The azul rooftop is awesome and the servers were very friendly! If you’re staying at the Westin you should definitely go!

We had a pool cabana all day on a Saturday and Alicia, Gabi, and Aranza were literal angels sent from heaven to be so kind and sweet to us. We had the best drinks and they made us feel like we were in our own living room. Would come back to the Westin simply to see them again I die 🫶

This girl running the place. I dunno why she isn’t there every night. Only service that matches the incredible view. Definitely needs to know!

The staff was so nice and attentive. Andile, the Azul Hostess was the sweetest and nicest person! Recommend everyone to stay at Westin and enjoy the pool!

We had the best time here! Sabrina took amazing care of us and made our 7 year old feel so special with signature Shirley Temples. She was so attentive, friendly, and sincerely seemed to enjoy helping all the guests. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

What a great little rooftop getaway in the city!! The frozen grapes were such a nice treat on the hot summer day and the Blood orange margarita was dangerously delicious. Both Sabrina and Gabby were super attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Probably one of my new favorite spots when visiting. Happy I was able to experience this gem.

Rooftop has a great view and it's a nice place to hangout in the heat. The pool is a good size and the music is very chill. Overall a great atmosphere, Brittany, Sabrina, and Corbett were all very friendly and offered great service. For happy hour 5-6pm $5 frozen drinks and white claws, worth checking out!

Came to Azul after a tough day at work, had only been there once before so didn’t know what to expect. Corbett took care of me and she without a doubt was the best bartender I’ve ever had. She lifted my spirits with friendly conversations, great knowledge of the drink options and even comforted me regarding my job issue. She absolutely deserves to be recognized for her ability to go over the top for great service.

Probably the best place to have drinks and enjoy a rooftop view of Austin. When you come, make sure that you ask for Sabrina. It will make the experience complete.

Corbett literally saved me from an air strike when we were in the military together. Plus she served my drinks fast. So epic!!

Was here for a friend's 50th birthday party and rented the super cabana. Anthony B was awesome took care of us very well. The whole staff was,amazing, friendly and on the ball. Great experience had a great time and will hopefully return one day.

I had just gotten bitten by a snake when I stumbled into the Azul Rooftop Bar. The bartender, Corbet, literally sucked out the venom then proceeded to hunt down the snake that bit me. She came back and made me the best margarita I’ve ever had. It made me believe in God again. I will definitely be returning to Azul Rooftop Bar.

My bestie and I went to Azul for some drinks one evening and they had the best frozé and frozen margaritas. Our sever was Sabrina and she was amazing! Definitely need to come back for a swim and some drinks! Great vibes!

We stayed in the hotel Halloween weekend and went up to checkout the rooftop bar. Sabrina the teenage witch was working and she suggested drinks and was super friendly. Everyone that worked here was awesome and the vibe was immaculate. The drinks were really cool too and Halloween themed.

We spent our final evening in Austin at the Azul rooftop before heading back to Canada. It was an A+++ experience. You can’t beat the vibes, and atmosphere and the drinks! Our server Sabrina was fantastic and friendly, and was a pleasure to chat with! It was one of the highlights of our trips and we will definitely be back!

We came here for drinks and apps one evening and was wowed by a beautiful sunset over Austin. We snagged a seat around a firepit, which was nice as there was a slight chill. The drinks, too, helped warm us up as we tried two different dips to go with the nacho chips. This is an expensive view, don't be fooled, but an excellent one if you are in the area.

FYI- We were informed this rooftop is for guest only. Nice rooftop with great city views and a nice pool.

Went to the rooftop Lounge to have a cocktail For my anniversary with my partner and had the best service experience with Jillian, she was knowledge, kind and very good at her job. She made the experience one of a kind and even took time outta here schedule to take a picture of my partner and I. It was a very amazing experience.

Jillian was amazing. Cold rainy day and she made it so much fun. Towel's recommended because we were crazy enough to sit outside in the rain. Thanks for a great time.

The pool on the rooftop is amazing and has some of the best views, and the best staff.....Heather, who went above and beyond in helping me...Aranza,Amanda, Trevor..who hooked me up with cool Speakeasy spots...Ricardo, Sabrina, Gabby., and Alicia whom I met on my first day at the pool....she welcomed me and was so friendly and accommodating. This is a great spot to check out in downtown Austin.

Britney is the Bosslady bartender at Azul. Felt so good to walk in a place and feel super comfortable ,and she is the reason why ...she is authentic,kind,knowledgeable and is a true mixologist! We were in town for the weekend celebrating a friend's birthday. Sabrina and Mike ensured we had an amazing time! They were the best! The rooftop was nice and comfortable on a hot summer night, and offered a beautiful view of downtown. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend that you try it out.

Mohamed is a great manager. He and Brittany are very kind host to the patrons. The beautiful views from the 20th floor is definitely an excellent addition.

Sabrina respected the time between drinks, and asked how we were exactly when it was most convenient. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Drinks were solid too.

Staying in Westin hotel and this bar was on our floor! We came right before Xmas in 2021. The staff at the bar was really nice. The place was a bit cold (outdoor) but the view was spectacular! There are also igloos around. Upon inquiry the staff told us that it costs $40 per person to use the igloo. We just took our drinks back to our room and enjoyed it. Highly recommended if you want a breathtaking view of the night skyline of the city!

My daughter and I enjoyed Azul yesterday. Britney was our server. She was amazing! As soon as we sipped our last sip of our drink, she would appear. Although it was pretty crowded, she made us feel like we were the only ones there. Thanks, Britney, for helping my daughter and I enjoy our girl’s weekend so much!

Coming to Austin, I had no idea what to expect in regards to the service industry. I’d heard about southern hospitality in Texas… and Gabrielle and Alicya exceeded every expectation. They gave constant attention and bright smiles every visit to our cabana. Very attentive and knew the menu forward and backwards. Next time I am in the area, I will have to revisit this location! Hopefully, I will encounter equally competent and enthusiastic workers! 10/10

Awesome bloodbag drinks for Halloween. Sabrina was really nice and gave great drink suggestions, and had a great Sandy (from SpongeBob) costume as well! The fire pit kept us warm and view was very pretty.

When we arrived, things did not start off good. Long story short, thanks to Alely at the front desk and Carla at from the pool management things turned out to be possibly the greatest time me and my family could have had on a Sunday afternoon! Note: Sometimes the way things happen it is difficult to manage good outcome, however it only takes a bit of effort from the staff (Alely and Carla) to turn things around and keep guests confidence in coming back once again!

Despite arriving early receptionist accommodated us promptly, provided us with drink coupons, personally notified us when our room was ready within just a few min. Went to the roof top twice during a 3 night trip. Super nice staff. My expresso martini was amazing but kept me up all night. Oops. But the view combined with a beautiful night is a great way to end a night out.

Stayed here on. layover for a work trip, and of all the great places to visit downtown, this is a highly recommended stop to make - especially for happy hour! Heather was a PHENOMENAL server (Carla take note - hold onto this girl!) and this was a perfect start to a beautiful evening in downtown Austin. You won’t be disappointed if you drop by - esp of the amazing views of one of the coolest downtowns in America from 20 stories upwards into the Austin skyline!

We looked forward to happy hour at Azul. Unfortunately “happy hour” was only on 4 drinks, one of which was not available. One of the bartenders was not rude, but less than friendly. There was some confusion on staff end about a small plate we ordered. It was worked out but initially left an unpleasant vibe. The Elote dip was bland. The view is lovely and the space is very nice as well. Unfortunately the whole experience was just disappointing. We suggest the rooftop bar at the Otis.

If I could give 17 stars out of 5 I would. The drinks were delicious and and the vibes were vibin and Sabrina took some fire ass pics of us at golden hour when the sun was kissing our foreheads like we haven’t seen our moms since they dropped us off at college for the first time. This rooftop bar is the perfect spot to start your night where the atmosphere is right and the boys shorts are toight. You wanna have a drink here I promise.

Beautiful rooftop views of Austin. We came for drinks to celebrate my birthday and I highly recommend the Gato De Noche and The Roof Is On Fire, the elote dip was also amazing. The staff was super accommodating and extremely kind, Jennifer was our server and made sure we were perfectly taken care of! We will absolutely be back again!

Made this our first stop in Austin... for the views and great drinks!! They don't fail to impress. The bartenders Britney and Ricardo treated us like they knew us forever which was the best feeling being first timers in a city like Austin. I am all about customer service and they are top notch! I ordered the most delicious piña colada and had a great conversation with Corbett, her service was second to none! 5 out 5 would go back again!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at this bar! The drinks were incredibly smooth and expertly made—each one was perfectly balanced, and the bartender really knew how to craft a great cocktail. The atmosphere was just right for winding down after a long day. We really enjoyed the laid-back vibe, and it was the perfect spot to relax and chat. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

A restaurant with a total lack Of coordination… mediocre dishes but the Service is by far the worst thing about this restaurant...nice view but only that...all the dishes served badly and so that we couldn't eat together with the other diners.... In the first and second courses our rice served to the neighbors and we have Had to wait another 29 minutes... the absurd desserts, all industrial and the best thing, the osmotic pineapple... That is 3 pineapple cubes on ice!!!!! Please !!! To avoid!!!

Our waitress Brittany was great! She really took care of our whole group. The happy hour drinks were nice and hit the spot. The view from the bar is great. The pool is small which can be a problem when their are kids but otherwise great ambiance and scenery. The food selection is a bit dismal but they allow you to order from the restaurant downstairs and bring it up.

Initially, when we first got there there was a group that arrived at the same time as us. That group of girls got seated first even tho they had no reservation and we did. However, we got to our little igloo and Ricardo was our waiter and he was literally the sweetest. Ricardo was professional, funny, had a great personality, and checked on us very often to make sure we had all of our needs met. We had a wonderful, beautiful experience and can’t wait to go back. We had a little bit of a challenge getting to 20th floor until a nice young lady let us tag along. Had our drinks quickly off the happy hour menu and sat back to enjoy the view. If you want to eavesdrop on all the business folks who snuck out of work early, this is the place!

Azul Pool is small rooftop pool which has amazing views. Britney Q made our visit an epic experience! She kept cold water and ice coming and our cocktail glasses full. So relaxing, chill music and great service. Will be back…tomorrow!

To gain access via the hotel lobby you need a lift pass from the reservation desk then to the 20th floor. We went when it was dark and the views were fabulous with glass around adding safety and view. We had cocktails that were reasonably priced and tasty. Definitely one to visit

I went here with a couple of my friends for margaritas and Corbett greeted us. She was so kind and welcoming right off the bat and as soon as we mentioned margaritas she recommended the spicy marg…. It’s one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had!!! I’m also not a mezcal fan but Corbett was able to change my mind so kudos to Corbett- beautiful girl & great bartender!

Jillian and Britney been have a total blast! Went above and beyond and totally took care of us. First time visiting town and I will definitely come back and come for their great service! 10/10 will come back!

The Azul rooftop @ the Westin has a great pool, amazing bar, and outstanding service. We visited for our anniversary and had a great experience lounging at the pool. The pina coladas were refreshing and views spectacular. Thank you to our two awesome servers, Alicya and Sabrina, for making our time at the pool so enjoyable. Only critique is the pool was murky and had hair and debris floating around.

We chose to stay at the Westin because of the rooftop pool and bar - and it was well worth it. The pool’s setting, over looking the city, was picturesque with lots of seats and beds to lay out on. The bartender went off menu to make us the cocktails we wanted and the service was excellent. Sabrina took care of us and she was particularly attentive, helpful, and very friendly - she was the perfect server. When we’re next in Austin we’ll definitely be coming back.

Our group had the most amazing service for a birthday it was so pleasant and enjoyable and Corbett was so amazing!

Very generous and thoughtful staff. Great communication and follow up. Met any need we had and were so gracious in everything they did.
