Really nice and friendly staff! Drinks were delicious! And food is amazing. We were the only ones there since they had just opened up but we got some trivia! And it was fun.

I love shrimp so much. This is definitely my go to spot. They also have great drinks. Great spot to hang out with friends and hang out! Would go again!

The food was quite bland despite good service. I recommend their Mac and cheese anyway, think about doing, stamp your parking tickets

Had the most wonderful time at Bubba Gump in Universal Studios. First, time visiting here. But the food was absolutely delicious. We were there celebrating our anniversary. The staff was extremely exceptional. Great environment and all. The trivia questions was fun.

Came out for a date night with my husband, and we have to say the service by our server Miguel, our drink runner, Laura and the manager on duty, Kate, has been truly phenomenal. Each one came to our table with a smile on their face and positive attitude. Miguel even gave us some Forrest Gump trivia, and was so kind to give us some hints along the way, lol. It had been a minute since we have seen the movie. It made waiting for the food go by in the blink of an eye. We live local, and can say we will definitely be back!

Was so surprised that everything was that good!! We went there after a long day at the park. We had a reservation for six pm. When we got there they were busy sitting a party of 23. I thought to myself that it would take forever but they came right over and sat us. The waiter was polite and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. The whole experience was wonderful.

We went here after attending the park at Universal Studios for the day. Got seated about 7 p.m. To a while to get a order in though our area was not all that busy for a week night. I ordered the Salmon and Shrimp dinner - cannot remember title of item. However, the Salmon was dry and overcooked, Shrimp was OK, it came with steamed broccoli as a veggie. The problem was it was in large branches and not completely cooked. I could not get a knife to cut it and a fork would not cut through it. Others in our party their meal was OK. It was pricey for what it was. I have paid the same at other places for much better food. I did not send it back as it was late and we had a long drive home.

Went to city walk with my family to watch a movie afterwards we were hungry and decided to go here. The food is great and so was the service awesome place!

Had the chance to stop by before the dinner rush, and it was the perfect time to wind down, no waiting for a table, no racing against time. My server, Madison, was as attentive as a hawk and as kind as a grandma giving you extra cookies. Definitely coming back for a laid back meal where the only rush is the rush of good food coming to the table!

The service was good, but the food was not so rich, all too fried, the entree we asked for was the most popular recommendation (they had crispy chicken)(but a lot of the chicken was crispy “bone”, ) they should pay more attention in the kitchen. It touched a bone that was not noticeable when covered and you could have problems with your teeth. Then I ordered a salmon with vegetables and rice, the vegetable was broccoli is super hard, you couldn't cut it with the knife.

Too bad the slowness in service (almost an hour between entering the room and the arrival of the dishes) despite it being past 21.00. Even the waiter spoke too fast and made us take more than we wanted, in the excitement of taking orders. The food is still great

I will be honest as I am writing this review I am still enjoying this amazing food. How I ended up going to Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in Universal City Hollywood after a very long work day was all because an incredible manager named Joshua who runs the Santa Monica location and also today was helping out at the universal studios Hollywood location, his kindness, welcoming ness, and smile got me before I knew where he works and then he offered for me to come try out the food being that I have known about the company for a very long time, but never tried the food at any of their locations, and I wanted to keep my promise to Joshua because he was such an awesome person And in my (Keith Lee) voice I also wanted to make sure that I paid for the food myself so I could give honest reviews and these are some true honest reviews from a very country girl. Vinny was my waiter and he made my day J.J delivered the delicious food, Sergio another waiter kept me laughing, the location seen all of the people and all of the fun things around in Universal studio Ended my night I got the shrimp, macaroni and cheese the fish and chips a blue liquor drink that was incredible better than most bar drinks and I meant it when I said it I will be back to that location and the Santa Monica location anybody looking for some good food don’t let Universal Studios prices scare you off Bubba Gump is considered a sit down restaurant and you can go into their valet department for 2 1/2 hours. You get $10 for 3 1/2 hours you get $15 it’s such a super cute place to go on a date or with your family and Bubba Gumps prices, food, location, staff and management will definitely get you brownie points with everybody. I came with my brother, cousin, and sister in law before heading to the universal studios park since we were hungry and wanted a proper meal. BEST CHOICE!! We got seated very quickly and the staff was wonderful. Asking about our plans and letting us know what specials and favorites are on the menu. It was my first time coming to a Bubba Gump and Amanda, our server, invited us to do a trivia about the movie and even though I had only seen the movie once, it was still so fun!! The manager was also super sweet and checking in on how we were doing. The food was delish and picture perfect but i forgot to take pictures of our meal before we ate!!! definitely coming back again!

Bubba Gump Shrimp is a fun place with great food and a nice atmosphere. If you love the movie or just want to enjoy some good seafood, I definitely recommend it. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

We stayed in this place for dinner, after visiting Universal, as we had been advised to dine near the Studios to avoid the queue to return to the hotels. We have eaten: Strawberry Salad With scrimp $19.99 a good salad with a special taste with strawberries, apples, pecans and apples, there were 8 shrimps; Forrest's seadood feast $28.99 a nice plate with a large piece of fish, shrimp and fish balls and chips with a sprinkling of paprika, served with accompanying sauces, good overall though all fried! Speclead lemonade $5 with strawberry garnish, good Secret mango sparkler 7 $slightly sparkling. The place is quaint, with tags at the table being turned in case you want to call the waiter. Prices shown are without taxes which are calculated at the end and the bill is brought to the table. We spent $60.98 + tax $5.79 + tip. We witnessed a scene in which it was sung by the waiters "happy birthday" with a lot of clapping of hands.

The food was excellent, and makes way more sense than trying to eat inside of the theme park. The customer service was great and the Blue Hawaiian was refreshing. Will be here again.

We love Bubba Gump. It is so much fun and the food is great. We have been to several and this one is super nice. The place is clean and the service is really good. There may be a line, but it moves fast. You are waited on very fast and the servers know the menu well. They have this hush puppies filled with shrimp and they are great. All of this shrimp dishes are good. It all tastes so fresh. The place is just so cute. It is a chain, but don't let that stop you.

I took my husband here for his birthday. The team was great from start to finish. My server Amanda was attentive and Peter, our manager went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our food and customer service. My 12/10 Bubba Gump Shrimp experience began as soon as I walked in, greeted by friendly staff who radiated Southern hospitality. I kicked things off with delicious lemonade, which were perfectly made. For my main course, I couldn’t resist the Jenny's Salmon and Shrimp—plump shrimp paired with a perfectly seasoned salmon. The service from my server Sergio, was attentive without being overbearing, which is perfection. To top it all off, I indulged in a chocolate chip cookie sundae while soaking in the lively atmosphere filled with movie memorabilia. It was a fun and memorable dining experience that truly captured the essence of Bubba Gump Shrimp.

Classic Bubba Gump restaurant: no surprises on the menu (especially shrimp). The service was a little slow (30 minutes waiting for the dishes) and you have to wait a little (reasonably around 8pm: 10-15 min) before you can sit down. This remains a nice experience and a good option especially after a visit to the Universal studio park

If you watched Forest Gump, you should definitely eat here 😎 if you turn the run forest sign at the table, the waiters think you need time to clarify your decision and no one comes. You can place your order when you turn the sign to stop forest 😀 shrimp heaven is a suitable choice for a little bit of everything. If you go in the evening, there will be a bit of a queue, so if you dine at 4pm max, you won't have to wait at all. We loved it very much, I hope you like it too 💙

Abazai was our server and very attentive and funny. He took care of us and made sure we had a good time. The food is always great here. Ambiance is always fun.

We had a fantastic time at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.! The shrimp dishes were delicious, especially the Shrimp Scampi and Cajun Shrimp. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.

Lots of great food options and friendly efficient service. We got our appetizers almost immediately and the mains came shortly after. Everything smelled and tasted amazing, especially the garlic bread!
