This was the best place I ate while in Vegas. The food was on point and the staff was extremely friendly. All meals can be shared with 2 people. We were there for a birthday dinner and the staff gave us complementary desserts.

I lived in Vegas for 22 years and worked in the biggest casinos on the strip so I am very familiar with high end restaurants. This week we tried Barry's Downtown Prime and we were blown away and how amazing everything was! I was so good that we came back two days later to host a business dinner and my clients were over the top impressed! Not only was the food and drinks amazing but the ambiance and level of service was also impeccable! After those two wonderful experiences, Barry's is officially our fav new restaurant in Vegas and I suggest giving them a try. Note - the level of service provided as this joint far exceeds other restaurants because their staff go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. So a min 20% gratuity will make perfect sense ;)

Barry's is the steakhouse inside the Circa. Although Circa is the newest hotel downtown, Barry's definitely gives off an old-school vibe with modern touches. Its menu is pretty classic, and pricey. It a large space on the lower level below the casino. There are at least 6 different dining rooms; the most elegant have private booths with backs extending almost to the ceiling. I was seated in perhaps the most informal and lowliest dining space next to the bar. It was like a den or rumpus room with 4 tables, 3 TV's and a sofa with chairs. Fortunately my server, Brittney, was very good and attentive. My mocktail, Madonna of the Strawberries, was a $16 carbonated strawberry lemonade. My starter was off the "Evening Specials" menu, a summer stone fruit salad with peaches, plums, nectarines and cherries tossed with greens, pistachios and feta. It was fine but quite overdressed, so I could not discern the taste of the fruits. I had heard about "Barry's Steak", a wet-aged rib cap, which was fine. My standard choices for sides, creamed spinach and creamed corn ("George Maloof's creamed corn"), however, were excellent and quite large servings. My dessert was not on the menu, a cinnamon bun topped with pecans, caramel sauce and ice cream. Tasty but on the hard side; I prefer Cinnabon's softer texture. Overall a decent but pricey meal to have in the den in front of the TV. This is only the second steakhouse I've tried downtown, the other being Oscar's. I've yet to find a DT fave.

My wife and I ate at Barry's Downtown Prime during our stay at Circa and it was by far the best meal we had the entire trip. I would highly recommend reservations to guarantee an opportunity to try out this fantastic restaurant. Our server was amazing and offered great suggestions when we asked. Our water glasses were never less than half full and refilled often. Our drinks from the bar were excellent and I had the old-fashioned, which I recommend. My wife and I split a caesar salad and lobster bisque soup to start. Our server offered to split the salad and soup for us before bringing it out from the kitchen, which was a nice touch and helped us avoid having to split it ourselves. We split the 12 ounce rib cap for our entree and they offered to slice it for us as well. It was a perfect medium rare and I highly recommend trying this if you haven't. We had the sticky toffee cake with ice cream for dessert and it was great. I believe it's just as good as the sticky toffee pudding dessert from Hell's Kitchen. If you are looking for a fantastic dinner at an awesome steakhouse, give Barry's Downtown Prime a try.

Had dinner last weekend, and I was highly impressed. It is probably the best meal I've had in Vegas, and close to the top of the list for anywhere. I had the bone in filet and broccollini and it was flat out excellent, the rest of our party had a ribeye and 2 of the braised shirt ribs. Everyone else was equally impressed. The dessert list looked amazing but everyone was too full to get anything. We had Phil as our waiter and he provided excellent service. The only issue is that the volume of the music is higher than I would consider ideal. Also, it is fairly dark inside and I saw several parties having to use the flashlight on their phone to view the menu. I only got the 1 picture of my steak because we were having such a great time. It is on the expensive side, but for a high end Vegas steakhouse it's not unreasonable.....and is far better than most/all of their competitors. We will definitely visit again on our next trip.

Rib cap tasted great. Truffle chips were good too but they should be at $24 USD a throw. Great service once we got to the table. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is lack of decent beers at the bar plus there’s TV screens which doesn’t quite fit with overall ambience of the restaurant.

We had dinner at Barry’s last week. Amazing experience. Awesome waitstaff and amazing food. We were there over 2 hours and shared potstickers, salads, steaks, and lobster along with a few bottles of wine. Definitely would recommend if you want good food and a great experience to remember!

We were invited to dinner at Barry's. First time for us so we did not know what to expect. My wife and I cook, so I would consider us foodies... and we are also into wine. I have done reviews on Tripadvisor before and noted that the system does not allow for more detailed rating for restaurants. So I came up with my own. The rating is on scale of 1-10, 10 being the best. Venue/atmosphere: 8.5 Food quality: 9.6 Waiter: 7.5 Bus staff: 8.6 Value: 5 Overall Score: 7.84 The appetizer and all the side dishes we ordered were prepared to perfection. Wagyu New York strip and the Dover Sole were sublime. We brought our own favorite wine. Despite of bringing our own wine, the final tally was way out there! This place is super pricey and pretty much inline with the rest of similarly positioned restaurants on the strip. Top notch food in a pricey package. Highly recommended, if you can afford it!

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary and they made it so special for us! The food was absolutely amazing! The steak was so tender and favorable, the salmon was perfectly cooked, and the spinach and mash potato sides were absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend eating here!

Had a terrible experience here and will not be back. Service for our table was horrible as there was a VIP at the table next to us. I get that VIP's often get better service, that's ok. But our food ended up taking an hour and a half to come out. It was an ironic contrast between our tables as the waiter clearly couldn't have cared less about our table, but was constantly around the VIP's table. The head chef spent probably 30 minutes sitting at the VIP table chatting them up. I honestly don't like complaining about service as I know it's a hard and thankless job. But this felt insulting. The food was fine but not great by any means. The steak was oversalted. Wedge salad was really pretty bad. Tater tots were good.

We dined here on New Years Eve. The seating is nicely broken up into different areas as well as private room spaces. The service was excellent - lots of attention, water filling, plate clearing, etc. everything we tried: beet salad, steak, cauliflower, and carrot cake were delicious. Prices were reasonable. One of the owners was stopping at each table to thank guests for coming in. With the exception of feeling a little rushed (with no time between courses) at around 70 minutes in and out, we really enjoyed dining here and would return.

We celebrated my birthday here in August 2022. The restaurant was really classy and much larger than you would suspect. We were placed in a very private booth. The service was top notch. Ambience was perfect. We started with the oysters, then shared the 24oz rib-eye, lobster mac n cheese, and creamed spinach. The cheesecake for my birthday was also a nice touch. Everything was delicious and the presentation was fantastic. Would definitely eat here again and recommend it to others.

BEWARE, me and my two friends stayed at Circa to celebrate Our friends birthday and we all FOOD POISONED!!! Had reservations at 5:30 PM we ordered appetizers lobster mac & cheese a couple of salads mushrooms and by the time our steaks came we were all feeling nauseous. We each took a couple of bites and asked the waitress to pack our food to go. By 7 PM we were all in our individual rooms puking going diarrhea bodyaches sweats chills and miserable all through the next day. We reported the incident to Barry’s management and ownership (Marco/Russell/Brian) who continue to question our intentions and validate what happened to us. They continue to advise the investigation is ongoing. Bad things happen it’s how you handle them which is important. We’ve simply asked to be comped our meal. They have taken no action on this request as of today and it’s been over a week. I hope Barrys will do the right thing early next week and credit our meal. Next step is to file an official complaint with the health and safety department and the Better Business Bureau. Based on how this restaurant has handled the situation I do not recommend you eat at this establishment.

We were able to get bar seats here on a busy Saturday night. I had gone up to the bar to get a gift card for some friends and noticed a few open spaces. The four of us bellied up to the bar and had drinks & appetizers. Very fun! Had some good Justin wine. The bartenders were engaging and the atmosphere was fun with a supper club sort of feel.

Perfect dinner for my friend’s 50th birthday. The greeters were very nice, the waiter really took care of us. The food were excellent, we had tomahawk and all the sides and drinks are superb. The dessert very delicious, shout out to the besr manager, Russell, who is very nice, he made our dinner extra special by making a birthday cake for our dear friend. Thank you Russell and Barry’s staff, I will be back for sure.

If you're looking for the best steakhouse in Las Vegas, look no further than Barry's Prime. From the moment we walked in, I knew this would be my new favorite restaurant in the city. The ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food were all exceptional. We started with the rib eye cap and lamb, and both were out of this world. The rib eye cap was perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and bursting with flavor. It’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. The lamb was equally incredible, prepared to perfection, and packed with rich, savory goodness. What really made the evening even more special was our server, Robert. His service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. He went above and beyond, making our dining experience unforgettable. Honestly, there is nothing I would change about this place. The food, the service, the atmosphere—it was all flawless. I even joked that I wanted to move in and live there because I didn’t want the experience to end. Barry’s Prime ranks at the top, and I can’t wait to go back. This is the ultimate dining experience in Las Vegas!

Absolutely perfect meal! The cocktails are EXCELLENT! From the signature list to the table-side crafted Manhattan, they were all so good! French onion soup and wedge salad were very good, not too salty, and very flavorful. Rib-eye cap, filet and scallops were perfectly prepared and seasoned. The Brussels were delicious as a shareable side. Will definitely be back! The atmosphere is perfect, dark, lounge vibe with nice decor. Service was excellent from start to finish.

Visited here on Wednesday June 8 and had the most incredible service from Daniel as well as the best meal. We were treated like absolute kings and queens despite being 2 young couples(late 20's, early 30's). There were 2 filets, organic fire chicken, salmon, baked potatoe, bang bang cauliflower and mushrooms with onions ordered. We all tried a little bit of everything and absolutely every dish was outstanding. One side can easily feed 2-3 people. Cocktails were also very very good. This restaurant has the most amazing atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend every one try it at least once.

Went to Barry's for Father's Day. It was an excellent experience. The service was great, food was delicious, and we had the opportunity to meet the chef. The ambiance was amazing. We were there at 5:30 on a Monday so not their busiest time. Tables were cozy and service was impeccable. We had two salads that were really something special to start. I had a tour of the private dining rooms and think it would be an excellent venue for a group dinner of 10-25 people. Lots of great options for privacy in a stunning setting. I would return again for sure when in Vegas.

I stopped by too have a cocktail and sat at the bar. What a great Restaurant, and the staff is incredible. Chris and Wilson had great drink and food suggestions. Chef Barry stoped by and say hello , much appreciated. If you are ever downtown. It is a must to visit this great establishment.

Came here with 2 friends on a Monday, had drinks at the bar and then got seated in a booth. Started with a Cesar Salad, the the Tomahawk for 3 (USD 300), and the flamed Lobster (USD400) which was prepared table side, nice show. Both were excellent, sides were ok only, spinach tasted weird. For Wine we had a bottle of Clos Du val Cabernet (USD 115), highly recommendable. All in all a really great evening, also great staff. Will return next time in town

We loved our visit to this steakhouse. We were looking for dinner when we were downtown and came across this place and they were able to seat us within 10 mins. Our waiter was very attentive and was very knowledgeable of our questions about the menu and wine etc. Food was very good although quite expensive. Very nice setting in restaurant and good for larger groups also. Recommend a visit.

We decided to try Barry's, based upon word of mouth from friends and had no issue making a reservation for a Monday night. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and surrounds the bar area. We all had the exact same reaction though upon seeing flat screens - like "what are these doing here"? My husband and I love sports but an upper end steakhouse is maybe not the place. Especially in a resort with plenty of other spots for football, etc. But the larger issue for the 4 of us was the noise level. It was absolutely outrageous! Loud booming music where we unable to converse without shouting! And apparently, there's a DJ on the weekends! I cannot imagine... We've always loved the vibe of The D and Circa casinos, but not being able to chat during dinner was awful. This is NOT the spot for a business dinner or a romantic date, so be aware. Our Waiter, Ben was very personable and knowledgeable with menu questions. We let him know up front that we'd be ordering somewhat light and he in turn was not pushy. We asked him how the Brussels sprouts were and he stated "crispy". We ordered them as a starter and he was correct - they were very crispy. I found a few to taste a bit burnt but everyone else enjoyed them. We skipped the salads and ordered steaks, tater tots and asparagus. I also opted for a 'bump' of baked stuffed shrimp. Our steaks were prepared to a perfect medium rare, although mine was very under seasoned. The tots were yummy and the asparagus was nicely trimmed and properly steamed. The shrimp however were a huge disappointment. They were butterflied flat, covered in 1/4" thick layer of breadcrumbs and had zero stuffing of any sort. It's typically a bit of crab, but literally NOTHING. I scraped off the overwhelming amount of crumbs and made due with lemon. I chose not to mention this to Ben. The sauce Bernaise also fell a bit flat, lacking tarragon. Lastly, my martini was served in a tiny champagne glass, as opposed to a traditional martini glass. These may seem like small things but in this price point ($69 steak and $22 for 2 shrimp), we do expect flawless preparation. I debated between 3 and 4 stars, but between the yelling over loud music and the food, it was average to me. For spot on, perfect steaks and sides I'd recommend Vic & Anthony's. It's a classier atmosphere and while the Golden Nugget is disgusting inside, it's located at the entrance, so the reeky casino smell may be avoided. Upside - we do have a great time at Circa! It's spotless, the Bartenders are great and the gaming is fun!

Wow! This is a very special restaurant. The service, atmosphere and food are all exceptional. We were there for our anniversary and they made us feel very special. The fillet Mignon was incredible, I've never eaten steak like it. The carrot cake was HUGE! And yummy. Will definitely return as and when I'm back in Vegas. Regardless of where you are staying in Vegas, make the a reservation and visit Barry's. Big shout out to Billy and Sergio for their world class service.

Wow Wow Wow. Excellent service, excellent food. Amazing ambiance. Absolutely no negatives. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. An absolute must if you are visiting Vegas. This was by far the best meal and service that we had. I will definitely be visiting again if I am ever in Vegas. Big shout out to Rolando our server. But everyone gave us 5 star service. Please please visit here you will not be disappointed

Absolutely fabulous service and delicious steaks. The burger is not worth the $50 as it’s average at best with a bad bun. But the steaks are worth the splurge.

2 weeks ago we went to Main Street Station for the buffet. The tab was under $100 and they gladly validated our parking. Tonight we went to Barry’s and spent over $500 but they refused to validate our parking. We are locals and like to try different places but this alone puts Barry’s way down on the list. We asked and they simply said that they don’t ever do it. We can go to Wynn and other nice places and get 3 free hours so why go to Barry’s? The food was good but it’s certainly no deal and there are so many other places to eat where you don’t have to pay parking. Apparently, they don’t need the business and their practices are just bad business. We will choose to go elsewhere from now on.

We come to Las Vegas once a year, and try someplace new every time. We chose Barry’s in the new Circa hotel. To start with, the service was excellent. The wait staff all acted like they really wanted us to have a good experience, and were personable without being overdone. We shared a salad, and my husband had Dover sole amandine. It was incredible- flavorful and perfectly cooked. The sides were delicious, and the baked Alaska a fun way to end (I love setting things on fire). The only drawback was the steak. It was good, but not steakhouse “OMG this is the best steak ever” good. You could find its equal in any steak place, and for considerably less than $59. I would go back, but would avoid the NY strip.

Amazing dinner at Barry's. The fillet steak is to die for....melt in the mouth along with the best mashed potatoe I have ever tasted. Jennie our server was also brilliant and very attentive. Thank you for a lovely celebration meal.

They really made my birthday dinner celebration very memorable. The food was delicious, the staff & service were exceptional. My friends & I had an amazing fun time🤩

I really wanted to love this place, especially for the prices. We had a party of 7, not drinking heavily, and still spent close to $700. Oh, and 6 of us shared 3 steaks so... Anyway, the steak wasn't sizzling hot when presented to us, only luke warm (although it was nicely medium rare). We had a strip, ribeye, filet and tomahawk at the table. The flavor was fine, just didn't really nail it IMO. Sides were overpriced for amount of food as well. We got fries for $12 that had less than a large fry at McD's. We got the tots w/poutine for $14 that had maybe 15 tots on the plate. I will say the lobster mac was the highlight, although for $48 it better be. Didn't really do it for me and I don't think I'll be back here...

This place is awesome. Get the "garbage salad" by far the best salad I have had in my life. I had the rib cap steak and it didn't disappoint either. The wait staff was awesome. Hell Barry himself even came out to check on us. I will definitely be going back my next visit to Vegas. pricey but well worth it.

Visited with my Daughter and Son in Law. I had Onion soup, Stuffed Shrimp. Both very good. We shared Filet mignon, NY Strip. Cooked to perfection. Staff professional friendly. Restaurand pricey but equal to any of the great Steakhouses in Vegas. Highly recommended

I was stayin in downtown Las Vegas, searhing for a dry-aged steak, and Barry's was the only place I could find that offered such. The boneless prime rib, dry-aged steak, was flavorful and cooked the way I asked (medium-rare). The service was impeccable, with different staff attending to me throughout the time I was there. They were very friendly and extremely professional.

**Ambiance:** N/A (Focus on food & service) **Food:** The $70 steak arrived alarmingly under-rested, bleeding onto the plate in isolation – devoid of any accompanying greens or visual appeal. While the initial taste was acceptable, the overall presentation and lack of proper preparation were significant shortcomings. **Service:** After an excessive 1.5-hour wait, an inquiry about the delay was met with a dismissive explanation of a large crowd. This lack of proactive communication and disregard for diners' time is unacceptable. **Value:** At this price point, the expectation is not just for quality ingredients but for culinary execution and attentive service. Barry's failed to deliver on both fronts, making it a considerable misstep. **Verdict:** Zero stars. A costly error in judgment. Diners seeking a refined steakhouse experience in Las Vegas should explore other establishments.

Barry’s is so good with an amazing atmosphere!! Me and 3 friends went to dinner here on a Friday evening. Reservations were easy to make via the online portal. When we arrived, we noticed the sexy and sophisticated ambiance, amazing service, yummy drinks with a cool bar and the great food!! The braised short rib was yummy along with the baked Tahitian Alaskan. We also got green beans, mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, baked potato and Caesar salads (must try!!) the booths are even sexy and velvet to the touch. I highly recommend this place and I’ll be back soon!!

There are a lot of nice steak houses in Vegas and now we can add Barry's to that list. The staff is wonderful, food great and atmosphere electric. I highly recommend. The Lobster Bisque was fabulous. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was an experience everyone should have.

First time visit while staying at the hotel. Loved the decor and our waiter was outstanding! He had been there since they opened and told us so much about the place, chefs, owners, menu. My husband and I decided to split the bone marrow Alfredo, rib cap, mashed potatoes, and Cesar salad. Everything was immaculately prepared and delicious!! We really enjoyed the steak. We forgot to take any pictures. We will definitely return on our next trip!

This was the best meal we have had in Vegas in a long time. Don’t miss the lobster mac and cheese, it’s on a whole lobster We split a steak and lobster mac, perfect meal. Service was great. Wine bottles too high so skip and get by the glass or a cocktail.

We had a marvelous dinner with close friends at Barry's. The food was delicious and expensive but reasonable. The drinks were average. The management, hostesses and the servers were charming and professional. The decor is lovely and not too noisy. We had a lovely booth which had a high walls so that we could talk easily and with out interference. The restaurant is high energy. It is located at Circa downtown. They have reasonable valet parking.

Food was excellent. Was happy that they had some TVs on in the restaurant since we were there for March Madness and thought we would miss the games! Service could have been a little better, but I'm sure they are short staffed like everywhere else.

Great atmosphere with an old Vegas feeling. Excellent steak, according to my husband, and several good Vegan options. The Vegan dessert was better than the non-Vegan, although it was good, too! I did find my Vegan Chicken Marsala a bit salty, but still good. Great place to eat at the Circa!

First time visitor with 3 others. Good food and drink menus. Steady and busy. Located on lower floor of new Circa Hotel and Casino below Vegas Vickey. Food prepared accurately. Reservations required. No social distancing.

My husband took me to Barry's to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was so good. We were in Vegas for 1 week and this was beyond the best meal we had the whole trip! He got drinks from the cocktail cart and we even got celebratory champagne. The steaks were perfection as well as the sides! Unfortunately we ate so quickly I only got a picture of the post dinner complimentary cookies! I would highly reccomend for a nice romantic setting and a great meal!

Had Barry’s rib end steak. It was amazing. Cooked to perfection and super tender. The service was excellent. The price was a little on the high side, but this is to be expected when the place is home to the $45 hamburger!

Two birthdays were celebrated at Barry's. Fantastic ambiance, fantastic servers, waiters and most of all Fantastic Food but to top it off, we met Marco who was an owner who greeted us with his smile and handshake. He is cute as a button, plus professional, friendly, caring and explained why they could not give us a stamp on our valet parking, so we didn't have to pay $15 to park. He was gracious enough to comp two desserts which we were able to eat despite how full our stomachs were before dessert. The breads were fantastic and let's not forget the WINE!!! I drank diet soda because I was the designated driver. Something special to celebrate, only place to go is Barry's. You will not be disappointed. Can't say enough good things about Barry. Prove me wrong (you can't) and you won't be disappointed.

Not only is the food amazing, the restaurant is beautiful and the service is top notch !!! It’s our favorite Birhday spot.

Fantastic filet mignon with puréed mash potatoes. I didn’t like that I had to walk through the casino and they scanned my ID but maybe not the restaurant’s fault.

We had a destination wedding in Vegas. Went to Barry's after seeing so much hype on TikTok. It did not disappoint. They brought out a Champaign for us to toast . We ordered an Old Fashioned from the cocktail cart, smoked with sassafras. The presentation was amazing. We ordered the fettuchini bone marrow luge which was like no other. Lobster and shrimp pot stickers, beet salad and 24oz ribeye. It was all sharable. Bill was $173. AMAZING experience. As for Rolondo!!!!!!

If you have food in an upscale restaurant, you must come here. The service, the atmosphere and the dishes are amazing!

Amazing experience! We arrived late and the hostess told us they were closed. Barry was walking by and heard our conversation and invited us in and we received the Best hospitality I've experienced in Vegas. The food was phenomenal, best steak I ever had. The service was 10/10. I even met John Wick in the lobby! A night I'll Never forget!

Took the family to Barry's for a good evening out. It didn't disappoint! good steaks, Saturn drink was dope, and dessert was delicious! we will be back!

One of the newest and hottest steak restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is exceptional, outstanding service and wonderful ambiance.

So wanted to like this place as really like the steakhouse in the D Hotel. First it’s very large and as we walked through the restaurant we passed numerous intimate booths until the hostess sat us next to a large table of intoxicated men with football games on the TV. Felt like I was in the student section at a college football game. Absolutely ruined our evening. WishI could say the meal made the evening but it was just as disappointing. Wife had Surf & Turf, said lobster tasted old, and she had 2 very tiny medallions of meat that was very chewy like a cow tender not prime filet of meat. I had the 8 ounce filet and the meat was the same as my wife, served with a very bland shallot cab sauce, honestly have had better at Texas Roadhouse. The prices are cheaper than lots of restaurants in Vegas but still almost $300 for 2 entrees, one side, no appetizers, no dessert, and 3 glasses of wine and one crown and water. Lots of better choices, but one thing is a positive is the Casino is absolutely stunning and love the sports bet room.

Firstly if you book this restaurant you must take your ID with you. It’s inside the Circa hotel which is 21+. Even if you look considerably older take ID!! They ID everyone. Secondly, this restaurant is superb. Massive portions, tasty food, extensive cocktail and wine list and a very attentive waiter. We only had main courses, no starters or desserts and we were stuffed after our meal! I had surf and turf which was excellent and the other people in my party opted for different steaks and the burger. I heard these were excellent too. The tater tots as a side were great. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The side dishes are massive so you only need a couple to share between your party. I wish they did a smaller version of the baked Alaska as I couldn’t convince anyone on my table to share it with me.

Overall, the experience was great. We ordered multiple dishes (Steak, Chicken & Seafood along with sides & desserts), and we weren’t disappointed with anything. The DJ kept things lively, and all of the staff are very professional and knowledable about the menu.

I don't know too much about Barry's downtown prime... Actually come to think of it, I don't know anything about this place! lol Vegas has so many good steakhouses! I asked three of my friends that are locals to give me their top three recommendations... Each one of them gave me three different answers!! So I decided to do some research and pick one up on my own... I needed a reservation for 6 on a late Friday evening and fast! Barry's was my find... Disappointments at the table = 0 ;-) Barry's Downtown Prime is a posh place, they do have a dress code! Which I'm all for... I don't understand somebody that looks like they are homeless or just rolled out of bed and then proceed to call the look; fashion...SMH. You don't need to dress to the max, although I did see some folks really dressed up; I'm talking cocktail dresses and sports jackets. Classy! The interior was very nice. There was an air of elegance, the ambiance was lovely. Most pictures don't do the inside justice due to the soft lighting. The Drinks were phenomenal. So was the service: #Adulting ~ WILD FLOWER - 4/5 A very pleasant Mezcal based cocktail. Not too sweet with an essence of Citrus and Flowers. #SteakhousEats ~ Freshly baked completely bread - 5/5 DANGER will Robinson... DANGER! Devour at your own risk. This it the first thing that comes out. a complementary basket of freshly baked bread; half of it were Dinner Rolls w/ butter and the other half Focaccia (I think). So soft, warm and appetizing...try not to fill up on this as tempting as it may be. ~ PHILLY CHEESESTEAK EGG ROLLS - 5/5 This particular appetizer caught the eye of everyone at the table. I was a bit skeptical, but I'm glad it was ordered. Wrapped up pieces of Filet Mignon accompanied by two sauces; Aged Cheddar and some sort of Red Sauce. Both were delicious. ~ RIB CAP "BARRY'S STEAK" - 4/5 I had to give "BARRY'S STEAK" a try. I like the fact they tell you where the meat comes from on the menu. Just a simple solid steak cooked to perfection or rather how I ordered it...medium rare. Not too charred on the outside with good flavor. ~ BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP - 4/5 I chose the Baked Stuffed Shrimp as a side. Good size shrimp fried and stuffed. I'm not too sure what it was stuffed with... but it was tasty. Accompanied with melted Butter and half a Lemon. ~ Complementary dessert tower - 4/5 A selection of miniature cookies, cakes and other confectionery. There was only one thing I didn't care for...the cookie with the red center. Strawberry? Raspberry? not sure...even then it was still edible, not bad at all, just not my jam. Successful late night dinner!

We found the service at Barry's prime to be fantastic. The food however was a bit of a let down. It was quite hit and miss with the dishes for our party. Particularly disappointing was the lobster Mac and cheese which was overcooked and flavorless. If your a lobster fan try the roll from Lukes instead. The rib cap (cut looked a bit rough) and the creme Brulee both tasted excellent. The surf and turf special although taste wise was quite good value wise not so much. Wouldn't return

A buddy of mine an I make a yearly trek to Vegas for a weekend of gambling, fine dining, drinking, and some exciting off strip activities. When we heard about the Circa hotel and especially about Barry's Downtown Prime, we immediately made plans to have dinner there on a Saturday evening during our trip. Reservations were easy enough to make on Resy, so that's what I did. When it was time to go, my buddy and I got dressed in smart casual clothing and headed off to Barry's via Uber from the strip. First off, this review is about Barry's, but its inside the Circa hotel, which is the newest hotel in "old" Vegas, which in my opinion, has just raised the stakes for all the other hotels in the vicinity. Give yourself some time to explore the Circa, but Barry's is located downstairs below the casino. My friend and I were checked in by the lovely hostesses and escorted to our table. This place has the classic steakhouse vibe, wood paneling everywhere, leather seats, dressed up waiters, hosts, etc. We were seated at a four top, and while this place didn't appear as spaced out as I would like, I did notice a strategic placement of parties around us that didn't appear as though diners were on top of each other. We ordered a bottle of wine, and their sommelier did the standard presentation. I'm usually a beer drinker, so I'm always impressed by the wine presentation. Our waiter also came over and introduced himself, gave us the lay of the land, and made some recommendations. For starters, we went with the potstickers and a jumbo shrimp cocktail. The potstickers were awesome, and the shrimp were colossal, but I didn't want to fill up on apps, because I was here for the STEAK. There are tons of killer steak options on the menu, and my eyes were immediately drawn to the 40oz Tomahawk Ribeye. But, there's no way I could consume a 40oz Ribeye and not completely destroy my gastronomic system in the process. Thankfully, my buddy was thinking the same exact thing, so we decided to split it. We ordered it medium rare. Along with that, as sides, we got the Gnocchi (my buddies choice), the creamed spinach, and baked potato. The waiter did push the lobster mac n cheese, and I could see why, as it's a $48 side option, so we passed and stuck to our guns with what we ordered. We would soon find out it was more than enough food. When the steak came out, they presented it on a platter and completely sliced it up for us. It was a perfect presentation. I also splurged for the chimichuri sauce that was a nice compliment. Don't like that they charge for it, but hey, it's all a la carte, here. The steak was out of this world. It literally melted in my mouth and made my taste buds dazzle with delight. The sides were good. I tried the gnocchi, but it's not my favorite. The spinach was awesome and the baked potato was loaded and a great complement to the steak. Super happy! I went ahead and got the Tiramasu dessert, which was on special that evening. It too, of course, was pretty fantastic. All in all, this was exactly the type of culinary experience my friend and I had envisioned for the evening. It's a great addition to Vegas, as is the wonderful new hotel, The Circa. You cannot go wrong having a nice evening at this place!

One thing that Las Vegas isn’t short of is top notch steakhouses and while Barry’s certainly fits that bill and is worth a visit if you are in the DTLV area and craving steak, I’m not sure there’s a ton of things to differentiate it from other steakhouses on the strip. First of all service is amazing and exactly what you would expect from an old school style steakhouse. Decor is nice and retro feeling while being new - but the lighting does seem to be a bit too dark. The food is solid and cooked perfectly. I wouldn’t say anything we got was memorable but everything was very good. It’s very pricey but that’s to be expected!

Terrible steak. Several visits. Bone-in ribeye is so tough, no flavor, every time. Nice wine list, though.

Our experience here was wonderful from beginning to end! We’ve dined many times at the chef/owners previous establishment, so we knew it would be great, but they far exceeded our already high expectations. My husband said the Braised Short Ribs were the best he’s ever had. And you will never eat a piece of fish like the Dover Sole, that I promise you!! And that’s just the food…the people are just as incredible as the meal. Our server Michelle was so nice and equally knowledgeable. The owners Marco and Yassine are accessible and genuine. Chef Barry really cared about our meals and dining experience. And mostly, as long as Rob and Beverly are at the bar, we will drink and dine there forever! Period. We travel from Pittsburgh to Vegas and in a city known for great dining, this is well worth the trip. I will never come to Vegas and not get Chef Barry’s Dover Sole!

We have been watching and waiting for the Circa to open since the very beginning. Could not wait to try Barry’s DT Prime. The food was absolutely amazing, truly delicious. However we were so incredibly disappointed by the service. I mean $550 bill for a table of 4, you expect a certain level of hospitality and unfortunately we did not get that. Waited over 20 minutes for our cocktails, we received and completed our appetizers before we even were served our drinks. At the end we ordered dessert and coffee and I was just about done with mine before I got my coffee.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. The linguine appetizer alone was worth the visit. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The food was spectacular and the atmosphere was also A1. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and I’m actually concerned that the next three nights of dinners will be a letdown. With Tip, three people, $500.00 which is a bargain for a high end steakhouse in Vegas.

Wow! The food and service is amazing. We’ve been a couple of times and have had the best experience. Over the top. A tish pricey but so worth it.

We came here for our 50th. Wedding Anniversary dinner and booked a room for our group of 12 adults. Our organizer Billy did an amazing job ensuring all of our dining needs were met! Owner Barry came to our room to make a amazing , flavourful "table side" lobster entree! All of our food was amazing & well worth the dining experience!

The service was poor, the lobster was sent back, the steak was good but could not make up for the poor service and food. In there defense, they did take rhe lobster off our check. This had been a planned anniversary dinner.

Outstanding service, menu and setting. The wait staff were so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The music was too loud though.

Loved that Barry's Downtown Prime is a break from the busy and often over-priced Strip. Food was really good and the steaks we had were among the best. Servers very attentive and Barry himself came by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Wine selection and cocktails are tasty, ambiance pretty good but it was a little dark inside. Good place to just relax and enjoy fine dining.

Barry’s delivers exquisite steakhouse service in a beautiful room. The menu choices are amazing and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her birthday dinner. Cocktails were expertly prepared and the meal was absolutely perfect. There were some odd sights at the restaurant, however. The amount of male patrons wearing ball caps was a weird sight to me. Perhaps a dress code could help the place spruce up a bit. Similarly, the amount of cleavage on display by the female staffers did not coincide with a high-end steakhouse.

We went here after my sister’s wedding and the food was incredible. I had the surf and turf which was cooked to perfection. We were given a private room to dine in and the service was great. I would 100% recommend this for a special occasion in Vegas.

The ambiance, the waiter, the food all GREAT!!!we had filet it was delicious the cocktails were unique and tasty-our waiter Rolando was so full of energy and made the experience even more fun!

This place is all about presentation. Tuxedo cladded waiters, stands for the ladies purses, and table side drink carts. I tried the table side Manhattan cart. Made and smoked to perfection. The courses came out in a timely fashion and the food was phenomenal. All steaks were cooked properly and the sides were very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

The restaurant were notified in advance that 2 members of the party of 4 were vegetarians, and upon being seated the waitress confirmed our requirements. Yes a steakhouse that prides itself for also serving vegetarians and vegetarian dishes. The Lion Mane steak was outstanding (to be fair the word outstanding does not do the meal justice) our vegetarian dinner was exceptional and well worthy of a 10/10. The lion mane mushroom, cooked to a chargrill which gave a steak taste, and the accompanying sides and fries gave us the perfect dinner in an ambiance of yesteryear Las Vegas. However, whilst the food was exceptional the 2 waiting servers were also of an exceptionally high standard. They were always present without being in the way and kept a very tidy table ensuring our every need was catered for. Following our 14 nights in LV our during this period we visited 9 high end restaurants for dinner, Barry's without a shadow of doubt came top of our list. Thank you.

The place is dark, ask for a booth if you want some privacy and romance. The staff were super nice and really on their game. Marco the owner came over to say Hi. Food was delicious and the Flaming baked Alaska was the best and most sinful dessert ever. All so good. Filet, dover sole were both cooked to perfection. The lobster pot stickers were not my favorite, but my man loved them.

The food and service were good but VERY pricey. The atmosphere and ambience were pleasing. The banana fosters dessert and preparation was a nice way to end the meal.

Barry's is a high quality steak restaurant. I messed up the reservation date but Barry's was able to accomodate us (even though I came on the wrong day!). We enjoyed our meal there, it is an excellent place to celebrate something or just enjoy a luxurious meal experience. Happy I chose to go there while in Vegas.

We come to Vegas 3 times a year and usually try a different steakhouse one of the trips and this trip Barry’s was up to bat. The worst thing about our dinner was our table. We were in the middle of the dining room facing 3 TVs built in the wall. This wasn’t appealing to us. If we wanted to sit in front of TVs we could sit at pretty much any restaurant bar in Vegas. It was also our anniversary and had requested a quiet, romantic table which this was not. We didn’t let it ruin our experience but it did affect my overall rating. Our waiter was Justin M. With a team of 2 other guys. They were all good but noticeably not top notch missing a few cues more experienced waitstaff would’ve picked up on. Now to the food…..amazing. We each had a rib cap and shared the mashed tatos and George’s creamed corn. The bread service was very good as well. We started with grey goose martinis that weren’t the greatest imo but we are particular about them. Prices overall were a bit cheaper than on the strip where we always stay. Although it was a good dinner, we enjoyed other steakhouses in Vegas more.

One of the best steakhouse meals I’ve had in Vegas. The food and service were excellent. I was traveling with a go-worker and we split a shrimp cocktail appetizer, the warm bacon spinach salad, an 8oz filet and the roasted jalapeño corn, and had a cocktail and a glass of red wine, and the bill was only $119! The food was excellent, and the service was better! Go there for sure!

My husband and I dined at Barry’s tonight to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The ambiance was retro old Las Vegas steakhouse. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrive at the restaurant. The servers, bus staff, managers were so friendly and efficient! They all work so hard! After getting recommendations from YouTubers and reading the reviews we are so happy that we chose Barry’s Prime. The food!!!! We shared a rib cap and two sides and AMAZING Baked Alaska! There are no words to describe how delicious everything was. Cooked perfectly! Thank you Barry’s for making our best anniversary ever!

The manager, Russell, was the best mgr I’ve met in Las Vegas. Professional, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful.

2nd time to the restaurant. 1st time was fabulous, unfortunately this trip was not. Sat at the bar on a Sunday evening. 3 bartenders busy chatting with each other. Only one other couple at the bar. Was greeted quickly by Beverly. Food Menu was given immediately, drink menu was not. After down chatter, I was caught off guard by Beverly’s comment to me “I’ve had enough of you!” My face immediately dropped. Our orders we taken with no small talk after the comment. Beverly set up silverware then another male bartender took over for the evening. Now 4 bartenders, with 1 working while the other 3 chatted among themselves. Still only 1 other couple at the bar. We immediately finished dinner did not order dessert paid the check and left. Food was high quality but for 2 appetizers and 2 steaks, no drinks, desserts or sides $265 was very overpriced. I will not be returning to Barry’s for a 3rd time. I also hope you think twice before having an unpleasant experience as we did.

One of the best meals that I’ve had in my life!!!! Let’s start with the service-world class. Our server was on top of everything, extremely knowledgeable and funny as well!!! Our steaks were the best I’ve ever had. Sides were ridiculously good-get the white truffle gnocchi!! Unbelievable experience-I cannot wait to go back!!!!

What a wonderful find! We were checking out the Circa casino on Fremont and saw these wonderful ads for “Barry’s”. The steaks looked delicious, so we patiently waited until they opened at 5 pm and decided to give it a try. One of our best decisions while in Vegas. The atmosphere, the service, and the steak were all fabulous. We will go back!

Walking into this restaurant, you are immediately captivated by the ambiance. We were escorted to the private dining room for our party of 13. The service was excellent, they knew when to ask for orders, never interrupting a conversation. They were very attentive when we wanted their attention and incredibly accommodating with questions and requests. I'm not vegan, but I did order the grilled vegetables with aged balsamic off their vegan menu. We also ordered lobster risotto, king crab, and filet mignon. Everything was delicious. The risotto was just loaded with chunks of lobster, enough for each bite. My husband still talks about the filet mignon. What made this day even more special was Chef Barry coming by and talking to us and taking a photo with our group. He was incredibly kind, and it was great to tell him how amazing the food was. I highly recommend this restaurant, and book your reservations in advance. It's a popular restaurant for a reason.

First time eating at Barry's and absolutely loved it.. Service was first class (Billy), wine was great and the food was delicious. Will be heading back whenever I am in Vegas.

Seven of us went to Barry’s during opening week. It was fabulous ! Everyone had something different so we could taste. The food was prepared to perfection. Service was exceptional. The only soso dish was the lobster Mac n cheese. It was rather dry! Presentation excellent! Deserts were amazing. S’mores, carrot cake , cheesecake , plate of tiny cookies. Overall enjoyable! Only one complaint. The music was very loud and our conversation was limited.

We went on Christmas Day the night of our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It was really busy but we were offered a drink in the bar before our table was ready and then led to an amazing corner booth under the tree. Our server Dominic was incredible and went through the menu step by step as traditional steakhouses are unfamiliar territory being from the U.K. He couldn’t do enough for us and made it an outstanding experience. The Lobster Mac and cheese, prime rib and tater tots poutine were highlights, and the night was topped off with a surprise personalised cheesecake that we swore we didn’t have room for! It was delicious. We’d love to come and visit again on an anniversary in the future!

First mistake, not getting a reservation. Our appearance was of casual tourists, so of course there were no available tables in the restaurant (I'm sure we weren't dressed for the part--big mistake on the part of the hostess who judged us based on our attire-we were there with plans to spend the money for a nice meal, atmosphere included). We were seated in the bar which was miserably loud requiring extremely loud voices to even talk to the waitress. We were unable to have a nice conversation, even sitting side by side. Second mistake, not reviewing the menu before coming. As a vegetarian, there were few choices and what was on the menu was extremely high priced for the product. Farm-raised Atlantic salmon which most likely was received frozen from the other side of the country. Why? Pacific or Alaskan fresh wild salmon would have been worth the price charged. The potatoes they claim is their special version of mashed potatoes were most likely instant. My Cobb salad was a huge disappointment. Not a lovely, crisp, fresh wedge of iceberg with blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing. It was a bowl of chopped lettuce drenched in ranch dressing. WTH?? The only reason for giving the rating a 2 was because my husband said the filet was outstanding. But hard to believe that the price of this piece of meat did not include any sides. Just the meat. So although this place looks like a beautiful high-end restaurant on the cover, the book wasn't very good. And although we looked like a couple of tourists who may not have money to spend--we had way more than you thought and planned to make this a lovely evening, which it wasn't

Came with friends/family to celebrate an anniversary. Excellent service, amazing food, and great atmosphere. Somalier on staff helped me choose a great organic wine, and the team brought out a special treat for the couple celebrating. Next time we are in Vegas, we will be back.

If you are true foodie you can't beat my experience at Barry's Downtown Prime. We were treated like royalty, had a fantastic booth, perfectly cooked steaks, and my favorite wines delivered by the talented Joe (level 3 sommelier...WOW !) Chalk Hill Chardonnay and Prisoner CAB... Our server Billy was great and we even grabbed chef Barry as he was wandering past our table - talk about a "hands on" talented chef. Our group is very picky, we eat out often in Vegas and hit all of the steak houses. You will not be disappointed and the prices are about the same as the high end restaurants on the strip. WORTH IT !!! Cant wait to go back soon but I may have to hit the jackpot first!!!

It’s our first time at Barry’s but our kids spoke highly of it. They were right, my lamb chops melted like butter in my mouth, and my husband’s surf and turf was cooked to perfection. He was kind enough to let me try them. (Lol) The service provided by Russ, Max and Aviance was top notched!!! We felt like royalty. Icing on the cake was when Chef Barry himself came out and shook our hands to thank us for coming. One thing we have never experienced before. Speaking of cakes, the baked Alaska was quite an experience and the Creme brûlée did not disappoint either. Looking forward to going back to try other entrees for sure!

Had great dinner and overall experience at Barry’s to help celebrate wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary on a weekend in which saw The Eagles at the Sphere. Had rezzi and was seated at bar until table ready.. Crazy good cocktails made.. $&& but great.. Seated in perfect area in a semi round leather back open booth.. Server was exceptionally good and timing was on.. Highly recommend for special occasion!!! Dress up and make it count.. A+!!

Honestly, had better steaks at outback. All 3 of us had terrible quality steaks that weren't evenly cooked. They were missing seasoning, salt, pepper. Tasted very bland. Sides were just ok. However, great ambiance if you want to go there for drinks. If you want a great steak, check out Vic n' Anthony's at Golden Nugget. That has been a staple of ours for the past 3 years.

I was visiting Vegas, September 1-6 on a solo vacation, visiting friends and enjoying my fav City. Heard good things about Barry's so made a res, although that was an issue, as they didn't seem to accept online reservations for 1, this is a BIG issue in much of Las Vegas. I did call, and they were kind enough to do it. Arrived Sunday September 1st around 7: 30 for my reservation. Had to wait a few moments, as the hostesses, all young ladies dressed to the nines, (and knowing it, acting like prissy little girls) but lacking in real spirit, finally seated me in a back area of the restaurant, away from the bar, facing TV's, and an areas where dirty items are piled up to be cleared. I assumed they thought as a single, I might want to watch TV, but as a solo traveler, I actually enjoy watching others, and enjoying the atmosphere. Again, a conceit of many restaurants with regard to single travelers, they don't really understand us, and they also expect "poor" tips. My waitress was nice, pleasant enough. I knew what I wanted, their "supposed" excellent Lobster Bisque, and the 12 oz Rib Cap steak. I also added the truffle parmesan fries as a side. Plus a recommended old fashioned beverage. All seems good to go. But, uh oh, never assume. The waitress said bread will arrive quickly. The drink came, smaller than imaginable for $18. Less than even 2 shots of bourbon, and basically what I would call a mouthwash, a joke. If I had even taken a real sip, it would have been over. Not happy. The soup arrives, they bring it in a small cup style, and show you the lobster at the bottom, a few sad slivers, probably not even an ounce, and then they pour the soup from a separate container with the bisque, into it. Should be great, right. NOT. $22 for less than 1 oz, (if that) of lobster, and the temperature was Lukewarm at best..if even that. I was able to eat it without blowing on it one time. (and had I let it sit for even 30 seconds, it probably would have been cold, DEF BAD). I admit the bisque taste was nice, but it shouldn't be warm, it should be hot. Again, not too thrilled. And yes, no bread yet, after this rushed 1st course. The waitress checked on me a little here and there, but it was not a great experience so far. The TV bored me, I'd have preferred to see others, as opposed to being seated having my back towards everyone else, like I am a "leper" or something. Strange situation. Oh, and finally the bread arrived, almost 30 minutes after I was seated, not by my waitress but by the help staff, who seemed less than helpful. Just dutiful workers, doing a labor job. And then, just as I start to have a piece of bread, here is the steak!! Yup, right there. No time to even enjoy the bread, which should have come with the soup, but NO. As for the rib cap, it was good, cooked to medium as the chef likes, it was tender and tasty and I did enjoy it. But as for the parmesan fries, they were not good, not at all. Just basically crinkle cut fries you could do yourself, with a bunch of cheese sprinkled over them. Overly sprinkled but no pleasant taste. Generally those fries, the cheese is melted but not here. Just plain fries with cheese sprinkled, for $14.00. I ate about 2 or 3 and then gave up. I finished the steak and enjoyed it, but not the fries. The waitress came back and seeing my displeasure, she asked about the fries. When I told her they were not good, she did remove them from the bill, that was proper and excellent service, I must commend her. I was there for less than 1 entire hour, that’s a pretty rushed meal, especially for a place trying to be 5 stars. Again, I think this is what I call the “single traveler” issue. It happens quite a bit. Skipped the dessert, it was very expensive, and I didnt feel like paying anymore, I went for the check, almost $145.00 for a very small bowl of warm soup, 1 -12 oz steak and a small (very small) drink. I paid the bill, tipped the waitress 22% as she did her best, and left. It was a BIG disappointment, but my troubles were not over. And this is a MAJOR issue. Within 2 hours, as I returned to the Strip where I was staying, I was in agony with stomach cramps, which stayed with me for the remainder of that night, and even into the next 2 days, trying over and over to find the closest men’s room I could find. Not sure of the issues, but I suspected a small case of food poisoning. Can’t say for sure, did not get tested, but def something was amiss. From Sunday night, through all Monday and into Tuesday, I was battling stomach disorders, and I think it is all related to this meal, probably that luke warm soup. I had just flown in that day, and had not eaten, as I was expecting a large and fulfilling meal, so I avoided eating earlier, hence my suspicions here. Soup not served piping hot, can form bacteria, and I can't say for sure, but it is what I suspect happened. Spending nearly 48 hrs in discomfort is not what I planned for a trip to Vegas. Very unhappy customer, and I will never return nor shall I recommend. Barry's wants to be HIGH end, they are in a TOP flight hotel, and the waitress at least that I had, was very good, as was the main course. But for $175 total bill..(of which I am disputing because of the illness) they should be a LOT better. Sometimes gimmicks just don't work. And I also felt underwhelmed by the service they could afford me as a single diner. This stood out. Restaurants had better start to change their ways if they want to succeed. The waitress got a full 22% tip..(not 20 which is customary) but 22%. Single diners are NOT cheapskates as they seem to believe. Needless to say, I am very displeased and shall never visit again. One and done for me. A few days later, I did eat at another Celebrity Restaurant on the Strip, and the service and the food were amazing, and no sickness. But I also felt treated respectfully even as a single. Barry's I'm sorry, you tried but you failed. This was a major disappointment at the start of my trip. Your attempt at greatness is more mediocre. Improve before others like myself start writing truly honest reviews. At that point, reservations won't become necessary, you'll be begging for customers. Better luck next time, but for someone else, not me.

I'd like to thank the entire staff at Barry's, for their overall class & professionalism. The food was perfect & the service was divine. This is Las Vegas' premier destination for incredible service & an old school Vegas dining experience. It is romantic & intimate & we were treated like VIP's. We are locals in the wedding & event industry & regularly refer "just married" couples & their guests to Barry's to celebrate. Whether you are on vacation or having a locals' date night out you HAVE TO go to Barry's for a classic Vegas experience.....including getting movie star dressed up to go there. Absolutely love this place!

Went with my wife after seeing multiple posts on social media. It’s a big restaurant with multiple rooms leading off. Staff were attentive and we were seated quickly after taking a drink at the bar. Overall the food was average / good but way overpriced. Started with the shrimp cocktail which was priced at $35 (with tip >$42) and for that we got three shrimp. Tasty but no where near worth it. Steak was ordered medium/rare but was undercooked and again at >$120 (tip included) was way overpriced. There are other good steak places downtown which offer better value and a better experience

My husband and I both said that this was one of the best meals we have ever had! Filet was so delicious!!! Sides were great! Creme Brulee was so good! The restaurant is elegant and beautiful. Our waiter was wonderful (I wish I remembered his name). A must when you are in Vegas!!

Best filet I have had in a perfect steak house atmosphere with knowledgeable and attentive staff. Try the cinnamon bun dessert when offered: marvelous.

What a great experience, terrific service by Eric, excellent food, and a beautiful room. The martinis were the best. The Philly cheesesteak appetizers were really special, the steak was perfection and my hamburger was the best ever ( unforgettable )

Celebrated our anniversary here. Steak was cooked perfectly. The lobster mac is also a star on the menu. Shout out to Roland, Michelle and Matt who were our servers and went out of their way to make the evening special!

Barry’s Prime is one of our favourite restaurants in Vegas, we went last year and the food absolutely blew us away. So much so that we booked it for our ‘wedding meal’ this year I messaged Barry’s prior to the reservation to see if we would be ok to wear wedding attire as I wanted to feel comfortable. They messaged me back to say absolutely and seemed genuinely so happy we had chosen to go back for such a special meal. The gave us a free sparkling drink each to celebrate when we arrived, we then ordered a ceasar salad to share and a French onion soup.. I have to say, this was the best French onion soup I have ever had it was amazing. For our main we ordered the surf and turf off the special menu, I don’t usually eat a lot of meat but it was perfectly cooked! even the mash potato was amazing! They then brought us out some complimentary espresso shots (probably for the jet lag) and a massive desert to congratulate us! It was beautiful and when I think about it now I wish I could have managed to eat more. This is hands down one of our favourite restaurants, and probably the best food we’ve had, the service is really up there too. Everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The communication was great and I hope to be able to return one day! Thankyou Barry’s Prime!!!

We had an extraordinary time, everything from the appetizers to the bananas foster was delicious. A special thanks to Edgar our waiter, Marcos our busser and Barry S. Dakake the Chef and owner for talking to us and for making this moment a honeymoon memory.

When we arrived at Circa to go to the restaurant, the security at the door was rude and not at all welcoming. Honestly, after the reception at the door and seeing the overall vibe of the hotel, it raised some doubts about the quality of any restaurant on the premises. The restaurant was nice. It had a dark, old school feel. The fettuccine Alfredo with the bone marrow luge was a fun start to the meal. We ordered the dry-aged wagyu ribeye and were very disappointed. We ordered it medium rare and it was close enough, but gave the impression that the grill wasn't hot enough. What should have been a beautiful cut of meat came out grey-ish with a pitiful sear. The smores dessert was fun. They brought out a complimentary slice of cheesecake afterwards for my companion's birthday that was nice and then that was followed by complimentary espresso martini shots and a plate of 3 miniature cookies and a cream puff. Overall, the experience was good, but the reception at amd condition of the hotel and the disappointing steak left a lot to be desired.

Restaurant is so nice and romantic and comfortable. Drinks were amazing! At first service was great too! Appetizers were ok, lobster bisque was VERY good, tuna appetizer was bland and boring, shrimp cocktail were ridiculously over priced for offering. We were 6 for dining and sadly, the rest of the food besides the creamed corn was a big disappointment. Rib eye ordered rare was almost medium well, bone in strip special- with crab and Oscar style really had little flavor and the rib cap was chewy and over cooked too. The server offered to take us on a tour of the restaurant nd kitchen & we were so excited! The bill comes and we realize they charge us for 5 soup appetizers rather than the 3 we had - long story short they give us cash back rather then credit to our CC, and once this happens no more servers and no tour---- hmmmm we always go a fabulous steak house every trip to Vegas, we loved the D steak house, this WAS A BIG OLE disappointment and WAY over priced, even for the strip.... really. We ate a Gordon Ramsey's cheaper on Monday and it was worth 100 stars! Save your money go elsewhere!

We went to Barry's Downtown Prime last night and it was tremendous. Right from the hostesses to being greeted at the table by our waiter Billy and then Dominic. Billy was great and very personable. We ordered our appetizers and meals. Drinks came quickly as did the food. The meals were great. Finished with a couple drinks and the baked Alaska. While leaving we were greeted by Yassine Lyoubi. He is one reason that Barry's will do great! Restaurants need hands on owners/managers! It was an excellent experience! Thanks much. The Stojack's.

Service was lacking. Our waiter spent lots of time tending to and joking with the tables around us but seemed curt the few times he stopped to check on us. The steaks were perfect, and we loved the Baked Alaska. The husband said the creamed spinach was the best he’s had, but the crab cake, tater tots and beverages were just meh. The booths leave you so you’re staring straight at the people across from you with very little privacy. It’s just not my vibe, I guess. I’ve definitely had better overall experiences in Vegas and wouldn’t both returning to Barry’s.

Didn’t expect our expectations. The menu were different to what they presented to us when we booked. Food wasn’t that good. Could have eaten a lot better dish at any European restaurant for one third of the price.

Chose Barry’s on the recommendation of a local friend. Casino is new and very smoky and loud. Restaurant was equally loud- forget casual conversation - better like their music as it’s forced upon you. I shared the “Tomahawk” ribeye cooked “medium”with a friend and about 1/3 of it was inedibly charcoaled - I mean to a crisp. Salad was very good , banana cream pie had little flavor and was mostly whipped cream. Baked potato- well not much you can do to that except overcharge. For approx $600 for 3 ( including 1 lower priced bottle of wine at $140 and no appetizers) there was not value. Vegas can and does do better elsewhere.

We came here right before it closed for the night without a reservation. Everyone was friendly, from the hostess to our amazing waiter. Steak was cooked perfectly. What sets this apart, though, is the fantastic atmosphere. Great decor and classic Vegas music. Great experience!

Had the pleasure of dining at Barry's twice this past week, could not be happier for discovering this place. Easy access from Circa valet, hostesses were prompt and friendly, decor is cool combination of old-school with modern touches. Yes, you can hear the music, but it's music you want to hear, in-house recorded DJ remixes of tribute songs, gives Barry's a cool vibe. Booth in the bar area lets you keep tabs on the game while enjoying the 5-star dining, not bad. The 12 oz rib cap called "Barry's steak" was a cut everyone would enjoy, the buffalo filet was solid, cheeseburger is big and delicious. Don't laugh, best side dish is tater tots w/ poutine gravy, yummy. Servers were well trained, gave a top end menu review, friendly, good timing and genuine people. Wine list scales toward the higher end, but there still a few value bottles under $80. One owner stopped by to say hello, get feedback and sincerely wanted to know about us, pleasure meeting you Marco. Overall, one of my top places in LV for "high-end experience," cocktails, dining, good atmosphere, hip music, great service, yet just a touch of LV old school. Just go and most importantly, have fun. (Michael from Boulder)

We celebrated my birthday there last night🤩the food & service were outstanding & the ambiance was amazing. Everyone greeted us with friendly smile & welcoming attitude. They have best vegan dessert in town. We always keep going back because we’re treated like family. Thanks chef Barry for a memorable birthday🙏🎊🎈

Our meal was amazing! We had a party of 8, and we were seated right away. This was high-end dining. Our wait staff was top notch. We had been drinking for a while at that point, and a tad rowdy - but we were treated with respect. Our server was great with explanations and recommendations, ie. how big the salads were, how the aging processes worked, how many sides we should get, etc. Oh, and the espresso martini shots were just the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a dinner for a special occasion, I would highly recommend. The room(s) were beautiful and a bit secluded for privacy, too.

Had dinner with another couple at Barry’s while staying at Circa. We had a lovely quiet table at the back of the restaurant. We were celebrating a special occasion and were given a complimentary champagne toast. We had a wonderful waiter who answered our questions and gave great suggestions. The steaks were cooked well and were very tender with a nice char on the outside. The appetizers and sides were all good, with the house made tator tots the standout. There were a few things we would have loved to try like the lobster mac and cheese and dessert, but the prices kept us from doing so. The food and overall experience made for a lovely evening, albeit a pricey one.

Fantastic option for a casual night or a night of fine dining. Classic steakhouse with good seafood options as well. Nightly DJ with a great mix of music in the background that makes for a really enjoyable evening.

This was one of the best meals and overall dining experiences I've ever had in my life. My cousins chose the table side lobster entree where Barry himself came out to prepare it. The steaks, service, and ambiance were all top notch.

My parents went there as a pre-celebration for their 50th anniversary, I made reservations for them as a surprise and they loved it. They had lamb chops & short rib stuffed ravioli, they loved the food and the service!

Started with a warm welcome. We were seated under a magical tree in the restaurant. Service was perfect. We had an 18 ounce oven roasted lobster tail from South Africa. I still think about it. One of my favorite meals ever. The sides are so much better than other steakhouses. Wine was reasonably priced for Vegas. We got to meet Barry and his partner. These were great guys. We plan to return in October and can't wait to see what surprises are on the menu. This was one of our favorite dinners ever in Las Vegas.

We made a reservation for my birthday dinner and this place did not disappoint. When we first arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes past our reservation time and I'll assume that was due to my special request for a booth. Hostess takes us to our table and it was perfect-right in the center no one else near by, very romantic and cozy. The server was wonderful and so helpful in suggestions. We both had the filet and split the Joel Robuchon potatoes which were divine. I was so stuffed!!!! We got the s'mores for dessert. It was beautifully decorated and so delicious!!! We enjoyed our dinner here very much.

We were excited to visit Barry’s after seeing the reviews. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding and probably outshined the food which was top notch. I would recommend the rib cap and lobster mac and cheese in particular. We also had table side drink service which is a nice touch. Our servers, Philip/Dominic, acknowledged that we were celebrating something with a few extra touches. Big shout out to Helen, Beverly and the DJ. Will definitely return.

Our first visit and we had a party of 7. Reservations were easy and we were promptly seated. Staff was friendly, professional and provided wonderful service. Menu had plenty of options and prices were in line with other upscale Vegas steak houses. Food was excellent and we were very pleased. Only issue I had was there were two huge TV screens in the restaurant showing football games and that lowered the ambiance of an elegant night out. if I needed to watch the game with dinner I could eat at several other spots in the casino.

Incredible Lobster and Steak at Barry’s Prime! The presentation was rivaled by the incredible decor. We truly had an amazing evening. I never take the time to write reviews but we had such a wonderful time and Barry the owner was so nice to everyone that I couldn’t help myself. Worth every penny and dime.... don’t pass on dessert it’s an experience

Nothing to say about the quality of the food and service..Excellent Caesar's salad, succulent fillet and cooked to wonder, to conclude creams bare made in a perfect way. High prices but average in Las Vegas, still in line with the quality offered. I would go back however asking for a table in a more tranquil area .. You could not speak for too much trabusto.Avrei given 4 but having been all really good and impeccable service deserves the 5.

Dining at Barry's was not pleasant due to the music being too loud. Although the dinner was quite expensive the steaks were not over-priced. The steaks were perfectly cooked and tasted great. The wedge salad and baked potato were good, but not special enough to command the price charged. The same could be said for the caipirinha cocktail. The value of the dinner was also diminished because Barry's does not validate parking and the Circa where Barry's is located charges for parking.
Very enjoyable dinner
Very good steakhouse, great service, great food and desert. Our server was very attentive, food came out hot and steak was prepared appropriately. Our desert was smores at the table. They bring out a sterno and you get to cook your smores yourself, pretty cool. Prices are what you would expect in Vegas.
