We were there for a late lunch and it was amazing how packed this restaurant at the end of the A concourse was for a Wednesday. They are all the way down at the top, A 32, you will see it at the high end of the numbers. We had simple beverages and burgers, but they were fast and know their clients have places to be. We enjoyed our time there and the people enter the orders on an ipad so the orders are quick and the service is quick and the food is perfect.

Good thing we didn't have a flight to catch quickly. The service was slow - we only ordered a warm pretzel - but it was good. Drinks were faster & of course because it was an airport, they were expensive. The crowded area was un-nerving as people came in with lots of luggage & huge backpacks. As the backpack guy kept turning around, I was sure someone's food & drink was going to end up on the floor. It served it's purpose but will find a different spot next time.

This was a very pleasant visit.all the way at the end of concourse A it seems less likely to have passed all the others to get here, but worth it! Not only was the service good but the food. I ordered the house salad amd was pleasantly surprised. Dont typically expect 'good' food in an airport. Just overpriced mediocre food.

These girls were so friendly and accommodating to all passengers while having a smile on their face.. love their service

Michele is amazing. She works with precision and is a joy to be around. Michele took great care and is the epitome of hospitality.

Stopped at this place for a meal in between two flights, and boy was I disappointed. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was thoroughly greasy and the battering was without taste or character. The service was abrupt and surly, and I found, to be honest, little or nothing to recommend about this place. I also noticed that the wait staff was rather impolite to a Muslim woman wearing a headscarf, although I did not see the interaction that preceded.

Waiter was awesome. Whatever he’s making, it’s not enough. Felt like a friend was serving us and we were just hanging out. Solid dude indeed.

Warren was awesome. He was handling both the bar and the tables flawlessly. The atmosphere was nice as well with the music that was playing. Overall, my only issue was my chicken tenders were slightly over cooked. However, the service definitely made up for it!

Well my gate was directly across, so why not? Had my mind made up on the chili from an old menu and an ipa... beer prices have gone up and I opted for the recently added philly cheese.

Being limited with time before boarding our flight, we stopped here for breakfast as this restaurant was near our gate at the Atlanta airport. We were seated and ordering by 8AM and the grill was out of English muffins and sausage and didn't have any decaf coffee. Service was a bit "snarly" but quick. Won't be back.

Only had an old-fashioned made fast and delicious by bartender, Jessica. It was the only positive experience at Atlanta airport. She was very efficient AND patient with customers that arrived drunk.

Bartender is excellent. The place is efficient. The customers have great attitudes because of staff. I’m going on to my connecting flight now.

Stopped by for lunch at this restaurant located in the A terminal. Very friendly and efficient service. I had a simple fish-n-chips lunch. It was surprisingly good.

Tyler was friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. I slipped in when he had a full bar, and was serving tables on top of it too. He still got my drink promptly, and held conversation with other customers.

The Atlanta Hawks (or ATL) Bar & Grill is located across from gate 34 of the Atlanta Airport. It is not very big like every other restaurant in the concourse which was really strange. There area handful of tables as well as seats at the bar. The menu itself is not very extensive, just enough to offer if you are not too picky. The items are named after different basketball terms, staying with the theme of the restaurant. I decided to try the pulled pork sandwich with fries. The burgers/sandwiches came with either French fries or coleslaw. While the sandwich was much smaller than I expected, it was still very good. The side of fries definitely made up for the small sandwich. The quality of the food was very good and made it a worthwhile stop. Really the only problem was their drink service. I ordered a sweet iced tea, however they were out and were not going to make more. This was at 1730 in the evening. Do they really think that no one in Atlanta would want to drink sweet iced tea for dinner? The service was good as was the food. I would recommend the place if you have a flight in the A Concourse. I just wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

Sergio made me the best drinks and was so welcoming and warm. It made my delay tolerable.I’ll definitely be back

There is no service and horrible attitude from the bar tender. I asked if there was a bottled or canned beer vs tap. The server said no and walked off. Person next to me said it took him a while to get a beer. Consequently, I left.

We really enjoyed our impromptu meal here, the food was very good, especially the Philly Cheese Steak Hoagie which was packed full of meat and I also liked the sweet potato waffle fries too. The only slight issue I had was the slow service, waited ages for the bill and then another full 5 minutes before it was collected.

Do NOT go to the Bow Ties bar and grill close to the Atlanta Airport. The service was horrible. Had to wait for over an hour for food. The order was not correct and the manager was very rude. I ordered 3 chicken tenders in Buffalo sauce with fries. When the food was finally brought out the chicken was in barbecue sauce. When we asked for the check were charged for the chicken e en though it was not what I ordered and I did not eat it. The manager was called to the table and she stated that she heard me say barbecue. She was not even out around the tables when the order was placed. And she called me a liar when she said she heard me order barbecue. So lousy food and lousy service an very high priced. So avoid at all costs

Typical airport fare, but fast service. Good breakfast and draft beer before a flight. Bathrooms are a little far away, so plan ahead.

Hard to find, as its at the far end of one of the terminals. The food is good for airport and great service. Good value too.

Had a burger here while waiting for a plane and it was very good. The service was also fast and friendly. My only complaint is that they pour a very short glass of wine. I'm sure they would say it was a full five ounces, but it sure seemed short to me. But the food was pretty good.

It took around 15 minutes plus to get service, ordered chicken tenders out of it , chips and cheese dip, the chips were old and soft. Clients left, for the long wait. Place needs supervision.

This place is horrible avoid at all costs. The wait staff acts like you don’t matter at all. Poured me a beer the keg ran out and the waitress gave me a half full beer. With no explanation.

Good prices for business clients but I don't think that it is worth the prices. The sandwich was tasty and interesting. I think that the red wine added value to the meal.

Stopped here to watch a particular game and eat between flights. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Our food was good. We had fish tacos, chicken tacos, wings, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets and more. Everything was pretty good.

Had a long layover thanks to Delta, I decided on the Atlanta Hawks Bar and Grill at the far end of concourse A. I ordered the steak medium rare and that's how it was served. Very flavorful. Fries were not soggy. Service was excellent. It's a step p from Checkers and McDonalds and not a pre made sandwich from a stand.

Jessica was absolutely amazing! Very professional and attentive. 10/10 recommend ! If you ever need a quick snack and welcoming service , come to Atlanta Hawks Bar & Grill!

Neicy was very pleasant and accommodating!! Our party of 4 enjoyed the food, cocktails and service provided! Quick and easy!!

Michele was amazing! Had the best playlist for us to jam out to in the morning. Food was great and service was spectacular. She brightened up our morning from a long flight/overnight delay. We came into the morning exhausted and she definitely lifted our spirits. Thankful for Michele!!

My food was decent but Manny made my experience well above average. He was fast, efficient, and above all very courteous. He represented this company extremely well.

Stopped in during a few hour layover. Cantaloupe Martini was delicious. I had the Jerk Turkey Sandwich which had a good combo of flavors. This bar was a good place to hang out and pass the time. Plenty of TV's to watch Sunday football games. The chairs were SUPER LOUD as they were pulled out and pushed in. Really hurt the atmosphere!! (I know...it was in an airport...how much atmosphere could there really be??? If it weren't for the chairs, I likely could have relaxed enough to forget I was at the airport...)

We were in town for business and flying back home and had 2 hours to kill. There were three of us. One colleague just had drinks, another had the chicken caesar salad, and I got the fish and chips. The fish and chips were perfect. The fish was very crispy like I like it. We were all pleased with the food and drinks. Place is very very small but decent nonetheless.

Waitress Lori W, seems to be loaded with attitude and partial. By her own profiling; the ones that may pay her top tips gets served. Pay attention you will notice what I did. My tip for her... grow up and stop profiling.

Had the chili appetizer which for me and my friend, enough. OMG. Thanks to the chef who made this! Cause this did not taste like airport food. Hot and no nicely spicy, with some grated cheese and a few chopped scallions, I loved it. As did my friend. Located this one at Gate A34, worth finding.

Perfect !!! Tyler was on point with suggestions and good ones , helpful, thoughtful and constantly moving ! Music held the vibe !!!

Good food, great service and a group of workers that listened when you asked if a television could be changed to a game you were interested in watching. This was customer service at its best. So glad I found this place and I will be back!

Found this little restaurant at the end do Terminal A within sight of our gate with about 45 minutes before boarding. While the tables were very squeezed in, the service and food were unexpectly good. The sweet tea was excellent for my taste because it was not too sweet. The chili was some of the best I've had in quite a while. It offered a great mix of meat, beans and tomatoes with the right amount to sour cream and cheese on top. The size was also right on. The bowl was about halfway between a cup and a large serving bowl. I was pleasantly full. My colleague, who can be a picky eater, had a chicken wrap and onion rings. She happily ate all her wrap and most of the onion rings. High praise from her. Service was excellent! The young lady kept our drinks full and seemed happy to answer questions. She was always smiling! While our food did not come out fast, we easily made it back to the gate before boarding. This is a reason to like Terminal A, and I'll be back!

This sure was a pleasant surprise. I had a layover and was looking for a late dinner. Most of the places more central to the terminal were packed so I decided to walk around. Good thing that I did. At the end of the terminal was this spot. Relatively peaceful and not a huge crowd. So I decided to slide up to the ginormous bar and get a bite. The service wasn't excellent, but hey - it's a sports bar in an airport. What do you think you would get? Anyway, I ordered the Philly cheese steak because I wanted to be unconscious on the next leg of my flight and this easily helped me along. IT was surprisingly tasty. It wasn't massive, but it was just the right size. The fries were also pretty well done. I couldn't believe I was getting above average food in an airport. This to me was an oasis that I was happy to have found.

The service was top notch. From the server to the meal everything was 100% excellent. I will make sure this is my stop when traveling

Stopped by waiting for my flight at a near by gate. Sergio was awesome. Great recommendation on the food.

I was lucky to wander down to this restaurant situated at the end of one of Atlanta’s busy terminals and thus just a bit quieter and less hectic than more centrally located venues. I appreciated having more of a choice than the usual airport pizza and fast food. And the first catfish tacos I've ever had were fine. The service was friendly and quick.

The Wait staff was very rude. Never filled drinks. Didn’t even speak to us. Never brought silverware or napkins. Not busy so no excuse. Food was ok.

The atmosphere was amazing! The music was such a vibe. NIECY AND TYLER were nothing short of amazing. Very attentive & great people skills. I instantly was drawn to them. I would recommend this bar as #1 in the entire airport mainly because of them Niecy & Tyler!!!!!

Tyler was friendly and attentive. Hit my order super quick and made sure I was done in time to catch my next flight! Music Was a plus too

This bar/grill is located at the very end of concourse A at gate 34. That's both good and bad. The good - it's out of the hustle and bustle of the concourse but the bad is that it's very far from the gates at the south side of the concourse. I departed form gate A-33 so it was very convenient for me to stop in and order something. I had a very good Bloody Mary and a tasty wedge salad. The prices were typical airport prices. The place is a bit crowded but there are plenty of flatscreen TVs to watch your favorite team. I just wish this place was a little more centrally located.

Food is average but takes forever. Waitress is way too slow... We had to ask her twice for everything. Terribly slow. Great location though so us a shame that they gave terrible service. The waitress was sweet though

Stopped there only because close to our gate, needed a sandwich for dinner. It was 9:15pm. The girl Nani? was extremely rude. Never looked up at me as I ordered and asked questions. She looked as if I were bothering her. Apparently, my food was ready to go since I saw a plate in their window to the kitchen for quite a while, and she never acknowledge it or me. She just handed me the bag. Never said you’re welcome after I said thank you. And then the Philly Cheesesteak had 3 tiny pieces of meat that didn’t even fill up the sandwich. I had more onion and red peppers than there were any little portions of meat. Not worth even half of $17.50 I was charged.

A layover at Atlanta airport and the closest spot to my gate. The bartender Nikia single handedly managed a continuous full bar and all the tables. And never lost her wonderful smile. Kudos to great service

We visited the Atlanta Hawks Bar & Grill for breakfast one morning. When we got the check, we had been charge $13 apiece for three Bloody Marys that are shown on the menu as $10. When we complained, the price was adjusted to $11. We pointed out that the menu listed Bloody Marys as $10 each. We got a shrug and the explanation that $11.00 is the new price. In my book this kind of business practice is absolutely unacceptable. Beware.

I'm not usually too fond of Airport food, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the fast and friendly service. We had fish tacos (very good) and Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (also excellent). I would definitely eat here again if flying through Atlanta.

Good place for a quick bite before your flight. Nice menu with plenty of choices and fairly quick service.

Complete garbage service. Ordered a drink and food, after being ignored for 45 minutes I asked how much longer my food was going to be and she didn't even remember me ordering any and didn't put it into the kitchen. Ended up not getting food at all since I had to catch a flight.

Good chill morning with Tyler. Good service!

Stopped in at 9:00pm. 8-7-2018 while waiting for a flight to Baltimore. Wanted something to eat and knew of this place at the end of Concourse A. My gate was gate 32... but was told kitchen was closed...who, in a busy terminal, closes a kitchen at 9:00pm? Had to walk back to Cat Cora’s kitchen for a sit down bite to eat. Closing at 9:00pm is bad business...I get 10:00pm, but 9:00pm???

Javon was great he made the Best espresso Martini and Nikki was very friendly as soon as I walked in. Currently in the airport waiting to depart and this area of the terminal gave a good vibe and good music . Visit on 11/12 - From Detroit , GO LIONS! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️

Caught an appetizer and drink before my flight. The waitress was not friendly at all but I'm hoping she was just having a bad day and isn't like that all of the time.

I have a great experience, my server, Tyler, was quick, professional and gave great hospitality, definitely will visit again when traveling again.

We had an early flight and wanted breakfast. They were open but would not serve breakfast, awful service! Many hungry customers and unable to eat.

I was looking for dinner and a beer in terminal A and decided on Hawks as they had sandwiches. I ordered up the Grilled turkey Reuben with fries($11.50) and a local IPA($7.50) the prices here seemed slightly more reasonable than some other options and I sat at the bar but could hear a few customers complain about the service. I would not opt for the fries here... major let down, the Rueben was decent. The major reason I would never go back here though is the noisy chairs. They have these cheap metal chairs and every time someone moves them they make a bone chilling screeching sound that makes it impossible to relax. The place is small but still has 40-50 chairs... one of which is almost always moving, making noise...

Slow service. Cold food. Never checked on me after bringing food. Had to flag server down to get a second beer. Sat there holding my credit card out for 20 minutes hoping to be seen to pay. Finally stood up and asked for my check from the other bartender who was very rude then argued with me when I asked for a pen that works.

Great place to eat. Food was good and Alexis our server was amazing and prompt with any request we had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

Stopped for Breakfast since I was heading to B33. The service was quick, they even used a tablet for ordering. Food was cooked well, maybe a little soft on the egg white scramble. Coffee was very strong. Portion was good - also included breakfast potatoes even thought it doesn't show it. Also, no jams or jelly on the table for your toast. But all in all, a good breakfast, average price.

Stopped for a quick bite. It was quick and good. The service was lacking however. She spilled all kinds of gunk from the drink tray on my friends and then didn't say a word.

Nikki is best !She worked so hard to help so many people .She was all by herself. I was amazed excellent customer experience.

Had the "sweet chili wings". Wife had fish tacos. The wings were fully cooked, but fully tasteless - no sweet, no chili, no chicken taste. Tacos not bad, not good. Truffle fries very nice. The problem is the noise level. 5 big TVs with Atlanta sports, delta gate noise next door over a very loud bad speaker system, plus CNN blaring from a lobby tv, plus the bar stools. Aluminum chairs on a wooden floor is just shockingly loud. I would have given one more star if the chairs had Soft pads on the bottom - it's that bad. Won't come again.

I ordered the turkey sandwich with fries and while the restaurant was full, not packed at 6 p.m.ish, it took about 30 minutes for it to arrive. The fries were pretty bland and rubbery. The sandwich was greasier than I would have anticipated it being.

Good service and food is not real big couples ok maybe group of three. Server made good suggestions device on time not too fast or too slow. Is very loud. Carts turn around with high pitched alarms. Mets chair very loud noise when moved on wood look floors. Would go again but could not get any phone work done due to noise

While the fryer was down and options were limited, the staff outperformed and did the best they could do. While not the best service I’ve received, it’s was the dedication to make sure everything was as “best as possible” by the staff. Great crew working here. Most people only leave bad reviews, I believe in looking for the positive where issues arise. Keep up the great work and service you provide to travelers daily!

Great food right next to our gate. Sergio was a great server. He was friendly and quick. Passed the time waiting or our flight.

Aj was awesome!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the ATL airport, and ask for AJ. Top notch service. I will be back here for sure!

The waitress Nikia was absolutely horrible. I waited 10 minutes as she walked past me at the bar more times than I could count, stood right in front of me multiple times. The guy next to me had to say something to her as she just completely ignored that I was sitting there. Then she took my drink order and proceeded to go wipe down tables which was on the other side of the bar. Another waitress came through and the guy next to me again got her attention and she took my order. But you know what she was quick to give me? my check! Horrible experience will never step back in there.

Tyler was great - helped me right away. Very convenient to my gate. I do think it’s odd that I have to use 100 words to express my thoughts.

Had the fish tacos they were great. The price is a little high. If your stuck in the air port and don't mind the cost it is good.

Arrived at the Atlanta Hartsfield airport over 2 hours before my flight. Departing from the last gate in Terminal A I wasn’t sure where I should grab a quick bite before boarding. Lo and behold all the way at the end of the terminal there is a little jewel of a bar. I plopped in a seat and had the most enjoyable hours spent in an airport. The music was recognizable and just loud enough to be enjoyable. The drinks were tasty and the blackened fish tacos were quite tasty! Score! (And there are multiple TV displays showing sports). I’d do it again!

I grabbed some fries and chicken tenders here before a flight. The tenders had a funny texture to them but I was in a hurry and didn't think much about it at the time. Looking back, they were obviously under-cooked, cross-contaminated or both. I started feeling ill almost immediately. For the next 3 days I had to stay close to a bathroom. My traveling companion ate something different but also became ill which makes me think it was cross-contamination. The chairs are metal and whenever anyone moves, the chairs screech across the floor. Little rubber feet for the chairs would make it much more pleasant. My best advice is to avoid the place.

This sports bar is located at the end of the A concourse, near Gate 34. Not necessarily worth going out of your way for, but if you're looking for a convenient bite to eat and don't want to walk all the way back to the center of the concourse, it's actually quite good. We had the chicken fingers and the reuben with onion rings. The chicken fingers were a little on the dry side, but good with the honey mustard sauce that was provided, and both the onion rings and reuben were above what we would have expected for airport food. I agree that the food takes awhile, but the service was very, very accommodating. Prices are about what you would expect in an airport- not cheap, but not shocking. If you have about 20-30 minutes, you should be able to get a good meal that is one step above fast food.

We needed to quickly eat so we took a chance we could get in and out. Very little wait for food. I had salad and my husband had a burger. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. However, it is expensive.

We recently flew through the Terminal A and were looking for a quick dinner. The Atlanta Hawks Bar & Grill is located near the end of the terminal, by Gate A34. They have a full bar. There's self seating with five flat panel TVs to watch. The beers are available in drafts and bottles, and the drink service was quick. The music is extremely loud. I selected the barbecue pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw. The cole slaw was unremarkable, and the pork was burnt. There are plenty of other better places to eat in the terminal.

No silverware, no napkins, no smile, no checking in on us. Ordered without onions and tomatoes and it had both. Ordered a side of ranch had to ask for it. Had to ask for a water refill. Each time waitress didn’t even speak to us just walked away on got what we needed but only after we flagged her down to ask for it. Never did get napkins.

Messina and Marlo were very unlike other customer service experiences I have had in the Atlanta airport. Most of the time employees tend to be rough around the edges and or mean and angry. Messina and Marlo were nice, pleasant, and went out of their way to make sure we had a good dining experience. I will come back if I see them working.

Found this place with my wife whilst waiting for a connecting flight. Had a few great craft beers, but what really made it was Sergio, who did the drinks but also recommended the honey sriracha brussels sprouts - they are absolutely delicious! I run a few BBQ Schools in the UK and I will be doing my homage to this inspired dish on future BBQ Courses - with full credit going to the Atlanta Hawks Bar & Grill at Atlanta Airport! Btw - the menu is great - and so good to see fresh, clever, delicious food being cooked in an airport! Highly recommended! Andrew Dickens / Riverside BBQ School, Hertford, England, UK

Nice area to watch sporting events on 5 TV’s. However, there are a lot better places to eat before you get here. Menu item, “Wings your way”, should be retitled, “Wings one way”. Multiple varieties of sauces, but you can only choose one. If you want a beer, your good, they have several on tap and available in bottles.

I visited this establishment at the Atlanta airport. Food was great and out timely. Service was very friendly. Would definitely go again. It almost had a dinner-like atmosphere too which was cool.

AJ was amazing! Attentive, quick and friendly. This was a very convenient location right by the gate for a quick stop before boarding.

If you have time in Terminal "A" @ Atlanta International airport go to the end and take a seat with good beer and sandwiches. I unfortunately had a similar delay several years ago in this terminal and found this spot. Delta botched up again yesterday, and I had time to kill on Thanksgiving day (11/26) trying to get home. And they had the Lions / Eagles game on their multiple TV screens above the bar. I am always amazed how friendly people can be when traveling and working on a holiday and situations are difficult. The lovely young ladies working here are a pleasure all by themselves. But I also had a very good Turkey Reuben and two local brews. The first beer I had was Red Hare and it went nicely with the reuben. But I noticed a couple of guys at the bar having a darker beer and they told me the Founders Porter was also very good, so I had one of those too. It was very good as well. Delta got straightened out before I could order a 3rd beer. Thanks for a nice diversion from Holiday Traveling problems.

Had a layover in ATL and had about 30 minutes. Most airport grills will be nothing if not fast. They may not rush you, but the food comes out quick. Not here. Wasn't even in the middle of peak hours. When Food came it appeared they ran out of ingredients as my wife's meal and mine looked significantly different despite being the same order. Waitress didn't bring to-go containers despite our asking. Skip this joint unless you have at least an hour.

I was between flights and craving some sparkling water and thought I would get lunch. They were all out of Perrier, but my chicken Caesar Salad was very good. It was decent sized, very fresh romaine, and freshly grilled chicken. I was pleased. Price wasn’t bad for being in a restaurant either. My server was attentive and polite.

I had a layover in Atlanta and I stopped here. It's on the end of the A concourse, near A34. It has several tv, bar to sit and small tables too. I ordered the hummus appetizer, which was dried flat bread, celery and carrot sticks with hummus. That was good. The fish tacos were very good. Service was good too. I drank a water. Bill was $21.80. A bit much, but everything is in the airport.

This small sports bar is at the end of concourse B in terminal D. There are interesting beers on tap and the menu has something for everyone. The are some tables and also seating at the bar. My husband had Yuengling on tap and I had a glass of red wine. We shared a Jumbo pretzel that was very good...warm with mustard for dipping. Service was good.

My wife and I had wanted to sit down for breakfast at Atlanta Hawks Bar & grill at the Atlanta International airport. The menu prices seemed fair, and there were a few patrons which attracted us. My wife and I had each ordered the Egg Sandwich, mine without cheese, hers with cheese. The order was correct; however, the food was probably the blandest I had ever tasted. I realize this is airport food, but oh my gosh, food served on the airplane would have been 10 times better. There was literally no taste. The only thing that was noticeable was that my wife's egg was runny. Not sure why her's was runny and mine was solid even though we weren't asked how we liked our eggs cooked. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't like her eggs undercooked so that was disappointing. The staff operated like robots and weren't very friendly. I can't be too hard on them because they are constantly serving incoming customers at the airport, but the blandness of the food just ruined my experience so I felt the need to nit pick. I strongly encourage others to eat somewhere else like Chic Fil A instead for breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a full service restaurant at the end of Terminal A Atlanta while waiting for our connecting Delta flight. Good variety of meal choices & very tasty. No extra charge for sweet potato fries.

I had the Chili, humus and Ruben, they were excellent and the service was fantastic. It is in the hi number end of terminal A. You won't be sorry!

We stopped in for breakfast on the way out of town and it was just ok. The service was good and attentive. The options are limited for sit down breakfast. Coffee was very good.

On 22 Feb, I had a bill of $21.37. I paid them $24.00. When I looked on my AMEX bill $25.00 had been deducted. I don't know how you call it, but that is thieving to me. It is not the $1,-; it is the fact that they are stealing from people!

Quick stop during a layover. David from Philly was great. Much appreciation for his professionalism and kindness.

Very nice. Bartender/waitress was very professional. She made made any cocktail you asked if she knew the ingredients. If she doesn't just tell or show her and she will make it. I would recommend it if you have a long flight layover.

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end, there was smiles on Everyone faces Both staff and customers great atmosphere and efficient timing

Sergio was great. Early morning flight. He did great upsell on his check. Very smart. Steady flow and yet he made everyone feel welcomed.

This is best breakfast ever! Warren is friendly and kind. The service is quick, portion size is great. Food isDELICIOUS!

Usually going on a business trip to Columbus, MS I connect at Atlanta airports. When I have a long layover I like to spend my time at Atlanta Hawks Bar & Grill. My favorites are Fish tacos, Buffalo chicken wings and Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Stopped her for lunch during a layover. You would think being an airport restaurant you would get better service. The employees acted like they were doing you a favor waiting on you at all.Our wine was served in very small old glasses and were charged $10 a glass for maybe 1.5 oz? When we finally did get our food, it was the wrong side, missing pickle, etc. Ate it anyway because no one ever looked our way to see if all was good. Asked for water 3 times. All I could hear was employees complaining about their job at the service window. Maybe it is time they all go work somewhere else!

I visited the Atlanta Hawks grill on my 3 hour lay over on my way to Indiana and was really surprised with the food. I had the Hawks burger which was really big and tasty for the price (considering airport food is really expensive). My father had a salmon salad and it was really tasty too. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to visit this place back again if I had a lay over in Hartfield-Jackson Airport.

Very good burger in a airport. That is normally out of whack (price quality) but perfect in order here, staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the good food and fast service. Again special thanks to the staff. The were awesome.

We had a bit of a layover in Atlanta so decided to go ahead and have dinner. We went in and sat at the bar. The bartender was okay. Not overly attentive. We had the Chef Signature Queso Dip and Grilled Chicken Taco. Our food was good but while we were eating a guy next to us dropped his drink in the floor and it went all over my friend. There was glass and drink everywhere!! It took the bartenders a long time to clean it up! A lady came up to the bar and said she had an hour layover and would that be long enough to get something to eat. Kaylan, I think his name was, told her he did not know, so she left! I could not believe he turned away a customer! They did remove one our drinks due to the drink accident. We would probably return.

Just wanted a quick shot of Jack Daniels... well $10 later I had a little more than 1/2 a shot. I'm good with "airport inflation", but dang. No time to argue since I had to board aircraft. Got me once, won't happen again.

Had a couple of minutes before my flight departed and this was directly across from my gate. Wasn't terribly hungry and the Truffle Fries sounded perfect. And boy! They were perfect! Crispy, hot, and very tasty with the truffle oil. This is the first time I have ever tried truffle fries but will definitely will order them again!

Bad service bad food just bad. Seems like the wait staff resents you coming in. You really do not expect gourmet food at a airport. But this goes to the opposite extreme

Between planes best restaurant that they have been in in all of the airport. The young lady working this morning alone, but did a magnificent job and. Michelle and the Cook brought me the best breakfast that I’ve had in a long time come here again and again if I have to come over here.

The waitress recommended the buffalo chicken. It was paper thin and tough. Tight space, no planning for people with even tiny bags. Management stands around like they are trying to figure out why their concept is failing... Yet they never interact with customers for feedback. Watch your bill- I was charged a different amount at the store than on my itemized receipt I was presented. They acted like it happens all the time.

Had great dinner between planes at the Atlanta airport Great chili wings and fries A wonderful salmon dinner cooked to perfection Wonderful staff and service Free wifi and power to recharge

As airport places go, this one is pretty good. Cramped seating like most all other ATL concourse eateries but the service was fairly quick. In and out in 35 minutes. We were here for breakfast. The breakfast wrap was very good. The rest of the menu had a variety of selections and the bar was fully stocked. If you're stuck in concourse A and have the time, venture down to gate A34 and try this place out.

Great service and atmosphere. Thank you Michele S for your service. Very polite and amazing. I would come back again and recommend.

Went here while passing through Atlanta Airport. I had an hour and a half layover between flights and decided to give it a try. I ordered Fish and Chips and had a large Stella Artois while waiting for the food to come out. When it arrived, I immediately noticed the large amount of grease still on the fish. I took one bite and had to spit it out. RAW! I notified my waitress who was eager to get me another order. She even bought me another beer for my inconvenience. When the next order arrived, it was cooked properly, but not very flavorful. The gentleman seated beside me was complaining about his Fish Tacos being served cold! Can't think of any reason that I would go there again

Busy time. Michele was our server. Her and 1 other guy were behind the bar. She was covering 75% of the area and had a FANTASTIC attitude! She deserved the 30% tip I gave her. Everyone seemed happy and satisfied. My 8 yr old son was VERY impressed with the food and I was of the service. I will recommend and come again.

Ordered something to eat before my flight. My check was $22.14 and I paid with Mastercard. I left a generous cash tip. My Mastercard statement lists an additional $2. Charge on a separate receipt. Why? No one answered the phone to explain.

AJ provided very attentive service. She made sure I got a quiet spot so I could take a business call, and kept a close eye on my needs. Thank you! They have outlets everywhere. Ordered chicken fingers which came out fast, hot and tasty.

Michele S. Was a great bartender. Very personable and did a great job of interacting with the all the customers. Appreciate her service.

Last minute food before flight. This restaurant was next to our gate. Ordered fish n chips and chicken fingers. Both had grease dripping through paper at the basket bottom. Fish was mushy. I take one bite and finished. Server basically asked if I was done, threw it away and walked away. Would think he would have wondered why I did not finished and asked if there was a problem. Had to leave for flight so I didn't say anything. This place is only good for drink. Otherwise stay away.

I asked for my check four times and didn’t get it. The fourth time I was asked for my card to pay but still was not provided my bill. I refused to provide my card without seeing the bill. I then was given an attitude because the waitress was “trying to be quick” for me. The food was ok but the service was atrocious

My husband and I were waiting to depart, trying to get a drink before we board. The young man, female bartender and the other male bartender were extremely rude to us. Never go to this bar again, nor will I go through this horrid airport if at all possible.

If you're flying through Atlanta, you have to get the fish tacos here! They are outstanding. Located at B33 so check it out!

Ordered one drink, double Tito’s and the bill was $34! Asked if it was right and guy bartender rolling his eyes said yes! This woul buy a 1.75 liter handle! Any other airport would be $17 for this drink. Others around me that were also upset with the cost left no tip for the hard working employees! Is this how this company wants their hard working employees treated for their profit? Will never return even though my server Messina was phenomonal!

Waiting on a plane at the ATL airport. Ate the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich. The flavor was excellent. Service was very friendly and attentive as well.

So many delayed flights and Nikki and Jah literally made my whole night. They were so busy and they took such great care to take care of so many hungry and annoyed guests. I was so frustrated and they are the only reason I’m not leaving angry. They were so attentive and kind when they didn’t have to be! Thank you thank you thank you Nikki and Jah!

We had a stop in ATL and decided to eat here.I had the fish tacos and they were great!Customer service was good. It's a little bit expensive, but the food is good.
Focused on Tip and Not Customers
My husband and I were waiting on a flight and wanted to grab a cup of coffee. We looked at the menu as shown in the photo below to make sure the restaurant had coffee. It did. Unfortunately, the young waiter was more focused on making tips than he was serving customers and bluntly said...we don't have coffee. Little did he know, he could have made a huge tip off those two cups of coffee if he would have simply treated us with respect. Horrible customer service.
