Great staff

By james pappas |

We stopped by for an app and drink before dinner at Carbone. We should have just stayed here. Staff at the bar was great.

Average at best

By David A |

We had 4 dishes, 2 were outstanding and the other 2 were below average. The pastry basket and the French toast were excellent but the deviled eggs lacked any originality or definitive taste. They were very bland and the caviar actually gave it an unwelcomed salty taste. The other dish was the avocado toast which was totally bland and void of any taste whatsoever. Our waitress was working really hard and it looked like she was actually doing more than she was capable of. Unfortunately, this didn't work in our favor. I had asked for more syrup for my French toast (you actually get very little) and it never arrived. How can this be. The wait staff should be trained such that when a customer makes a request that actually effects the enjoyment of their meal it is acted upon immediately and not put on the back burner and then eventually forgotten. This put a damper on our meal. This restaurant is also very noisy. Don't come here and expect a quiet romantic ambiance. That is not going to happen.

French in Vegas

By Bruce A |

What a great experience - the food, the service, the drinks. The French onion soup was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend this place.

Worst Experience Ever. Avoid this place.

By sjtx913 |

My 5th trip to Vegas & this was the first time I ever had a bad dining experience. 1 hr after being seated, we were still waiting on our meal. Drinks came even later. Cold hard greasy fries with a $60 steak is unacceptable. Clearly not on the level of Steak 48, Mortons or Ruths Chris. Waffle House had better service. After asking the waitress for the 2nd time to check on our drink order, we were informed that the bar was out of an ingredient for my drink. (So my wife didn't get hers either) Had to complain to waitress & manager. Our food came an hour after we sat down and the manager finally came to the table when we were nearly done eating. To address the issue with our drinks. Feel like I just threw away money.

December 2024 visit

By Lisa G |

We ate dinner here. The service was essentially nonexistent. We ordered, our food came, our server didn't come back to check on us. Other tables had pitchers of water, not our table, nor did he come around to refill until we were about to leave. They were out of king crab legs for one of the dishes, they were also out of the rack of lamb, this wasn't mentioned until we were ordering. We asked for his opinion on a great dish, he said the chicken! No one has ever recommended a chicken dish! The dishes we had were ok, nothing amazing. From the other raving reviews I imagine that tonight was not a normal night and this restaurant just wasn't having a good day. As for our server, he seemed distracted and looking around even when he came to our table. This wasn't how we expected the dinner to go. Extremely disappointed. I don't know if I would try again. We were really looking forward to eating here and it just disappointed on a few levels.

great food and service

By Dave Botterill |

We went there this week when we were down for business. We had the meat charcuterie to start and it was good. For main course 3 of us split the beef Wellington. I dont think I have ever had a better piece of meat and the portion was big. Alsp the waiter was very good and took good care of us.

Great service!

By lewing28 |

This was an amazing brunch experience! Matthew L. was our waiter and provided such personal, excellent service that totally made our experience. And not to mention - the food was beautiful and tasted great! It will be our new brunch tradition in Vegas for sure.

You don't have to have it

By KSO1960 |

Well. The ambience is great, but we were disappointed with the food. The starters were OK. I had the rib-eye, which was OK, but not worth the price. My wife had the glazed short ribs, but unfortunately they were cold. Something like that shouldn't really happen in a Michael Mina restaurant. On a positive note, she got her order again and it was hot and we didn't have to pay for her food. All in all, we had the impression that the staff were a bit overwhelmed. We wouldn't go there again.

Best restaurant we visited on our trip!

By Rosemary M |

Bardot Brasserie is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a refined, flavorful meal. The entire staff we interacted with was very attentive and eager to make recommendations! Anthony was very knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive. They struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making us feel welcome without ever hovering. Every dish was explained with detail and our servers, Carmen and Shannon, were excellent and friendly. We loved them! The higher price range is worth it for the fine-dining experience and attention to detail! Bardot Brasserie is an excellent choice for anyone looking to indulge in a refined, flavorful meal and high-quality dining experience!

Great food, Excellent Service

By DallasFoodFinder |

This restaurant is beautiful - you walk in and forget you are in a casino resort. The service was impeccable - prompt, knowledgeable, friendly. The food was quiet good. Signature cocktails were a little on the sweet side, but second round of classic cocktails were on point. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is the price - it was pretty extreme, even for Vegas.

Yummy Food, Great Service

By Terry S |

Our server was just outstanding and it troubles me that I cannot remember his name! He made some great suggestions and my lamb chops were cooked perfectly, pink not rare and the flavor was awesome. Meantime my wife had a perfectly cooked filet Mignon with a delicious pepper corn sauce. But, we mentioned to the sommelier that we were going to the provenance region of France later this summer and he brought us a perfect wine from the region! Desert?! Delicious!! Like Arnold, "We'll be Back!"

So I went here twice!!!

By Anthony E |

If you love exquisite cuisine be sure to dine here. Im from Nashville and I just found out my favorite restaurant @ home is also owned by Michael Mina. The manager @Bardot Brasserie Las Vegas, Rob, was superb at the first dinner, so by the second dinner, we were like old friends. Thanks for an unforgetable Las Vegas dinning experience.

Bardot we like it !!

By Rodolphe D |

Very nice diner ! At least 10 times in Bardot and always a pleasure ! Meat purée chicken vegetable macaron ! Everything is delicious ! Portion are great ! 1 side is largely sufficient per person !

Bottomless Veuve Clicquot!

By RumRunner01 |

So some people drop $300-400 on dinner... we drop that on brunch. I like to start the day off with a bang as opposed to a fancy dinner at the end of the day when I just want to kick my shoes off and relax. Anyway, we had a brunch reservation for 9am on a Saturday as did many others. We were promptly seated at 9 and seated “inside”. There was plenty of room between us and other diners. Service was excellent and prompt. We are champagne drinkers and opted for the bottomless veuve clicquot at $90pp. YES! It was worth it. We went through three bottles of the good stuff between two of us. What we didn’t finish in the restaurant was put in a to go cup to enjoy in the casino while we gambled and shopped at the stores. Food was excellent. We started with the pastry basket. It was all tasty, flaky and buttery. I had the breakfast sandwich which was excellent and my husband had the hunters waffle. It was uniquely tasty and memorable. We then had the chocolate macaron and it was amazing!!! We wanted to come back for cocktails later in our trip but didn’t have time. We will certainly make a point of returning during our next trip to the area. And, yes, I’d be happy to pay $300+ again for an amazing brunch again.

Good food and nice bistro feel

By adalbert3 |

The presentation and flavors of all our dishes was very good---however, the King Crab and Endive Salad (although tasty) barely had any crab, which made the price a bit unreasonable. We were there for a late brunch as we just got off a plane. Our servers were pleasant, but it took an exceedingly long time for our bottle of wine to arrive--after the wine arrived, the service picked up. The Small Charcuterie Board and the Steak Tartare were appetizers we would definitely order again--as were the Double Decker Ham & Brie and the Smoked Salmon Benedict entrees. We really liked the decor. Check out my photos for more details.

Fine, but...

By Nathalie SH |

If the setting remains nice, the food good, the room is too noisy as soon as it is half full. Generous portions, quality meat but far, far, far too salty. In conclusion, this restaurant was one of our must-sees. We'll be wondering if we can go back on our next trip.

Always a pleasure

By Rodolphe D |

Each Vegas each Bardot! We love this place and area ! We took the chicken and the filet with purée truffle and green beans and it was excellent !!! As usual - good visit

Excellent

Always a pleasure to come into this restaurant french brasserie. Plates are tasty - meat or fish and appetizers ! Service is good the area is a bit noisy ! Prices are getting more expensive year after year !

Great Bar Experience

By Megan E |

We had a reservation for dinner but ended up sitting at the bar which is just lovely. We ordered the cheese plate and the bartender recommended the cheeses for us. He was totally spot on with this choices. The board was substantial with generous pieces of grilled bread, homemade mustard and jam and the most delicious glazed hazelnuts. The bartenders were attended and fun and even though we only had iced tea, the cocktails looked amazing. Looking forward to returning and having a full meal!

Exceptional food quality in a beautiful room

By Ryan S |

The quality is excellent. We ate at Bouchon (Venetian) same trip, and Bardot Brasserie easily outclassed Mr. Keller's food quality and ambience, at least at the Venetian location. Lamb was delicious with the tomato based sauce an uplifting surprise, would not have expected it to work so well. The serving portion was hearty too. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Presentation of the escargot in a puff pastry shell, like a pie, was unconventional and delicious. Some items weren't served quite hot enough, but that's a nitpick. Service was a little slow and maybe not enough attention, but they were professional quality. Room ambience is very nice. We were in a side room and noise slightly less at our location, but overall the restaurant was moderately noisy and energetic without being TOO loud (two of us could still have a conversation without leaning in). Dessert chocolate macaron is to die for - only issue, it is so large, I would suggest sharing it. Prices are high, wine prices are quite high also, and if you're lighter drinker just FYI the selection of half bottles is really small. Overall, I would love to come back!

Amazing Food

By Beth P |

The food was very good (I had steak, and it was cooked perfectly; my friend enjoyed the gnocchi), and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was a bit loud, so it was hard to hold a discussion.

Ever improving, ever Las Vegas' best

By Michael U |

Back at 100% capacity as Las Vegas continues to recover, masks on entry again recommended, it was at 5:30pm Friday that Aria’s second floor was found busy, a familiar hostess and new manager greeting two diners who were seated comfortably in a large booth just outside Bardot’s kitchen. Now in its seventh year, no small feat in a city where turnover is constant, it was with confirmation of no allergies or intolerances that Carte Blanche was deferred to a team that has earned unwavering trust, The Strip’s best Baguette predictably arriving first, alongside Sparkling Wine, Country Bread and “the World’s best Butter” that is increasingly difficult to obtain in America amidst the pandemic. Now fully settled into Chef Dugan’s style, time spent with Gavin Kaysen at Bellecour before joining Michael Mina seeing an almost seamless transition from Chef Josh Smith’s modern-French menu, course one featured a duet of shared Appetizers, Nick’s Heirloom Tomato Tartine pure Summer from Australian Truffles to Champagne Vinegar while Deviled Eggs found themselves upgraded by a dollop of Osetra Caviar. Continuing with a retooled classic, Bardot’s Foie Gras Parfait replaced by a Torchon with Black Cherry Marmalade and Truffles to be spread on Bread, Spaghetti alla Monaco references the French Riviera with slick Noodles and lots of umami in a bowl made of crystal. Taking a note from Michael Mina next, Phyllo-Crusted Diver Scallops in a pool of Sweet Corn with Zucchini and Prosciutto reminiscent of the Boss’ Dover Sole, Chef Dugan instead opts to present his Fish tableside where Grilled Loup de Mer and Provençal Salpicon is deboned and plated with Wild Arugula Salad for two. Already a substantial meal, the recent menu overhaul adding twelve items total, Entrees concluded with perfectly grilled Lamb Chops and a bright mélange of Vegetables followed by thick-cut Pork first smoked and then grilled that stands up well to a slightly herbal Glaze and tender poached Peaches. Not about to exit without Dessert, those who previously thought Bardot’s Macaron “too rich” will be thrilled to find its newest iteration lightened by way of Gianduja Chocolate and a bit of Citrus while the Crème Brulee has reverted to classic Vanilla with reference-standard texture.

Splurge-worthy at the Aria

By OnTheGoV |

Excellent service. Lively restaurant. Food was great, as expected, for the price. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go to this restaurant. However, if you’re staying at the Aria, it’s a good option. It is not a traditional Brassiere. However, our dinners were good and service was exceptional. New Sommelier. He had an excellent recommendation in our price range. French Onion Soup was absolutely incredible! Roasted Chicken was perfectly prepared. Mushroom Pudding was quite dry, which was unfortunate. My husband had the NY steak with duck fat fries, both were good. Too full for dessert. I would return, if we are staying at the Aria, to enjoy the French Onion Soup and Wine in the Bar.

French toast is a must!

By Yoshi N |

Oscar was a top notch waiter. We came for the famous French toast, but he told us to order several things and share, so we did. That made the while experience so much better! We also wanted the escargot, but Oscar told us they don't have it on the menu anymore, but he was able to pull some strings and got us a couple plates. He was amazing! We also had a 2 year old with us, and gave him a nutella filled bread! He was so happy! Service is amazing, and the food is top notch. The greatest French toast I have ever had!

BRUNCH IN VEGAS

Amazing food, waitress very kind and very clean restaurants. We’re here visiting Las Vegas, one of my friend brought me in this amazing place! For sure I’ll come back

One of the best restaurants on the Las Vegas strip

By sreiter2017 |

The restaurant, itself, is beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our waiter, Nicholas, was attentive and the sommelier, Rose, was extremely helpful. We never felt rushed. MOST IMPORTANTLY - the food and presentation were exceptional!!

Fabulous Happy Hour

By bugoutnow |

Outstanding service. Great happy hour, free glass Rose on arrival food was delicious. Very attentive staff Kudos to maitre d Anthony, waitress Rosie. Gave us a Surprise ! dessert and coffee Memorable meal. Will be back Recommend

Horrible at best. Really!!

By RenatodiCaprio |

Really average at best. That’s giving a compliment. Fill up on the bread, because everything that comes after is average. Really do NOT understand how this place fills up. Kids wanted this restaurant because of the beef Wellington, but it was horrible. Bloody. Rear. We asked for it medium. You decide from the pictures if this is medium. The Loup de Mer was HORRIBLE. Really. And I never use the word horrible. We did not stay for dessert. This place is definitely not worth it.

Great brunch place

By Sri k |

Good food, drinks, atmosphere. Ate the shrimp cocktail, the remoulade sauce amazing. Vegetarian quiche with mimosa is awesome. Generous portions served, you will not be hungry after.

Cold Food, Disaster Overall

By Matt B |

The only reason it isn’t one star is because the Manager basically comped our entire meal. All five items that we ordered that were supposed to be hot, came out between cold and like warm. They rushed to get us new food but the replacement meals were flavorless and a waste. Manager was kind about it but the high hopes we had went to the birds and we ended up getting pizza for dinner which was far better which is sad. The French Onion soup was very good once it was brought out hot but literally everything else we tried was not good. Thumbs down.

Delicious Meal, but Service…

By Patinca29 |

Two of us shared the Beef Wellington special and the third had the Beef Short Rib. Though it took nearly an hour to arrive (Wellington is officially 45 mins), they were all delicious. The spare rib could’ve been a bit more tender. Service wasn’t superb and the sommelier helped the table next to us, but never showed at our table.

Nice French restaurant!

By Sylvio Campos |

A beautiful restaurant with a pleasant and pleasant atmosphere. Very good food and the service too!!

Enjoyed it but......

By PichetdeRouge |

My friends had booked Bardot for my birthday dinner. It wasn’t busy on a Wednesday night at 7pm.... Vegas itself has been quieter than usual due to coronavirus fears and cancelled conventions. The hostess led us to a table directly in the path of servers heading to the kitchen and patrons heading to the restrooms. We requested a move to a booth which was accommodated, so why seat us at the worst table to begin with? We enjoyed our appetizers but felt that the seared foie gras really required an accompaniment of toast... as commonly served in France. The bread that was provided was a little hard and would’ve been easier to share had it been sliced, rather than each person having to mangle the loaf to break off a piece. Entrees were beef Wellington (easily enough for four rather than two), surf and turf and a filet mignon with bearnaise sauce pour moi. And this is the reason for the loss of one star. I lived in Paris for 8 years. Never have I seen orange bearnaise sauce that looked like Thousand Island dressing. In fact I had to ask the waiter if it was in fact the Bearnaise I’d requested. Apparently it was... but really it wasn’t. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium but the French fries that accompanied it were at best average. Limp. Chocolate macaron was excellent. Tarte tatin wasn’t caramelized enough. A good meal. But not a great one. Unfortunately the Trip Advisor rating scale jumps from average to very good... so I had to pick very good. Service was well paced and attentive. I’d go back but wouldn’t pick the Thousand Island sauce for my steak again. And I’d pass on the fries. Not worth the calories.

Disappointed for Many Reasons

By Outofasuitcase2015 |

We love French food, and this place was on our list to try with our family. There was disappointment all the away around. From the music, which was dance and too loud. Since we had not seen our relatives in over 6 months we wanted to talk and have a nice dinner. Service was ok, however none of the dishes were explained. For example, we go the seafood tower and didn't realize the number of sauces that come with it until we were nearly done eating. They were not pointed out or described. The escargot was good. Our family had the steak and frites, which they left barely 1/2 eaten. SO GLAD they choose the restaurant, since I would have been SO EMBARRASSED.

Great experience, Parisian “brasserie” decor...... be careful of the price

By boss32 |

Welcoming place, where without reservation we were able to find a secluded and quiet table. Classic dishes with no surprises.......the only "downside" is the prohibitive prices (which explains the available space?)

Perfect breakfast

By DBLJAM |

Everything is delicious and huge portions. From the signature Wellington and quiche to the pastry basket we enjoyed it all. The atmosphere is quaint and service is good.

French Bistro Feeling

By dahlia8 |

The decor in the restaurant reminds me of bistros in Paris. Quaint, dark and decorated French cafe-ish. Our server was Shannon. She was attentive and had great suggestions. I ordered the pear cider. It had a nice refreshing pear flavor. The warm bread comes out in a bag with butter that’s not refrigerator hard and easy to spread. We didn’t want appetizers but ordered the sautéed spinach as a starter. Our Bardot Wellington came out perfectly. The most tender filet I’ve ever had. The flavors of the mushrooms and puff pastry were magical. It was a bit pricey at $175 but it was service for 2 and honestly worth every penny. The truffle potato purée worked perfectly with the meat. We also ordered the haricots verts amandine but preferred the spinach more.

Best happy hour in Vegas!

By Shelly M |

This is the best happy hour in Vegas! Cute indoor “patio”. Yes Great atmosphere and service was outstanding. They have exceptional wines by the glass and charcuterie/ cheese on the happy hour menu. We also enjoyed Sliders, Crab Caesar lettuce cups and Hot Dog Wellington- all happy hour. Treat yourself!

Metal in the Food Horrific Customer Service

By Brandon W |

Our stay would have been decent if it were not for my wife nearly swallowing a piece of metal from the hotels restaurant Patisserie. Our reaction should have been much more severe considering what would have happened had she swallowed the metal, but we only asked to have the salad replaced, refunded and delivered to our room. After we made our request we received another call from a manager stating that they would replace the salad, but they would not be able to deliver it and we would need to pick it up. No apology was given just the note of inconvenience that would be caused by delivering the metal free replacement salad. After explaining my absolute disgust that they could not bring the salad the manager finally agreed to deliver. We travel often especially to Vegas and know that issues happen, but this was one of the most despicable customer experiences we have ever ran into.

So much food

By epsharon |

This was a nice place for dinner. Had a private room for business and only complaint is that it was a little tight but not too bad. Got the French onion soup and was pretty standard. Not the best but not the worst I’ve had. Got to try the escargot which was fantastic and really tasty great in a pesto sauce. Had the filet mignon cooked medium rare and they cooked it to perfection. The Mac and spinach sides were perfect accompaniments. Finished off the meal with a chocolate macaroon, espresso creme brûlée and Mille-feuille. Way too much food but fantastic meal. Service was solid and would eat here again. Can’t comment on value for price as I didn’t pay.

Perfect Date Destination

By Pmtodd5078 |

This bistro was a recommendation of our daughter’s who enjoyed their brunch a few years ago. We were not disappointed! Food and service is outstanding. My husband and I loved the charcuterie appetizer, and it was just the perfect amount of food to share without ruining our dinner. We shared their Beef Wellington, a favorite of my husband’s, and it was delicious! And those truffle mashed potatoes…well those are off the chart. Everything was perfection! And the staff was very attentive and fun. Highly recommend!

Very good

By danielasanchezv |

We came for an anniversary brunch. My husband had the famous French toasts and for me the almond syrup was too much, you can ask for mapple but a little to late for us. My husband liked them, not my favorite. I had Benedict’s and were done to perfection. Good ambiance and they were able to accommodate my husband’s request of an anniversary dessert at the end.

Great Brunch Spot!

By Knabebug |

We had a lovely, long, brunch at Bardot, as if we were in Paris. Our server was delightful. The food was delicious. Classic French Bistro fare. They even have an option for unlimited Champagne. I definitely would return.

Good but expensive

By GDH |

We found this place good, but not as good as a few years ago. Also, it is very expensive. Good luck finding any bottle of wine under $100.

Nope not going back

By Andy J |

Today when the restaurant was not even full, my wife and I waited an hour for breakfast to arrive at our table. When it arrived, mine was cold. The coffee I was served was also lukewarm. My wife had the audacity to ask for ketchup, and the food server never returned with it! Like most restaurants, the food server is different than the overall server. Our server was training another server, ironically. When the server presented our bill, she told me the manager agreed to remove my cold and inedible breakfast from the bill. How gracious of them. Needless to say, I will never go back.

America's Best Brasserie

By Michael U |

They say the best Restaurants are those that a guest wants to revisit even before leaving, and over the course of twenty-one meals served across five years Bardot Brasserie has redefined “the best,” not only in terms of Food but setting and service that all continue to shine under the direction of Chef Nick Dugan. Now operating in a whole new era, PPE and Social Distancing joined by the former Michael Mina Restaurant Chef in place of Josh Smith, it was at 11:00am Saturday that Aria’s second floor was found fairly quiet, a familiar set of eyes and voice greeting six diners who were seated comfortably in the natural light of Bardot’s makeshift “patio.” Quickly approaching anniversary number six, no small feat in a city where turnover is constant, it was with confirmation of no allergies or intolerances that Carte Blanche was deferred to a team that has earned unwavering trust, Sin City’s best Baguette predictably arriving first – warm and crunchy with soft Salted Butter. In many ways a space in transition, Chef Smith’s departure to pursue a concept of his own and a world searching for answers finding the QR Code menu dotted by ideas old and new, course one featured a trio of shared Appetizers, Nick’s riff on Escargots en Croute essentially a Pot Pie with Snails cooked in herbaceous green Sauce while Deviled Eggs and a creamy Croque Madame each found themselves upgraded by a dollop of Caviar. Continuing with three classics, both the silky Foie Gras Parfait and ground-to-order Tartare wowing diners since day one for good reason, if there is any dish that defined Josh’s ability to rethink tradition it was Bardot’s King Crab & Endive Caesar which remains both crisp and refreshing despite its decidedly luxurious Accouterments. At this point taking the opportunity to try some new ideas on amenable paying guests, Chef Dugan rolled out four Sandwiches, his riff on “Le Steakburger” replacing Comte with dueling Cheeses and two Patties plus decadent Sauce Perigourdine while the Wagyu French Dip is already plenty juicy even before dunking it in Rosemary Jus nearly thick as properly prepared Bordelaise. Slightly retooling Bardot’s Breakfast Sandwich, its housemade Sausage and English Muffin still outpacing any other in town, those seeking something slightly more interesting should pray Nick’s Dungeness Crab BLT goes on the menu soon as both taste and texture are marvelous. Not about to miss the famous French Toast, a thick wedge arriving with its plus-size quenelle of Vanilla Cream and Almond Brittle plus three slices of Foie Gras, those who previously thought Bardot’s Macaron “too rich” will be thrilled to find it lightened by way of Gianduja Chocolate and a bit of Citrus while the Crème Breule and Mille Feuille remain happily unchanged from their previous reference standard.

Great french experience

By Visit DrunkPhotography.com |

Couldn't get into the adjacent restaurant in time, but this was a pleasant surprised. I decided to try the lamb chops and they were pleasantly surprising. Really liked it and am not sure I ever saw that in a French restaurant before but it was amazing. I thought I wouldn't be filled up but I was! Great service, great quality and expected price is worth it.

Upscale French spot in the Aria

By Shanelle |

Upscale French spot with indulgent dishes. Came here in a group of 10 for a bachelorette dinner and we waited approximately 10 minutes prior to being seated. As we were a big group, we partitioned ourselves off into three smaller groups to make the ordering process easier. They gave us complimentary baguette with butter, and that was tasty in its simplicity. My table (4) split an order of escargot, which was very buttery and rich. The options seem to be individually based but the portions are large (and heavy) enough to be split among 2-3 people. Four people at our table also split the Beef Wellington (the menu states that it’s good for two people) and were perfectly satisfied. We had the truffle fries and mashed potatoes as sides, which were my favorite parts of the meal - the mashed potatoes were super silky and the fries were nicely crispy. I got the pot au feu for my main; the serving of bone marrow was minuscule but the main meat portion was tender and came with a rich sauce. It was almost too rich for my tastes and I wish there were more veggies in it, but overall it was a solid choice. Restrooms are available in the back and are stalled. Credit cards accepted. You can make reservations online ahead of time. Located on the second level of the Aria right across Carbonne. Overall, an upscale spot good for celebrating special occasions.

Best escargot!

By 1sassytravelr |

Looking for an elegant diner venue??? Bardot in the Aria is it! Beautiful setting, first rate service, out of this world wine collection....only the best of everything. Chef Michael Mina gave me a fabulous meal of escargot (best outside of Paris I've had so far), steak, and flourless cake. Plenty of gluten gree options that tasted great. If you go to Vegas, stop here for dinner for sure! #1sassytraveler #bardotbrasserie #ariahotel

Sunday brunch

By MichaelMc777 |

The decor is beautiful!! The service was acceptable - just ok The Sunday brunch has a limited menu. The item I wanted had ran out. The waffle I tried tasted like it had been made many hours ago. The fruit was fresh and good. My friends were not impressed with their meals either. We all tried something different. Not recommended for brunch!!

Michael Mina's Lesser Known Restaurant

By yalibrarian |

A great French restaurant. Good vibe and ambiance in the Aria Hotel. You MIGHT be able to get in, but I highly suggest a reservation several week out. We went for brunch, and it didn't disappoint. Wore nice shorts and a collared T. Drinks were good, the croque madam and truffle fries were excellent, but the iconic French toast??? Order the French toast!! Split the French toast! It's huge! Only thing lacking? Our server was either new (which is what I think) or incompetent. I don't think she put in our order until our fruit appetizer was out. Four tables seated after us were served before us. Also, when I asked how many slices of pork belly bacon came with the ala carte dish, she said two. There were six. We didn't need to order two of the $17 plates. But...the bacon was outstanding. Five stars if we hadn't had our novice server. Recommend

Nice French Restaurant

By DDS140 |

Very nice romantic dinner place. Very cool decor and large menu. Not sure why they charge $5 extra to have bourbon served near or on the rocks? Odd. Service was ok.

Not so French after all.

By jean-michel P |

Could have had 5 stars if the main course (Lamb stew) did not resemble an Indian dish more than a French one (too much curry)

Another great dinner!!

By wildekarrde |

A last minute dinner, at our favourite restaurant at The ARIA, did not disappoint! Food was on point! Octopus and Beet Salad were outstanding! Steaks were perfectly cooked and the frites were hot and crisp! Great big thank you to Nelson, Eduardo, and Gerti Gjika (GM) for ensuring our night was nothing less than memorable!!

The Best at Bardot

By Joe Q |

It was our pleasure to enjoy brunch at Bardot with our family on Sunday, June 1st. First of all, the staff were not only attentive to our large family but they were all knowledgeable and took the proper time to guide us through the menu so that we could enjoy the fullest extent of the offerings. The variety of starters was amazing, and I think we tried practically everything offered! After the starters, all of our choices for brunch were all delivered to our large gathering immediately! A testament to training and the ability to work together harmoniously like a well-oiled machine! Everyone at our table remarked at what a fantastic Family Meal we all enjoyed. The Bardot is 5 Star in my book, and we will return!

Exceptional service and beautiful, delicious food

By Patti D |

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. The food is very good, beautifully plated. Noise level at this busy spot is very high though, that is the only negative about this restaurant.

Relaxing upscale and yummy.

By GezenBey |

My Casino host arranged Dinner pre show , it was an excellent choice. I don’t as a rule enjoy upscale restaurants but Bardot managed to be upscale yet very relaxing . Dishes recommended were very good and portions American size. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Breakfast

By jim1231 |

Our group of 6 had an amazing breakfast. The omelet was one of the best we've had and the overnight oats was a surprise hit and far better than any other version of these we've had. Service was good but some items were delayed. Overall well worth a visit.

Pretentious

By Simone |

Pretentious Staff not warm neither resilient We had two business lunch, but they were unfair Food is not special

Poor service

By Amanda P |

It was our last night and we decided to have nice meal. We were placed on a table near the bar, chairs were not overly comfortable. The waitress was lovely very pleasant but what we observed she was the only one working that area. We ordered our starter prawns came out very well presented and my husband said they were delicious. Mine came out it was salmon on toast, the toast was very burnt so I sent it back, my husband finished his and I waited and waited eventually mine came out and it was ok. Then the waitress asked if we would like another drink yes please and that stood on the bar for 8mins as the poor waitress was rushing about. At this point we decided that we would leave, obviously paying for what we had. The manager came over and voided our bill. It was very disappointing experience, but no fault of the serving staff. To the management if you don’t have the staff please limit the customers so staff are not pushed, this leads to unhappy customers and also staff.

Avoid.

Terrible service. Inaccurate wine description. Decent fish, very sub par steak. Not worth any money, much less listed prices.

Catered Lunch

By sonyaj68 |

We were invited here for lunch during our conference. They set up a great buffet with many selections - salads, veggies, main courses (including great vegetarian options) and desert. I tried to get a little of everything, and every bite was wonderful. I would love to return anytime!

anniversary weekend.

By fishboy66 |

Had to get there early due to show , got there 5:45, seated, drinks, appetizers, I had scallops, wife filet with lobster(kind of small lobster), all very good, skipped desert. around $200, not bad for Vegas standards Good service, food. would I go back ?sure>

Anniversary dinner

By Paul |

Such an amazing experience. Our server Andrea was very menu knowledgeable and her beef tare tare recommendation was spot on. Andrea and the sommelier Albert collaborated to give us a special wine pairing for our dinner. The beef Wellington is the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Disappointing

By JR |

So disappointed after reading so many good reviews. Terrible service and average food. We went for Easter brunch and thought it would be a special experience but it was loud and crowded, our sever was extremely unhelpful, and the food was just ok, especially for the price.

A must!

By Trajan |

Amazing food. I ordered the Beef Wellington which is a hard dish to get right and the truffle mashed potatoes. Insanely good. Great atmosphere and great staff. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

By ND_Traveler |

Food and drinks excellent. Mood is quiet and sort of romantic. I need to show the bartender how to make an appropriate Bloody Caeser! Otherwise loved the place.

Exceptional

By Alejandra P |

The food of the restaurant was amazing, I can say that they served me the best creme brulee I have ever tried. And the service, wow, so attentive. The restaurant was full, me and my sister were barely noticing that they were taking a bit more time than expected serving, when the waiter came and pointed that out to us apologizing about it. She then returned and served us a courtesy glass of wine to apologize for something that we didn’t point out, and were barely aware of. Seriously such a nice experience

Best happy hour we have been to

By jeffers1976 |

Classy looking place on the second floor of the Aria. We went for happy hour before heading off to Absinthe at Caesars. Good value drinks, beers, wine and a few cocktails. The real highlight was the bar snacks. French dips, Prime beef slider, hot dog beef wellington, oysters and chicken wings........would order any of them again and again. We were disappointed we left it so long into our trip to visit as we didn't have chance to go again. Tip - sit at the bar and get involved with the bar team, they were great fun. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g45963-d7647212-r821073288-Bardot_Brasserie_Las_Vegas-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html#

French disappointment

By Irises65 |

The atmosphere and service were very good. However, my husband and I were disappointed in the food after reading the reviews. We ordrred the foie gras parfait, beet salad with goat cheese, french onion soup and the beef wellington. My husband loves foie gras, but he found the taste underwhelming, The beet salad was good, and onion soup had a nice layer of melted cheese, but the broth tasted bland. I found the beef wellington average. The filet was cooked to our liking, but the mushroom filling and pastry crust were blanding tasting. Considering the cost for eating in this restaurant, we expected better tadting food.

The best French Toast and the best service

By David C |

We go to Vegas frequently and we specifically try to book Bardot on weekends to taste the magnificent brioche French toast.. Deservedly the best in the world. This time we decided to make a stop in Vegas on our way from Zion to San Francisco just to enjoy the delicious French toast, the great baguette food and pastries Bardot offers. We made the reservation a week in advance and we arrived this past Saturday at 130 pm for brunch. After we got seated we were told they ran out of French toast. You can imagine our huge disappointment. I asked to speak with the restaurant manager and explained we are loyal customers and that we promote the restaurant to our friends all the time. We told him we came to Vegas just for the French toast. Rob, Bardot manager told us to wait and he came back and told us that they were going to make an exception and make a special French toast for us. Wow.. He made our day and we were so happy. The French toast was amazing as usual and we took some for the road. Rob, the Bardot manager showed us what true appreciation for loyal customers is all about. His customer centered attitude was amazing. Thanks Rob. You are truly a great manager who cares about customers and we will definitely be coming back.

Delicious Dinner

By Shelli M |

We are so glad we ate here on a recent stay at Aria. The atmosphere is terrific. While all seating is indoor, the front of the restaurant is designed to resemble an outdoor patio. The bar area has a terrific happy hour (great selection and prices) - especially light dining that I would definitely recommend. We ate dinner inside. They have a more limited menu than in the past (ie lamb chops, previously available were not on the menu). My wife had the duck and said it was the best she has ever had. She also had the Caesar salad with shredded crab (amazing!). I had the fixed price menu ($65, plus $11 steak upgrade). My selections were beat salad, Manhattan steak with fries and dessert. I loved the salad and other items were very good. Service was excellent. We will definitely return again.

Great service!

By Ro L |

The place is huge so is not as romantic for couples. A bit loud inside so not ideal for a romantic dinner. Foie gras was good but was overcooked. Had the scallops which was very salty and was almost inedible. Just one bite gave me a tummy ache so I got reimbursed for it. It would’ve been so good had it not been salty. Hate to waste food, but worst to waste money on inedible dishes. Service was amazing, kudos to the staff. Price is not over-the-top expensive, but expensive enough to dine at a regular non-fine dining restaurant. Casual ambiance but nice enough to bring a date without breaking your bank.

Disappointing, had high hopes that were dashed

By Greg H |

Bartenders were disinterested, Old Fashion and French 75 were very average (but not the cost), server was rushed and unfriendly, the service was SLOW and disjointed, stay far far away from the crab endive, a tiny piece of crab piled with cheese, it was awful. my $72 surf and turf consisted of a tiny salty steak and a even tinier tail. Will never be back.

Great brunch spot in Aria

By jpinmiami |

I always enjoy this place for brunch while in Vegas. This past weekend service was not up to bar but the food was still great Always tough to decide what to have. Highly recommend.

Excellent food but neither quiet nor romantic

By Russ855 |

We were here for a Valentine's Day dinner but did not order off the prix fixe menu. I was a little annoyed being seated at a table in the thoroughfare next to the boisterous bar where conventioneers were two deep despite our reservations. They did not offer any alternative. This is a classic and lengthy French bistro menu with an amazing amount of seafood offered. Let me say at the outside that the food was excellent across the board, but the service far too casual and hectic to match the prices and ambiance. This restaurant exemplifies the problem with so many restaurants these days where you end up being waited on by a dozen different people. The water, bread, every course, etc. gets rushed and breathlessly plopped down in front of you by a different person. We only saw our waitress at the beginning and end of the meal. There is no coordination of effort. Thus, we never got our cocktails and had to ask again when the main entrees arrived. Then the manager served them and when we commented on that he said "well better late than never." I think not. We must have been asked repeatedly by five separate people we did not recognize how the meal was. Again the lack of consistent service. The Maine lobster starter was an enormous amount of a full halved lobster and the escargot were perfect. I fell back into my usual mussels and fries which were again an enormous serving. They did not come back with a bowl for the shells until we were half way through the mussels. Given the quantity of food we did not order desert. If you do not mind the noise and energy, you can have a fine meal here. It is not a romantic restaurant for a special evening out (but maybe no Las Vegas restaurant is). It came to about $100 per person after tip.

Mediocre Food

By William C |

Disappointing meal - 2 drinks, 2 starters, 2 main dishes, truffle fries and bottle of wine. Decent French 75, nice bottle of Chablis and very good Heritage Chicken. Everything else was very mediocre (fascinated how that could make such a beautiful Cote du Porc so tasteless). Service was great except when our wine glasses ran dry and no-one new where the rest of our bottle was. Not recommended.

Outstanding

By LetitiaNashville |

Superb food and service. We’re from Montreal and this is as good as any of the marvelous bistros in that city. A rare gem in Las Vegas. Reservations strongly recommended

Go for brunch if you are in Vegas for the weekend!

By Chrissy M |

My husband and I wanted a sit down breakfast/brunch while we were staying at the Aria. We went to Bardot when they opened at 9am on a Friday. There was already people waiting outside before they opened. I ordered the French toast which was huge and the flavor of it was delicious. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict and he said it was one of the better eggs Benedicts that he’s ever had. My only disappointment was the double latte I ordered. I love a large latte in the morning and it is served in a very small teacup so be prepared for that. Would definitely recommend for brunch!

Generous Brunch and Strong Cocktails

By WorldGrinch |

Had a tasty brunch with very generous portions. The bacon was a bit of a letdown in that it had little favor, on the other hand the French toasts are excellent, and will feed a couple of people. The house cocktails are very good, at least the two I tried, and rather strong, especially for brunch. Good thing it is in a hotel because driving is not a recommended post-brunch activity. Service is mostly good albeit somewhat disorganized. While there is a designated waiter per table, other waiters come and help, but there doesn't appear to be coordination and they overlap.

WOW!

By mgd1429 |

Holy Mary, Mother of God! So delish! Atmosphere was amazing and food was even better. We started with the deviled eggs with caviar on top for an app. We had the beet salad, and then split a burger! UGH! From the first bite to the last it was utterly amazing. Oscar, our server was top notch! We would go back again for sure!

Tourists trap

By Sami D |

Menu has nothing exceptional. The restaurant itself is ordinary. The service is rushed and the prices should be cut in half

Great Breakfast!

By Dawn G |

Went for breakfast, had the pastries first which all very fresh and delicious. I had the french toast, it was HUGE! Brought home leftovers which I ate for days. My husband had an eggs benedict type sandwich on a croissant, also very good. Service was also good and attentive. Our coffee was always full.

Slight Dissatisfaction

By scrubs21 |

The service isn’t the best. Start out with the front hostess with two girls who think that their they are better than this job who walk you back to a table with no emotion. You ask the waitress what people get. Her reply is everything. Not helpful. Food was semi cold and undercooked. French toast came out before the coffee. The French dive in Paris Mon Ami Gabi is way better

Excellent. Try the French toast

By DoubleGinMN |

We had the French toast and a breakfast pastry that were both very good. Bar is made of zinc. $100 grand to put in. Very cool. And back a second time try a couple of cocktails made with chartreuse. Wow. I would recommend it. Made by a small group of monks. Rest of the food we saw going by looked equally amazing.

Simply stunning

By smiler |

Shocked to say the least reading the bad reviews. We had the Most beautiful brunch . The food was outstanding as was the service. Not a bad price considering the quality of produce. Will definitely return in June when we come back

Can I come back soon!!

By Jeffrey S |

These place is incredible. Best waiter in many years, very professional and attentive. The food was totally amazing. Escargots was really tender and tasty, prepared under a pastry top. The Tourendo’s Rossini was amazing, perfectly cooked with a generous portion of fois gras. The lamb chops were some of the best we have ever had. Sorry, no room for dessert. Be prepared when the check arrives, it is not for the faint of heart, not a cheap meal at all. But we loved every bite and the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Amazing brunch

By Anna R |

My husband and I hosted 16 people total at Bardot Brasserie the morning after our wedding. We had everything booked well in advance and had a pre-set menu. The service was outstanding with our group, and the food was amazing (and there was so much of it)! I appreciate the entire staff for coordinating everything so well with our group and we will definitely come back.

Average Food, snotty management.

By Chad B |

I would rate this food as average. The unfortunate part for all of Las Vegas the food scene has taken a turn for the worse over all. Michael Mina is a great chef but his locations a really not owning up to his name. We got the French Dip, there was next to no cheese, the meat was fatty and the service was below average. I had to ask to have my water refilled 3 times. Another thing that has been a real stickler for me is restaurants of this caliber that don’t have management touch every table or even attempt to try. They make you feel that you are beneath them when they should be thanking you.

You Must Try This Place!!!

By Michelle |

I had dined here a long time ago (about a year) for dinner and absolutely loved the food. I came back with a couple girl friends last Sunday for brunch and was again, very impressed! We had Matt as our server and he was absolutely fabulous! Very attentive, funny, and helpful. I highly recommend him :) To start, they did not have bottomless mimosas but they DID have bottomless Rosé wine :) Two of us decided to try this out. It did not disappoint! For food, we ordered two rounds of food to share between the 3 of us. First, we ordered the King Crab and Endive Caesar salad, Foie Gras Parfait, and Prime Steak Tartare. The Foie Gras Parfait was to die for and i wanted to lick the jar clean haha. The Steak Tartare was huge and delicious. The salad was good but for some reason a bit salty. May have been because of the parmesan and breadcrumbs. Crab didn't have too much flavor either. For our second round we went with the French Toast and the Wagyu Steak and Eggs. The French Toast was amazing! HUGE, moist, and delicious. Only caveat was that it didn't come with maple syrup and had a orgeat syrup instead which had an odd flavor. I recommend it come with both! The steak and eggs were cooked perfect and were delicious. The Foie Gras Parfait, Bottomless Rosé, and Matt as our server were more than enough to bring me back again and again. Great job, Bardot Brasserie :)

Spontaneous Dinner

By Bucket List Living |

Fortunately a table was available since we didn't have reservations. Our server was fine, the sommelier was very helpful with our choice of wine. The beet and goat cheese salad was awesome! It was served warm and loaded with beets. My short rib dinner was the best I ever had! My husband said his lamb and gnocchi dinner was "alright" We didn’t have room for dessert.

French Food on the Strip? Yes, please!

By Vegaskev72 |

Our last dinner in Vegas took us to Bardot and what a great suggestion made by my wife. I am not generally a fan of French food (soup and cheeses aside) but this was darned good. The restaurant was very busy. There was a convention across the hall and the place was back with conventioneers. It was a little loud. Would not recommend for a quiet, romantic dinner. Our appies were the charcuterie and cheese boards along with escargot for my friend and French onion soups for wife and me. The soup was so tasty. Our mains were Lamb Chops (friend), Black Cod Bouillabaisse (wife) and Choucroute Garnie (for me). along with accompaniments. The plates were mostly bare when done so that should indicate how much we enjoyed the food. For dessert, my friend had the Apple Tart while wife and I shared the Baked Alaska. Excellent. There were a couple of items on the menu I'd like to try so I will most likely head back at some point. Dinner for three was $485 + tip. Recommend!!

Lives up to the Hype!

By MLMRocksTravel |

Wonderful experience! This restaurant was crowded with the pretty people for a Friday brunch. Service was outstanding, the food was delicious and fairly portioned although expensive. This is one celebrity restaurant that lives up to the hype. I do recommend sticking with cocktails or tap water....as we did not realize a soda was $7 with no free refills. We were surprised when the bill came....so that was our fault but I wanted to warn others.

Mixed feelings

By TravelFever |

The initial impression upon arrival was not great. I expect to be greeted with a welcoming smile when I arrive, pretty simple, yet seemingly difficult at Bardot entrance. The food was very good and the waiter was good, however, he was the opposite of the woman at the door and kept talking to us after serving our main course. Clearly we wanted to begin eating, but he kept talking--I appreciated his friendliness and enthusiasm, but he ought to have returned after we had eaten our food. Our food had to be eaten warm, rather than hot. Overall, I'm not sure I would go back. Maybe.

Amazing Food and Service

By BittyTvls |

We had brunch here and it was amazing. The atmosphere is super nice and the food is delicious and service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant for weekend brunch.

Meh

By Scott D |

Really mixed reviews here. The food was excellent, albeit the price points could be argued. In other words, you could easily spend 1/4 of the money elsewhere and still get a great meal. My problems rested with the service. Our server took every opportunity to try to upsell us on everything. Meanwhile, she forgot our bread and a second beverage. Given the air of the place, this shouldn’t happen. Plus, there was a photographer going around to every table trying to get a picture of you eating which of course would cost you a fee. Why? Lastly, there was some odd excuse for every glass of wine my wife tried to order. Of course, the suggested replacement was always more expensive than the one we wanted. Eventually, my wife ordered a cocktail after the server mumbled something about the computer being hacked, making it difficult for the sommelier to order. I wouldn’t return.

Love the atmosphere and food however don’t add pork to my meat :-)

By Overnight traveler |

My husband and I went to Bardot Brassierie this past week for our New Year’s week celebration. Our waiter Matthew was professional and well versed on the menu and fare of the restaurant. The baguettes were fresh and warm and the butter was magnifique! The selection of wines were extraordinare, and our red wine was a French wine was perfectly balanced. The salad was perfect, in fact the greens were fresh and the dressing was delicious. The only issue was adding pork to my NY strip took away from the flavor and at first I did not know it was added until I turned the meat over and there was a strip of bacon on its side. That took the flavor away and it should be optional for their guests, the pork gave it a acidic flavor and it was not palatable. My husband had the lamb and he thought that the red pepper sauce also had a pork flavor to it and it took away the flavor from the lamb. Please give an option for those who do not want pork added to their meat to have it without. Your restaurant would have had 5 stars for my rating if we did not have that happen.

Food, ambience, and service exceeds expectations. I highly recommend the Duck waffle.

By Dana D |

I was in Vegas for a bachelorette weekend and this was our first stop. The food was amazing. I had the Duck Waffle. The service was great and we loved the ambiance. Will definitely return.

Lousy Service

By Calval27 |

Had a reservation and opted to eat in the bar instead of the dining hall. When we ordered the Croque Madame we were told by our waitress that we could not customize any orders. We did not want the egg on the sandwich for allergy reasons. We were told the orders could be customized. Shocking considering how many good allergies exist.

Good service and good food.

By TheArmenian |

We had a lovely dinner here last night. Bardot did a fine job! Wait staff was attentive; food was great. Tartare was notably excellent, as was the cold seafood app. Did not intend to eat dessert, but after one bite ….

So disappointing

By Cassandra C |

So disappointing. I had been wanting to try this place for awhile, and was so disappointed in the majority of our experience. We had a 7:30 reservation but the table wasn’t ready for ten minutes after. The escargot was great- unique take with puffy pastry atop pesto garlic. That’s where the enjoyment ended. I ordered the filet mignon cooked with just a little pink (we estimated between medium and medium well). My steak came out super well done and was unbearably dry. Our server never checked in and I had to flag down a busser after 15 minutes to flag down our server. He finally came over and acknowledged how overcooked it was and said he would get a new one made right away. Twenty minutes later (the rest in my party had finished eating), another steak came out that looked better (a little pink in the middle), but was HORRIBLE. I’ve never had a saltier steak in my life. I’m not one to complain but it was so over salted I could barely stomach a couple bites before needing to chug water. The worst part was the server never came back once to check in. So I was stuck with my horrible steak and after trying to stomach the greasy fries it came with, I gave up. At least my husband’s medium filet was properly done and my brother in law’s chicken was decent. But my meal was a disaster. After we sat with our dirty dishes for another 20 minutes unattended, we finally flagged down another busser to ask our server to stop by. When he finally did I told him that unfortunately the steak re-do they brought me was too salty to eat but we were done trying (Side bar- I NEVER send back food.... I’m no Karen but this was inedible). He apologized and said he would tell the chef. He came back 15 minutes later and asked if we were willing to wait a few minutes for a dessert to make up for the steak fail. We said sure and thanked him. Another 20 minutes later we were brought a creme brûlée and chocolate macaron. The creme brûlée was decent (nothing special) and the macaron was so crazy sweet we only had a few bites. After another 15 minutes we were brought the check, which we wanted to charge to the room and expected to show ID per usual. When the server once again never came back we just signed the slip and gave up. I’m grateful they took the filet off the bill, but I much would have preferred a good meal and good service. For these prices and the 2+ hours we had to stay here, I expected good food and decent service. Unfortunately this was neither. Absolutely would not recommend and won’t be back.

The perfect place for French food.

By MJSpock |

Ok, so it's not the $1000 and up type of place. You'll spend maybe $260 here if you get three or four drinks and do the Chef's Menu (I think it's called Fete de something, the waiter can tell you). If you don't want to spend that much, just order a few dishes and you'll be good for less than $100 per person. When I compare this to ur $500 dinner at Picasso or the $1000+ dinner at some of the other French restaurants, the only real difference is the recipes. At Bardot, you're getting tried and true recipes created under the Chef Michael Mina. The food is superb. There is nothing that I would change. When you go to the more expensive places you are often getting recipes which the Chef created for that evening. So you could pay more for exclusivity, OR you could spend less and eat some of Mina's most amazing creations. I also like Bardot because the dress is business casual rather than formal.

Always Good

As always, excellent service & wonderful food. Well worth the time & money. I recommend to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

Best Service and Food at Aria!

By Joseph |

Esteve and Jonathan our servers were tremendous. They recommended great dishes and the Chefs made a perfect symphony of food for us. Every dish we could tell had some passion and love put into it for us and the taste was amazing. Aaron came by to check on us and he made sure my wife and sister-in-law had the best dinner experience they have ever had in Vegas. The service was top notch from the whole staff. The people running Bardot I can tell truly care and love what they do and that showed in our dining experience. Thank you all so much.

Bardot Brasserie, located in the Aria HoteFl/Casino -- OUTANDING !!

By UnkieStu |

They only have a few meals, desserts, etc., on the menu, to choose from (meaning each is made fresh and each was supburb)! There were three of us and requested a fourth meal, so we would have an extra plate to be passed around, so we could put parts of all four meals onto each of our plates. I never drink red wine, I like Ice white wine, the kind that is so cold that your tongue sticks to the glass. I asked my son and his wife if they had a preference in wine, which was red and I asked the waiter to bring us the best red from the celler, as his recommendation. The food and wine and of course the coffee, was the best I have ever had in a very long time. There was not a speck of dust anywhere in the place, and not a water spot on the glasses, flatware or serving plates. I said to my son, I'd sure like to have another cup of coffee. I did not even complete my sentence when John (Jean?) our waiter was right behind me, filling my cup! The Badot is the best French resteraunt I have ever eaten in. The food and service was impecable. Do yourself a favor when in LV, and give them a try. The prices are not bad, but, do it to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. I GUARENTEE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, OR, EVEN GO AWAY HUNGRY. If I remember, if you ask for seconds, and don't have the scammer attitude, they will bend over backwards for you. Please try this resteraunt the next time you are in LV, whether you stay at the Aria (which is a 6 star in a 5 star world for me, in my mind!

Good solid French food

By jenn_ |

Good decor. Good service. Very very French bistro feel. Very authentic. Price point is what you’d expect. I enjoyed it. Would go back.

Ambiance and service are great. Food is ok and value is poor

By twincanucks |

Ambiance and service were great but the food was just ok and with the relatively high prices, the value is just not there. We noticed that the restaurants in Vegas offered poor value with ok food for relatively high prices so this was more of the same.

Michael Mina Deliciousness

By Maria |

Le Grand Plateau and the escargot was excellent! Another Must-Try is their French Onion Soup which is super yummy!

Won’t return

By Jamderm |

This was our 5th time at Bardot Brasserie and will never return! Apparently, the kitchen only knows 2 ways to cook a burger- rare (mooing) and well done. We asked for medium. Even the manager said “We are having trouble with the cooks”. It’s a $31 hamburger!!! There are >4K restaurants on the strip. We came here because of past wonderful experiences. Won’t return because of today’s horrible experience. Note — the cocktails were delicious, the server was friendly and the manager was a good guy. Having that said, we left with a buzz and an empty belly.

Exceptional service

By Stan |

Exceptional service - we had the perfect waiter who just knew we didn’t want the chit chat and was nearly invisible. Flawless service. This was for a birthday and the food was great but not perfect. The gnocchi was too simple considering how it was written in the menu and considering the Michael Mina name. Flavors blended too much in a way that made the overall impression...bland. The 1/2 chicken was absolute perfection. The onion soup and beet salad - perfect. The noise level was a bit high (hard surfaces and techies with their girls). Dessert - ah - hard to finish but again...perfect. The bread - all great bread is not on the coast - perfect.

Never disappoints

By andrew a |

We've been to Bardot Brasserie a few times before, and did not want to miss it during our last trip. We went twice. The first visit was for happy hour. We chose a few things from the menu, and everything was very tasty. The mini Croque Madame is not to be missed! The second visit was for dinner. We opted for the Beef Wellington and some sides. The tarte flambe is out of this world!! The Wellington was cooked to perfection, and the service was sublime.

Parisian dream located in the Aria Casino

By evilcomeevil_go_go |

Lovely ambiance. Perfect for couples/intimate occasions. French onion soup was AMAZING. The steak tartare was not to my taste, nevertheless, everything was prepared fresh and with care. Highly recommend. Great overall dining experience. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap-accessible bathroom stall available but it will be a tight squeeze with a power wheel chair (imho). Chairs are moveable, with no arms. Two steps at the entrance, with a ramp next to it for wheelchair access.

Hidden but worth it!

By Dana G |

This restaurant isn't easy to find as it's tucked away behind and above the casino in the ARIA hotel, but it is completely worth the effort to find. As with other reviewers, I agree the food is amazing, but the added bonus of a fantastic staff make this place really stand out. You expect to have good food in Vegas, but we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff. Oscar was particularly kind and even brought out a special treat for our anniversary!

A nearly perfect meal

By DoctorM |

We returned to the Bardot Brasserie after a 7 year absence, and the food and experience was as good as we remembered. This is a mid-sized restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Aria hotel complex and offers bistro-style French cuisine. Think hearty and simple meals: not expensive art projects on a plate. The dining room is dark, lively, appropriately noisy, and offers a glimpse of the kitchen through a decorated glass wall. The Brasserie has an extensive wine list with a few bottles priced below $100 and others soaring into the stratosphere. My sweetheart and I shared a mussels and fries appetizer that was simply outstanding. The absolutely fresh bivalves came in a garlic-herb wine broth and were paired with a plate of duck-fat fried potatoes. We wanted to sop up all the broth with the warm French baguet. My roast chicken was moist and perfectly cooked: the half chicken portion was more than i could eat. My wife's short rib bourguignon was boneless (that is, chuck steak) but was incredibly tender and flavorful. Again, it provided excellent left-overs. Our waitress was slow and constantly apologizing for this and that. It gets annoying after the 3rd time. This is a great meal and venue in Las Vegas. Highly recommended.

Little alcove of early century French æsthetic.

By Jyn Aloy |

Great food. Nice ambiance. A French bistro. Kim S is a great server. And was very accommodating. I will go back to try the Wellington. But only if I can take a nap after. It looks decadent.

Amazing Food

By Michael M |

Amazing food. Classic French decor. Wonderful visit. Made reservations for brunch and it was an absolutely pleasure. Tucked away on the Promenade level of Aria, so it's not noticeable at all from the casino. Definitely check it out. Brunch portions were plentiful, I imagine other meals are too - so come hungry.

Great brunch!

By dna |

We had a great brunch! And the ambiance is very much Paris—in fact, eating outside (actually still indoors) reminded us more of Paris than any other place we have eaten outside of Paris. Food and service was just as good as the ambiance. Try the eggs Benedict. French toast looked good This will now be our go to place for brunch when visiting LV. Can’t wait to come back and try that French toast!

a wonderful meal

best meal i had in vegas mussels to start follwed by braised i red wine short ribs of beef delicious i washed it down with a side car cocktail

A really French experience

By dna |

Our second time here in the last few months. First time was great. This time even better. The atmosphere is really like the many Parisian bistros we have visited, the service top notch, and the food even better than the last time. The omelette and the Paris ham Benedict with side of hash browns were great. So were the Kir Royal and the Bloody Mary. But the best item was the caviar deviled eggs! We will definitely return in our next visit!

Saturday Brunch Hits Just Right

By Linda P |

Mimosa's, Bloody Mary's, feeling like you are in Paris and a sparkly saxophone player what more could you ask for? Our last day in Vegas, catching the red eye that evening what better way to end than a decadent brunch. The vibe was upbeat and energetic but not obnoxiously noisy. We started with the pastry basket which was gobble down in seconds. The overnight oats was presented beautifully and tasted great. Others ordered the Eggs Benedict and the American in Paris, all portions were large and were thoroughly enjoyed. A perfect way to end our stay in Vegas.

Wonderful birthday dinner.

Wonderful birthday dinner. The Brussels Sprouts were amazing. The cocktails were exquisite. The neat onion soup I have had in years. Loved it!!

Awesome Happy Hour vibe and menu

By truthbetold_10 |

Stopped in for a bite before a show. The Happy Hour vibe was perfect - energetic with a wonderful server who knew her way around the food and beverage menu! We enjoyed oysters, foie gras and a delicious steak slider!

A little rocky to start, but definitely a memorable meal

By halo36 |

We had intentions of having happy hour here as a group. We had reservations at happy hour time and noted it on the reservation. When we arrived, we were told they had our reservation, but had no available tables for a group our size (6 people) for happy hour. The place was not busy but I think inefficient seating by the host staff made it impossible for us to enjoy the beautiful bar area. We opted to sit in the restaurant and forgo happy hour. To their credit, the service, food, and table overlooking the kitchen made up for the small issue at arrival. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was. We tried a smattering of dishes and there was not anything that was not fantastic. Drinks were also excellent. While we were disappointed that we did not get to enjoy one of LV's best happy hours, we were very happy with everything else.

Great brunch and service

By handif |

Booked for brunch and not disappointed. Lovely service from the moment we arrived. Food menu was good…portions are big. We had great eggs Benedict on croisssant and crepe Madame. It has a lovely atmosphere…made to look and feel french with service to match. I’d recommend.

Not impressed at Bardot

By Jane N |

The service is very bad for the price you charged. $129 for brunch for 2 Asking refill for coffee I got it when I was about to leave and waiter never showed up after give us food . Will not let recommend to anyone.

We keep coming back to Aria and Vdara - best places in Vegas

By Moira F |

The sommelier named Rafael was so good. Great knowledge and personable. My husband’s steak was just amazing and the wine selected was perfect. Great service.

Great way to spend our last evening in Vegas

By Jo B |

We had seen advertising on the Aria tram for Bardot so chose to visit. The quality of this meal was exceptional. The servers were also delightful. We don't tend to visit "celebratory chef" restaurants but this one was faultless.

All aspects got worse since previous visit last August

By Ryan S |

We found the food under seasoned & with muted flavors. One of our party had a fine short rib, the other had a very fatty short rib that had to be comped, which is not your goal in such a restaurant - goal is to enjoy the food, not to get substandard food free. Previously the puff pastry escargot was a very interesting way to start, now the escargot has changed to just a very standard/traditional presentation which was fine but unremarkable and not memorable in any way. The wine list is great, with poor prices approximately 3-4x retail that is somewhat insulting. Some bargains around the 2.5x markup level, but you'd have to know what you're doing to find them. We got served no bread for the table. Later, the waiter saw some bread I had leftover from the escargot dish, and he asked if we needed more bread for the table so we informed him we never got any, then it was brought - but that is poor service attention. The servers didn't know who had what plates of food, so we had to instruct them on each plate delivered - that is poor service attention. Service was not timed well, too long between starter and second, then main came too fast, they left mains sitting on a tray while we finished it - that is poor service attention. Silverware was sometimes not there when food came - that is poor service attention. When courses done, dishes sat empty too long. The noise level is too high in all parts of the restaurant; even after we pre-requested and then asked again at seating, for the quietest spot (to enable some conversation without yelling) it was still too loud. Restaurants that are thinking this noise level gives it life, please think again! Your patrons would appreciate just a tad quieter room so they can talk to each other. One bright spot was the waiter figured out to make it 3 courses for everyone, even though one person just had 3 hors d'oeuvres for their meal, it was a logical conclusion and we didn't have to specify to do it that way. Our waiter was typically hovering at a nearby table of buddies, and while standing there long periods chatting, was ignoring our needs -- and as mentioned above a few times, poor service attention was the resulting feeling we had. Brightest spot was the wine, I suggest you try it, the 2016 Chateau Cantemerle at a relatively decent markup for the high quality... but unfortunately when the wine that you selected yourself is the highlight of such a meal at such a restaurant, that is a real disappointment. I believe Mr Mina needs to spend a lot more time here, and shiould be ashamed for the experience we had and the food quality we had. I won't be going back.

Great Happy Hour

By AFriend08 |

Vegas has a lot of happy hour location but the Aria does not. Bardot is the only restaurant in the Aria that has a happy hour menu. It’s a great time to try some of their amazing food choices for a fraction of the price. I wasn’t a fan of their Smokey old fashion but their sparkling wine was great!

Onion soup, wow

By Resort543456 |

Very nice restaurant with 5 star service. The onion soup was just WOW, the steak as well. The fish was very good, it melted in your mouth but was bathed in butter. Great food and lots of calories!

Just ok, expected better

By A4A |

Part of my eating around the Aria exercise on my most recent 5 day trip to Las Vegas I stopped in for brunch at Bardot Brasserie. Expectations were high. Seated at the bar my partner and I ordered a pastry basket, steak and eggs, a breakfast sandwich, coffee and iced water to start. I later ordered a Coke. Coffee was served somewhat reluctantly and refills were slow. Iced water refills were reasonable. The steak and eggs were fine, not spectacular. The breakfast sandwich had little to distinguish itself from the breakfast sandwich served two days earlier in the Aria Patisserie, other than better presentation. The hash brown served with both was excellent. The pastries in the pastry basket were excellent - there was absolutely no fault with any of the selections offered. The food was fine, nothing wrong with it, but at the price point there was something missing - a bit of magic maybe? You expect a meal to be more than the sum of its ingredients and this just wasn’t that. The staff were going through the motions and the food was presentable but just not good enough. Usually sitting at the bar guarantees ambience but even that was missing. Due to the service level and the value aspect of the food served, in retrospect I would have foregone the breakfast and ordered a mimosa and pastries. Not a repeat experience for me.

Very good experience

By Yakabouger |

Perfect meat, cooked to perfection. Impeccable service. Small problem with wines by the glass, they don't have everything on the menu and suggest a riesling to replace a pinot gris 🤔 Brasserie to recommend for good food

Great red wine, nice staff, food and atmosphere!

By Tripsnstories |

5 star experience! Red wine was just fantastic! Food was of a great quality. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Aesthetics were great, like from a Woody Allen movie!

Service and attention to detail. A winner

By Len G |

Best French onion soup ever. Funny way to start but really on point. Meal was well prepared and complemented with great service. Wine selection beyond reproach. For the record Mathew did a professional job. Also of note, bring your check book and or credit card. You will need it.

Good service bad food

By oren3417 |

Took the French onion soup & the sea bass fish. Both dishes were average if not lower that. I was really disappointed. With this kind of restuarant and this kind of price my recommendation is to visit other places.

The Caviar Deviled Egg . . . WOW!

By SFGlen |

Have you ever had a perfectly good meal, in a perfectly good restaurant, but things just didn’t seem to click? That was our experience at Bardot. We were visiting Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday and chose Bardot because it was conveniently in our hotel and we’ve enjoyed following Michael Mina as a celebrity chef. Our reservation was on the 4th of July, and we made it several weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled because we didn’t respond to an eMail. (I never saw one, by the way, but I don’t bother checking eMail when I’m on holiday). They “fit us in” by putting us in a huge booth, set for 6 and then there was a big fuss while they cleared away the extra place settings. The table didn’t feel right for just the two of us. Not a good start, I have to say. The room is quite nice though – full of old-world charm. It reminded me of a French style brasserie we recently visited in Argentina. It is perfect, really, dark and full of wood, with windows looking into the very nice kitchen. Our server was a traditional older gentleman who seemed like he had been doing this for years. I normally love these kinds of professional servers, but this fellow – and the rest of the staff – were so damn rushed that we developed no rapport with anyone. The service was good. We just had no connection. It didn’t feel special. The food? Well, the Caviar Deviled Eggs were AMAZING. We’ll rant about them for a long time indeed. The rest? The steak was fine. The hamburger was REALLY good but . . . of course . . . it was a burger. What ruined both, at least for me, were the absolutely horrible French fries. They tried to make them fancy, I guess, by cooking them in duck fat. They just tasted rancid to me and, no matter what else we ate, I couldn’t really get the taste out of my mouth. Bardot is not cheap, either. Bottom line. Fine. Meh . . .

Much needed trip after Covid quarantine

By Michael P |

Decided to try the brunch. It was crowded for a Saturday and the capacity limits they had but overall it was worth it. We split a fruit plate and my mom wanted so bad to have the french toast they said they ran out. Bit puzzling on that but it is a very popular dish. They did tell us we can reserve it for our November trip so we will see. My mom went for the Hunters waffle. Which she liked. So despite this setback it was still good. I had the lobster scramble and we split a bottle of Rose.

Great fine dining

By Arnold C |

Had a 40th birthday dinner here! Waiter was great in explaining entree choices! There was twelve in our party! Had oysters on a half shell! Very small!! Had flat iron steak with French fries (non French) which where large!

Inviting

By mauiwolf |

I found the interior beautiful and inviting. It was bright and accessible, not dark and mysterious. The server was very French. Sometimes he was difficult to understand, especially under the mask. I felt like no matter what menu item we asked about he would say that was his favorite. It was funny to me. We tried a lot of different items. We had some oysters, foie gras, steak tartare and lobster bisque. I could take or leave the first three. The bisque was quite good and very ample and filling. I didn’t finish what they brought. My rib eye and frites were good. The steak was cooked perfectly and I didn’t need any of the sauces, though I tried them all out. The fries were fine, but boring. I can get fries anywhere. We finished off the meal with a tasty, but unspectacular, giant chocolate macaroon. One bite and I had had enough.

Go “TIP” yourself!!

By FionaRV |

I booked this restaurant for brunch after reading glowing reviews and being recommended it by the concierge at our hotel. When we arrived the place was busy and seemed like a great choice. Our waiter came over and was unfriendly and obnoxious. We asked about the bottomless rose wine and he said we could have it until we finished our entree. We ordered a pastry basket to start and and an entree. While we were still eating the pastries the waiter arrived with our entrees. He was very rude throughout the meal and based on that we tipped $20 about 10% of the bill. As our friends that were with us said tips aren’t automatic they are there to be earned and this guy definitely didn’t earn it but we left it and would you believe he chased us down the corridor of the hotel and gave us back our $20! We were stunned. I know if this had taken place in the UK we would have returned to the restaurant and taken up his attitude and bad behaviour with the manager but being in the US we decided to leave it. I can’t recommend this place based on our personal experience. If you do go you need to pay 22% service or risk being chased down the hall as we were!

Better and better and better

By Michael U |

Nearly full as mask mandates have lessened, no small feat in a city with such diversity of options, it was with confirmation of no allergies or intolerances that Carte Blanche was deferred to a team that has earned unwavering trust, The Strip’s best Baguette predictably arriving first – warm and crunchy with soft Salted Butter on the side. Now settled into Chef Dugan’s style, time spent with Gavin Kaysen at Bellecour before joining Michael Mina seeing an almost seamless transition from Chef Josh Smith’s new-French classics, course one featured a familiar trio of shared Appetizers, Nick’s riff on Escargots en Croute essentially a Pot Pie with Snails cooked in herbaceous green Sauce while Deviled Eggs and House-smoked Salmon each found themselves upgraded by a dollop of Osetra Caviar. Continuing with three additional Appetizers, Happy Hour’s Tarte Flambee as good as on a Paris sidewalk plus ground-to-order Tartare that has wowed diners since day one for good reason, it seems hard to believe that a Restaurant doing such volume turns out top tier Viennoiseries, but that is exactly the case with Kouign Amann, Pain au Chocolat and custardy Canelé de Bordeaux. Slightly retooling Bardot’s Burger, its double dry-aged Prime Rib Patties now with Caramelized Onions, Sauce Perigourdine and Gruyere, Brunch continued with Bardot’s oft-overlooked Hunter’s Waffle and Chef Nick’s Salmon Benedict featuring Orange-Yolk Eggs and Hollandaise on a housemade English Muffin. At this point taking the opportunity to showcase another new menu item, Bardot’s French Dip riffing on the Wellington’s flavors thanks to Shaved Prime Rib and Mushroom Duxelles, Vegetarians will find lots to love about high-walled Quiche while carnivores may instead sink their teeth into Shortrib Hash featuring Prime Beef, Eggs, crispy Potatoes and Mushrooms. Not about to miss the famous French Toast, a thick wedge arriving with its plus-size quenelle of Vanilla Cream and Almond Brittle plus Foie Gras, those who previously thought Bardot’s Macaron “too rich” will be thrilled to find it lightened by way of Gianduja Chocolate and a bit of Citrus while the Crème Breule and Mille Feuille have reverted to classic Vanilla but still maintain their reference-standard textures. Adding one more Dessert to the afternoon, tableside presentations back by way of Baked Alaska featuring the flavors of Strawberries and Banana flambeed in Cognac, it seems difficult to imagine Bardot Brasserie continues to raise the bar over and over, but it does.

Good solid French food

By jenn_ |

Good decor. Good service. Very very French bistro feel. Very authentic. Price point is what you’d expect. I enjoyed it. Would go back.

Loud band and salty food

By bcheong |

Had lunch here on NYE. Limited french bistro brunch menu. Hard to talk and order, the band was playing so loudly The beef tartare was ok, slightly too salty. The beef hash very salty. The onion soup crazy salty. I don’t think the french goes wild with salt like this 5/10

Food and service - magnifique.

By SimplyRedRock |

Like most of the reviews we read, the food here is excellent French fare. We went during happy hour (before 7p) but added dinner items as well. Foie Gras and bone martow were finely prepared. Oysters were really small but similar to other fine dining places. Service is superb. Kudos to Benny who gave us extra attention. Staff teamwork was admirable.

Good Service with nice decor.

By AllanG |

The restaurant is on the 2nd level of the Aria, which has a number of fine restaurants to choose from. Like many restaurants in Vegas, there are no windows to the outside world, you may as well be on a moon station. But that said, the interior decor and ambiance is good. It was a Saturday night and fairly busy. The restaurant was recommended by my brother who is a frequent visitor to Vegas. I was there with my daughter on a business trip. She started with a green salad and I had a grilled cucumber appetizer which were both quite good. But the hit was the butter with the baguette. Saltiest and best tasting butter ever! We both had steaks. I had the filet mignon (medium) which was excellent along with the 6 shrimp side which were quite good. I'd likely order the same thing if I returned. My daughter had the Steak-Frites. She ordered it medium rare. It's a thicker cut than most steak-frites you'd order but it was still substantially over-cooked. No pink at all. The outside did have a nice tasty crust but overall she was quite disappointed with it. We should have probably sent it back but we had a show to catch. She didn't finish it. Service was excellent. Both steaks were in the $75 range so there are quite a few similarly priced restaurant choices in Vegas to choose from.

Okay Choice for Brunch

By ae837 |

Friend and I enjoyed brunch here. Not a huge menu but plenty choices and good service and atmosphere. Server recommended the rib hash but we found it underwhelming and somewhat soggy. Omelette was quite good as was the fresh OJ. Staff were kind enough to store our luggage as we were on our way to the airport.

Underrated. Excellent choice for a restaurant. Great meal from appetizer to dessert.

By drduck1120 |

Service, ambience and food exceptional. Wine list and drink menu excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the burger, and I am very fussy about my burgers. This was cooked to perfection and the staff was accommodating for any requests. Highly recommend!

Somewhat Disappointing

By RSR |

They missed the bday request on the reservations so nothing happened. Server was just that.. No personal touch no conversation other then ordering did not add anything to the experience. Food was so so. Had the filet cooked med rare was way under cooked fish was bland. If I go back it will only to have drinks at the bar great cocktails

Bardot is excellent!!

By lailawatkins15 |

Everything about this restaurant was 5 star. Food, drinks, and service were great! Grace was our server and did an excellent job!

Bad cooking

By Robert V |

All items we ordered were undercooked, cold or just nasty Onion soup served cold, Mac & cheese cold , filet mignon Supposed to be Medium was more raw, some item on top the filet they called liver was slimy and simply disgusting Overpriced ($255) for what they give us

Great brunch!

By Moira F |

We did a last minute brunch here. Salt and Ivy restaurant next door had a crazy line out the door. We had a fabulous breakfast at the bar. Wonderful service. The smoke salmon had a wonderful light spread. My husband had the cheese tray which gave you several cheese choices. Would come back again for dinner i the future.

Wow! Great, Well Prepared !

By Sjpooh |

Absolutely fabulous! Shannon , our server, was attentive and welcoming! I had the Bardot salad ( very fresh lettuce) ; the perfect lamb chops; and raspberry sorbet for dessert. Btw, the bread is crusty and warm( yum!) This was an exquisite meal, absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back as the atmosphere allows for conversation and great food. I added a Pinot noir which enhanced the meal.

Good service, bad dish

By fast72 |

Came here for brunch. Ordered to catch a thief (vodka drink) and the short rib hash. My server was busy but attentive. My drink was unique but my food tasted awful. Big chunks of meat and potatoes- more like a stew with argula and a red wine base that tasted awful like it had gone bad. Bad dish for the price.

Food was meh

By Kalvin S |

We came here for a corporate dinner. The decor is like a classic French restaurant and nicely decorated but it was way too loud. We started with the Salade Verte which was okay but maybe I'm not a big fan of butter lettuce. We had an order of steak tartare which was good but not amazing. We had some of the pate which was also a bit meh. My entree was the glazed beef short rib which was nice and tender but not that flavorful overall. It came with a maine lobster which was not bad, but not great either. We finished with a creme brulee, which again was not the best I've ever had. I don't think I would go back.

A must for breakfast in vegas….

By cannonater |

I wish that it opened earlier. 9:00 am is a little late for me. I ate here 2 days in a row. Short ribs one day and crab Benedict the next… Both outstanding!

Another solid restaurant

By Alan S |

Reservation, prompt seating. Started with escargot, as you don't find them often. Followed with French Onion soup, then the filet. Filet was cooked perfectly, I told him I wanted to see the animal walk out of the kitchen on its own, it was charred and rare-rare in the center. All was very good, service was attentive, Food came out kind of slow, but probably just busy kitchen, wasn't a big deal. Will return.

On any given night the Strip's best Restaurant

By Michael U |

As much as I love to travel, the one place I always want to go when I return home is Bardot Brasserie. Even doing huge volume Nick and his team never cease to impress. Ever innovative, but rooted in classic technique, I think it's safe to say no one in Vegas ate better than us on this day!

Must do!

By Laura A |

Excellent!! We loved every second of brunch. The food, drinks, service, and ambiance were all top notch. We would return here again and again.

Cool jazz and hot food...

By Hove Saint |

Spent a lovely hour or so at the bar. Nice live jazz music in the background, good service, and a wide array of classic brunch dishes. Really relaxing atmosphere and highly recommended.

Large portions, fresh food with awesome bartenders

By Tova |

The restaurant was bustling for brunch. We sat at the bar. Ashley helped us and was great. He worked nonstop, and was friendly and quick. The food was fresh and yummy. The portions are large and well worth their price. We later had a drink at the bar with Anthony as our bartender. He was awesome. If you’re in town, at the very least, stop by for a cocktail and Ask Anthony for his award winning martini.

bardot lv outstanding

By Leona Helmsley |

ok, yeah its outstanding - not the prettiest place - but legit top 3 in las vegas - yeah i said that - top 3 - on par perhaps better tasting food than Bouchon - its in the Aria in some corner near carbone - we actually went in to use the restrooms - then had a drink at bar - great espresso martini's then left my ipad - was followed out - so staff can give me back my ipad - nice touch - we returned for late lunch - just insane how good it was - its legit french - not as fancy as bouchon - but in my opinion - a must try - laura and her team at the bar - just amazing - can't wait to go back

No Happy Hour as promoted

By stephanienicol |

I hate to give a one-star review, especially if the food and service here are good. However, we had a bad experience with their Happy Hour as promoted on both their website AND the digital marquis throughout the Aria hotel. We planned our whole day in Vegas around Happy Hour here (we didn't want a big dinner since we had a huge Sunday brunch earlier). We left the north end of the strip 30 minutes before our reservation...practically ran all the way there to make it on time (which we did), only to be told upon check-in that they no longer have Happy Hour. We barely got an apology. Not even a "have a drink on us in the bar for your inconvenience." At this point, it was 6:00 p.m. and we didn't have a dinner reservation anywhere else. I wouldn't be so critical except as mentioned before....they advertise their Happy Hour on their website AND when you walk through Aria casino and hotel the Happy Hour is being promoted on all their digital marquis!

Charming ambience, friendly service, excellent food

By Alan H |

We chose this restaurant partly because an article on the Internet from Condé Nast Traveler identified it as one of the 25 best restaurants in Las Vegas, and partly because we were staying at the Vdara next door. We weren't at all disappointed. We found the design of the bistro / brasserie rich and elegant without being at all stuffy. Our server Oscar was very efficient, but what struck us more was his friendliness — he seemed to be treating us almost like family. This was not a restaurant where you wonder where your server has disappeared to. And he answered our questions about the menu very helpfully. Our sense was that the other servers were also friendly and attentive. We were there for brunch, which the brasserie offers on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The menu was terrific. ,We shared an onion soup, which the CN Traveler article rightly described as the best you're ever likely to have; since we were sharing, Oscar brought it to us (without being asked) in two half-size terrines so that each of us could have the nice cheesy topping. For the main course, it was hard to choose, but one of us went with the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and the other with the duck confit eggs Benedict. In both cases the eggs were cooked perfectly (it's so easy to overcook) and the ingredients were clearly fresh and of high quality. Although it was brunch, we had both just come from the Eastern time zone so it didn't seem out of place to order cocktails. Their cocktail menu has both classics in a creative take (one of us had a "smokey old fashioned" made with mezcal) and originals (one of us had a "to catch a thief", presumably named after the movie filmed in southeast France, with vodka and elderflower / passion fruit / lemon /vanilla flavours). These were great cocktails. This wasn't cheap, and came to $120 before (a generous) tip. The only small wrong note was that, when we first arrived at the restaurant to claim our reservation, we felt that we were being processed rather than welcomed. The noise level was a bit high, but that was because lots of people in the room were enjoying good meals and companionship.

Excellent Food and Service

By Adrian L |

It was our first visit to Las Vegas after Covid-19, and we missed going to a nice French restaurant. We don't want fine dining but a decent French brasserie. Bardot definitely fits that description. The service was good and the food was good. My aunts all chose the Pan Roasted Foie Gras starter, which was excellent, according to them. I enjoyed my Poached Pear salad. For main courses, we shared the 16 ozed herb-roasted prime rib with an excellent bowl of creamy spinach. The prime rib was delicious. We also shared the signature Whole Roasted Duck and I love the red rice stuffed inside the duck. The food truly did not disappoint. Unfortunately we were too full to order any dessert. It was a memorable dinner and hopefully the beginning of many trips to Las Vegas.
