We enjoyed some amazing food, a great experience and Ramona was great to us. We will definitely come back when in town. Glad we got to come.

The food was yummy. The server, ramona, was amazing. She was available as often as we needed her. She was engaging and responsive. I had the bourbon fish and shrimp. My brother and his wife had the fried shrimp. We were both happy with our meals.

Came in just before closing after the dua lipa concert. Marissa was our waitress and she quickly put our order in before they closed. I guess they also do trivia about the movie too. we haven’t watched the movie in forever so she gave us the easy questions and I was surprised at how much I actually remembered! I had the lava flow (sooo good) and the shrimpers heaven. Perfect place for a quick late night bite

Food didn’t impress and took a very long time. Prawn coating was chewy and the sauces tasted artificial. Staff seemed to be more interested in playing amongst themselves than looking after customers. Tip was not deserved.

JP was amazing. Super attentive, super friendly, and everything came out perfectly! We bombed the trivia, but he was still gracious about it 😂

Absolutely delicious! As good as I remember. The place has two different areas with different vibes. One side is more of a sports bar and one side is more of a family style restaurant. Staff seemed scattered but were friendly. Not cheap but competitive prices for the area.

We had a great dining experience at Bubba Gumps in Miami. Bob has initially ordered the Chicken Tenders and Fries, but then our waiter JP recommended that he get the 2 chicken breasts with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and coleslaw!!! Omg! He said it was delish. I got the shrimp and crab rolls with fries! It was super delish as well!! This location is definitely a winner!! Thanks JP for being so attentive. We will be back!!

Romana was our waitstaff and she was very efficient but also friendly & a lot of fun. 2 people had the Shrimp heaven & loved it - said each type of shrimp were cooked perfectly. 1 had the stuffed shrimp and said it was good. 1 had the crab & shrimp rolls with ff. They were delicious and very filling. We had a coupon for free queso dip appetizer & it was great!

We always go to Bubba Gump’s when we travel and really enjoy the experience. We were therefore very disappointed with our experience here. There was no atmosphere. The film was only showing on 1 tv. No one made any reference to the film. Food was mixed. My son’s burger requested to be cooked medium was served raw. It was replaced with a half hearted apology and no offer of a discount. The other food and service was just ok. We wished we had gone to one of the many other choices available there.

I had a drink at the bar and was served by isabella last week and I have never felt more disregarded as a guest, and her hygiene was off to say the least. I’ve always really enjoyed bubba gumps. I asked to see the manager and she refused saying “she had to step out the office”

Came with our family of 9. JP was our waiter, he was so funny and patient with the kids and made the whole experience so much fun!

We visited Bubba Gump Shrimp during their Happy Hour at Bayside Marketplace before a Miami Heat basketball game. The service at the bar was acceptable, although it looked like the sole bartender was overworked. The domestic beers were advertised online at $ 3 during Happy Hour, yet they were $ 4 when we got there - it seems that their social media needs updating and kept current. The main resson that we visited Bubba Gump Shrimp was their advertised discounted prices for domestic beer. We ordered appetisers, but there was an inordinate delay from the kitchen as it took over 40 minutes for each appetiser although we ordered when there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. All in all, it was an average dining experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp - maybe next time we will try either Landshark Bar & Grill or Puer 5 Restaurant which were both in close proximity.

Day three short stay at Miami Nov 5 to Nov 8 ;;;;; Located in the Bayside Marketplace Mall we have one of the outstanding budget seafood lunch in Miami since we arrived on Wed , we just like a piggy eat eat till we drop ! it is my girl first experience at Bubba Gump not a fancy prime expensive seafood place , very casual spacious clean huge dinning room , if you love SHRIMP this is your Shrimp Heaven ! very popular for locals and tourist , sometime the line can be long , but we got seated right away , menu have variety seafood dishes to choose from it is good for any ages , I got crazy like a cat in a pigeon cage order so many dishes , lucky seafood not too heavy meal for stomach we both love every dishes like the Shrimp New Orleans , Garlic Crab Shrimp Boil plus Shrimp Heaven everything so flavourful and delicious , just one word for it " Bloody Marvelous finger licking good " friendly and courteous service she was shocked to seen us finished every things we order , we truly enjoy the restaurant and holiday time together with wonderful Gump theme , I am coming back tonight after our visit to the Observation Wheel ! plus lot of merchandise to choose from , take my word for it , if you around the area , must drop in to grab a bite good Kids menu ! left happy and smell like walking Garlic Tree ! Yummy ! Yummy !

The app wouldn’t let me rate it 5. It was definitely a 5 star. Four of us went in for drinks and appetizers to cool off. Joanna F (JO) was excellent. Very friendly and service was great. She seemed to be one of only a few servers and hustled to make out meal/drinks great. The food and drinks were delicious. We were even given free drink glasses. I highly recommend this restaurant.

JB was an excellent server. Very friendly very helpful. The bang bang shrimp was great!! The fried seafood platter was not the best but not horrible. The some of the hush puppies were very dry. The fish batter was extra thick. My wife's bourbon street meal was cold and had to be re-fired. Overall was a nice experience not the best but not horrible
