We were the second people in the restaurant 45 minutes ago. We have coffee. That's it. We have seen at least 5 other tables get their food. They gave what looked like our meal to the table next to us. The decaf coffee is bitter and strong. We are so disappointed, especially since this is in a Hilton hotel. Obviously, this Hilton needs someone to watch over the food. We finally left. I have attached pictures of our table and everyone else eating their food. My husband couldn't even talk to the manager, he asked but no one available 😔. I really am disappointed in Hilton. This is only the second review I have ever done in 5 years that is not 5 star.

The restaurant was lovely. My husband had his choice of several gluten free options. The service was great. The hosts were friendly. Our meal was delicious. We had the shrimp! Yummy! We also ate breakfast here. Nice service and awesome food! Breakfast was a little expensive.

Stayed at Miami Downtown Hilton and ate here on Christmas Day when we felt we had no other choices outside the hotel. For the price we paid, it was certainly worth it. Staff is very friendly in making sure we got what we needed. We arrived a bit past closing time and they still made sure we got what we needed. They deserve a big raise. I recommend eating here if you stay at this place.

So I went to Brisa bit before 8 a.m. Ricky (trainee) at the front desk was help to guide me there as was the folks on the first floor. Rosalia D & Rodrigo gave good service. The steak & scramble eggs with potatoes in good portions, definitely worth it. My then German-American ex gf recommended it, happy I went there. Cue in AC/DC's Back in Black song...I'm let loose from noose 🎸🇺🇸 Danke schön

This restaurant is lovely with a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The Waite staff is very experienced and courteous as well as being most helpful and friendly. The dinner menu has a great variety of delicious choices and the price is reasonable for fine dining.

Had breakfast at the bistro, nothing to rave about, again very limited and very pricey. Breakfast is not included, very disappointing.

Ate dinner and breakfast at Brisa. Not the lowest cost option but the most convenient. Both meals were good, but I enjoyed my breakfast most. The French toast was amazing!

Located at the Hilton Miami Downtown, this serves as an upscale bistro most of the day and as the complimentary breakfast offering for Hilton loyalty club elites. The staff and service are what one would expect at a high-end restaurant. "Continental Breakfast" includes eggs and breakfast meat along with fruit and croissant.

Get up in the morning and Enjoy great buffet. Service Excellent. Lot of Choices but $$$ for tourist.

A gracious family business. The best Marsala I’ve ever had. My 98 pound daughter cleaned up every last bite of spaghetti and the boy fought me for sautéed spinach remains. Speedy service quiet unassuming outdoor patio. Very present proprietor. You’ll love it!

We were able to have a well paced dinner here before a Saturday night concert of the New World Symphony. The drinks were good, food was well paced and we were out in time to get to theater without rushing. It is an easy walk and meant only parking the car once for the evening. The prices are not cheap but there are not many alternatives in the area so convenience and service were definitely the best reasons for choosing it.

Excellent atmosphere to socialize with the family, and great food, good music and great service. A place different from the same 👏🏼👏🏼

Good breakfast full buffet and continental. Service was satisfactory, with the food being more than satisfactory.
