Amazonico Miami is all style and no substance. The biggest issue is the attitude at the entrance, openly letting in people with no reservations, no tables, or oversized parties right in front of guests who are waiting properly. Whatever system they’re running feels disrespectful and blatant. If you question it, you’re quickly reminded that you’re “not forced to stay,” which says everything about their approach to hospitality. The service inside doesn’t improve much. The food is mediocre at best and nowhere near worth the hype or inflated prices. Yes, the space is visually stunning, but great décor can’t make up for poor service and forgettable food. Good luck!

I had many expectations of this place, but unfortunately I was completely disappointed. I was recording the food in my own light—without recording anyone—and the manager came up aggressively, and yelled at me that it could not be recorded, we were 4 people at the table witnessing the event When I tried to explain in Spanish that in the entry no one informed me about this rule, his response was: ‘I don’t speak Spanish, I’m speaking to you in English and you have to answer me in English , The way he said it was offensive, with a racist, classist and xenophobic tone, making it clear that it was not just a norm, but a lack of respect for me as a Hispanic client A restaurant in this category should prioritize respect and courtesy, regardless of the language of the customer. For this unpleasant treatment, I do not recommend it at all.” Although it should be noted that Jeremy the waiter was very attentive and good Service

Derek the door guy is amazing—professional, efficient, and always gets the job done right. Esthefany is also wonderful! Together, they manage the door at Amazonia flawlessly. Their teamwork and dedication truly stand out. Highly recommend!

We loved this place, excellent atmosphere, delicious food, impeccable service. Thank you to Ben who took care of us very kindly

The ambiance was cozy and elegant, and the staff made us feel welcomed right away. A true culinary gem. The restaurant exceeded all expectations.

The experience started off poorly because the valet stand is not properly identified so we had to drive around the block once to find it. We were seated at a table next to the band which was a little loud. They have a sushi menu but you have to request it or they won't give it to you. The food was good but the service was very, very slow. We were there 2 1/2 hours for just 3 courses. The food and drinks are very expensive, even for Miami. The check includes a 20% "service charge". Look closely at the bill because if you pay with a credit card, they will return with the credit card receipt which requests a tip and not the original itemized bill. This is very shady. If you are not careful, you could end up tipping 40%. The valet was very slow even though there was no line. It makes no sense why it would take 15 minutes to return a car. I received no explanation for this. Overall, not a good experience and I will not be back.
