We were saving Black Tap for our last night in Vegas with friends.. was looking forward to a great burger and awesome shake. We went to the Blue Man Group at the Luxor and took a $24 Uber ride down to Black Tap arriving about an hour before close. We went up and were told it would be a 45 min wait (OK, no problem, even though half the restaurant was open we figured it was staff shortages or something)... The hostess was chowing down (quite disgustingly actually) on fries while she was talking with me, and the other hostess looked up from her phone annoyed as we talked. I asked to make sure we could order right when we sat down (which was still 15 min before close based on her estimates) and was told no we couldn't. I asked if we could do To-Go or sit at the bar and was told sure, but if we order anything we can't get a table then... ok fine... my wife found 3 seats open at the bar and another chair a couple seats over and tried to move the 4 together, she was told no quite rudely. As I was waling over the annoyed hostess yelled over to me "Make sure you don't order any appetizers or anything"... We finally had enough and walked out (I will admit I was pissy when I told them it seemed like they didn't want business at all)... The best part about it.. 12 minutes later we got a text that our table was ready... It honestly seemed like they didn't want business at all... We ended up at In-and-Out and honestly, we were happier there after dealing with the staff at Black Tap

Oh my lord the milkshakes are to die for and the Wagyu burger are moist with a large side of fries. This restaurant takes walk ins only but it’s worth the wait to enjoy.

So this is Wagyu beef and 1/2 pound burger ..extremely good and well worth it had great flavors and friendly staff..drink was good and staff was friendly

Cuisine: I really liked the chicken Caesar salad. This type of chicken is quite original in a salad but I found it really very good. Regarding the Crazyshake (Milk-shakes), I took the Sweet’n’Salty (there were two of us on it). Honestly it was good and obviously very tasty. You can still get disgusted quite quickly, especially after a dish so either you take it together or you go there just for that (5/5) Service: Quite pleasant people who gave good advice (5/5) Atmosphere: Really very nice, especially on the terrace with a view of the water (5/5) Price: It's still OK considering the prices in Vegas (5/5)

Nice dinner. Dorothy took good care of us. I had the Falafel salad and husband enjoyed the Cali Chicken w/bacon. 1 glass of wine and 1 beer. $78.57 before tip. Overpriced for what we had.

Let’s face it, the majority of comfort food can be found in amplified cuisine. Which is why most of us do enjoy a jazzed up burger. We like the euphoric menu designs that accommodate and elevate them. Which is why we indulge. Our culinary experience was at Black and Tap, a sort of funky Burger Bistro that originated on Brooke Street, NYC. They offer numerous Burger Builds as well as the coolest shakes that are extremely popular with children and families. The menu covers just about everything associated with a well tuned Burger Joint, Craft beers, salads and sides. If you’re looking for that, then search no more. I was curious about this eatery, so we gave it a go. I was impressed, the interiors were jazzy, staff attentive, all up a nice vibe. Having worked as a Culinary Leader with the Food Bank of New York at New York City Wine and Food Festival, I saw that they featured 3 Burgers that were Choice awarded at the NYCWFF’s Burger Bash. This made my selection easy, I ordered their Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. It was very delicious and tasted superb. My wife ordered a SmokeHouse Turkey Burger, she loved everything about it. We really enjoyed Black and Tap, hopefully we’ll visit them again, this time in NYC Thanks Tripsters, Chef Edwin Padilla Good Food…Good Vibes

They had a 2 hour wait time, so we ordered take-out. We had the Impossible burger, Fried Pickles & Sweet Potato Fries. They all tasted great!

We absolutely loved it here!! It was busy but we got our food at a decent time. Fried pickles and burgers…. the best!! The sweet and salty peanut butter shake was so good and beautifully crafted. Our waiter was great. Good job chef and server! The price was right! I don’t think it was expensive for the quality we got. Ten out of ten stars for sure.

The burgers and shakes were delicious. What was impressive was the fact that they provided gluten free buns and dairy free shakes, per request! The shakes even had amazing dairy free whipped cream on top! My daughter was in heaven. Loved the truffle burger and the dairy free chocolate shake. Tried to revisit for to-go shakes, but we missed closing time by a few minutes... shucks! Will be back next time we are in Vegas.

Excellent food. Huge portions and friendly staff. Normally a 30-45 minute wait and I can see why. Will definitely come back.

We got married in vegas but wanted a cool 😎 wedding dinner. We'll black tap didn't disappoint it was such a vibe. Family friends and kids loved it, the planner Savanna went above and beyond to make it as amazing as it was. Highly recommended 👌

The food was delicious. Portions are huge. Everything was very fresh. There was a very short wait- 20 minutes but we went at popular time and were seated around 10 minutes. The shakes are great and easily fill 2-3 people. The music is a smidge loud but we enjoyed it. Our server was excellent. Reasonably priced for Vegas and sit down. Excellent price for the total package. Recommend.

Came here after seeing a photo on instagram about this place and it did not disappoint. It’s location is just round the corner from the casino floor. Staff were friendly and were alabaster busy. I came to try there milkshakes and were not disappointed. I had the Bam Bam Shake and when it came WOW. There are 9 super amazing shakes to choose from and it was a hard choice. I enjoyed watching two ladies making up some shakes in the middle of the restaurant it was interesting watching them make them. A must visit if people love milkshakes.

Really great experience! Our server was so attentive and sweet. Food was great! Desserts were off the chart! Definitely check this place out!

I was told to experience the best shake/masterpiece ever. So, I went to venture to black tap. I ordered the birthday cake shake. The cake was ok, nothing special, and the shake was a little runny. My mom and I shared it, it was ok, but nothing special.

Had some later evening burgers here - food is very good, service is quick and friendly. Outside seating is beautiful but often has a wait. Inside was immediate seating, even on the Friday night.

Whenever I spend over $100 on food, it better be worth it! I can affirm, this experience was! And, yes, it was an experience. Ok, so the atmosphere wasn't quite my style, as it's loud, busy, and geared more toward the casino-goers with the bar front and center, but the food made up for that. Not that it was overly offensive; I'm just more of a family-oriented, Cracker-Barrel-vibe kinda gal. What I tried: The Texan Burger (well done at request), Fried Pickles, and the Brooklyn Blackout Crazyshake. The burger (complete with bacon, cheddar, BBQ sauce, mayo, one giant onion ring, lettuce and tomato) was my second favorite burger I've ever eaten (the first goes to a local chef in our town who competed on Food Network, so that's a pretty hard act to follow). The fries were crisp and spiced to satisfaction. Next up, the fried pickles. Oh, my! The best I've had!! Super crispy (even staying crispy after packing up leftovers for later) and sooo tasty! Finally, the shake. They're all beautiful - great photo-op with their piled high delectables (like full slices of cake or cheesecake). I'm sure you've seen the highly-photographed treats on social media. I do wish the ice cream was hand-dipped, to offer that premium experience, topping off the glam. It tasted more like a DQ milkshake, though. The brownie on my shake wasn't the best either. Quite dry and bland. But the cheesecake my daughter got (she ordered the New Yorker Crazyshake, I think it was called) was great! My mom got the chicken tenders and wasn't too thrilled with them. I didn't try them, though. And the table got the queso and chips, which I didn't try, but everyone seems to really enjoy. If I can give any other advice for this particular location, get there at least 45 minutes before opening!! The line forms quickly!! And you have to check in with your name and party size BEFORE you line up. It's a long wait, but I say the experience is worth it!

Sat outside, nice patio area and beer was cold but the service was not great, food was average-falafel burger was a freezer patty,

I happened to stumble across this place when looking for places with craft beers on the strip. When I saw they also had over the top shakes we had to stop. We were glad that we did. We sat at the bar and had good service. The beer selection wasn't bad, several craft choices were available. We decided to split a CRAZYSHAKE and we still couldn't quite finish it. It was as avertised.

The one burger we had was good but the other was only average. They were out of many menu items (beer and food) which was disappointing. Service was average too. There are many good burger places in Vegas these days so I would try a different one next time. Nice outdoor patio area.

Finally tried this place on our last night and wish we had of earlier. The vibe is good, the food and service are great and you get large portions. They do have a patio that looks nice, although we did not sit on it. Massive shakes if you are into those as well.

This is a great burger/dessert spot! The burgers were delicious and we split one of the fancy milkshakes with all the trimmings (strawberry that included a ice cream bar). The fancy shakes are instagram worthy and tasted amazing!

This place has Great Beers, Drinks and Awesome Milkshakes, Good service and Great food! Highly recommend

We had lunch at the Black Tap while visiting the hotel. Service was good, and one of the burgers was underdone. Rather than send it back, my friend elected for the compensation of a free shake.

The best burger I’ve ever had. Service beyond excellent. Menu extensive and full of unusual items and combinations along with the usual fare. The wagu steak burger was the tastiest burger I’ve ever tasted and I’m not usually the biggest beef burger fan. The honey chicken truffle burger was also delicious. The ‘crazy shakes’ are magnificent and an entire experience in themselves. Make sure you save from for them! The staff to customer ratio is SO high and the service is personal and fast. Just an excellent very ‘local’ feeling addition to a more upmarket hotel / resort. Focusing on real food and reasonable prices. The drinks menu was also plentiful- cocktails were delicious and beers were fresh. Can’t rate this place highly enough. We will be back and can’t wait to see more of these around the world. And we’ll be back!

The menu at Black Tap is great for burgers, fries, and of course their shakes, but you are going to pay premium Strip prices. The service was great, and the food was good. We'd probably come back for a special occasion but not when we have a large group again.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich for 23.00 and it had no sauce or seasoning, and though crispy was dry, in fact McDonald’s has a better sandwich for 5.99. On the other hand my sister had the cob salad and added chicken and she loved it it was 24.00. Pricy for pub food.

This place has been on my list for years and I kept passing it up for other things and obviously I should have done it on this visit too! First there are no reservations, if their busy you will put your name on a list, be given a buzzer when your table is "supposedly ready." We waited 40 minutes and then when they finally took us to our table in was in the back dungeon with two long tables that were full. No we don't want to sit in this tiny dark room with these two large groups. So back to the front to wait for another table. We probably stood at the desk for another 15 minutes because they had so many dirty tables we couldn't be seated. Then it felt like we were being ignored, there was no urgency at all in cleaning off the tables so we could be seated. We didn't see any employees that weren't kids or very young adults, and therein lies the problem. There are bar tops close to the casino with no wait and actually those are the better choices because it's actually quieter at these tables. Once you walk into the restaurant, is where it changes. The place is dark, dirty, extremely loud and tons of kids! We had a booth right beside the area where they make the shakes and I could see the floor. It was disgusting with everything on the floor, makes me wonder what the counters look like in there! This place is poorly run, not the cleanest and just insanely loud! The food came out quick and it was ok but the atmosphere was definitely a deal breaker and we will never return.

Great burgers and beer. Although I tried the pineapple cider and liked it. I also ordered the Mexico city burger. Both were delicious

Called in around 11pm while staying at the Venetian for a May 4th milkshake and a cocktail. I had been really looking forward to the visit, but although the milkshake was good the service at the bar wasn’t! First I was ignored by one guy who served someone who came in after me, then the guy who did serve me (reluctantly) wasn’t all that helpful when I ordered the cocktail. He was out of one ingredient which is fair enough, but didn’t offer alternatives. When the drinks arrived I tried to pay and move to a table and was told I couldn’t, so sat at the bar. When I eventually went to leave I asked the first guy where to pay and he just slid the glass towards the guy who served me!! Maybe I shouldn’t have gone to the bar, because the service at the tables was great I was told 🤷♀️

This Black Tap is right on the Casino floor of the Venetian Hotel on the strip! The food and service was great!! Because it is inside the casino it was loud however, the food is worth it!!!!

Texas has incredible hamburgers so it's hard to find a restaurant that can compete. We thought we would give this one a try and had some of their unusual hamburgers. Our waiter could care less about waiting on us and the meal was just ok. It seems most people come here to drink or get their shakes but the hamburger meal was expensive enough so we didn't add anything else.

I was craving a really good burger. We were seated outside and had a wonderful table near the Venetian canal and the strip. I ordered the most expensive burger, wagyu beef, $24 plus some extras including 'signature' fries. I ordered by burger medium rare. The waitress advised that the cooks usually cook the meat one level less than usual and I should order my burger medium vs. medium rare. I thought it odd, but I agreed and ordered it medium. I got my burger and my medium was rare or should I say raw. You know when you make a hamburger at home and you have the meat and it has little strands of raw meat that you pack together? This was my cooked burger on the inside. The outside was medium rare (or closer to rare) and I ate the rim of the burger. I complained to the waitress who said she would talk to the mgr. and try and get a credit, but the bill arrived and no credit or apology. We wanted to have fun in Vegas, so we just left the remaining burger and paid the high bill and not complain. I went to my room (at the Venetian) and it started to bug me that my high priced burger was so raw I couldn't eat it. I went back to the restaurant and spoke with a manager (I think) and expressed my disappointment. I said that the chef or cooks should not determine what THEY think is what a hamburger should be cooked as, and they should follow industry standards and what the CUSTOMER wants. The manager, along with our waitress, said that the cooks make the burgers less / lower than what the customer orders. How crazy? How insane? Is everyone supposed to re-assess their meat comfort level because a cook (I can't say Chef) has decided they are right??? This is absolute arrogance and the cooks rule. The manager basically told me that the cooks do this.... so it's their call and decision. We won't be going back, but I highly suggest that if you you go here and want a medium cooked burger that you order it extremely well done so you might get it medium rare - unless the cook decides you must have it rare or raw like we got it.

We went to Black Tap which was recommended by Chris from Mr. Las Vegas tours. We got the burgers which were so delicious. We wished we had room for their shakes which looked incredible. Loved the atmosphere and our server Tony was so nice!! Highly recommend this place!

Weird highly restrictive policies. We were there at 9pm ish on a Monday night. Two adults and two teens 15 & 17. The place is 1/3 full. Most tables and sections are 21 + only. Really? You can’t fill a restaurant with 21+ so you want to continue with this policy?! Asked if we can order take out. We just wanted to try the vegan shake dessert. The hostess sent us to the bar to order. The bartender said it’s not availability for take out. He recommended we should sit down, order it and ask for take out. We went back to let the hostess know who said it’s a 25 min wait and we need to have the shake at the table as it’s not available for take out. I looked at the restaurant which had a lot of empty seats and tables. No thanks! This place is mismanaged and they need to review their policies and fire all the hostesses who do nothing but make the place look busy with the waiting times even when it’s blatantly obvious with all the empty tables.

Love this place, went quite a few times during our stay. Good beer and good food. One of us is vegan, and there were some good options for snacks and meal. Love the broccoli teriyaki, falafel burger was good too

This bar and restaurant serves upscale bar food. We ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, Korean BBQ Wings and the Cake Shake. The burger and wings were outstanding. The Cake Shake is a cake batter milkshake, with vanilla frosted rim with rainbow sprinkles topped with a funfetti cake slice, rainbow sprinkles, whipped cream & a cherry. The milkshake was like no other milkshake we have ever had, with an actual slice of cake on top of the milkshake. The entire meal was an amazing experience. The prices were a little expensive, but well worth it for the quality of food and experience. Our server Tony was top-notch. He was very attentive and met all of our dinning needs. This was an incredible dinning experience.

When at the Venetian Black Tap is a good place for lunch. My husband got a burger I got the chicken salad. The shakes are the best, they have special ones, we just got regular. I love the coffee shake, my husband loves their strawberry. Food and service is good.

We went for lunch on Friday and we’re seated inside immediately. It would have been wait for outside seating. Burgers and fries were average but the shakes are awesome!

We were craving a good burger. Based on the Tripadvisor reviews we decided to try Black Tap. We got good burgers. Both my partner's and my Wagyu burger, were excellent. Sadly, Black Tap leaves a bit to be desired. The hostesses at the front gave us a look like we were interrupting them, when we asked for a table. So much for good first impressions. Thankfully, our server was much better. Black Tap feels it is necessary to play loud distorted music within their premises. When it is so loud, and so distorted, we want to eat and take off. Perhaps this is exactly what they want. The table in front of us ordered a milkshake for the kids, and the family left before ordering any dinner. We cannot say they left because of the noise, but believe some will. If you are going to play loud music, at least invest in a decent speaker and amplifier complement.

Nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating option!! Amazing view if you choose to sit outdoor. Great selection for the milkshakes! They are huge with sweets on the top.

I had the American cheeseburger and the loaded fries. It was excellent. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very chatty and friendly. He made me a good watermelon cocktail. The food here is excellent I highly recommend.

We had lunch here in July. It's a great beer and burger place. There are various "styles" of burgers and toppings....nothing "mind blowing" but still a good burger. The selection of cold beer on tap is sufficient and won't disappoint. Service was fast and friendly. It's located by the sportsbook and can seem rather noisy. They seem to be known for especially over-the-top MILKSHAKES. We haven't tried one YET, but they are huge and look Excellent!

Server was fantastic. Were there a little later in the night but server(s) were all very attentive and full of energy. Food was good. Nothing spectacular but very pricey. To be expected...in Vegas, in the Venetian. Wasn't surprised by the price, just be aware. Shakes -- I know this is the big feature for these guys. They, again, were just okay. Make a shake, stick a cake on tip. Make a shake, stick a cookie on top and crumble some inside. They look good, but really...nothing spectacular. Wouldn't tell you to avoid, but wouldn't go back either.

I went here after day 3 of the nfl draft tbh and it was amazing. I looked at the menus ahd reviews and it seemed like a good place to eat. And it sure was. We ate at the bar and the bar tender was great and offered great recommendations for us. We had the chips and dip. Plus he recommended the BBQ Korean coliflower wings. We're so good. Then had a Bleu cheese hamburger that he recommended. Very tasty hamburger. And make sure to save room for desert. They have amazing huge shakes. Had the peanut butter m&m shake. Was so huge and great. I wish I was there bow so I could have it again. Excellent food and service.

My husband and I took our 2 kids (ages 14 & 12) for dinner, but we came for their epic cake shakes which we had seen on YouTube. They did not disappointment!! They were huge and exactly as other people have posted. I have no idea how, but both kids finished them off. The kids and my husband had burgers, which they said were delicious and I had a Cobb salad (it was enormous & delicious).

We went to the Black Tap for lunch and waited about 15 minutes for a table inside the restaurant which was no problem at all. We had the all American burger with fries and Texan burger with fries. I read a few reviews prior to arriving which suggested asking for your burger to be cooked one up from what you would usually have so asked for medium-well so my burger wouldn't be too rare for me to enjoy. Our server also mentioned this to us too. When my burger arrived it was cooked just how I like it and so I very much enjoyed it. We also had a great table being able to watch all the amazing looking milkshakes being made! We decided against having starters so we would have space for a milkshake after and I'm very glad we did. We had the cakeshake milkshake which is the most crazy milkshake I have ever seen! It was so good and a great way to finish our meal

The burgers here are very good. The music not so much, totally screaming in my ear. Didn’t enjoy the experience. If you don’t like obnoxious blaring music go elsewhere or get it to go.

Try the boozy dole whip !!! So were the milk shakes , and our waiter was very entertaining .. definitely recommend

Delicious food and great service! We had a burger and salad, both were just what we were hoping for. And Joseph gave great service. Definitely recommend and will return!

Good food. Busy location. I had a burger that was very good. I upgraded to the Wagyu beef patty and wasn’t that impressed, of course I also had bacon, cheese, mayo, ketchup, mustard and an onion ring so the flavor profile was a little complex was a little complex. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

We had been to the Black Tap in New York and we wanted to repeat in Las Vegas, since we had loved it. In this case the experience was not so good... the burger was good, but not that good, and I was disappointed with the service and poor efficiency of the waiter who served us.

I recently went to Black Tap for lunch and it was just ok for me. It wasn't bad but it wasn't very memorable either. I started with the fried pickles and they were pretty good. I had the Black Tap Burger Salad as my entree. I was a little disappointed. It wasn't bad but just wasn't what I was expecting. The plate was too small for the salad, making it hard to eat. If I go back, it would probably just be for a shake since I didn't have one this time.

Nice smaller restaurant with a view of a sports bar! We went here because I had read about their amazing milkshakes! I had the Strawberry Short Cake MilkShake which was awesome! We also had a yummy cheeseburger and fries! Good service from a friendly staff!

We waited for around 45 minutes to get our food once we ordered. The burgers were burnt and my chicken sandwich was dry and over-cooked. There was nothing special about the food except for the milkshakes. Not worth the wait.

Burger place in the Venetian with gourmet burgers and super milkshakes. Burger was tasty but no where near the 1/2 lb advertised. Thin Burger. Could not taste the truffles. Disappointed. Milkshake was visually big but mostly whipped cream and brownie. Again could have been better. Sweet potato fries luke warm to cold. Excellent onion rings. Best deal is the chicken fingers freshly made, crispy and great Service was excellent. Music is basically at night club level and left me with a headache. To bad the food doesn't live up to the hype. Pass

My family and I ate here on vacation and we all had burgers and fries and they were the best burgers. We didn't get to try the famous milkshakes but I definitely plan to go back for one. The service was also great. Our server was friendly, prompt and helpful with food choices. I love this place and can't wait to go back. * The music was awesome too 👏 ❤️

Inside the casino of the Venice hotel is hidden this fabulous restaurant where you can taste good American burgers. We had a hard time finding it because with Google maps it was complicated. In the end we were able to find him and we did not regret the laps we had to take. Important to come soon if you want to have a place. In our case the experience was 10, the service super fast and attentive and the burgers a delight. Definitely recommended!

Popped here as always fancied trying one of their crazy shake things. The cookie shake and a Diet Coke was about $21. Glad I tried it, but would try a different flavour next time as the cookie wasn’t the best - don’t think they were freshly baked. Easily share the shake between 2 people, it was basically a big ice cream. Service as expected (sat at the bar)

Following the reviews I thought this would be a great experience was I wrong. The Food was very underwhelming we all had burgers and my husband ordered a milkshake, I was watching the girl prepare the milkshakes and couldn’t believe what I saw, the cream started to melt so she scooped the melting cream off with her gloved hand then shook it off and then proceeded to wipe her gloved hand down her dirty Apron. She then patted the new cream down on the milkshake she was preparing without washing her gloved hand. The food was very average, I had a burger salad it was literally a massive pile of lettuce with a burger on top nothing in the salad apart from the odd bit of cucumber. The burgers were fine but disappointing especially after reading the reviews. The restrooms were filthy the Ladies restroom had excrement all up the wall and a puddle of what looked like urine in front of the toilet and paper towels all over the floor my brother in law said the Mens wasn’t much better. Very disappointing meal and experience.

This place has the most amazing milkshakes!! They are a bit pricey but so worth it! I had the cake one, it came with a full slice of cake on top of the cake batter milkshake. They also have really great food!!

Came in for our sons birthday, wait was 45 min which we expected. Burgers were good. Then there were the shakes…. We ordered two, both were done at the same time but server only grabbed one, while my sons sat at the counter melting. As the server came back in from outside I tried to snag her asking if we could get our other shake and she just says, “ya, in a minute” continuing to walk away never even looking at me! When it did finally get to the table it immediately starting falling apart…. Super irritating. I just don’t know if it’s somewhere I’d feel the need to come back to.

Evening meal with a colleague. 30 min wait on a weeknight around dinner time. Surprising since there were empty tables seen while we waited. Ended up with a nice seat outside by the canal. Service was good throughout the meal. Beers were quick to come out, food took a long while (45 min). Medium rare burger came out well done. Too hungry to wait for another. They took it off the tab, but not acceptable for the wait and advertised price. Not up to par with the other Black Tap locations I have visited.

Restaurant is located in the Venetian Resort on the Strip. It was crowded but there was still room for us (three people). For larger groups definitely book, we have seen several groups standing in vain at the entrance during our dinner... All three of us enjoyed a delicious burger, definitely recommended among all burger joints in LV. The price is quite high but the quality is also such that this is justified. The service is smooth and friendly and delicious beers are served. We have seen the famous shakes pass by but did not order them ourselves, they certainly looked tasty (and big).

We visited this location 3 times during our week stay in Vegas. The food was delicious and the shakes to die for. Our last night, we had an unfortunate long wait. However, the manager made up for it and was definitely worth our time. Great service and friendly staff. Oh, can't forget, the music was always jamming too.

We were so excited! I'd followed their IG for years and we'd booked the venetian for the last stay on our honeymoon. We booked in and after a 2 hr wait I was sooo disappointed! Our waitress was downright rude! I think it was her "craic" as such but she was unpleasant, most definitely in the wrong job. We've been to vegas before and servers are always so polite given how they make their living. This was something else. She was intimidating and off putting. We would never go back! I ordered nachos to share and a milkshake. Hubby enquired about salads then picked one. When it arrived I couldn't understand why he ordered something he would hate but he only realised after he started eating it wasn't the one he had ordered. They were very good and the correct order was brought but the server was sarcastic and put on a big show about having to change it. The top of my milkshake fell (as I'm sure happens very often) I apologied and asked for napkins to clean the table myself. A big sigh and "well that's what I brought the plate for" with a head shake was what greeted me! So uncalled for. Thankfully her shift finished while we were there and we got a new waiter but the experience really but us off.

Black Tap has the best shakes! I got at coffee and my husband the strawberry. You have to use a spoon. They have so many other fancy ones too. We also got burgers they are good too. Located in the Venetian Casino

The reason for my regret is that my review will only ensure a longer wait the next time I visit. We were told there would be an hour an a half wait (they had only been open half an hour when we showed up). We were determined to get milkshakes so we put our name on the list and got into the line. It turned out to only be a fifty minute wait because several groups ahead of us left (people are so impatient). We got a nook table for two in the middle of the restaurant (which is surprisingly small). The atmosphere was fun and our server was great. We ordered our milkshakes and meal at the same time - we were warned that the shakes would be ready in five minutes (before our meal) we were OK with these arriving first (who hasn't started a meal with desert)... The shakes were more like sundaes hovering above a milkshake (huge!!!!). We got the Brooklyn Blackout and a choco taco shake... We had to partially disassemble our shakes to share and enjoy... Our meals came out a few minutes later - burger and a chicken sandwich with generous fries and onion rings... Everything we delicious and we had to get boxes to take our leftovers... The value for the price was good - but next time we're bringing three people and ordering for two... Yum!

Stopped in for lunch during our June vacation we had about a 45 minute wait. Let me say that the wait was worth it. I had a hamburger, which was fantastic! The entire table really enjoyed their food. And of course you cannot eat at the Black Tap and leave without trying one of their crazy milkshakes, or in our case two of them. They were delicious and large enough that the four of us could not finish them!

I visited twice and really enjoyed the excellent draft beer selection. On the second occasion I ordered the Mexican burger which came with an onion ring and jalapenos. This was a good burger, cooked just as I ordered on a nice roll that wasn’t overwhelming. The fries were nice and crispy. There is a bar area that is the perfect place to sit and watch the games being shown at the adjacent sports book.

I was excited about bringing my wife here for dinner. My coworkers and I had an amazing lunch the day before. Upon sitting we were waiting for our server until we saw a roach crawl along our booth. How disgusting!! The hostess seemed nonchalant, while the manager apologized.

We had the Black Tap burger salad and the falafel burger salad. The salads were not good other than the burger part. The lettuce was too oily on top of having dressing on the side and there were way too many pickled onions! However, we did like the shakes so definitely recommend those! Overall, we would try this place again but not the salads.

We checked for a table and we were told it was a 30 minute wait. We asked if we could order a drink at the bar while we waited and the staff said “yes, but if you order food, you give up your table reservation”. So we ordered drinks at the bar and stood at the bar height area next to the bar. The hostess came over and said we cant have our bodies touching the counter bc the manager would yell at them. So we stepped away from the counters. 4 seats opened at the bar so we sat down (which staff said was ok as long as we didnt order food). Another hostess came over and said we arent allowed to sit at the bar if we weren’t ordering food (per the manager’s rules). They told us we had to leave and go to the casino and walk around while we waited for a table…. At that point we took our names off the waitlist and went to In and Out burger. We came to Vegas to eat, drink, enjoy our time and the manager at this restaurant made that impossible.

The vibe in here is unexpected and the best. Hip hop street music playing loud, fun atmosphere. Food was good, my husband enjoyed his burger and I enjoyed my chicken Caesar salad. We did not get a milkshake but it's fun to watch them be served to others.

It’s very noisy here, no good going if you want to have a quiet chat. However the wagyu burger was the tastiest burger I’ve had so we did eat here twice. Didn’t have any of the crazy milkshakes can’t imagine how many calories and how much sugar are in them!! Was hoping to see one tho but none delivered around us on either visit.

The CrazyShake was not only cool to look at, but delicious. We got the Cookies N’ Cream Supreme shake, and didn’t regret it. We also got burgers, but the showstopper here is the shake. The service here is excellent, the hostesses were kind and helpful, the server was cheerful and responsive. We were treated very well, even after spilling strawberry lemonade on the floor on accident, the bussers came quickly to help and tried to get me to stop cleaning, I felt so bad but they were so nice and got everything cleaned up quickly. They have a wonderful staff.

Great size of entree, would suggest splitting if you want a milkshake or app as well. The fried pickles were great, moz app is okay- I liked it without the chipotle dipping sauce provided. The cookie shake was pretty good!

Right off the bat there is a great vibe and atmosphere walking into Black Tap. Friendly staff, great music and decor. Our burgers were excellent and well worth the money. We didn't splurge on a shake however, as we would not have been able to finish our food because they are huge! From the ones we saw, they looked amazing! Great food and service. We will definitely be back on our best trip to Vegas

The food was yummy as were the cocktails and shakes. There was a bit of a wait but besides that it was one of the better meals we had on our trip.

Great service, staff were very attentive and observant but not over bearing. We originally wanted to sit on the bar seat but found it too hot in the sun and the staff noticed and offered to move us and kept our waters topped up. We went at midday and had a great view of the Venician gondolas (nice picture opportunity), they took our number and got a text back within half an hour - not a bother easy to spend time watching the gondolas.

Not a great experience, food was around 50 minutes to arrive at the table after ordering. Sever didn't ask us if we wanted anymore drinks during this time. We ordered the truffle burger, there was definitely no truffle on the 'truffle burger', the mayo had more truffle in then this dish which we paid more then the standard burger for. Onion rings falling apart, not sure if the batter wasn't great or if they had been overdone. Informed server, who did literally nothing apart from say sorry and walk away.

We had to go there because you have to try it. The shake was awesome in theory, but really it wasn't quality ice cream, and they used reddi whip. I don't get it. The shakes are definitely fun. Waitress was great. Onion rings not good. Sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts were pretty good. Cobb salad actually delish. I feel like there were a lot of other places we could have spent that much money, but I guess YOLO. also my son had the truffle burger. He wasn't that impressed.

One of the only things I wanted while I was in vegas was a crazyshake. We finally made it to the black tap to try to get one and the employees were extremely rude. I think I will just figure out how to make my own at home for my daughter's birthday. I won't be back to give these people my money if they don't value their customers.

We ate here because of the good reviews that we saw on Yelp. Our seats were in the middle section because we do not like sitting at high top tables. All the tables in the front of the restaurant are high tops looking out onto the sports betting area. Our booth was comfortable with a wide bench. The bench was a bit low relative to the table top. We did not have a good view of the only TV that we could see because of the bar shelves blocking our line of sight. I tried the Gold Experience Slushie (tequila, passionfruit, vanilla, chili and oloroso sherry with gold flecks). It was delicious but pricey considering the size of the glass. It was in a champagne coupe. For the price, I could have gotten a significantly larger Daiquiri Slushy elsewhere. We both had the Truffle Burger. The Waygu burger was delicious. A nice juicy 1/2-pound wagyu beef patty with Havarti cheese, baby arugula, truffle-yuzu vinaigrette, black garlic peppercorn aioli, shaved parmesan, and truffle oil. It definitely fulfilled our craving for a good burger. My small Caesar Salad was very acidic. It had a vinegary taste rather than the traditional Caesar dressing flavor. The overhead music was fantastic. Lots of R&B and Hip-Hop with a few pop songs sprinkled in. We finished the meal with the COOKIES ‘N CREAM SUPREME OREO SHAKE (vanilla frosted rim with crushed Oreos topped with a ‘cookies ’n cream’ sandwich, crumbled Oreo, whipped cream & chocolate drizzle). This was an absolutely delicious and decadent dessert.

This place has very good food. The service was good. And the shakes were enormous. We were all very pleased with our food and the service was friendly and fast. I would recommend this place.

Oh my goodness. The best burger my wife and I have ever tasted. See tik tok videos of this place and decided to try. Absolutely delicious. Very nice place too. Spotless. Great menu. Raging I didn't get to try their milkshakes. I would fly back to Vegas for one of these burgers 👌✈️

Wow this place was super delicious! We knew we wanted shakes so ordered appetizers for our meal. The chicken strips and sauces were SO delicious. My husband ordered the wings and they were HUGE. Very tasty. We each ordered a shake and they were just as good as they looked. Would definitely come back.

We sat at the bar and got great service from the bar tender. We just had cocktails, beers, and apps. Cocktail was excellent, beers ice cold, cheese sticks were average. We had previously tried to get a "to go" order over the phone but they would only take the orders in person. 18% is for gratuity is an automatic add on the ticket (even to go orders) as is the case with most of the dining on the strip in Las Vegas. As for the shakes they are very pretty and outrageously topped but we chose not to order one as we noticed they were made with soft serve in lieu of hard ice cream. Can not speak to the burgers.

Love this place, have visited one in New York and remember the shakes being delicious and beyond filling. My husband and I visited around 11.30am, was quite a queue but we were seated straight away was a nice hot day (in Nov!!) so we sat outside. I had the All American burger and my husband had the crispy chicken burger both were very tasty and filling. Our server was polite, friendly and attentive

I don't know what they gain by not giving reservations and expecting people to wait up to 2 hours? confusing.

The burger was absolutely delicious! My wife and I thought it was the best food of our trip... and we are at the Eiffel Tower. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Without a doubt I would come back to this place! The shake was a lot of fun too and really good.

We were looking for a place to sit poutside and have a drink and a snack, and saw this great option in the VenetianHotel! Where else can you find a salad for nine dollars and a large draft beer for $11 in a high-end hotel on the Las Vegas trip? First Place that we found before this. I ordered the coconut rum slushy, which was very small, but strong and perfect for the 107° weather we are having on this trip! It was very nice to sit and eat overlooking the lagoon with the gondoliers and listen to them sing in Italian right before they unloaded their customers at the dock right in front of our table!

Service was excellent and loved the vibe of the place. However, my burger was under done. I asked for medium and it was very rare. Had it not been for that, it would have been a great visit.

Great seat, we were in a couples booth. Server was attentive. Good beer on tap and enjoyed a shake. The shake looks bigger in the pics we had seen, but still all was delicious!

We visited the Black Tap on a Wednesday evening for some food, we found the quality of the food and the price to be really good, especially the price by Vegas standards, well worth a visit.

A second star just because the people were friendly. Food is awful. Burger is basic and barely better than fast food. Fries are soggy. Wings are squishy and not at all crisp on the outside. Caesar salad is not Caesar salad. Leaf lettuce, powdered cheese and sun dried tomatoes?

The wait was deceivingly long. We were told 20-30 min and it ended up being 45 min, and only if we settled for the bar. They failed to mention that half the place was closed for a private event and the outside area was closed. Very poor communication. Once seated, service was fine and food was good. Cauliflower appetizer was awesome! Burgers were good. Their regular fries are uninspiring.

This was the first place I experienced in Vegas. We were seated right away because we chose to sit at the bar, bartenders were very attentive. Restaurant serviced wagyu burgers! Of course they weren't cheap, but they were yummy. They were served pretty fast. The burger was served with french fries, so between the two we were so full we couldn't even think dessert. Which disappointed me cause their shakes were huge, and looked yummy. Place was great.

The crispy brussel sprouts and the teriyaki broccoli were both very good, and my friend enjoyed the oreo milkshake. The server was nice enough. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad either.

Nice spot for lunch , the burgers were good , would've better if our burgers weren't overcooked , we ordered medium and they were closer to well done . One gripe was the Hostess told us an hour wait , so we decided to stay busy nearby and literally 5 minutes later , got a text our table was ready . The shakes at this place looked amazing but were so big , they were a meal in itself . Would go back for the shakes .

We went here so the bairn could have one of the famous milkshakes. To be honest the milkshakes are over rated in my opinion. We did have some snacks here and they were really nice. The location is ideal but with food left on tables outside, it attracted pigeons and flys pretty rapido. They could do with sorting out the cleaning system in there as well.

My 3rd time at Black Tap and 2nd time at this location. They have some of the best burgers not just in Vegas, but the country and the world! Their shakes are also amazing. This time I went with my friends during my bachelor party trip to Vegas. They all absolutely loved and some said it was the best burgers they've ever had! The service is also top teir! We sat at the bar and the bartenders, Dakota and Nikki, were super helpful, friendly, and fun! I have made a point to coming here at least once every visit to Vegas!

The ABSOLUTE BEST burger I have ever had! I ate the entire thing! The cheese was thick and the burger was so juicy and flavorful! I sat at the bar and the bartender was fast on getting my order and drink. Make sure you try their ranch dressing! Yum yum

Great food. Both the burger and chicken sandwich we ordered were succulent and tasty. A fab pickle was included on the plate. Thoroughly enjoyed this place and will return to try a shake. Robert our server was great, prompt taking order and bringing us water. Drinks were good, the frozen cosmo was finished with a lychee which was a nice touch.

We actually missed visiting the Black Tap in New York, so this time we had to go visit in Las Vegas, We had both Sweet and Savoury visits, knowing we couldn't do both without feeling stuffed. Savoury, was Nachos and Chicken Tenders with a couple of drinks. Really good food, and a vast choice of drinks. Sweet and Salty Shake, was Penut Butter based with mountains of additional sweet goodness! Had to share one as we both knew one each was just too much. Followed by yet again more fine drinks. A great place to eat and or drink with loads of choice

Well the shakes are crazy big and packed with extras. The frozen drinks are very good (try the dreamcicle my wife had 3) It sits next to the sports book and you can watch the games facing out and enjoy the menu. Food was good. Bar service was great. Overall it is worth the stop

Great burgers but sickly milkshake which was just too much even shared. Sticky seats and bland service.

One of the juiciest burgers I have ever had and the loaded fries were incredible !!! They managed to keep the fries crispy and that never happens with loaded fries. I would say it’s one of the best burgers I have ever had .. and definitely the best loaded fries ever

The manager was rude and obnoxious. I would go elsewhere. There are many dining options in Vegas. I would not come back here.

If you're in or near The Venetian, stop here and get a bite to eat. The cocktails are on point, the service is personable and great, and the burgers are incredible. I had a Mulberry Burger (previously award-winning) loaded with peppers, soprasetta, prosciutto, parmesan, provolone cheese, with garlic mayo. Fries are great too. The Smoke on the Water cocktail was delicious. Smoked salt, watermelon wedge, vodka, and agave nectar. I wish I had room for a CrazyShake, but that will have to be my reason to fly out and visit again! Sit outside if you can, and enjoy the scenery, the gondolas, and the people watching on the Strip!

I was told this place had the best burgers on the strip so I had to try it and everyone was right! I got the wagyu steakhouse burger with fries and a side of truffle sauce and the dill ranch sauce. The burger was so juicy and delicious the meat was so tender, the bacon was great and the sauce was bomb. The fries were crispy and both sauces were so so good. I have no complaints I would come here over and over I ate every last bite and the service was great. I definitely recommend this place and it was reasonably priced.

Amazing food and drinks! Great spot to grab a bite after a show at the Venetian. Food was fire🔥 Drinks were strong and tasty. Didn't have room for a crazy shake, but they looked delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Food and customer service was great! I had the chili cheese burger with sweet potato fries. It was to die for…cook well done with just the right amount of pink. Cooked perfectly! The outside view is amazing and great for people watching.

The shakes here were super overpriced. They are around $16 here, and you could probably get them for a maximum of $10 anywhere else. They weren’t even standout. The Caesar salad wasn’t very good. We had to ask for croutons, and the dressing was very acidic. The service was not very good either.

Seriously tasty. Stayed in the Palazzo at the Venetian and kept walking past, had to go in eventually and pleased I did. Sat at the bar, quick service and fantastic meal. Pictures attached doesn’t do it justice at all. Highly recommend

Our enjoyable dining experience started from the moment we walked into the restaurant. Amazing staff members that make you smile during your whole dining experience. Our table ordered beef & chicken burgers which were very tasty plus our cold beverages. Our server Alberto kept us smiling & ensured we had a great dining experience.

This is not a place to go for a healthy meal, but if you are ready to indulge, this is the spot for you! The burgers (veg options available) and milkshakes were delicious and photo-worthy!

Went here for lunch. Both had burgers but slightly different. As we both wanted our burgers well done they took a little longer than expected but once we got them - OMG. Both really tasty and get sized portion. Would definitely recommend.

The burgers here are quite good -- I had the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger which was delicious. My husband had the All-American Burger. Fries were good -- not bad, not great (I wish I'd ordered onion rings). I had the Cakeshake because I wanted a picture of it for Instagram, lol. It's very pretty. Service was good. Music is a little too loud. I'd definitely go back if in Vegas and in the mood for a burger.

While staying at the Venetian we popped into Black Tap for lunch . Grabbed two seats at the bar and had draft beer and burgers . Bartender was really good and the burgers came out perfectly prepared and delicious . Certainly as good as any burger we've had , would definitely return .

The Good: Burgers were okay, nothing to write home about. Drinks were tasty. The Bad: Caesar salad was huge lettuce strips that had to be all cut up before suitable to eat. The Ugly: Music was so loud it made our dining experience unpleasant. Wouldn't go back for that reason.

So this is the place when your in Vegas to go to. This was by far the best food I have ever had. It was 4 of us and we did the feeds 4 WAGYU sandwich. Well honestly this will really only feed 2 depending how hungry you maybe. But let me tell you that meat was AMAZING. I was upset only to get a tease. We ended up ordering some tenders and I’ll have to say even those were great. We kept seeing their signature shakes go out and decided each couple share one. Let me tell you not only do they look great they taste great. My fiancé ate the candy and the popsicle while I ate/drank the shake. We dug into the sandwich to quick so I can’t show you but I did get the picture of the shake I had. They even had awesome music playing. I wanted to ask them for a copy of what they were playing. My only down side to the place is no pictures. Like not even on their walls were pictures of what they serve. Somethings including this sandwich was new to us so to get an idea we would of ordered 2 right away. So wish they had more pictures of their items and definitely desserts. We had to attempt to Google and see what we could see until desserts started going out did we actually know what they looked like. Also if there is a wait make sure your party knows you all have 10 minutes to all get there because until all of you are there your not getting seated. After 10 minutes your table goes to the next people. And your back waiting.

Got there as they were closing after a concert. They were very nice and accommodating despite the late arrival. The beer selection was nice. The burgers were great. The Onion rings were amazing - thick and sweet - the best we have ever had. Then there was the milkshake. Over the top -= expensive but worth it. Such interesting flavor combinations.

Friendly staff! Great beer on tap as well as craft cocktails. Tried the salad with cheese burger on top quite filling and different!

We visited with our family and had the most amazing milkshakes. A strawberry shake which you had to eat your way through cotton candy and a giant lollipop to get to. A cookie shake you had to get past a really large and tasty piece of cake to get to the shake. Great service, great shakes, and really great burgers, not that any of us had room to eat them all by the time we finished our shakes! Get there 15-20 minutes before opening at lunchtime to avoid long lines.

Was hesitant to go here after reading the negative reviews, but thankfully we had a positive experience. A line starts forming outside the restaurant at 11:30 and by noon when it opens there is a massive wait. The process is archaic and disorganized, and should be addressed. Luckily, we got an amazing waitress who was friendly and attentive. The burgers and fries were the best we had throughout our entire vacation in Vegas. Unfortunately, they ran out of ingredients for the cookies & cream shake, so we ordered the sweet & salty which was amazing and cakeshake which was just okay. Overall, worth the effort to dine here.

Husband and I thought we would try Black Tap for lunch since it had burgers and shakes. The burgers are mediocre at best. I had the chili cheese burger and the husband had the wygu burger. For the price and quality I would have rather bought one at home. The fries were tasty though. My husband had the loaded fries that came with this garlic sauce and cheese on them. Definitely one of the best parts of the meal. But we were so let down by the burger I couldn't force myself to spend another $20 on a shake. Hopefully others have better luck!

Stopped by on way to The Sphere. Unfortunately, the patio was understaffed, so we took a table inside facing the Sportsbook of the Venetian. We were greeted immediately and ordered drinks. Drinks came quickly and we ordered lunch. The Wagyu burger was delicious and cooked to perfection. Burger was not small, either- full 1/2 lb! Burger toppings crisp and fresh….Fries were hot and crisp. Their milkshakes are absolutely decadent and totally over the top- and delicious! Overall very nice experience and would return.

We went to Black Tap at 19:00 and was greeted by a friendly member of staff and was told there was a 30 minute wait for a table for 4 - no issues especially for the time we wanted dinner. Received a message within 15 minutes - bonus! Fantastic food selection for all, had a main meal, which was amazing! Then finished off with some crazy shakes which were out of this world!

Probably the best crispy chicken sandwich I have ever eaten followed by a milkshake that will knock your socks off! Amazing presentation and super friendly staff as well. Really good time and will definitely go back the next time we are in Las Vegas!

This Black Tap had great food and service, but the atmosphere of it being inside a casino really made the experience less fun. We recommend going as the food and crazy shakes were great and the staff was excellent but be advised about casino vibe and the resultant large amount of cigarette smoke and the smell of smoke

This place is SUPER popular. Great ambiance and customer service! Their shakes are not only beautiful but gigantic! They also have really great entrees including burgers which they are known for. I had a side salad, the arugula, which was super yummy. My friend had chicken fingers which she said were pretty good. Also tasty is their main salad as well as their Old Fashioned burger with mushrooms, caramelized onions and horseradish sauce which I had without the bun and was super yummy! Friend had the Impossible Burger with bacon and said was yummy. Some of my other friends had the table fries with the “special sauce” (so great!) and the truffle Mayo. Friends also had the cotton candy and New York cheesecake milkshake which they said were very tasty!

Well first of all, ask for Adrian to be your server!! He was AMAZING! He knew the menu inside and out and will guide you through. He is very well seasoned in the food industry and his recommendations were spot on! We started out with the Smoke on the Water, Mic Ultra, Nashville Hot Chicken Wings and Korean BBQ Cauliflower. Should have stopped there but also ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger to split with onion rings. Needless to say, we needed "doggie" bags to go. Actually everything was truly OUTSTANDING! The burger was cooked to PERFECTION!! We haven't had a burger cooked like this in ages!!! Most chefs just don't understand the concept of medium rare...this place does! The wings and cauliflower had the best flavor and served with delicious buttermilk dill sauce. Craving them now! Truly a wonderful meal. Unfortunately too full to try one of those awesome milkshakes! Great Place, Great Vibe, Great People! Go and enjoy!!!! We will be back! And do ask for Adrian ....He is truly AWESOME!

Enjoyed good selection of food and drinks… very friendly and competent staff (Thanks Andrew) … good IPA recommendation

We had a great experience at Black Tap! Our server Hugo was so wonderful and personable! We had the onion rings which were HUGE and delicious! Then we had the cookies and cream shake, it was delightful! The burgers looked delicious but we really just came for the shake! We would definitely go back!

The wait is long but the food is worth it! If you come to Black Tap you need to get more than just a fancy shake because their burgers are THE BOMB. I got the bison burger and the elderflower froze. Both were out of this world! A must go to in Vegas!

From the hostess stand with tons of personality to the service and huge amounts of food and oversized shakes it was a great experience. Go hungry, have a shake! We had the Oreo shake and the cookie shake. Our table gave us a great view of Crazy Shake so we could see the shakes being made. Their creations are beautiful. As if that's not enough, the food was better-than-bar-food. Our sandwiches were all huge and you could tell made fresh.

We ordered beers, chicken finger appetizer, and wagyu burgers. The chicken fingers came out first. They were great. Then came the beers and burgers. The burgers were entirely unimpressive. We won't go back.

We had planned to stop here on our short Vegas trip. To avoid the wait, we showed up when they opened at 11am and sat down immediately. We had fried pickles, which were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the fried mozzarella. I had a chicken sandwich and my friend had a burger. Both were great. I was slightly disappointed because their online menu didn’t match the in store menu, and the options I really wanted weren’t available. The service was top notch!

Seats at the bar are seat yourself, so we sat there. Very uncomfortable. I had the bison burger (had caprese style toppings with pesto mayo). I asked for medium and got well done. It was dry but the ingredients on the burger made it taste delicious. I also had the sweet and salty crazy shake which was so fun and amazing. Great price for what you get! Service was ok. The server was very nice but seemed a little overwhelmed and it took forever to get our check and then forever to pay it. Overall, fun experience.

We had such an amazing time on our first visit so we came back again. Chicken tenders on repeat with the dill ranch, and of course we got a birthday cake shake, yum! Ordered onion rings this time and they weren't good, unfortunately. They were pale, limp, and kind of soggy, like they were undercooked. We left the whole plate behind. Everything else was excellent! A neat place to eat with a fun menu and (mostly) delicious food. Service was just ok this time.

Typical American portions. I had nachos and the signature strawberry milkshake. Nachos were delicious but couldn't finish them. The milkshake was delicious too. Candyfloss and double cream - wow!

Sat at the bar, the burgers were great, Daniel was an amazing server and the peanut butter sweet and salty shake was amazing!

Delicious food, generous portions. Service could have been better but then again, it was a very busy night for them. Seating was kind of tight unless you had a large party. It was only 2 of us and the table seating was kind of small, no elbow room. Overall, good experience.

Yes, expensive, but SO worth it. Even the veggies my kids gobbled up and i heard: broccoli never tasted this good, this cauliflower it yummy, the brussel sprouts sauce rocks, make this please? I recommend the Key Lime shake. Incredible.

This was my favorite place to eat during our stay in Vegas! I had the bison burger with a side salad..delicious!! The whole family loved the food!! Great menu to choose from. Portions were perfect. The shakes were super fun and sooo good. We shared one because they are pretty big. The shake ms come with a extra dessert on top. We had a chocolate shake that came with 2 large size brownies on top. Plenty for four people. Service was very good. We went early.. about 5pm, and had a 30 minute wait. But they text you and give you 10 minutes to get back. We sat outside and watched the gondolas go by. Perfect!

Absolutely the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Cooked to perfection and layers of flavor! Fantastic fries too. We upgraded from the basic fries to the smothered and the hot, and both were great! The desserts are amazing to see and worth a trip just to snap a picture!! Which I did because we were all too full to order one. Even with our teenaged son, we left food on the table.

We went here for lunch. 3 of us had the Steakhouse Wagyu Burger and 1 had the Falafel Salad. All items were cooked correctly and were delicious! The spicy fries are amazing. We had 4 milkshakes and they were so big and hard to finish. Everything was so good and the staff was nice as well. We will be back!

This was truly my favorite place to eat the whole week. The waitress was on her game with our 7 top. We never had to ask her for anything. Our drinks were always full. My burger was cooked to perfection. The milkshakes were over the top.

Went for lunch, promptly seated, fairly busy. Service was very good. The Korean wings and the burger were good, as were the fries. The onion rings are thick. Need better paper napkins, too small and flimsy

Good service, accommodated our party of 8+ on time. Did make reservations. Sat outside which was gorgeous. Ordered the traditional waygu burger with fries. So delish! Sister got the chicken tenders which were probably the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had!

Ordered the queso burger. It was good, just needed more queso. The cali chicken sandwich was good, the prime burger was good. Onion rings were nice size and crunchy. We ordered a shake with Kaluha - very tasty.

Not sure what is going on in Vegas but this was another restaurant with disappointing service. Hostess was very curt. Sat at the bar, bartender was efficient but seemed somewhat annoyed to be waiting on us. Good beer menu. Just like everything on the strip it was overpriced. The chicken Caesar salad my husband ordered was good but not $18 good. The Wagyu Steakhouse Burger (sub Bleu for pepper jack) was the best burger I've ever had in my life. Worth $24? Hmmm, not sure I'd order it again but I'm OK w/having it once.

Even though underground at Venetian casino, nice pub, with great vibe, good food (at least burger I've tried) and good craft beer.

Black Tap is always a great experience. Excellent burgers, plenty to eat, good service and great atmosphere. We had burgers and wings, and shared 2 of the massive Crazy Shakes between 6 of us! We always visit when in Vegas. But save room for the shakes!

My husband and I were seated at 11:35 am for lunch. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come over to take our order, and then another 45 minutes to get our food (and mine was just a Caesar salad - you can't tell me that it takes 45 minutes to make one!). My husband had requested no salt on his fries and they arrived salted. The food was decent, and our seat on the outdoor patio was very nice with a lovely view of the Venetian gondolas. But I can only give it 3 stars because of how long we sat there. Next time we'll just do takeout.

My best friend was in town from Austin and seeking a fun view with outdoor dining, we headed down to the Strip to eat at Black Tap, located at the Palazzo down by the sports book. Parking is thankfully still free at the Venetian, which is one thing that'll bring locals like me down to the touristy area. The restaurant is located on the Strip with a stunning view of the fake Grand Canal and the gondolas. It's a cool atmosphere, and you can pretend you're in Venice if you squint your eyes just right. Black Tap has set up a really nice outdoor dining area with shaded awnings and comfy chairs. Note if you have a handicapped person with you or someone needed a wheelchair, there are about 4 steps you must go down and up in order to dine outside on the patio. The menu here is so appealing -- gourmet burgers, fries, and eye-popping milkshakes. I wanted to order just about everything listed. Prices are touristy, with $22 burgers and $19 milkshakes! They do have an extravagant Golden Knights shake that took every ounce of restraint for me not to order. We started with an order of overpriced fried mozzarella ($11) at our waiter's suggestion, and it was pretty good. Nice and melty cheese with not-too-thick breading and a killer homemade tomato sauce. The portion size was really small, but I loved the freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil on top. It was a nice presentation and tasted great. For lunch, I ordered the chili cheese burger ($21), which was a prime burger patty with house chili, American cheese, "frizzled" onions, and what was described as a "zesty cheese sauce." I really don't like American cheese, so I asked for cheddar. No problem. All burgers come with french fries or you can pay extra for onion rings, a salad, or sweet potato fries. I ordered the sweet potato fries. When my food arrived, they messed up the side. I had regular fries and not the sweet potato fries I ordered. They did fix the mistake right away and didn't charge me for the regular fries but let me keep them, much to my potato-loving hubby's delight. Our server quickly brought out a side plate of sweet potato fries that I ordered. The regular fries were really good, very fluffy texture inside and super crispy on the outside. They were piping hot with just the right saltiness. My sweet potato fries on the other hand were mushy and soft, and were served cold. I was really disappointed, and ended up taking most of them home (they were excellent when heated up in the oven the next day). My burger was good, but not great. The bun was disappointing and a little stale, but I don't usually eat burger buns anyway. The toppings were all extremely high quality, which is a big plus when it comes to burger joints. My meat was cooked to a perfect medium-well temperature as requested, and the seasonings were on point. The cheddar cheese I added was also high quality, but I didn't see any of the supposed "zesty cheese sauce." I adored the chili too, NO BEANS and lots of tomatoes. It was wonderful on the burger. The frizzled onions were just French's onions from a can, which was a huge letdown considering how good the other toppings were. The burgers come with a half sour pickle (not dill), and lettuce - tomato. But if you want ANYTHING extra of have ANY substitutions, it's gonna cost you. That's why I can't rate Black Tap higher: they nickel and dime you to death, even when they have expensive burgers to begin with. Want something besides fries? That'll cost extra. Want to swap out one cheese for another? That's another $2. Want a side of ranch? Give us an additional $1. It started to get ridiculous! The two sides of ranch my friend was brought were outrageously tiny. Each of the teeny tiny sides probably held no more than a tablespoon of ranch. (See photos). As locals, we love supporting restaurants on the Strip, and two of our favorite places in town are on the Strip. I really liked Black Tap, but I can't see us going back very often (if at all) because of all the unexpected "gotchas." That's just an annoying business practice, especially when most restaurants are happy just to have paying customers.

I went here in April tbh and I loved it so I had to go back in September and take my mom there. Had her try the bbq cauliflower wings, and then we tried the Chilli burger which was really good. Never had it before but was great. And of course had to try the big sweet n salty peanut butter shake which is always a must. 1 of my fav places to eat there. Always good.

Outdoor dining is available, overlooks the V's gondola ride/lake. We split a burger and fries ($21) , and a fancy cake shake (about $20). This was more than enough food for two average eaters. The burger was excellent, cooked as requested. The cake shake was fun and delicious. Would NOT recommend ordering a cake shake to eat solo, as they are big and the sugar overload would be ridic. However, if that is all you were going there for, then go for it. For outdoor dining/people watching experience in Las Vegas, this is a reasonably priced option for sure, and good food. We will return next time we want a GOOD burger on the strip without paying outrageous prices. price was about $50 incl tip.

We just went for ice cream and it's a good thing we didn't eat first! The shakes are absolutely worth every penny and none of us finished the whole thing! The server was awesome, I wish I remembered her name but we were there on a Wed night and didn't want to wait for a table (45-60 minutes) so we sat by the wall in front of the bar.

The crazy shakes drew us in. We had seen them on social media and we wanted to give them a try. Neither my partner, not I were really hungry, so we ended up ordering the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders and the Fried Mozzarella (with its amazing chipotle tomato sauce) to share. The burgers looked absolutely amazing, but I could not have handled it, unfortunately. What we did order was excellent. I recommend both. We followed up with a Brooklyn Blackout Crazyshake. The shake was very good, but also very messy. It's a very popular gimmick, but is more style over function. That's pretty much Vegas in a nutshell though. Definitely get one, but expect a mess after about 60 seconds! We had about a 30 minute wait (they text you), so you can either hang at the sportsbook or check out the slots while you wait. One of us won enough waiting to pay for this meal and the meals the next day. Hopefully you have similar luck! The service was top notch. You guy was excellent and deserved the nice tip.

I had they’re all American burger and it was good it was a little undercooked however. And they were out of pickles which I love with my burger. Service was good I set at the bar. Definitely not the cheapest burger in town but tasty.

First time I had to send food back - we ordered the Nashville Hot Wings & Sweet Potato Fries. The wings were ice cold in the center. Once they made us new wings & fries, they were both good. The wings are very hot. Anthony, our server was very nice and understanding about the cold food, but did not offer us anything for the inconvenience.

Very good hamburgers. Also ordered the cauliflower appetizer. They were very tasty. Reasonable prices.
Good but pricey
The burgers are quite expensive in my opinion. I'm not from the Vegas area and it seemed that everything is pricey. It was $23 for the Wagyu steakhouse burger. It was really good, but I'm not sure it was worth the price. The fries were decent. We shared a cake shake for $17. In my opinion, that shake was definitely not worth the price. While very cool looking, the shake itself tasted like vanilla ice cream instead of cake batter flavor. The cake on top of it was not good at all. Our hostess was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
