The Green Machine with salmon has many flavor layerings, absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the Big Island. Will be back to try the rest of the signature rolls. We sat outside because the noise level inside was too much for us.

Really liked Bamboo Sushi. It’s sustainable fish were excellent which is not always the case when trying to be environmentally conscious. I enjoyed a miso Caesar salad which I highly recommend. The tuna and kampachi were silky smooth and flavorful. If you’re in the UDistrict and looking for some good sushi, this is your place.

Went in on a Saturday evening and they were hopping! Even though everyone was working hard we were greeted with enthusiasm and our server took the time to walk us through the menu. This was our first time to Bamboo Sushi but we will definitely be back! The sushi was fresh and had amazing flavors! If you are in the Seattle area I would highly recommend!

We sat outside and it was lovely. We really liked the vibe. The staff was attentive and I loved what I ordered. Virgin Watermelon Mojito and Garden of Eden roll was amazing, worth going back for!

As someone with a shellfish allergy, sushi restaurants can be tricky, but Bamboo Sushi proved to be the perfect place to enjoy a meal —without ever touching raw fish. My Go-To Favorites 🍃 The Green Machine – This vegetarian roll is a game-changer. Crispy tempura-fried greens wrapped in rice, topped with avocado and a delicious, sweet soy glaze. Not a fan of seaweed, No worries- ask for soy! 🍗 Chili Garlic Chicken – A must-try for non-seafood lovers. I opt to remove the Fresno chilis for a milder taste, but even without them, the dish is packed with umami goodness. 🍚 Garlic Fried Rice – Perfect for sharing! The rich, garlicky flavors pair well with just about anything on the menu. Bonus: Leftover-Friendly Options If you love a good next-day meal, the Chili Garlic Chicken and Garlic Fried Rice reheat beautifully making for an effortless, lunch. Bamboo Sushi makes it easy to enjoy a night out, even if sushi isn’t on your plate. Whether you’re there for plant-based rolls, flavorful chicken dishes, or just the vibe, this spot has something for everyone. They are expanding - Seattle, Portland, Denver and the Bay Area. Try them all 🌿🍽️

We eat sushi very often. This was first time to Bamboo. Very average - sushi dry - fishy taste Spicy tuna much spicier than typical

not only is the food great but it is gluten free facility so there is so much to choose from. to be honest it was so good we ordered way more than we normally would. great helpful service too. good job. will be back for sure

I've been to a lot of excellent places across the country, and Bamboo is among the best of the them. The chef is outstanding! Everything we ordered was top notch.

I was on the hunt for a spot of lunch. Coincidentially I walked into Bamboo Sushi. The staff at the welcome desk was very friendly and let me chose the place to sit. I chose the bar to watch the Sushi expert preparing my lunch. I had a mix of Sushi and everything was fresh and delicious. The chef offered two tasters off the menu which were fantastic. The bill did not come cheap but it was absolutely worth it.

New (to Seattle) with quite unique offerings. From the rolls, Hawaiian Kanpachi Tataki -, citrus & avocado. Silken tofu with xo sauce bacon & bonito flakes, seared shishito peppers. XO flank steak-, OMG!!

The place looked quite nice in this movie-set of a village. A roomy atmosphere. The sushi seemed quite fine but in such small offerings. There were not many different rolls to chose from on the menu. The 3 of us were underwhelmed. Nice people but many better options around for that price.
Restaurant was good but I should have ordered differently
I didn’t really care for this restaurant but I think it is because I ordered the wrong thing. I should have ordered sushi. My daughter and I ordered a cocktail, mine was okay, she enjoyed hers. She ordered 2 vegan rolls which she enjoyed and they were very filling. I tasted one and it was very good. It was like crispy rice patties with avocado on top. I ordered the miso caesar salad…sounded so good …the dressing. It was bland and boring. Just a bunch of lettuce, dressing really didn’t have much taste, highly disappointing. The avocado rolls were excellent…creamy and an excellent temperature. I think I just ordered the wrong thing. Service was great, the atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean. I don’t live in the area so I won’tbeback.
