I was staying at the Embassy Suites for a business trip and Bugatti Ristorante is located around the corner within walking distance. I didn't do any research, just stumbled in due to proximity. Zee, the maitre' d, made us feel very welcome and made phenomenal recommendations. If we didn't like what he recommended, he said we wouldn't have to pay for it. We paid for it because dinner was out-of-this-world delectable. I had the Capelli D' Angelo, fresh shrimp cooked in garlic and olive oil served over angel hair pasta. I'm salivating just thinking about it as I write. I washed dinner down with a custom-made-to-order bowl of vanilla ice cream with sliced strawberries. If you're even considering Bugatti's, stop guessing and just make your reservation. You'll be very pleased by the service and exceptional quality of food.

Can easily say the most pleasant dining experience I've ever had. One of the owners checked in with us multiple times throughout the night, told us the history, etc. but not on a level that was annoying. He gave us a genuine welcome feeling and wanted to make sure our visit was nothing but the best. Not to mention, the food was amazing. Wish I could order some from Wisconsin!

This is a very quaint and classy restaurant. White linen on the tables and waiter pulled chairs back for both of us. Wonderful wine list and options for dinner are plentiful. My guest had the spaghetti with meat sauce and I chose spaghetti with meat balls. We both loved it. Great experience over all so if you like Italian make sure you include Bugatti Ristorante !

Both the food and service was excellent. We started with the Margareta Pizza Appetizer - it was not fully traditional style but tasty. For entrees we had the carbonara and Angel hair with shrimp. Both were full of flavor. For dessert we finished with the snowball and cannoli. Service was attentive without being overbearing. If there was a nit it was the price of the cannoli - $9.50 was a bit steep but all other prices were fair for the size and high quality.

Amazing food and great service! The escargot is delicious. Homemade mushroom soup is a must. All veal dishes tender and tasty. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Right away we were greeted and seated. Do recommend seating in the patio it is very beautiful at night and romantic. Went for my anniversary and the wait staff sure did make it a special dinner for us. Our waiter was excellent. The food was delicious! They have a full service bar. Totally recommend this if you're looking for good service, delicious food and a romantic view.

This is a locally owned Italian restaurant. The seating is nice and very quaint. The service is always excellent. I had the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. The noodles and the sauce were absolutely delicious. The chicken was flavored just right. One of my other associates ended up with the gnocchi and absolutely raved about it. No one had anything but wonderful things to say about their meal. We kind of knew we were in for a treat. As soon as we walked in the aroma was incredible. The restaurant features a full bar and has a healthy selection of wines. The only thing I would warn the business traveler on would be the restaurant's refusal to split the check - regardless of whether we are four or we are eight. They just can't do it for whatever reason. Other than that, this was a great experience!

I am in from out of town and wanted a place close to my hotel. Bugatti was exactly what I was looking for. I say at the bar and had a great conversation with the bartender and some of the waitstaff. The food was some of the best italian food I have ever had. I ordered the sausage with rigatoni, it was amazing. Drinks were strong and delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first trip to Dallas. My nephew's wedding brought us there. We attended a rehearsal dinner with 53 people attending. Service was outstanding! Appetizers and drinks were served to everyone very elegantly. We had a choice of 4 main dishes, and everyone loved their food. Salad was done very creatively, with great flavor. I had steak which was done perfectly, tender with great flavor. My son had the salmon with dill sauce and said it was fabulous. I have been in many party/business dinners and have never experienced the service we had at Bugatti's. All food was hot when served from first table served to last table served, which only took a few minutes. Drink glasses were always filled. Bugatti's made my nephew's rehearsal dinner absolutely perfect. Thank you Zee & Michael for a perfect evening!

if you look at my reviews you will see that i seldom give a bad review. if I do the service or food are so bad i want you to stay away....otherwise I praise the great places and want you to go an experience what we did. In this case we were invited here, there were 5 of us in our party. The food was ok, nothing we had did i think was fantastic. The wine we ordered was not available and they substituted , I thought the choice was lessor in what we would have had what we wanted. When we got the bill I was surprised to find that they had added the tip onto the bill. While this sometimes happens with a party of 6 or more..i thought it was odd that they did this.....we most likely would have tipped the same amount..as our service was good...it left me thinking they are not certain and want to make you tip 20%.Nothing about the experience made me want to run back there...this place for us..was just...middle of the road...

Bugattis got off to a bad start when I walked past three staff members smoking outside the front door. After waiting at the unattended desk, someone put out his cigarette and showed me to a table. The proprietor welcomed me but did not respond when I told him it was my first visit to Dallas. The Caesar salad was limp - probably no surprise in late December. I left my knife and fork on my plate because, as a European, I expect clean cutlery for each course. The waiter pointedly removed my knife and placed it on my side plate. Would it really have been a lot of trouble to give me a clean knife? The main course of veal piccata was tasty and the vegetables were well cooked. Overall, this is a decent place but it needs to pay more attention to customer service.

Nestled next to a tranquil pond on the northwest side of Dallas Love Airport, this Italian resturant may be tough to find tucked behind a strip mall on the west end of the Embassy Suites parking lot: But worth the effort. The Staff of Bugatti's is wonderful. We worked with "Z", Michael, and Safin who made our rehearsal dinner a very special night. Our guests commented many times that this was not the typical rehearsal dinner but rather a memorable dining event. We were made to feel like we were family, not another check being hearded through the 7 pm seating. From the patio reception through the delicious meal to the cappuccino desert pie and toasting, everything was perfect. Many thanks to the Buggati Staff for making our event a memorable part of our wedding weekend.

I've been coming to this restaurant for the past 10 years on a regular basis. The atmosphere is closing, the service always great and the food never disappointing. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Dallas.

Bad food, bad service, high prices, tasteless. The MAÎTRE D was smothering and asked us for good ratings. Thar was a big ask since we truly disliked everything about the food and service.

Upon arriving in the late afternoon at Dallas Love Airport in and checking into our hotel - we walked over to check out the Italian restaurant that was recommended by the Front desk clerk at the hotel - We were among the first customers of the evening and when we entered the restaurant we quickly realized we were not dressed for a Dinner at Bugatti - (we were both casually dressed In Jeans) - When I asked - with a smile - if they serve people wearing jeans here, "Zee" - who was at the reception area, (who we found out later, is the owner) laughed and said it was OK, but, he would have to add an extra charge to our tab - straight away we knew we were in the "Right place" - Zee is Par Excellence as a host - makes U feel welcome and appreciated - He has a great sense of humor, with an interesting mix of Southern charm with a New Jersey attitude - we noticed that although many people were there for special occasions I.e., birthdays and graduation nite, many of the patrons were regular customers that Zee greeted by name - During the evening, Zee made a point to visit every table insuring that each and every person was happy with their food, wine and other beverages - We opted for simple, basic meals - The Sea Bass was outstanding - placed over a bed of properly cooked risotto & mixed veggies - the grilled chicken was well prepared and not overdone, over rigatoni with a tasty, light tomato sauce - both entrees were ample portions - We shared a Snowball for dessert - chocolate syrup over a good quality vanilla ice cream with slivered pecans & almonds - simple, but very satisfying - We opted to eat inside - because it was a bit windy that evening - but, we did visit the outdoor seating area which overlooks a lovely park adjoining a pond - we ended up walking back to the hotel via the park's walking trail - and took photos of a white swan in the lake along with several locals who were here to take photos with this great park setting. EXCELLENT Service - from Zee, to our waiter to the bus staff - whether it is for a special occasion, a romantic evening or to simply enjoy a good meal, this is a great dining experience

The food and service is outstanding! My husband and I have been going to Bugatti for years and every meal has been first class.

The wait staff is very friendly. The view from the patio is beautiful. The bread they bring out before your meal is delicious. I ordered the gnocchi with cream sauce.....SO GOOD. I highly recommend!

Found ourselves overnighting near Love Field after a flight cancellation. Luckily saw the sign for this restaurant when driver was taking us to Embassy Suites. What a find! Wonderful staff, hands on owner, and best of all food that makes me want to return to the area. The cannelloni was light, but full flavored with ingredients that were the freshest and cooked to perfection. My husband had the rigatoni and Italian sausage. One of his go to picks, so his standard is pretty high and he thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are looking for excellent Italian food in a beautiful setting served by warm and accommodating people, this is the place.

We made our first trip to Bugatti on a Saturday evening. Place was completely packed ( strongly recommend reservations). Big Wedding party in 1/2 of the restaurant, did not diminish our experience of great food and service. (Our waiter was hilarious and kept it entertaining the whole evening) This restaurant has been here for a long time, but our first visit. The appetizers were good and our pasta meals were filling and good. Next visit, I would definitely try the mushroom soup. We got a sampling of the soup for the table and it was Great! Great old school restaurant with great food!

I was staying at Embassy Suites on business and walked out the door in search of food. Luckily I landed at Bugatti Ristorante! I didn't know how expesive it would be and was a little concerned when I walked in and the lights were low and I was shown to a table and the waiter pulled out my chair for me to sit. They treat you like royalty/family and I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were reasonable. I had the lasagna and the house salad. The house salad is more than just lettuce with house dressing. It had mandarin orange garnish and was very nice. The garlic bread was excellent - not too heavy on garlic, crisp but not hard. The lasagna and fresh vegetables were also very good. I finished with some Tiramisu which was fantastic! Eating alone, I liked that they cleared the rest of the settings and made the table more comfortable for one. They were very attentive with water, asking if there was anything else I needed, how was the food. It was like being a guest in an italian home. Wonderful experience - highly recommended!

I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews. I was super disappointed. The portions are way too small for the price. The chicken I had wasn’t any better than a local sandwich shop. This is not a four star Italian restaurant. The only positive were the staff. They were very friendly.

Had a 6 hour layover in Dallas. Called friends they picked me up and took me to Bugatti Ristorante. What a delight! Zee the owner provided good food, great staff, excellent atmosphere and great golf stories.

A friend and I went to Bugatti because we like the bartender however, we ordered a simple meal (shrimp - no sides) and they charged $32. I guess we will stick with Avanti on McKinney Avenue for our authentic Italian.

My colleague & I were recommended to Bugatti by a business associate and I must say, we came away in awe. Located in a quiet suburb of Dallas, with a lovely patio overlooking the river, we were greeted at the door by the owner himself. Introduced by name, we were referred to by name all evening by the 2 highly professional waiters - and Zee (the owner). We were so charmed by the reception, we put ourselves in Zee's hands for both wine, dinner and dessert (dangerous I know!...but read on). After an small appeteaser of "exceptionally" fresh wild mushroom soup, a wonderful Ceasar salad, the Veal chop was SPECTACULAR!.....and the 5 year old Amarone was the perfect pairing. Dessert came after a leisurely end to the bottle of wine......A small Tiramisu accompanied by a glass of 30 year-old Tawny Port....(a beautiful match to the nutty Tiramisu). The table enjoyed a complimentary 2nd glass of Port after our effusive compliments ! The damage?......WAY lower than you might think - a DEFINATE steal! Whisked away in the black Lincoln Town car that Zee called for us when we asked for a cab......... WOW...I will remember that one !!!

I ate here with a few co workers on the road. It definitely had a business casual feel to it, but we still wore jeans and t shirts. All 4 of us ended up with chicken of some form. The cost, with soft drink, was about $25.00 a person. Personally I've never seen a chicken breast cut that thin. It was cooked fine. The seasoning wasn't my favorite, but I did eat it all. The garlic bread was dang good, and the soup was ok. I didn't feel like the place was overpriced, but it's not a cheap meal. If I went back I'd probably try the lasagne next time. The number of refills on water was amazing. It seemed like somebody was always there. The place was closing by 9:30, so not a great place for a later meal. I'd try it again, but I'd get something other than the chicken next time. It'd be a good place to go on a date though. Dark and fancy feeling but won't break the bank.

The is first class the food is outstanding they make you feel like family. In one weekend we went 2 times. Looking for an excuse to come back to Dallas to eat there

Came by for lunch during a business trip. There was a healthy amount of people for a weekday (wednesday). Half and half business folks and just locals. I had heard from others that this place served tasty food; i even heard it from the couple sitting next to me. Seating and service was prompt. The only thing that worried me (VERY minor) was that my main entree (linguinie with white clam sauce) came out SO fast - leading me to think that the sauce was pre-made. Still it was very good (plenty of clams in sauce). The accompanying garlic bread is yummy, but choose the minestrone soup over the salad. It was just so-so. Difference between lunch and dinner prices are about $8-$10. I didnt get dessert but they had spumoni as one of their options. I dont know about you, but I dont see this on a lot of Italian restaurant’s dessert menus. Would have loved to try it. 4 out of 5 because while it was goo, it wasn’t amazing.

This is a higher end restaurant, always great food awesome service. Great place to impress your guests, you will not be disappointed.

Due to a change in travel plans we ended up in Dallas and luckily found Bugatti's Restorante! We were greeted warmly, and the waitstaff and owner made us feel very welcome even though we were underdressed from a long day of travel. The food and atmosphere were amazing - if we are ever back in Dallas, we will definitely return!

Every so often you run across a restaurant where literally everything on the menu is amazing. Bugatti's is that place for me. You can just clise your eyes and point to anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed. Then, on top of the delicious food, the service is unmatched. I always feel like royalty. The staff is discreetly attentive, there when you need them yet provide privacy as well. This may sound a bit odd, but if you get a chance to try the cream of mushroom soup, don't pass up the opportunity. It really is the most amazing thing I ever ate! I kept saying "How can cream of mushroom soup be this good, it's just soup?" Soooooo gooood.

Atmosphere was wonderful and service was friendly and attentive, however, food was just okay and very expensive for the quality. Tortellini entrée came out looking like a $20 bowl of soup, small and swimming in cream sauce. The steak and calamari were wonderful, however, the shrimp side was overcooked and the tomato sauce it was covered in clashed with the steak it was served with. House salads and garlic bread were very good. Food presentation lacking. Overall, our experience and food choices were not worth the high price paid.

I attended a rehearsal dinner for my friends wedding here. Everything was absolutely delectable. The cream of mushroom soup was so good my friends were stealing mine! The sol fish was fantastic and the vanilla and nut dessert was such a large serving! I would love to return.

This was my first visit here, and the service was welcoming and impeccable. The food was outstanding -- I had the Veal Piccata. Fabulous service, and after the meal the owner asked my three granddaughters if they wanted to make their own dessert!! They were able to go to that area of the kitchen and learn some tips, and they emerged with beautiful desserts and a new culinary experience. I haven't enjoyed a night out like this in a long time!

It is tough for me to review Italian restaurants (or tough for them). My heritage is Italian, I live in New Jersey where you can't throw a dead cat and not hit an Italian restaurant or pizzaria or deli. Bugatti is good, not great. The service is excellent as is the ambiance. The outdoor seating, weather permitting, is great. You are right above a park and creek. I would definitely go back. I know I'm picky about Italian food but if you want a good meal you won't be disappointed.

A quaint home made traditional Italian restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food. I had traditional lasagna and it was Excellent. Hot, cheesy and very tasty. Everything looked wonderful. They have a beautiful outdoor garden to eat in and cloth tablecloths for an upscale atmosphere. Very quiet and a great place for a relaxing and enjoyable meal.

I chose this place based off tripadvisor ratings. I suspect that someone has been stuffing the ballot box. While the service is personable and the Maitre-de was very attentive, the food was truly the worst italian food I ever tried to eat. Starting with the appetizers, the Escargot was odd tasting. lacking the proper seasoning. The Calamari would seem to be some store bought? Maybe not, but heavy heavy uniform breading. We pushed that aside immediately because we did not want to let it ruin our appetites. The waiter asked about it and then said he would take it off the bill. K, sounds good. The bread was actually good... Garlic toast with parmesan and basil I think. Then out came the salads, Decent... Then the appetisers and that is where it got ugly. The Veal Parmesan was maybe 1/4 inch thick and all bread (almost no veal) under a sickly sweet marinara with a spoon or two of ziti noodles on the side. Completely tasteless and ruined by the low grade marinara. The Fettuccine alfredo with chicken lacked much chicken, but it did have more chicken that taste. Bland Bland Bland. The Linguine with Clams, the same bland tasteless food as the prior, but the very worst of the bunch was the Lasagna. There were not many layers, I could not discern any ricotta cheese and there was not much mozzarella as well. It was the same sickeningly sweet marinara, hamburger and noodles. We had expected to take some food home, but it was barely worth taking home. FInally desert. The Creme Brulee was overly sweet runny, looked like commercial grade bought stuff. I say that but I have never bought it this bad anywhere. One bite and I was done. My sister got the Tiramisu. She did not elaborate, but she ate just one bite and pushed it away. Anyway, after discussion with the Maitre-d I said I would give it another chance, but when I got home I saw they had put the bread (Supposedly Calamari) back on the tab, so bad food and also cheated me... I guess that I am not going any where near this place ever again. Another hint.. No italian people were eating there, just people that would have no idea on what italian food should taste like. We wasted maybe short of $180 to learn that the food was the worst ever.

I looked up the location on trip advisor and wasn't disappointed. It was a little hard to find the restaurant at first, it is behind Chickerell Fila. Layout was slightly unusual and it had very dim mood lighting (so dim I had to use my phone light to read the menu). Service was excellent and food was delivered quickly and of good quality at a reasonable price.

Was hopeful about this place, as they had been in business a long time. Sorely disappointed, very small portions of tasteless food. Will not go back.Bartender Jesse was great though! Not good Italian.

I had great moment with my wife, grate service, delicious food and honest price... I faced some dificult to find the place, but I got.

We saw the sign for Bugatti as we drove into the Embassy Suites hotel and were intrigued that an Italian restaurant could be in the back, behind a couple of parking lots and a laser hair removal place. Bugatti was a fabulous find. They have a lovely dining room, with a patio looking out over a little pond, right near Dallas Love Field. We were welcomed, seated and had attentive care for the entire meal. They have some very drinkable wines by the glass as well as a wine list. The waiter gave sound recommendations and was very clear about which dishes complemented others. When asked "which of these two choices..." he said "we can fix both for you." The chicken parm was delicious and the fettucine alfredo was creamy but not overly heavy. The risotto was very good. We finished our meal with a wonderful "snowball" - ice cream, pecans, chocolate sauce and almonds. You might want to save a little room for dessert. An icy cold glass of complimentary limoncello was the perfect ending. Overall, this was a great dining experience - great service and very good food. We highly recommend it and would go back again soon.

Fantastic, out of the way, place at NW Hwy and Lemon Ave. terrific food and serving staff to match. Easy to find using GPS and well worth the trouble .

Excellent Italian Fare! Eggplant Parmigiana is the best I’ve ever tasted! My lady had incredible lasagna! Bravo! The owner is engaging, charming and welcoming! I have sent recommendations to ALL of my friends! Best Italian restaurant in DFW Metroplex! Great ambience by the water! Excellent service!

This restaurant has been on our list of places we have never been in Dallas that we have wanted to try. So we tried it ... wow, overall what a disappointment. The quality of the food for the price point was poor. The sauces on the pasta tasted like they were out of a can. The included minestrone soup and house salad reminded me of a high school cafeteria .... not today’s fancy high school and college cafeteria food .... I mean like old school high school cafeteria. The shrimp in my pasta were a little .... smelly. On the positive side, our server was an A+. He was very professional and on top of everything. We would definitely not visit again, but at least we satisfied our curiousity. Maybe this review will satisfy yours, and you can scratch it off your list.

The promise on the menu was fulfilled. We entered the restaurant with a very loud group departing stretched Hummer limo full of selfie snapping excitement. Which would have been fine except we were hoping for a quiet, intimate Italian Dinner. The owner must have read our minds. He walked us to a table near the group, and before we sat said no let me seat you over here and took us to a table as far away from the noisy group as possible. The food was delicious and the service, delightful our waiter was attentive and personable without being intrusive and the evening was just what we needed after 3 days with 7600 people. The other tables received the same impeccable service with the waiters adjusting their tone to the diners' style. Z has it figured out I would return and recommend.

I absolutely love Bugatti. It is my favorite Italian place in the entire world, and I can't say enough about it. When I moved away from Dallas that's where I had my going away party and it was absolutely stunning in terms of food and service. I recently visited Dallas again and had to dine there, and I found that nothing had changed. The same delightful owner and waitstaff greeted me and I knew I was home! You simply can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the service is five star level. Tell them "Dr. Brenda" sent you.

I came across Bugatti’s because of my hotel location but from the moment I walked in you realize that you are in a high end restaurant. Tonight I was alone so I ate at the bar and was greeted by a true seasoned professional named Tony. I have had great service and food at many restaurants but Tony really went out of his way to make sure my dining experience was exactly that. I started with the Crab claws that were cooked in butter garlic sauce that was out of this world. I followed that with the Linguine and clams, which was even better than Carmines in New York. Finished up with a Grappe and a delicious glass of port. Stop in and say Hi to Tony and enjoy everything that Bugatti’s has to offer. You’ll probably even meet the owner, who also makes you feel at home. Thank you to everyone at Bugatti’s for the awesome experience.

How did I not know about this place? A business friend took me to Buggati for lunch. First, easy parking & second a friendly welcome from the owner Zee. We had delicious house salads with a citrus vinaigrette followed by what may have been the best veal Marsala ever. Appropriate sized portions of pasta and vegetables complimented the meal. A glass of Italian wine felt luxurious. The server was attentive and pretty funny. This place is all about service. We sat inside but I will be back to enjoy a meal on the patio. I highly recommend.

I was working in one of the nearby buildings and saw the sign for this restaurant. They didn't open for dinner until 5, so I had lunch there one day and I found the food to be just fine, full of flavor and reasonably priced. I look forward to returning this place for a "light" dinner. The appetizer list looked delightful. I had a chicken dish with a salad for lunch and it was perfect, filling but not overly full. Also, decent coffee at this place. Give this place a try. I will certainly be back.

I had a very nice business lunch for three people for $50. Very clean restaurant, friendly and attentive staff, and reasonable portions of tasty classic Italian fare made for an enjoyable experience. I had one of the signature dishes that though I don't remember its name, was a better value than the price charged. The white tablecloth environment was also well suited for casual dress though I would have felt a bit uncomfortable in shorts and a tee shirt.

The food here is more than marvelous...it is transcendent. The cream of mushroom soup is by far the best in the city...and the linguini pescatore simply cannot be beat. I have been going to Bugatti's for more than 20 years, and the food is consistently wonderful every single time. Zee and his crew are friendly, but not intrusive, and if you go more than once he's likely to remember your name. My husband totally concurs with this review... And loves the scallops in champagne sauce. I could go on and on listing great dishes, but I won't. Just go...you will be glad you did!

After a day of cancelled flights and long travel we wanted a good dinner on landing in Dallas. We were delighted to stumble upon Bugatti Ristorante right near the airport. A classic Italian restaurant with white linens and candlelight was such a relief after airports! The service was great and food delicious. We very much enjoyed the Chicken Piccata, Chicken Marsala and Eggplant Parmigiana. Portion sizes were generous but not overly so.

My husband and I recently dined at Bugatti’s for the first time, and we’re delighted by the entire experience! The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and we were welcomed by Mr. Bugatti himself. Service was excellent, and the food is outstanding. I had the delicious lasagne and my husband chose chicken parmigiana...both cooked to perfection! The homemade garlic bread is the best I have ever eaten. For dessert we had the fabulous cappuccino pie. This was a lovely dining experience in every way, and Mr. Bugatti’s attention to his customers’ tastes and interests is rarely experienced in most restaurants today. Highly recommend!

Shocked! I knew it would be good from reading reviews, but this good and with such great service, I'm shocked! New Year's Eve at 5p, was nervous coming in because we were so early, but they opened the doors and treated us like royalty. The food is amazing, sauces are what I judge most, and their sauce was incredible. Every dish exceeded expectations. Our waiter, Safin, was truly exceptional. He catered to every need. Even the owner showed up and said what ever my dad wanted, he would get!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I ate here a few years ago while I was in the area for work and loved it, so I went back to experience their new location on this trip. Fabulous all around. I was in town for some training and dined here three times. Zee was so warm and welcoming, after the first day I was greeted by name and shown to a table he saved for me despite not having a reservation. He took the time to sit with me and asked how my training was going in between managing a busy dining room. I truly felt like family the moment I walked in the door each time. Tony took great care of me twice, his service is absolutely impeccable. Friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. I enjoyed my third time at the bar with Jesse, so fun! Tell him your "poison" and he'll create an amazing craft cocktail for you on the spot. My favorite dish hands down was the cannelloni manicotti combination, the tortellini and carbonara were also amazing. Don't skip the mushroom soup or the house salad- I wish I could have taken some of their house made vinaigrette home to California with me! I will never forget how cared for and welcome the Bugatti staff made me feel during the most stressful week of my entire year. I'll be back every opportunity I get!

I was at this restaurant years ago for a company Christmas party and never returned.....what a big mistake. This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the DFW area. Zee and his staff do a great job with service and the food was great. My two adult children raved about the food and I agree.

My husband and I selected Bugattis only because it was within minutes of the Embassy Suites and we could walk. It turned out to be an absolutely delightful find! In a city of good restaurants this is a special spot. The proprietor, Zee, is a genuine charmer. He clearly enjoys his business and his clientele. He has the natural gift of making everyone feel special. The place is simple but elegant with white linens, fresh flowers and cut glasses. We walked over just after arriving, in our travel jeans and tennis shoes and felt underdressed, but they made us feel welcome just the same. Even though we initially went due to the convenience, I would drive to find it again. The food was delicious and reasonably portioned - not excessive portions that you can't comfortably eat. It's always a treat when expectations are exceeded!

Looking for great service with a warm and friendly owner, and a great neighborhood vibe then Bugatti’s your place. The menu is simple down home Italian cooking with some specials added. The mussels and clams marinara is delicious and a large serving. Their eggplant parmesan is equally delicious. Full service bar just adds to your evening. Stop by and say hi to Zee the owner and manager. I guarantee you he will remember your name the next time you return. Tell him the “Shady Lady” sent you.

My friend and I wanted to find a patio to have lunch on since it was a nice day. I googled best patios in Dallas and Bugatti came up on the list. Good location just off NW Highway. A little bit of plane noise on the patio since it is by the airport., but the lake and birds make up for it. There is a big bird bath/fountain on the patio with a constant stream of cute bathing birdies. Crab cakes were good and very rich. Yummy garlic bread. Nice salad, but a little too much dressing. We shared an entree of angel hair with veggies, thinking it would be light, but it was also very rich. The best part of the experience was our amazing waiter. I would go back just for him. Excellent service with a smile, a story, and lots of special attention - for example: he served our beers in a champagne bucket. Too cute!

While visiting Dallas, we chose Bugatti based on its overall good reviews. My family and I enjoy Italian food and we are always happy to support small, local businesses. We arrived for an early evening reservation and it took a while for us to be seated despite the fact that the place was not busy (lots of open tables). We ordered appetizers and entrees. The fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms tasted like something out of a frozen food section. We didn't even finish them. The entrees were better, but nothing to write home about. All the food was under seasoned. My husband had veal and he said it was tender but lacked flavor. The sides of vegetables were cooked well, but without proper seasoning were difficult to eat. The tiramisu my son and I shared was actually pretty good, but it almost tasted as if it had been frozen and them thawed out. We spent quite a bit on the dinner and left feeling we did not get value for our money. I would pass on this place.

This place was real hard to find, but I'm glad we persevered. The food was worth the trouble. My friend, Laverne, had the rigatoni. She enjoyed it very much. I ordered the crab claws. They were small, but very delicious. The sauce was wonderful. It's enough to share with two people. The house salad is small but good. The garlic bread is very good. It has a mixture of garlic, butter, and some other spices. It's soft and crispy. It comes with the entrees. We ordered extra helpings and dipped it in the crab claw sauce. It went well with my glass of white wine. My lasagna was very, very good. The serving size was so huge that I had to get a takeout box (very unusual for me). I had to make room for my chocolate cake and ice cream-also very delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and engaging. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a wonderful tasting vegetarian dish! My hubbies chicken was just so-so. Owner was a bit surly when he greeted us but got more friendly as the evening wore on. I would go back but would have to coax hubby to go along. Wine was excellent

Absolutely the best home style Italian meal ever! The cannelloni and veal Parmesan were outstanding. The meatballs were light, the marinara delicious. Smart value-priced wine list. Impeccable, friendly service made even more personal with table-side visits from the owner, Zee, who strives to get to know you and greet you on a first name basis. Definitely want a repeat!!!

Had a large dinner with a client and decided to do a 4-course price-fixed set-up at Bugatti. Heard it was really good and could cater to a group our size. We created a menu that included drinks, appetizers, main dish, dessert and after-dinner cocktails. Wait staff did a very good job supporting our group. Meals were brough out timely and hot. Everyone enjoyed. I was not 100% sold on some of the selections I ordered but not dissatisfied, just not 100% fulfilled. Overall, very good experience.

I would love to write a review of the food, but we couldn't even get a table. My daughter was arranging dinner for a small group of friends before their fall dance. After looking at the menu to ensure all dietary needs could be met and it was affordable, she called and was spoken to very rudely by the manager. She was told that she HAD to use a special menu for $80 a couple, but was never told what was included for that price. This was a group of girls and not dates or couples so that option really didn't fit their needs. Despite explaining this, there was no other option given. The girls had no problem not being able to split the check and were prepared for that. Having dined at Bugatti previously, we fully believed this would have been a wonderful evening for the girls. Too bad the restaurant would rather turn away their business!

Wonderful staff, the owner, Zee even greeted me by name and we'd never met. Everyone was greeted by name. The food was fabulous - the sea bass was to die for as well as the crab cakes and mushroom soup. So nice to have a slow paced meal and not feel rushed to leave.

It has been years sine we have been to Bugatti’s only because we don’t live in the area. Greeted warmly by Zee and our waiter was Bennie. Started out with crap cake appetizers along with the best vodka dry martini. Then cam mushroom soup which was thick and flavorful. Best was the homemade lasagne as rich and fresh as I remembered. Don’t forget the delicious garlic bread. Dessert was the Bugatti ice cream ball rolled in chocolate and nuts. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We won’t wait so long next time

I had my birthday party here with 24 guests and we had an amazing experience, fantastic service and attention, oh and the food. The food is top notch, out of this world divine! The veal parm and tortellini panna are incredible, salad and garlic bread amazing, and I thought I died and went to chocolate heaven with their chocolate mouse! I will be back asap!

The food, the service and the ambience are superlative. Their mushroom soup is a must have. I rank Bugatti's as one of Dallas's best!

Wife had Salmon and I had sausage and peppers. Excellent food and fantastic service once again and the calm atmosphere is very relaxing.

This review is long overdue. We celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday here. We had never been here before, but we will sure be back. We made a reservation for sixteen people. That was my husband, myself, my daughter and her friends. From the moment I made the reservation Mr Bugatti made it special. I felt like he took special interest in our event and my daughter's special night. When we arrived, I was surprised to find we had a private room, and Mr Bugatti had even printed special menus with my daughter's name on them for the event. This was not only sentimental, as we kept these as mementos, but also quite helpful for the teens. Having a smaller amount of choices for them was ideal. My husband and I, however, ordered from the regular menu. The food was amazing! The service was also amazing! Safin was very attentive! This could not have been a better experience! Thank you, Zee!

As is usually the case, we found this restaurant by accident and thanks to Trip Advisor. My husband has proclaimed THIS restaurant above all others in Dallas to be the place we will eat every time we return to Dallas. We got there early and headed into an empty bar as it was only 5:30. Tony the bartender greeted us enthusiastically. He chatted while making the best Negroni my hubby ever had. I had a glass of Proseco from a bottle that was already chilled and de-corked but still fresh with bubbles of happiness. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Tony, the friendliest bartender on the planet. We tore ourselves away from the bar and got seated for our dinner reservations. A little too cool for me at the outdoor tables so we sat inside. Safin was our waiter, a dream come true, who should probably be leading waitstaff classes, he was that impressive. My husband could not decide on two entrees and asked Safin his recommendation. Instead, Safin brought both selections on one plate so the hubby was in heaven with filet mignon AND a pasta dish. I had the salmon with dill cream and a heavenly mushroom soup. We rounded out our dinner by sharing the Buggatti Snowball, a perfect ending. But it wasn't. During our dinner the owner, Zee, stopped by our table not just to ask if all was well, but also to SIT DOWN next to me, ask our names, where we were from and what we thought of Buggatti's. Shortly after our dessert we were surprised to receive from Zee a glass each of delicious port. The service at this restaurant is truly second to none. The Compound in Santa Fe could take many lessons from this well run and outstanding restaurant. We will be back. Soon.

Very seldom does a restaurant live up to my expectations. This one exceeded them many times over. The food is incredible, the most authentic I have had since I lived in Italy. And the service: the owner, Zee, and the server Tony H made us feel totally at home with Zee remembering my first name and the item I had said I planned to order when I made the reservation almost a week before. My wife and I both ordered the Cream of Mushroom soup and she ordered the sampler and I the Tortellini a la Panna. I honestly cannot overdo the superlatives to describe the food. I find it rare to see Tortellini a la Panna (a Northern Italian dish) on any Italian Restaurant menu and when I have found it, it was NOT good. The tortellini was the real deal, best since Italy. My wife loved her sampler and the Tiramisu we had for dessert tasted like the tiramisu I got at a bakery in Italy. The spumoni was equally delightful. At the risk of sounding like they paid me to write this, I say with confidence this is the best Italian restaurant at which we have dined and we have dined at many. Thanks Zee; thanks Tony.

We attended a birthday dinner here with a total of 11 people. We had a private area, which was great for our group. The service was abssolutely perfect. The server was fast, friendly, and was especially good with the two children in our party. The food was filling and well prepared. This was my first visit here, but my sister is a regular here. I can see why.

Went for a late dinner and had read several reviews before deciding to eat here. The service is outstanding, I will say. The bread and appetizers are also very good. I ordered a meal with the red sauce and it was very, very bland. Another person at our table ordered the white sauce and it also had no flavor. I was very surprised by this. This place has been here for years, though, so apparently people like it. But the sauce is just not my cup of tea. Service and apps are really good though.

Tony, the bar tender, put me on the best VEAL dish. It was accompanied with fresh veggies and topped off with a creamy chocolate mousse for desert. I’d recommend this place as a go-to dining if you’re ever in Dallas.

Having lived 16 years in Dallas, I cannot say enough good things about Zee and his team. Simply the BEST. Whether a business lunch or lunch with friends - just a dinner or a special occasion - head for Buggati ... Only happiness for your "Stomach" .... Tell Zee the Duck sends his greetings 7 stars out of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have been going to this restaurant since the 1980s and never disappointed. Pastas are all good and specialities all well prepared. Had chicken—-when I couldn’t decide which sauce I wanted, waiter volunteered a bit of each, which worked out very nicely. Veal was also excellent. Prices are quite reasonable. Would come here more often if it weren’t quite a distance.

Bugatti's Italian restaurant in Dallas has outstanding food and service. The owner is there full time and comes by each table to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. Undoubtably the best Italian restaurant in Dallas. Have been there four times on our visits to the Dallas area since 2012. Every visit exceeds expectations. Beware! You will become hooked on this place if you like Italian food and superb service. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Zee and Bugatti's continues to make every guest feel like family no matter if its your first visit or your a regular. The food and options are outstanding and the portions will make you feel that you got your monies worth. Save room for dessert!

I had dinner alone after a long day of work and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I sat down I was greeted by my server who was nothing but friendly and attentive. He was always back to fill my water before it ran out and was knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. I got the chicken Parmesan which came with a fresh garden salad and savory homemade dressing, garlic bread (which of course was so good I needed to ask for more of), fresh veggies, penne pasta and a perfectly cooked piece of chicken with fresh mozzarella and homemade sauce. To top off the whole experience, Mr. Bugatti himself came to check on me which I thought was very nice. He was wonderful to talk to and actually knows some of my co-workers when they travel through Dallas. Thank you to Mr. Bugatti and his team for a great evening which was much needed after a long day of flying. I will most definitely be back and look forward to trying new dishes! Best, Meghan

When the owner of the restaurant discretely buzzes from table to table assuring your every dining need is met, you are in a great restaurant! Not only is the cuisine first rate, the service is the kind I would expect only in a top establishment. Zee Bugatti knows his business and has been at this for quite a while. My last meal there, I had a pasta special which was a fettuccine with Portobello mushrooms, peas, grilled shrimp and bits of prosciutto in a delicate cream sauce. My partner had a traditional Chicken Parmigiana. We were both delighted. For desert the Gelato and rich chocolate cake topped the evening's meal off with just the right touch of decadence. We will be back!

From the moment we stepped into Bugatti's we were greeted like family, hugs, handshakes, smiles and nice conversation with everyone. Bread came first with drinks and water followed by a fresh salad then main entree. Fresh shrimp in mushroom Alfredo sauce on top of perfectly cooked pasta. Creme brûlée with strawberries for desert-perfect! Loved it!

The restaurant is within a short walking distance of the Embassy Suites – Love Field. Being in the area on business by myself, I sat at the bar. Tony, the bartender, was very attentive. The bar area is a local hang out. Tony knew all his customers by name and what they like to eat and drink. It was a welcoming atmosphere. I ate at the restaurant two nights in a row. The second night Tony called me by name and had my beer at the bar as I approached. The first night I had the egg plant parmesan. and the second night I had the lasagna. I enjoyed both meals. The mushroom soup is excellent. This is not your Olive Garden type of Italian food. Next time I am in Dallas, I plan to eat at this restaurant again. The drinks are a little pricey. If you want cheap beer, go next-door to Mi Camino. Otherwise, I thought it was a good value for my money.

I do not know where to start.....service was horrible, the waiter forced his way between us to pour water. Then when he was grinding pepper, he hit several people on he shoulder and in the back of the head. He waiter never apologized or acknowledged what he did. I then asked for more ice in my drink and was ignored. Several people ordered chicken parmesan to be safe, since it was our first time. It was HORRIBLE--soaked in sauce that was out of a jar-- let me change that the jar sauce is better. The chicken was paper thin with a crust of made of who knows what???..The pasta tasted like it was frozen and reheated in the microwave with the same no flavored sauce. I then asked for fresh Parmesan cheese and was told by the waiter "it already has cheese". The waiter was lazy- he refilled our drinks crossing over our food, forcing his way between us to get to the people across the table-to refill the glasses at the same time instead of walking around the table on their side. We will never go there again. No friendly atmosphere. Service needs a big overhaul along with a complete overhaul on there food. Never again!!!!!

Zee and Staff, All I can say is “Bravo”. We always come to Bugatti’s knowing that the service and food is the best. When we have guests your surprises are spectacular to say the least. The special menu with graduation congratulations for my niece was an unexpected touch. Perfection supreme. You all made her night. Many thanks to Glen for his special service to all especially my nieces. You made them feel so important. They are not used to this type of service that also brings enjoyment and smiles to their faces. Again may I say that Bugattis exemplifies the best in quality to the nth degree. We have appreciated our relationship with Mr. Zee Aziz for over 35 years and as long as I am on this earth, God willing, it will remain a highlight of my life. Much appreciation for all your courtesies. Bill and Dottie Mattingly

We have been going to Bugatti's for years and are never disappointed in the food or the service. Latest visit was celebrating our anniversary with friends. Everyone loved their dinner selections and are eager to go back. Bugatti's is one of the few restaurants where the owner and the wait staff make you feel welcome and that they appreciate your business. Wonderful food and outstanding service!

We were frequent patrons of their previous location on Bachman in Dallas and Zee always took great care of us. The new location has been open since December '24, but we hadn't had a chance to try it. Of course, Zee welcomed us as old friends, and Jennifer (their first woman server) and Jesse the bartender took great care of us. The entire evening was the level of personal service impossible to find these days. The Italian Margherita was refreshing, more orange than lime and not so tart. Next time we'll order more and spend more time at the bar with Jesse discussing craft cocktails. Our meals, famous mushroom soup, house salad, grilled lamb chops and chicken piccata. were all wonderful. the lamb was cooked just the way I like it - medium rare. The meal was topped off with a complimentary home-made lemoncello. We had the best time dining with Zee and his staff. Treat yourself!

Lovely dining experience. I had the angel hair primavera. It was a confluence of textures and tastes. Very good service. Reasonably priced.

Excellent food and service. Zee the owner is very friendly and we had a wonderful dinner. We will be back

We were a party of 4 wonen in a business trip. Our hotel recommeded this place and we vould not have been happier with this selection. Service was great- Maurico kept us in stitches our entire visit. FOod was served hot and we each enjoyed our meals, wine and dessert. I would recommend this as a must visit while in Dallas. Already wishing to go back and repkucate our experience.

Don't eat here. Especially if you're on business and need to expense it. They're unreasonable and the manager was very very rude. Beyond rude.

Decided had to go and find a restaurant doing something other than Tex-mex so found this hotel on TripAdvisor. It's not cheap but the quality of the dishes is superb. I had the crab claws to start followed by the veal tortellini which were excellent. Attentive staff without being over-bearing.

We came with a group of 13 mostly teenage girls and we all loved it !!! The ambiance was perfect , the service was stellar and the food was amazing !!! A must try

Zee, the owner and matri’de, is so kind and attentive. His staff are just a kind. I cannot believe anyone would be so petty to be upset over the presentation of the food because it was amazingly delicious. We had the stuffed mushrooms. My wife had the house salad which was very unique with baby corn, grapefruit, cabbage, spring mix and other goodies. Delicious. I had the mushroom soup. Absolutely amazing! Don’t miss either the stuffed mushrooms or the mushroom soup. I met a man who has been going there for years and he told me the lasagna was the best he ever had. I’ll try that the next time we come to Dallas, particularly if we fly out of Love Field since it’s so close. However, this time I had the Gambaroni: linguine, mushrooms and huge shrimp. My wife had the penne pasta and seafood medley. We ended the meal with light tiramisu. That was the only dish that was slightly less than best, but only because I would have wanted the last fingers to be soaked a bit more. The cream on top was so tasty. You can’t go wrong with this, but it was the only part of the meal that wasn’t quite amazing. Service was so kind and attentive. I look forward to coming back.

I never could have imagined a place like this in the heart of Dallas, had I not been to a business visit.Amazing restaurant, amazing location, secluded from the main street, riverside. The food was great. The owner was great, and so was Pablo who served us food. He says he been serving since last 20 years, so probably the restaurant has been there for some time. We had a wonderful dinner, its a must visit place for people who enjoys food.

I have been coming here for years. Food and service are top notch. Owner is always there and the staff is dead on with service. If you are anywhere close to this place you must go.

We started the evening asking if we could have an appetizer size of the Mussels Marinara which were on the menu as a main. Of course! And they were delicious. The house salads were presented beautifully with some shaved Parmesan cheese on top. For mains, we had Veal Diane and Veal Piccata. Both were well presented and delicious. This isn't your "red checkerboard table cloth" type Italian restaurant. The quality and preparation of the veal dishes is a dead giveaway! Our waiter was everything you could hope for. Prompt, there when you needed him, and absent when you didn't, but always under his watchful eye. I would call the service not only professional but personal at the same time. Bugatti has been around for a long time and the reason is the level of service and quality of the food. They always treat you like a VIP. As I watched around the dining room, other patrons were getting the personal treatment as well. Bugatti is a place people come back to again and again - we do!

Bugatti has been serving great Italian dishes for more than 3 decades. We hadn't been in years but remembered the good times there so tried it for a special birthday. I'm glad we did. The entrees are delicious (and reasonably priced) and the service and courtesy of the staff are superb. It has an extensive selection of wines (I thought a bit pricey at $9 a glass ... but it was a special occasion). The Northwest Highway location just off Bachman Creek and Bachman Lake has an outdoor patio that would be perfect for Spring, early Summer and Fall eating and drinking.

Last night we dined here as we were staying in a nearby hotel and the ground was beginning to be covered with snow and ice. Most places were closed. We recieved a warm greeting upon entry. The service was top notch. The bread had a pesto on it and was amazing. A nice change of pace . The shrimp scampi and mushroom soup were full of flavors. I will dream about that soup. The filet mignon was suggested. It was prepared as a perfect medium rare and the Béarnaise sauce was a combination that melted in your mouth. The only problem was I was too full for dessert. Im sure they were great. I will be back . As amazing as the food was , it was the owner and the server that make me want to return.

I went here based on good ratings, but now I wonder if they have been stuffing the ballot box. A lot of their raters seem to not have done any other ratings, always suspicious. Food was truly unimpressive, in fact really bad. Service was push and tried to be chummy, but it came off as creepy. Much of the food seemed like they just bought it already prepared and just warmed it.

One of my favorite places. The service is excellent love that they know you by name. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly. Firing for a special occasion or business lunch or dinner. It will not disappoint.

Went here for a retirement party. About 80 people in a private room and the staff/service was excellent! Owner on hand. He was very accommodating. Appetizers were tasty and very creative. Can't wait to go back for full dinner. Nice atmosphere.

Overall, the food is excellent at Bugatti! The bread comes right out of the oven with herbs and olive oil baked on top of it, so it melts in your mouth. The vinaigrette salad dressing is excellent. The mediterranean pasta with a substitution of marinara sauce was awesome. (Although the waiter confessed that had to ask the chef if he would be willing to put marinara sauce on my pasta instead of the regular olive oil) Also, the Italian sausage with rigatoni is very tasty. The restaurant ambiance and clientele felt a little stuffy and awkward but the food was worth the visit. If you are in the area bring your appetite!

About this gem, but it’s hard to do anything else! This classic Italian find is off the beaten path near Lemon ave. My wife and I have sampled many dishes and never been disappointed. The owner is always there and eager to please. The wait staff is second to none. Go there every chance we get, never tire of it.

We select Bugatti to celebrate our 13 year old's birthday. We were in town for cheer competition but still wanted to have a nice dinner. The food was very good and portion size was excellent. The staff made our little girl feel very special with the dessert they brought for her.

Treat yourself and those you care about to a true gem of old school dining. Though the interior has been updated, the same warm greeting and old school charm that has made this the top restaurant for me in Dallas has not changed. The mushroom soup alone is enough to keep most people coming back. I love the veal chop when available, but the lamb I had recently was so tender it may have become my new favorite. The bar service is always top of the line with top shelf spirits available you may not find elsewhere. Tony is as professional as bartenders come with a friendly attitude and an eye for quality and the experience you would expect for a fine establishment. Under the watchful eye of Zee this welcoming getaway remains a first class experience from the door to the dessert.

Enjoyed everything from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent service and atmosphere. Best of all the food. Felt like I was in Rome. Need to work on desserts though - recommend a pastry chef that uses the best ingredients and not to freeze them.

The wait staff was superb and fast. Drinks were brought to us minutes after ordering. The meal was perfect. The owner, Zeke, came to our table and chatted with us for awhile. He was very personable and we enjoyed chatting with him. On the wall was a photo of him with a certain former president who, as we found out, was a long time friend of the owner and dines there occasionally. Note, this is the only real restaurant in close proximity to Love Field and you will not regret dining there if flying in or out from there

we held our wedding reception here for 65 people. Zee (the owner), Michael and Safain make the planning easy. Absolutely wonderful experience. The service was very attentive and the food exceptional. The servers were on point passing drinks and appetizers on the patio prior to the seated dinner. Gorgeous patio with white linen, lights, and a water view. Everyone's food was the perfect temperature and seasoned wonderfully. We highly recommend it if you want to create a memorable experience for your special event; and for an everyday great Italian meal.

Bugatti has been in Dallas forever and is a best kept secret! First of all the owner Z knows everyone by name. His attention to detail is impeccable. And if you have been there before or are a first time guest, he treats you like a respected friend. The veal was delicious, the tiramisu melted in your mouth and Z's wine recommendation was the perfect choice. I wish the décor was a little more updated but perhaps that is part of the charm of this Dallas icon. We will be back!!!!

Met the owner and created a wonderful experience. Mary Kay seminar and we brought all of our winners to celebrate. We will be back.

There is simply no better, or more comfortable, authentic Italian restaurant in Dallas. Hands down. Many have come and gone in a flash of extravagance and hoopla, but the best of the best always survives. Such is the case with Bugatti Ristorante. My wife and I have been going to Bugatti's for well over 20 years. Zee Bugatti is the quintessential host, making everyone feel welcomed and honored. The server staff has been there a long time and is polished to the max. And Tony behind the bar is one of the very best anywhere - personable, knowledgeable, fun and SO enjoyable to be around. And - the food is second to none. I have said for over a dozen years that no one serves better veal than Bugatti's. I challenge anyone to find better. Their signature dishes and Italian favorites are expertly prepared and plates and portions are perfectly balanced. You will not be stuffed and you will not be disappointed. You will leave after an exceptionally enjoyable evening in a warm atmosphere with new friends and an Italian experience like no other. You WILL return - for special occasions or simply to enjoy good company and fine Italian cuisine. The price is right and the experience is simply the best.

Came here on a request from a customer, the lunch was ok.... but the overall food was good. Plenty of other places... but overall ok...

This place stinks of garlic a mile away. I bet there is NOBODY Italian in that kitchen! They have an Italian name but all they do is put garlic everywhere and call themselves an Italian restaurant. If you want gastrointestinal problems you may want to try it lol

We had been driving past the sign for this for a while. I decided to try it for my birthday dinner. It is kind of hard to find-you can see the sign from the street but not the building, as it is tucked behind some other buildings. Ambience-it is very nice inside; white table cloths, but light and bright, not stuffy. It was still light out when we went, but imagine it would have been even nicer at night. Service-we were seated immediately by the owner, who greeted us by name and told me happy birthday. Waiter brought us water and our drinks, Prosecco and moscato d'asti, were brought promptly as well. Food-complimentary pesto bread is SO good, but don't fill up on it, as you won't want your entree. We ordered calamari to start. It was crunchy and delicious, and the amount is very generous. For entrees I got manicotti and cannelloni combo, and my SO got the rigatoni with Italian sausage. Both were delicious and too big to finish. We saved room for dessert and got the white chocolate dulce de leche cheesecKe. Yum! This place is a hidden gem. We will certainly be back.

Fine dining with class. The service was perfect. Immediately upon entry you are greeted and escorted to your table with a napkin set upon your lap. The food was excellent. The owners watch very close attention to their guests and everything to make your experience perfect. The ambiance is wonderful. Bravo!

It is the place of who is who. You never know who you will see, but it is always the best Italian food in North Texas. Z the owner is always there to make you feel like a VIP and Tony at the lounge is the best. But if your looking for the best Italian, steak, wine, or cocktails to just chill out and get real Dallas, this is your place. 5star all around.

The veal piccata was one of the best I have ever had. We went with some friends who know Z and have eaten there many times. It helps to know the owner. Easy to recognize since his tie is slung over his left shoulder. The wait staff is very well trained and you are made to feel welcome. Don't eat too much the wonderful bread. The mozzarella/tomato could use a little help, but still very good. When dining is complete, the wife gets a red rose. That helps with points for the husband.I think the price is very reasonable for the quality of the food.

We have been going to Bugatti for over 18 years. This was our first visit to this location since they moved from near Love Field. We had a great meal including Lasagna, shrimp scampi and ravioli. Well done!

This restaurant is a little hard to see from the Northwest Highway, but the signage was very good and lead us to the restaurant. Although it looks very upscale, we had just attended a football game and came in our casual clothing. The staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was very Italian. I ordered the Capelli D'Angelo, angel hair pasta with large shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and garlic. The dinner came with a very tasty dinner salad and fresh garlic bread. The serving size was more than I could finish. My friend had the Shrimp Scampi. I tasted one of the shrimp and it was delicious. Of course I had to order a dish of Spumoni ice cream to share with my friend since she had never eaten it before. You can't find Spumoni just anywhere. We loved this place and will definitely make reservations for next years OU/Texas football game.

The atmosphere was what I like best: linen tablecloths, flickering real candles, and low lighting - but not so low you can't read the menu. The service was informed and attentive. The food selections we chose (an Allen steak and a pasta entree) were excellent. My only suggestion is that the waiters should include the price of all the off-the-menu items they recommend to guests.

Wow, just wow! The proprietor somehow learned everyone’s first name and spoke personally and kindly to them while we were there. The restaurant staff treated us and everyone in the place like we were regulars. Great service is not a lost art. It’s still alive and well at Bugatti! The host remembered that my wife likes carbonara from her call to make reservations, and he stopped by more than once to see if it met with her approval (it did!). The food and service were incredible, and the entire staff went out of their way to personalize the experience. One lady we met in the restaurant has been coming to Bugatti to celebrate her anniversary for decades. Now that her husband is no longer able to join her, her son offered to bring her. What a tradition, no doubt sparked by the attention to detail and the impeccable style and customer appreciation shown by this excellent business. Bravo! As I closed my wife’s car door in the parking lot, I heard someone shout my name. I looked up, and the host had come outside to wave goodbye and thank me one last time for coming in. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that before. Again, wow! Don’t miss this experience when you are in Dallas.

I was hesitant to go inside because I was wearing jeans, but everyone was super friendly. White tablecloths indicated a fancy establishment. Beautiful presentation of food. It was delicious. I had the sausage and penne. My companion had the chicken Parmesan. Perfect lunch!

Bugatti has been our favorite place for bday gatherings because of the food, service, and atmosphere. This was our first time to the new place and it was very disappointing. It was so loud we could not hear each other talk. Our waiter constantly brought out the wrong food, drink, our stuffed mushroom app was cold, and all our pasta dishes were flavorless. Not the same place we were used to. Zee is awesome but that’s where it stops.

We had a group of 10 to celebrate a special occasion and both the service & food were impeccable. As others have said, make sure to order the mushroom soup - the best I've ever had! The chicken picatta, served with a side of pasta, was delicious. And splurge with the amazing Snowball for dessert.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Buggatti's. You could not ask for friendlier or more efficient staff. The food was absolutely delicious. From the minute we walked in the door until we left the staff could not have been friendlier. Everything from the bread, to the salad and soup thru the entrees and dessert we thoroughly enjoyed everything. I would highly recommend trying Buggatt's.

I chose Bugatti's, site unseen for a (long distance) Wedding Rehearsal for my son and his soon to be bride. It could not have gone more smoothly. I had heard from several references that their customer service was an outstanding feature and I could not agree more. THANK YOU Bugatti's for an excellent night!

One of my favorite places to dine. Fine dining. the owner Zee is amazing, the waiter (looks like John Gilgud, famous British movie star) was awesome. Every plate of food served was delicious. Excellently prepared. The wine was so wonderful. The port was exquisite as were the desserts. This is the TOP placed to dine in Dallas, very easy to get to. Highly recommend. Our family plans to dine here everytime we land at Love Field. Every time. Many thanks, Grazie. Beautiful large private room available, too. Gorgeous decorations.

My husband and I were in Dallas for one of my half marathons and sat in the bar area for an early dinner. Tony, the bartender took EXCELLENT care of us! We will be back!

Had lunch with some colleagues and clients. Food was fantastic service was great. Prices are reasonable. If you come to Dallas and you are in the area it's a must visit for great food.

Our fun group of 7 friends decided to try this Italian restaurant out! It has been there for years but was our first visit. It was a packed full house on Saturday evening, with a big wedding party celebrating in 1/2 the restaurant. Old school comes to mind with the decor and ambience. Our waiter very attentive and most hilarious! Plenty of food to fill our bellies. We all had some kind of pasta meal in addition to the appetizers. Our waiter brought out a cup of mushroom soup for our table to taste... It was DELISH!! Definitely a great evening had by all! This one we will keep on our rotation of gotta go to places!

I was hoping the dinner would be wonderful. IT WAS BETTER THAN WONDERFUL and I never expected our dining experience would turn out to be so much fun as the owner made you feel like he was taking care of family and our waiter was not only professional, his wit gave us a good laugh!. It was a most pleasant and comfortable fine dining experience. They were able to combine a sophisticated, professional atmosphere with making you feel at home and relaxed. The background music was soft and pleasant along with the decor which created a feeling of elegance, comfort and for me, nostalgia. The food was fabulous! The menu had numerous selections. Can't wait to go back!

The Food was great ... The location was nice .... The atmosphere was good. I choose this place because of all the great reviews. I would have given it a 5star if it wasn't for the handling of our bill at the end. I understand that only One check at the end ... But it could have gone better. Other than that everything else was great.

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give Bugatti more! The food was fabulous, the service extraordinary and their new location is very nice. A lagoon out back with a fountain of water is lovely, there are lots of windows and light. Zee Bugatti is the usual FABULOUS host! BRAVO! We are so glad you are open again after moving. My brother and sis-in-law will be back there very soon to celebrate their 46th anniversary.

Welcoming staff and pleasant warm dining room highlight this establishment. Service is attentive. Complimentary garlic bread is good, escargots a la Italian also. Pasta dishes tried were good but not over the top. Was here to celebrate our sons birthday and probably had our expectations too high based on reviews. Famous Zee not there this night however his stand-in did an admirable job.

Traditional Italian restaurant, with white tablecloths and male wait staff, the owner makes a concerted effort to ensure each guest feels welcomed. Food is plentiful, chianti is amazing, and service is friendly & attentive. The tiramisu is one of the best I have ever tasted!

The food is excellent. First visit had the classic caesar salad and Veal Diane. So tasty. Second visit had the minestrone and muscles & clams marinara. The marina was delightful. Wait staff are a hoot.

Truly if I could give a 10 I would! We dined here for the first time for our 18th anniversary celebration! The moment we walked in we were welcomed like family! Zee the owner had a special menu prepared for us with our names and anniversary date, with the option of-course to order from the main menu. The food was perfect! The marinara sauce I could eat all day with just bread! I had the Seafood Bealize and hubby Lasagna! Seafood was generous, cooked to perfection and not chewy. Bread was perfect with just the right amount of basil and oil. Drinks perfect! Our server Glen from the House of Awesomeness was informative, funny, and engaging. We never had to ask for a drink. I have told everyone about this restaurant since we left and we can’t wait to return. Zee the Owner is the REAL deal not fake with “I am too good to be here helping my staff” attitude. He has the natural humble authenticity that is clearly felt in his space. There is clear love for his staff, business, and customers and the food is amazing! Glad we found this gem! Thank you all. .. Please don’t hesitate to dine here!

We decided to go to this restaurant about 45 minutes before closing. My boyfriend and I both work in restaurants so we were ready to be out of there before close. The waiter insisted that we stay and enjoy ourselves. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the calamari, split Caesar salads, I got the lasagna and he got the veal. It was fantastic. Then we got the creme brûlée with fresh strawberries which was amazing. The waiter also gave me a rose. Very pleasant experience.

Enjoyed a nice meal out on the patio. Food was fresh & delicious. Service was good (although a bit chatty & somewhat intrusive as we were having conversations over dinner). All in all, we had some nice wine & a good meal.

This place is tucked close to Love Field Airport and Bachman Lake. If I land around dinner time, we stop here frequently. Authentic Italian food and atmosphere. Rigatoni, Sausage and Peppers is one of my favorite Italian dishes. Bugatti's version is the best I have tasted, even better than the old Andiamo version with olives in brown gravy. The bread was not my favorite, but who needs the extra carbs these days anyway. Service was excellent and appropriately attentive. We shared a bottle of Chianti which was very good. Great atmosphere. The caramel cheesecake was outstanding

Dining with several colleagues, we chose Bugatti because it was adjacent to our hotel. The staff was welcoming and proficient at serving a large party with a variety of requests, with the food arriving in an appropriate manner relative to courses and timing. The food was also acceptable, although nothing out of this world, and it was rather pricey, given the location and ambiance.

We went to Bugatti's for a nice evening out, We researched Italian restaurants and chose this restaurant based on the high ratings. What a disappointment! The restaurant is overpriced and overrated! While the restaurant has very nice decor, with white tablecloths and cloth napkins and the wait staff is very attentive to your needs, that being said, the food is terrible. Started out with escargot and calamari. The calamari was more breading than calamari. It was also obvious that it was frozen and not fresh, just tasteless. Escargot was a few tiny pieces of escargot in a soupy mixture of broth and other unidentifiable items. Again, had very little seasoning, making the whole thing bland and tasteless. Linguine with clam sauce had clam sauce straight out of a can. Again, not enough seasoning. COLD and BLAND! Lasagna was obviously bought premade and simply heated to order. Beef had no seasoning, tasted like hamburger, Marinara sauce was sweet sauce straight out of a jar. No ricotta cheese at all and very little mozzarella. Veal Parmesan had a very thin veal patty, heavily breaded and covered in the same sweet marinara sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, was again bland and tasteless with very little chicken, The chicken was a grilled patty cut into strips and simply placed on top of the fettuccine. Dessert was Crème brûlée, which was obviously bought premade. It was more like a tart than anything and was obviously bought frozen and heated when ordered. I have bought better Crème brûlée at the supermarket. To top it all off, my dessert was Tiramisu. I love Tiramisu! This, however, was the worst thing I have ever eaten. It had an odd sour taste that I could not identify. I took one bite and it was so bad I pushed it away. In summary, The service and decor are great. The food is terrible! For the prices they charge the food should be fresh, flavorful and homemade. Instead everything is prepackaged and simply heated to order. I have had better food at little hole in the wall Italian restaurants that only charge a fraction of what Bugatti's charges, Do not waste your money on this restaurant.

After great reviews I was expecting something really special. It wasn’t! Had lunch. The house salad was attractive but very little flavor. The Lasagna was good but at $16 for lunch, I didn’t see the value. I rate restaurants on Do I want to return the next day? The answer is no.

My coworker originally hails from NY and that was her initial comment. Italian restaurants in NYC are some of the best in the world and this place measured up well. It is always nice to be greeted at the door by the owner and Zee is a great host. My lunch mate had the Shrimp Scampi and really enjoyed it. I really liked the Salmon Picatta. The fish was fresh and the sauce light and not over powering Good traditional Italian in a casual but neat environment. Look forward to having dinner here soon.

Z and his crew know how to treat a guest. The dishes were excellent. Scampi, crab claws, entrees, great wine, delicious tiramisu, yummy espressos - spectacular service.

After reading that this is one of Dean Fearing's favorite restaurants, we were excited to give this restaurant a try. Very friendly and experienced wait staff and speed of service was good. The food was very average though and thus we will not be back. However, you could tell there were at least 6 tables of regulars who were really enjoying themselves so this place is definitely a favorite for nearby families.

It's a little hard to find this establishment tucked into the back corner of the parking lot but what a nice find it was. Greeted very warmly at the door despite our being a bit underdressed from being on the road all day we were seated in a delightful none rushed manner. When staff takes time to chat a few minutes with diners before getting down to business it immediately sets a tone of calm and a pleasurable dining experience ensues. Such was the case at Bugatti. Our server arrived shortly after our seating to take our order and he was simply hysterically funny while being very efficient. This is a restaurant that seems to pride itself on not only serving excellent food in a beautiful environment but on giving the diner a wonderful experience as well. The decor is clean and sleek with white linens and fresh red roses on each table. Hubby decided on chicken parmesan and reported it very good as it was not as heavily breaded as is served elsewhere. My choice of eggplant parmesan was also very good. An extremely fresh and out of the ordinary side salad with an excellent dressing was wonderful and came with the dinner along with garlic bread. An excellent wine selection was not hard to find from the large number of offerings by the glass. All in all a most enjoyable dining experience at a reasonable price which will bring us back again when in the area.

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel and what a wonderful surprise it was! Cannelloni was absolutely wonderful! Staff was worm and friendly. Highly recommend if you are in the Dallas area!

We were here for a Wedding Reception for 100 people and they took great care of us. We had the Veal, but the starting Salad was fantastic, and the Bugatti Ice Cream Sundae Dessert was also FANTASTIC. Not only did it have sliced Almonds, but also Chipped Pecans to set off the rich Chocolate on the high quality Vanilla Ice Cream. Great Place!!!! I think if we had been here as just a couple the service would have been so good I would have no choice but to give them 5 Stars which I almost never do. Check it out!!!!

Bugatti is, in my opinion the best Italian restaurant in the DFW area. My husband and I have been going there for 30+ years and have never been disappointed in the food or service. We were there for my birthday last week which they made even more special. It was our first meal at the new location which is fantastic - elegant decor with a warm & friendly staff and atmosphere - and our meal was even better than I remember at the old location. My husband and I eat out several nights each week and have yet to find an Italian, or any other kind, of restaurant that we like better than Bugatti!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here on a Saturday night. We had made reservations and were seated within an acceptable time period. The service here is top-rate! I had made the comment it was our anniversary when I made the reservation and it was remembered when we arrived! This restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere for us to celebrate. We had a nice bottle of champagne to go along with our meal. The garlic bread was fantastic. My wife enjoyed a marvelous shrimp scampi (sadly, the sea bass selection was out) and I had a good (but not great) chicken parmigiana. The only downer to the meal was the dessert. We had the creme brulee and the Bugatti snowball (ice cream covered with chocolate and sliced almonds). Both selections are $9.00 each. I was expecting a "wow" dessert for that price and I did not get it. I recommend you skip dessert here and find any number of items at the bakery in Central Market that will be more satisfying. Still, the wife was very satisfied that I chose this place for our special night.

Although classified as an Italian Restaurant Bugatti's offers some really good fish and seafood entrees also. Some of the choices in my party were the Lasagna, Tortellini Alla Panna, Fettuccine Alfredo and the Cannelloni & Manicotti Combo. All were judged to be excellent by each diner. This author had crabclaws for an appetizer and the herbs and sauce really made this dish. My main entree was Linguine Pescatore which had clams, mussels, and shrimp. I couldn't ask for a better tasting dish. Awesome! Most of us had the cream of mushroom soup which was to die for. And again most had the snowball for dessert and really enjoyed it. Service was excellent and attentive. In addition, this is a quiet even romantic place where you can hear each other talk. I can't say one thing wrong about this restaurant.

My gentleman friend from out of town called to make all the arrangements for for a splendid Valentine's Day lunch. We were met at the door and our very private table was set with roses upon a white table cloth. It only got better from there. The mushroom soup was excellent, rich with flavor. I love chicken Marsala and this was one k of the best I've ever eaten. The vegetables were served al dente. Large, tasty shrimp on the Capelli D'Angelo. Creme Brulee was served as it is in Italy and without a doubt, some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. We will return and will tell our friends about this beautiful restaurant.

Attentive service for an exquisite meal. A friend and I enjoyed a leisurely meal, eating many of the waiter’s suggested options. Starter: stuffed mushrooms, glass of wine and garlic bread. The house salad was lovely. The pasta dish, Gamberoni, was perfectly prepared, and the timing of service was impeccable. Reservations recommended.

My wife invited our adult children and their spouses to join us in celebration of my 61st birthday and we chose Bugatti's down near Bachman Lake and Love Field. Weather was brutally cold so we ate indoors. Zee reserved a beautiful round table in the corner as per our request and Glen, our favorite waiter was our server and met all of our needs throughout the evening. Service was attentive, food was brought out of the kitchen at a nice pace and the entrees that we ordered were great as usual. Zee personally seated us and checked on us numerous times during the evening, even during a very busy Holiday dining evening. Both dining rooms were full all night! We've been going to Bugatti's for over 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Well done my friend! It is always a pleasure to eat at Bugatti's!

This place was great several years ago, but our recent experience was horrible. Service was odd and uncomfortable......long wait time standing at the front waiting to be seated, an annoying server that kept refilling our water glasses each time we took a drink, and another waiter that was trying so hard to be overly polite it came off as disingenuous. Food was equally as disappointing. The calamari was obviously frozen and reheated and the manicotti combo also appeared to have been prepared earlier and reheated in the microwave. The pasta and cheese had a very rubbery texture to it, not appealing at all. Décor has remained unchanged for years and seems to be showing its age. All this and it's way over priced - $75 for a meal for two without dessert (no way were we going to stick around for another overpriced disappointment). I'm utterly shocked at the number of glowing reviews of this place. Yes, it was a nice Italian restaurant several years ago, but something has obviously gone awry....I'm wondering if Zee is refusing to change with the times. Things can be great, but you must continue to evolve in the restaurant business. Robert Irvine and his Restaurant Impossible team could do wonders with this place! We live close by and would love to have a great Italian meal every once in a while, but sadly will never set foot in this establishment again.

Mr. Zee is without question - The Best of the Best. His memory capacity unlimited. His establishment - impeccable as with service. Merci for your attention and kindness, over the years - it continues to bring smiles of happy memories ❣️

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for over 20 years and it just gets better every time I visit. Start at the bar and do yourself a favor by ordering a Grey Goose dirty martini. Once you move into the dining room just say to heck with any diet you might have been trying to follow. The garlic bread is lovely! Get the stuffed mushrooms, they are amazing. The Shrimp Parmesan is a must-eat dish. Finish it all off with Cappuccino Pie and you'll be a really happy camper. The service is what will bring you back. The staff will make you feel like family even if it's your first time visiting. Zee only employs the best and everyone--bussers, servers, bartender--gives you that special service that makes everything so warm and memorable. I moved away 13 years ago but I never miss coming here when I'm back in town. As far as I am concerned this is the best restaurant in the DFW area.

I had been to this restaurant two times in the distant past - but decided it was time to pay a repeat visit. The prior visits had been OK, but nothing too good or too bad. I'm glad I visited a third time, since the dining experience was all good. The service was attentive/prompt but not over bearing. Wines by the glass were reasonably priced and the meal moved along nicely, not too fast but not glacially slow. The bread basket was great - I had to resist saying "yes" when asked if we wanted more bread. It was a lovely evening. I will return. The minestrone soup is good but not to "die for". I had for my entree the Linguine Pescatore, it was excellent. The shell fish were fresh and nicely flavored.

I've been here twice for various business dinners, and both times left feeling "meh." Once you wind your way to the back of an unusually shaped parking lot (behind the Chick-Fil-A), the restaurant appears "homey" and full of personal photos. The menu is what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant, complete with pasta and meat dishes. Most recently, I tried the gnocchi. It was tender and the tomato sauce seemed fresh, but nothing incredible. Similarly for the minestrone soup. I'm not sure it was homemade, but it wasn't terrible. Their wines by the glass were underwhelming. Considering they are an Italian place, I expected greater selection from the red's. Still, I tried a robusto and found it adequate. I will say that the "cappuccino pie" for desert was a nice choice. Served semi-frozen, it's almost like a chocolate coffee ice cream pie. The service was a bit slow and uninspired. I'm not sure if a Wednesday night was slow for them, or didn't feature their A Team? While they did deliver the food and checked back, it too wasn't anything special. Overall, if you're stuck near Love Field, would like Italian, and would like to avoid a chain, this place might not be a bad choice. However it's simply a very average one. Given the great variety of other restaurants in the area and in town, you could do much better elsewhere.

I had already reserved a table many months before and Zee the owner was very helpful in meeting all of my special needs as I was visiting from Switzerland. The staff was excellent and very professional. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. Of course, it has an "American" influence which is okay. The decoration is very well done and gives a wonderful atmosphere. It was never too loud. I will definitely visit again when in town and many thanks to Zee for your great service and going the extra mile for me and my date. Grazi Mil !!!

It's a little hard to find tucked behind the Chick-fil-A on NW Hwy (drive through their parking lot), but it is well worth it. The food and service were excellent. It was quiet, making it easy to carry on a conversation. The wait staff were very attentive but not intrusive. We will go back.

Great food, attentive staff. No wait. Attentive staff from start to finish. Food was great, drinks tasty, yummy dessert. Definitely recommend!
Perfect datenight
Fantastic service. We sat at the bar. we had had a great chat with the bartender. The cocktails were delicious, and the food was excellent. We ordered calamari for an appetizer. My husband had lasagna, and I oped for Chilean sea bass. Fantastic!
