I stopped in for an early Sunday morning breakfast and found a new favorite. I love bagels and these were some of the best I’ve ever had. Friendly staff too.

We had been here a year ago and remembered them again this year as we pass through San Antonio. We stopped in for some coffee and was hoping for some soup, because we both were just getting over a cold. Their soup of the day was Applewood smoked bacon, corn and potato chowder in a bagel bowl. It was Excellent. Hearty with lots of flavor. The staff was kind and patient with us. We will be back again next year!

We got lunch here and the bagels were delicious. The Texas Toast bagel sandwich was a great combo of sweet and savory, and the Salmon bagel sandwich was also a perfect flavor balance. The bagels had great texture.

Who knew?! Real Bagels in Texas! I'm literally planning my next Airbnb in San Antonio near here! Beautiful and delicious bagels with SO MANY spreads to choose from, I'll need at least 3 days to try all I want.....

Really incredible food. The bagels are huge and have great flavor. They have an incredible texture that’s crunch on the outside, fluffy, and just slightly chewy. Awesome spread option all though they could add some type of tomatoe spread in my opinion, but its fantastic.

Tried this place after being disappointed with a chain bagel place. I was hopeful yet cautious. First this place is hidden away in a strip mall situation which was nice because parking was good. Second the menu offered great selections for breakfast or lunch. Loved that everything is available regardless of time. I usually prefer lunch at 8 am instead of breakfast so this was right up my alley. Third, the service was amazing. Everyone was warm, courteous and genuinely happy to see you. That’s a BIG DEAL!! I had the some like it hot which was roasted chicken on a garlic bagel with blue cheese crumbles, spinach and a spicy schmear (house made cream cheese). Honey had the gobble gobble which was roasted turkey, arugula, Swiss cheese, shaved onions and sundries cherry schmear. Both were delish and overstuffed with items which made them worth the price. Best part was you could see the bagels being formed which is nice. Loved it so much we are trying to figure who we can invite down to introduce them to this awesome hidden gem. I would suggest that you get there early as Sundays around lunch seemed to definitely pick up in traffic.

Recently visited Boss Bagels — great customer service and delicious bagels with a good variety of flavors. We also tried a couple flavors of cream cheese, which were also fantastic. We got there about 11a on a Friday and several varieties were sold out, so you might want to get there early if you’d like something specific.

Boss Bagel inside Terminal A of the San Antonio International Airport offers sloooow service and doughy bagels that are overly priced. I totally understand why all the other food vendors in Terminal A had a line for service and there wasn't a line for service at BOSS BAGELS. I had a blueberry bagel ($3.55) with plain smear. There was absolutely NO blueberry taste with my fat, doughy bagel. Hubby had The Classic ($6.95) bagel with bacon and egg. Fat, doughy bagel.

We wanted to try a new place and decided to try Boss bagel. I tried the multi grain bagel with bacon, eggs, and avocado. The bagel was crunchy, fresh and delicious. The bagel was generous and filling. Looking forward to try some more bagels.

This was a great find and the woodfired smell is amazing. There are so many options available and I was thrilled to see vegan options. Their tofu spread was fantastic! Highly recommend!

This was my second visit. I thought maybe I just got the wrong thing the first time. But now I can confirm these are not bagels. They are big dough balls. There are lots of flavors and, as it was very busy, many people like their product. Try it. Maybe you’ll like it too. But don’t expect an actual bagel.

Easy access (I am somewhat disabled) ...Wel lit, cheerful atmosphere, pet friendly. The bagels are second to none (Monreal Style), service is friendly and prompt... the array of bagel stuffings is comprehensive. The coffee choices and quality are excellent. Me and my family had a wonderful meal...and the bill was very reasonable. I recommend the place without reservations for breakfast or lunch Danny R .

We had lunch at Boas Bagels today. The bagel sandwich was amazing and the service was wonderful. Henry, the cashier, greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcomed ! Good job, Boss Bagles !
