I had dinner here with 6 other friends. The Piranha dish is a must. Works perfect with a glass of Chile wine. Our server Angelica was very attentive to details, prompt and nice. Definitely will come back. Check this place out.

Loved having lunch here. Great selection of arepas. The menu has been te done and enjoyed the new dishes. David our waiter was very nice and made sure we were well taken care of.

My first visit to Miami and Bocas Grill was recommended to us by a local. Axel and Raul were accommodating and listened attentively to my food sensitivities. They accommodated vegetarian, vegan and celiac menus with ease. Want a fun family night, date or a girls night out, with incredible wood-smoked food, come to Bocas!

Went out to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and found this place on Google. Delightful wait staff (thanks Daniel), great ambiance, and delicious food. I recommend a pitcher of passion fruit sangria for the table! We had a sampler appetizer plate, arepas, and steak with plantains. We will come back if we are in town again.

This is a delightful restaurant...good food, great ambiance, terrific service. We can't wait to go back the next time we are in Miami. It's at the top of the list.

We enjoyed a late brunch here on Sunday. The menu was extensive and had creative "Benedicts" as well as regular entrees. If you are looking for a low cal meal you are limited to a few salads. I had the tropical salad, which was a large portion of arugula with red onion, peppers...and a mango dressing, which was very nice. Another member of our party enjoyed a steak with fries and two of us had the salmon Benedict, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Service was pleasant but it's one of those places that more than one server is involved, which made it a bit less attentive than some restaurants.

We ordered the Parrilla Llanera and the Jalea Rice. Both were an excellent taste of Latin fusion grill. Highly recommend!

Great happy hour! Huge menu with varied selections. Huge portions. Very attentive service. The little "R2D2" robot that assists the servers is fun to watch. Was walking distance from our hotel and was a very good value.

If you’re looking to taste Venezuelan food in the Brickell area this is your place. We bought a combination platter that had grilled chicken, meat and chorizo in addition to small fries arepas with Guayanés cheese and tostones (fries green plantains). Great for sharing - easily 3-4 people can eat from it. We also tried the chicha (classic): a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Had cinnamon and a touch of condensed milk. Heavenly.... The place has a huge TV screen, great to watch soccer while you eat. Bar area is very inviting as well. Service was awesome. Franklin helped us out and did an excellent job. Worth coming back...even for breakfast!

I will highly recommend this restaurant without any reservation. The food was amazing and the service is A+++. If you like Arepas and Lomo Saltado, this is the place. I will leave dessert to your own judgement.

The food here was very good, service was quick and professional. If anything was negative it was a little pricey. Location was close to where we were staying.

Amazing, Wonderful, fabulous, trendy, tasty and over the top just plain good. Try the smoked old fashioned (with rum) and don’t miss happy hour with 50% off drinks and great bites menu. I recommend the empanadas and calamari and the very tasty Tequeños (Venezuelan fried cheese) Ask for the special hot sauce (more medium than hot but very tasty)

We had the best lunch experience here! Our server was David, who was excellent. We ordered the very good Tostones con Lomo Steak and the delicious Shrimp Arepa! Both were so yummy. For dessert, we had the incomparable Oreo Milkshake, which was incredible!! Beautiful atmosphere with bar. Free valet parking. We will return!

Went for the first time last night but it definitely won’t be the last. I had the most delicious food I have had in a while! And I give Raul’s new sauce a definite Thumbs Up!!!! It was delicious and a great compliment to the meal!!!! Service was really above and beyond. Thank you Alex and Raul!!

We were here twice and both times the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable too, so I can only recommend it.

Great food love that u can see kitchen.. steak was tad salty.. n the tagliatelle was also over salt with the soy sauce n all... chicken n yuca n plantains were very very good...we were starving n food looked amazing and then realized we did not take pics lol.. we did take pic of dessert which was a beautiful artwork.. definitely a place to go with family n share food. Boca mule was on the money as well n I understand happy hour will start next week so I can't wait to go back

What is the reason for cancelling and order of $40!? I do not understand... also the portions have gotten smaller and the prices remain the same. Good luck as this is probably the last time I try to order from you.

My Compadre invited us to celebrate his American Citizenship, and we went to Bocas Grill, and what a surprise of place, food, drinks, and expectacular service. People make the difference, and I mean what a service. The food was superb, the drinks amazing, I can not tell enough, go you will not be desapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here just for a quick bite and sat at the bar. Learned that this is the first of the Bocas Grill’s to have a full liquor bar. The bartenders were extremely friendly and made great drinks! I plan on returning as often as I can. Valet parking is only $3!! Anywhere else it would be 5 times that. Food was very fair priced as well as the cocktails. Try the Joyce’s Dream Chocolate cocktail!

Arrived in Miami late evening tired and hungry. Nearby hotel recommended Bocas. Glad they did. Food was good and the service was excellent. Good location, as we felt safe walking from hotel to restaurant (just a 5-7 minute walk). Highly recommend.

We were in area of downtown Miami and instead trying another new place we figured this needed a 2nd visit and it was well worth it. This time we took pics lol n they started happy hour even on Sunday but only st the bar...Orchid drink is really tasty as it is not too sweet n very smooth. Wok rice with shrimp was good but I wish they would not put eggs in it with all the egg issues. Really love the whole setup of this place as well. Shout out to Arturo n Rafael who r very entertaining bartenders. Will come more often after work 😎

Our waiter was Irving and he was amazing. If you want to have a great, exemplary waiter you have to go with him. He made our experience so much better and adapted to circumstances we had. Overall, the food, the ambiance was great. I very much recommend the Arepas, they make them very traditional.

Bocas doesn't disappoint. This newest location is a great addition to the neighborhood. Venezuelans and the people who love their cuisine will be happy to know this spot keeps it real, authentic and delicious. From cultural classics like arepas and pabellon to pan-regional favorites like parrilla mixta, there is something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and the decor is cool. What else can you ask for...? Pide por esa boquita!

It was hard to decide what to eat with so many great options on the menu. We had a chicken arepa and beef fried rice and both were awesome.

I've been in many places offering what's so called "Latin Food Fusion " , which ends rather being dismal, bland or not clearly noticeable as food itself. I did not try the Arepas this time but I must say, Boca Grill broke the stereotype of boring Latin food fusion (or should I say the many misunderstanding of it), using a fresh approach much more close to what i have experienced in many other places as real fusion food. The garnish is neat and well done in combination of colors and aromas for the beef based dishes, what normally European customers would like to see and have, although some of the dishes do need a review as it seemed overloaded on sides e.g. rice and fries together. The concept is good and growing into a franchise size, hope the quality is not compromised in the future as I liked

I just went with my family to have lunch, and It was a phenomenal overall experience thanks to Antonia she made it fun, and she was very attentive to our table, we will definitely come back soon.

Great Latin American food, mostly Venezuelan style, for reasonable prices. Waiters are friendly and attentive. Good selection of desserts too.

A long wait and the place was empty. The food arrived burned and the meat looked like gum, impossible to eat. Then we ordered dessert and the wait was prolonged because they burned them too. I do not recommend it, first and last time.

I wanted a dish of shrimp that was not available, so I ended up ordering a shrimp fried rice. It was delicious, the portion had a good size, and the shrimps were of a good size also. I used Ubereats, so I did not see the place. I am planning to order again

If you want to try a real venezuela taste this is a very good option. With different locations they offer a great variety of typical venezuelan dishes. Give you a gift and visit this place!!

We came here because it was a 10 minute walk from our AB&B, and this was one of our favorite restaurants we went to on our trip. We happened to arrive during happy hour, and I got the passionfruit sangria, which was amazing! Im going to try to make a copy cat version at home because it was that good! For food my husband ordered a burger and it was MASSIVE and I got the fried green plantains with vegetables, which I really enjoyed. Our server was the assistant manager, and she was very warm, especially compared to the rudeness we experienced from other service industry workers in Miami. Prices here were very reasonable for the area, and we highly recommend coming here.

This was my first time eating this type of cuisine. Our waiter, Julian, was patient and informative. He answered all of our questions with a smile. The choices he suggested were amazing. We had several different dishes, I had cachapa with pork belly. Others had picana fettuccine: ceviches; branzino. We also had a few apetizers. We loved everything. Service was fantastic! Thanks Julian! Reasonably priced. You won't regret choosing to have a meal at Boca's.

I went in thinking I was going to experience fine dining and what I got was honestly food that was overpriced and really just a pretty place with average food. For the price there are many other restaurants that can match quality with price.

Wow. I stumbled upon this restaurant one evening while on a trip to Miami and I am so happy that I did. The atmosphere is nice, kinda cozy, so it's perfect for date night. The servers are great and the menu offers plenty of options from mid-range to splurge-range. We were served within about 20 minutes of being seated, and I wish that there was a local restaurant here in Virginia. The food is amazing. I ordered a meal that had all of the best things: french fries, topped with steak, topped with cheese. My stomach wasn't nearly as big as I wished it was that night. Although I didn't get dessert, the desserts are these fantastic, multi-level dishes that seem impossible to eat without making a mess. I should have tried one just to say I did. Hopefully, I get a chance to visit again soon. That dish is definitely one I would reorder every time!

I reserved a table for 6 for Saturday when we arrived the only thing I didn’t like was the parking was limited and we had to pay $4. We didn’t have to wait to be seated the waiter was very nice and he asked if it was our 1st time and gave us details about the menu which was great. We ordered the passion fruit sangria wow AMAZING I would definitely recommend it. I ordered the lomo salteado it was good my husband had the Chicken arepa he said it was good. The only thing they really don’t have a kids menu because we ordered cheeseburgers for the small kids and they were huge. The dessert was great their famous milkshake dessert. Overall it was a good time the ambiance was very nice not too loud or crowded. I would definitely come back to this place. It was a good time also because everyone was very attentive and polite.
