We had an incredible night at Armstrong Jazz House in Coral Gables. The interior design is stunning, with chandeliers, a beautiful mix of textures, glass, and unique art that create an intimate atmosphere. The sound quality was exceptional, making the live jazz even more enjoyable. Alfred welcomed us warmly, and Andres ensured our experience was flawless with his attentive service. The cocktails were fantastic, and with live music seven days a week, it’s easily one of the most exclusive and elegant jazz spots in Miami. Perfect for a date or a night out with friends!

This place was fun! The music was good but not too loud. French onion soup was good, lots of chesse; the steak was good; the mojitos were good too. We'll be back.

It's a new restaurant but will be back, 4 plus bottles of wine, live jazz, great appetizers, tostones relleno, fillet mignon, beignets de croquet, Tres leches and that's us we were 3 couples. Definately comming back.

This place is special, a live jazz restaurant in Miracle Mile, finally. The seating is limited, but they make up for any inconveniences and are eager to provide a good experience, which can be rare for restaurants in the area. Their menu is not overpriced, I had a burger, my girlfriend had a seafood plate, and the wine they have from South Africa was exquisite.

We were happy to find a Jazz venue on the Mile and went to visit. The music was good and we could still talk through it which was great. The service was very good (shutout to Lecter). The decor was charming with a twist of fun and class. The taste of the food was good but very slow to arrive at the table. Also, the menu says the calamari and shrimp appetizer can be shared by 2-4 people. We ordered it for two and it was not enough. The skirt stake was delicious but took a long time to come. We were disappointed they did not have the onion soup available. We found a limited wine selection which was pricy. On a more positive note, their sauces very good. All said, I would go for the music and a drink from the bar but probably would not dine again.

Excellent place to go and enjoy good jazz, as well as magnificent food.In the middle of Miracle Mile Coral Gables, Miami You can’t missed

A gorgeous new gem in the heart of coral gables! From the friendly welcome to the superior jazz orchestra and attentive barmen, all was excellent. Lloyd runs a tight ship here, in a small sophisticated room, exotically decorated either vintage jazz instruments and elegant tea services (yes, it sounds strange but brewed hot tea is served). The decor is elaborate & and eclectic. The mood is sultry. Age range from 20s to 70+.
Armstrong’s is a Must!
My wife and I have been meaning to go to Amrstrong for weeks and finally went this evening for a drink and appetizers. The design and decor set just the right ambiance, comfortable chairs, cocktail tables, elegant bar. Lloyd, the manager was welcoming. We had two appetizers, conch fritters and patacones, creative and delicious, and drinks. Mika, the saxophonist came by to chat between playing those sift notes, and Andres, our waiter was terrific. There is a soccer expression in Brazil, ‘Ele veste a camisa’ which sums up Andres he knows the menu, is familiar with the history of jazz and is dedicated to and passionate about Armstrong. He wears the shirt. My wife and I felt like young lovers, which a feat in your 70s.
