Four of us went to just try it since the hotel just opened. The menu was varied and interesting and the food was excellent. It is rather expensive but worth it. On the other hand, the drinks were horrible. A simple and traditional Old Fashioned and Negroni were apparently a challenge. Both were watery and weak and should have been sent back. One might blame the fact that the waiter kept apologizing (he was otherwise enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and represented the restaurant well) for the fact that they were so busy except that 50% of the tables were empty. So either they were made poorly or they sat on the bar for too long; either way when you visit and the drinks aren't satisfactory send them back.

Sara welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciate her kindness, efficiency, and thoughtfulness!
Breakfast buffet was as good as the service!
Really enjoyed our Labor Day stay at the Hyatt Regency in Portland at the Convention Center and had breakfast two days in a row at Unity-Q-in. The service was out standing, the MAX runs right by giving it extra energy with a seat by the window without a lot of noise. The food was excellent - lots of choices with a new entree each day and bacon EVERY day as well as scrambled eggs, bagels, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed OJ and more. And back to self service so you won't go hungry. Expensive? At $27, yes, but you'll find that price common at any major big city property. We loved it as there was something for everyone!
