Pizza your way fresh and reasonably

By P7623GLjohnk |

The pizza was very good and we fed 3 teens and my self for under 40 dollars. Each had our own personal pizza and one small salad.

Great taste...just enough

By Stephanie M |

This was my first time trying Blaze. I was very impressed. I ordered the BYO ( build you own) meat eater. They allow you to add all you want and whatever you want for $8.25 or you can do half a pizza with a salad for the same price. I opted for the entire pizza but it was just enough and just the right size. The staff was ok. This was a great price for what I received. The pizza was so tasty I literally ate it all. I would go again.

Seriously tasty

This is a seriously tasty pizza at a bargain price. We went with the "do it yourself variety" - excellent. Order on-line for outstanding, techno service and the kids working at the place were great

Have It Your Way On Gluten Free Or Regular

By GPSMike |

We have probably eaten here 2 times a week for the last 6 weeks and love it. I read one review where the customer didn't like the way his was NOT cooked and basically said it was OK. After eating here many times we feel the thin crust and the ingredients are good quality. We can't find a better personal pizza that you can LOAD UP with as much or as little of whatever you like. We split this $8.45 pizza and build it to the way we like it and it is not overfilling for us but just right. Most people get their own and not split as we do. The staff is very accommodating and the place gets a 100% from the health department. We recommend you give it a shot more than 1 time.

First visit

I visited Blaze due to a promotional coupon. I'm glad I ordered it because I may not have known it was there. We got it to go and the entire process from ordering to being able to take it out was about 13 minutes. I got a pepperoni pizza. It was a good size. The pepperoni were kind of spicy so my daughter took hers off of her slices. I didn't mind. My daughter also ordered a S'mores cookie and she enjoyed it. I would go back if in the area and had a taste for pizza.

Good pizza

By jeanettegaspard |

Never had Blaze Pizza before. It was good. Had the red vine with chopped garlic. It is similar to the Margherita pizza. I like that the pizza can be for a single serving. I like the cocoanut water as well. The straws said it was made from plants. I had to get 4 due to the fact that it easily cracks resembling like a glow stick crack.

Great service, value, and taste for 1 type of crust only!

By FREQTRAV12 |

Tried this place based on a recommendation and loved the great service, value, the very fresh and tasty looking toppings, and the sauce selections. The interior is hip looking and has some nice booths to hang with friends. Employees keep the room very clean. The only downside is my personal preference regarding bread as you only have the one choice of thin but tasty crust. Would like to see more choices or maybe at least a thicker outer ring crust for us bread lovers.

Great Gluten Free Pizza!

By Delisi Friday |

As someone with celiac disease, it is REALLY hard to find good gluten free pizza AND a place where I won’t get glutened from cross contamination. This place had it all. The pizza crust was thin and cooked to perfection. The toppings were all fresh. The ingredient options were plentiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you have celiac disease or not. The pizza really was delicious and it was made quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long. And the restaurant was clean. It’s also in a nice retail strip type location so there’s plenty of open parking in the front.

Amazing pizza!

I went to Blaze this morning because I kept hearing the pizza so was good & you can pick your own toppings. I ordered mine to go, but it was smelling so good, I had to try a slice in the car. It was so good I burned the roof of my mouth. I definitely will be back.

Fast, but good pizza. Really enjoyed it.

This was my first time getting Blaze. It was really good. Everything tasted really fresh. The selection was good, it was reasonably priced, and the employees were all friendly. I'll be back.

Same Concept as former Tenant...Same execution.... Just Ok

By TripTipDad |

Blaze Pizza took over the spot that a prior "call out what you want on your individual pizza" left... and the concept is virtually identical. Pick your crust, pick your sauce, your cheese, your toppings... and then step back and let them cook your pizza in a hot oven (this time with real fire blazing in the back of the oven and no it's not wood fired) whereupon your pizza will pulled from the oven, cut (odd... 3 cuts, not 4??? Why?), and served for eat in or take out. The concept isn't fancy. I feel certain the toppings are "artisanal" - which if you can define that in a way that alters the actual taste of the food, I'll treat you to a pizza here.... (pssst... it means made in a non-mechanised, "artisan" way). O.....K...... in any event... it's all fine. It's all ok. The kitchen is a abuzz with people working an assembly line.... They literally put a metalic number in the middle of your pizza while it cooks and then have to fish it off the pizza... I don't care really, I just found that one kind of .... odd, but whatever.... In the end, here's the trouble for me.... I've been twice. Both times... pizza is undercooked. Dough stays too doughy.... the pizza isn't cooked consistantly through. And the dough is literally the worst part of the pizza.... What do you need to make good pizza? You need three things. 1. A balanced and good tasting crust, 2. proprietary, awesome pizza sauce that is well seasoned... either spicy or sweet... or for giggles... both... 3. a blend of cheeses that you can cook consistantly so that it's cheesy, but actually cooked in such a way... that when it cools... you don't lose the nice flavors and 4... and this is mucho importante...you need to cook the pizza correctly. You can use all the artisanal ingrediants you want. You can steam press the heck out of your dough. You can use fancy little metal numbers to ID the pizzas... but you have to cook the pizza correctly. Twice... mine wasn't. The flavors are fine. They really are.... this concept can certainly work... but watch out for inconsistant cooking and don't hesitate to tell the pizza oven paddle worker that you want an extra minute or so in the oven..... Then, it's probably just fine. Will it ever be the best pizza I've eaten? Nope, not by a long shot. Will it be better than one of the fast delivery joints? Yes it will. If they cook it enough..... Service was responsive. Folks were nice and pleasant. That's a plus for this location. Nice staff can make up for substandard cooking, sometimes. It's decent value. Just cook the pizza.

Delicious Pizza in Atlanta

I really like Blaze because it accommodates everyone's dietary restrictions. I went with a friend who has food allergies and we were both very satisfied. I really enjoy the build your own pizza because it is a good value if you enjoy eating pizza with a lot of toppings. I also like the lemonade there. There was sanitizer available and all the staff members were wearing their masks properly.

Very Good Pizza Very Good Service

By william s |

Excellent choices of fresh ingredients with the pizza made in front of you and per your directions. They even have gluten free dough. They also serve a choice of salads. Once you order and pay, drinks are self service. They have the regular soda choices plus four excellent special lemonaide choices. They also have draft and bottled beers. There is both inside and outside seating. It was an excellent preopera pizza Stop.

Very good fresh pizza

By Bruce M |

Very good pizza made with fresh ingredients. The sauce is very good . I had the red vines. It’s like a margarita pizza. The garlic knots are good. They have cheese baked into them. I had the regular crust and it is thin. Very good

Tasty Pizza

By Jeremy C |

Tried them for the first time recently and thought the pizzas were delicious, and really liked how you can pick from among a long list of toppings. This let everyone get their own pizza with exactly the toppings that they wanted. Only downside is that the salad was small and over-priced.

BBQ Chicken Pizza = Delicious!

By Jim G |

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Service was fast and friendly and the BBQ Chicken pizza really hit the spot! If you are on the clock and need a delicious, fresh pizza you are in good hands at Blaze!

Disappointed

By Mwilliams1015 |

The Pizza got this rating to a 3. The service needs improvement. The tables were dirty. I asked for the table to be cleaned and no one ever came. I ended up wiping off the table myself. The dining room needed to be cleaned and the work area floor is dirty. I have not seen anyone attempting to clean the sitting area. The pizza was fairly decent, not EXTRAORDINARILY good, but if the experience would have been better, maybe the pizza would be more memorable.

Perfect Party

We hosted the "rehearsal dinner" for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah at Blaze. Had 40 people, many of which had picky food preferences and everything was seamless and easy. Food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. Great Job, Blaze!

Sauces for Pizza Who Knew

By Keke L |

This was my first visit to Blaze. Having been reared in New York where pizza was made by Italians I can honestly say I have the palate to determine what good authentic pizza is. I liked that Blaze offered an alternative crust to flour. The taste was not bad at all. It was ok. Blaze is the first pizza place that I know of that offers sauces for their pizza. That was cool and difderent.

Never had a worse pizza experience. Ever.

None of the phone numbers listed on the website worked. The number we found in Google worked but was never answered. No one came out to curbside with the order. When picked up inside, they did not say that anything was wrong with the pizzas, but we would soon find out many toppings were missing on each of 3 different pizzas, including the MAIN ingredient. Inside they did not offer to help with the order, did not give lids for cups, were not helpful. Each of the three pizzas was missing key ingredients. In one case, we ordered the spicy chorizo pizza and it came with NO CHORIZO. They just made it without the main item and said NOTHING. No remark at pickup, no email or phone call about missing ingredients, no offer for substitutions. NO communication. of any kind, even inside in person. Upon returning to complain, they simply said they were out of those ingredients, as if it was OUR fault for ordering wrong. Nothing was listed missing when we ordered and nobody said anything. And when we return it, no explanation and not even the word SORRY much less an actual apology. We were not offered any compensation, nothing to make up for their bad service that we paid for except a refund. It took an hour and half to get three wrong pizzas and another 40 minutes to get a refund. No replacement food for our meal, no apology. Rude employees. RUDE, unhelpful, incompetent manager. Terrible service, terrible crew/staff, terrible pizza. Do not eat here, you will regret it.

Great food! Great Service!

I visited Blaze yesterday, with my daughter and a friend, for the first time. I ordered a one topping pizza with Alfredo sauce and black olives. The thin crust is perfect and light. The toppings are all fresh and tasty. The dough knots were great too. I also loved the blood orange lemonade. My friend ordered half a pizza with the (4 pack of) dough knots. We’ll definitely be back.
