Sunday Brunch

By jaybeeFL |

Well not your traditional brunch rather a la carte breakfast. Had eggs, meat choice, potatoes, salad, toast all very good and served attractively. Fast, friendly, attentive service. Attractive venue and very convenient. Pricing competitive given high priced area. Very satisfied.

Terrible service

By Traveljourneys13 |

I am only giving them a poor review versus a terrible review because I spoke with the manager regarding our experience and he had the assistant manager try to make things right by giving us complimentary deserts and cocktails. The unfortunate thing was he was argumentative with me and didn't apologize for his employee’s poor customer service. Instead he told me he was "confused" why I complained over the wait time and service! He mentioned she was pregnant and went on break. I told him I understand labor laws and she is entitled to her break but she could have let us know as we waited a total of 40 minutes! This was a poor experience especially given my husband stays at this hotel weekly and he has Ambassador Elite Status with Marriott. We dined at this restaurant last night and the service was horrible. We sat in the lounge area it wasn't crowded being that it was a Tuesday night and it was after 8pm. We waited for a waitress for over 10 minutes! Very unacceptable. I asked her if she could clean the table as it was dirty. She did apologize and indicated they were busy earlier for their tapas night. Which we missed. She brought us menus and told us she would be back to take our order. She was gone for another 10 minutes. We were hungry! When she returned she asked us if we were ready to order? I wanted to say something sarcastic but I didn't we ordered our food and drinks. My grapefruit martini was excellent and so were most of the dishes. With the exception of one of the appetizers we ordered. It was the lack of service that we are used to from JW Marriott which is VERY disappointing! We finished our appetizers and waited another 15 minutes to get our main dish. In fact, the only reason we got it, was because I asked for a manager. At this point my tolerance for poor service was exhausted.

Excellent in every way!

By iriswalker |

We had dinner here for our 27th anniversary and it was spectacular. I've been to Boulud in West Palm several times and, honestly, Boulud Sud surpassed it. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable.

Excellent food and service

By Abiezer L |

My meal experience was very pleasant, the restaurant itself is gorgeous and all the waitresses treat you like a king, croquetas ham are a must!!

Excellent Breakfast

By Mark P |

Boulud Sud is on the first floor of the JW Marriott Marquis. My breakfast was quite good, the setting was nice, and service was good too.

Dinner with hubby

Excellent meal. The service was impeccable, our waiter was very attentive. The food itself was amazing as was the wine pairing.

DON'T BOTHER GOING

By Sharon T |

We loved this restaurant when it had an american flair - now it is mediterranean and we did not like the food. Boulud has a reputation of fine food AND IT APPEARS HE JUST SOLD OUT HIS NAME AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE FOOD. The meal Started off with average to poor bread. The greek salad was very good but the grilled chicken was just average and the brocchilini stringy and inedible. We ordered grapefruit sorbet for dessert and it was a disaster - chunks of sorbet, we think, covered with a cream and wrapped in a hard shell. We sent it back and they graciously took it off the bill. The room is now very casual and we traveled an hour from No Miami to get there - not worth the trip. If you are in Miami, check out La Petite Maison and that's worth going to!!! again and again

Great spot for a birthday dinner

By TAravel_reviewer |

My wife treated me to birthday dinner. We were staying in the JW Marriott Marquis so the travel time was one minute or so! Staff was good at recommending entrees. The pasta is made onsite and tastes great.

Great experience

By TisaL |

The dishes were top quality and had great flavor, service (by Johanan) was best I have had anywhere in a long time. Good ambiance with style and warmth.

Average experience

By galpuoli |

We have been sometimes to his restaurants in NYC and decided to try this one this time in Miami. The space is just ok and looks like an ordinary hotel restaurant. The food is fine but nothing is like ‘unforgettable’ or worth mentioning. Just fine. The service was the best part. Gabriel, our waiter was lovely and really caring! The outstanding point of the visit. But there are far better places to go in Miami for this value!

Boulud Sud Miami - EXCELLENT Mediterrean-style cuisine

By byMT305 |

Boulud Sud Miami is Chef Daniel Boulud's new Mediterrean-style restaurant located in downtown Miami in the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel (It occupies the space of his prior restaurant DB Bistro Moderne). The restaurant provides fully comp'd hotel valet parking, a nice perk of dinning here. The food is a Mediterranean blend of South of France, West of Spain, Greece, and other fare. The restaurant interior is very comfortable and lovely. The service highly professional. The food is great. We enjoyed: house margarita - perfect white cosmopolitan - tasty, refreshing, and served w/ a single large ice cube ball summer gazpacho - a chilled, delicious appetizer spaghetti putanesca w/ fresh tuna - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! MUST TRY (if on the menu)!! -- I'd highly consider getting an entree size portion next time!!) branzino entree - light, delicious chicken tangine w/ cous cous & vegetables - delicious middle eastern flavors! raspberry sorbet sunday - DELICIOUS dessert!! HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!! peach cobbler a la mode - yum!! From start to finish, the ambience, service, and food were all excellent. There's lots to sample on this extensive menu -- we can't wait to return!!

Worst Breakfast Ever

By work2hard11 |

Staying at the Marriott Marquis and had breakfast at this place that is connected to the hotel. Service was so poor that we thought that we were invisible.Food took forever and simple requests for lemons and ketchup took so ridiculously long. Scrambled eggs served were not done and the bacon was very warm undercooked that it was sent back-twice! Toast showed up when breakfast was done - and was burned. For $112 it was simply horrid. Best bet is to walk to Whole Foods

Good restaurante

Nice menu, good service. Food not so much sofisticated thinking in French Cuisine (according name) and references

Robert at the bar is great!

By Claire B |

Robert, the bartender, is great! He mixes fantastic cocktails and is a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommend him for drinks and a good experience in downtown Miami. Did not get to try any of the food, however, if it matches the quality level of the drinks then I am sure it’s a delicious dining experience!

Excellent...

By Brian D |

One of the best restaurants we went to in Miami. The food and he service were excellent. The prices are a bit high but that is to be expected at a Boulud restaurant.

Great Med food

By Rich424 |

My wife and I had a wonderful meal here. The branzino was succulent and the scallops perfect. Service was top notch. Definitely worth the $$$.

Boulud Stud Miami

By 387indy |

The decor is southern French, white Mediterranean floor tile, chandeliers, terrace with swing chairs and cabanas. Good staff, but going for even weekday lunch without reservation not a good ideal. I enjoyed tea and eggplant flatbread.

Great service and food

By JazzyMom1 |

Arrived early for happy hour and our bartender gave us happy hour anyway. Great beer and wine selections. The bites menu offered ham croquettes, hummus etc. but the small plates were fabulous. Had shrimp in garlic Too tasty to stop for photos

Fabulous Buffet For Our Conference

By James M |

Lunch buffet for over 100 people featuring Caesar salad, two pasta salads, jasmine rice and a trio of roasted potatoes, yellow snapper, grilled chicken with citrus gremolata, grilled skirt steak with romesco, and an assortment of madelines and petit fours on the sweet table. They even brought us Dove Bars during the afternoon break!

truly happy accident that we walked in here after being turned down at Zuma because of our more casual attire

By pamH |

We just finished the nicest evening meal out I could’ve asked for. The staff was warm and welcoming…. The atmosphere was perfectly casual, but still upscale…. and we had the absolute nicest dinner charmingly and elegantly hosted by OG. We started with oysters and followed it with a cheese plate and a chicken tagine to share…which as promised, were superb. Many many thanks to the entire staff for a remarkable evening that we will remember for quite a while.

Strikingly Poor Service-This

By Mark P |

Strikingly Poor Service-This is a very good restaurant in the JW Marriott Marquis. The food is very good, and so too is the setting. Prices are high, but typical for high end hotels. I spent a week eating breakfast at Boulud Sud. The one consistent feature was slow and indifferent service, including long wait times to be seated. Several of the servers were good and apologetic; others were merely going through the motions. Had I not been staying at the hotel I would not have come back, but with early morning meetings my options were few.

Good food amazing service

By Michel B |

Located in the JW Marriott in Brickell. The Daniel Boulud restaurant with a Mediterranean twist - Boulud Sud has a decor that is a bit missing the “Sud” part... But the service is absolutely impeccable and the food is extremely tasty - even if the portion are a bit small... But overall definitely worth a try

Xmas Eve Dinner

By NYCinBp |

I had Xmas eve dinner with my family at Boulder Sud. The restaurant is attractive and comfortable. The quality and choices of food were excellent, and the restaurant was able to please not only me but also my children and my wife who suffers from a number of food allergies. While the menu offered was not very experimental, the quality of ingredients and cooking were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made some very good recommendations on both food and wine. A very enjoyable experience.

This elegant restaurant served

By Dodger29 |

This elegant restaurant served top notch Mediterranean food. The ambiance was top notch and the service superb. The Branzino was crispy, yet moist. We loved our dinner. ONE PROBLEM: This restaurant has a single one person at a time restroom serving the bar and entire restaurant, which is quite large.

Amazing Mediterranean Experience at the hearth of Miami

By Mauricio |

One of our best culinary experiences ever! With perfect balanced mediterranean flavors and textures. Wine selection was easy thanks to the knowledgeable sommelier. And the desserts were out of this world (specially the “Crema Catalana one”) The staff was absolutely amazing, attentive and will to serve. Their young chef (Carlos Consuegra) is a rising star!!

Tasteful Elegance

By Kurt G |

This is my fourth or fifth time here--counting its prior incarnation. Our group of five had lunch today. My Greek Salad was well seasoned and the tomatoes perfect (so rare). My Flank Steak perfectly cooked and very tender. The restaurant was a third full. The service was impeccable. I have never had a complaint about this restaurant.

Great experience and great location

By SusieP0728 |

Excellent spot for dinner. All the food was great and management was attentive. Appetizers were delicious, cavatelli entree was light and tasty, and best part was the amazing high end desserts. The chef who runs this kitchen knows how to impress.

Don't Overlook the Gem

By TraveLynn40 |

I was there for a group dinner and it was a great experience. Friendly, attentive service throughout the meal and great menu selections. I will definitely return for another visit. The restaurant is by/in the JW Marriott, but you shouldn't overlook this gem. Good downtown location and great decor and ambiance.

Bourbon Dinner

By nibaldom2015 |

Attended a Barrel Bourbon dinner here. The restaurant is elegant and the service is what you would expect excellent. The front of the house was on point with our reservations for the event. The appetizer was out of the ordinary, the vegetable dish was prepared wonderfully. As for the salmon was rich and full of flavor. The dessert again was different but good. As for the Barrel Bourbon Tasting the Bourbon was excellent and the team were friendly, approachable and very informative. Overall great experience.

fabulous lunch

By sandy g |

We had an extraordinarily good lunch while waiting for our room to be available. Wonderful gazpacho and grilled bronzino. Service was excellent. REALLY wonderful!

Surprised, 5 star in a hotel restaurant

By Nicole H |

Amazing. The BEST service here. I came in for Lunch and my waiter was extremely attentive to every table. The food was delicious. I had an executive lunch that included a salad and steak. Both were delicious. Highly recommend.

Great, great!

By Ignacio B |

We love Boulud’s restaurants in New York City and Montreal so we decided to try the Miami one. No regrets, it was such a wonderful experience: fresh and delicious Mediterranean food as you expect in Boulud Sud but also excellent service and beautiful setting, I need to say that this location looks way better than the UWS one in Manhattan: warm, modern, elegant, comfortable. Anyway, the product is solid in both locations and the attention to detail is certainly amazing. They have a great value happy hour until 8 pm, and also an excellent regular menu. Great job, Congratulations!!

Date Night

By Lauren P. |

Amazng food!! My husband and I decided to visit Boulud Sud a Saturday night dinner. We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation but they were accommodating and showed us to our table. We started off with a round of drinks. My husband had the Jalisco Mule and I tried the White Cosmopolitan. Both were delicious and very refreshing. We then shared three appetizers (the raw tuna, the octopus, and the bread with tomate and Iberico) which were all as equally delicious. For our entrees we had the Seared Grouper and Veal Osso Buck....both as well were mighty tasty. Rafael our server was excellent, his service and recommendations were spot on and his attention to detail was spectacular. Definitely one of the best restaurant in the Downtown Miami/Brickell area.

Not a pleasant experience at all

By Marco Antonio |

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at Boulud last Sunday. We celebrated my Girlfriend's birthday with a group of 15 friends. First of all, I will start saying we got to the restaurant at 1 pm, got our drink order taken by 1:47 pm and the drink arrived at table 2 pm. In a 2 hour brunch period, and paying for the Bottomless mimosas, the table had the chance to have only 3 glasses of mimosa per person, which is not worth it if you are paying to drink as many as you wish. So no pitchers were brought to the table with Mimosas and we had to be ordered one by one, so imagine, if it took 1 hour to get the first one, do the math to get the second one. My only feeling by waiting such a long time to have the first mimosa and not ordering the food until 2:20 pm was to get up and leave, but our party was big and was a very important day for my Girlfriend, and she was not happy but trying to appear happy in front of her friends. Second, most of the people picked the Miami spice menu, which was agreed upon when we made the reservation with the GM. After waiting for over 1 hour to order the food, the manager came to the table and said that because we picked Miami Spice we would be waiting more than regular customers. Not acceptable. Even if that was true and reasonable, the manager should not have come to our table and said the time we were waiting for the food as a result of us picking a "cheaper" option. Everyone at our table was very disappointed with the service and waiting time. By 3 pm, after have been waiting 2 hours at the table we were having our main dish. We had reserved a table at another place to have drinks with friends at 4 pm. But as you can imagine we were having the desert at that time, so we lost the reservation and ended up not going with friends there. The food was good, nothing wow, but because of the service, the manager's call and the whole experience we WON'T be going back to Boulud Sud and of course our friends won't go back either.

Awesome lunch spot

By Neal S |

Had s awesome lunch the other day. They also have an express lunch if your in a hurry. We shared the Octopus A LA Plancha, Lamb flatbread. Both were great but the flatbread was outstanding. For main dishes the Day host scallops were outstanding. Make sure you have extra time if you valet park.

Great happy hour

Nice place for after work happy hour... nice cocktails n appetizer specials with a sarcastic bartender. What more can u ask for.. my favorite were the French fries and the Span

Brickell’s Wine Destination

By James K |

As a 15 year devotee of Daniel Boulud’s restaurants in NYC and Palm Beach, I was dying to try this new broadly Mediterranean concept of his after moving back to Miami. And the experience was simultaneously fresh and up there in enjoyability with some of the best at his Upper East Side 3 Michelin Star flagship. Every bite we tried was delicious- decadent Jamon Iberico on crusty tomato ensconced bread, delicate grilled octopus in an almond purée with a hint of orange adding brightness, perfect homemade stracciatella with pesto and heirloom tomatoes, a well-balanced and complex burger that I actually enjoyed more than the famous bistro moderne Berger, ending with a sublimely executed tiramisu. As great as the food was, Robert the Sommelier is who really elevated the meal to the next level. Robert has previously managed legit vineyards in Napa and Sonoma and has an encyclopedic knowledge globally and even into relatively obscure varietals. We bonded over a luscious Chablis from a top producer after the half bottle we ordered was out of stock, then embarked on an impromptu tastings of cab franc including a mind-blowing Chinon. Throughout he was kind and affable and really just made the experience feel like a family affair. His goal is turn Boulud Sud into a Wine Spectator Grand Award winner and if anyone could create such a wine Mecca in Brickell, I think it’s him

Great dining experience at reasonable price!

By _tmarteau2003 |

Was invited by my spouse to the newly opened Boulud Sud Miami for my birthday. The renovated restaurant looks great, the atmosphere is casual yet classy. Corporate Chef Mathias Gervais and his team have paid tribute to Mediterranean gastronomy with a savory twist. Everything was delicious from appetizers to desserts: mezze, artichoke then seafood linguine or braised veal osso bucco were so good; the frozen grapefruit and the mini madeleine cakes were top! The wine selection by the glass takes you to a tasty journey as well. The quality of the service was outstanding. Great dining experience at reasonable price!

Nice Folks, but sadly not a Daniel Boulud Experience

By rafos |

Friend visiting Miami. Was convenient to his hotel. Service was acceptable but not at the level of prior Boulud restaurants in NYC, Palm Beach… breakfast was not a good value and tastes are bland… OK, but sadly not a Daniel Boulud experience.

Excellent Choice

By Sean D |

This was our first time to Boulud's Miami restaurant since it changed from DB Bistro to Boulud Sud. Like all of Boulud's restaurants, once again we were pleased by the great food and service. I ordered the Harissa-spiced lamb loin which was fabulous. My wife and daughter ordered from the Miami spice menu which included a good variety of choices, including the Branzino and Skirt Steak which were excellent. Good selection of wines at reasonable prices. Food prices are also very reasonable. Truly recommend this restaurant.

Whatta Mistake ...

By LoveLuxTravel |

For Daniel Boulud to partner with Marriott! We had a nice evening at Boulud Sud, which was ruined by the Marriott in which the restaurant resides, specifically the valet parking. We just moved here, and we’ve been scouting out the top restaurants, to see where we’d like to become regulars. Anyway, we had a nice Gazpacho and Greek Salad, followed by NZ Salmon with green gnocchi. Enjoyed them with a Cheval Blanc and a Corton Charlemagne, both with a few delicious years on them. The food was good, but not exceptional, and the service was pretty good. After many visits to Daniel and Boulud in NYC, we expected better. But, we’d still have given the restaurant four stars. Then we went to leave. We had asked the valet to keep our car close (we’re getting used to the “Miami standard” of $30 to $50 to keep the car handy); he said he would, but he didn’t. When we asked them to bring the car around, they said it would take at least 15 minutes to get our car back, and it would be $25 since we didn’t get the claim check validated (no one bothered to tell us that a validation was necessary). I asked if they could just call the restaurant to confirm that we’d dined there; most hotel valet parking people are used to accommodating this sort of request. The cashier said, “sure, let me check with them,” but her boss (who claimed to be the parking manager) overruled her. He said we should go back in to get the validation, since we’d have to wait 15 minutes anyway. It’s one thing to be lazy; it’s quite another to deliberately create unpleasantness for a customer, when it would take zero effort to make the customer happy. FWIW, we were the only customers waiting for a car, so they had nothing else to occupy their time. I guess no one ever pointed out to him that he has a job because the Marriott has customers with cars, and that it’s pointless to say no when it’s just as easy to say yes. Anyway, I said it’s far easier for him to simply call the restaurant. He smirked and said no. At this point, I was getting annoyed, not because going back to the restaurant was any sort of ordeal, but because this twerp was clearly enjoying giving me a hard time. I said we’d just spent around $700 at the restaurant and – if my request was too much work for him – we wouldn’t be coming back. He said, “I don’t care, that’s your problem, not mine.” Anyway, Daniel Boulud made a mistake partnering with Marriott. An affiliation with a Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Setai or Faena would be more aligned with his reputation. Given our experience, I’m not surprised that the restaurant was only half-full on a Saturday night, during the Xmas/NY holidays, when it should have been chock-full all evening. I look forward to returning to Daniel and Boulud, next time we’re visiting our NYC offices. But, the local Miami restaurant will not be troubled to serve us again.

Beautiful bar and lounge.

Beautiful bar and lounge. Very chill and relaxed environment. Food was delicious. I didn’t eat in their restaurant and opted for the bar and lounge area. Highly recommend. It

Very Disappointing Thanksgiving Dinner

By AdrienneWF |

We love Boulud Sud in NYC. But we had a very disappointing experience at Boulud Sud Miami for Thanksgiving Dinner. Arrived punctually at 6pm for our reservation. The restaurant was not yet crowded. We received 2 (out of 7) entrees at 7:40 PM. The other 5 were nowhere to be seen. The servers removed the 2 and came back with all 7 entrees at 7:55 PM. Although we waited for close to 2 hours for our meal, we were not offered any appetizers while we waited. Instead we were offered not very good port after dinner, when we just wanted to get out of there, having been there for 3 hours. The food was fine, but not at all up to the standards of Boulud Sud.

Great Travelzoo deal but average food

By Naddia's Favorites |

We purchased the Travelzoo deal for dinner which was great value, 3 course dinner for 2 for $ 99. I have to say that the waiter was great and he said that we could apply the value of $ 170 on our check and we could order what we wanted without having to stick to the 3 courses, he would apply the discount of $ 170 to our final check, really great. For appetizer we had the Octopus and the Shortrib Barbajuans which were very good, the Tunisian Beef Tartare was not that great, a bit bland. Then for our main we had Scallops, Moroccan Chicken Tagine and Grilled Branzino, the Branzino was very dry, but the rest was ok and the Patatas Bravas were good. Dessert was ok. Overall it was ok but nothing special, it was great because of the Travelzoo deal but, without it, not sure I would go back, maybe I had high expectation, I don’t know. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good but nothing to rave about @bouludsudmiami @travelzoo For more of my favorite restaurants and places follow me on my Facebook page Naddia’s Favorites or on Instagram @naddias_favorites

Very good....

By LuxeFamilyFun |

Hard review. Our meal was fine, but is this what you'd expect from a Boulud property? We had the potatoes bravas and a burger. Good? Yes. I see a hanger steak on the online menu which is what I was after, but it was not offered during our visit. Overall? The restaurant is very nice; service was very good; the food was good. It was a very good experience, so I gave it five stars? Was it possibly short of Boulud expectations? Perhaps. But the food was quite good.

Typical hotel bar

By Fender1982 |

This review is specifically for the bar side. There is absolutely nothing unique to this place. There is the given 17 year old with a MacBook blasting EDM which removes any chance of a conversation. It’s a hotel bar, so prices are set high but the service is substandard. Waiting time for drinks is long and even though the bar never fills up too much, the staff seems overwhelmed as if it’s full up.

Boulud delivers his magic

By Sam M |

Excellent meal. Boulud is most creative in his cuisine as we have discovered in NYC. He also manages to provide gracious and efficient service , the latter not usually found in Miami

Great!!!!

By Ana V |

We love every restaurant Boulud. That name means quality, service, and perfection. Unique menu, great wine selections. I love that they have a somelier , normally from France and they are the best . . Great ambiance and very nice service. We will be back

Great atmosphere, food and drinks.

By Patrick M |

The service and food was outstanding. Sat at the bar and enjoyed Nathalie’s hospitality. She makes an outstanding Negroni and Mediterranean Whisky Sour. Look forward to returning.

Amazing Wine Tasting with food pairing

By Naddia's Favorites |

Last Friday again we experienced a wonderful wine tasting at Boulud Sud ❤️ I LOVE the wine choices of the wonderful Sommelier Robert Fizmaurice O’Maoilriain, every Friday he has an incredible selection and it is always an amazing experience discovering new wines that not only taste great but also learning a bit more with Robert incredible wine knowledge, we would probably not even try some of these wines by ourselves, I just love it. On top of this already incredible experience now the food pairing to the wines is just the best, thank you Chef Michael Hernandez, everything was really delicious, here is what we had : Amuse bouche: green tomato gaspacho 1st course : gambas al ajillo 2nd course : artichokes w/ vichyssoise 3rd course : arugula salad with octopus 4th course : seared scallop w/ cauliflower puree chive oil and garlic chips 5th course : beef tartare with basil blossoms basil oil and lavash cracker OMG what more can I say? I will sign up for next Friday before it sells out 😜 Thank you guys and thank you to Boulud Sud, the BEST wine and food pairing in Miami by far @bouludsudmiami @robertomaoilriain @molecular_culnary_creations

Must !!!

By Kristina S |

Perfect ambiance … decor is casual elegant … prime location … PERFECT food … exquisite service … The Bronzino - One of the best dishes I’ve ever enjoyed. It was a perfect Symphony of flavors . Each individual note was delicious and each balanced the other perfectly. The gazpacho was smooth and silky with a wonderful flavor. The Mediterranean Mezze - heaven. Each item better than the next. The falafel, in particular, has ruined me for all other falafel. Robert, the sommelier, set the tone for a perfect evening, and our server, Ana, was a delight. Thank you all for making our last evening in Miami - perfect!

All perfect

I liked Daniel in New York and was curious to discover Boulud Sud in Miami. Everything is in line with the high standard cuisine offered by chef Daniel Boulud. Elegant setting, nice bar area and amazing food.

Boulud Sud Miami - consistently EXCELLENT Mediterranean foods

By byMT305 |

Located near downtown Miami (btwn Brickell Avenue & Biscayne Blvd)) in the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel is Boulud Sud Miami, Chef Daniel Boulud's Mediterranean-style cuisine restaurant. The hotel and restaurant are both attractive and stylish (complimentary hotel valet parking is available, and highly recommended when dinning here). The restaurant seating is quite comfortable (and it's not overly noisy), and the service is highly professional. We tried: 2 excellent cocktails (house margarita, and white Cosmopolitan) Bread - complimentary focaccia and rustic rye) - very nice chilled gazpacho appetizer - refreshing & flavorful -- very nice! Orecchiete pasta w/ spicy lamb rau & a dollop or ricotta cheese - MUST TRY!! OUTSTANDING!! (I tried this dish as a one-half portion appetizer ... and will likely get as a full entree when I next visit!!) Seared Mediterranean Branzino - very nice Colorado Lamb Loin w/ harissa spices and couscous - very good entree Parmesan herb french fries - good (but would have been better if served piping hot) Dark chocolate and orange semifreddo - good, but not my favorite flavor combination Warm Madeleines - a very nice dessert basket (served complimentary to our table) All in all, the high quality and unique Mediterraean flavors make for an excellent dinner at Boulud Sud Miami -- there's lots to chose from, and we'll definitely return!

Good spot

By gaston2240 |

I find this place a great value. The service and ambience are wonderful for the price that you pay. Food was very good. Expect a little less sophistication than you would at bouluds higher end places but with similar ambience at a much lower cost.

Come here if you have $$$$ to spend to be ignored

By Mohana R |

We came to celebrate a family member’s graduation as a treat. Needless to say, after asking 4 people for the menu, at least one of the manager’s produced one. She promised the Sommelier would come by and though the man with a big medallion around his neck did go by at least 4 times, he did not stop to enlighten us. There are 2 times the number of busboys as waiters - and sadly for us - the busboys were more than eager to help but has probably been told to refer everything to wait staff. That’s why half our table had drinks while the other half didn’t; why we waited to place an order and in general our meal never came together. Not the festive ambiance we were hoping for but at least we got out within two hours of sitting down.

Fantastic Evening

By Sharon B |

We had a wonderful last night in Miami at Boulud Sud. Our server, Jesus, was very knowledgeable and let us know about the preparations for each of the items. We selected the Faroe salmon with braised lentils and a puree of lentils underneath. I read the wine list and realized its excellence. There were so many choices that we asked for the sommelier, whose name was Daniel. He selected three possible wine choices for our salmon entree and we asked him to choose. HIs selection was excellent and we swooned over both the food and wine. This was our favourite restaurant overall and we spent three nights in Miami. If we stayed longer, we would return more than once!

A celebration of the Mediterranean cuisine from Morocco, Italy, France...

By Giophs |

Chef Daniel Boulud make the right choice to open a stunning restaurant and bar at the new JW Marriott Marquis Miami downtown. We had a delicious time full of good suggestion. We began with this marvelous cocktail, the Frosé:Rosé wine,Lillet blanc,Lillet rosé(wine with fruits liquor) served frozen. The tuna steak with ratatouille and chickpea Panelle was perfectly cook as was the chicken tagine. The famous grapefuit givré was perfectly done and tasteful but, with appreciated the lemon italian meringue tart, with Prosecco sorbet and melon gelée.A great deal of savor!

Great food and lunch , location?

This is a good restaurant good presentation, service, food!!! Yet it is a nightmare to valet the car and leave consider 30 minutes easily . Food was good and sangria better it was not cheap even with Miami spice but really good food and presentation

We went for dinner on a Saturday night. We started with a drink in the bar, white cosmo, delicious and gorgeous with an orchid in the ice cube. Then dinner in the restaurant. We ordered several dishes so that we could all try many items. Everything we had was fantastic. Ambiance is wonderful, very see and be seen. You can eat lightly or really dig in. Service was lovely, all the servers were so excited about the food. Get dessert. If you are looking for a spot to eat in that part of downtown, highly recommend.

pretty room, tempered sophisticated decor, lovely greeting excellent and professional wait staff.

By bettykolmes |

this place fell down on the food. we started with an artichoke appetizer that was deep fried and delicious. The main course consisted of three limpid tiny lamb chops the size of small lollypops. Not only was the size and portion deficient - they were not tasty. skip the coffee/chocolate cube. Looks good - taste is disappointing. They got the coffee right - hot and good flavor. waiter was lovely. this place is for tourists. Mr. Boulud would be embarrassed.

Everything to improve

It was superball day and the hotel was crowded. We a large group and have reservations. We order several different plates, brunch time, and first took forever to get it and didn’t come together, waiting for the other plates make your get cold. Service is far from efficient, they add 20% tip for the bill, even if the restaurant was 50% empty, Prices are reasonable, a ther courses and bottomless drinks $55.00 + tip. There are few choices in the menu, three of each, that will not full fill everyone choice. I was expecting more...

Great food at a lovely location

By Maria Isabel L |

Great food, great service, surprising wine by the glass options. Love the Mediterrean touch to the red snapper - fish and chickpeas sound like a strange mix but you must try it.

Excellent for breakfast and lunch

By Markyharps |

Really good restaurant. Had French scrambled eggs which were perfect. Also good for lunch, lunch menu is affordable and good variety. Highly recommend

Fine dining with comfort

By Celina B |

We went to Boulud Sud on Thanksgiving for an early dinner. We had the Thanksgiving special tasting menu. It was amazing! The food was awesome; the highlights were the venison, the pumpkin agnolotti and the pumpkin sundae. I recommend it if you want fine dining but want a more comfortable and easygoing setting and mood. Our waiter and sommelier were very helpful and nice! Súper recommended!

Modern Ambiance: Large business dinner review

By Expert Traveler |

Enjoyed the modern decor and ambiance. We dined with very large group taking 2 long tables. They did a good job with the service. The food was excellent: rich flavors. Dessert was also great.

Sometimes you get lucky

By BadgerTraveler2 |

We past the resturant on the way to our hotel and knowing the name I looked to see if tables were available at 7:30. And they were. Spent a lovely two hours with the family and had great food and service. Since it was early there were only a few tables so a lot of attention was paid to us. Johanan was are server, great service with attention to detail. Light hearted and informative. We had the octopus, crudo, and burratina to start and they were the best. Not kidding, ordered another octopus right away because it went to fast. Also, where are they getting tomatoes this good in march? The Somm suggested a Spanish Albariño and it was delightful and matched the Food very well. Deep list with some very interesting choices. Prices were not crazy. Highlights for main courses were the black grouper special and lamb ragu. Other meals at adjacent tables look tasty also. The kids had desert and they looked and tasted equal to the resturant. Overall a great meal, highly recommended.

Great service and very good food.

Highlight of our trip to the JW Marriott Marquis (which isn't saying much if you read that review, but in this case it is good.) Our server was awesome with great suggestions and prompt service. Food was excellent. Good wine selection.

Dinner

By VALENTIN_0258 |

Boulud is the restaurant of the JW Marriott and as such it has a bit the atmosphere of a business Hotel. The service was very good and the quality of food was also good. The kitchen is a mixture of Mediterranean and northern African style.

Excellent Restaurant

By Mark P |

I had breakfast and dinner at Boulud Sud on this trip. Both were quite good: The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and helpful. The room works better for breakfast, although it is fine for dinner too.

Great . . . Not so

By ElizabethM2013 |

Fantastic wine program with impressive offerings across regions and price points. Great selection offered by the glass from Coravin. Unfortunately food was not so great. Gambas Al Ajillo lacked the expected garlicky punch. Instead the overwhelming flavor was lemony. The linguine (yes billed as Lemon Saffron with seafood) also was one note, with the saffron and seafood flavors barely discernible.

Tapas Tuesday -- great deal

By RAKlein |

I happened into the bar during happy hour and was pleased to find it was Tapas Tuesday ($5 plates of tapas ... small portions but tasty and satisfying) and there was live (jazzy) music (apparently a Tuesday regular). Service was very good, the ambiance pleasing and seating well-spaced-out, and the munchies excellent. Two items to be aware of is they automatically add a 18% gratuity (which is fine because it is about what I would have left given the quality of service) and when you sign to use their complimentary wifi it signs you up to receive Bolud emails ... unexpected and easily unsubscribed from. Bottom line -- an excellent choice and I would return on my next visit.

Deserving of a Michelin Star

By thechili2021 |

We’ve traveled a great deal and have not seen this combination of attention to detail, good service by staff and outstanding food preparation, for years. With consideration for the terrible Covid downturn, Bolud Sud has recently opened to full indoor and take-away service (we were told) and is really excelling. Thanks to our great server and the manager for the experience. If they don’t get that star soon, it should be coming.

Excellent

I have been at Bououd sud for lunch. Great location perfect service attentive staff and amazing food. Much better than the property in NYC Definitely highly recommended. Prices in line with location but not too overpriced.

Daniel Boulud broke my heart.

By paula m |

I have been an avid fan of Daniel Boulud and his restaurants for many years, enjoying his different venues around the country. Last night he broke my heart. I went to Boulud Sud Miami with friends and all of us were BEYOND disappointed. The food was inconsistent; it was not hot and the plating lacked visual appeal. We had four different first courses: crispy artichokes alla romana (tasteless flash-fried pieces of artichoke unredeemed by its average dipping sauce), lamb flatbread (the flavor brightened by pomegranate but the dish dulled by its tepid temperature, shortrib barbajuans (delicious ravioli filled with a tasty shortrib blend and the unquestionable stand-out of the entire meal) and carrot velouté soup (an intense carrot soup that may have been good if it was served hot or cold instead of room temperature). Our mains were chicken tagine (chicken, couscous and cauliflower not melded but cramped together in a covered tagine bowl without any marriage of flavors), seared Mediterranean branzino (a small piece of fish prepared with a crisp skin covered with a green paste and served over unseasoned barley, and veal osso bucco (a slice of well-prepared roasted veal including a piece of bone filled with savory marrow - all of which boasted a flavorful sauce). Not giving up we ordered two desserts to share: crema catalan and tres leche. Suffice it to say that four people picked at the two desserts, leaving more than half of each behind. I didn't expect the restaurant to be another Daniel. It obviously is a bistro venue serving lighter fare. But that's no excuse for less than delicious food. Please fix it or unload it quickly - it is a smear on the Boulud name!

very creative mediteranean food

Pretentious

By Fish_Search_NYC |

Had high hopes after dining at Boloud in NY. The space is beautifull and the staff is polished - food, not so much. We started off with a glass of French rose'. At $14 per glass, I was disappointed to he served a 2015 vintage. Being in the wine biz, I know that this is too old and is usually pushed out for under $5/ bottle by distributors. We also ordered salmon. The dish looked nice but the salmon was a cheap farm raised version, evidenced by the color and huge fat content. At $27, I expected better ingredient from Boloud. The final rub came when the check arrived. Not only did they charge $2 for flat water, they also added 18% tip to a 2 person lunch check. Total was $$115. I know that I am being a bit picky. But having experienced a number of gourmet restaurants, I hate being charged obscene amounts unless I get gourmet level food and drink in return. This Boloud is strictly snob appeal without the substance that made Boloud famous.

Not for me

By Kevin M |

I know it's billed as a Mediterranean restaurant but the chicken tagine just didn't do it for me The Iberian ham appetizer was good but pricey. Service ok. Won't be back. Bolud could do better.

Great experience!

By JuanRuizl |

What a remarkable experience. I went for dinner with my family at one of those restaurants with the best wine list ever. Robert, congratulations! The wine list feature more than 50+ wines by the glass with an impecable selection and a vast variety of price ranges. Food is on point; congrats chef! Your timing and impecable balanced dishes are second to none. Service: Briant! Is just outstanding. His food and wine knowledge is very impressive. He knows when to approach the table and when to be discrete; hard to find in Miami. He is a keeper and you definitely should request Briant in your next visit, you would not regret it.

Great Mediterranean Food

By RickB_SJC |

Had a group dinner here last week and everyone's food was amazing! The appetizers, and especially the Crispy Zucchini, were off the charts. The seafood entrees were very fresh and presented exceptionally well.

Flavorful and Quite Tasty

By jaybeeFL |

Had lunch while staying at the JW and were delighted with the experience. Ordered the Mediterranean mezzes (humus, babaganouche and felafel) along with shrimp gambas and the fetouche salad. Everything was attractively presented, nice portion sizes, perfectly seasoned and the true test, fully consumed!!! Service from Simon was stellar. Restaurant is attractive and comfortable. Will dine here upon our return.

My son had the special, Dover sole perfectly grilled with rosemary, lemon and butter. My filet was perfectly cooked and the appetizers were outstanding.

Needs attention from Daniel Nord...

By BB1938 |

While we were in NYC, we went regularly to Daniel's at 60 E 65th St which is owned and run by French celebrity chef Daniel Boulud. We had not been to his Miami Boulud South at the JW Marriott. We went today for brunch, and found it is nothing like its NY relative. What we had was good, but not what we expected from a Michelin starred chef. At one thirty they had run out of Eggs Benedict. And when I asked for a ham and cheese omelet, I was told they did not have ham, so I had a cheese omelet. At that late hour, if we had wanted to order from the "Lunch" menu, we would have had to wait unti lthree PM!! The staff was very nice, and they apologized for their shortcomings. I hope they get their act together, as the name "Daniel Boulud" means a lot in the culinary world.

Excellent all around!

By Fernando S |

Business dinner for 13 people. Monday night. Located inside the JW Marriott Marquis hotel next to Brickell/Miami Reservation process was flawless. Called same day to increase number of people in my party and was accommodated without issues. Locale is very well appointed. Bar area and wine storage/display is visually impressive. Service was outstanding. Our waiter made sure we were all well taken care of. Food recommendations were spot on. Focused mainly on smaller plates. Myself and all in our group tried ALL the Share/Main dishes (except for the pastas) and truly enjoyed them. The only exception were the Arroz Bomba (no one in our group liked it) and the LAMB FLATBREAD (got mixed reviews from the group - and leftovers).....the rest were very good....the highlight was the octopus a la plancha and the branzino It was expensive; at around $200/head Will definitely go back. Highly recommend it

Take a Lyft!

By Nextbestmeal |

We stayed in Miami Beach, so this meal required a cab/Uber/Lyft - so worth it. Hands down, one of the best dining experiences in our fairly well-traveled lives. When we are on vacation, what we enjoy most is finding expertly crafted food, especially with well-paired drinks, be it brews, wine or cocktails. Our dinner here stood out because of the excellence demonstrated on all fronts: service, gastronomy and wine-pairings We cannot speak to the entrees as our preference is to try as many dishes as possible - so all we can say is that must haves from the small/medium plates are the setas con huevos and the burratina. Crispy zucchini is delicious but portion was huge... For four perfect and unique bites of sweetness, the petits fours is a wonderful ending, though the cheese selections were out of this world. As fabulous as the food was, the evening was truly made memorable by the expertise and engagement of our server Johan and the head sommelier Daniel. It was apparent that they both are passionate about what they do, and they were ready to answer questions and make spot-on recommendations for each course after inquiring about our personal preferences. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We came back for Sunday Brunch and the experience was consistent. Staff cross-cover effortlessly to provide a seamless dining experience - Kudos to this professional team!

Best restaurant in Miami

By hagdoc |

Had the most wonderful meal at BouludSud that I have had in Miami. The decor is fantastic, modern and incredibly comfortable at the same time. The bar area offers different spaces for different moods. The food was amazing, as it always is at a Boulud restaurant. What really stood out was the service. Amazingly friendly, helpful and fun. I single out Johanan, our waiter, and Danielle in the bar who made the whole evening amazing. In a city of stony-faced, snooty servers BouludSud is an oasis of fine dining.

Simply Excellent

This is a very fine, yet casual, restaurant located in the JW Marriott Marquis. It offers excellent breakfasts and dinners. Service is good, and the setting is nice.

One of the best skirt stakes imaginable

By D. Todd McCormick |

While I’ve been to several Boulud eateries (here in Miami & NYC) The skirt steak is flawlessly prepared and wonderfully pared with several savories. I could go on about the taste yet let’s just say my words nor the photo could offer a fitting description, Just do yourself a favor, when in DTWN Miami, just stop in. The menu is wonderful. Service & locale are tops!

Well

By sandrabch |

Nice place for a cocktail in Miami. The service is good, good guidance on the menu and a good mojito! highly recommended

Very good night

By Gabriel |

Great food. I would have given it 5 stars if it had more of a selection. The raw tuna appetizer is excellent The shirt steak was great for me. My wife had the filet. She moved it. They have a potato dish that we ordered to go with out dinner that had potatoes, tomato paste, smoked paprika and I don’t know what else. It was awesome. The ambiance is a little uptight but the staff is great. We will be back soon.

Outstanding Experience

By ChiefWolf |

A Miami gem. First time & it was outstanding. Food was excellent, service was phenomenal, & a very creative menu. Even the Spice Miami menu which is typically limited & small portions was fantastic. They also change that menu every other week (August-September). Drink menu was also good. Branzino, Tajine, & octopus a la plancha were our favorites. And chocolate fondant was A1. We’ll be back.

Great flavors but ........

By AlbertoMay |

Downtown Miami this can be a great option, elegant and with a nice bar just outside the restaurant. Don't take me wrong every thing we ordered was very good specially the swordfish one of the best I've had but...... we where expecting a more sophisticated menu like Boulud can do. Very good but not fantastic or exotic. Priced right.

Opening Day

By Pedro O |

Went there for dinner the night they opened the restaurant. I am a big fan of chef Daniel and therefore very disappointed to say that the food was horrible! Really... not even good... I ordered the Tuna Steak... the fish was rotten! I returned the dish after the first bite... and they agreed with me!! So how a restaurant of this level can serve something like this? My wife ordered a shrimp linguini... the dish had two shrimps and no taste at all. I would recommend that chef Daniel starts cooking at his new place instead of just putting his surname on it!!

So good!

By MGrimes |

The food and service here was fabulous -- in the restaurant and at the bar. The cheesecake was delicious. I would definitely eat here again!

Excellent Service

By Boris M |

To say the food and specially the desserts here at Boulud Sud, would probably be a major understatement. Then you add the spectacular service by everyone since you walk in, until you leave, and you will find one of Miami's finest treasures.

A MUST!

By TRNBR |

Boulud Sud Miami had merely opened, first week of January 2018, but still we decided to go, as a regular customer of the NYC restaurant. Based on such good experience gathered in Manhattan, we were prepared to be condescending, taking into account the natural mess generated by any starting operation. I normally place comments very directly, but this experience requires a bit more of dedication. Let me start with Christophe, the Maitre d´Hôtel Manager, a French middle age man. No words to express his competence, care, kindness and personal attention to each and every client. I truly have never, ever seen someone performing so highly, so many restaurants throughout the world taken into account… It does not take more than five minutes of his talking to make you feel as if you knew him for a long time … congrats Chris… you are the man … But this is only the beginning … The selection and the taste of the food exceeds the best ranked restaurant I have EVER tried. And my selection is extremely wide … you can feel the taste of each meal component, individually, something rare since most sauces camouflage the true flavor of the ingredients. What a remarkable experience … And for what cost … Around USD 160.00, a couple, regular wine and desert included. Again, if you go to Miami and for any reason you don’t stop by at this restaurant, please return to Miami asap, and correct the fault.

The best Happy Hour around

Love the bar at Bouloud Sud - Happy Hour with $8.00 cocktails and $5.00 appetizers cannot be beat. The atmosphere is contemporary and there is often a DJ.

Delicious Dinner at Boulud Sud Miami

By born2travel1968 |

We went here for our birthdays and had an amazing experience. The service and the food were exemplary. First things first. I have eaten at Daniel in New York before and at DB Bistro Moderne (which was the previous incarnation of this restaurant)). I expected great food (of course) at prices to match. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was still amazing but the prices were more reasonable. The appetizers averaged up to $16 and the main courses went up to $36. My wife and son ate off of the Miami Spice me u and I went a la carte. We practically licked the plates clean. The food was fresh, delicately seasoned, and the flavors came right through. The branzino was outstanding. The taramasalata (Greek fish dip) was so delicate and smooth but so flavorful. The desserts were delicious. The service from our greeting to the bar to our supper was outstanding. We were constantly being checked upon to make sure everything g lived up to our expectations. It did! Thank you for an amazing dinner. We will be back. Soon.

Fantastic food. Attentive service. Top interior design.

Daniel Boulud hits another one out of the park!

By Jonathangpr |

Excellent service and great Mediterranean fare sum up this new downtown restaurant. Our sever was very friendly and knowledgeable(Johann)and led us through the menu to appreciate all the flavors from Hummus to pasta and Chicken Tagine with a side of artichokes. Everything was perfect! Match that with expertly prepared cocktails and great desserts and you have the makings of a perfect evening.

Best by the glass wine list in Miami

By Poshrican |

Without doubt, the best “by the glass” wine list in Miami - with more than 30 selections at all price points. Wines with very high ratings at affordable prices. Robert, the Sommelier, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent. We did the Miami Spice menu and it was great value for money. Our waiter was super nice.

One Of The Best Experience in miami.

By Guide45641996868 |

There’s no only one point to consider as wonderful, the overall inclued high quality service, ambience, and of course taste experience, have to be scheduled on your next trip.

Recommendable for foodies

By Sergio Jalil |

Great Selection of wines and a good variety of food with a strong Mediterranean accent. Food from countries throughout the different countries on the Mediterranean Rim, gives a varied selection and many options to choose from. Quality is superb and service impecable.

Excellent staff service and amazing wine list

By ramair320 |

As a Chairman of the Aviation Festival Americas 2019, we had the opportunity to work with the JW Marriott Marquis staff. All hotel staff members were very accommodating and flexible to arrange and exceed our needs. One especially went the extra mile - Jovana Andrejevic Maitre D'hotel at the main hotel restaurant. Thank you Jovana for your support, flexibility and treated us very nice which felt more as longtime friends that hotel clients. Thank you again and all the best to you and your staff.

Great food

By TisaL |

It was ny 4th visit over the past 3 years. Food is as excellent as ever. The service was struggling a bit this time. 3 hostesses at entrance, but there did not seem to be a lot of servers in the dining room. Menu and quality of food always makes this a great experience, however. And the ambiance is beautiful while not too loud. Great desserts too.

„Must visit“ restaurant

By Bjoern L |

We went into this restaurant quite late and by accident. It turned out to be one of the best restaurants we have seen in Miami so far. Food was awesome, wine menu extraordinary and the service outstanding! Looking forward to having another great evening there, asap!

Wonderful bar at Bouloud Sud. $8.00 cocktails and $5.00 appetizers are a real treat. Try the warm dates and blue cheese.

Great!

By Brian D |

One of our favorite meals while we were in Miami. The food and the staff are great. The prices are a bit high but that is to be expected at a Boulud restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great for cocktails

By Adventurebooklet |

Husband and I had cocktails only at this restaurant. The patio area is really beautiful and nice to people watch. The bar staff is really knowledgeable and the drinks were tasty and fun to look at.

So obnoxious

By duncan19672017 |

This restaurant is the most obnoxious place I have ever been A lamb dish for $38 ( plus an 18% service charge ) was 4 tiny slices Was hungry and pissed off Why do these guys think they can rip people off with this so called fine dinning meals What a joke

Pretentious

By Shana S |

Really not worth it. The food is eh. Empty restaurant and they sat us at tiny table next to the bus boy station. See the pic of my food. My pasta literally looked like maggots in pesto sauce. Tasted like that too. Service was awful. The waiters basically just disappear and never check on water or how you like your food. Also the lamb flatbread was horrible. We literally scraped the lamb off the bread so we could have something to eat. If anyone had checked on us we would have sent it back. So many better options in miami

Decent business dinner overall

By RJD |

Was here for a business dinner and found the decor and food to be good. Had the steak and it was ok. We chose this restaurant mainly because it was in the hotel but service was very slow. Overall it was fine and would recommend if you are not limited for time.

Excellent restaurant!

By BeatrizG2 |

We came for the Miami Spice menu and we were pleasantly surprised of how good it was and how generous the portions were. Service is friendly, great menu and fresh ingredients make it a place to go back.

Another great meal

By Rich424 |

This is the second time my wife and I had dinner here and it was just as good as the first. The lamb shank was cooked just right and it came with chick peas- lots of them. I think polenta would make this an even better entree. The branzino was just a tad overcooked, but still good.

Excellent !!

By Robert G |

We had been to DB modern Miami several times so were eager to try the evolution. Wow!! My wife and I enjoyed. The new decor is wonderful. Warm and easy. The service is excellent. On time, attentive , and knowledgeable. Our server Gabriel and the manger Christoph made for an excellent evening. We had the Pinot Noir, Octopus, Heirloom tomatoes, Bronzino, and the Chicken Tangine. Each excellent. We usually do not have desert. Tonight we had a hard time choosing but went with the Chocolate Cube and ice cream. All great. We enjoyed and will be back. A nice change with maintaining and improving quality

Delicious breakfast with A+ service

By Bamafan |

Enjoyed a tasty omelette accompanied by a fresh and light salad and breakfast potatoes. The coffee was plentiful and the little car of both white and brown sugar cubes was an extra treat. Had EXCELLENT service from the wait staff and enjoyed the overall experience! A++

Really beautiful

By pacosmom |

It’s such a beautiful dining room. The service is polished, professional, helpful, friendly. The food preparation and presentation are wonderful. The lamb flatbread was really excellent. The whole menu is creative and very healthy with lots of Mediterranean offerings. We had exceptional service on Saturday night. We were greeted so graciously and kindly by Adriana. It was such a pleasure to begin our evening that way. And our server was Jesus who took such good care of us...describing the menu, pouring the wine, and just being very kind. I reluctantly took off 1-star due to the fact that our main course of roasted grouper was only 3 itty bitty 1- inch cubes of fish for $36. I’m no stranger to expensive restaurants. But I thought this was pushing it. The bouillabaisse broth was delicious. But I would have rather paid more if necessary for a REAL piece of fish. I wouldn’t order this particular item again. But I would definitely return. It was a lovely evening.

great restaurant

By margie6579 |

Had a stellar meal here last evening , food was delicious, wine was fabulous , and best of all our server Desiree was a pleasure from start to finish . Everything was great

Great Cocktails

By B1985_13 |

Lovely atmosphere. Very diligent service. Fun and delicious cocktails (Cinque Terre, Sarsaparilla). Lamb was cooked perfectly and the Shakshuka appy was delicious. Wouldn't order the Semifreddo again but the Muska made up for it. Will be back.
