Normally not a fan of airport restaurants, but the chicken sandwich was great! We split the french fries - too many for one person. Good food. Good portion size. As good as the food was, I hope you get to experience the amazing server April! She kept things moving along, all with a smile on her face and a terrific attitude. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us during our visit.

I sat down. First, there was Marva, speedy and accurate. Next was Alvin, made sure food was good. Then followed up with the manager Keith. What? This place strives for excellence in client satisfaction. That's me. Come here and feel like family with good food and drinks.

Nice burger. Onion rings fair. But dang Ever C was a hell of a bartender. Quick service at the airport with a small layover. Take it.

Stopped in during a layover and was blown away by how good the burgers were! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — definitely exceeded my expectations for airport food. The place was packed, which says a lot about its popularity. Despite the high foot traffic and a super busy atmosphere, the staff stayed professional and kept things moving. You can tell they’re working hard, and it shows in the overall service. If you’re at the airport and craving something satisfying, this spot is absolutely worth the stop!

The service and food was beyond expected. Beer draft was excellent quality. Price are very good, not expensive for an airport rest

Great service by Emanuel Mo at Bobby’s Burger Palace. Wait was only 10 minutes. Food was hot, tasty and well prepared. Strawberry shake one of the best.

Stopped here on a layover to Key West. Great drinks and awesome service by Myescha! Had the delicious Bloody Mary complete with bacon! Would stop here again for sure!

It was ok. The classic cheese burger was definitely better than the fries. The fries were quite dry and tasteless. The burger was cooked well but put together with little care. The person who served me was pleasant but she too didn’t care about what she was serving.

Stopped in for a burger… It was delicious! They forewarned me before I ordered that food arrival would take approximately 20 minutes so I could plan appropriately for my flight, which I much appreciated. The food arrived in 10 minutes, which was a bonus. My server April was efficient, both in delivering my food and taking my check promptly so that I could leave for my departure and did it with a smile. I’ll be back the next time. I’m in Atlanta terminal B.

I want to shout two UHMAZING EMPLOYEES in ATLANTA HARTSFIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL B... CAITLIN (FOH) was fun, warm, and very accommodating to this weary traveler, then April my server did so with excellence. They not only represented BBP well, but they also represented all that is good about ATLANTA well. When I travel again, I'll make it a point to stop in again because of their gift of hospitality. Oh yeah....I had a bacon crunch burger which I'll give 3.75/5 (it said it had Bobby sauce but I had to hunt to find it ) but Caitlin said the smokehouse burger would've been her choice so she brought out the BBQ sauce and it was everything she said it was and more. I also had the onion rings with the ranch (which I felt was too thin for a "dipping "sauce).

Ordered a basic burger and it came out super quick - exactly as I ordered. April was attentive and friendly. I would come back!

Brandon at the bar is rude as hell he was rude not only myself but every other customer that he had at the bar it took one customer three times ask him for some water. He never came and check on me and didn’t even see the end act like I inconvenienced him when I asked him for my ticket to pay. I usually sit with Miss april but she was busy. I did tell her about the experience I received today. Trust me you all need to fire him. That place is too good and too many people come there Just for an experience and he’s rude as hell to y’all customers like that.

Stopped in for an early lunch/late second breakfast. Rashida was the sweet hostess that oriented me to ordering and trying to get guests evenly distributed fairly between the two servers. April was my server that made sure I knew her name and pushed doing this survey. I got sweet potato fries that were excellent and a brunch burger that was quite tasty one I reassembled it so I could eat it - it came out with burger patty falling off one side of the bun, egg falling off the other side, bacon somehow partially on top of the patty and partially under. Reassembled with patty on the bottom, bacon next, and egg on top. (There was also cheese melted onto the patty - fortunately I didn’t have to try repositioning that any)

Toya took great care of us. Definitely makes a great Bloody Mary we had breakfast in a glass and it was delicious I will definitely be making my way there again soon

The absolute worst attitude of the hostess, she never looked at me in the face and when she talked to me she turned her head facing the kitchen - opposite side of the dining room as if she was disgusted that a white couple entered her restaurant. April, our server was Ok not the friendliest ether until we spoke of going to another restaurant. She did make our French fries right they were cold and she had them drop some fresh fries. Surprisingly April asked me to do a survey, I would not suggest this restaurant at all! Bobby Flay would be appalled by the conduct of the employees. Fortunately the burger was edible, it as well was not fresh (it was very dry as if it was sitting in a warmer pre-cooked) We did leave April a tip because that’s who we are but I do not recommend anyone to dine there. First impression is a lasting impression.

I've eaten at Bobby's Burger Bar many times over my years of traveling through that Atlanta airport. The food is always excellent, but today was special, I was served by April. April is by far the best server that I have ever encountered at Bobby's. She was very friendly, she greeted returning guests by name accompanied with a huge grin. She had smiles and a kind word for everyone in her section. April elevated an excellent lunch into a great experience. She was aware of everyone's time constraints and efficiently made sure that everyone was talen care of. Highly recommended!

This was my first time at a Bobby Berger Palace, being inside the Atlanta airport, expected something different than what I experienced. The manager himself was greeting people and taking orders, he kindly let everyone know the approximate wait times. The atmosphere took me away for a moment from the hustle and bustle at the airport. The staff did a very good job, making sure that the areas were cleared quickly, efficiently, and as to not disturb other customers, as a Marine, I appreciate the efficiency. In my travels if I come across another Bob’s Burger Palace, I would definitely be stopping by.

After a long morning and paying for food at another airport where we were unable to eat due to the length of time it took to make the food it was quite refreshing to come in order, and have our food in less than 20 minutes. They had our food in less than 20 minutes, which was a huge relief. While we waited for our food, I couldn’t help but notice Manuel. He was everywhere, ensuring that guests were comfortable, busing tables, and informing the bar staff about a quick shift change. He was incredibly dedicated to his job. I couldn’t quite understand his role, but I knew he was the manager, Manuel. Manuel brought a positive energy to the ATL airport shop and dining staff, who seemed to be unhappy with their jobs. He made a big difference in our experience. I can’t stop there Jamal was also a ray of sunshine, hustling to get to his customers and keep them happy.

While connecting through Atlanta Airport we had dinner at Bobby's Burger Palace. It had a sports bar feel with a bar and TV's showing sports and then a menu consisting, as you'd expect, of various burgers and sides. I went for the Bobby Blue Burger, (with blue cheese), and fries. Both were nice but nothing more than an average burger. Service was fast and friendly. An okay place to eat when passing through an airport with limited options, but not a place I'd visit if it wasn't in an airport terminal. Two burgers, fries, a coke, and a Blue Moon beer came to $54

Cool atmosphere, in Atlanta Airport B Terminal. For about $19 you can get Burger and Fries! Palace Classic Burger, medium (they only serve Medium or well done, but it came out perfect!) Get your's Crunchified, Potatoe chips on top! It's the sauce, on the Burger, which makes it so special. We sat at the Bar, great service.

I was really excited to go BBP when I had a layover in ATL and my experience did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and April, the waitress in my section really held everything together even with the constant customer rushes. Thank you, April!!

Couldn’t pass up eating food Bobby Flay had his mark on after countless hours watching his shows. Lively crowd and fabulous and attentive staff, start to finish. The hostess, Keyona, helped me choose between burgers with so much patience. She was genuinely bubbly and pleasant. My waitress ,April, was so sweet and cheery as well. Her timing was perfect and she didn’t even get annoyed when I made the seat change. The Palace burger I ordered was delicious as were the sweet potato fries. The special sauce was a little too spicy for me but the amount on the burger was not overwhelming, I just didn’t need additional. The only complaint I can make is that they had mostly raised tables with stools on both sides and few seats at normal type tables. Normally I wouldn’t mind the opportunity to chat with someone across from or next to me but not today. Fortunately I got the remaining seat as I didn’t want to worry about my bag on the floor.

I had Bobby Flay’s veggie burger at the Atlanta airport, and it was an absolute disaster. The patty was drenched in oil, completely burnt to an unrecognizable crisp, and oozing so much grease that I couldn’t even tell what it was made of. It had zero flavor—just a charred, bitter taste that left me wondering how something this bad could be served under Bobby Flay’s name. I was starving between flights, but after one bite, I knew I couldn’t stomach it. In the end, I only managed to eat the bun, a piece of lettuce, and a single slice of tomato—because the burger itself was inedible. What’s even worse is how it made me feel afterward. The excessive oil and burnt taste left my stomach in knots. More than 16 hours later, I still haven’t eaten anything because the experience was that off-putting. The thought of food still turns my stomach, all because of this one awful meal. I have dined at some of the best restaurants in the world—The French Laundry, Per Se, Daniel Boulud’s establishments—and I consider myself a true foodie. I was genuinely excited to try a Bobby Flay burger, expecting something crafted with care and expertise. While I respect Bobby Flay as a chef, I seriously question the caliber of food being served under his name. The person who made this burger had to know it was burnt, dripping in oil, and completely unappetizing—yet they still served it. That, to me, is truly disgusting. I will never dine here again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. If this is the quality control in place for food bearing Bobby Flay’s name, I can’t imagine what other dishes are like.

(Caitlyn- the waiter) This morning I had an uncomfortable experience while ordering coffee to go. I was on a tight boarding schedule and politely asked about the wait time. One employee became visibly upset, made dismissive remarks aloud (“Don’t chase her”), and spoke about me to coworkers within earshot. In an airport setting, a little understanding and professionalism would go a long way. I appreciate the other staff member who tried to help, but this interaction was disappointing.

So convenient, across from my gate. Mecca took care of me, was so sweet and helpful. Ordered the classic burger and a glass of wine, brought me water too. Food was good, tasty. Mecca took excellent care of me, I had to go to restroom 2 gates down, she covered my plate while I was gone. The host seems very considerate too and takes care of everyone.

Their veggie burger is different than any I’ve ever had - and as a longtime vegetarian, I’ve had many. I wish I could say it was better than any I’ve had, but it was just really greasy, and not really my jam. My server, April, however, was wonderful, and her cheery demeanor almost made up for the not-so-great veggie burger!

It was a pleasant surprise to find BBP at the Altlanta Airport on a Sunday afternoon. Good burgers, nice and friendly atmosphere.

I sat at the bar and my server (301117/Ebony C) had the absolute worst attitude. She looked at us and other customers sitting next to me with such disgust and disdain that it felt like we had done something unforgivable to her. The only bright side was the camaraderie that developed between me and the other poorly treated customers sitting next to me who were equally mistreated. She treated each and every one of us so poorly that we started laughing at how comical it was. We thought we must be on an episode of Punk’d. Please train your staff better Bobby’s Burger Palace.

I did a quick search to see where I should eat lunch in the ATL airport an AJC article helpfully listed a few places in each concourse. I had enough time to go the burger palace and am so glad I did. The burger was actually medium as ordered, juicy and flavorful. The pickles and special sauce were fantastic. Onion rings crispy with a tasty ranch for dipping. I was really surprised at how good this food was - my best airport meal ever. April was a great waitress- attentive and fun. I would seek this out any time I have enough of a layover in ATL.

Fast, kind, great service from April. Burger, chicken sandwich, fries were all good. Attentive waitstaff to get you to your flight in plenty of time

The blue burger was great. The staff was fantastic & friendly. April in particular. Food came out quick. Easy to still get to my flight.

Fries arrived old, barely warm and overhead under the heat lamp. They were quickly replaced. Burger is nothing special for a price tag of $12.75. The Palace Burger came with a moist soggy bottom bun. The server was great and friendly. Just the quality of food should improve. I was expecting a WOW Bobby Flay burger. It was not. Burger and fries $19.98. Over priced.

My Bad! I thought a "Big Name Chef" would be able to deliver a quality food experience, even at an airport. The service was lousy, the burger was cold, flavorless, and the bun was stale. The fries were a disgrace. The whole pile of crap cost an astonishing $20. I wouldn't go back to "Bobby's" on a dare.

Worst food ever. Ordered burger terriable no favor ..never thought a burger could be so bad. Home fries over cooked tasted like carboard. So never again will go to any of Bobby's places... Go to any fast food place other than this one.
