We dined at Cable 55 several times during our stay. We had dinner and drinks a few times and breakfast every day. The thing that made this restaurant so dynamic and kept us returning every day for breakfast was the incredible service provided by Lorenzo. He is simply amazing. The first morning I came down for breakfast with my Diet Coke in hand (tired and not exactly coherent), ate, and had another Diet Coke with breakfast. When Lorenzo found out we were going to be spending all day at a conference, he brought an unopened can over to me and said to take one for the road in case I needed it. I really needed it (stupid time change.) The next day, when I sat down he greeted me by name, brought me a Diet Coke and asked how the conference went. The next day, he greeted both of us by name, brought our drink orders without asking, and remembered our omelette orders. I mean, come ON! That man is a saint! Waiting tables is hard. I did it (very badly) in college and I know that it takes a lot of personality, care, and dedication to remember customers and make them feel special. The food tasted good, the atmosphere was pleasant, but Lorenzo is a national treasure. Also, he has very snazzy taste in socks so we are totally sending him a care package when we get back. Breakfast this morning wasn’t the same without Lorenzo!

Typical restaurant lounge. Food was ok but nothing special. Lots of TVs for sports. Service was a little slow.

worst experience ever. don't recommend unless you want to be ignored by the wait staff, get over priced drinks and end up leaving hungry.

In January, we were back at the Parc 55 for a short business stay, and before I headed to the airport to meet my wife, for our return to Phoenix, I had wine again, at Cable 55. Their wine list is short, but they still had the Cakebread Chardonnay on it, so I was set. Now, two sides of Cable 55 are glass, but the weather outside was not worth looking at - it was getting bad, and rather quickly. I would find out how bad, in short time. Wine finished, I went down to the waiting car, when United Airlines told me that our flight back to Phoenix was canceled, but that they had put us onto a flight through LAX. Well, once in the car, the notice came in, that it too had been canceled, We were off to OAK, to try and get on a Southwest flight home to Phoenix! I missed the comfort of Cable 55, and missed their wine list, and the very good service I had once more received. I will be returning, and hope to have time for lunch there, on the next visit.

We arrived in Parc 55 really late, we did not know San Francisco and wanted food before bed and thought that the restaurant on site was the quickest option . . . we ordered 2 burgers (okay, warm but nothing special), some hummus and pitas and some wings. 5 soft drinks and a pizza . . . $240. .. . definitely an expensive mistake. Gave 2 stars as the staff were great and the food was fine - but not $240 worth by a long shot

We had breakfast here, it is part of the Parc 55 hotel. The food was great, the variety of choices was abundant and we left full and ready to see the town. The coffee served here was incredible, best ever at a hotel and the orange juice was fresh squeezed.

This is a hotel bar/restaurant attached to Parc 55. The food was fine, but nothing special considering that San Francisco has so many great options. We ate here one night out of convenience. It's expensive for what it is... The only upside was that the entire bar/restaurant was served by two waiter who were excellent. They were constantly on the hustle to make sure every table was taken care of...I'm afraid without these two guys this place would die.

I have been to a lot of restaurants but I have never been to one without dessert. When we travel we go to the hotel restaurant so we can have a drink and dessert without our teenagers. To our disappointment the restaurant did not have dessert and they could not make a blended margarita or daiquiri. I was shocked that a restaurant in a large hotel could not accommodate these simple request. Our waiter was very nice and tried to make us happy. Management needs to review their bar and menu.

The lunch and dinner menu are pretty reasonably priced considering this is in the heart of San Francisco. I stayed in this hotel so it was convenient, I'm not sure if I'd go again if I was staying in another hotel.

The food menu is limited to bar snacks, however they are prepared quickly and are quite tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful

OK spot for breakfast. Decent buffet. Lots of options to choose from. Service is fast. My only complaint was that the eggs were a bit overcooked.

Limited menu + limited service. The restaurant was almost empty at the lunch hour when a conference was going on. The server was polite but did the minimum.

On the 2nd floor where there is 2 breakfast section ; one is full breakfast ; one is continental breakfast . I had my full breakfast inside the restaurant parc 55 ; breakfast was ok . Service was better! After I left my table ; there is a continental breakfast section display which is next to the full breakfast section . I was thirsty and opt for green tea by myself and got stopped / asked by " POOR situation awareness"coat staff lady . I believe she must be from the restaurant counter . She didn't know I had my breakfast inside the restaurant ; she said this is continental breakfast section . I said isn't it from the same restaurant ? She did not answer my question . I asked again " are you sure ? " then she said go ahead have your green tea . Poor service from the staff lady . Her service is below any stars . Note : there is 2 staff ladies with coat . Not the Chinese staff lady . It's the OTHER ONE. I was humble luckily

I was at Parc55 for a conference. Because the hotel room wasn't ready, I was given a free drink coupon. The day had been a series of unfortunate events, so the coupon was a welcome relief. We asked the registration person about a good restaurant and she directed us to the concierge who we found to be completely unhelpful, in fact, he was actually frustrating. He took a long time to be frustrating, too. To make matters worse, I had just received news that my dog had died. Not a good day, so off to the bar we went. Then Gerry happened. Gerry turned it all around! When we asked him about where to eat at the wharf and he enthusiastically gave us the name of a place and suggested a dish there. He told us how to get around the city and was unbelievably gracious and pleasant. Gerry is the best around! AND...he told us about the best drink. Now, I'm not generally a cocktail person. I typically stick to wine or beer. However, everyone on the planet should try the Pretty in Pink. It's a great balance of fruity, but not sweet. Unbelievable! We came back the next night and will be back again. Thank you Gerry!! Go see him, order a drink, and say hi!

We ate breakfast at the Cable 55 since we were staying at the Parc 55 Hotel. The cost of breakfast for the two of us was $69. All we got from the buffet were scrambled eggs, sausage links, pastry, and cheese slices. Save your money and eat breakfast somewhere else.

I had a drink or two and appetizer on a couple of nights while staying at the Parc 55. There was a happy hour with reduced prices and a BOGO coupon so the sticker shock wasn't too bad. Quality of drinks and food was above average and bartenders/servers were friendly and helpful. They seemed to close early, though.

Slow and disorganized service. Food is OK when you're hungry. Chicken was slightly undercooked (slightly pink) and the waiter didn't seem to care about it.

I had breakfast twice at Cable 55 while staying in the hotel. The continental buffet was very good. There was a variety of fresh pastry, cold cuts, cheese, and fruit. The berries were great! I had the same server both days and he was excellent. Cable 55 was a pleasant surprise in the hotel.

Cable 55 is the bar and restaurant in the hotel of the Parc 55, located on the main lobby level. The bar area has a very modern feel. The restaurant area was great in that there were floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the surrounding very bustling area. My stop at the bar here was great; the bartender was friendly, and very efficient. The staff at the restaurant was also very friendly. I had lunch here on an early afternoon after checking in to the hotel, and had a Cobb salad. The salad itself was good; but the relatively small size, the iceberg lettuce, and the relatively small amounts of bacon and blue cheese didn't seem to warrant the exorbitant $21 price tag. The salad was delivered very quickly, though, which helped out with my scheduling for the rest of the day. All in all a good place to grab a drink, but the restaurant...while having good staff and decent food...seemed to be overprices.

It was easily accessible as we were staying at the hotel - that is the only way I would recommend it. There are so many places to eat in the city, that the price tag on these options just aren't worth it.

We stayed, for the first time, at the Parc 55, in September. I had spotted Cable 55, the lobby bar and restaurant, when we checked in. On this trip, my wife had dawn to late night meetings, including dinner, and lunch, so I was solo. I stopped into the bar area, after unpacking, and sampled their wine list, which is limited, but serviceable. The next day, I had time to kill, between check-out and my pickup to SFO, so decided on trying the restaurant for a late, light lunch. Seating is open (with the exception of a slightly lower level, which is closed after breakfast), so I seated myself at a medium-sized table, near the glass wall, overlooking Eddy Street – one floor below – the restaurant is in the second floor lobby, overlooking Cyril Magnin and Eddy Streets. The space is attractive, and open, with well-spaced tables. I thought that the lighting was more than adequate, but had a wall of windows behind me. I did find the bar, and its seating area to be a bit dark, and claustrophobic, the afternoon before, but not so the dining room. Service was good, and I had my wines on the table, in but moments: Cakebread Napa Chardonnay Meiomi California Pinot Noir I decided on the Ahi Tuna Sandwich – Dry-rubbed Seared Tuna on Starter Bakery Focaccia w/ avocado, orange aioli and a green salad. The Tuna was sliced a bit thinner, than I would have liked, and the Avocado was piled up to the point of the sandwich being difficult to eat – the Avocado slices kept “slipping out” of the bread. The Orange Aioli did not do anything for me, and I am thinking that a Ginger-wasabi Sauce would have been better – OK, but I have had better. Since I am still on “Burger Quest,” I should have tried their Burger, but just felt like something lighter. Though we stayed at the Parc 55, my two visits were short, and I did not get to explore the menu in-depth, so can only comment on this one sandwich. I will try their Burger next time!

Hotel restaurant with casual feel Clean and decent service Prices mid level The food was very subpar Hamburger was alright, but I’ve had better at many fast food restaurants Pasta with chicken was dreadful with what looked and tasted live precooked chicken cubes Fish dish looked palatable Brussels sprout appetizer inedible I hope that isn’t the standard. If so, I’d definitely go elsewhere

After a rough day of traveling, we finally landed at the hotel at 1:30, one room was ready and the other was not. We traveled around and waited for the 2nd room. Finally at 5:30 our 2nd room was ready. The front desk apologized as much as they could, and offered their Coincerge (Rob) to point us to some local hot spots. Again, we are exhausted from traveling, we had bad news earlier in the day, We are frustrated about the 2nd room not being ready, and even got lost at one point when we first arrived. We are defeated. When we went to the coincerge, he was very unhelpful. In fact, he evaded our simple questions like “where do locals go for seafood on the wharf” or “what is nearby we have to try or do”. We never got an answer and responses were “that is subjective”... which wasn’t helpful on an awful day. So... we walked over to the bar. We needed a drink. That’s when we met GERRY! GERRY was AMAZING. Very patient and kind. When we asked him the same questions he politely answered and even told us tricks to get around San Fran. He had no idea we had such a bad day, and yet he was the best thing we needed at that time! He smiled even though he was slammed. He kept on top of it! When we asked who his boss was to tell them how great he was, he simply said “just telling me you had a good experience was enough”. Who does that? Someone who is humble and kind! GERRY is the reason we came back to the bar the next night, and continued to come back to Cable55 because of him! He is the best piece of retention for the bar. He deserves to be recognized for all his great work! GERRY IS THE BEST! Come here and say hi to GERRY! Also, get the “Pretty in Pink” made by Joe Joe! This drink was recommended by GERRY, and as someone who does not like cocktails, this drink was totally worth it! **CHEERS** #gerryforpresident #gerryforthewin #gerryneedsaraise #gerryrocks #gerryshashtag

We had the cold breakfast during our stay. They serve orange juice or coffee with cereal, pastry, bread, hard boiled eggs, salad, yogurt, cold cuts and cheese. The wait staff were friendly and efficient.

This is the only place where you can use credit cards. This is a convenience store that is only open in the morning, and you can use it for coffee etc. The store has five special menus. I'm not sure what the turkey sandwich and breakfast are like. For beer, they served me the recommended pilsner, but I don't know the brand. You can see the main intersection from the restaurant, and I realized that this is a surprisingly small town.

We came for the hotel breakfast consecutively for two days being served by two different server however staff named Quoc is being very attentive and friendly. Not only towards us but he has shown his friendliness to most of the patrons here. Need more staff like him!

I stayed at Parc 55 for a weekend getaway and after checking in went to their restaurant, Cable 55. I enjoyed the food here so much that I dined here three times in two days. Highly recommend the turkey reuben and fish tacos. The highlight for me though was the service. There’s nothing quite like finding a place that makes you feel at home. Eduardo did just that. Eduardo greeted me and invited me to sit wherever I wanted on my first visit. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and made personal recommendations as well. My second visit later that evening, Eduardo was my server again. He welcomed me back, and took a moment to ask how my stay was going. I appreciate it when hospitality folks make time to check in with their guests. It’s a step of service that is often missing and really sets a place apart when it’s present. Eduardo made a lasting impression with his kindness and sincerity. I visited one last time the following evening, and Eduardo was not my server, but he came by to say hello and gave me a bar snack while I waited for my meal. I have worked in hospitality for 25 years. I know good service, I know bad service, and I know GREAT service. Big shout out and thank you to Eduardo for making my stay and my meals so pleasant and memorable. I will most definitely be back!

We stayed at the Parc 55 and enjoyed a craft cocktail with a window seat overlooking bustling Market Street at night. The service was very good--Thank you, Pat. The cocktails were excellent and we sipped and watched for over an hour--very relaxing.

The menu selections are excellent. We ordered the Angus burger and the shrimp -- not ordinary at all. Flavor was excellent! Did not like that most of the tables by the windows were blocked off while we were there - that's one of the main attractions of this restaurant that is touted on their website.

Typically staffed by a single bartender and single waiter, this is the only restaurant in this hotel affiliated with the Hilton (the other restaurant is in leased space apparently). Food is decent, but expensive. Service is very slow.. they are understaffed.

We had dinner here Friday Night after we checked in. We had the Margarita Pizza, Shaved Brussel Sprouts, and Mac-n-Cheese. These were excellent choices. They also have an excellent selection of single malt scotches, which I did partake in!! Expensive, but Oh so good! The service was good too.

They typical hotel meals here and a limited menu which is the same for lunch and dinner. Breakfast looked good but was buffet only and very expensive. Service was above average for this below average meal and menu.

I've been to many hotel bars/restaurants, and this one was ok. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Arrived to the hotel late and was looking for food. Went downtairs around 10pm or so, apparently before the kitchen closed. Ordered some pizza and a couple of appetizers. Pizza was decent, especially since I was hungry. Went there for a drink on a Thursday night. Not too busy at all. Overall, it was good, but not a place that's distinct from your average hotel bar/restaurant.

I simply loved it. We can stop right there but I think you want to hear more...? We were a party of four and we had pizza, sliders, the pretzel burger, the boneless chicken bites and the wings. The wings were a little on the spicy side. The waiters were not perfect but they were personal. I would much rather like a personal waiter over a waiter who makes no mistakes but do not take the time to talk to the guests. And they left us alone when we didn't need anything. They paid attention when needed. And the bar served a wonderful Moscow Mule - both the regular one and the Peach Mule. I simply enjoyed Cable 55. Keep up the fantastic work.

I really like the ambience of this bar/restaurant. We had breakfast here daily and it was filling. Not sure of the cost being that it was included with the package through my travel club. The service was good and was able to handle the large group I was with.

We are staying at the Parc 55 and need to grab a late night snack. This bar serves food until 1100 pm. I know this is San Francisco but I found the menu prices to be way inflated for the food. We had chicken wings which were basically $2/wing. They were OK, not that meaty. The roasted nuts were $6 for probably 50 cents worth of nuts. Will only eat here again if we are desperate!

While waiting for our room to be ready we waited in the bar/lounge area- love having t.v's all around for sports and the appetizers were AMAZING! It's swanky but yet chill all at the same time! Try the sweet potato flatbread, all I can say is "wow"! Waiter was friendly and bartender was great! I'm glad we're here for 3 days!

Cable 55 breakfast bar was fantastic during our stay in the hotel. The buffet has a wide assortment to choose from with one item changing daily - pancakes, waffles or French toast. It even had a Chinese selection, fresh fruit, jams, breakfast sweet rolls, soups, European selections of cheezes and loks, dumplings - crazy good.

We returned to the Hilton Parc 55 in April, and once more, I stopped into the Cable 55 restaurant/bar, in the lobby (second floor), but only for wine. Being an HHonors Diamond, and the booking plan, I got credits at Cable 55, so could think of no better way to use those, than with a bit of wine – besides, I had time between check-out, and our car to the airport. I started this visit off at the HHonors desk, to discuss checking out, but maintaining my room account, to get the credits for my wine, at Cable 55. The delightful agent pushed a key, or two, and told me, “just enjoy your wine. Everything is taken care of.” Simple, easy, and her smile was the “cherry atop the sundae.” The hostess had me at a table, to the side of the bar area, but not quite into the restaurant’s main dining room. That seemed to be closed, as this was mid-afternoon. Service was a bit slow, but there was a great deal of activity at the bar – it appeared that a construction project was about to start, as folk were taking all sorts of measurements. No one was seated at the bar, though there were a few at tables/booths, just beyond a separating wall, from where I sat. Amidst the measuring, and discussions on aspects of the bar, I finally saw, and flagged down the bartender. From that point on, service was very good. The wine list was still short, so I had few decisions to make, and I pretty much knew what I wanted anyway, the Cakebread Napa Chardonnay. I had time for two glasses. I just relaxed, turned on my MiFi hotspot, and pulled out my iPad. In this post-lunch lull, it was nice just sitting, and getting a bit of work done, with a nice wine. The afternoon sun was lighting the main dining area (actually a level and a half), through the walls of windows. The area, where I sat was nicely illuminated. A pleasant way to kill some time, and I will be interested to see what the construction project at the bar turns out to be.

If you are a guest here and want a drink, this is the place. (Also serves food.) It's not particularly attractive and not particularly comfortable, but it does the trick. I wouldn't go out of my way to experience this spot, but if you are in the hotel, you can expect your average hotel bar experience.

We had an awesome breakfast the lasted me throughout the day. Service was prompt and efficient. Food was fresh and warm.

We had to wait about 2 hours for our room to be ready so we had a bite and drinks at the bar and it was quite good. I might not seek this out for a fine dining experience but for convenience in the hotel it was a Godsend. Very nice staff

I stayed at the Hilton 55 for 3 days on business last week. Lorenzo went above and beyond the first two mornings I had breakfast here. On the 3rd day, he had coffee, juice and a reserved sign on a table for me! I would definitely come back just to have him as my waiter. Food was excellent as well!

Stayed at the hotel and ate dinner one night. Soup was fine, steak was fine. They don't serve desert. Noisy. Hard to hear the waiter.

I came here after walking all over the city and was tired so I came to the second floor and totally uncrowded and looking out on a nice view and happy hour from 3 to 6. How can you beat that? And the food is great.

This is a good place for a quick dinner. I ordered the combo steak, fish tacos and chimichanga got $24. Lots of food and tasty. Server was very helpful.

Our first night staying at Parc 55, we wanted a quick meal, so went down and ordered burgers and fries to take to the room. Excellent Angus burger with great bacon and an excellent white cheddar. Shoestring fries were just perfect. Later in our stay, we went down for happy hour and had the house red and the house made chips and dip. Loved the Point Reyes blue cheese, the mayo with horseradish and the smoky BBQ sauce. We decided to stay for dinner and really enjoyed both the steamed mussels (large portion, could to finish) and the mushroom flat bread. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. Definitely a great place to eat!

Cable55 is casual dining, good drinks, a fantastic selection of crafted beers with a good view above Cyril Magnum Street. Food was really great. Even saw families hanging out and having a nice time.

This is Parc 55 Hotel's restaurant, I only had breakfast here and buffet is OK. It is expensive for the options that you get

My future son-in-law recommended we meet here to surprise our daughter after he proposed to her. I saw some reviews on several sites and they were not that impressive. We arrived early and the manager greeted us and welcomed us to sit at the bar and have a drink. When we had all arrived, except for the guests of honor, we were shown to a reserved table with a great view of Market Street. The surprise was great. The manager returned to check on us and gave us complimentary glasses of sparkling wine. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and service. Thank you Cable 55 for making a special day more SPECIAL.

They have some excellent items on their menu but it is quite limited. The staff a service was excellent.

My wife selected a salad and I had their signature steak. The food, ambiance, service and price was all excellent!

We were staying at the Hotel, and as Hilton Gold members, we received $60 of food and beverage credit in lieu of breakfast. Rather than spend it all on drinks or breakfast, we decided to put it towards an evening meal at the Cable 55 restaurant. The service was very good, and we found the food to be pretty good as well. I enjoyed a pasta dish, which was excellent. One of the better hotel restaurants that we have eaten at lately.

Two Nice Lunches & Wine In February, we stayed at the Parc 55 again, for a wine event in San Francisco, and did two lunches at the upper-lobby bar/restaurant, Cable 55, plus explored their wine list a bit more. Cable 55 is located off of the main, upper lobby, so basically two floors above street level - one being a mezzanine level. It’s a combo restaurant and also a bar. While contiguous, the two are separated by a wall, though both are open to that upper lobby. There is a slightly different feel, and also décor between the two. Note: for the buffet breakfast, part of the bar area is pressed into service, as a serving area. We did not do the buffet breakfast, as we are just not buffet people. However, we did have two lunches in the restaurant area. Now, the restaurant dining room is linear, with two walls of windows. There is a step down, to a lower level, along the windows overlooking Cyril Magnin. The slightly higher main dining room then has good views of Cyril Magnin and Eddy Streets, but since Cyril Magnin is rather narrow, with taller buildings across the way, there are no sweeping views. The best is over Eddy St, up Cyril Magnin St, as it turns, toward Market Street, and becomes 5th St, but still not a great view, as Cable 55 is only 2 stories up. The space is bright, with all of the glass, and attractive. There are rather casual tables in the dining room’s center, with more intimate, but open booths (banquet seating), along the interior wall, which has an attractive sculpture, running for most of its length. A similar wall is in the bar. The lighting of those walls creates a beautiful effect of highlight and shadow. For both lunches, we were seated toward Eddy St. Service was good for both, and I had the wine list quickly, making our selections. On one visit, we split a Turkey Club, which was quite good, and then on the other, I did the Parc Burger, and my wife did the Fish Tacos, and again, both were very good. While short, the wine list had enough to keep us both busy, and for the second lunch, we did about all of the B-T-G selections, that Cable 55 has. We did not get into their limited by-the-bottle selections. Service, while not particularly quick, was always pretty good, and definitely friendly. On our second lunch, it was nice to be dining on-property, as we had fairly heavy rain, and it was nice to be indoors, dry, and watching the rain out of the large windows.

As the hotel does not offer room service, we ended up eating there a couple of times. Limited options, but very good quality food. Also, with no exception, people working there are nice and polite.

I ate here several days in a row when staying at the Parc 55 for business, and I was overall disinterested in going out to explore very much due to nasty weather. I enjoyed Cable 55 very much. Menu is limited but everything I tried was tasty. Breakfast is over-priced but more reasonable with hotel Gold benefits, and SF is overall very pricey for those of us from the midwest. The afternoon Happy Hour was great, affordable appetizers and drinks. Staff really made the place a great place to eat. Great service in the evening from Tony and Carlos, great morning service from Francis. All are assets to the restaurant.

I stayed at the hotel and this was a convenient place for me to have dinner. I got there during happy hour so was able to enjoy their house cab for $4/glass which was surprisingly tasty for that price. I had the Burger which was awesome, it was so Juicy and it was served with a generous portion of bacon and the horseradish mayo was super yummy with it. I don't eat burgers often but this one will be one of the burgers I will remember for some time. I also had the Charcuterie platter which was ok.

Make sure and order the surf & turf small plate for lunch. Fantastic flavor and cooked perfectly. Good job!

This restaurants service was terrible. It was empty both times we went and yet the waiters still had to be flagged down. The limited menu had sold out options which made zero sense, as the place had no customers. I ordered chicken wings one night and got them to go and I was violently ill for 24 hours. Unfortunately, the hotel has only 2 restaurants and there is no room service so I ended up with a Caesar salad 2 out of 4 days. It's worth venturing out into the city to eat elsewhere!

Breakfast was very good and the views even on a rainy day from the restaurant were excellent. The buffet was your basic fare with a little bit of European flare added wit the breads, cold cuts and cheeses.

Good for people watching; on the 2nd floor of the Parc 55 hotel - tons of windows - looks out over Market St a bit. Open seating; wherever you can find space. Food is average; but variety of choices - coupla good burgers; crab toast; solid flatbreads; some good salads; and a unique thing called "surf, turf, and earth" which has fish tacos, steak, and a vegetable chimichanga. Connected to a bar; so a variety of drinks - but hotel bar style. Usually not all that crowded; locals don't seem to come here - generally hotel guests.

Stopped here because it was in the hotel where I was staying and was convenient. There was a large event the hotel was hosting and the restaurant only had 2 wait staff tgat night for dinner. You seat yourself. Our waiter saw us quickly, but it took 10 min to get to us with menus. More people continued to fill the restaurant from the event and it took another 20 minutes after we got our menu for him to come back to take our order. Our food was delicious and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. But it took an additional 30 minutes after we finished eating and our glasses were empty before anyone came to check on us. We could have easily slipped out without paying and no one would have noticed. The manager came out to bus tables since they got so busy, but it still wasn't enough. My husband got the gelato sundae and it was average. The gelato had ice crystals, which is not normal. I would hope that service would be better when there's not an event going on at the hotel. The food is good, so it is worth going to if you want something convenient.

It was raining so we thought we'd try room service. There was none so we took muscles and soup up to our room. The food was just okay.

Stopped in here for a late night dinner and the wait staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was good, but a little on the pricey side for what I ordered.

Since I was alone I sat at the bar, Bartender steered me towards this dish and he was spot on. The fish was cooked perfectly (so many places over cook), plenty of fresh vegetables and rice was also cooked perfectly. Add a glass of pinot and it was a great meal in a quiet restaurant, Bartender checked a couple of times but wasn't overly solicitous.
Keep Your Expectations Average
This is a review for a hotel bar - so I didn't have high hopes. This was a late night visit after handing out for the night. We sat at the bar, so you would think sitting in the bartender's face you would get better service - not the case for us. We order drinks and food - both were underwhelming, but it fit our need for something wet and solid to eat. I like the Parc 55 Hotel - but I felt the drinks were overpriced and the food was average for the prices.
