Sunday brunch, we loved all of our choices. The bakery croissants were delicious devine and very French..The hash was tasty, large portions for breakfast. Server was very attentive and our coffee up was never empty. We were thrilled to get in as we did not have a reservation we will go back next time we are in Vegas

We had reservations for Thursday morning brunch and arrived a few minutes early. We were seated immediately on the patio by the fountain. Our server was very nice and fairly attentive although she did disappear for some time at one point and our champagne bottle was in a chilling bucket across the walk way so we were about to get up to get it before she finally returned. The chicken and waffles is absolutely amazing. The chicken is roasted, not fried and very flavorful and the waffles are crispy and light. We ordered the "bottle of mimosas" which is a bottle of champagne and three small bottles of juice to make your own mimosas. The atmosphere and food make this a must do every trip restaurant for brunch. I can't wait to get back for our next trip.

If you have not had brunch at Bouchon, you must give it a try. Bouchon has the best service and food you can expect. It’s a very good choice for people with food allergies too. The pastries are excellent to start off. We really enjoy the corned beef hash and the chicken & waffles are unbelievable. On our recent visit we tried the salmon salad that was also a very good choice. If you still have room you must try the creme brûlée for dessert. We have dined here many times and have never been disappointed.

I highly recommend a reservation! Everything was delicious! we started off with mimosas and escargots! Eggs benedict and croque madame were both winners.

Highly recommend Bouchon! It certainly lived up to its reputation. We had dinner there on a busy Friday evening, and all of our food was delicious and timely. Great selection of wines. Service impeccable. Very knowledgeable about gluten free items available on the menu that would be safe and had plenty of GF choices. They even brought out GF bread. Will definitely return.

My husband and I had an amazing experience. Seating outside by the fountain was very romantic. Our server Erica was excellent. All the staff worked as a team. I had the steak frites which was cooked to perfection and every French fry was nice and crunchy. My husband had the Dover sole which was absolutely scrumptious. We will definitely be coming back to Bouchon on our next trip to Vegas.

Food was slightly above average but most disappointing was the seating. Our table was within 6 inches of the next table. Definitely not the experience we had expected in a restaurant of this caliber. Our waiter was great and kept apologizing for the long wait due to all the large parties. It wasn’t his fault, but felt like the restaurant tried placing as many tables as they could right next to each other but couldn’t keep up with the volume. Definitely not an enjoyable experience.

Excellent anniversary celebration at Bouchon at Venetian Resort. Love the variety of their menu and authentic French bistro ambiance. Waiters are well versed in the menu. Our’s suggested I try the trout. It was excellent and the extra order of frites hit the spot. My husband had tartar and oysters which he enjoyed. Only surprise was no complimentary dessert came in honor of our anniversary. Instead we were given 2 glasses of champagne in plastic to go cups. A note to restaurant would be that a complimentary glass of champagne is fine but should be given at beginning of service. This would have been a more celebratory feeling.

While not the French Laundry, Bouchon Vegas is a very good restaurant you should experience. Staff is trained extensively and no less than 5 stealthy wait staff attended to our every need. My wife and I have been to Bouchon in Yountville (Napa) and the food here in Vegas was of similar quality. Restaurant clearly sources first-quality ingredients, enjoyed my lamb entre and wife liked (not loved) steamed mussels in saffron based broth. Salmon rillette appetizer w/toast points & champagne a nice starter and plenty for two. Our waiter was AMAZING, as well as the Sommelier. We ate outside on the patio near a fountain rather than the very loud inside dining where many conventioneers/work crowd dined. Terrific Spot that will not break the bank.

First off this restaurant was described as a bistro. The definition of bistro is a small restaurant. We did not expect to be surrounded by 250 people with a volume level louder than a Paris Street fair. The food is the only thing about the trip that keeps me from giving a rating of one. Even at that, it was not fantastic. The service was about the worst we have ever had. I should not have to wave down our server to order a drink when my glass had been empty for twenty minutes. This dinner was supposed to be one of the focal points of our trip. This was hands down the low point of the trip, and I tested positive for Covid when I returned home. Don't waste your time.

Worth the price. Superb service, food and lovely ambience. Tables nicely separated. Will definitely return.

Enjoyed an evening with my friend. We started with the caviar service followed by a shellfish tower. Both were delicious then the escargot which was also good. The only drawback to our dinner was an over asstertive busboy. He came across rude and ruined the time a bit. The server was pleasant as was everyone except this abrasive busboy.

Beautiful decor and exceptional food. The escargot was exceptional. Also, enjoyed the lamb. Service was excellent. They not only have half bottles but 500 ml carafes of a wide assortment of excellent wines.

A very nice place for a late Sunday brunch with a lot of great choices and excellent plates tasting delicious. Not the first time … we come back.

We happened to be staying at the Venetian for a work conference when we decided to eat here for breakfast on our last day. It was very pricey as expected. However, many dishes and beverages were based on traditional breakfast and/or brunch items that sometimes had an extra ingredient. For example, we ordered Eggs Benedict and Chicken with Chive Waffles. The waffles were perfectly cooked and the chive was such a delightful surprising taste. The Eggs Benedict with Crab were delish too! We also shared a bottle of sparkling wine for mimosas and the waiter was kind enough to tell us that it would be cheaper to do so than to order by the glass. We also were served bread with butter prior to our meal. For dessert, we ordered their Beignet Donut and were given two toppings to use, Nutella or preserves, depending on what your preference is. With the weather being very warm, we were lucky enough to dine with the doors leading to the swim area open. You may also sit out there too if you request.

Beautiful place, excellent service and excellent food. Nice selection of wines, great variety of oysters, everything was amazing with special emphasis on the foie gras and the trout. Definitely will visit again

Today's breakfast was Chicken and waffles (Poulet et Gaufres) and Smoked salmon salad( Saumon Fume'). It was accompanied with a new Pisachio pastry. The service was top-notch, the food totally memorable. We have never been disappointed at Bouchon!

We had Sunday brunch here, and my goodness was it delicious. I got a cappuccino, which was delicious, and had a heart at the top. We got the bread, butter and mixed berry jam (which was amazing). I ordered the cheese danish, and WOW, it was incredible. Get it and share it, or don’t share it. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken is cooked and not fried, so I was a little curious to see how it would taste (we live in Tennessee and are used to fried chicken and waffles). It was AMAZING. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy, including the gravy it came with. The Crown Royal syrup took the waffles to the next level. Put it together and it’s the perfect bite. My husband ordered the sausage hash, and he liked it too. He wished there was more scrambled egg, but he ate the whole thing. Bouchon then surprised up with a crème brûlée for our anniversary! The custard inside was so fluffy and creamy, it was delightful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND (make reservations).

Perfection. Everything one would expect of Thomas Keller. Located in the glitzy Venetian Bouchon is a classic French bistro. Once inside no Glitz just a lovely restaurant. The service was impeccable but warm and friendly. The food was wonderful. The wine superb.

We went for dinner. Service was excellent. Menu did not have a high quality steak which was disappointing. Meal was good. Ambience was great but we were seated at a table for two where the tables on either side are very close. We do not like that set up as it is impossible to have a conversation without the people at adjoining tables being able to hear everything.

Amazing food served by a more than competent staff. Everything was good. Particular standouts included the bread, the escargot, the steak tartare, steak bouchon, and the desserts. I really loved the bread served warm and fresh

Nice atmosphere, great service, pricey, very small portions and the food wasn't very good. We wanted to experience some great food while in Vegas so thought we'd try Bouchon. The escargot is not fresh--they make it from a can. Hmmmm. I thought I'd try the $90 Sole and I found the sauce sour and not very good. The chicken was tiny. The trout was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a special delicious meal.

Terrific meal with great staff. Our server made recommendations based on our questions and he was 100% right. Highly recommend

We eat either brunch or dinner at Bouchon at least once per trip. This time we managed brunch immediately uoon arrival. Tucked away on the 10th floor of the venetian hotel, lovely setting, great menu. You always get an epis (scissor baguette) with brunch or dinner. At brunch with whipped butter and jam. At dinner with hot pistachios. We both had the crab benedict served on one over sized english muffin with two poached eggs and hollandaise with a hint of lemon. No need for potatoes or dessert after that. The cafe americano is an espresso with its own pot of water so you decide how much. Always worth the trip.

We always have to hit brunch at Bouchon whenever we are in Vegas. It never disappoints. Ever. The waitstaff are attentive and very competent. Definite Bistro atmosphere. The Quiche Florentine was perfectly seasoned and prepared. The Croque Madame was fantastic as well - always a favorite. Even the coffee is outstanding

Absolutely wonderful meal and service! We had: fromage du jour, the goat cheese salad, the asparagus salad, lamb medallions with a wonderfully savory bean mixture, roasted chicken with a deliciously savory tomato base, and a dessert with ice cream in-between a thin layer of pastry with rich chocolate sauce on top! Will definitely be going back!

This is the only restaurant that I go back to whenever I visit Vegas. I am guaranteed a quality, tasty meal, in a beautiful atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling paneled windows; a feeling like you're sitting in a bistro in France. The waiter gave me lots of details on most of the menu, and on the items I needed to decide between. Such a fabulous selection, I could have ordered 5 courses! The twist of French bread (baguette) is a great start to the meal, and each dish was perfection. For me, it's the sauces that make a great French meal. Who would have thought I'd have the best trout of my life at a French restaurant. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine selection. He was courteous as well as friendly, and they all had the perfect timing as to when to hover vs disappear. You can get a plate for $35 which is amazing for such a lovely place in the middle of Vegas's array of eateries. The dress is business casual. (Chef Thomas Keller is famous, if that matters to you.)

I read on line that Bouchon was difficult to find and a long walk from the Venetian. It isn’t. From the Venetian reception it is about 2 minutes to the Veneziana tower, and then to the 10th floor. I had seen it recommended on social media more than once, so thought I would give it a try as I was seeing a show at the Venetian. Bouchon is a French restaurant and quite elegant. The setting is lovely, in a large nicely decorated room next to a garden and swimming pool. The staff are attentive. The menus are slightly quirky, printed on brown paper that is folded to hold the napkins. There is a seafood bar with fresh seafood on display, and oysters, lobster, prawns and mussels all feature on the menu. The choices are quite traditionally French, starters including onion soup, foie gras, beef tartare or snails. Meanwhile the main courses include a couple of choices of steak, lamb, veal and trout. Followed by a choice of three or six cheeses. There is also a ‘specials’ blackboard with the daily choices, tonight was tomato and piquillo pepper soup, roast beef ‘New York’ and chocolate and hazelnut tart. I did not see a desserts menu but I suspect there is one. Warm bread and butter and a small bowl of pistachio nuts are placed on the table before you order. I chose half a lobster, and an endive & Roquefort salad as I did not want anything too heavy. The lobster was chilled, having been removed from its’ shell, tossed in herbs and olive oil and replaced. It was very tasty. The salad was very fresh and crispy, although the bitterness of some of the endive leaves was apparent through the dressing and there was very little cheese and pears crumbled on top. I washed my dinner down with a glass of the house rose. I had a very pleasant meal, with excellent service and will book again next time I am in Vegas.

Very tasty food, nice ambience, nice helpful staff, but too many operators! You feel a bit caught off guard by the many operators, only one would have been enough!

We had a private dining room with fantastic servers French wine both red and white were served along with craft cocktails which were very tasty. Started off with huge shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs and charcuterie trays. For main course had your choice of chicken or steak or seafood. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Then the dessert trays came out with samplings of several very tasty desserts. This team knows how to provide a wonderful experience for a large group business meal!

Went for brunch on a Friday. The restaurant was very busy and despite having reservations, we had to wait about 20 min to be seated. Food was really good as was the service. Standouts were the chicken and waffles, smoked salmon and the burger.

Bouchon was the perfect location to have a light french breakfast. We had Croque madam and waffles plus excellent coffee & a cappuccino. All were made to perfection.

First, make a reservation... always busy and always booked for Sunday Brunch. I highly recommend the following: Crab Egg Benedict (One of the best you will ever try) Chicken with Waffle (the signature dish), once you try this chicken, you will never touch Costco or Sam's rotisserie chicken again. The waffle is not just a waffle, it is the lunch version made to complement the chicken.

The front desk staff recommended Bouchon to start my Venezia stay. The hostess was nice and I received a menu, water and bread upon being seated. However, the wait staff never acknowledged or came to my table once. Three waiters worked around me and never offered to take my order. I waited 15”. Why? At first, I asked the hostess to be seated In a different section, but why spend good money with bad people. Done with Bouchon.

Absolutely outstanding choice for dinner, we ate here in Dec with friends who live in Vegas, from the moment we stepped in we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much for Yash and the other servers. Food was out of this world, been a long time since I have had moules that good. Been to Vegas 20+ times and cannot believe I have never been to Bouchon before, that will change. Geoffrey on the bar was a superb host too.

If you are in Vegas you absolutely must eat here. The brunch is excellent. Attention to every detail is beyond and the service is one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Worth every penny!

Excellent restaurant and good value. All the table were very pleased with their selections, I enjoyed the French onion soup and Moules for main, the white wine sauce was a perfection. Great service.

We’ve been going to Bouchon 1-3 times a year since it opened 20+ years ago. It remains my favorite restaurant in Vegas and my favorite breakfast anywhere. We went twice on our recent Vegas weekend and each meal was unique, memorable and delicious. My favorite breakfast was probably Hachis de Merguez (sausage hash with 2 over-easy eggs on top) but even the American breakfast of eggs, bacon and sausage was special. On the specials menu was an espresso chip scone that was perfect.

Service was mechanical and felt rushed. Steak tartare was too salty, with tasteless slices of radish and bland seasoning. Go to Hakkasan down the road for a more tasty version! The cornichon was the dominating flavor. The salmon entree was ok but really uninspired… I am not convinced by the quality of ingredients used. Really disappointing experience overall.

Been to Bouchon many times and probably will not be back. Terrible experience with our waiter, service and food. The room is nice, but very loud. Guests were dressed in everything from t-shirts and jeans to suits - definitely more a feel of casual bistro than anything "fancy". Seated immediately, very busy. Our waiter was inattentive and condescending at best. When we asked questions about the specials, the descriptions were minimal. When placing our orders, my son (20 years old - so not a child) ordered steak frites and asked how medium rare would be prepared - waiter said red cold center, so my son ordered it medium. We ordered and waited - and waited - for our food to arrive. 45 minutes later, we asked were our food was, and the waiter stated that since a steak was ordered medium-well, that took time. Medium-well? No, the order was medium. When we pointed out the mistake, the waiter informed us that since he figured our son wanted his steak pink in the middle, he - the waiter - changed the order to medium-well. No apology - just a statement. He went on to condescendingly state that Bouchon is a French restaurant so they cook steak the "French way". It took everything in me to not tell the waiter (who was not French) that I had lived in France and in France, while they may undercook steaks in comparison to USA, waiters in France are not condescending and do not change a guests order - ever! As we were going to show immediately after dinner, we chose not to send the steak back - albeit it was still red in the middle with burned outside. Waiter never came back to inquire as to how the meal was, he simple returned to ask if we wanted dessert. We had made it clear that there was a mistake regarding his steak, nothing. Pretty room, decent food (nothing amazing) but horrible waiter experience. As someone who lives in Las Vegas, there are too many other great French restaurants to go to - won't be back to Bouchon and will not recommend.

Loved it! The bread to start is incredible. We had oysters, goat cheese salad, Bouchon steak & fries and everything was just delicious. Service was spot on - everyone was friendly and attentive! Might be one of my new LV favorite spots!

Dinner at Bouchon was delicious and service was excellent. Nice atmosphere also. Would highly recommend, and will definitely go again!

Lovely restaurant hidden away on the 10th floor of the Venetian Hotel. We had reservations for our Wedding anniversary dinner and the staff at Bouchon did not disappoint. Very busy and so a fair bit of background noise but it didn't spoil anything..from the fresh bread, to the snails, devilled eggs, Mussels, steak and the complimentary dessert they gave us everything tasted wonderful.

We were surprised that this was not better since we've eaten at Bouchon in Yountville, CA, and it was very good. At this location, the corn soup was delicious and the steak frite was very good (fries very good). However, the Croque Madame was blah and the foie gras dish was disappointing although beautifully presented. the side of haricots verts was SOGGY! Soggy? Yes, soggy. I don't like my veggies extremely al dente but this was ridiculous. We skipped dessert.

My most recent trip to Bouchon was very disappointing. Of my three go to brunch choices the quiche and French onion soup are no longer, only the croque madam remains—however changed and now almost double in price. While the fresh bread is excellent, it’s unlikely I will return. So sad as this was one of my favorites. Everyone seems to be on the same page as the once always full restaurant (at least on the weekends) was close to empty Sunday, Jan 2.

We had dinner at Bouchon on a Saturday in early October. We had never been there and we will definitely be back. We had a cocktail at the bar while we waited for our friends, and the vibe was refined fun. Our table (a very nice banquette facing into the restaurant, which was fun to people watch) was lovely. Our server was excellent and very professional. We loved how they just plunked the baguette right on the paper cover on the table. All of our meals were very good, except the special NY Strip, which was surprisingly rubbery. My onion soup was perfect (and a huge crock!) and special pasta with truffle was one of the best I have ever had, with lots of shaved truffle. We were sad that the chocolate mousse was unavailable that night, but the chocolate torte and creme brûlée more than made up for that! If you are staying at the Venetian/Palazzo Resort, be sure to check the perks you get at Bouchon (champagne, free dessert). All in all - a wonderful experience and we will return!

The place is very good. Do not get me wrong. The bread, pistachios, oysters to start with. Bibb salad dressing killed the salad. It was too sharp. Do not ever get warm four gras. Keep it original. Roast chicken and mussels were fantastic. Unfortunately, I think, that a Michelin starred restaurant should always be beyond reproach.

A wonderful restaurant pre-concert on a Friday night. Definitely book a 5:00pm table for 7:30 pm concert to give enough time to walk to the venue (Encore Theatre- Wynn). The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the wines, menu, & specials. Starters: Deviled Eggs (4), Pate' and Marinated Olives are a perfect beginning. Definitely order the Corn Soup special if available, it's served hot, rich & smooth and with a delightful sprinkling of minced chives & bacon, fabulous! Salads: Bibb Lettuce w/garden herbs & "house" vinaigrette and Salad w/Goat Cheese & red wine vinaigrette were refreshing. Entre's: The Rainbow Trout was beautifully prepared with haricot verts, Steak Frites a wonderful classic with caramelized shallots and crispy fries. However, Poulet Roti is Bouchon's time honored succulent, roasted chicken served w/sweet corn, mashed potatoes, hen of the woods mushrooms & a Dijon sauce. You've never had chicken prepared as beautifully as this! One of us comes back to this selection every time we visit.

One of the absolute best options for brunch in Las Vegas. Our group of four tried a variety of dishes including the pastry starter. Each dish was absolutely excellent. I suspect you cannot go wrong. Excellent!

Had breakfast which was yummy but EXPENSE! I had Quiche Florentine which came with mix salad and it was yummy. Beignets du Jour were yummy (our guest ordered). Be prepare to pay $$$ for even just coffee here.

Came here for brunch to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary and it could not have been more perfect. There were 10 of us and being the typical Californians we had some in our party with their special requests. Everybodies food was excellent. But the highlight was the service we received from our server Amanda and the gentleman who initially seated us. I wish I had caught his name. Everyone in group raved about the food and service. Some of the items ordered were the crab eggs Benedict, salmon salad, quiche and the breakfast platter. Do not hesitate to come here! I can't wait to go back.

My wife had the Benedicte Au Crabe and it was the best hollandaise suuce she has ever had. I had the Petit-Dejuner Americain and the pastry I had was the cream cheese danish and it may have been the best pastry that I have ever had. The service was excellent. It was a little expensive, but definitely worth it.

After Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill was closed despite confirmed reservation, we gave Bouchon a try, and despite being a group of six, they were able to fit us in with a short notice. It turned out to be very nice evening - exceptional service, nice bistro-type dishes, seafood sausages, chicken, mussels, seafood broth (daily speciality). Waiter gave clear recommendations of his own views of their ”best” dishes, which I personally like, and even gave kids chocolate sauce as a surprise as they did not have chocolate ice-cream. Small things matter - good service makes you come back, but excellent makes you to recommend to your friends.

We were a party of four. We had reservations for 11am brunch on a Friday. We had never been here before but were seated promptly after arriving. We were quick and ordered everything upfront, drinks, appetizers, pastries, and entrees. My sister ordered a cappuccino and some pastries to go with it. The coffee arrived after 12 minutes cold and the pastries never arrived so she canceled them. I ordered a bloody mary, and it arrived 15 minutes later. An appetizer we ordered arrived 25 minutes later. After 45 minutes of no entrees in sight we gracefully asked our waitress to inquire about our order. She wasn't that graceful and just signaled that they were really busy. After 50 minutes wait time, we inquired again, if not we were leaving we emphasized. She said the food would come out in minutes. So we waited over an hour time, about 15 minutes after we asked her and food never came. So we asked for the bill and the manager came said we wouldn't have to pay. Never had I left a restaurant in such a fashion, never have we spent over an hour waiting on a plate of food no matter how packed the restaurant was. We have been to numerous of the most popular restaurants in NYC, Paris, Rome, etc... never have I left because we weren't served. What's worst is that the tables next to us, got every item they ordered, pastries, appetizers, coffee and then some. Go to Bardot, don't waste your time.

This place should have a Michelin star, if it already does not. Great service (Conrad), exactly what fine dining calls for. Perfect baked goods. And amazing meals. Order the trout!

We went to Bouchon for the first time in December 2022. The service was top-notch and the food was fantastic! We cannot say enough about the pastry assortment, eggs, steak and oh... we cannot forget the BREAD & JAM! We could have made a meal out of the bread and jam alone! Absolutely delicious and we will be back as we are already planning our next trip. Kudos to the management and staff for doing such an amazing job!

Stopped in here for a quick meal in the evening. I sat at the bar. Nice atmosphere. Service was professional and prompt. I ordered the onion soup and the escargot. The escargot was delicious. The onion soup was good, but there was too much salt. I actually like some salt in my soup, but this was overdone.

We enjoyed our dinner very much. We ordered cocktails which were excellent. I Ordered the flank steak and my husband the poult. The steak was excellent, almost as tender as a fillet. The serving of fries was large and crisp. But they came with no sauce. I had to ask for ketchup. My husband. Dry ,u n enjoyed the chicken which the waiter say was the house speciality. We split a tarts Tati. Which was a disappointment. The crust, supposedly a puff pastry was hard, difficult to cut without a nice buttery flavor. The apples, Pink Lady were mushy. Service was attentive and excellent.

Bouchon is a restaurant that has stood the test of time. With so many places here one year and gone the next in Las Vegas, this is something to be appreciated. We ate at Bouchon 5 years ago and it was as good now as it was then. We were staying at the Wynn but had a show at the Palazzo so we decided to go to Bouchon. Everything was great. Appetizers sounded wonderful but we wanted the Steak Frites and knew it would be filling. It was delicious, cooked perfectly with nice hot fries. Our waiter who was excellent, Adrian, suggested we get a vegetable in place of one of the orders of fries. He was correct one order was plenty and we had great spinach to go with our dinners. The bread they serve is worth a visit. Fresh from the over put directly on the paper on the table. It is divine. The mess we paid $8.00 at Matteo doesn't hold a candle to this fabulous bread. We were celebrating and they gave us a nice chocolate cake. Wine was perfect for the steak that my husband chose. Very comfortable and beautiful room with white tablecloths and professional service. I am a fan of Thomas Keller since living in San Francisco and going to Yountville to French Laundry, Ad Hoc, and Bouchon there. Also, Per Se in NYC. He truly knows how to run a restaurant. We are returning to Las Vegas in November and definitely will return to Bouchon for more fabulous food and service.

We reserved a table for dinner. During the booking process we were asked if we were having a special occasion. We did as it was our wedding day. The day of our booking we were again asked by text if we were having a special occasion. Again I replied yes it's our wedding day. We arrive at the restaurant and we're given a seat next to the door to the outside (busy walkway). The last table outside had just been given away to the couple in front of us in line who did not have a reservation. We could not get a table outside. The waiter congratulated us but during the whole evening there was nothing that made us feel any more special than other guests who didnt have a special occasion. Not even a simple "happy wedding day" in chocolate like many restaurants do for dessert. Absolutely nothing. No good table, no special treat. That's fine but then don't ask people if they are having dinner for a special occasion if it doesn't mean anything. Otherwise you're just creating expectations. Also the waiter gave us the check while we just started having our dessert and drinks which made us feel rushed and unwelcome while we didn't complain about anything. Food was good though except for the salad with goat cheese. It was literally a simple salad of mixed greens you get for a dollar or two at the supermarket with a piece of goat cheese on it and some oil. Too simple for that price. Ratatouille and dessert was really nice though.

Had the pleasure of sitting next to Thomas Kellers table. The food, service, and atmosphere were impeccable. You know it’s good when the chef eats at his own restaurant!

Excellent and attentive service. I cannot say enough how excellent the meal was. I had the mussels and my daughter had the chicken. Both entrees were excellent. We shared a caprese salad before dinner and again it was excellent! I asked the waiter to find me a sweet white wine that I can have by the glass and he came through wonderfully. If you are in Las Vegas this is a must do. Allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours for your whole visit.

Food and service absolutely superb here despite the restaurant being super busy. Staff very friendly and attentive, great menu with an additional specials menu and lovely selection of French wines. Highly recommend. Was on my own so sat at the bar and wonderful service from Marcus.

I had a terrible meal and experience at this restaurant. I went with my brother for lunch and had the Steak Pané. It was prepared over-fried to a brown tasteless cutlet, served with an overdone, dry biscuit. The kitchen cannot poach an egg properly. I sent the steak back as the waitress agreed that it was overcooked. My appetite was gone despite barely eating the dish and I did nit want another plate. Instead of taking the meal off the menu I was brought desserts, which I cannot eat due to dietary issues. No one even asked if I wanted them, and more food was wasted. I left in disbelief and called to speak with the manager when I regained my senses. She agreed that the meal was not up to the expected quality and credited my card, which is greatly appreciated. The manager then lifted my spirits and hopes by offering to send me her contact information so that I could, "experience the meal that was expected and meets the highest quality." There has been no contact of that kind whatsoever. It was all malarkey, like the meal. I'd waited years to go to a Heller restaurant and experienced nothing but disappointment and dyspepsia.

Beautiful restaurant in the Venetian. Wonderful service by Santana. Delicious soups and desserts. The bread is addictive. In a word: Stellar.

This restaurant attracts "preferred" clients. As such you might experience what we experienced. After our order arrived, a "preferred" client sat at a nearby table. As a result our waiter paid special interest in him. We never saw the waiter again while we ate. So when there was a problem with the food the water boy could not get our wraiter's attention. He maintained his position with the "preferred" client the entire time, never once returning to our table. When we wanted more wine again the water boy tried to get his attention and our waiter ignored him. He ultimately brought our bill and I mentioned that the entrée was not what I wanted to eat, his reply, "it looks like you finished it". That or nothing was my reply since I couldn't get service. So he was too preoccupied to come back, I took the check the the receptionist to pay and the manager was there and I explained that there would be no tip. The waiter showed up and I told him that too and he was apparently unmoved. He was happy with the tip from his "preferred" client no doubt. Such is dining at a Thomas Keller restaurant in Vegas it seems. Never again!

I have written many reviews for Bouchon. It is the one place we go for breakfast/brunch everyday we are in town. Today’s special was just fabulous! Lobster Benedict, with perfectly prepared eggs and textbook Hollandaise sauce, YUM! Our waitress, Brittney is always cheerful and friendly. A better waitress is hard to find. Thank you to all at Bouchon for another great breakfast!

Bouchon is a lovely French bistro curated by Thomas Keller. It's a little hard to find inside the Venetian, but it's nice that it's tucked away from the crowds. I was greeted promptly and had friendly and professional service at the bar. I had the steak frites, and while the steak was fine, I was disappointed with the fries. I upgraded to the truffle fries and couldn't really tell any difference; furthermore, some of the fries were burnt. It was still a good meal, but not worth the price.

We dined at Bouchon and enjoyed it very much. As a French Bistro, the look and feel of the restaurant is authentic, the staff are professional and friendly and the food was excellent. We highly recommend Bouchon for lunch or dinner. Bouchon bakery was also ideal for coffee and baguettes for lunch or coffee and pastries for breakfast. It is in a different location and takeaway only but also recommended.

The chicken and waffles included what is perhaps the best roasted chicken on the planet. The waffles were super light but crunchy and totally delicious. I would not recommend the steak pane if you are familiar with chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy. The steak was overly fried and too crispy, almost burnt and gravy was far too white with not near enough pepper. The crab Benedict is glorious, with tons of large pieces of lump crab meat and the croque madame is huge and delicious. The seared foie gras on brioche with fig jam and granola is possibly one of the better things I've ever eaten. I definitely recommend brunch at Bouchon but do not recommend the steak pane.

Atmosphere, service excellent. Food was great although when I order an Lemon tarte I expect the crust to be traditional, the pine nuts gave the crust a strange after taste. Just my preference though.

Absolutely the best customer service and atmosphere. The whole front of house team was friendly, fun, and professional. The precision and attention to detail amazing! The food was absolutely fantastic. Had the prefix meal and it was delight after delight! Two bad things about the experience: 1. It ended. 2. The lady next to us who as we were finishing dinner and they had been there the same amount of time as us. Started complaining about her Frites were room temperature at best. Yes lady they are you have been talking for 30 minutes and not eating. Yes your frites are not going to be hot. Their server handled it amazingly and was very professional.

We had a very disappointing lunch experience at Bouchon on Saturday. The restaurant is tucked away on the 10th floor of the Venezia South Tower, which makes it a bit of a hike from the main resort area. We were seated promptly upon arrival, and the restaurant was not particularly busy. However, the tables were placed close together and we could easily hear conversations at the next table. That party discovered a staple in their food, which may have distracted our waiter, although he still attended to other tables. Unfortunately, it took more than 20 minutes before he approached us for a drink order. In the meantime, I went to the bar, purchased a bottle of wine, and served our group myself since we were celebrating my birthday. When the waiter did arrive, he was somewhat passive aggressive, making small comments such as, “Glad you don’t need me to take your drink order” and “Maybe another bottle from the bar?” Oddly, we were also brought butter and jelly with no bread. When we asked about it later, we were told it had simply been forgotten, and when the bread finally came it was placed directly on the butcher paper without plates. The food itself was mediocre and unquestionably overpriced. Thankfully, our dinner that evening at José Andrés’ Bazaar Meat was outstanding. I recommend exploring other dining options instead of Bouchon.

When we come here, it’s like Napa met France and landed in Las Vegas! The food is flawless and the wine list is very appropriate. The food is filling but wonderfully fresh. We never have room for dessert, but we always get one and split it. Tonight, we shared the oysters, salmon rillete, steak and mussels. Yum. Topped off with a truly perfect creme brûlée. The service was attentive and food came out piping hot. Even though there are a million places to eat, this is always a winner.

First, for those who really use Trip Advisor and try to understand the reviewers as much as the review, we love creative, meticulously prepared French-influenced food, and put a lot of importance on attentive but not not intrusive service. Bouchon continues to amaze us. It’s not ‘haute cuisine’ French cooking. But it’s a very credible ‘great French bistro’ - with consistently great execution on the food and service - in Las Vegas. Furthet, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and the Las Vegas location. In fact it would be hard to spend anything close to what most celebrity chef restaurants would cost.

Bouchon is on our must-go list every time we’re in Las Vegas. The breakfast is divine and every time has been a 5-star experience. It starts with the coffee, which our most recent waitress told us is a combination of beans and roasts hand-selected by staff. Best ever. We’ve had almost everything on the breakfast menu; they’re all excellent. Highlights over the years include steak hash, crab benedict, and waffles. But really you can’t go wrong with anything. Even the standard ‘eggs and bacon’ is somehow more special.

We have had dinner and breakfast at Bouchon before. It is a "must go" place for us in Vegas. We brought some friends with us and had a couple's breakfast. The crab benny, chicken & waffles and croque were awesome. And the pastries? Amazing!! Will be heading back next visit. You won't be disappointed. Breakfast for four with tip (no alcohol): $270.00

Our initial impression was not good after the female hostess greeted us with "reservations" while looking down at her tablet. However, the smells we encountered as we were escorted to our table quickly changed that. The restaurant runs like a well oiled machine: efficiently. The food is well presented & delicious. The scallop appetizer special was fantastic. The Scottish salmon special was decent. The bread is very good but the butter served with it is a winner. Many wine & alcohol offerings that will burn a hole in your wallet. We were nervous about the lack of social distancing and how close the tables were situated with the covid19 pandemic. LV had a mandate for employees to wear a mask indoors. Our server removed his mask to speak to us & to other customers. Other than that, Bouchon serves delicious food & is worth a visit.

Six of us were at Bouchon to celebrate a very dear friend's birthday. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The service was top-notch and all our meals very very good. The wine that was recommended was enjoyed by all. Two in our group ordered the mussels and declared them delicious. Two ordered the delicious steak frites. The server recommended that we upgrade to the truffle frites and we were not disappointed, although there was an additional $12 charge per order. Another guest ordered lamb and was disappointed that it was not served with vegetables of any sort, but enjoyed the lamb. We all thought it looked a bit "Fred Flintstone-ish". The sixth guest at our table enjoyed a chicken dish. The desserts were scrumptious. It was a very happy evening at Bouchon. The restaurant is very noisy. It bustles.

Excellent meal at Bouchon. Our table had steak frites, chicken, whipped potatoes and truffle fries and all were delicious. Service was top notch - highly recommend Bouchon!

Just love Bouchon’s for breakfast. It is a five star experience in every way imaginable. The pastries are rich and wonderful. The wait staff are warm, genuine people that have perfected their craft. The seating is comfortable, and the restaurant is beautifully appointed with an old world charm. You look out over a well groomed courtyard, with seating outdoors for those who prefer it. The food is creative, prepared perfectly, and simply delicious. We have been there many times, and it is consistently perfect in every way.

We dined for brunch and enjoyed oysters, quiche, and American breakfast. Let me just say that the complementary bread is to die for. The outdoor dining is quaint and relaxing. Service was good as usual. Wonderful dining experience and not to be missed.

The staff is wonderful, so helpful, and professional. The chefs help navigate a menu with many dietary restrictions in mind. It was a delightful breakfast, rarely available to me with so many restrictions. Bouchon's is a must for any stay in Los Vegas!

It is everything you’d expect. The food is excellent and we had an array of dishes - steak, lamb, mussels, arrancini, and gnocchi. Everything was perfectly prepared and the waitstaff was excellent. It is so worth it.

A place in Vegas with some class - a welcome change. Superior service and excellent food. Salmon Rillette was a treat. Trout almondine and lamb dishes were excellent as expected. Worth the upcharge to get the truffle fries with actual bits of truffle instead of the obligatory wave of the truffle oil as in most places. Outstanding lemon tart. Honest pricing on 1/2 bottles of wine and strangely enough, the best coffee price of anywhere we dined. Few places this time that would rate a second visit - this is one.

We go to Bouchon almost every time we’re in Vegas because not only is it the best breakfast in Vegas but it may be my favorite breakfast anywhere. It starts with the service. The hosts and wait staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They serve but they don’t hover. They know every ingredient of each dish and make great recommendations. They are friendly without being intrusive. The food is - of course - remarkable. I’ve never had a bad bite in a half-dozen visits over the last several years. I can recommend every dish we’ve tried. But the best of the best are: crab hollandaise, avocado toast, pastries, beignets and today’s special (rib eye hash with potatoes and mushrooms, topped by two eggs any style). By the way, the freshly squeezed OJ tastes like it came from trees just outside. And I could drink their coffee all day.

The food was OK but not spectacular, being a Thomas Keller restaurant. The staff treated my like I was spending $350, but the first table seated at was cramped. The atmosphere was outdated. Not impressed.

Excellent service for our team in a private dining area. Water appetizers and seafood Towers with drinks were a wonderful way to begin the evening. The wait staff is there just the right times and provide wonderful service. Folks around the table had the steak and the chicken, which were perfectly prepared, and couldn't forget yummy dessert. Great experience once again.

One of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas! My son is a foodie and has been wanting to try a Thomas Keller restaurant for years. This was our opportunity and I'm so very glad we were able to get a reservation. They open the doors right on time and greet you warmly. We had incredible service, and while the prices are not cheap, neither is the quality/quantity. Everything in Vegas is overpriced right now, but I would say this restaurant is right priced. The portions are large without being too big. We had the trout, wagyu beef and roasted chicken....plus deviled eggs and pate'. I recommend it all! This will be a restaurant we return to on every trip. Thank you to the General Manager and incredible server for making my son's night so very special.

Starts with the noise level, impossible to have a normal conversation, acoustics terrible. Foie gras Terri ne, tasteless and gimmicky. Gigot d’agneau over salty and weird bean side. Truite aux amandines a salt bomb. First waiter did not recognize any of the wines I ordered. Real sommelier was too young to have any experience. How can a sommelier not recognize Egly Ouriet in champagne and have no notion of Gonon in st Joseph. Thomas Keller should be ashamed to link his name to this establishment or he plainly stopped caring. Avoid.

Chic atmosphere. Courteous and attentive servers. Great food. We had an amazing experience. (Also bought from their bakery afterwards; also great)

I have eaten here for breakfast before and it was fantastic; however, that is no longer the case. There were several things that caused me to give the low star score that I did. First, we had a reservation and requested a stand-alone table. When we arrived there were few people in the restaurant and plenty of open seating but we were given a half booth/half table where we were basically sitting with strangers seated beside us. They were seating everyone essentially in those, so we were right on top of other people. Everyone around us was complaining about the same thing and how if you had to get up, then you would be bumping into their food, etc. REALLY hate this setup and Bouchon really should think about their seating layout. Second the food was really nasty. The eggs that were supposed to be scrambled came out runny and cool. The breakfast potatoes were undercooked as well and were cold and hard like they had been sitting around since the day before. The breakfast pastries were also bad (how can you ruin a breakfast pastry??). They were all stale and inedible. HUGE disappointment!!!! Lastly, the waitress was constantly leaning over us to refill other people's drinks. Again, the poor seating coming into play. We would have to lean over to avoid getting hit in the head with water pitchers, coffee, etc. In total we were in there approximately 30 mins. We couldn't leave fast enough after paying over $100 for a nasty breakfast that we couldn't eat. That will be our last visit to this restaurant.

Friendly staff (except for the snort of disbelief when I ordered a cocktail along with my wine - no idea why but it totally put me off ordering more drinks) and a lovely space. Great gluten free options - no bread though. Absolutely not worth the money for slightly above average food that was so salty it was almost inedible (and I adore salt!). On top of that, we were rushed out. I so excited to try a Thomas Keller restaurant and I was bitterly disappointed.

An unforgettable brunch. The mussels and truffle fries are a culinary delight and the presentation and service is spot on. The creme brulee is the best I have ever had. The restaurant was full and very loud, but didn't take away from the service or the enjoyment of the food.

NYE special menu, choice of 3 starters, mains and 2 desserts. We choice 2 different and shared. Food was very well prepared and presented, though mains were a little too salty, but very good. Friendly and professional service throughout the meal. Good experience overall.

Very disappointed! This was a prix fix menu and very restricted! No regular items as we expected (creme brulee). Dessert was some crappy candies (made in house, whoopee!). Food was below average, we had 2 price mimosas, 2 adults our meal (with tip), was $210. Absolutely not worth it! This was a one and done restaurant.

We ordered egg Benedict and it’s was the first dish I have ever eaten, their hollandaise sauce is more like a slab of yellow Mayo on top. Nice looking restaurant with very cheap dishes, their pastries are nice and their house bread and butter. Coffee was cold too, even after requesting for hot coffee it was still cold. I paid $39 for egg Benedict

Another wonderful meal at one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas! This time I was there celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful time. Our server was very cordial and attentive and took great care in making sure we had a fantastic experience. We started with the special rose wine list bottle and to our surprise it came with a delicious crock of salmon pate For our main entrees, we ordered the signature Chicken Roti and the Trout. I absolutely love the Chicken and order it every time and this was no different. My husband ordered the Trout and it was beautifully presented and equally delicious! They offered us a dessert menu but we were so stuffed we decided to pass. Well, for my birthday, our wonderful server brought me a Crème Brulé Birthday dessert with a candle - What a great ending to our meal. I couldn’t finish my Chicken and they graciously boxed it up for me. In addition, I asked for additional epi bread and butter to take back to the room and they again graciously added that to my to-go bag with the chicken. I absolutely love this place and will return over and over!

Don't be fooled by the reviews like I was. We went for dinner. I was excited to try Bouchon after reading so many wonderful reviews, the prices seemed reasonable based on the reviews, type of restaurant, location etc... Sadly, it was nothing special, and I would not recommend or go back. The place was nicely dressed up like the rest of Vegas, the staff was pleasant, but only average for this type of restaurant. The service was a bit on the slow side, however when asked if we were in a hurry when we sat down we did say no. They started off with bread literally on the table, which is covered in white paper. A bit odd to say the least. The bread was hard, over done, and lacked flavor. Served with butter, nothing fancy ( not whipped, nor flavoured) My wife had the gnocchi, which she enjoyed. My server recommended the braised beef short rib, so I tried it. It was a good portion of beef, that was over cooked, hard to chew and swallow. The bordelaise sauce wasn't rich, but more of a tangy hoisin sauce that was off-putting and coated everything. Both entrees had incredible menu descriptions, but don't expect much more than a couple fork fulls of vegetables at most. Luckily we weren't that hungry from all the other good food we found on our trip. We ended the dinner with the entree.

True French bistro fare impeccably executed. We enjoyed everything we had like escargot, pate and roasted chicken. The service was impeccable. We will go back

I was able to get a reservation although none were available online by prodding the host a bit and I certainly appreciated it. The room is beautiful. The wait staff attentive and knowledgeable. The food never disappoints.

This is a classy place. It has excellent service but the food was not what I hoped for. My wife's Steak Frites lacked flavor and chewy. My trout was basic. no "wow" to anything we ate.

In town for AAPEX and took one of our auto OEM partners to dinner. Cheese tray starter was very good, had a great selection of wines. I would highly recommend the chicken as it was amazing. Service was top notch and a good ambience.

Popped in here because we had no ideas for dinner that night... they accommodated us at the bar (it was a Friday night and we had no reservations), and we had an incredible dinner of steak tartare, mussels + frites and gigot d'agneau (lamb) on ratatouille. SO YUMMY!!! Service was outstanding, food was to die for. Sad we did not have room for dessert. Highly, highly recommend!

Hidden on the 10th floor, unless you’re staying at the Venetian or Palazzo it’s a chore to get there but worth it. Everything is fantastic! Can’t miss!

This was like the 15th time I hit Bouchon for brunch. Best meal I have ever had in Vegas. Food, Service and Ambiance was great. Had the country fried steak, eggs, homemade biscuit, frites and homemade pastries. Simply the best. I never miss booking brunch here. Please do not go to Vegas and miss brunch here.

If you are planning a trip to Vegas and your trip includes a visit over the weekend, don’t miss a chance to have brunch at Bouchon. The food servings were very large, my husband and I agreed that we could have shared one meal. The food was delicious, the presentation was off the charts, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am a foodie and the staff recognized I was trying to get great pics of the food and table, so they did a great job of arranging the table as the bread rope, butter and jam were brought to the table.

The bread is bomb. Oyster are great. Chicken is delicious. Great french cuisine and the restaurant looks nice. Food We enjoy this place. There are a few things here we don’t care for like the clams, but things like the chicken, oysters, bread etc. are delicious. Their brunch is expensive but delicious, though the waffle was a bit too tangy for our taste. Service It’s good. Nothing to complain about. Vibe It’s nice and clean. People are mostly upscale casual dressed. Overall French food in Vegas won’t get much better than this.

Worth every penny! This place was amazing! A little hard to find, but that won't knock its rating. The ambiance, the staff, and especially the food are worth coming. I am used to overprice breakfast options, Bouchon makes sure to add quality to it. I will come here again.

We dined here on back-to-back mornings since we were staying at the Palazzo Hotel. The first time was close to 11am and we sat at the bar and were served by Chris. WOW! What an amazing time! My wife and I shared a croissant, their Toast à l’Avocat, and their Biscuit au Babeurre. My wife also ordered their French Martini, while I just had their house coffee & creme. Both the avocado toast and biscuits & gravy tasted familiar, but had a special flavor profile to it which your brain reminded you what it was, but your taste buds were blown away by how much better this Bouchon Version was. Chris was outstanding, he explained how the dishes were prepared and what it contained just to make sure we didn’t have a dislike for any of the ingredients or may have a food allergy to anything. The food & service was so amazing, we came back the following morning! We were again served by Chris, as well as Nick & Brandon. Service was beyond excellent! This restaurant has some really great bartenders/servers working there! My wife had their Bénédicte au Crabe & I had the same but swapped the crab for ham. We also had a chocolate croissant, cheese danish, their baguette with butter & jam, and pomme frites. Service was equally as great and the food was so good, we wanted to come back for a third time but we were flying out of Vegas later that evening. Bouchon Bistro is a must dine at spot if you love French food, breakfasts, or brunches! The dining area was spotless, well designed, had high ceilings with plenty of natural light. We absolutely love this place! We’ll come back here during every visit to Vegas from here on.

Good ambience and service. We were offered Epi baguette with butter while browsing the menu. we ordered the tomato salad and the lamb entree to share. Both interesting, the lamb was a bit gamey, but still good. My friend is not into fine dining but agreed to come with me to check it out, before going to the real dinner. I would love to try their brunch some day.

I have written reviews of Bouchon previously. We can't thank Bouchon's wonderful staff enough for all they do to be so warm and welcoming. The food is exceptionally good. Everything prepared with care and concern for every detail. The pastries and artesian breads are picture perfect, served with butter and homemade jam. The brunch menu is not just your run of the mill breakfast items, yet, while on the menu they are elevated to another level! The atmosphere is comfortable with outdoor seating available. They took great care to prepare my meal, accommodating an overwhelming number of food allergies.

This place was recommended to us by our cab driver and he was spot on. The place has kind of a outdoor picnic vibe to it. Service was very attentive. The food was outstanding. Beignets for an appetizer!!! We got the Quiche Florentine and avocado toast + drinks. It was not cheap but the whole experience was wonderful.

We had such a nice dinner when we visited in May we wanted to make sure we dined there again. We are big fans of Thomas Keller having been to his restaurants in Ca. And NYC. We were celebrating our anniversary on this trip and put it on our reservation. We were seated at a banquette very close to the table next to us. They were quite busy and we felt a bit rushed. The wonderful bread service where they bring the big loaf to the table right from the oven and place it on the paper on the table didn’t happen. We were just given some pieces placed on the table. Our meal was good, steak frites and mussels. We were seated where you could not read the board with the specials so we had to ask. No acknowledgment of our anniversary made us disappointed. We didn’t order dessert. Asked for our check and left.

Felt very pressured to buy an expensive wine which I did not want. The wine list came on an IPad which the server held and scrolled through making very expensive suggestions. I know very little about wine and just needed a bottle of red but was shamed into making an expensive choice. I ordered the lamb which came as 3 nice thick well cooked slices however the vegetables that came with it were very meagre. For a Michelin starred chefs restaurant I expected a lot more. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

My wife and I shared a soup, which was fine but unremarkable. We next had escargot and duck confit. The escargot had a peculiar lemon aftertaste and the snails were very undersized. For some reason, a little puffed pasty topped each snail. The pastry overwhelmed the small snails. The duck confit was actually terrible. It was not a true confit at all but a highly over salted and over cooked roasted leg of duck. We returned this dish. It was inedible. For the prices they charge, our dining experience was very poor. Our server was top notch - Conroy. Unfortunately, the kitchen was far from top notch.

Bouchon is excellent, but honestly Vegas Metro/Transit doesn't care if you sit thru 15 to 20 light cycles going North or South on LV Strip ave. . Really bad from 1pm to Midnight. They are reconfiguring LV Strip and Koval Ave...Getting ready for Formula One racing in Nov. They don't care about your experience on the strip. It's all about $$$, Billions I'm sure. If we have to go thru this every year, UGGGHHH!!! You can keep Vegas and you can keep F1. I will find somewhere else to vacation and eat. But it probably won't be as good as Bouchon!

The negative reviews here are just not accurate. This is a beautiful space , it is not overly noisy for what it is a bistro. All the food was delicious and properly seasoned. The service was excellent. We had the soup of the day, asparagus salad, the chicken and seafood. Creme brûlée was excellent. The comments here about the peas on the chicken dish clearly written by people who like canned vegetables. Do not hesitate to go

Some foodie friends of ours wanted to go here, so we joined them. It was tasty, and a lovely atmosphere, but felt rather overpriced. We got steak frites and the portion of frites were insane (and I eat a LOT of fries normally). The bread was also notably delicious.

Came here on a recommendation of a friend. Food was good but way over priced. Short rib was $65, portion not worthy. Steak Frite was very good at $55. Waiter asked if I wanted truffle fries or regular. Decided on truffle, wasn't told if the $12 add on. Not worth it. Old fashioned was OUTSTANDING. Don't mind spending money, don't like wasting it.

In Vegas, where everything is over the top and flashy, Bouchon is an established player in the quiet private hotel inside the Venetian. It's a beautifully designed French bistro with amazing service and a compact but delicious menu. We had Deviled Eggs and Foie Gras to start and loved both so much. They brought us plenty of extra toast and bread to enjoy with the Foie Gras. Our main courses, the Poulet Roti and the Croque Madame, were solid, but I'd skip the chicken next time and go for something else. Our waiter and all the service staff were outstanding, as you would expect. The prices are moderate, but compared to other Vegas restaurants I thought the value was spot on.

Stylish restaurant in French style. The food and wine were delicious. The food portions a bit bigger than we are used to as Europeans and we were glad we skipped a starter. The bread is authentic French and irresistible. The service was excellent, prompt but not too prompt, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. You can check the menu online and also book online.

I did ask for a candle. To celebrate my girlfriend birthday Never got it Food is ok. Service ok Very disappointed for what happened

Excellence in service , ambience and of course the food . I could have been eating in Paris at the best restaurant , except this one is in Vegas ! Highly recommend .

Bouchon at The Venetian offers a delightful blend of ambiance and exquisite cuisine. The atmosphere is charming and open. The food is exceptional, with each dish crafted to perfection. While it can get busy and noisy later in the evening, an early dinner ensures a more tranquil experience. Though prices are higher, the quality justifies it. Bouchon is a must-visit for those craving culinary excellence in Las Vegas.

It started with a hostess who was not friendly or accommodating even with reservations made over three weeks in advance. A simple request for a table not directly by the kitchen was met with a snobby attitude. A second request to her supervisor was also not responded to, therefore we just left. I hate when you are nice and reasonable with a request only to be rebuffed by someone with an attitude. There are way too many good restaurants in Las Vegas to put up with bad service!

I was very excited to take my new client and a business associate to Bouchon in Las Vegas. I had been to the Yountville location and had fallen in love with the restaurant so it seemed a perfect place for a celebration. The restaurant in the Venetian looks exquisite- it is elegant and offers a special European ambiance. The bartenders were fantastic and our waiter provided attentive, professional, friendly service. We loved the beautiful bread that started our meal, as well as the warm pistachios and olives. Fantastic!!! But my husband ordered the French onion soup - he liked it but I tried it and I could only take a few bites - it was so salty I found it inedible. The waiter had made several suggestions but my husband and I ordered the steak but asked for it to be au poivre. Let me tell you - I have never had a steak in a restaurant that was horrible before but this was it. I don’t know what they did to it … it seemed roasted? It was tough and flavorless. We both thought the steak was terrible - I didn’t send it back because I really didn’t want to break up the flow of the night but man… at least the pommes frites were out of this world. I finished with the Bouchons chocolat which were phenomenal. Overall, some unforgettable aspects of this restaurant which I loved. The decibel level was so high it was really uncomfortable and despite some truly beautiful elegant touches, those steaks were so bad that I’ll go elsewhere on future trips.

Breakfast at Bouchon is a delight. I had the chicken & waffles and my wife had the classic American breakfast. They were both very good, but at $31 and $23 respectively, very expensive. The room is large, busy and comfortable. Our service was crisp and professional, even at a very busy time. We would return to Bouchon without question but at those prices we might shop around a bit first.

Was planned as a nice New Year's Eve meal - it really was the worst and most expensive meal ever in a long time! 250 euros per person for a 3 course menu with a small egg with caviar - lobster soup - 3 pieces of lobster inside - gnocchi with truffles - wow - the waiters were very nice but it wasn't their fault! This restaurant wanted to rip us off on New Year's Eve and went ahead with it - the tables next to us also sent the lamb back! What a shame - but have a good flight and never again

If you like fresh oysters, they have a wonderful selection from several locations on the left when you walk in. This is the 2nd time, we have dined at Bouchon when we have stayed at the Palazzo or Venetian. The prices are the most reasonable of several of the restaurants and a fraction of what it would be at the French Laundry. Make reservations, because even on a Tuesday in January, the reservations get sold out and the restaurant full. We had 7 pm reservations and were seated right away. At about 8 pm, the restaurant was packed. The tables are rather close together, and I was glad were were finishing up when the ladies sat next us, since it is hard not to overhear the conversations when you are seated on the padded bench seats. The table is covered in white butcher paper, and you get several warm diamond shaped rolls. We got the olive appetizer. I got the Beef Tartare appetizer which was enough for an entrée for me, then the lemon citron dessert which was very large. My husband got the salmon which came with lentils. It seems like everyone is doing fish and lentils these days. He liked the brownie desert.

Able to eat every buffet item within one hour without waiting on a line. Made to order eggs were done correctly unfortunately the cook was rude when I asked for over easy eggs

What a fabulous meal. It has been awhile since we have been here but the experience did not disappoint. Service and ambiance were fabulous but the real star is the food!!! We settled for a variety of small plates. The frog legs, escargot and grilled foie gras were perfectly prepared. The taste and presentation transported us to our fav restaurants in Paris. We ended the meal with a crème brûlée and chocolate treat. Loved every bite.

We have been dining at the Bouchon in the Venetian since 2005. Our recent dinner visit was followed by a brunch the next morning. We always make a reservation when we visit Las Vegas and have never been disappointed in 20 years. The staff always treats us special and the food is always excellent. It is my wife's favorite restaurant and I must agree with her, and no matter what the occasion is for our Las Vegas visit, the Bouchon is always a highlight of our getaway. I usually try something different on the menu and leave very satisfied. We always come back.

A solid OK. Brayden service was superb, walked us through the menu and made excellent suggestions. The starters was great. Best soup I've ever had, the tomato red pepper. Tartar was ok . The shrimp cocktail was amazing. Excellent quality and value, very large wild caught fresh shrimp. All of our mains fell short. Skip the lamb , Gnocchi and lyonaisse salad. Desert was the lemon tart and it was incredible, saved the evening. Bright, zesty and very large. Music was weird. Overall ok. Would not return.

This place has the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. The service was really good as well as all the food. If you go there definitely try some of their pastries they are absolutely worth it! The only thing was the champagne is a little expensive if you aren't sharing with a big group! But overall fabulous. Even the restaurant is beautiful. Definitely fits into the french vibes.

Fabulous and delicious brunch at the Venetian. Service was attentive and friendly. The bread service, crab Benedict and pomme frites favorites. Restaurant is beautiful. It feels like you’ve been transported to Paris. Top five iced tea of my life and I’m a tea aficionado.

Really surprising how below-average this meal was. Seafood app was tasteless. Steaks were over cooked. Chicken was dry. Tried to make up by providing a complimentary dessert selection, but the macarons were stale.

even though i loved bardot in aria - bouchon is still extremely special - refined service - if u have to go - go for brunch at 8am - before it gets too crazy - its just year after year top 3 dining in las vegas - everything they serve is outstanding -

The food was very good. We tried to dine multiple courses, but they came in 3 waves and the small tables were overcrowded except for the final individual entrees. Fois gras, mussels, caviar were all delivered at the perfect temp and cooked or chilled perfectly. The entrees were all very large and so went unfinished. It was an American experience in a French bistro. But we would eat there again.

I dined late evening at the bar and had visited with experienced foodie on her 2nd evening in a row dining there. I had the Poulet Roti prepared exquisitely save for slightly too much salt-granted I grew up never salting any food since dad had heart failure. This was compensated for by the sweetness wonderfully prepared mixed drinks ( e.g. Last Word)and the most remarkable chocolate dessert I 've had in years.

Outstanding as always! From the moment we walked through the door our experience was perfect. We had tartare, mussels, pasta - all of which were done to perfection! Our server was amazing and offered us great suggestions. The warm bread was delicious. Best negroni around! Crisp wine with dinner - amazing. It was a delicious dinner and I will always return to Bouchon!

Wonderful meal, the asparagus salad with poached egg and the white sausage were excellent. Our server Erica gave excellent recommendations, she was a combination of competence and charisma.

8 of us dined for dinner at Bouchon. The restaurant is beautiful. The atmosphere is amazing and the service was fantastic. The food was delicious. We enjoyed steak, French onion soup, escargot, trout and delicious desserts as well. The bread is a stand out as well! Highly recommendable for French in Las Vegas!

I had dinner at Bouchon located in the Venetian and ordered the Steak Bouchon served with Bearnaise sauce. The 8 oz eye of the rib was served a perfectly cooked medium rare. My expectation was to enjoy a sweet, rich flavor, buttery melt in your mouth texture steak. Instead, the steak was overly charred and lacked any flavor. i'm not sure what went wrong in the preparation of this steak. The salad, the onion soup and the service were all excellent but the steak was a disappointment.

This is not specifically against the Bouchon. It is a general statement that if you dine in Las Vegas it will be expensive for what you get. In that respect this restaurant is no better or worse than the rest. Having said that I would eat here again. The service was good and the food tasty. A couple of minor negatives. I thought the chick was very slightly salty. The gnocchi did not look handmade and was significantly different than what I was used to and what we had in Italy. However, these are minor things.

We got there and there was a 2 hour wait so we sat at the bar. Great experience from the start. Delicious drinks, and I got the avocado toast and quiche. Food was delicious and the service was great.

On a recent Vegas trip, the family had dinner at Bouchon. We had high expectations! The restaurant is a very pleasant space, and very comfortable. Our server, Erica, was a delight. She could teach masterclasses in customer experience. The staff supporting her was equally impressive. We were amazed. Our cocktails were fantastic, and the food was exquisite. Our meals were masterfully crafted, and everyone is still talking about how good they were. Not to take away from the food and beverages, but it became very apparent to us that this restaurant was being managed at an extraordinarily high level - these folks know how to host! I'm ready to say this was the best dining experience I can remember. Cannot recommend it enough!

Restaurant is located at the Venetian and has a beautiful set up. We had escargot which were tasty, but the rest of our order was underwhelming and salty.

They have a nice assortment of dishes. It is a little pricey but so is everything in Vegas. The bakery is amazing, great treats.

We have come to this restaurant numerous times as we live in Las Vegas. With all of the millions of restaurants here in Las Vegas - we go to Bouchon for the special occasions. I cant remember the last time I gave 5 stars - but this past visit was worthy of it. 5 stars (given not overall - but per visit). Reservation was honored on time. Our waiter (Esteban) and his staff we there when needed. Its so important as a server to know when to pick your spots - Esteban was perfect. Gave all the information when needed but also gave us plenty of space. My husband had escargots -- served not in the shell but topped with a small crescent round -- interesting and good. I had the onion soup - the broth and cheese were outstanding. A very good, strong broth and the true Gruyere! I had the Steak Frites which is my go to dish here. Steak was perfectly done. My husband had the hangar steak which was a special. It was served perfectly cook. So few restaurants have this as an entree - so my husband gets it when available. He said it was just as good as some others he has had - he would have it again. It was my husbands birthday - so desert Esteban bought us a creme brulee to share. I've had a lot of creme brulee and this has just something added to make it a real taste moment....sooooooo good. I ordered the profiterols - very tasty as well. for the 5 stars: Reservation was honored promptly, server and staff were there when needed and very polite. Food was exceptional. We may have it the dish before -- but always forget how good it could be. Atmosphere of the restaurant is just loud enough to have a good time and not have to yell. Absolutely dont miss this -- you will enjoy it!! Take your time --- like the Parisians do.....

Once upon a time this place was French: the language was French and the manners were French and the food was French. No longer. Loud barbarian music was heard in every corner, no hiding from it. And it wasn’t French. The Christmas Eve Dinner had 3 choices each of Appetizers, Entrees, and Desert. The butternut squash soup was so rich, I had the feeling I’m eating melted butter. The crab appetizer was tasteless and the braised beef was swimming in a lake of brown mud supposed to be sauce. A coupe of Pol Roger set you back $36 (this was NOT part of the “wine pairing). Dinner at $140/ea was not worth it and gave us both upset stomach (something I never usually have). The wine pairing at $75/ea consisted of one almost 6 oz glass of white and one red and a miniature Sauternes with dessert. To top it all, this French restaurant had a British sommelier (!), go figure! The waiter was very quick to come and interrupt conversation with his meaningless “is everything ok” but never around when you needed him. Bottom line: it was awful and absolutely not worth it. And I am never one to question prices when it’s worth it. **

My wife and I had a great meal for our anniversary. Everything was cooked to perfection and very fresh. What really made this a special evening was the service provided by our waiter, Brayden. He was attentive, and had great suggestions. Some of the best service we received on our entire trip. Kudos to him!

We joined another couple for dinner at Bouchon. The atmosphere was great and we had a wonderful server who did a great job taking care of us. I was disappointed in my meal (steak frites). While good, it wasn't over the top as I was expecting based on reviews and for the price. My companion had a similar experience. There are some great reviews by others so it could been just us and what we selected.

We had 2 amazing dinners here on our long weekend in Vegas! The oysters, deviled eggs, and steak frites were amazing, the bartenders were super attentive and knowledgeable (and FUN!). We will definitely be back next time we are in Vegas!

Was planned as a nice New Year's Eve meal - was really for a long time the worst and most expensive meal ever ! 250 euros per person in a 3 course menu with a small egg with caviar - lobster soup - 3 pieces of lobster inside - gnocci with truffle - wow - the waiters very nice but they could not help it ! This restaurant wanted to run Sylvester rip-off and pulled it off - our side tables also let the lamb go back ! Too bad - but good flight and never again

We had the best foie gras here, even better than in Paris. Overall, excellent food and service. Don't miss this place, I'm sure you'll like it.

Our dinner was 5 stars across the board. Excellent service, food, and ambiance. It is our go to place to eat whenever we are in Las Vegas.

Poor cooked, over priced Was recommended the chicken and it was pretty bad. Wine was massively over priced The table had a wobble, that really annoyed me.

I would expect any Thomas Keller restaurant to impress, and Bouchon did not let me down. It occupies a large space at the Venetian and has the ambience of a true upscale Parisian Bistro. The menu is tight, but doesn't lack in prone choices. The night we were there, they had some beautiful specials to accompany the regular menu items. The choices are excellent and the Kitchen's preparation is just as impressive. The cherry on top of the dining experience was that both my dining companion and I loved our appetizers, main course and desserts equally. Even at the best restaurants, there always seems to be one missing element in the lineup for someone at the table, but not for us. Definitely try one of the fish dishes if you go. Both the Trout and Dover Sole were incredible, but then again so was the steak. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Very reasonable price for a French restaurant in a five stars hotel, all the the dishes we ordered are very good except the scallops are a bit too salty for our taste. We had a wonderful time and will visit again.

Brittney and Amanda are awesome servers. The food was simple, top quality, and perfectly prepared. The chef and staff were so very careful about my allergy issues. BEST BREAKFAST EVER!

Lovely brunch . Food tasted divine. Crab Benedict was well proportioned and and service was attentive. Escargot was well prepared! Only critique I have was poor signage to direct us to the elevators as it is on the 10th floor. Had a little snafu as another diner had a medical emergency that my spouse and I tended to ( physician and nurse) and the staff were most professional and grateful for our assistance. They re-fired our lunch and it was gratis. We will absolutely be back soon.

Driving through France, every time I order Croque Madame, I was served something different. Once it was just a plain grilled cheese and ham sandwich. The Croque Madame at Bouchon was everything I dreamed it should be, with a luscious mornay sauce and a perfectly fried egg on top. Scrumptious! I enjoyed the smoked salmon as a starter, served with a small brunch salad. My sister loved her Crab Benedict. The beignets (which are more warm, fresh doughnuts than beignets) were still delicious and instantly devoured. Service was awesome - personable, but not hovering. Friendly, but not over-sharing. It was perfect and I regret I didn't catch his name. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

Thomas Keller makes a great restaurant - which takes more than award winning dishes. It takes great ingredients, a well run staff, a beautiful location, and the never ending effort to provide an experience you will not forget. He and his whole team have achieved that, and more! From our host, Yuri, to the manager, Jerry, and to our wait staff (Amanda), we had a world-class experience. We had the Ad Hoc Chicken, the Crab Cake Benedict, started with a small seafood tower, and sipped mimosas throughout, and finished with coffee ... and it was all perfect. The softness of the chicken mixed perfectly with coleslaw and the pickles. The crab benedict was sublime The seafood tower was constructed with care and freshness. The choice of champagne with the orange juice was perfect and light (and even better with pineapple juice), and the coffee settled us into a bed of relaxation, satiation, and a mellow rest of the day. There are very few places in Las Vegas my wife and I list as worth making every the effort to visit (even if the only time you have is a layover). Bouchon, in the Venetian, is one of those places.
Love Bouchon Every time!
Always love a meal here! It didn’t disappoint this weekend again. The trout and mussels always perfect! The wine and champagne delicious with their signature bread and pâté.
