Great brunch on a Saturday.Try the pressed juices, enjoyed the arepas, Latin Breakfast was outstanding as was the French toast. Our server Vincent was attentive, knowledgable and prompt. Highly recommended.

We met here for lunch no reservation just walked in 5 of us. Their mimosas were very good. We ordered a few appetizers and shared them. Then I had a Cesar salad which was a perfect size for lunch. The rest of my crew ordered a mix of dishes seems like everything here was great. They all did the sandwiches and đ Staff were very good and busy. Place was not too crowded. Easy to find or stumble across. Nice to sit and relax in a quiet place for a while.

Me and my wife had the best ever octopus in this place !!! We loved the ambiance. Our server Dominique was fantastic Thanks

My parter and I visited for drinks one night whilst staying at The Venetian Resort. We were impressed with the place itself, the ambience and the staff. What we didn't like was that a service charge had already been added to the bill (check) when it was brought over to us. We didn't like this as we believe it's for us to decide whether we want to pay a service charge, and to decide the amount. We did pay it but didn't return for this reason, which is a shame because it was a nice place.

We were recommended this place and it did not disappoint! So many options and everything is exceptional, including the drinks. We ended up going twice during our visit. The first time we sat at a dining table, it can be very dark in there but we didnât mind it. Second time we sat at the bar and Esther took care of us, she was very pleasant to talk with and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. We got a little bit of everything both times, it is a must if youâre near the Venetian! The elote dessert was out of this world. Do not miss it!

Out of all the restaurants in Vegas. Chica Restaurant called my name. It was a perfect harmony of ambiance, impeccable service and the enjoyable experience of every flavor in one dish. I would like to thank Jessica, Jordan and Vinny for making this experience possible.

The food was a diverse combo of south and central American food. Had the best steak.with a delicate chimichurri sauce. Potato and cheese empanadas within avocado drizzle and something deliciously spicy. Kale and lime salad. Good wine pairings. Manager came to ask us how our experience was- delicious

The food is good. The menu for diner is different from what's online. As our group was looking to eat fish, there were very few options for the entrees. Mussels mainly and they were out that night! So we ended us ordering a bunch of appetizers. The tacos are good. I have never seen tacos so small in my entire life! The restaurant had 2 professional dancers on the dance floor around 10pm to create a festive atmosphere, which made out evening memorable! It's a very nice touch and we had a blast! Thank you! :)

My husband had been to this restaurant multiple times before on work conferences and wanted to take me there for breakfast! It did not disappoint! We went there twice during our 4 day stay! Edgar was our waiter and he was so informative and just nice! I had the Latin breakfast both times . My husband had the chicken and waffles once and the Paista dish the other day! Both were very good! There was a lot of food with all 3 dishes! If you have a chance go there and ask for Edgar! Enjoy!

Went there for dinner after a 5 hours long drive to #Vegas from #la , it had interesting menu, latin American and Mexican fusion. The ceviche and nachos were delicious with plantain chips and corn cakes The main course was a mix of chicken and fish tacos , and some steak with spicy potatoes. Overall the food was above average but pricey (its Vegas). The service was quick Enjoy the photos.

We really enjoyed our dinner! I had the shrimp tacos and my husband had the quesadilla. Both were fabulous! Itâs a must to order the guacamole as we did and the platter had chips, plantain and I believe polenta. Beautiful to the eye and tasty to the palate. I loved the mixed cocktail selection as well.

Great place will be back-especially for the flaming skull. The food is expensive but youâre at the Venetian and on the strip so it was to be expected. I had some issues but they were fixed right away so I have no complaints at all. More pics and videos (especially of the flaming skull) @Collins2Collins on IG.

We stayed at the Venetian for three days recently, and this restaurant was so good we went there twice. The decor is phenomenal, the service was great, and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend the ceviche peruana!

We are so glad we stopped in for dinner. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful time. I tried the Chica-Rita and it was really good. We also had the regular margarita and it was amazing also. Be careful, these go down really smoothly. We decided to share some appetizers and had the grilled beef empanadas, potato and cheese empanadas, and the carne asada tacos. Everything was really flavorful and we will definitely come back for more!

The best Cubano sandwich I had in my life, for real. Loved also the drink and the quinoa with shrimp. Vegas at its best

went to weekend brunch. Interesting but busy decor. NFL football on TV. Pretty good service. Menu not well optioned for vegetarian/vegan diners. Food was average to good, but not special. Coffee was meh.

Exceptional food and service. We arrived early and there was an odd few minutes where we were left standing whilst the front desk team seemed to be organising things but we had no idea what was happening. After that though their meal and services were outstanding.

good atmosphere, very good food. beef empanadas were an excellent starter followed by chicken enchiladas. nice flavors! the tres leches for dessert was incredible!

It's COVID, couldn't find any outdoor dining to our liking. We attempted indoors but not beefy steak based restaurant. Saw a sign on Chef Lorena Garcia. Don't know who she is but figured to try it out. We're not entry folks so our meals were Starters. Wow! we did Grilled Peruvian Octopus, Carne Asada Tacos, Asado Negro Arepas, Chicken Chicharrones, Potato Empanadas, & Wild Mushroom Tostada. Menu sounds typical but all taste uniquely different & delicious. Hard to express but really enjoyed it & hoped she maintain her unique take on food.

We were in Vegas for our daughters 21st Birthday. We went into CHICA for the flaming dessert (which was delicious), thinking we would be in and out. Ended up staying for couple hours for drinks and dancing. Had a blast. Every staff member made us feel special, smiled, worked hard. From the hostess who always made eye contact with a big smile to the bartenders to the manager, who didn't just point me in the direction of the bathroom but walked me to the door. The DJ they had was on point, great music. They had a couple of dancers who were so good and fun. One of them went around inviting all the ladies onto the dance floor. Sure it might be pricey but what isn't in Vegas. At least the service was EXCELLENT as was the quality. Next time I am Vegas this will be a must do stop.

The young girl at the reception was not very friendly. There were lots of empty tables and we asked if we could get one with the bench to have a bigger space. Somehow she assumed people with kids donât order much. We had a tiny table and ordered lots of food (Our kids eat like adults). So we were stuck on an overly crowded table whilst the spacious tables next to us remained empty till we left. Food was great and waiter too. Just upset to eat in these conditions when you spend more than 450$ for an early dinner when restaurant is EMPTY.

We had dinner here on Easter 2023 and the meal and atmosphere were fantastic. The restaurant has a fun vibe and the service was just tremendous - the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The food was fantastic. I had the salmon, my wife had the octopus appetizer, and my daughter the Romanesco - we all enjoyed our meals very much and I would highly recommend this to others.

WAY, WAY, WAY TOO LOUD! CAN'T HEAR YOURSELF THINK LET ALONE CARRY ON A CONVERSATION. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO TALK. However, the food was pretty good. I had the rotisserie chicken with blue potato salad. But that brought another problem - the salad had only one half of a single small blue potato. It was virtually all regular old white potatoes. I can recommend the white sangria - very tasty, but not worth $18/glass. Bottom line: too expensive, too loud, doesn't live up to its advertising.

WAY TO EXPENSIVE. Added one extra shot to my drink and upcharges me 22$. Gin & Tonic = 42$ Absolute rip off. Will never return nor will anyone we talk to. JEFF

Took hubby there for b-day dinner #2 and had a trio of ceviche; lobster, shrimp and something I can't remember due to vodka :) What I do remember is that they were all delish as was the street corn and lamb. Great meal after spending the entire day in the sun drinking. Our server custom made me a drink because I don't drink gin. So we may have to go back there on our next trip.

Weâre staying at the Venetian and spotted Chica. This is a lovely restaurant with an interesting menu. Our server was charming and efficient.....thx for refilling our coffee...we needed it! We ate lunch and we were not disappointed. The meals were artfully presented with just the proper serving size. My omelette was brimming with delicious vegetables and meat. Satisfying and tasty.

I hadn't planned on eating here but I'm so glad I did. Unique and delicious menu offerings, and the manager was so nice. He had them half the dessert size for me (solo diner) so I could eat it without exploding. Lol. The wine selection was good and the food looked as good as it tasted.

Great menu! Delicious breakfast, a people pleaser. Drinks are delish and their yucca hash is beyond. You will not go wrong choosing CHICA!

Amazing food with delicious complex flavor. Great drinks and food choices. Service was outstanding by Chad our waiter. Itâs delic - go and have fun!

This was a nice surprise in a city full of chains and over-priced, freezer-burned crap in most hotels. Authentic Mexican. Spicy. Flavorful. Authentic dishes. Good value too.

Great experience! Seated at the time of our reservation. Tables are tight and itâs loud but the food and service are amazing. Our server, Juan, was very accommodating and made our dining experience that much better.

We stopped by for a nightcap after celebrating our 53rd anniversary. Bartenders John and Beau were the best ever! John made a flawless espresso martini for me and a great Long Island Ice Tea for hubby. These guys were so much fun and toasted us with champagne! You need to drink/eat at Chica when you are in Vegas!

Saw pictures of the corn chabada pancakes walking around the Venetian and had to try it. They did not disappoint! Delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with friends at CHICA. Jordan was a great server from start to finish. I ordered the Chicken Enchilada. It was amazing! The sauce had just enough spice to be interesting, but not too hot. Everyone else (based on my son's recommendation) ordered the Slow-Roasted Suckling Pig Porchetta. They couldn't stop ooh-ing and aaah-ing over this dish. They especially enjoyed the pureed plantain. And then came dessert. Jordan recommended that we try the Churro Tower and Marquesa de Chocolate. The Marquesa was a delicious Latin-style tiramisu served with a raspberry orange sorbet. It was a perfect pairing, but it could not touch the decadence and warmth and oh, my goodness of the Churro Tower. This is a stack of warm churro rings with a smooth milk chocolate ganache poured tableside. Utter bliss. We wished we had eaten there earlier during our trip just so we could have had more churros!

1. The bill included 18% gratuity without any courteous disclosure, and the bill still had a line for additional tip! 2. Subpar service, waiting for 30+ minutes for appetizer and the server finally showed up and ask if we received the appetizer! Then that smoked octopus was served lukewarm, likely sitting on kitchen corner for a while. 3. The food was underwhelming: salty side dish of corn, medium rare lamb came up very rare, baby back rib dish came with a one inch by one inch charcoal. We would not recommend under any circumstance.

One of my all time favourite meals in Las Vegas. Grilled octopus with a salsa so good we were scraping the plate, a most interesting version of cauliflower that came smoked under glass, with chickpeas - fantastic but would advise sharing - the portion is huge! Beet salad was also large and delicious. The salmon was the best I have ever had - and this coming from someone who eats salmon twice a week! Braised short ribs were excellent. And then thereâs dessert- had the churros with tiramisu- another dish meant for sharing. Churros were light as air, accompanied by a large decadent version of tiramisu that was incredible. That said - the table beside us ordered the Flaming Skull and as far as showmanship goes, this dessert cannot be topped! A great spectacle but would suggest it would probably do a table of four. Service was over the top (I miss this kind of service in most restaurants these days), ambience was warm, dusky, and romantic. Great choice for a restaurant that brings a unique Latin touch to all of their dishes.

This place is amazing! What a live and energetic atmosphere. We loved it. The food was wonderful as well. Steak was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. At night every hour, the staff comes out to celebrate and dance and it sparks more energy into the room. I really enjoyed celebrating my friends wedding here. This is what makes Vegas so cool. Places like Chica.

Friendly staff and food and drinks were really good. Salmon and short-rib were spot on, full of flavor and spice. Empanadas were good as was the Caesar salad. Churros and accompanying chocolate sauce should have been warm really only negative of the whole meal.

Our waitress was friendly even with masks. Very good food, And the music added to the ambiance of the evening.

Party of six for dinner on the Friday before New Years eve. For the price, service should be impeccable, but unfortunately it fell short by a mile. We had to ask for small plates for appetizers. However does one serve a shared ceviche and other apps and not provide small plates or serving utensils? This happens again with dinner⊠having ordered a huge 62oz Tomahawk, they only bring out two steak knives. Again, we waited. Then, we ventured to order a shareable flaming molten lava cake, and there is no attempt by staff to completely clear dinner plates away. Again, we ask⊠this time for bussing. Dessert is served with small plates, but no service ware?!? Again, we ask them to please promptly return with spoons for serving the shareable dessert and to eat the now melting ice cream. Food is dramatic and ambiance is entertaining, but service definitely needs to be more attentive. Especially when youâre paying a guaranteed 20% gratuity based on party size. Bill was nearly $900!!

I was pleasantly surprise buy this restaurant. Location is not the best like the back of Casino. There was a line of about 10 people at 8am. Thank goodness I had a reservation. The corn like pancakes, Applewood bacon, and chicken sausage were great. It was a very good breakfast with decent size portions. Friend and I thought this was better than Bouchon. Very good food. Next time I will try for lunch or dinner.

We loved everything about this place. Great vibe inside The Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes with good trendy music playing. Excellent service. And the food was outstanding. We had brisket tacos and fish tacos - both very tasty and prepared perfectly. The street corn with an aioli sauce was best thing we ate in all of Vegas. Spicy margarita was very refreshing. Will absolutely be back.

Food was fine, nothing special but OK. What's unacceptable is that they add 18% gratuity to the bill of just 2 guests (other places may do this for large parties). Afterwards I saw that the message on the bill saying that it's done for my convenience and if I didn't like it, I should talk to the manager. The waiter told us that the gratuity is added but if we leave something extra, it will go directly to the waiter. Ridiculous practice.

Came here on our last day in Vegas. The food came out pretty slow. The food was good, but a bit pricey for what you get. The atmosphere was a bit loud for us. Overall, not bad.

I visited last year for my birthday. Came back this year on December 30 at night. Please forgive me if I don't get the name of the manager on duty correct, but what an awesome guy! I believe his name was Justin. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, and convinced me to stay and have their lemon rotisserie chicken. I casually mentioned it was my birthday, and he offered to give me a drink on the house! I don't drink but nice gesture. I find that in Las Vegas if you mention to a manager that it is your birthday they do nothing special, just a thank you. This guy went above and beyond. When it was dessert time he brought me a dessert that truly was beyond my expectations. With a candle, and a painted Happy Birthday plate. I cant tell you how much this meant to me. It meant the world. Give this guy a raise! On to the food..The lemon chicken was delicious and juicy. Apparently, they have a rotisserie in the back. The chimichurri on top was an excellent compliment to the acidity of the lemon. So good!! It came with a delicious side of purple potato salad. It was a half chicken, I wish it was a whole as I devoured it quickly. I am guilty of eating the chicken with my hands in the restaurant, and licking my fingers! I would definitely return next year for my birthday and thanks again to him for making it extra special.

The space is beautiful. The staff are friendly. But I donât know if I would eat here again. I get itâs inflation but the portion sizes were bite size. $400 American dollars for our meal and no one left remotely full. In fact we are again later somewhere else. I know this is a nicer restaurant and Iâm ok with spending money but the 4 tacos where the size of lemon wedges. My tuna tartar could fit pretty much on my spoon. Itâs a great place to have some drinks and take pics. But to dine again I wouldnât just because you really donât get that much food if your hungry.

Horrible food and service. I made a res for table of 1 for lunch at noon today (Monday), and of course the host/manager Eddie asks if I would care to sit in the bar/lounge area. I donât mind when they ask, but I said No, and then he proceeded to seat me there anyway (!), where I was served food by an extremely overworked bartender (Nick, who truly did the best he could, and I tipped him accordingly). Un-REAL. Food was also a problem. You can put fresh cubes of avocado in ceviche, but you cannot pour ceviche over guacamole (which itself was NOT fresh); what a muddy disgusting mess! Forget the border wall; Trump should build a wall around this restaurant, with Eddie inside. THEY DONâT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE; AVOID. Check 6342.

Perhaps the best enchilada I have ever eaten. I think it was covered with a light mole sauce. Excellent Peruvian ceviche. Good chips and salsa, but you pay for them. Fantastic service. Ridiculously expensive. Ceviche, enchilada, bottled water, and one diet Coke $98 with tip. One 8 oz bottle of water was $8. The waiter realized the ridiculous over price on the water, and brought me two for one. Believe me, I am not a penny-pincher. The food wise fantastic, and I left satisfied. Portions were reasonable. Most importantly, restaurant was in 100% covid-19 safety compliance. All staff were wearing masks. There were shields around the host stand. Hand sanitizer easily available. Immaculately clean bathroom. Cigarette smoke: I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I will not eat in a restaurant that has even the slightest hint of cigarette smoke smell. This restaurant had zero cigarette smoke smell despite being in a casino.

The food was great. The service was unfortunate. They dropped off the food, then no one came back to check on the food or drinks for a long time. Finally flagged someone down for beverages. They arrived 20 min later. We finished our meals before they came with the wine we wanted to order for the meal. Took forever to see our server again for a desert menu. Then took so long to see him again, we decided to pay and leave. That's fine at Applebees or chili's, but not at a place with the prices we paid. Lastly, the server didnât tell us there was 18% gratuity added on already. Barley caught it before I was about to add a tip. Super sketchy behavior. I wanted to love this place, but left very irritated.

What a great little restaurant in the Venetian Hotel. Great cocktails, food and incredible service by our Server. Diamond was charming and made our dining experience very special

We had the BAJA BREAKFAST BURRITO and the EGGS BENEDICT CAZUELA , The burrito has nice spice and great flavor, very large portion. The potatoes were excellent. The eggs benedict was also very good, but could use a little more hollandaise sauce. Overall great breakfast.

Came by for a cocktail before going to the Tony Bennett show at The Venetian. It took a good long while for the waitress to come to the table in the lounge area. Then, it took another long period for the 2 glasses of wine to appear. We probably waited at least 20 minutes for it since we sat down. Way too long. Very loud atmosphere that made conversing difficult. Itâs a stylish bar and restaurant but we have no desire to go back. Proud to call Las Vegas HOME.

CHICA is located in The Venetian Resort's Restaurant Row and is open everyday. They also offer brunch everyday between 9AM-4PM, which is what we had late on a Sunday. There were three of us in our party. They add an automatic 18% gratuity to all party checks regardless of size. We experienced exceptional service by Saleena and another so I didn't have any problem with paying the 18%. I appreciated the soft and subdued lighting that helped provide an overall intimate and enchanting setting at this upscale Latin American restaurant. If I'm ordering cocktails, I tend to usually get Old Fashioneds or Manhattans. However, this time I tried something different and went with a Havana Banana ($22). It looked like they placed a Bananarama banana candy in my glass which I thought was cute. While the drink was okay, it just wasn't for me and it's not something I'll probably experiment with again. Others drank Mexican Cokes for $7 a piece. Lorena Garcia is an excellent chef. If you don't know her, look her up. Afterwards, make plans to go eat here. As a starter, we all shared an order of Bunuelos ($16). These yummy donuts came with both dulce de leche and raspberry sauces smeared on the plate. Always use everything provided on your plate in order to ensure maximum enjoyment of the dish. The bunuelos is best when shared with two people at most. For my meal, I had the savory Chorizo Benedict ($25) which came with an amazingly tasting green sauce draped all over top of them. Even the salad provided as the side was beyond anything you're probably used to having elsewhere. Others ordered the Breakfast Burrito ($24) and Birria Tacos ($26). Other popular menu items to consider and look out for at this restaurant are the $38 Flaming Skull dessert and the Dulce De Leche French Toast brunch option when available. In less than 24 hours after landing in Vegas from the east coast, this early trip to Chica was the best meal we had during our entire week-long stay.

Great atmosphere! Pure energy! Waitresses very friendly! Ladies night when we went so they got complimentary champagne! Go ladies! Salsa night! Party atmosphere Saturday night! Drinks pricey but itâs Vegas! Friendly bar staff also.

The restaurant has a very attractive interior decor and offers a wide variety of seating choices. The service was very attentive and friendly!! The grilled octopus was delicious!! I also tried the guacamole- unique and good. The prices are fair for Vegas and the portions were mid-sized. The green and black tea mixed for the ice tea was also a winner.

We had a great experience with dinner at Chica Las Vegas. We were not too hungry and decided to just share some of the starters, without an entree. Great decision. Ordered octopus, tuna tartare, arepas and empanadas. All delicious and with unique flavors. Ended up ordering another octopus since we could not resist. And then the wonderful tres leches for dessert⊠hummm, couldnât be better. Only point of attention is that they already include 18% gratuity/tip in your bill. Pay attention, we almost tipped twice.

We've been here many many times and it gets better with every visit! Thank you ASHLEY and KAYLA!!! BEST bottle of wine we've ever had! We went twice on our last visit to Vegas and BOTH TIMES got the tableside tomahawk!! It was the most amazing experience, not just a meal!!!! GET THE FLAMING SKULL dessert!!! The atmosphere is just incredible!!!

I went in there with my family, including two young kids. The people could not have been nicer to us. The food was absolutely delicious. The dinner service was a little slow, and unprompted the waiter brought us tres leches cake for free for dessert. And it was honestly the best tres leches cake Iâve had. It was just excellent all around.

I wnet with some friends and we found the food to be delicious, flavoursome, innovative and well cooked. I thought the lighting was a little dark but that seems to be all the rage in the US. Service was excellent a charming and helpful waitress from Peru who ensured we were well looked after.

Chica was recommended to us by a clerk in one of the stores nearby. It was amazing! Best empanadas Iâve ever had. Short ribs were wonderful veggies were delicious and perfectly cooked drinks for good⊠Just a very very good dinner. No room for dessert but Iâm sure they were good too.

The best ceviche Iâve ever eat. Very nice and fast service. The food is great, we order selection of 6 ceviche, lamb chops and octopus. All disches was more then correct. I strongly recomend. The prices are avarage.

Had breakfast there. Quality and quantity of food was excellent. Food came out quickly and was hot. Coffee was refilled often. Service was excellent primarily due to staff person Vonda. She was professional, friendly, and courteous. She checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. Vonda is an asset to this restaurant. Our only regret was that we didn't eat there again on our trip. I would go back to this restaurant and recommend it highly.

What I loved about CHICA was their ability to accommodate my preferences. I wanted guacamole without onions and they made it special for me. It was delicious with the pomegranate seeds! Never would have thought of that! The chips could have been a little thinner but I loved the plantain chips. We had carne asada tacos and the meat was so tender and they didnât skimp. The shrimp tacos were good too but the mango salsa hardly had any mango. It was mostly onion which was a bummer. The service was a little slow (every time we needed water we were left looking for a server to refill) The ambience was nice and we would recommend. One recommendation would be to have more lunch items on the menu. We were told it was more of a brunch menu but it would have been nice to have more lunch items as it was lunch time and we already had breakfast.

We were fortunate to land two seats at the bar to dine and drink before going to see U2 at the Spheres. Bartender made great drinks, good food - fast service. A win. Pretty scenery at the bar - high recommend.

Delicious food, excellent service and decor, but on the bill you are forced to give an 18% tip (if you do not agree with this, you can contact the manager)

The Venetian was very very busy the second week of June and Chica was one of the few restaurants that did not have a ridiculous wait for walkups. I was glad because their food was tasty. Had an excellent guacamole served with the usual tortilla chips but also very light plantain chips. Excellent idea. Also has wonderful empanadas. The bar was okay. One bartender clearly did not know how to make a long island tea and another made an interesting cosmo that in few ways resembled a cosmo. Drinkable, but weird. Bottom line? Why wait an hour for boring burgers or fried chicken when you can have something spicy and different?

Had a fabulous family wedding celebration in their private dining room for 18 people. The food was AMAZING, delicious and plenty of it served family style. The servers were great and the Flaming Skull dessert was incredible. Cannot have had a better experience!

We had a party of 6 that ate there and only 2 of us liked the meal. I had the prawns and they were horrible, tasted gritty and not well seasoned at all. Thank goodness for the good food available at the Venetian for room service that night. The service was horrible and it wasnât necessary our waitress fault. She was the only one working, lots of other employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I would never eat here again.

My wife and I have eaten here two or three times and decided to go back again. We enjoy the atmosphere and the service is also efficient and friendly. The rack of lamb is one of my favorites and did not disappoint on this latest visit. The seasoning and presentation really works and the lamb was perfectly cooked. My wife tried the fish and thought it was tasty. The margaritas were nice but a bit overpriced in our opinion. We continue to recommend and will return on a future trip.

Romantic venue with an upscale, but not pretentious vibe. Our server, Steve, was great. Nee the menu, professional, but genuinely friendly. Great food. We had the octopus and wagyu tartare to start, and the small seafood tower. All was delicious. Latte and cappuccino for desert. And some tasty champagne as a treat from our server. Thanks again! Great dining experience!

For our couple's brunch we got the guacamole. It came with plantain & banana chips and it was a huge portion! We made the mistake of getting the pancakes too and we just couldn't finish it all in one sitting. We'll go back for sure but definitely be more mindful of what we order.

We were staying at the Venetian and the casino host invited us to brunch here. We had been to Chica in the past but never for brunch. It was a little loud but the food options were good. Breakfast burrito was excellent but the spicy bloody Marie with jalapeño infused vodka was positively amazing.

We were famish after a long day visiting Lake Mead and the Valley of fire. Back at the hotel, we booked a table at Chica based on ratings. We were not disapointed! We ordered a meat platter for 3 (there was enough meat for 4 and enough vegetables to placate our carnivor's guilt) with calamaris for appetisers then the Churros tower for desert. The waitress was very nice and friendly. we hobled back to our rooms satiated and happy. We will certainly go back when in Vegas next time, it was a really great meal.

Our group of four adults and two infants in high chairs came for brunch on a Saturday. Since they werenât overly crowded, they were more than accommodating and put us off to the side - always helpful when you have little ones! Just makes everything more comfortable. Our server, Ashley, was extremely attentive, friendly, and all-around helpful. She set the mood for an awesome meal! We started with the Mexican Mezze plate, which was excellent. The pumpkin seed hummus and goat cheese dip were the stars. I wish we had another 1-2 of the big blue tortillas it came with, but between those and the cruditĂ©s, we had enough to dip. We also shared the Buñuelo donuts which were superb. The ricotta keeps them rich enough without making them too dense or heavy. Great texture and the raspberry sauce it comes with was a great touch. I can only speak to two of the main dishes I tried. I had the chorizo and arepa Benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached and the flavor of the chorizo was complex and delicious. Delicious plate. My wife had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the hot honey sauce balanced everything together well. The waffle was a little limp and didnât have much texture, but next to the chicken, it didnât need to do much. Still really strong. As for drinks, Ashley recommended the Chica-Rita and it lived up to it. It was fruity, spicy, and strong enough to let you know the tequilaâs there but not overpower it. It also came topped with a huge slice of pineapple that was extremely juicy and flavorful. The rest of the table had the palomita, the Jalisco old fashioned, and the brunch special espress yourself, and all were pleased with their choices.

I had dinner with 3 friends before seeing the Eagles at the Sphere. They had incredible service, drinks & food. They also had some pop up entertainment. They paced are meal for an incredible meal and then an easy stroll the Sphere. We shared several apps & dinners and everything was great.

AMAZING! We have been going to Vegas for 20 years and this is by far and away the best place we have ever eaten! We went multiple times over our 4-day trip! Buñuelo do-nuts were supreme! Breakfast burrito! Mexican street corn! Chicken & waffles! I could go on! The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, and the service was great every time we went.

Delicious and authentic cuisine, very intimate setting, service was excellent, pricey but the great quality. Only problem was the gratuity automatically added to the bill.

Delicious brunch. Great atmosphere and servers knowledgeable about the menu. Pricing not too bad for Vegas. Recommend!

This was our first time here and we thought it was great. Drinks were excellent and we had an assortment of appetizers. We sat at the car and the service was great and the bartender was really nice. Will go again for dinner next time we are in Vegas.

I walked all the way from caesars palace at 8am just to have breakfast here. I got the fresh fruit bowl and egg white frittata with the spinach salad on top and the best strawberry mimosa I ever had. Highly recommend this place

The spicy shrimp tacos were pretty average. They were bland and the portions weren't very large. For $19, I was expecting way more. My fiancee ordered the dulce de leche french toast, which was actually quite tasty. If you come here for breakfast, I highly recommend getting the french toast. Overall, the service was also not the greatest. It seemed pretty dead when we came in, but we waited around for our server a lot.

The ambiance is nice, but the food was so so. The Brussel sprouts were hard and the short ribs over cooked. The staff were friendly and the service was fine. For the price, I expected better prepared food with flavor.

Chica has everything I look for in a restaurant; great design and atmosphere, excellent service (thanks Amari, we couldnât have asked for better service or a nicer waiter) and most importantly, absolutely delicious food (we had ceviche, empanadas and fish tacos). This place is amazing and Amari is a gem. Go there, youâll be glad you did.

Oh my goodness! This place is just fantastic!!!! What makes its amazing is Bryson he was just so perfec! In everywhere he made us feel so special. He has great recommendations on food and drinks. His energy was contagious. Come here and ask for Bryson. Be amazing and have an amazing time!!!!

My hubby and I wanted something to munch on because we had really late dinner reservations, so we stopped in there mid-afternoon. We shared the guacamole and an order of shrimp tacos. Also had a margarita. The ingredients were fresh, we received great service and I would recommend this restaurant to others. Very tasty and unique. Very nice ambiance.

When picking my venue for my wedding day, I aimed for a place that would have a welcoming energy, quality food, and excellent staff. CHICAâs is all this and more! Everyone in my party enjoyed the atmosphere of our private dining room. The table was beautifully set up with our menus and was very clean. Our meal was mouthwatering and saporous! We specifically enjoyed the Salmon Crudo and the Wood-Fired Mushroom Barbacoa. Our strawberry shortcake was also very delicious and devoured by my family and friends. What made our night especially great was their excellent staff. Our courses all came out smoothly and they were spaced out perfectly. Our server, Douglas, was considerate to everyone and truly made our night run so smoothly. Douglas also was very kind to congratulate my husband and I on our special day with his kind words. The CHICAâs staff is also very honest and respectful. I accidentally dropped a card that was given to me with $200 inside and they returned it to me promptly. I am very thankful for their integrity. I highly recommend CHICAâs as they are an excellent restaurant with amazing service. My family and I cannot wait to return when we visit Las Vegas again!

My husband and I decided to dine at this restaurant because of a horrible experience at our original destination which was Hellâs Kitchen restaurant at Ceasarâs Palace. Looking back, I wished we had chosen this restaurant in the first place. Basically, I was celebrating my birthday that night and the staff at Hellâs Kitchen was so rude that we decided to leave and come here instead. This restaurant specializes in cuisine from different Latin countries and everything we tasted was absolutely amazing. The service provided by Eduardo was outstanding. He was professional, very friendly, and an all-around good person. Since we brought our own bottle of wine, we also had the chance to meet their sommelier, Bernardo, who was very knowledgeable and also provided us with an outstanding service while we were there. I honestly couldnât say enough good things about this restaurant. I came here all upset about what had just happened at Hellâs Kitchen and everyone here completely turned things around and made my birthday dinner a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant not just for the food but also the service. I will definitely came back next time I visit Las Vegas.

I went to Chica for lunch. The food and atmosphere had an awesome flare. I was seated quickly. The restaurant was clean. The server was quick! I ordered the shrimp and avocado salad. The salad was unique with a hint of spice. I love spicy food so this was perfect for me. I also ordered a side of black beans which was great. The lobster ceviche (pictured) was fresh and the taste was comparable to any seaside restaurant.

I wanted to treat my daughter to a nice birthday breakfast while in town for a soccer showcase and the security guard noticed me looking at the resort map and recommended this. The âpop tartâ was an sweet indulgence. The dulce de leche french toast was, too. My Latin breakfast was yummy and filling, too. The hostess must have noted that I mentioned the birthday and the waiter brought over the nicest little birthday dessert treat at the end â no loud singing or attention drawn. Just perfect.

The breakfast was delicious, but the desserts were outstanding. Do not miss the selection of ice creams. So much fun. It is a fun and lively place, overall. Service was attentive. Drinks were good, including the espresso martini.

The family chose Chica at the Venetian for dinner on a Friday night. My sister made reservations for our group of 9. Good thing because the place was packed that evening. Have to say that the ambiance is top notch!! Place looked great although some in our group complained about how dark it was so they had trouble reading the menu. No big deal, though, cause we all have flashlights on our phones. It does get very loud in here. It was difficult hearing what everyone had to say in our party of 9 because of how loud it was. It got even louder when the DJ arrived to play the music. Felt like a fiesta when the girls came out to dance and entertain the guests. Lots of fun! If you are on a budget, then don't come to Chica. Prices are steeper, but that is to be expected. After all, this restaurant is on the Las Vegas Strip inside the Venetian Hotel. Some of the portion sizes were on the smaller side. Personally, I was very happy with my entree. I had their Oaxacan Rotisserie Chicken, and it was worth every penny! Yummylicious!! Wifey was pleased with her order as well. It was their Briased Short Ribs, and we'd recommend this also. My other favorite item was their dessert called The Corn. It is a Strawberry Flan Cheesecake with a graham cracker chili crumble. Looks like Corn, but tastes even better!!! All in all, we had a nice time. Next time, we'll come for brunch. It should be quieter then. Bon Appetit!!

Very good food. Nice change from the Italian and steak houses which seem to dominate LV restaurants. Only complete is service was slow. It probably took 10 minutes before a waitress approached our table. In the restaurants defense however I get the feeling they as well as other establishments are having trouble restarting after opening back up post COVID

I found Chica after it being recommended by Conde Nast magazine (my bible for all things travel). We arrived to the gorgeous restaurant and were seated at one of the high tables. Our waitress was a delight and made our experience all the better. Both her and her manager were chatting to us all night, joking with us and recommending cocktails and food to us. The staff definitely added to the whole experience but the food certainly did not disappoint either. I particularly enjoyed the array of tasty salsas and the pork main. So yummy!

We were here for a dinner and cocktail party prior to the wedding that we were attending the next day. The service here was terrific, the entertainment was wonderful. The servers and bartenders were very friendly and eager to serve. The food was plentiful and delicious. We really enjoyed our evening.

It was definitely fun. I enjoyed all the entertainment which included live music, dancing, fire handling etc. I had higher expectations for the food. We had Wagyu beef but wasnât entirely impressed for the price.

The Chica burgers can not compare with Prime Burger. Prime Burger was amazing. The grab n go at Chica was amazing.

Celebrating my sister's birthday with her and her husband. Our waiter Jack was very helpful and personable. Treated us well and brought birthday donuts with a candle. Sweet of him. The shrimp tacos, pastry basket and avocado toast were excellent. Muchas gracias!!

We sat at the bar one afternoon four almost 2 hours. The bartenders were fantastic. Bo, Sarah , Lauren and Danny were attentive, fun and loved taking care of their customers. The atmosphere was fun and loud. I loved their draft IPA, Bubble Stash. The Lychee shot was a tasty recommendation by Bo. We ate dinner the next night and again they exceeded expectations. We were seated quickly (not the usual at the other Venetian restaurants during the holiday weekend). Our server, Taylor was informative, happy and a real professional. The Shrimp Ceviche was fresh and tasty, the Chicken Enchiladas w/rice and beans on the side were beautifully presented and very fresh and tasty. The margaritas were very good also. Chica is a hidden gem at The Venetian.

Came to Chica after seeing the desserts on Tik Tok & the Gram and was blown away with all the other good. The Mole steak was some of the best skirt steak Iâve ever had, so flavorful, perfectly prepared and absolutely stunning. The drinks are creative and weâll thought out but most importantly the dessert was some of the best ever. The flaming skull with a horchata ice cream, marshmallows and chocolate cake was mind blowing and the cheesecake shaped like a corn was outrageous. Kudos to the exceptional pastry chef who is on another planet with their creativity!

Our group of 5 chose Chica for dinner and it was delicious! We ordered ceviche, arepas and empanadas as appetizers. The arepas are really small but tasty. There were 3 beef empanadas (so good!). For our main meal we shared the fried fish (sea bass), 16 oz rib eye and the corn elotes. The fish was served over peruvian tacu-tacu rice. The corn elotes were sweet and had an amazing taste. It was plenty of food. We also enjoyed the red sangria. Dinner and drinks was about $65/pp. This restaurant offers an excellent combination of latin flavors!

We had dinner here and the food was delicious as were the cocktails. The Birria empanadas to start were so good - cheesy & meaty. My husband got the salmon loved it. I got the short ribs which were delicious but very rich. The only cons were that the restaurant was very dark & the music was loud. Our server was also friendly & great.

Meet my wifeâs extended Family for Saturday Brunch. Nice restaurant very friendly staff. I order the Chica Burger medium well but it was burnt a little bit. Overall good experience.

We ordered the mixed grill, suckling pig, some shrimp quinoa dish, guacamole and ceviche. All the portions were perfect and the food tasted wonderful, our waiter was awesome and very attentive. This place was a bit pricey but it was perfectly in range for all we received, I would definitely go again.

Excellent food . Best shrimp tacos ever! Amazing review. Aurora took fantastic care of us along with Lalo and Sarah and Marcos! Amazing team and great night!

My wife and I dined here for brunch. Located at the Venetian Resort. My wife had the Latin Breakfast that she enjoyed. It includes two eggs, special potatos, sausage and arepas. I had the Baja breakfast burrito with the house potatos. Both meals were very good and I will return.

This is a fantastic restaurant! We had the chicken chicharrones for our appetizer and they were delicious. I had the kabobs and they did not disappoint. The chicken and steak melted in my mouth and the dipping sauces were so yummy. My husband had the steak and he was very happy with his meal. Our server was fantastic. He knew the drinks menu and the menu so well that he was able to recommend things to us based on what we were interested in trying. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

The food is AMAZING, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is upscale, fun and cozy. Jordan is our favorite server and treats us like family! Jerry and all of the managers went out of their way to introduce themselves and make us feel welcome and special. We've been coming to Vegas, more specifically the Palazzo for almost 20 years and Chica's is our absolute favorite restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner! Beth & Randy B

The best meal we had in Vegas this visit. Try the octopus, Barbacoa mushrooms, ceviche, tuna tartare, pork belly and carrots. The empanadaâs were also delicious. Elias our server was the best.

This restaurant INSIDE THE VENETIAN is nice and makes you feel like you're on vacation. Reasons? Wait staff makes you feel like you are special. Food comes on time. Menu choices are VERY WELL explained. (especially important when the menu is NEW TO YOU!) TASTY food.

Really enjoyed the burrito and fresh fruit I had for breakfast, recommended. The service was excellent along with the coffee.

Such an amazing experience! I am a hotel manager and i have never seen a better service! Chad and Bratt the best! My compliments to the manager and the staff!

Excellent wait staff , casual atmosphere, reasonable prices for vegas and FABULOUS food ! A very relaxing place to enjoy breakfast and feel the vegas vibe , located inside the Venetian

This was unexpectedly the best dinner ever! I wasn't expecting to be overly 'wow'ed' by Latin food but EVERYTHING was so good from the 'Mezze' to the salmon, the shrimp, the mashed potatoes, the margarita. The ambiance was beautiful, the service was great, the Spanish sherry was amazing - I cannot say enough good things. I looked to see if Lorena had any restaurants in Phoenix where we live - I see she doesn't but we would be the first ones to go if she opens something here. Highly impressed!

I cannot stress this enough MAKE YOU RESERVATIONS NOW we booked ours two weeks in advance and Vegas is the ONLY place that I have ever been to WITH reservations that walked you right to your table when you arrived. If you booked your fight or hotel BOOK RESERVATIONS these wait times for people were outrageous and most of them werenât even TAKING anymore walk ins for the night. My sister and I visited Chica on 3/18/2021 for brunch, we had made reservations at 10am the morning we checked out of our hotel. Chia was the only place during my stay that did not seat you immediately after having reservations. Whatâs the point of making reservations? We checked in 10 mins before then the manager was at the host table told us to come back at our time. We hovered around and came back, he then continued to seat others who walked up after us and told us to wait and theyâll call us. Another 15 minutes later a different host sat us. The ambiance of the restaurant itself was really nice and the location only because we were already staying at the Venetian so we didnât have to go anywhere LOL. Food: I got the baja breakfast burrito while my sister got EGGS BENEDICT CAZUELA both substituted with chicken sausage. The chicken sausage was sooooooo tasty. The burrito was okay it wasnât anything to die for, chickfila probably has better ones. The taste was just not there. The benedict was really a bit better but I can most defiantly say Iâve had better. The potatoes in both dishes were basically the same and I liked that a lot verses the actual food itself. Service: Probably the worst I had the whole trip. The server was completely awkward. Not once did she check on us or try to be friendly when we asked for recommendation she didnât really know nor care. I didnât get her name but she wore glasses. Weâd have to wave them over to refill our waters. The bus boys were ready to move everything which was nice because I donât like my table cluttered. &At the end she recommended the churros which was more than both of our meals which really pissed me off cause now we had to walk around with this bouquet of churro roses. &I kid you not we waited 20 mins after paying and eating for these mediocre churros. Maybe she just didnât like us because a group sat next to us while we were waiting and she seemed to love to have them. With so many nicer places in Vegas I gave this one the worst rating of the entire trip a 3/5 Go check out other places. Between the food and the service AND the price I wish we skipped out on this one.

Its all right! Empanadas selection interesting but a little dry. Food solid but not not extraordinary. Service very slow.

We had an amazing dinner experience celebrating my husbandâs 60th birthday in the private room at Chica. Everything was wonderful- attentive service, fantastic cocktails and delicious food. The shrimp ceviche, skirt steak and the flaming skull favorites. We had 28 people for dinner and everything was top-notch. One of our guests had celiac and the chef staff did a great job taking care of him. Fabulous choice in Las Vegas. The DJ and dancers in the bar late night were also so fun!

Edward and Adam were the best! Great service, great food. Awesome place to eat. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Poor service, way over priced, very greasy food. Went for brunch with my fiancé. We both had 1 drink, a brunch entre, and with an automatically added 18% gratuity the bill was $107.00....for breakfast/brunch! No coffee, juice, or side items. No thanks, never again.

This place is really good. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. We were in town a few days and went there twice....

Bad experience as far as I am concerned and despite the good grades: - we have been pushed towards consumption to spend as much as possible - we were overcharged (but I saw it) - the food is not up to standard (an industrial puree the size of a crÚme brûlée for $15 - many things missing from the menu (we are forced to take the most expensive wines) - decor: raw sticky wooden table - no animation - unpleasant smell of burnt meat In short, a very bad experience at $200

My oldest daughter and I enjoyed our breakfast. What tasty foods and excellent service. I would revisit! It was crowded due to conferences, but we made last minute online reservations and was accommodated. Kudos to the female owner!

Our crew had a very good brunch recently at Chica. Both cocktails and food were very good. Especially enjoyed the Empanadaâs. Convenient within the Palazzo/Venetian.

A member of our hotel staff highly recommended that we give CHICA try. His recco was spot on. The food, cocktails, and the service were all fantastic!

The food was absolutely delicious! Very nice flavor, well seasoned. We had the grilled sea bass and Peruvian rotisserie chicken. Michael was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the menu as well as funny! We had a great time!

I planned my husbandâs birthday dinner at CHICA because I had hosted a corporate dinner at Chica a year ago and it was fun, delicious and stunning, so I assumed I could not go wrong. Well it was a shade of its former self: the restaurant had no energy, the food was unremarkable and in some cases dried out. It was tired and phoning it in. That said, it was probably a solid C, where before it had been an A+++. I was disappointed to notice the change, because it had been a really unique place. Whether it was just a bad night for the staff or general malaise, CHICA lacks the sizzle and spice that it once had. Sad when a truly remarkable restaurant becomes just another Vegas celebrity shack.

We had the opportunity to try Chica for the first time and were very impressed. We all started with Ceviche and they were all good especially the lobster ceviche. All are other dishes were favorable and perfectly spiced. The service was excellent and the prices reasonable. Worth the visit.

I had seen the head Chef/ Partner on GMA winning a cook off trophy..we had a trip planned to Las Vegas and I new we had to stop and try her restaurant at the Venetian. A beautiful place tucked right off the casino floor..but not too loud..I started with the" Some like it hot" a wonderful spin on margarita..give your tastebuds a needed boost it is Wonderful!!!.Guacamole was very good and fresh with plantains and small corn like cakes to share on the plate also another good pick. I had the spicy shrimp tacos and my husband had the Peruvian style skirt steak omg!!! Great flavors we shared a side of crispy Piquin Fries..Give yourself a treat excite the ol' taste buds with some great Latin American flavors You will return also!!!đ

The food was delicious, but the atmosphere, it was amazing! You want the queso-birria tacos trust me! So delicious. The tacos are the small ones so be ready. Also had the beans and rice and shrimp tacos. All very good!

Very nice breakfast! Great service. Good pancakes and French toast. Excellent coffee ! Not cheap but hey it is Vegas

I ate at Chica and I have a very good burger and my server Jimmy was amazing. Good food good music and good service. Thanks Jimmy.

Good but not exceptional Mexican food. We are gluten free and had the waffles, street corn, and the chilaquiles. Everything was pretty good, with the street corn being the least exceptional (too Smokey tasting). I would eat here again in a pinch, but I would try something else if I had the chance.

I had made an Open Table 7:00 p.m. dinner reservations on a Tuesday way in advance, thank goodness, very popular restaurant. Now I know why, the ambience is wonderful, amazing food, amazing service. Thank you Taylor A. for making our experience so enjoyable. Located in The Venetian, convenient to where we were staying in the Palazzo, when we arrived we were greeted and seating in a cozy table for 2. I ordered a margarita and my friend ordered a La Medida Mezcal Flight while we perused the menu. My friend and I like to share, so we can get the most out of the menu. We ordered The Crispy Tuna Tacos, Wagyu Empanada, Pepita Crusted New Zealand Lamb Rack and the Truffle Fries. The Drinks were great. All the food came out hot, fresh, presented nicely and tasting great. The empanadas and lamb was by far the best of the dishes. Empanadas, so good we ordered another order. Just a side note: when you get the bill, the restaurant adds an automatic 18% tip included. Atmosphere: nice, open kitchen look. Service: excellent. Food: excellent.

Excellent food, different and exciting menu, great service, amazing drinks! Order appetizers and side dishes they are sooo good!

Our reservation was at 730pm. We were seated at 740pm. The waiter did not come to get our order until 8pm. I ordered salad. Order came at 9pm.

Great for families amazing desserts. We had the tomahawk steak and it was cooked to perfection the sides were amazing. The skull dessert was so tasty and very large dessert fed 3 of us.

To be fair, we did not eat here....not for lack of trying. We were seated for our reservation and waited 23 minutes to be acknowledged! NONE whatsoever, not even water service. Ridiculous and the hostess was just clueless on why we were seated and never had a server in that area. Too many staff members standing around chatting. The restaurant wasn't even busy. With as many options in the Venetian/Palazzo, doubtful we will try again. Very disappointing!

We stayed at the Venetian and enjoyed several breakfasts at the Chica restaurant. The food was very tasty and nicely presented. An interesting change from the standard American breakfast. Excellent, friendly and attentive service.

We were looking for a nice sit-down dinner and something a little different than we can get at home. Chica was an excellent choice for us with delicious Latin flavours and a wonderful menu to pick from. We were seated right at our reservation time. Our server was friendly and able to answer any questions we had about the menu. Drinks came quickly as did our mains (we skipped on apps because we wanted to have room for dessert). We ordered the half chicken dish and the short ribs dish as well as a side of the brussel sprouts. Everything was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Our dessert coffee and tres leches cake to finish the meal was excellent. The table seated beside us complained it was "too dark" and "too loud" inside the restaurant. The music was probably a couple of levels too high for the space and atmosphere but did not bother us too much. Just keep in mind. 18% gratuity was automatically added for our party of 2. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend CHICA.

Went as a group of 5 people in town on business. Service was attentive but not intrusive, food and flavors were good, and everyone enjoyed their entrees.

We came here expecting chips and salsa and while we have had their amazing salsa trio (compete with arepas and plantain chips) their brunch was out of this world. Bottomless mimosas are topped off with three different juice choices and homemade chorizo and cheesy arepas made the eggs benny stand out! Topped it off with a rum and butterscotch sticky bun. So good! Our waiter, Jimmy H. was so attentive (although he was a bears fan) and fun to talk to. We will be back every yearly Vegas trip and will make it a point to get to brunch!

Saw the flaming skull on IG and had to try it. Itâs better than advertised! Amazing! All the food was perfectly prepared, service top notch, and it will be a place I come to on every Vegas trip! Itâs a must go!

We made some last second reservations for lunch for right before we had to head to the airport and it was a great last meal of the trip. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The arepas were all delicious and tasted great dipped in the sauces that came with my peruvian chicken. The peruvian chicken was flavorful and juicy. The truffle fries were delicious and crispy. My mom said the poblano quesadilla was delicious as well. We would love to come back on a future trip.

Best food we had in Vegas! We had mushroom tortillas, guacamole, street corn, vegetables tempura, empanadas, chocolate cake, watermelon margaritas, and wine- all of the above were side dishes that filled the table and our tummies - with clean plates everywhere

Are you looking for a slightly fancier breakfast with a latin kick, if so welcome to CHICA. I had the Eggs Benedict which was served with a cheese arepa and chorizo instead of an english muffin and ham, the hollandaise was also switched up for a light yet zippy sauce that paired well with the marble potatoes. My companion got the Yucca hash with crispy hunks of porchetta and well cooked brussell sprouts. While I felt the dish lacked cohesion that tied the dish together my companion loved how light and airy the yucca was and how flavor packed the porchetta was.

How Reviews Work 5 Stars - Best ever on all experiences. 4 Stars - Best In the area. 3 Stars - Above Average. 2 Stars - Average or maybe a little lower. 1 Star - Below Average. 0 Stars - Terrible to even gross. My wife's favorite spot to dance. We visited here a few times for drinks and they were always friendly. 4 Stars

I have been disappointed with so many celebrity chefs restaurants in Las Vegas. However Ms. Garcia really impressed me with her food. We ordered family style ( 6 Different items) and all were great. Will be going back here over and over. Everything we tried tasted amazing.

I have been to Chica twice for breakfast and both times were a great experience. We did not have reservations both times however, I enjoy sitting at the booths against the wall adjacent to the bar area where I can see the casino floor on one side and the restaurant on the other side. The waitstaff is very courteous and trained to make sure the customer is taken care of. This time (since it was almost lunch) we ordered a bottle of wine with our âbrunchâ â they had a nice Gruner Veltliner that we shared and it was light, crisp and delicious! They brought us an ice bucket to keep it chilled while we decided on our entrees. I ordered the sunnyside up eggs, potatoes, arepas and grilled sausage. The potatoes were simply amazing with pasilla peppers, onions, red peppers and the small baby potatoes were so crispy and tasty! My husband had the avocado toast with two poached eggs added. He raved about how there was a layer of guacamole with a sliced avocado on top. The poached eggs were a bit of a challenge. He ordered yolks runny and one of the eggs came out well done in fact we sent that one egg back 3 times and we finally just asked for it cooked sunny side up and success! The other time I visited for breakfast I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and it was just amazingly delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant located inside the Venetian. There are different areas to eat such as the bar high top tables, a nice comfortable sofa area, and the regular seating area around the ceviche bar.

Delicioso!! The ambiance is chic and lively. It's a total vibe! The Hostesses set my entire Birthday mood up RIGHT! They were professional yet personable and celebratory, especially Serenity. They also gave PERFECT suggestions! I started with mildly spicy Shrimp Ceviche, which was an ocean's dream! Fresh, FULL of FLAVOR. I also requested the house Hot Sauce, which only a miniscule dollop gave it just the right amount of kick. Be clear, without it, the Shrimp Ceviche is still perfect! Had the Fire Roasted Ginger glazed Salmon accompany the House Salad. The Salmon was seasoned and seared to perfection! Although, I had the Ginger glaze, it didn't need it at all. The Had a glass of Taittinger's Briefing. My Waitstaff, Douglas, was on point! Personable, professional, efficient and nailed his timeliness of service. It's right next to Yardbird. Although, Yardbird is always one of our 1st stops, Chica will now be added to the rotation! Ended with a slice of fresh and light Tres Leche's Birthday cake. Loved EVERYTHING about my ENTIRE experience at Chica!!!!!

Probably our best dining experience in Las Vegas, Chica! I got a recommendation from a co-worker who came about a month earlier. Located in the Venetian/Palazzo restaurant row, it was also very convenient to where we were staying. We also had the Katy Perry concert to attend that night, so the location worked out great for us. Had a couple of "Chica Ritas" to start out the dinner. They were yummy. For an appetizer, we got the grilled octopus. Really, really good. Oh, and tablemate insisted I get the ahi tuna/caviar taco for $25. Really good. I even got her to take a nibble, her first experience with the salted eggs. But, I did not convert her. Yet. For the entrée, we split the Anticuchos, a sampler plate of different grilled meats. Lamb, steak, chicken and chorizo. Really good, and about the right amount of food for us to share. We nailed the side dishes! The mashed taters extraordinaire (my term), and especially the street corn were really awesome! Our sommelier led the way with the vino, as we took her recommendation on a bottle under $100. We ended up with the Beronia Gran Reserve. It went really well with dinner, and it was only $80! Only you say. In the grand scheme of Las Vegas things, a real bargain. She even surprised us with a special glass of sherry! We had a really nice dinner at Chica. Karis, our server was wonderful. I hope to make it back here someday. Five stars.

During an extended weekend trip to Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere, we spent quite a bit of time at the Venetian (even though it wasn't the hotel we were staying in). Among the four big meals we had, brunch at Chica was our favorite by far. Great ambience/vibe with a DJ. Great portions at decent prices (for Vegas at least). Good drinks. And the food tasted great.

I really love lamb chops, but I told the waiter just to pick out something for me. And he brought me the most perfect lamb chops Iâve ever had. Tender, seasoned lightly, mouth-watering. Accompanied by fantastic sides and cocktails, this was a most memorable meal. Highly recommended.

The hostess was extremely friendly, and sat us right away. We sat in a spot where we could look at the bar and other tables in the restaurant. The ambience was dim, which was nice for a romantic dinner. The bartender was also our server, and he was phenomenal. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks were great, and so was the food!

Overpriced mediocre food, not worth the hype. I insisted so much on going here while in Vegas, what made the disappointment even bigger. 3 people, 3 coffees, 1 order of tiny small empanadas and 3 sandwiches 1 orange juice and we paid over 147$ The cuban sandwich was soggy, tasteless and not a real cuban one, the fries were just precut frozen fries (tasted like those) and overall tasteless, we left half the sandwich. Service was ok, but nothing special. Coffee was good!! A literal waste of our money and stomach space. Place is nice

Very good food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere! We started with the crispy calamari with a charred tomato salsa and the Mexican lobster ceviche. My husband and I agreed that the calamari was the best weâve ever had. I was tender and cooked perfectly! The charred tomato sauce was unique and delicious. The ceviche was was made with tomato, jalapeño agua chile, red onion, cilantro, avocado and a crunch surprise...popcorn! Yes, popcorn...and it was fabulous! We also had the grilled sweet corn on the cob with chipotle and cotija cheese. The main part of our meal was the grilled Peruvian octopus with blistered padron peppers, crispy quinoa, and aji amarillo sauce. We ended the night with a churro tower made with cinnamon churro rings and Mexican hot chocolate ganache...wow!

I want to start off by saying: ITâS SO CUTE INSIDE!! I went here for a birthday dinner after reading all of the amazing reviews about this place. I do believe corners have been cut post covid and unfortunately one major corner must have been the actual chef. This place had amazing service from the manager, Bernardo to the server of my table, Jordan. Now to the food: The octopus was in a horrible cream sauce that wasnât complementary of the rubbery texture, the plantains werenât cooked well and were chopped soooo thick they looked and felt horrible, the libation was good, the shrimp tacos were bearable with lime zest, the poor sweet potato was cooked so well but had pumpkin seeds and some strange salty glaze on top, the street corn was the best dish on the menu, and the chicken was pink in the center. It was truly a disaster. But: the upsides were the service and the decor. Hopefully this place can invest in their food quality for future however I wonât be returning...

Great food great service but the table was tiny barely have space for our food and drinks and some table were really close to each other but overall it was good

Probably a 3.5. Our party of four had some breakfast vouchers as part of our stay and decided to give Chicaâs a try. Service was spotty (missing silverware, had to search for server, wasnât informed of menu) but pleasant enough. When using vouchers we learned the portions are much smaller so itâs not quite the deal we thought. Breakfast burrito was decent, sticky bun was awesome, sweet corn pancakes lacked flavor. I wouldnât travel to this restaurant from another hotel but if youâre already here itâs worth a try.

We had a fantastic lunch here. Lesley our waitress was super lovely and the tacos were amazing. Really nice cocktails too. Would return.

Our second visit to Chica at the Venetian. Both meals were spectacular! Good spice and variety of flavors. I had the Benedict/side of fruit and my husband tried the hash with chorizo. French press coffee is terrific. Great service too. Highly recommended!

$48 for two drinks and they add in a gratuity already. Place is ok but pricing a joke. If you wanted to bet buzzed with a friend your bill could be $200 or more for a few drinks.

I don't understand all of the really good reviews here. That was not my experience at all. Music was so loud you could not have a conversation. The bachelorette party next to me solved that by yelling to each other. Waitress took my order and then was not seen again until I requested the check. My $21.00 Cuban sandwich had no taste at all. a lot of better choices on restaurant row in the Venetian or up and down the Strip.

Prices are ridiculous, $6 PER Diet Coke refill. The brunch menu supposedly is delicious but it seemed mediocre. Cuban sandwich was only âjust okâ The food doesnât in any way match the ridiculous prices

Was here for a conference, and we used Chica as a base. The staff were incredible, especially Antonio (?) for whom anything that was needed was no effort at all. The restaurant itself is fantastic, its not hard to have a good atmosphere in a place like this. The food however, was out of this world! The tartare, the ceviche, the anticuchos or the baby back ribs - all incredible, and the flaming skull to end - great theatre! All in all, if I was heading back to Vegas - this place would have a couple of reservations from me immediately!! Thank you for making what was a phenomenal trip, even better!

First, my spouse and I are LV locals and dine at The Venetian often. We had tried Chica for cocktails but not for a meal. I received a casino offer for 25% off food. Made a lunch reservation for yesterday. Their web site states Happy Hour during the week in bar/lounge area only. Hostess told us no Happy Hour for over 2 months and the seating closed in bar area at tables. Not enough staff, we assume. She took us to the farthest table in the back of the restaurant. Terrible location. Sad no thanks, letâs go back up front. We waited a bit for service. She apologized for the wait and proceeded to tell us again, no Happy Hour for 2-1 drinks. Husband asked if they carried a certain whiskey. She replied she didnât know what it was. We ordered 2 simple cocktails with ice on the side of our regular đ„. She got the order mixed up, confused. Not a good sign. Manager comes over and proceeds to ask us what we ordered. Told her and we mentioned they need to correct site for HH. She says that there IS a HH. What? She goes to bar and comes back shortly to tell us they were out of the whiskey we ordered.(CR) She should have offered us ANY cocktail we wanted complimentary for the inconvenience. We decided to leave. So much confusion..just for drinks. We could only imagine how bad the meal would be. Never got to sit where we wanted, never got to enjoy our cocktails and never got to dine there. Nice decor but it doesnât make up for lousy, actually No service. Manager, if you are reading this, we would love to have an invite back for the when the staff is trained professionally and you have Crown Royal whiskey.
Some details to improve
The hostesses were condescending the 2 times I spoke to them. The waiter was very friendly. We went to eat there because it was almost the only thing open in the hotel. We liked the place and the food. They just need more friendly people at the entrance.
