it) you will not be disappointed.

Kimberly took such good care of us! The menu was a wonderful twist on the usual Greek cuisine. We highly recommend it. The ishkabbible bread with the mezze dips are a must!

We ordered a few appetizers and drinks to start off. The pita bread and dips were amazing. We also ordered the scallops and they were 5 star. Our server Ozzy, was the best and his attention to detail was 2nd to none…. Sorry Kim.

Our family of 4 enjoyed an excellent meal the day we arrived for vacation. Easily walkable from the boardwalk area of Epcot, we were quickly seated and received outstanding service from Luis. The salad was fresh to start, followed by the sea bass entree which was bursting with flavor and a truly memorable dish. We would visit again without hesitation, and highly recommend.

This restaurant is a hidden treasure at Disney , if you ever have an opportunity to go do it !!! From appetizer to desert it’s 10/10 and Ryan was an amazing waiter knew best to recommend and made us feel special! This restaurant deserves awards a plenty

First time here. Nice dinner. But #7 in all of Orlando? Um no. Service was good. Small menu options. Food was good but not amazing. Not sure how this ranks #7.

Food was great! Excellent service and recommendations from Kim! Thank you so much. Brussel sprouts are a must try along with the swordfish. Old fashioned has a great presentation and taste.

We had a wonderful dinner at Amare. We started with fresh bread served with Hummus and it was very tasty. We had app, Chargrilled Pepper Crostino, in the bar (Sitir) that is prepared in the same kitchen and it was also very good and prepared us for the delicious dinner that was to come. I enjoyed the Souvlaki with beef, the portion was generous and the hummus and tabouleh were perfect complements to this well prepared dish. The other 2 in our party enjoyed the Tonnarelli Alle Vongole and the Sea Bass, both dishes looked and tasted fantastic and again were gorgeous in the portions. We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant generously served us complimentary dessert cocktails and a wonderful greek yogurt cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake. This was one of our best dining experience in WDW and having Kim as our server pushed it over the top. We will definitely revisit this restaurant and the hotel (seperate review) on our next visit.

Dinner tonight was superior. The food was by far the best and far exceeded expectations. Better than some 5 star restaurants, such as Roy’s. Our server Kim delivered five star customer service! Everyone including management were genuinely service oriented, knew their customer base and wanted to make sure the customer was happy. I cannot say enough about Amare and the excellence they exhume. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for Kim!

Had a fantastic experience at Amare. The food was delicious and our waitress Kim, was amazing!!!! I highly recommend the dip trio was an appetizer and save room for dessert. 10/10 we will be back.

We had a beautiful dinner at Amare when we arrived at the Swan/Dolphin complex before starting our park visit the following day. Food was outstanding, as was the presentation. We were very impressed with the friendly staff - Luis and Robert in particular. The sea bass in parchment paper was our favorite dish, but the filet mignon souvlaki came in a very close second. High recommendation!

This is not our first review on this restaurant, but we have to shout out each time as this is hands down our favorite restaurant in the area! The attentiveness from the staff to the kitchen is exemplary! They all make sure to treat you as their special guest! On this visit, Robert made our experience each evening the best! From wine recommendations to guiding the kitchen to create special dishes for a food allergy, which is above and beyond! This made us want to come back each night and not dine elsewhere (we have dined in all restaurants, including Victoria and Alberts, so we know what to compare to). When we told Robert that we were coming back the next evening, he came back to tell us that the chef was sourcing food from another restaurant and making a special meal off the menu to accommodate the allergy to give us a full experience! When we came back the next night the meal was impeccable and the Chef came out to our table. We can’t say enough about this restaurant, from the staff to the kitchen and are booking our hotel reservations now for this week and will be eating there every evening.

This is a hidden gem Luis gave excellent service without hovering. His suggestions were spot on. The bartender knows his stuff. The old-fashioned was excellent. The chef has a way with both texture and flavor. Ambience was delightful.

We were all impressed since the moment we were seated. Service from Luis was attentive but not overly so, he definitely struck the right balance. Also at no point did any of us feel that we were being rushed to finish our meal and move on. Menu had some interesting twists to it that made the choices interesting. The ishkabubble bread service and dips were great to share. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and I loved how it was cooked en papillote to keep all the juices and flavors in. The lamb cappelletti was delicious and each element complemented each other perfectly and the souvlaki was amazing. This is one of the best meals I’ve had on any Disney property.

More people should be talking about this restaurant. The food is amazing we went there twice this week. We had Kim G as a server and she was amazing. The food is so fresh and delicious. I can’t say enough good things between our two visits this week once just the two of us and one with a large group of family we tried at least 80% of that menu and EVERYTHING was great personally my favorite were the scallops the sea bass and the olive oil cake omg I could eat that all day! We will be back over and over again!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with how delicious our meals were. The staff from the hostess to our servers were impeccable. Kim was a fantastic server and went above and beyond for us. We will be back soon.

From the appetizers (Polpetti - lamb and beef meatballs!) to the entrées (Grilled Souvlaki, Romesco Chicken, and Tonnarelli Alle Vongole) to the deserts (cannolis and a yogurt based cheesecake), everything was delicious. The star of the evening, though, was our server Kim who made us all feel at home, catered to our ridiculousness, and was just plain excellent.

Amare continues to be my absolute favorite restaurant at Disney! The food and service is always amazing! Luis made wonderful recommendations off the magical dining menu and my 3 courses and wine were fabulous. He made my meal special and gave me as much attention and service as the larger groups. The cheesecake was the best I ever tasted and the complimentary orangecello is always such a treat. The entire staff is amazing and accommodating from your arrival downstairs, greeting you upstairs, the incredible selections at the bar and the staff there, and everyone inside the restaurant. They have complimentary valet parking and Emily greeted me and provided information I did not know about the hotel, bar and restaurant. At the end of the evening Miguel brought my car in moments and assisted me with items and leftovers. Do not visit Disney or the Orlando area without experiencing this fabulous restaurant! I will be back again before leaving the area!!

Amare never fails! Our Thanksgiving Dinner for 28 was incredible! This past week husband and went back for dinner- wow. Food was amazing. We were fortunate to be served in the bar by Olivia who was professional and charming. At dinner Ozzie was excellent. Highly recommend this place for great food and service.

We went for Magical dining and the food was amazing and our server Ryan was definitely 5 stars. If you haven’t been definitely give a try you will not be disappointed

I can't say this is an undiscovered gem at Disney World as the restaurant was quite busy when we were there and advance reservations are strongly recommended. However, because it is somewhat off the beaten Disney track (it is located at the Swan Reserve hotel) it doesn't get the recognition or the love it deserves. We started our meal sharing an Amare salad made with shredded iceberg and romaine lettuce, with fresh dill, scallions, marinated feta cheese, slivered red onions, kalamata olives, cucumbers, marinated artichoke hearts, with a red wine marjoram dressing. It was light, freshest of fresh and very good. For my entree I chose the Seabass Al Cartoccio, two filets of sustainable striped bass steamed in parchment paper with thyme, garlic, wilted greens, tomatoes, and heirloom potatoes, and finished with a rich white wine sauce. Amazing. We also tried the margarita flatbread, made with tomato basil, Tuscan olive oil, ricotta and provolone cheeses, piping hot from the oven. It's an "open" kitchen, and quite the show watching the various dishes being plated, sort of a controlled chaos. Our server, Taylor, was delightful, commenting on favorites from the menu, making sure waters and iced teas were always quickly filled, and making us feel like welcome guests. Thank you for the outstanding service! Finally, if you are a DVC member, there is a 20% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages. This makes it an amazing value for the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Went to Amare for a date night. Our server, Kim, was absolutely fantastic. Funny, personable, and was able to give us excellent recommendations for our meal. The bread appetizer was delicious, and the souvlaki was perfectly cooked and came with delicious accompaniments. The Brussels sprouts maze stole the show! Definitely recommend this restaurant.

My boyfriend found your place and it sounded good so we made reservations on line for 8:30 Friday night. We are staying at the Dolphin Resort celebrating our one year anniversary of sobriety and my birthday on the following week. We had come in a bit early and greeted by your kind hostesses to a lovely table. The rest of the night went perfect with great food and service. We were very impressed with our server Ryan, he recommended some great options and was helpful with my pickiness. He is an asset to your team. To wrap it up, we will be back and definitely come back.

Yall. Amare might be the best kept Disney property secret… with a bread service to rival Sanaa and one of the top 3 steaks I’ve ever had on property with the Porterhouse, we are both leaving stuffed and beyond happy with our experience. Our waitress, Kim, was amazing and went above and beyond to provide exemplary service, and our food was truly out of this world. Plus who doesn’t love an open concept kitchen 🤩

We had an amazing dinner last night. Spent a long time at the parks and wanted a relaxing but not slow dinner. Luis was our server, he was fantastic! We felt like he treated us like family. Food was great, souvlaki with chicken was a winner.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Mediterranean food (we loved the souvlaki) but kids were very happy with their chicken fingers and chips and spaghetti from the kids menu. Very attentive service. The restaurant is in the Swan Reserve hotel (not the Swan hotel!), just a short walk from the Boardwalk. Relaxed atmosphere but website states no swimwear and for clothes to be neat and with no graphics. We were given a table by the window and could see some of the Epcot fireworks above the top of the Swan hotel at 9pm. You need a reservation and with that can park at the Swan Reserve Hotel. Highly recommend this for couples and families alike.

We went for a family dinner and the experience was amazing. The food was superb. They even had a vegetarian option for me. All the waitstaff and hostess were so kind, but Luis was a gem!!! He gave my son a complimentary chocolate cupcake and hilarity ensued. Luis- thank you for giving us a magical night we will remember forever!!!!!

Very good experience. More of a hidden Disney dining spot. Food was good, very interesting flavors and cuisine creativity. Service was good, clean.. and then after dinner they have a nice fire pit area poolside that me and my husband enjoyed for a bit with some coffee.

We were late in making a dinner reservation and this was the only place available. Normally a sign of trouble. But having had a lot of Greek food I decided it probably was because people in Orlando maybe don’t get a lot of exposure. So we went. It was wonderful! My wife and I don’t have the biggest appetite so we shared Lamb Kofta and then the Swordfish Chermoula. Our waiter Luis, did not lead us wrong! We love swordfish but are always afraid to order it out. Luis told us that the only time he eats it now is at the restaurant!! Surprisingly he brought out 2 cannolis as well as 2 orangechellos on the house. Funny, the day before I had suggested getting a cannoli to my wife and she asked why, I hate them. Well I guess she never had a good cannoli. Thanks for helping me convert her Luis!!

Wonderful experience and relieved as I've had some very bad ones at WDW hotels lately, so our experience last night was very welcome. The food was excellent starting from the appetizers (Crostinos and dips) and the entrees were outstanding. The desserts also stellar. We had the chocolate dish and the cheesecake. Both excellent. Our server was a young man named Ryan, who is quite possibly responsible for everything going so well (well, okay, he didn't prepare the food). Ryan was very attentive and informative and came to check on us at just the right times. Ryan is an excellent server and although the food and everything was great, his service knocked it out of the park. This will not be a one and done as our entire party was raving about Amare.

Very kind service, especially from the hostess, Kim. The food and drinks were also top notch. Would recommend to anyone on vacation or simply a business trip.

Kim was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and she made fantastic recommendations for wine and a dessert. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Dining at Amare in the Swan Reserve was a delightful experience. The Magical Dining menu offered a fantastic array of beautifully presented dishes, each more delicious than the last. What an amazing restaurant. We went to experience Orlando Magical Dining Month. Kim was our server and she took amazing care of use. Offered use great recommendations and the meal was incredible. We tried the beef skewers, romanesco chicken, and the Calabrian chilli pasta with clams. Would order all three meals again. Each was a taste of heaven. You must visit this incredible location and take your tastebuds on a Mediterranean adventure.

We had an excellent dinner and waitress, Kim was awesome! She helped me choose the best dishes off the menu! Started with the octopus appetizer and had delicious clam pasta and fish!!

Amare is a lovely spot with excellent food and great staff! Kim was our waiter and she was exceptional! I had the swordfish, which was so yummy, and the bread with dips was excellent. Whenever we come to Disney, we like going here!

Fantastic experience for dinner! Kim was our server and she was the best. Everything she recommended was spot on. The palpetti meatball app, souvlaki with beef, and cheesecake were all phenomenal. Everything was fresh and fast. Kim was so friendly and the service was superb, definitely ask for her when you go. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, we loved it. Highly recommend!!

WHAT A LOVELY DINNER! Talk about a tasty dinner that you won't be able to find @ WDW, just walk over from Boardwalk/Swan & Dolphin to the Swan Reserve! Lovely space with great service, they start you off with their fresh bread with Olive Oil & Hummus .. .. yum .. .. I started with the LAMB KAFTKA that came atop a savory peppery base! And, you have to try their AMARE FLATBREAD and this might have been the best, fresh pizza ever! The Swan Reserve is not cheap but greatness comes at a bit of a price!

We had such a great experience. Luis and Ryan did such a great job. Food was almost as good as the service. I never thought I’d like Mediterranean food!

I had one of the most delicious dishes I've had at Disney here! I found the Romesco Chicken so flavorful & perfectly cooked. My server Ryan was attentive & gave me a complimentary Orangecello drink when I didn't have room for dessert, but raved about how fantastic my meal was! I can't wait to take friends back here. You can make reservations in the My Disney App or on Open Table! The bread was delicious with an olive & hummus spread, too!

My waitress was Kim. Customer service could have been better. At the beginning of my service she was very dry and when I mentioned forgotten items the response was a dry yeah instead of I'm sorry let me get that for you. The table behind us received better service from her. Food was ok.

Whenever we come to Disney, Amare is a must!! Kim was a great server and we had a great date night. Our favorite dishes were the Israeli salad, Chilean sea bass, and romesco chicken.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The service and food were impeccable. Our server Ryan was very attentive but not intrusive. The Mahi Mahi was cooked to perfection and the flatbread was delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a very good restaurant within the Swan Reserve hotel. Get the Souvlaki as you get a little bit of everything with it. Service was good and atmosphere is very good. Menu is somewhat limited but focuses on Greek / Med food. It’s not a large restaurant and much quieter than the other choices in the area.

The Swan Reserve is beautiful and Amare is no different! I really enjoyed my solo dinner here. I got a wine flight and several smaller items (lamb appetizer, olives, pickled veg) and everything was delicious. Kim was stellar and provided excellent service. She recommended the olive oil cake for dessert and I can assure you, it’s one of the best I’ve tried. Just really lovely all around, would absolutely return!

This is our second time here and it won’t be the last! The food is consistently delicious, I could eat “The Amare” flatbread everyday! They went out of their way to accommodate the gluten intolerance in our party. Ozzy, our server was wonderful. Food is a little pricey, but in line for the area and the quality.

We tried Amare for both lunch and dinner. The best dish was the calamari. It was delicate and tasty. We had the chicken slouvaki which was very good. The tabouli had a different flavour and we weren’t crazy about it. For dinner we tried the ballon bread with dips, swordfish and scallops. The main courses were both good but a bit over salted which is why I rated this restaurant 4/5. The cous cous that came with the scallops was too sweet as it had apricots and raisins in it.

Kim is the most amazing server. Made my 50 th birthday and amazing experience . I will definitely come back to experience this amazing place again

The food as usual was exquisite! The chef and team always ensure a fantastic meal. Our waitress Kim has excellent customer service and realizes the appropriate time to check on the table. She offered many suggestions and we ordered them and more! Service was above and beyond! Kim’s ability to understand the audience was evident. Amare is a must try spot in Orlando! The location is beautiful and the food is to die for! My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and something you may not know is they make cakes in house- I am gluten free and they were able to make one! Luis also made the experience a 10/10, he is so attentive and wonderful to talk to. I recommend Amare to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Nice place close to the swan hotel, in mediterran style with small menu. Started with the fried calamari which is quite big nothing special but was good and for the main sea bass Al cartonio which means it is steamed and interesting as you get it in paper but was little lacking taste but as well rather big. Good wine along, decent service

Amazing from start to finish! Great hostess to greet me. Austin rocked it as a server. Manager stopped in to make sure all was well. The red wine flight was clutch. Great bread and hummus. Excellent seabass dish. All good things going on here. It’s surprisingly empty. Where are the diners?! It’s so good. I’ll be back.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Food was superb and drinks were wonderful and our server Kim went out of her way to make sure our visit was tremendous.

All hope lost. This place shined for some time. They eventually lost their best head chef, food quality degraded, and now our server Robert isn’t there anymore. He was the quality in place…Food is good lots of places- service is what people return for. New managers are children that don’t care about the house or guests. We sat with someone different for our final visit, they knew nothing of wine, we tried to be fair but food was sloppy too. Then they gave us food with our allergens! Wow! See ya!

Our new favorite restaurant at Swan Reserve on Disney World property!! Our server, Kim, was very professional, knowledgeable about menu, conscientious about my food allergy, and had great interpersonal skills! Food was outstanding and so nicely presented. Foul Mudammas was amazing as was the grilled souvlaki and roasted chicken breast. A beautiful, relaxing ambiance! We definitely will return and hope Kim is available to serve us.

We had a perfect dinner at Amare. This is my second time here, but this time the experience was way better than last year. Food was delicious, from the flatbreads (that are actually a very authentic pizza) to dessert (Greek yogurt cheesecake and pecan tart) everything was delicious. Service was what made the real difference; Ryan took care of us and he did wonderful. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this place and I’m looking forward to coming back!

This is a great hidden gem. Lovely server Kim took care of us. She made Great suggestions and was very attentive to us in a busy setting. Also Micheal stopped by to chat and was so personable. The chef Scott and team so professional. Everything perfectly done. Great appetizers of octopus and dips lovely entrees and dessert. If you like Mediterranean and want a great place in Orlando I recommend you go!

This was our second dinner here at This restaurant it was even better than the first time. We had a fabulous dinner with sea bass cooked to perfection the Israeli salad was wonderful. The wine was perfect. We were lucky enough to have Luis as our server. He was so attentive to our family. He went above and beyond to make our dinner very special. We will definitely be returning.

The ambiance was great- calm away from the Disney chaos! We were a large party of 18, and the restaurant accommodated us well. Our server, Luis, was very attentive and professional. The salads were excellent and the sea bass was delicious!

We had a fabulous dinner here. The wine flight was top-notch and well paired with the Mediterranean dishes we experienced. The ambience was perfect with little background noise and modern European ambience . Our server Taylor was extremely attentive and clearly cared about making everything perfect for my wife and I. While we saw a number of families, this was clearly a much more adult setting.

My first visit, and I was very impressed. The space is modern and comfortable. I was only there for a quick light meal, but everything I had was great. The cocktail was luscious, the salad had high quality ingredients and was a good value, and the meatball appetizer was rich and complex, if a bit salty. My server Lauren was attentive and enthusiastic, qualities that fit right in with a property associated with Disney. I look forward to returning to explore more of the menu.

This was our "fancy dinner" night while in Disney. It was amazing. We had the pallette as an appetizer and while we were a little hesitant because of the lamb mixed with beef..it was tremendous! Plus the toasted nuts gave a great crunch. The homemade pastas were the stars of the show tho. The Romesco chicken with the pappardelle was outstanding. The open kitchen was great and we felt we were having an upscale dinner that wasn't pretentious and still accessible for our kids. Highly recommend!

Once again Amare shined. We came for Robert’s superb service and the incredible food. What a refreshing meal after long days at the park. We ditch the kids and get our drink on. Astonishing! From the service with Robert to the incredible food served! Impressed the entire experience. We eat out often and haven’t seen such attention to plating detail before- great aesthetics are as important as taste. Wine selection is excellent, some exotic beers too- dessert…I would clap out loud, best Greek cheesecake we’ve ever tasted. Bravo Amare, Bravo indeed

Great dinner while at Disney celebrating our 25th anniversary! Our server, Ryan, did an amazing job. We loved the pita and dips appetizer. For entrees, we had the Sea Bass and the Souvlaki. We finished it off with the Greek yogurt cheesecake. Everything was amazing!

We had never been and realized we have been missing out. Our.server Kim was amazing the Olive Cake was fantastic. Adding this to our Rotation of local Disney area restaurants.

The food at Amare was absolutely outstanding and one of the finest meals I have had out at any restaurant. The service was also top notch and our server Luis was so friendly and wonderful and recommended the Porterhouse which was so perfectly prepared and flavorful that I broke my out to dinner rule and ate it down to the bone it was just so exquisite. I highly recommend this for a nice evening out where the food is outstanding, the atmosphere enjoyable, and the service is wonderful!

Had breakfast at Amare. Food was awesome, but most importantly our server Diego was “The Best”!!! Made the whole experience enjoyable and he would be a main reason for me returning to this property and this restaurant.

Robert at Amare was amazing. So friendly and helpful with gluten allergies. Made our dinner extra great, really loved our meal (what he recommended) and the whole experience! Great for our two kids also.

We wanted to try Mediterranean food when we stayed at the Dolphin. But when we had the best food we ever had in Orlando during our stays we actually came back the second day. We were even lucky to get the same waiter. Service was top notch. The food was incredible, NOT what you expect from a hotel restaurant. Highly recommend

We had a lovely dinner here while staying at the Reserve. We tried the 3 dips. The muhammara was superb. The yoghurt dip was quite plain, not as good as Tzatziki. The 3rd dip was more of a salad dressing. I had the Amare Salad. I wasn't sure if I'd prefer the Red Wine Vinaigrette or the Greek Dressing. Our waitstaff suggested that I get both on the side. I ended up mixing the 2 and adding some of the 3rd dip. That was delicious. We also had the Amare Flatbread. It was well prepared though for me the gruyere was too intense. (Just a personal preference.) Service and ambiance were great!

Food (octopus) 10/10. Drinks (old fashion) 10/10. Service (kim) 10/10. Will be back for dinner, and maybe more. An absolute gem.

Amazing service starting with the hostess! She graciously sat us in a close table to the kitchen and what a show! Next Kim our server greeted us within minutes with a warm smile. She was a master her craft. Our service was impeccable. The food was fantastic. In a world where restaurants have become more disappointing Amare excels. We can not wait to go back!

Went with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. The food was so good I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts! We both tried the wine flight, such a good value compared to the per glass prices. Our server Taylor was so wonderful and attentive! She gave us great food recommendations which we followed very closely. Our water glasses were never empty and we were checked on plenty despite how busy the restaurant was. We are already excited to visit again!

Kim was our head wait staff - awesome experience. The food tasted great from appetizer to dessert. Can’t go wrong with the food, tried 6 things. Even thinking about coming back tomorrow night. Reservation was available same day in September. Thank you for a great experience.

I went with my husband for our 6th wedding anniversary and we had a nice culinary experience and we had excellent attention from our waiter Luis Bonilla, he anticipated all our needs and gave us a beautiful dessert, we recommend them to anyone looking to have some type of celebration special.

This place was incredible. The food and service outstanding. Robert knew a ton about the wines they carried, recommended exactly what we wanted to eat and food presentation, down to taste were impeccable. What a total delight. Can’t wait to return. We had the most fabulous meal including or Madagascar old fashion. The service was exceptional thanks to the amazing Luis who was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and fun…don’t you agree Kaylee? You have a wonderful Papa! After a long trip from Denver this hit the spot and was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday.

We ordered the Israeli salad, kafta, and chicken and beef skewers. The food didn’t smell or taste fresh—we couldn’t eat any of it. Only the kids’ cheese pizza and bread starter were good. Sadly, it felt like a waste of money.

Kimberly made our dinner very enjoyable. Service and food excellent. First time we visited the reserve - glad we tried it.

First evening meal at Disney and this will take some beating ! We were delighted to have the trip advisor star waitress Kim serving us and she definitely deserves all the praise she has received. The atmosphere was fantastic - a casual buzz about the place and the open kitchen was great to watch. The food was delicious and lots of it. So much so we couldn’t get desserts - which is a shame as they looked fabulous. Clam Vongole was awesome , just about the right amount of spice and we added extra prawns. The home made pasta was delicious and filling. A definite yes from all of us and I hope Kim continues to be as lovely and helpful as she has always been.

Kim was our waitress and she was so kind, attentive and amazing with our kids. Food was also delicious and brought to our table quickly. Atmosphere was upscale but still good for our young children.

What a hidden gem! We were so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The food was amazing! The staff was fantastic. Ask for Luis when you go, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend the calamari and the sea bass baked in parchment. You will not be disappointed

We had a delicious dinner for six family members. Our server, Ryan H, was the best! He answered all our questions and provided excellent suggestions regarding the food choices and servings. He made us feel special. We will be eating at Amare every time we visit Orlando.

My husband and I were able to get a last minute dinner reservation and were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful with big floor to ceiling windows giving it that natural light glow. Since we sat on our table, our server Robert, made us feel right at home. He knows the menu like he designed it, his suggestions for appetizer and main dishes were spot on. He asks the right questions and helps you choose the perfect dish. His knowledge of the cuisine, the ingredients and the menu in general was superb. It ws really a pleasure to dine here. Would 100% recommend this dining experience to anyone in the area.
