Had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant located inside the Sahara hotel on the Vegas strip. The decor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was elevated and elegant. The service was outstanding and we were greeted with smiles upon arriving and seated promptly for our reservation. The spicy shrimp & squid ink linguine was outstanding. It was bursting with flavor and not too spicy. The macaroni and cheese was cheesy, gooey and amazing. The wagyu sirloin was full of flavor and delicious throughout each bite. The espresso martinis with some of the best I’ve ever had!!! Perfectly made. We definitely enjoyed and will return again.

We chose this restaurant because it had no wait line and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious. The customer service was awesome. We’re definitely come here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sahara and decided to try out a restaurant on property, and this one blew us away! The food is so fresh and the portion sizes are great. You need to start out with the Focaccia it was delicious!

My group randomly tried this Italian Restaurant located in the Sahara for convenience, but it was a wonderful surprise. The service is outstanding from the greeting, busboy, servers and managers. The dishes were excellently prepared and although maybe limited more than other Italian places in this city, there was plenty to choose from. Comfortable booths and a nice wine list are pluses. Highly recommend.

Salad, pasta, and steak were all amazing! The best meal out whole trip. We did the wine pairing too. The bill ended up being very high, but it was worth it. Be careful though, because I was pretty intoxicated when I left!!

Poor acoustics and lighting in this restaurant. It was busy and very loud/very noisy. Had difficulty hearing my husband over the noise of other diners. Needs to use my phone torch when looking at the menu as the lighting was poor where we sat.

Top service, we had the pleasure to be attended by Caleb. He was very knowledgeable about the wines and food. The food was superb. We had the artichoke appetizer, which was the best I have ever had. Definitely will be back the next time we’re in Vegas.

Had my birthday dinner here while staying at the Sahara. Everything was fresh and exceptionally seasoned. We had the procuitto for an appetizer followed by the ribeye. Mussels and the fanzonetti for our entrees. The fanzonetti was some of the best I’ve ever tasted! Chefs kiss. The mussels were delicious with plenty of sauce to soak up your bread. Speaking of bread the complimentary bread served is hott out of the oven fresh accompanied by a dish of seasoned olive oil. They even gave me a cup of sorbet with a little candle to commemorate my day very nice ! Only giving 4 out of 5 because the service was a little too slow for a weeknight and since our reservation was at 9 and they close at 10 we felt a little rushed.

It was a great experience the Manhattan and the calamari was a great way to start off my meal.Leonel my Waiter had great suggestions on food and wine the 3 course meal is the way to go. Caleb stopped by to make sure everything was good much appreciated.

The salad I ordered was the worst I have ever eaten $19 for the ricotta and beat salad it was bitter & tasteless the service was good but the food was disgusting Beautiful restaurant

I stayed at the Sahara and craved a steak. My waitress suggested a Ribeye and the way the flavor burst with each bite was amazing! Glad i gave this place a try

Excellent food, excellent friendly service. Great selection of entrees and desserts. The bread service was also worth it. Nice wine selection.

We went to Balla Italian Soul on our last night in Vegas and the food was amazing. It's located in the Saraha Casino so off the strip. We had vodka penne with shrimp, chopped ceasar salad and stuffed mushrooms and everything was so tasty. And the prices are very reasonable (unlike the restaurants on the strip!!) We weren't aware that the chef, Shawn McClain was a James Beard winner- but we know why he won!! We will definitely go back the next time we are in Vegas.

This is a fine dining experience. It’s very expensive and portions are small. The food was above average, but certainly not worth the money. The staff was engaged and helpful bringing out extra bread. This helped ease the sting on a $200 tab (no drinks) for our family of five.

We stayed at the Sahara for my wifes Birthday and saw the Balla Italion Soul menu and thought we would give it a try. I am glad we did! The wait staff was great for openers! Chris the waiter was attentive, friendly and helpful! We had the spaghetti Bolognese and the huge 22 ounce ribeye cooked perfectly! (medium rare) The drinks along with the meal were not cheap, but nothing is in Vegas anymore. If you are gonna pay through the nose for a good meal it better be good and this was very good! My wife enjoyed it a bunch and I did as well! Thanks yall!

Excellent service and food. Barbara salad, pasta and fish were fantastic! We did the wine pairings and the wines were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

The gastronomic jewel of the Sahara is its Italian restaurant. Balla Italian Soul offers a delicious experience: artisan pastas, fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and impeccable Service. The Mood is elegant and welcoming at the same time, perfect for a romantic dinner, a special celebration or just enjoying good food.

Food was excellent cooked with passion and flair. Had beef short rib which was excellent, mash and broccoli sides all very good. Wine was reasonably priced. Waitress and front of house, friendly and knowledgeable and attentive. Decor stylish and comfortable.

Our Caesar Salad was creative and outstanding. We also had Rigatoni and Cannelloni. They were both original and delicious. The wine list is excellent as is the espresso. My wife who graduated from a culinary school ranks this restaurant among the best. The coordination of service is was superb. It is very attentive in an unobtrusive way. Enjoy!

We where really impressed by the entire visit. The food was excellent. Perfectly grilled ribeye, which was both tender and tastefull (and 50% off every tuesday. A bargain!) broccolinis with perfect balance off heat and sweetness, and a really good potato pure. They have a good selection in wines, and it was served at the perfect temperatur. The meal was finnished off som a couple of really tasty gelatos. The straff was super friendly, with good knowledge. An extra thanks to our server Eric!

This was one of the best Italian restaurants we have been to! The mushrooms and the Burratta were really delicious! Daniela did a spectacular job at recommending dishes from the menu and was extremely hospitable and sweet. Thank you for the spectacular food and service.

I feel like I found a great gem in this less-traveled and a bit less crazy section of Las Vegas. I ate here twice during a trade show and was thoroughly impressed with the service, atmosphere and service both times. The menu is diverse, so if you're not in the mood for the typical Italian fare, you'll be able to find something you'll like. The first night I had Sea Bream fish. This is not a common restaurant fish to serve because it takes so much time to prepare properly. It was fantastic! I had the cheese-stuffed mushrooms as a side. The second night, I tried the hand-rolled cavatelli with braised lamb. Also fantastic! Liz and Lisa were my servers and they were spot on. Friendly, great advise on the menu and just plain great service.

A perfect steak and sides. I can absolutely recommend this restaurant at Sahara hotel. Eric who served us was amazing. :)

Service was top notch and food was so flavourful. Haven’t enjoyed a meal like that in a long time. Portion for the chicken parm was huge - Recommend sharing that one! Compared to other places in Vegas this was a little more money but worth it!

We had a wonderful meal at Balla Italian Soul in the Sahara. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Even though the restaurant was full, it was still quiet enough to easily hear each other and feel like we were at an intimate table. This is rare since so many of the newer restaurants are noisy. Everything from the fresh Caesar salad to the braised veal agnolotti to the delicious mussels in garlic sauce tasted incredible. There was a nice selection of wine although some were quite expensive, and they had a full bar. The General Manager, David, came around several times to check on us and visit. Our waiter, Guillermo, was friendly and attentive. Everyone who worked there seemed very upbeat and pleasant. We will definitely come back again.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to! The remodeled Sahara hotel was nice to walk through, but this restaurant is chef’s kiss! The homemade pasta, the lovely cocktails, the incredible service and THE FOCACCIA! We were so impressed when, after wanting details about the focaccia to help with my recipe, the chef came and explained the process and let us try a flavor off of the menu. 10/10 would do it again!

I was staying at the Sahara and ate here my last night staying here. I didn’t have high expectations and I was really surprised! The inside is beautiful and nicely decorated. I got the bread basket to start with the oil and balsamic vinegar and it was sooo fresh and soft. I got the canneloni alfredo and it was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The sauce was so different! It had so many fresh herbs and was homemade and it was stuffed with the chicken and it was so good. This whole meal was one of the best pasta dishesI’ve had in my life! I would have eaten here almost every night if I tried this place the first night of my stay! This is a definite must go if staying at the Sahara or if you just love Italian food. The service was the best I had in Las Vegas! I would recommend and come back!!

Expensive but for those who love Italian, guess it was worth it. Meat entrees were extraordinary. Coffee really good.

Overall, this was a very nice stop. The service was excellent and the food was great. It also has a nice atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the cappelletti. I also found the prices fair for the strip. IF there was a downside, I did feel a bit of pressure from the server to order a full-multi-course meal. We are both light eaters, so an appetizer and a couple of small pasta dishes were all we were really looking for. Otherwise, we enjoyed it. That one complaint aside, I am very likely to return.

My son took me for a special dinner. The service and meal were outstanding. I especially loved the Pork Delmonico Steak. It was delicious. We will make and revisit it when we return to Vegas.

This place offered a nice decor and scenery and is within walking distance of where we live. The food was OK, average Italian food that is very commercial. I wouldn’t go here for authentic Italian cuisine.
