Had really high hopes for this place going in as we saw many positive reviews across social media. Extremely disappointed with both the service and food. Our waters were never refilled and we had to ask twice for more water. One of those was only refilled half way. Server was very hasty and often dripped water on our tables and dishes as he was pouring the water even though the restaurant was literally half empty. Food was wildly overrated. We ordered the parihuela amelcochada expontenciada which was listed as a must try item. The risotto was not at all creamy. The catch of the day was frankly overcooked and under seasoned. The risotto was so salty it tasted as if it was cooked using sea water. Other dish we ordered was the tacu tacu de aji de gallina, which is a dish we saw many reviews of online. This dish was also over salted and the pieces of filet mignon were not at all “soft” as described on the menu. It was overcooked and tough to eat. The “jumbo shrimp” were actually just normal sized, over cooked, and gummy. Given the disappointment in food and service we were considering leaving a smaller tip or not tipping at all, however the server rudely selected the 20% tip option for us and brought it right to our hand holding our card. We weren’t given the choice to even select our tip %. Please avoid this restaurant. Overall, this restaurant is extremely overrated. Between the poor service, mediocre food, and unprofessional behavior, it’s not worth the hype.

CVI.CHE105 is an amazing spot for Peruvian food. The decor immediately stands out—it’s colorful, fun, and gives the restaurant a great vibe. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were very satisfying. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff was professional and welcoming, and our server Henry was especially great and very attentive. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

It has become an annual tradition we go to Ceviche every January. This year was special, we had a long flight delay and just made it before they closed. Our waiter was superbe, his suggestions were spot on. The spritzer, clams with ceviche was mind blowing. Both of our mains were amazing. My wife had the Sea bass, o had a mixture of steak, shrimp, octopus and fish…wow. Dessert was perfect. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the USA

Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant lady at the front of the restaurant. Things then quickly turned when her colleague came over and in Spanish (unbeknownst to her my daughter is studying Spanish ) and looked up up and down before telling her to seat us at the back of the restaurant in a separate section , which my daughter informed me when we were seated in a separate room to the man entrance . We immediately requested to be moved and were . This was an extremely unnecessary and rude treatment towards us all . The date was 30th December 2025 , This was a shame as the meal itself was excellent , service was quick , but our waitress had far too many tables to manage and was unable to clear our table before brining the next courses . So a mixed experience overall .

Wow! We asked AI for the best seafood restaurant on Lincoln Road and this is what was recommended and it didn’t disappoint. Really good and not your usual selection. Vidal our server was brilliant as was Nico. Don’t miss this if you’re on South Beach!

We came here based on a recommendation from an acquaintance in Dallas. It was an absolutely fantastic meal and service. Louis? Lewis? Was our server and didn’t leave out one single detail. We trusted his recommendations and we were not disappointed. Such a fun, festive environment! Five stars all the way around!

They use those horrible red robots to deliver which are always late and never work . No way to get into the thing and don’t bother calling the restaurant, the call just keeps dropping out constantly. The number on the robot also doesn’t work. So after waiting an hour, our food is sitting up the street with no way of opening the robot. Guys…sort out your phone for calls, and use real people for your deliveries. Pissed off client.

Our waiter Franco was helpful with choosing what to try as I had never had Peruvian food. The short ribs were great & easily shared if you’re not a hearty eater. We had the tres ceviche appetizer. The spicy one was the best and should be tried last. We had it first which made the other two taste bland when they weren’t. The strawberry cake dessert and pisco sours were the best part of the meal!

We walked over from South beach to get some variety. The location and atmosphere are amazing. The textures and art created a great ambiance. The food was incredible, however the service was by far the worst I can ever recall. (And the service in Miami is already pretty awful) We had to eat half our meal with anything to drink. I’d like to assume the waitress was in the weeds, but her tone was condescending as well. The managers and floor support didn’t help either. After waiting patiently for 20-30 minutes, We had to wave down staff to get our bill so we could finally leave. I’d give it zero stars except that the food was so good it deserves something.

Had a wonderful dinner at Cev.che while visiting Miami. While I was familiar with ceviche, I’ve not experienced an authentic, high end, Peruvian cuisine before. Restaurant was well designed with a high energy atmosphere. Dora, our server, helped explain the various types and styles of ceviche, and recommended an amazing trio of white, yellow and red ceviches with a lobster addition. Highly recommended. Well, read the reviews and thought it would be a good restaurant. It was just around the corner from our Condo so great location. What a disappointment, the food lacked flavour, sorry to say. We got the sushi roll which was tasteless due to the white sauce overpowering any other flavours, not possible to taste the crab at all. Then my wife had the fried fish dish, which was OK but if you can't fry a pieces of fish then you shouldn't be in the restaurant business. I had a steak dish and the steak was tasteless. The only flavour was the sauce which to me tasted no different to a good old stir fry, oyster sauce and soy. Maybe we just picked the wrong dishes, but if they are on the menu they should taste good. The only saving grace was that our waiter was a very nice guy and explained the various dishes to us. A very disappointed customer who won't be back . Based on my above comments not great value for money either.
