We had our wedding “reception” at Bubba Gump Shrimp on 12/31/25 and it was the best decision! We wanted a place that would be fun for our group of 50 after our wedding, and the food, the location and the staff did not disappoint! With our large group we ordered ahead of time and it made it smooth and quick, and the group had the best time! Thank you to Keisha, Diane, and Jamie along with all the staff, we had the best time!

Hands down best service we had from the Las Vegas strip! Our server Tarek made sure we had an amazing experience. From start to end he was on top of things. Made great recommendations and we loved everything we ordered. You usually dont get this kinda of service anymore but he was very personable and patient. The trivia questions he asked us here and there were fun as we are big fans of the movie. Im glad we came here for our trip. Definitely coming back next time we are in town. Our server Kent was great and had a good sense of humor 😁…. He told us about the Landry select program .. which I’m already a member 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾.. There was no wait and we were promptly seated and greeted !! First impression was cool .. it’s in Vegas on the strip … would not except anything else .. the food was very flavorful.. the peel and eat shrimp always a winner and my date really enjoy the Jambalaya ( just needed bigger and more sausages)

Keshia was a great server, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was good and hot and not overly heavy feeling. We sat out on the patio, the view was great and we there was a nice breeze. We went at 11am for lunch and there was no wait. You get a good amount of food for the price. We both left full!

My bf and I came to LV for our one year anniversary. He had never been to BG Shrimp before so we dropped in after a pool party bus tour. Plenty of seats available. An employee (unknown name) was walking by with a backpack and noticed us standing there (we had been there less than two minutes), he dropped his bag and seated us right away. It was great. Then we met our hostess, Trey, she was exceptional. Her demeanor was nothing but upbeat, helpful, and positive. She was extremely knowledgeable & even came to refill my bf’s water within a minute of him taking his last sip, we didn’t even have to turn the sign. After we finished we rode the RTC back to our hotel and as I was organizing my bag for the evening preparing to go to Rouge at the strat..I realized my debit card was not with me. After a momentary panick, I called BG, they had my card!! We travelled back to BG’s and went upstairs to retrieve the card, they said it actually happens all the time! As the employee went to grab the card and confirm using my ID, Trey went out of her way to come talk to us. She said she had even gone downstairs looking for us when she realized we left it. Overall, my bf loved his first trip to BG’s ( food was amazing) and the service was top notch. Good job Trey & staff..keep up the good work. It was refreshing to have such positivity and such great service.

I watched the forest gump movie when I was a kid so the atmosphere and decor was cool to see!

Came in on a slower Friday afternoon, my server Tarek was great! He recommended the Forrest’s Seafood Feast, I was torn between fish and chips and fried shrimp. I can’t believe I missed that on the menu! It was perfectly what I was craving. He was so kind and genuine I will remember him as a server every time I come back to Vegas. Thank you Tarek!

Israel was our server, he was super sweet and very helpful. My boyfriend had never been to Bubba's before and really enjoyed his meal! We shared the calamari, gumbo, and fish and chips. Good portion sizes, a tad expensive but it is located on the strip so what do you expect? Lol. All in all, nice dinner out and a nice server.

Came here with friends the other night, honestly figured it would be an expensive tourist trap. Since all bubba gump restaurants are in touristy areas we were weary. Our server Tarek really turned it around for us! Best server we’ve ever had in Las Vegas hands down. It’s true when they say people make the place. The patio has great views and food didn’t disappoint. We’ll be back

My favourite restaurant in Las Vegas. Every time I go to America, I always love to go to Bubba Gumps, we only have on tin the UK in London which is too far to travel. Service was excellent, the labor day cocktails were gorgeous and the shrimps are always excellent. Thank you for another lovely meal.

If you want some straightforward seafood, Bubba Gump's is the place to go! Everything we tried was well above average except the Cole slaw, but honestly the rest of the food more than made up for it. Kent, our server, was on top of things and made every step of the meal an easy experience.

I am a reasonably frequent visitor to Las Vegas. I tend to find the service standard at most restaurants below my expectations. I am a service industry employee myself and therefore particularly critical of standards. I was therefore, based on the majority of my dining experiences in Las Vegas, pleasantly surprised at my experience at Bubba Gumps. My brother and I were served by Kelsey. We found her not only friendly but thoroughly attentive. She was able to capably answer our menu questions. She came across as thoroughly genuine and ensured our visit was very pleasurable. If only more servers in Las Vegas would reach her standard.

We popped in on our first day in Las Vegas and had a amazing meal for a good price. The chilli margarita was really good and not too hot. Food was really good as was service sorry I cannot remember our lovely service guy but really good had to buy a t-shirt as one of my favourite films

And of course, the gumbo is always a standout. It’s one of those dishes you look forward to and it never lets you down. What really made this visit great, though, was our server, Polly. She was outstanding. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely made the whole experience better. You can tell she cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service from Polly. We’ll absolutely be back.

My partner and I were visiting Vegas for the first time and we decided to stop by here for dinner. It did not disappoint! Their seafood was the one of the highlights but what made the whole experience wonderful was the staff and especially the manager of that day, Andre! The food was delicious and served at a great temperature. Drinks had just the right amount of ice for a warm day but not "all ice." We will be back at Bubba Gumps in the near future.

My wife’s first time at Bubba Gump! The ambience in the restaurant is so fun and inviting. Lot of neat things to look at on the walls and cool merchandise also! James, our server, was great! Wife did the coconut shrimp with fries. Fries were hot and crispy and the coconut shrimp was delicious with the dipping sauces. I really enjoyed my jambalaya. We had the butter cake for dessert. Everything from the service, food quality, the ambience, and even the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms were impressive. The general manager, EJ, even stopped by our table to chat with us! Thanks for a great experience. :)

Came here for XMas dinner. Bubba Gump’s is one of my favourite places so when I heard there was one on the strip we just had to go. The gift shop is at the bottom and you go up the stairs to get to the restaurant area. While the restaurant was quite spacious it was packed on this night. I had made reservations awhile back but still had to wait quite awhile to get seated. There were a few impatient patrons on this day but staff did well to handle it. The decor was your typical Bubba Gump’s. I ordered a Caesar Salad to share at the table and the Shrimper’s Heaven for myself. Both were really good - not too much dressing on the salad, but enough. I love shrimp so having 3 kinds of fried shrimp was great for me. My wife and daughter both got the Jambalaya - flavourful and great portion. My son got the Shrimp Mac & Cheese and he enjoyed it. Our server Jamie was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they were super busy service was great once we were seated.

I was so excited to go back to a bubba gamp after going there several years ago in New Orleans...When we arrived a waitress attacked us because we had not taken the right line (knowing that we were alone waiting) Once the order was taken, my husband had his starter and his dish at the same time. For my part, I had to wait 15 minutes before seeing my shrimp cocktail sauce arrive (it’s not like there was a cooking)) then I waited, waited, my husband had time to finish his dish (cold since it was served at the same time as the starter) After calling the waiter.... This one took the wrong order..... So my dish arrived 10 minutes later and I finished eating.... Only....The funny thing is that the waiter asked the table next to us to give him a good rating.... Not to us....So, Kent, next time, take the order right to get a good rating...

This is my first time trying bumble Gump and I absolutely love the food and service. The Shrimpers net catch is my favorite, so much flavor. Also the cheese cake is amazing! Our waitress Tad was very mindful of our needs and great personality! Plus the Vegas strip view is breath taking!!

Came in for dinner and was exhausted from walking up and down the Vegas strip. James A was our server for the night. I want to tell you how lucky Bubba Gumps is to have James. Very attentive and had an awesome personality. Made our dinner that much better. The trivia at the end was a blast. Thank you James.

Let me tell you one thing...... actually multiple things. The food was great, fresh and tasty but the experience with Polly made this trip memorable and when I come back I'll be on the lookout for her! Great customer service, knowledgeable, have great advice and she just made the experience at Bubbas the best one during the whole trip to Vegas!

Was sold a loyalty card whilst I was at the restaurant tried to activate it. I don’t care about what it is after they sold it to you every time you put a receipt number in it says no transaction for that found people on the phone aren’t interested so never going back to that particular bubba Gump

I've been to this Bubba Gump's numerous times in the past few years. The food is great but the real winner is a server who has waited on me on more than one occasion. Keisha is a fantastic waitress. She gets my order with special requests correct every time and my drink cup never goes empty. If you go to the Bubba Gump's on the Las Vegas Strip, ask for Keisha. She will make sure you have a memorable experience.

Cool place with the necessary typical American decoration. This made it more special than other restaurants. The food was good, but not to say now, that you would eat there several times a week.

Our waitress Trey was the best. She made us feel welcome plus full she was full of energy. She was kind, and funny. Come to found out we had the same name. If you go make sure you ask for her cause you will not be disappointed. She also makes very good drinks. The food was really good and came out nice and hot.

We enjoyed our dinner here on a Friday night, but the prices on the Strip are nuts. We had the Ceviche and a bowl of Gumbo before diving into an excellent Jambalaya. She also split a Shrimp cocktail with me, but the $107 price tag is just stupid. I now see what the Las Vegas Strip is empty. Its a money grab.

This Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is right on the Las Vegas Strip, and is easy to get to. We were seated right away, and had a great waiter (Israel) who catered to our every need. The fried shrimp was crunchy and delicious, and there was a lot of it! There were several servers that were able to keep customers fed. I would highly recommend this place!

Israel was our server and he was was wonderful: the food was hot and delicious. My husband had the fried shrimp and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Will definitely come back again.

We stopped by Bubba Gumps on a whim and was not disappointed. The food was delicious especially Mama Blue’s Shrimp Gumbo. Our server Trey H. Was an excellent server. She greeted our table promptly and explained and recommended a few of the items to us. She was attentive throughout our meal and provided great service.

First time at Bubba Gump, Las Vegas. Our waiter Kent was great and took good care of us. Food was quick and plenty, nice atmosphere.

Lindsey was AWESOME!! And the food is ALWAYS GREAT! No one makes shrimp like Bubba Gumps!! It’s a regular stop whenever we’re near one!!

We had a delicious lunch and our server Catlin was fantastic and went above and beyond. She is a great representative for the restaurant Andre the manager is fabulous warm and welcoming. He definitely got me “Hooked “ I had a small incident with my meal and both were wonderful to fix and make my day better.
