Anniversary dinner...BOA is one of our favorites from way back in our Santa Barbara days. Excellent steak...and everything else.

Upon arrival was greeted very rudely by someone who said she was a manager apparently she was not aware we were the paying customer fortunately I recognized someone who was a manager David who thankfully made our experience which was my son’s birthday better I have been to both locations in Cali which is why I decided to visit hopefully they reacess communication & customer service

We appreciated the welcome to the restaurant. The staff was personal and efficient. A nice selection of well aged beef. Our entrée and all sides were well prepared and presented. Nice wine list.

Very stylish place, the food was in general very good but not a great experience overall. We felt rushed placing our order, and our main course appeared seconds after the starters were cleared, we hardly had time to draw breath! And the Sommelier should learn that its not nice to spend a long time talking to the high roller ordering expensive wine at one table to have your backside practically in the face of the diner beside you, very rude indeed.
