Beautiful restaurant but overpriced. Pre-concert dinner was good but for the price it should have been excellent. Kale salad was the best but red snapper and sea bass could have been better.

Absolute perfection. I dined alone at the bar, the oysters and the tuna were incredibly fresh and just amazing. Bar tender was very friendly and gave great advice. Was the highlight meal of my trip.

Food was fresh and well prepared, I loved the crab legs and also the caviar, oysters and sashimi. The service was excellent and friendly. The managers kept checking on us. I will go back soon!

Superlative. Top quality food. No additional words needed. It worth every single dollar Ho and try by yourself

WOW! Amazing food and such a fun ambiance for a girl's night. The service was excellent, and I love how they had so many great options for seafood and nonseafood eaters alike. Definitely don't skip the toasts or the curry! Looking forward to going back soon.

The biggest "rip Off" in Las Vegas and that's saying a lot. My wife and I live there so we are accustomed to high prices. Along with that normally is fantastic food and great ambiance. At Aqua the food was OK and the prices were ridiculous. A double casamigos and soda was $60. I had no idea they were THAT crazy with their pricing and I had two for $120. I asked the waiter for some explanation and he quickly grabbed the itemized bill and said that's the way it is. Total dinner was over %500 (not sure of the exact amount as he took the receipt) Ridiculously over priced. DO NOT waste your time going there. Many, many restaurants in Las Vegas for a lot less money and better experience. This restaurant will never stay in business. Frank S

We arrived one late afternoon for dinner and without reservations. There was no show in Resorts World that evening and the entire place was pretty empty. We were immediately seated and were fortunate enough to have a very good server. I had a black cod and it was very good. We enjoyed dome cocktails and reasonably priced wine. The overall experience was pleasant but not so memorable ion a town so full of restaurant options. NOTE: We had trouble finding the restaurant inside the resort as signage for Aqua was missing and/or inconsistent.

Outstanding caviar service. Tuna with crispy rice cakes were excellent, as was the tuna toast and Mediterranean sea bass. Elegant chocolate ganache cake with gold leaf for dessert and the most delightful bartender (Albert is the BEST!).

A wonderful experience! Even though the restaurant is just off the area that looks like a shopping mall, the ambiance is sumptuous. Our server, Brian, was excellent. Everything from the wine, salad, and entrees was flawless. I especially enjoyed the Dover sole. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.

We had never been to Resorts World since it opened and we decided it was time. It was our 30th anniversary and Restaurant Week and we wanted to try someplace new. We went early so we could look around the property. We saw the Caviar Bar and after much deliberation (2 minutes) I talked my husband into stopping for an appetizer on our way to dinner elsewhere. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who sat us at a wonderful booth right up front so we could people watch. Joyce was our server and she was over the top fantastic. She really made that night special for us. The Manager (I think his name was Mike) was also amazing. The customer service was excellent and the food was wonderful as well. We will definitely go back and bring friends. We ordered the lettuce wraps and a tin of caviar - they were both great.

Had a wonderful experience here… from the food to service it was top notch! The vibes were highend but not stuffy or uncomfortable the open ambiance was great for the occasion of a group gathering. Rebecca the sales director was a delight to enjoy some conversation with. The food presentation alone was picture perfect but the taste was even better. Looking forward to my next experience there!

We came for happy hour on sat after 4. It’s so beautiful. The bartender AJ was outstanding. The service and suggestions were amazing. The lobster roll is soooo good. Must try. It’s baked in brioche bread. The spicy fried chicken was ok. The waygu sliders were flavorful. The deviled egg with caviar was ok. I tried the sparkling wine and have 0 complaints.

This hidden gem is in Resorts World and is top notch all around. The service was fantastic, the food we had was Lobster Rolls and Crab cakes which we will go back again for both as we still talk about the lobster rolls. The ambience is nice, prices are good so highly recommend going. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews but I'm not surprised every review is 5 stars. Well done Caviar Bar see you next trip.

This Is a really good place with a nice And friendly atmoshere. We had a great time here with our friends. We had some coctails.

Whoah! Every time I had a favorite dish, the next one was also a favorite! A Michelin starred chef and you can tell! This a seafood restaurant featuring caviar tasting, bumps and incredible champagne pairings. I LOVE IT! The MUST do restaurant at ResortsWorld!

A little gem in Resort World. Small, intimate with food and service that rivals any of the biggest and best in Vegas. Caviar, crab legs, uni risotto and steaks! All delicious. Very romantic with a great vibe. Wine list is extensive with prices that are unbelievably resoanble in this town

My wife and I are foodie’s. I have to say the caviar bar is the best seafood restaurant we tried in Vegas and we tried many. We recommend the black cod… I’m speechless

Amazing! The food and the service was outstanding. We had the king crab lettuce wraps. They were so fresh! Then we had the brazino fish for two! Also amazing. The sauce made it extra good. My husband had an old fashion that was different.

The whole team was absolutely amazing, from Lorelai the hostess to Amanda our server. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge with champagne and truffle fries and a chocolate cake. I have to say, it is the best cake I have ever had in a restaurant, laden with gold flakes. Decadent, lovely, and so, so memorable. Thank you, Caviar Bar team, for contributing to making a birthday celebration a super memorable one!

The menu at Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant is nothing short of impressive. It features an extensive selection of fresh seafood, including a variety of oysters, sushi, and sashimi, as well as an array of caviar options to suit every palate. The dishes are expertly prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity.
