Friends had told us the one on Hilton Head Island was great so we decided to go try it out. This particular eatery just opened on Cobb Pkwy. The food was delicious and the menu is very interesting. Has a huge variety of fish, which we always favor when dining out. The martini list is also impressive. We got our appetizers before our cocktails. The place was packed with people lining up outside. We had made a reservation and even then, we had to wait a good 10 minutes to get seated. It was a Saturday, so we understand it's a busy time for them but we think they need to tweak the service coordination. Our server, Shakira, was excellent.

We love Bonefish Grill, and I want to praise it every time we go (but I resist!) This time, I just had to let folks know how good this dish is! While we love the appetizers - the Bang bang shrimp, the Mussels Josephine, even the bar food like the cod sliders, we always order too much and are generally too full to fully enjoy the entree. This time was different! We skipped the apps and both ordered the lobster gnocchi (yes, so we wouldn't have to share or feel like "I wish I'd ordered THAT!") This is a truly wonderful dish - wonderful pillow-ey soft gnocchi in a complex creamy sauce, with lots of pieces of lobster and shrimp in the sauce. YUM. We savored every bite! And then had some of the decadent coconut pie. (Best ever!) Good service. Good atmosphere. Wonderful seafood!

Great customer service, nice atmosphere, great food, and reasonable priced entrees, and etc. Kudos to Camille A., our server, she had great attitude serving our large party. Her recommendations on the peach tea were excellent. Delicious drink and the bang bang shrimp tacos were so good! Creme Brulee is perfect! Definitely will be back to eat there again.

We have tried this location a few times and every time the service is slow. The bang bang shrimp are always spot on but some of the other dishes aren't up to par. I wouldn't recommend this location.

The service, food and drinks were excellent. I ordered the shrimp and they were very good. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ate at this restaurant with a friend. We went on a Friday night and had no wait. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Our waitress explained the restaurant and food as this was our first visit. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. We were given delicious bread while waiting. The $5 margaritas were awesome. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I ate here for a dinner date and really enjoyed our meal. For appetizers we had the bang-bang shrimp (A MAZ ING) and the sesame seed ahi tuna (also amazing). You can't go wrong with these appetizers. Our main entrees were good, but my fish was a little dry and my wife enjoyed her Pad Thai. I would honestly say that while the entrees were good, the real winner for Bonefish is there appetizers. I would almost order a few appetizers and skip entrees, they are that good! Our server was awesome and she handled our orders well and was extremely attentive to our table. Great experience, 4 out of 5 stars due to the underwhelming flavor of the main course.

My daughter and I attended Family and Friends Day at the opening of Bonefish Grill on Cobb Pkwy. Number one, I was already excited about the opening of a Bonefish Grill in our neighborhood because it meant we no longer had to venture 40 minutes just to enjoy the restaurant. Second, the food and service was excellent. The managers made sure everyone was happy and when I wasn't satisfied with my meal they we're eager to bring me another meal even though I decline initially. I definitely see myself returning to this location for brunch with my gal pals or just to have my favorite adult beverage....Margaritas. The Cucumber Margarita was a hit with me and I love the leaning glass concept. If your leaning glass looks as if it is straight, that means you have had too many margaritas and your drink orders will cease. However, the restaurant is not going to serve you more than 4 adult beverages anyway. The food was delicious, but my first order was a bit dry and on the pasty side. The manager brought me a Spring Salad as I waited for my order of Grilled Shrimp, Asparagus, and Potato Au Gratin to arrive. That potato au gratin is yuuuuummy!! They have an Asiago MacNCheese that I'm longing to try the next time I visit. And a Key-lime pie that is served on a graham cracker pecan crust that is oh so good!!! The pie is on the VERY tart side, but the whipped cream killed some of the tartness which made it better for me. I love the ambiance of the restaurant and feel it is a perfect date night restaurant. It is on the $$$ side but so worth it. Monday night specials are Martini Mondays where martinis are $5 and on Wednesday the Bang Bang Shrimp is $6. And if you haven't already....sign up for the Dine Rewards program because every 4th visit to Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's, and Outback Steakhouse is 50% off your ticket. But the four visits must be made within a six month time frame.

The restaurant was very inviting. I took my both my father and his buddy who both are in a wheelchair. The tables where very tight but we managed to work it out. The food is Amazing and very well portion controlled. Would recommend it to any one who loves seafood. Recommendations would be the bang bang shrimp.

My son and I had a great experience. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and he had the Imperial Cod. Probably could have made the Bang Bang Shrimp the main course, very good. With not to many restaurants open during this COVID 19 it was a breath of fresh air to sit and enjoy a meal. I recommend this place. Ask for Ciara who was out host. She did a fabulous job making us feel little stress to dine in!

High Prices and very small portions. My hubby got a fish and shrimp dinner and it came with steamed rice and broccoli. The portion of fish was smaller than a McDonald’s fish patty and there 5 or so shrimp (not scampi but small shrimp). He had a bowl not a cup of soup and it just covered the bottom of the bowl. My salmon was good but came with small bland baby potatoes and Brussels that were not good. I had to pay extra for a salad but it was good. With tip our bill was nearly $100 and we soft drink and no dessert. I’m not cheap at all but this was a grossly overpriced dinner…

A very disappointing experience where we now feel cheated spending what we did. Service was very slow in getting drinks and food ordered, food arriving was even slower (From ordering to receiving entrée took 70mins). Server forgot one of our starters where we had to follow up on this. To her credit she apologized. We also had to follow on our entrée’s. For starters, the crab cakes were great, but the tuna sashimi was bland and flavourless where the chowder arrived cold which was not eaten due to this. The mains were the worst sadly. Not only after following up on them after waiting over 40 minutes since our starters were finished the scallops were overlooked and pure rubber and not edible, the garlic mashed potato tasted stale, the coleslaw was flavourless where the shrimp was barely seasoned. The salmon Rangoon was terrible where the salmon was bone dry over severely overcooked, the rice uncooked with non-existent panko crumbs which left a nasty taste in the month. The whole experience was completely sub-par where we have had better quality food and service from a fast-food restaurants. The servers were slow continually to respond or get attention where frequently there were seen having social chats or messing around on their phone over people waiting to be served. At one point our cocktail had been poured and left behind the bar for over 10 minutes before it was handed over. The both of us have now been ill throughout the night after our meals. Such a shame because the previous time we went there the service and food quality were excellent. The place has clearly lost what it once had where it was not even busy last night, and we heard at least 2 other customers at the bar complaining about wait times on food. Looking at recent reviews it looks like others have experienced similar where they have taken a big dive in customer ratings ☹

Having been to Bonefish in Tampa, I had seen the high quality of food and service that is available, so was looking forward to the same here. While food and service was very good for 3 out of 4 of our party, one of our group had to send both his chowder and entrée back. The soup was salty and water; while the entrée had not been prepared correctly. While the server / manager were both apologetic, replacing the entrée and adjusting the bill accordingly, we found it interesting that no one ever asked what the problem was. I will assume that the few problems were just first week jitters. Will definitely return.

I was not expecting a lot from Bonefish Grill as I thought it was just another chain restaurant. I was in for a surprise, it was nothing like the typical chain places. The service was good, they were very friendly. The food was really good, the Bang Bang Shrimp is amazing, they have a great soup (crab and corn chowder) and one of the best Moscow mules I've had, my go to drink.

The fish is fresh...the service excellent a fab manager Chad Caldwell, server Bianca...wonderful environment and they take reservations....very courteous at the front desk on the phones and in person...do go...a great local neighbor hood spot...Adrienne

The server Jheanell was excellent. The restaurant has an nice atmosphere and is well appointed. The corn chowder was good as was the Bang Bang Seafood tacos. The Alaskan Cod Fish and trips was slightly soggy.

We were pleasantly surprised with the selections from the seasonal menu! I had grilled swordfish with pumpkin ravioli and my husband had the bourbon flavored salmon. The pumpkin flavored crème brûlée was creamy and rich. Also, Brandi was so pleasant and cheerful as a waitress! She really made us feel welcomed and was a big reason we enjoyed the evening. We have several restaurants in the Vinings area to choose from, and I am so glad we picked Bonefish tonight! (There were a few Braves fans there as the game was rained out. Also, it is not far from the Galleria or Cumberland Mall.).

Came here with my daughter. I asked for a booth and was easily accommodated. The wait staff were friendly and professional in their white chef’s jackets. The grilled salmon was flaky and flavorful. I decided to have it on top of the house salad. The salad was fresh with an amazing light and delicious dressing. The four rating is because the Ahi tuna sashimi was just short of frozen and the Maryland crab while tasty could have benefited from having some more seasoning. The key lime pie is a must try!! Based on the service and the overall taste of the food I will be back.

The food is always good at Bonefish, almost everywhere. However, the service at this particular restaurant early on Sunday evening was extremely slow. The server was very nice, but the environment seemed disorganized. Waiting more than 15 minutes for a glass of wine seemed much too long. We had to ask again what happened to the order and were told there was a private party. We also observed servers walking back and forth with plates of food obviously uncertain which table to serve. Will probably not return to this location.

I had lunch here not long after the restaurant opened, and it was clear they weren't firmly grounded. After being seated at the bar, it took way too long for someone to approach me and I came close to walking out. Strike one. The menu as you might expect from the name, is heavy on seafood dishes, but also features steaks, chops and chicken. I chose two starters for my meal, the Wagyu Beef & Ginger Potstickers and Calamari. Both were disappointing. Both were way too salty, especially the Calamari. Strike 2. At $20, it was an expensive and very disappointing lunch. Add to that the lackadaisical service, I left a very unhappy customer. Strike three. Your out!

Made reservations and were promptly seated food was fresh and delicious servings were plenty could not eat it all. Manager came and spoke with us to make sure everything was to our liking.

We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp for our appetizer and they were fabulous - and that was just the beginning of a delightful meal and enjoyable evening. There were four of us for the meal and the entrees were absolutely delicious. I got the spinach and it could have been flavored perhaps a bit more, but all it all it was a great experience. I got a special tilapia dish that was sumptuous. The portions were quite sufficient and my wife and I both got take home boxes so we could have their key lime pie -which is as delectable as anyone could imagine. The waitress was congenial and very attentive and the ambiance was perfect.

Very happy to see a new Bonefish Grille on the northwest side of Atlanta. Great food, fresh seafood, good prices. Added benefit, Bonefish Grille is not a loud eatery. One of our fav spots in Atlanta.

I rarely get as far as an entree at Boneheads. Best appetizers on Earth. No kidding! Bang bang shrimp - fabulous! Mussels Josephine - exquisite! Hot ciabatta bread, fresh from the oven with dipping oil - or even better - dip it in the garlic, onion and white wine and butter sauce...And maybe the most decadent soup ever - corn chowder with lump crab...Could you even consider anything else?... YES. The creme brulee with globs of homemade whipped cream and fresh tart strawberries. We were mid-afternoon and were blown away by the food and service. Nice atmosphere and the food is fabulous! Definitely a date night winner but amazing for lunch too...

The venue and ambiance is awesome. Got that out of the way. The service appears is still under construction. Not bad service but some obvious misfires. Didn’t get silverware or water until I asked. Order chowder never got it. Food arrived separately. The Food. The appetizers were great. Bam bam shrimp is the star of the show. A seafood type dip and crab case were good as well. Entree’s: I got crab crusted cod and my wife got fish & chips. Both dishes were grossly under seasoned but perfectly cooked. Again not bad just not good. Mother n law got Lilly chicken which was marginal. Surprisingly, my son ordered filet mignon which was pretty good. Bacon Mac & cheese sucks i wouldn’t order it again. Doesn’t mean someone won’t like it. Might be a cultural thing but I don’t like my Mac& cheese sexy. Keep it Thanksgiving good and that it. Garlic mashed and potatoes au gratin or something like that was good. I’d go again with my favs being bam bam shrimp, crab cakes, and I definitely do the bam bam shrimp tacos. Make reservations

BANG BANG SHRIMP!! I also had Salmon Caesar salad, was very good. Can’t wait to go back to try other menu items, looks like everything they were bringing to other tables looked so delicious as well

I LOVE their bang bang shrimp and was not disappointed in this restaurant's delivery of it. I have been to other Bonefish restaurants and this one ranks up there.

My wife and I had reservations prior to attending a show at the Cobb Centre. We both thought the food and service were excellent. Price was reasonable as well. The only problem we had were gnats flying around us the whole dinner. We must have killed at least 20 or so. I'm sure the people at the tables around us must have thought we were crazy slapping in the air! When we paid our check, we pointed out several dead gnats on the table to our waiter. She kind of grinned (kind of like, "oh, you noticed those" expression) but said she would let the management know. Other than the gnat invasion and wondering where they came from we had a good experience

Watched it being built for months as its next to my LA Fitness club. Opened Feb. 6. Read menu on line and went for brunch. Always skeptical when a place is so new but took a chance. The $5.00 mimosas have real FRESH SQUEEZED orange juice. The fresh bread with pesto sauce very tasty. Service fast and very pleasant and polite. Ordered the Oscar Omelette with egg whites.....and steamed asparagus side. Comes with wheat toast which I didn't need after the bread. Meal very good. Portion perfect size. 2 mimosas and the omelette $21.52. Could also sit at bar with TVs if sports is important. Will be back.

An Excellent EZ to find location and equally Excellent service and meal. Been to a couple other Bonefish locations ( Rogers,Arkansas & Destin,Florida ) This was a first visit to this location and it checked all the right boxes. I'll be thinking of this one on my next North Atlanta visit.

I attended a business dinner here. The staff could not have treated us any better. Our server made many honest recommendations to us because many were undecided on what to order. All of our food was delicious and tasty. I highly recommend trying the Bonefish if you like good seafood.

Stopped in for an appetizer/drink special promotion. The margarita was great. The appetizers were enough for 4!!!'good, but way too much good. One plate enough for 4.

I recently went to Bonefish Grill with my husband and three daughters. Although the house salad I ordered was very good, the crab and corn chowder was lumpy and tasted like it was made with a canned soup base. My daughter's fish and chips were very greasy and the tartar sauce had so much lemon juice in it that it was sour. My husband's mashed potatoes were dry, the broccoli was tough, and his ceasar salad was bland and overdressed, with powdered parmesan and wilted lettuce. I have been to the Bonefish in Macon, Georgia at River Crossing and always been very pleased with the quality of the food. This was a disappointment - but I am hoping they are just working out the kinks since they are a new restaurant. Our service was good and the meal was not overly expensive - less than $100 for a family of five.

I like Bonefish Grill and have had some great meals at their restaurant in Columbus Ohio. That said, I was just a bit disappointed when my wife and I took our son to the Bonefish Grill on Cobb Pkwy for his birthday. We went on a Sunday evening with reservations and the restaurant was not crowded. We were seated promptly at one of 3 tables that did not have a table cloth. Asked why and they said it was how the seating was designed. Go figure. My wife and I got their first and ordered a split of champagne. Took a long time to get to the table. My son arrived a bit later and order a special Margarita. He said it was undrinkable and the server took it back and removed it from the bill. It just seemed the bar was a bit "mismanaged" that evening. It wasn't crowded but the wait time for drinks and the fact that a "complicated" drink was not too tasty seemed to indicate the bartender was rushed. We did order a "bang bang" shrimp appetizer and it was a large portion, plenty for 3, and it was spicy and delicious. We enjoyed that with some bread (you have to ask) and a bottle of wine. For our main course my wife and I order the soft shelled crab (crab is correct, it is one soft shelled crab) and my son had the pecan crusted trout. All came with two sides each. The soft shelled crab was well prepared and tasty but its really not much of meal getting just one. The trout too was well prepared, a good portion, and very tasty according to my son. We all had different sides but suffice it to say the are in very large quantities, nicely prepared, and really a signature value for Bonefish Grill. I would recommend the mac and cheese or the brussel sprouts but it is all good. Throughout the meal the service was just a bit slow, a bit less than attentive. Not horrible just short of what I had experienced on other visits. Overall I was looking for a special dinner for my sons birthday and this fell short. Would I go back? Probably. This was our first time at this location so maybe it was just a bad day.

A typical BF, good location at I 75 & Cobb Rd, easy access. Great service, food usual good quality, trout and salmon; it takes a big appetite to handle their deserts, we like sharing-love the coconut pie/others. First time here, BF been a favorite for years, you know what you’re going to get quality/service wise. Sign up for their customer program, $20/40 credit after three buys depending on which restaurant in the group you want to claim your credit.

I enjoyed the meal. Our waiter Shannon was awesome. She was patient and knowledgeable about the food and its taste! I will be returning!

My wife and I visited for dinner on a Thursday evening. The atmosphere was very nice; and the food was delicious. I had the grilled rainbow trout, and my wife enjoyed the grilled tilapia. The sauces chosen and the sides served really complimented the dishes. I also loved the uniforms worn by the staff. The pricing is $$. So basically, you go here to splurge a bit. The quality of the food is well worth it. Downside: The complimentary water served while we waited for our order tasted like tap water. It was well chilled, which did make it more tolerable for drinking.

We ate here two years ago when we stayed at the Ramada and had the beef chicken wings ever. We liked then so much when we needed to stay a night in Atlanta again we specifically booked the Ramada so we could come back to bonefish. Deidra went out of her way to make sure we got then even though they were still serving breakfast when we left. They were just as good as we remembered.

Do go there Stunning modern ambiance , great food and service Ask for Willette a perfect Server...Adrienne Leeds

My favorite appetizer anywhere is Bang-Bang Shrimp (or some version of it!) Bonefish Grill makes the best in the world! Lately they've been running a $6 Bang-Bang Shrimp Special on Wednesdays. We've been there every Wednesday! While we tell ourselves that we're just going to get the shrimp,- we get a bunch of other things in addition (Think Cod Sliders, or Mussels Josephine, or chowder with a pile of lump crab on top) This last visit we got all of the things I just mentioned. and we had a bite or two of Bang-bang shrimp and took it home. It travels well - and mussels don't. Did I mention the hot baked bread and the pesto dipping oil? I just love this place and we go there whenever we get a chance! Cool kind of city-chic vibe, good music, good cocktails, good wine.We occasionally get an entree and have never been disappointed - either with the appetizers or the entrees. Nice place. Good food.

I visited this restaurant with my sister and two adult nephews. This is primarily a seafood restaurant and I was hesitant to eat there because I have a shellfish allergy. The waitress was able to offer suggestions as to what I could safely eat without fear of cross contamination. I ordered the salmon with spinach and green beans as sides. It was delicious. One nephew had the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, the other had the trout and my sister had the sirloin and crab cake dinner. Everything was excellent and well prepared. The waitress was very attentive and checked on us throughout the meal to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Great atmosphere with music playing in the background but not intrusive or detrimental conversation.

Dining here twice within a few weeks, it is nice to have this new restaurant nearby my workplace. A convenient upbeat dining option, we enjoyed both visits here. The menu provides many delicious options and the staff here is very helpful. The soups and apps are all very good with the fish tacos and tilapia providing fine entree choices. We look forward to dining here often. Keep up the good work.

Had a great happy hour with friends. Michael was the best bartender. He made sure we were good the entire time. The Raspberry Vodka Collins and the Tropical Tiki Martini are my favorites and they were so good. Of course, I can’t forget the bang bang shrimp that Bonefish is known for. I’m not big on spicy foods so I got the sauce for the shrimp on the side.

A special shout-out to Ye, our server a few weeks ago. She was bright, attentive and very engaging. She made us feel like we were the only folks she was taking care of that evening. Thank you for your awesome service!!

I have been to two other locations and everything was excellent from the food to the service. However the Atlanta,GA location hires unqualified staff from the maitre d' to the to the servers. I dropped in Sat around 4:15 with no reservation. The bar was fairly busy but half the tables were empty in the dining area. I went to the maître d' podium to sign in or be seated. He had his back turned and was going thru some paperwork. I stood there several minutes before he said I'll be with you in a moment. He finally asked if I had had reservations and I answered no. He gave me a pager and said it would be a few minutes that the staff was setting up some tables. There was nobody ahead of me but it took over 15 minutes to be seated. The waitress came to the table fairly quickly and we ordered. I asked for Spenda for my tea and it took almost 10 minutes to get it. The food came out in a reasonable time. However, they forgot my lobster tail that I added to the meal. I had finished half of my meal before it was brought out. They forgot to bring melted butter with it. Also, I had to ask for a refill on tea. By the time I got the melted butter, most of the lobster tail was gone. I skipped desert figuring something would be wrong with it too. I will never go to this location again and highly recommend everyone avoid it as well.

Business dinner with pre set up menu. The service was good, the first plates with fried sea food and salad were good, the main plate was salmon with neutral taste and the desert was cheesecake and good.

Shrimp tacos are very good. The reason I didn't rate a 5 is because I specifically ask at beginning about the $5 Martinis the waiter did explain some drink prices but she said their happy hour was everyday 3-6 I believe are the hours but when I got the bill it was $9.40 and also because I ask for a straw told her I don't drink out the glasses she brought a straw for the water but when she brought the Martini I had to ask again for a straw.

I really like the ambiance at this location. The seafood entries I've had have been good, but I was disappointed in the lack of seasoning in the green vegetables (spinach and broccoli). The mac and cheese is really good though, and the cocktails are very well crafted. Will definitely return.

Monthly card group (15) met for lunch at this restaurant to enjoy good food and friendship. We all had a good time together. Waiter was cordial but there pwas a wait for food because he was the only person serving us.

My family and I visited Bonefish Grill on a busy Saturday afternoon, we were a party of 8 celebrating my nieces college graduation. Lena was our server she was GREAT and gave excellent customer service, we never had to ask for a refill, she was on top of everything!!! The food and drinks were good. Everything came out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.

Good dinner at a reputable chain. Had the summer duo special of Lobster and steak. Lobster was a bit over cooked but tasred good.

This was the best experience we've ever had at Bone Fish. We've been there several times to celebrate my mom's birthday, but this visit was exceptional. Our waiter, Tre, was outstanding. He was incredibly attentive to us and the other customers. The greeter was professional and kind. When the manager found out we were celebrating my mom's 89th birthday, he came out personally. My mom ordered a cup of corn chowder soup but realized she wanted a bowl after finishing it. The manager brought her a bowl and didn't charge for the cup. To top it off, he gave her a cheesecake with a candle. My sister and I enjoyed the social menu with drinks, and everything was spectacular. I'm not sure if they changed the chef, but the food was amazing! If you're looking for a great social spot with excellent prices from 3:00 to 6:30 PM, this is the place. The dinner menu is also fantastic and still affordable."

Arrived for our Friday night reservations and got seated promptly. That was the only prompt service we got the rest of the night. After our bread arrived, we asked for plates twice. When our appetizers arrived and we still had not received plates, we got up and got them ourselves. Drinks were slow, so halfway through my first drink I asked for my second drink. When I finished my drink and still had not received my 2nd, I had to flag down our server and asked if I could get some water until I got my drink. I got my water and after a few minutes our server finally came back to let me know they were out of the drink I ordered. She never asked if anyone else wanted anything else to drink so my husband and I shared my water. At first I thought maybe our server, who was pregnant, was either tired or had “pregnancy brain”. However, thereb was another table right behind us in which I saw them ask for stuff and she immediately returned with what they asked for. In fact she checked on them at least 5 times that I counted in the same time that we got her to come by our table once and we had to signal her over. If I didn’t know any better I’d think the group at my table was the wrong color

If you have any respect for your self, your family n friends, and the food you put in your body.. run don't walk away, run from this Bonefish restaurant. It's amazingly bad, where to begin. We made a reservation and showed up on time last night at 9:45 Saturday. We were grated graciously by the host lady, however, she didn't have to sit us next to the bathroom because there were only 5 or six tables seated in the entire restaurant. That should be the first clue about a restaurant thats super slow on a Saturday night. The waiter showed up in the most crumbled uniform ever, as if he just rolled out of bed fully clothed. No engagement, no service, no care at all. Then they switched servers on us, and it was a younger lady serving us. She was as inattentive as everyone else at that restaurant. Waiters and staff were talking loudly in offensive manner and language in front of my 14 year old son. The drinks took 20 min. Glad we didn't order food at the same time.. No water refills, no drinks either and she only had two (2) tables to take care of! And then the disaster of the foods cooked and delivered to our table. My sons shrimp scallop capellini pasta was a joke! Look warm and disgusting. My gf's shrimp dish was undercooked and the cold piece of pineapple took half the plate. My filet mignon was RAW! My asparagus was brown mushy and uneatable, and what scallops what shrimp.. just horrible.. Then when I asked to talk to the manager. Some black woman came to our table to be rude, and lower the standards of food service to the lowest level possible. Why does she work there as a manager! Why do all the staff work there? This is the worst restaurant in ATL! Please do your self a solid, and run run away from this disaster of a restaurant - Bonefish is the worst! Chef Boyan

We made reservations and were promptly seated. Our waitress knew nothing about seafood. Our food was brought out cold. When we informed them, they took our food and said they would cook fresh fish. My husbands replacement had a very fishy flavor meaning that fish was old and on its last leg. Terrible. The only thing hot on my plate were the scalloped potatoes. Such a shame and ruined what should have been a nice evening out.

We came to the restaurant a little after 7:30 for dinner, they said 20 minute wait, we said we would be in the bar. 30 minutes later no table, went and asked and they had taken us off the list,. Ok, not a good start, we had Bang Bang Shrimp for an apptizermwhich was good, my wife had the Sea Scallops and shrimp, i had the Grouper special which was luke warm, the spinach that all i could taste was the garlic, and mashed potatos which like everything else was luke warm at best. We took the dessert home. The server was good, but why waste money on a chain restaurant with hit or miss results when there are plenty of much better local seafood restaurants in the area.

From the moment we walked in the ambience and sheer professionlism of the staff made us feel welcome. As a long time fan of Bonefish ( since Grecian Hotel, Detroit 1993) I have made it my business to dine wherever I find one. So when I saw there was one opening 2 miles from home. I waited until 2/6/2017 to be among the first to dine. My date had not been before and was amazed by first the authentic joy the waitstaff had about us being there. Next she was blown away by bang bang shrimp, her meal of tuna steak, asparugus and spinach put more smiles on her mouth than me. I am of course and will forever be an Ahi man. The food was over the top delcious, the resturant is beautiful, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, kind curteous and polite. Big shout out to JB, and his entire crew thanks for making my visits memorable. I recommend Bonefish Cobb Parkway with my highest recommendation

We attended a conference in their private room with food service adjacent to the comfortable, tablecloth dining rooms and lounge. They offer a nice selection of appetizers, souo, salad, seafood and meat dishes. We had house salad & classic Ceasar salads, available Gluten Free if you forgo the Croutons. Bang Bang Chicken & the Bang Bang Shrimp versions were plump & fried, served with a spicy cream sauce. Fried Calamari were firm with a light coating & arrived on a bed of crispy rice noodles with a side of a spicy sweet asian sauce. Lighter and less spicy were the Wagyu Beef & Ginger Potstickers delicious & flavourful garnished in chopped green onions & soy sauce. A platter of Sweet & Spicy Thai Coconut Shrimp rounded out the evening small plates pictured below. We enjoyed a very rich flourless fudge brownie with a whipped soft cream slide as dessert. Full bar liquor, cocktail, wine, beer service, soft drink & flavoured teas, plus lunch/dinner menu available. Some great Happy Hour Martini & Cocktail specials. Tequila & Cointreau Margaritas, Absolut Blueberry Lemon Drop, Raspberry Absolut Vodka Collins are some favourite offered at $5. That's a deal & they were good! Friendly staff, plenty of onsite parking, comfortable partially enclosed outdoor lounging area, and catering or to go options available. Convenient access off GA I-75 highway

My husband and I had dinner at Bonefish before going to Cobb Energy Center. Arrived at 5:00 pm on Saturday. Seated within 15 minutes. Love the decor, modern but not stuffy. Our server was so helpful! Answered all our questions and took very good care of us. We started with the ceviche appetizer which was yummy. Our meal was cedar plank Norwegian salmon, jasmine rice, and green beans. It was excellent! Fish cooked to perfection and the green beans still had a slight crunch, just like we like them. Portion size was good. We will definitely be dining at Bonefish Grill again soon!

Never been to Bonefish before, as we passed my friend asked if we should try it. We liked the interior, choose to sit at the bar next to a large window, sunny and bright, just what she wanted. I ordered the ceviche special but only got to eat half of it because my friend thought it tasted great and ate the rest. Nice place, will consider going back again.

We 've visited several times as we fell in love with the mussels. Light, favorable, fresh garlic, onions and tomatoes. Wait on the bread until they arrive to enjoy the broth. Bread can be hit or miss so make sure you get warm which is awesome. Chilean Sea Bass is excellent. The hostress process is messing. Person is trying to balance delivery orders and dining room while gossiping with the staff. This happened on all 3 visits. The dining room is loud with clientele base. Cold Water lobster tails are fantastic....moist with fresh drawn butter. Recommend but watch the time of day. Needs a little corporate intervention to get it back on track.

We won't be coming back. We had a very unpleasant experience with a server today who came to our table with a poor attitude, to say the least. When he asked, sarcastically, what we wanted, my wife told him the manager. I understand that not everyone has the temperament to work in a restaurant and there are bad apples everywhere, but I expected more from the manager, who apparently is the managing partner. After I had to search for the manager, he came to our table and apologized for our experience, and offered to take care of the bill. The manager seemed annoyed that his server and my wife had exchanged words and he just wanted us to go away. My wife asked for the manager's card, and he said that he would return with one. The manager never came back, and I had to get his card from one of his associates. Based on the attitude from the manager, I can understand why a server would think that bringing a poor attitude and disrespectful demeanor to the table would be acceptable. Some people will accept poor service and make the best of a bad situation. That would not be us. We will not return to this Bonefish Grill, and frankly, I have no interest in visiting any of their other locations.

They have AMAZING sweet tea! Our waiter was very friendly and talkative. He got black hair, Don’t know his name. GREAT TIME

I love this spot .. I travel a lot to Atlanta and this place is always in my travel itinerary!!! Keep up the good work bonefish !!!

I dropped in with a good friend and it was very nice. We sat at the bar and ordered. We went for drinks and appetizers. The Bang bang shrimps are very good and the Imperial dip is extremely good. Both a must try. I ordered the lemon drop martini and it was sooo good. Bartender Sonia was awesome. That girl knows how to make a martini. They have daily specials so I will definitely be going back. I saw the other entrees and they all looked good, especially the crusted salmon. I love this place.

I love this place! The restaurant ambiance is superb and the service here is consistently superb. During our most recent visit I enjoyed the scallops and shrimp with the mango salsa along with sides of sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes. Delicious! I love their white mango sangria and sangria was the perfect cocktail to compliment the meal. Our server was excellent and made sure that we had what we needed and made sure that we didn't feel rushed. He even found out that it was a birthday celebration and brought complimentary dessert to our table. I was there with family/friends but this is also a great date night restaurant and the restaurant is quiet enough for business meetings as well. We ate in the main restaurant area but their bar area is also very nice. Overall a wonderful experience as usual.

Had way too much fun at bonefish. Love their family dynamic. Kyla and Grace are the funniest pair. We had the crab fries for appetizer and when it had a little too much sauce, they got me a replacement quickly with no issues. For my entree I had the seabass and it was the best fish i ever tasted. Will definitely come back to see the whole squad

My husband & I stopped in today to celebrate his birthday. The staff was very polite & welcoming. We ordered the shrimp & lobster dip as an appetizer. Awesome! I had the steak & crab cake dinner & my husband ordered the steak & lobster dinner. We both left full & happy. They even gave my husband a piece of birthday cheesecake, which was also delicious. I will definitely recommend this place. Everything was great from the service to the food. We will be back!

My dad and I decided to go to bonefish's newest location in Atlanta. Initially we were seated at a table with a bright spotlight shining in my eyes. They moved us to another table which was much better. Then we both ordered the steak and lobster special as I had been sent an email advertising this special. Waitress didn't know anything about this special and had to ask the manager if there even was a special. Answer back was they weren't ready to serve the special but they would try to accommodate. This special was being offered nationally. Finally we were served dinner mine was cold as it must have been sitting out for a while. The kitchen probably was rattled a bit by our order. My dads was ok. Meat quality was good but eating cold mash potatoes and steak kind of ended my appetite. Lobster was cold and no melted butter was served. Also had to cut the steak with a regular knife as they forgot to bring steak knives. Nobody was in the place when we arrived yet service was slow....they were pretty good at refilling water glasses and the bread was served warm. Probably the best part of the meal...

I have eaten at the Ashburn, VA Bonefish Grille many times. This location should take lessons from them. My husband ordered the Mahi Mahi and it came out way too salty. He decided on a different entree, but it took over 40 minutes to get it. My entree was perfectly fine. Normally when an entree is ready it's brought out by someone else so that the patrons don't have to wait. I did not see this happening at this Bonefish location. Hopefully they will figure it out. Bonefish Grill is one of my favorite restaurants in Virginia. I want it to be a favorite in Georgia as I will be moving there permanently soon. I won't return to this location for a while in order to give them time to hone their operation. It's obvious this location is new. One positive note is that the ambiance at this location is great!!

Delicious food, perfectly cooked charcoal grilled salmon. Prompt excellent service and the hostess was accommodating about changing our table even though our reason clearly did not make sense to her!

We have been loyal Bonefish grill folks and always look forward to a great meal and fair deal. Well, the size of the Tuna was shockingly small. For $19 and change, I would expect a more appropriate size portion. This looked small. Flavor and quality is fine, but to spend that amount of money for 6bites of fish, sorry - I was disappointed.

Unbussed unclean tables in the bar area, an extremely rude bartender, dinner served late, terrible cold greasy food, waitress apologizing for the food being late, they were out of the fish( grouper) on special by 7:45pm, they were out of macadamia nuts on the macadamia brownie by 8:30...the list is endless. Only exception was that the waitress was trying to do her job despite the chaos. Do yourself a favor and don't go there!

Food was absolutely scrumptious!!! Saturday night was extremely busy, good thing we made reservations ahead of time for 7pm, otherwise the wait was over an hour. Great location, great service and amazing food...just be sure to make reservations ahead of time on a Saturday night.

Let's talk about the Good, Bad and Ugly. The service by the waitress was better than good. The food came out quickly and together. The Bad and Ugly. The food was poorly prepared--the mussel appetizer was undercooked and nearly raw though the shells were open. The plate was largely uneaten. Should have returned it or have it taken off our bill. We did neither. I had fish and chips and the fish was non-descript. The pasta dish was badly overcooked and mushy. More than disappointing. Not recommended and will not likely return.

We had tickets to a nearby theatre and decided on Bonefish Grill for dinner. The front of the house was efficient and pleasant. We were a bit early for our reservation and we were seated almost immediately. Our server was gracious, and made suggestions as we asked, regarding wines and sides. I have a shellfish allergy, and she took care of informing her chain. Food was delivered well presented, and delicious. The tableside bread was great, we enjoyed our wine, conversation while dipping the bread. The restaurant was busy, full and still we Well taken care of, we'll return. Suggest trying the sea bass.

Decided to take my 14 year old meat loving daughter out to for an early Thursday night dinner and landed at Bonefish. Yeah, not the place you’d expect, but I had a coupon and we had never been there, so why not give it a go? So happy that we did because we had a wonderful experience and meal. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived, only a few tables were occupied. We were promptly greeted and seated. Jason our waiter then came over and introduced himself and told us about the menu and specials, and took our drink order. Jason brought out some hot focaccia and pesto dipping sauce, which were wonderful. My daughter and I both went with the 8 oz. filet mignon, and both came cooked to perfection. The sides were generous and delicious, especially my string beans, don’t know what they did to them, but they were amazing. My daughter said the filet was one of the best she ever had. She polished hers off so quickly and was eyeing mine! I had plenty of leftovers and told her she could have mine the following day. In the end she was happy I made her wait for the leftovers because she got a second fabulous meal the following evening. It was nice to try Bonefish on a coupon and now will definitely be going back.

Happy mother's day brunch was so-so. The bang bang shrimp appetizer was great, the mussels were ok sweet taste at the 🐟 appetizer was salty. The green tea was ok sweet tea good. My wife and i both ordered bone in ribeyes both were flavorless. Only a handful of vegetables flavorless also. The restaurant has only been open for a few month's lets just hope the food gets better. The service was above average. All and i probably will not return.

My husband and I arrived a little early for our reservation. We were seated quickly. However , it was over 10 minutes before a server arrived to take our drink order. When she did arrive, her uniform was absolutely filthy. Then , a while longer for her to return with our drinks . We then ordered appetizers. We were at the restaurant for almost one hour and never was given the opportunity to even order our entrees. We realized that were we rarely saw our server . I noticed that another table with 2 people that arrived a half hour after us , received their drinks and entrees and were already eating. At that point, we decided to leave. As we exited the restaurant, we saw our server, named Grace, outside smoking. I do understand breaks are necessary for servers, but if you spend more time away from your customers and not serving them, then customers will take their business elsewhere. We are now at another restaurant having dinner

Service (Keiara - wait staff) was great The "dinner for two" exceeded expectations Great experience - definitely true it

Colleagues decided they didn’t want to do dinner because of a heavy lunch so I called in an order and walked from my hotel to pick up. If the hostess who seats people answers the to go orders on the phone then she needs to learn the menu. Ordered the 8 oz filet. I heard her ask someone in the back if filets we’re on the menu. I had to ask her if she wanted to know how I wanted it cooked - medium rare. Ordered my 2 sides - seasoned vegetable which was green beans and grilled asparagus. Normal sides are $3. And premium sides are $4. The asparagus was a premium side which was what I wanted. I asked for horseradish. Again the hostess did not know what horseradish was and told me they did not have it. So I told her to ask someone else and to her surprise the did. Imagine that. Walked over to pick up my order 20 minutes later and paid my bill. The up charge for the asparagus was the full $4. So I figured I should have gotten the second side also but didn’t want to complain. Got back to the hotel. The green beans were undercooked and very crunchy. I paid an additional $4 for 4 spears of asparagus. 4 spears!!! No bread or napkins added to my to go bag but they did include utensils which had a small napkin. I will say that the filet was cooked perfectly and was the best part of the meal.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 26th anniversary. This was our first time, we are both seafood snobs ( He is from San Francisco and I am from the Bahamas), so we know our seafood. Our server was very engaging with a great knowledge of all of the items on the menu. She recommended the Pomegranate Martini and the Crab cakes which were amazingly good. We both had the Crab stuffed shrimp with 2 sides. I had the crab fried rice which was really tasty and the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese. My husband chose the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese and the Mash Potatoes. The portions are generous and the food was fresh and tasty. We topped it off with a glass of the red wine, Key Lime pie and Brownie with ice cream. The manager came out to greet us and say Happy Anniversary. It was a very enjoyable night. The restaurant was busy but quiet and had fast service. We will be back.

Was celebrating with family and waitress lied and told us there was a mandatory 20% tip. Then she wrote in her tip amount on our credit card receipts. When we talked to manager, he said she shouldn’t have done that.

Stayed at Embassy Suites Downtown Atlanta and this restaurant is literally right next door in the shopping center. Great location with easy access to the arena, the Galleria and surrounding shopping area. Excellent surf and turf, great bar service and a good wine list. When I arrived the place was packed and the servers were running! Since I traveled alone, I chose a high top at the bar to be seated right away and was immediately served. Food was delicious (often the steaks are poor quality and the lobster minimal NOT the issue here), martini was generous & cold and the atmosphere lively. This was a weekend evening, so a large crowd, the restaurant was loud but the waitstaff was very efficient and mindful of the patrons. Topped off the meal with a genuine vanilla creme brûlée and left satisfied. Once again The Bonefish delivered with good food, quick service and created another repeat customer!

Three girls get together for Sunday lunch at Bonefish Grill. The food was delicious. My girlfriend was visiting from Sacramento, CA. She loves seafood. The service was great, the food was on point. Our waiter JD was wonderful and so attentive. Seafood was cooked to perfection.

In May, I had to attend for the first time the 2017 Digital Summit hosted at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Building. My wife and I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Smyrna (GA). There was no restaurant at this hotel. However, there were numerous restaurants within driving range. After the long day of workshops, I was looking for somewhere special to eat dinner. My wife picked me up, and she recommended Bonefish Grill. She made an excellent choice (as always…she knows me). When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy…yet (4:30pm). We were greeted warmly by our server. The menu included a variety of fish entrees including Ahi Tuna, Rainbow Trout, and Salmon. Of course, the most famous entrée is Bang-Bang Shrimp. I ordered ‘Bang Bang’ Shrimp while my wife ordered a different fish entree. The meal was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant to visitors.

This was our first experience with Bonefish Grill and I promise it will not be the last. From the wonderful service we received from Zee to the great food, it was a culinary experience we won't soon forget. We tried the crab cakes, delicious! We had talapia with mango salsa topping, delicious, lobster stuffed shrimp, delicious. I had the salmon with lime butter, delicious! Loved the augratin potatoes and even the broccoli. Plan to try the Bang, Bang shrimp next go round.

We were there on a Friday night, but we had a reservation, and were seated promptly! With all the confusion of The Braves new stadium soft opening, close by, everything went well! I had the Rainbow Trout, it was a little dry, but still tasty, my son had the Tuna and it was perfect! Our server, Amy R., was very attentive, we also had a visit to our table by the manager and one of the chef's. The new location finally is in Cobb County, it will do well!!

My wife and I were in the mood for "love" of seafood so we stopped by a seafood spot at the Galleria in Marietta. Walked in and was floored at the crowd, noise and awful group of people. Not our style so we left immediately. We didn't know where to go so a quick drive down Cobb Pkwy. brought us to a familiar name, Bonefish Grill! Always a good spot so we stopped in. It was busy but not overly crowded, a much better group of people and a spot at the bar. Drinks were quick to arrive and the appetizers were awesome! The staff was sharp, kind and ready to help in any way. I recommend this spot for a great meal or afternoon snack.

I am a regular patron of Bonefish Grill restaurants at several locations. This was my first visit to this relatively new location at Akers Mill. The location is near the intersection of I-75 and I-285. This is a typical Bonefish layout with a very spacious bar side with some seating and large screen TVs. The main dining room is more spacious than most locations too based on my previous experience. Since this location has only been open for a short time, you will notice some inconsistencies. The service was very friendly and accommodating, but not particularly attentive based on the number of patrons when I was there. We had Bang Bang Shrimp (of course) and it was good. Those in my party each had one of the daily specials. They were also good. I will probably try this location again after it has had time for the cooks and service staff to mature.

It took 40 minutes to get food and restaurant was not very full/busy. The food was lukewarm. Salmon was dry. Brussels sprouts were too burnt to eat and tasted terrible.

We drove all the way down from the north GA mountains. We had a great time due to Ziggy, our server. The food was pretty good. We both had cedar plank salmon which was a little dry, but the rest was great, including the bread, drinks and cheesecake. Really fun atmosphere. We will be back!

A group of us went to Bonefish Grill as a celebration graduation dinner in August 2019. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, even though it was busy. Our server was very friendly and made of big deal out of my graduation, which naturally felt great. He was knowledgeable and did a good job. Our only complaint was that he had too many tables and wasn't able to keep up with our drinks and waters. The food was well prepared and flavorful. I enjoyed a seafood special with my friend (thankfully since the portion was HUGE), and the gentlemen enjoyed steaks. They had a very interesting Woodford Reserve smoking beverage that was fun to order (see attached photo). Our experience was a good one at Bonefish and we would recommend it to others.

We have heard about Bonefish Grill and thought we would give it a try. We walked in and we were immediately seated. We were surprised it was lunch hour and there were many empty tables. We were greeted by our server and she was very friendly and gave us time to look over the menu. She took our drink orders and brought them out. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp as our appetizer and it was very good. Even though the restaurant was empty the main courses took a long time to get to us. In the meantime I noticed that the other diners had bread served to them. I asked for bread and by the time we received it the entrees arrived as well. I ordered the lobster roll and au gratin potatoes. This wasn't a lobster roll. It was served open faced on what seemed to be a sliver of toasted bread. The lobster was also diced and not what I was expecting at all. It tasted okay. If you have had lobster rolls in Boston, Maine or Quebec you would not be happy with what they called a lobster roll. I should have known better. Many times when I have ordered either lobster in a place that is not near the coast the lobster is not prepared properly. The potatoes were good. Also ordered at our table was the Imperial Cod and that was considered to be okay, nothing remarkable. The garlic mashed potatoes were good but the green beans lacked any flavor and did not taste like they were seasoned. I had ordered another beer and finally had to ask again for her to check on it. We ordered cookies and the coconut pie for dessert. The pie was very good but when the cookie came out much later we asked for those to go. I can't say I would go back when the best thins were the appetizer, potatoes and the pie. The main courses fell short. I left a very good tip because the server was friendly, but there is the dilemma because you know the servers rely on these tips but the service wasn't good when you have to ask to have water refilled etc.. Because the restaurants don't pay them a decent wage I feel responsible to give a good tip either way, deserved or not. I am not sure I would go back because everything was just average, but I didn't pay average prices.

We had visited the akers mill location 2 times with mixed results. We had out of town visitors last weekend who wanted seafood. We made reservations for 8 people. We all met up at the restaurant and they had our name but said they could not seat us until other parties left...DESPITE our reservation. They had a large space blocked off that they said was reserved for a party, yet thay had not given us the same courtesy. They did not offer to seat us at the bar or make Any accomodations. After twenty minutes of being ignored and huddled near the entrance we left. It was a saturday night so we had to wait over an hour at another restarant before finally eating. We will NEVER eat at this place again and will spread the word about this awful experience.

I got a pickup order. Waited in car for 20 minutes. Food never arrived. Went inside was given wrong food and had to come back. Then got correct order. Food was cold and Bonefish associate did not care. Got home had to reheat everything. The bang bang shrimp was just breaded shrimp. Horrible. Stay away from this Bonefish the associates here don’t care and do not live up to Bonefish standards. Buyer Beware. Drive on past. We will not return.

It was my birthday dinner and we were seated promptly. We ordered the Oscar special and the Imperial Cod. The Oscar was missing the crabmeat and the cod was missing the scallops. The waitress gave us a $15 credit for the omissions. Other than that, it was good.

I was seated immediately upon entry. The air was crisp, the lighting was perfect, and the floors were clean. I sat and waited for a waiter for about 15minutes and had to request one. I was notified that she was on break but my order was taken and I was checked on regularly after that. They apologized for the wait and made up for it. They were friendly, catering and I didnt have to ask for anything else after that. I ordered fried calamari, French fries and Bang Bang shrimp. The calamari had yellow peppers on it and tasted okay. They were small pieces which I didnt care for but the dipping sauce was delicious. The french fries were salty with large grains of salt visible to the naked eye. The shrimp was soft I suppose because of the sauce on them. I messed up ordering the calamari and shrimp together because the tastes/sauces collided in my mouth along with the ketchup from the fries. I would definitely eat here again because I loved the service and the food was tasty but now I know not to order all those flavors together. The restroom was clean and sanitary.

I’m never disappointed when I choose bonefish for dinner. The service is great, the portions are good and being a member of the rewards program pays off tremendously. I ordered the salmon my last visit and it was excellent Very tender and flaky and seasoned very well.

We had reserved a group of about 30 people on a Sunday afternoon. On the way in I spoke to a booth of 4 that I knew. They said we have been waiting for service a while, you may be in for a long afternoon. They were right. We preordered a buffet. It wasn't ready for over 30 minutes. We had to get our tea and water by ourselves, and there weren't enough glasses for a bit and the water container release was broken and we had to be careful not to be cut. It made us look bad by association.

This restaurant is at 2997 Cobb pkway,SE Atlanta, Georgia. There are two in the Atlanta area. The Fish here is so fresh and the filet mignon was tender. Not very thick but a tasty cut if meat. Seems like everyone around me order the black mussels in wine sauce, there were over a dozen in a serving. Prices are not too bad on the budget. Very reasonable. Chopsticks seem to be in order too. Minimum booths available so when making reservation request one ahead if you desire. There is a nice bar area and drinks are average price and good quality for the buck.

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food made us look forward to a return. Ample menu and drinks served by knowledgeable servers made it a fun dining experience. Return indeed.
Great Eatings
Brunch is awesome at this location especially if you are in the area for any event at any of the Event Centers the mall is also very close by. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp Eggs Benedict and the Crab Rice which was ssoooo good. We walked in and was greeted right away, the atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. My server was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I did not give a 5 Star because she told me the Crab Rice was included with my Bang Bang Shrimp Eggs Benedict and I later found out I was charged $4.50 so I was a little disappointed about that. I would love to go back and would recommend to have a great meal.
