This is now my favorite breakfast spot in Vegas. Tasty food, nice environment, wonderful staff, speedy service and reasonably priced, for Vegas. Great ambience. Even though it sits in the middle of the casino, you don't feel you're in the casino. I think I'm addicted to the coffee. It's so good. Thanks Oscar for ensuring a nice experience.

Great food and excellent service. Calamari was our best. Burger was good. Quesadilla was good. Cheese steak sandwich was great.

I’m in customer service , so it’s nice when vacationing to meet someone so great at their job. Belinda from day one has had outstanding customer service!! I feel like I’m leaving here with making a friend . Definitely an asset to your restaurant.

First, tried to order basil, cucumber margaritas and server came back and said they were out of basil. Service was slow and inattentive. Took right at one hour for a salad and appetizer. Café was not busy. There were less than 20 occupied tables and multiple servers. On the bright side, food was good. Probably will not return. There are so many other options.

Great breakfast Everything was perfect White bread was fresh and tasted great. Excellent service.

This place is a hidden gem for breakfast! Burrito meal is great for sharing and the bottomless coffee is a lifesaver! Felipe is an amazing server! He made our morning :) Oscar was great too!

We had a great experience at Cafe Americano and it was much needed after a late night out. From the food to the atmosphere and most importantly our great service from John, we couldnt be happier!

Standard overpriced casino coffee shop food with a view of steel girders that tends not to be pretty.

Great service, friendly staff, great atmosphere! Food was delicious. Clearly farm fresh and was cool sitting across from the slots

Very convenient. Abit noisy since it’s in the middle of the casino. Average overall. Not a very extensive menu.

I’ve always had a good experience coming to this cafe. Most of the time we have breakfast here. Love sitting on the “outside”patio watching the hustle and bustle of people going by. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is good. I had the carrot cake French toast which was excellent. They do a great job of moving people in and out.

The greeting was awesome by who I believe to be the male manager. So attentive and happy which was relayed to his staff. Food was hot, I like my food hot. Very tasty and large portions. I must say the best calamari and chicken wings in Las Vegas. I wish we had eaten here earlier as it was our last day.

Service is like that you find in a free staff canteen and also food quality not good. It is expensive to eat here.

Jorge B. & Juan C. We’re fabulous. Vegas is fun, but without people like Jorge & Juan, the fun would be missing that extra pizazz that makes Vegas special. Thanks for extra mile effort. You provided the kind of service that makes memories possible. Not thinking about refills cuz they just happen, food that is prepared just as asked (whether it makes sense or not).

Good meal but too expensive. I had a burger, wife had a Philly Cheesesteak, we each had a drink. nearly $100. I get it it's Vegas but other restaurants had better food for way less. It was a good burger but not in any way gourmet. We only ate there because we were starving after our flight.

Great spot and convenient to everything in the Paris hotel. They are open 24 hours but we went for lunch during lunchtime and the wait wasn't bad. Food was great! We had the cauliflower and calamari appetizers and then fish tacos for lunch. Food was amazing and service was great. Would definitely return.

Excellent food and service. I had the Denver omelet and it was well prepared. The fruit was fresh Love the atmosphere. Will definitely be back

We arrived in Las Vegas with the intent for an awesome experience. Americano was the first place we ate once we landed and checked in our room at Caesar’s Palace. We sat at the bar because the host really wasn’t sure what to recommend on seating. Normally we have a fairly good experience sitting at the bar. Our server was Tayton a taller Caucasian guy with a bald head. First let me say the customer service was very mediocre considering us not knowing what we were walking into coming to Vegas considering everything that was going on. We watched several videos, asking tourist to be patient and nice to the staff that they were also going through a frustrated time. But yet it needed to be the other way around. Unfortunately the first time experience with this restaurant wasn’t very impressive. It was our anniversary so we expected for the entire trip to go really well. We ordered the food and I didn’t send it back because I wanted to see what he explained the mail to me and actually how it is supposed to look, we ordered the Quesabirria which there was no picture for but ours came on a huge hoagie bun, stuffed with really salty meat and we did let Tayton know, and then he said well that’s how the Kitchen makes it. So it was a huge hoagie bun. The bread was very dry. The meat was barely salty and I really don’t eat salt so it was a little bit overwhelming for me so I only ate probably a little bit less than a quarter of the half sandwich my husband ate the other half it had cheddar cheese just laid on top like they popped it in the microwave or something. I knew something was a little off because I saw the guy whispering to another server at the bar and then looking down at the plate. We tried to take a picture of most of our experiences but unfortunately that was one we did not get a picture and it’s unfortunate that we didn’t. We also ordered drinks which brought our bill to about $62. Guest check number #426 Table: #105 3:13pm 9/19/2023. So overall, I would like to say the customer service really goes along way even if the food was horrible, but we had good customer service then I probably wouldn’t be writing this right now but that whole combined experience was just not one to put in the Books and definitely not recommend based on that alone. Maybe more proper customer service to each patron would be more fair to all guests.

A great breakfast spot. We loved their Avicado toast , egg and smoke Salmon. Jenna the Bartender’s is very attentive and pleasant. Not cheap like everything else on the strip.

portions were HUGE, which was great bc the prices are CRAZY HIGH. But we fed five people on only three meals. Super friendly staff too.

Located at Paris Hotel & Casino. Open 24/7. My wife and I dined here for dinner. We both had an Iced Tea. My wife had the Cuban Sandwich with Fries. I had a Cobb Salad. Both dishes were very tasty. The service was very good on this visit and we received a 20% discount for being Nevada residents. I added photos and will return again soon.

Simple and convenient place when you don’t know where to eat at any time Burgers pasta pizzas fish a very good guacamole Correct prices

We went for dinner, I had the classic burger and my husband had the carne asada nacho. He loved , loved, his meal, he could not stop raving about it. My burger I added the mushrooms , with lettuce and mayo. It tasted good but a little on the dry side, I asked for medium but it came out medium well. The fries were over done. Service was great and prices were not too bad for Vegas. I gave it four stars mostly because of the burger and fries. I would definitely recommend it.

I mean definitely get the French toast as a breakfast brunch appetizer. It was recommended by Isaiah our server, who was phenomenal, kept our coffee hot, creamy, and owe those dimples were so dreamy!!!

Food is horrible. Management is more than horrible. If you read their responses to reviews, they apologize and ask you to try them again. Well, once is too many times for this outfit. Quality of food is cheap. It is served cold. Management is rude and disrespectful to customers. They carry on disagreements with their customers for all to hear and witness. They want to give you something else to eat which means you eat after the rest of the table has finished eating and then you are late for appointments.. Above all, they will not refund a meal for poor quality or service. This restaurant has management that is unfit for the Paris Hotel clientele and the Total Rewards guests of Caesars Resort properties. And the prices are exorbitant for the poor quality of food. Omelets are disgusting. People have complained before about the omelets, and it appears they have not changed their method of cooking or serving them. They are rubbery. My advise is to walk on by and find another place to dine.

Some great comfort food and something for everyone. Great service as well but can be expensive for some dishes

Double whammy, as soon as we walked up to the table Arnold greeted us with excellent service. Very candid when it came to recommendation, very accommodating when it came to service. The waffles were fresh with delicious whip cream not too sweet; the American breakfast had a bit of everything, and the Nachos were big enough to share with the whole table or for one really hungry person. Thank you again for an amazing experience in Paris here in Vegas 😄

The customer service was great. With a witty and friendly hostess and efficient wait staff. We had the Cuban sandwich which may be the best outside of Florida. We also had the fish tacos which brought our review from a 5 to a 4 rating. The tacos had too much filling and poor ratio of meat to taco.

It was amazing, him. Wonderful Place, Excellent Food Very Plentiful Service of 10 , a Parisian Mood indeed, was very pleasant and I wish to return

We stay at Paris frequently and embarrassed to say we've never tried here. What a mistake it's been because our visit was incredible. Angel provided our service and did a amazing job. Breakfast was absolutely mind blowing and if you like bacon...OMG the best we've ever had! Will be going back next trip!

The breakfast here is very good large portions so you need to divide. Avocado toast was the best I had ever eaten. My husband thought the pancakes were great. Of course the prices for food have gone so high In LV so plan double on your food budget or more.

We happened upon Cafe Americano in Paris Las Vegas when we were searching our breakfast. I ordered the Tres Leches French Toast and it is TO DIE FOR. We had Saidel as a server, who was attentive, kind and fun. We had such a great time we went back for a second breakfast during our Vegas stay so we could have the French Toast again!

Overall drinks were good. Empanadas were good. Baja Tacos were flavorless except for the Gordon’s Fish sticks. Waitress was attentive til we got food but felt like we had to call her over vs her checking on us.

Food was ok, open 24/7 so can always find something to eat. Expensive as all strip hotel restaurants are as we found

Cafe americano is the local cafe. They have what you are looking for. Cesar salad Burgers. Pasta. And cocktails. Sometimes there is a wait but there is not a lot of choices in the Paris Hotel for sit down food service. So i recommend waiting in line and having a sit down meal.

Great food! The American breakfast is delicious. Judy, the hostess, handled some difficult customers very well and John, our server, is such a joy and always gets our order right. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and food at the Paris location. The sourdough bread is amazing, along with the omelettes.

Breakfast at Cafe Americano is AMAZING!!! The portions are huge so my husband and I shared a meal. The food is delicious and the service is excellent!!

Great service from John. Breakfast potatoes are fantastic. Screw drivers are screwy. Coffee strong. 10/10

Great spot for some late night food and drinks. The bartender Matt is very kind and friendly I will definitely be back to see Mr. Matt.

Start off buy saying I have eaten at this place many times for years just on Thursday we had a great experience good food great server...know today walked in waited to be seated asked if we could sit in a seat witch was next to another family eating was told can't there was no server for that table was a bit confused but took another table on the otherside of same family know im vary confused 2 min later same hostes sat another party at the same table we originally asked for and was told it was not available because there was no server..well i asked manager Gerardo villanueva to explain to me why that happened and he did nothing told us he did not seat us.can't believe this guy is a manager.well we got up and Walked out and will never return to this restaurant ever again and it's a shame we fly into this hotel 2 times a month with 10 other workers and we always eat at this restaurant but know none of us will ever step food into this restaurant again thanks manager ((Gerardo villanueva)).will also be contacting hotel regarding this incident.

The French toast was PHENOMENAL! It is made with Hawaiian rolls with was a nice change up from standard French toast. Our waiter, John, was awesome. He had about a million tables to serve and somehow kept up with all of them while giving us incredible service!

This is now an independent restaurant not part of Harrahs/Paris; thus, don't expect any discounts or points for patrons of Ceasars/Harrahs/Paris. The prices are what one pays in hotels these days: over forty dollars for two salads, with tip, $50. The salads were good, nothing that one would remember having a week after the meal. The server was very attentive, nice, and professional.

Stopped here twice for breakfast. Service excellent. Very pretty restaurant. Delicious food. A little pricey but prices average for Las Vegas. We stayed at Paris, so definitely would go back

Wait time was less than 20 minutes and we were visiting for breakfast. The service definitely made up for any wait time. Food was excellent and so fresh. Prices were reasonable but on the higher side. I really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. I would recommend and will definitely return.

nice breakfast place within the paris hotel. though very pricey for a basic american breakfast, it was a nice relaxing breakfast with decent service.

Dorion and Rose were A1! They treated us like family and were very hospitable, going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our food.

Great food, service and value. Nice location in Paris. Had a great waiter. Food at brunch was good portions and tasty. Would recommend.

The staff can't seem to get the order right. I order a cheese steak and they bring me a hamburger....I sent it back. I order 1 fish taco and 2 chicken tacos and I get 2 fish tacos and 1 chicken taco. Are they really that incompetent -- YES. Now for the food. The cheese steak was not very good., in fact it was awful. From the photo it looks good, but it wasn't. The tacos -- the crispy fish was soggy and not very good. The chicken was better and the only reason the review gets a 2 instead of a 1.

My wife and I would always make a special trip to Le Cafe Ile St. Louis at Paris Las Vegas for breakfast. My wife often remarked that she'd like a straw for the hollandaise on the Eggs Benedict. During our latest Vegas visit, we decided to have breakfast at the renamed Cafe Americano. Sorry. It's just not the same. The hollandaise on the Eggs Benedict was spicier and less flavorful. The Bloody Mary (which used to be called Le Bloody Marie) was not as good. Don't get me wrong. The food was fine. The service was fine. But it wasn't the fantastic experience that we were used to, and certainly no longer worth making a special trip from our hotel to eat there.

Good coffee and decent food but I’m very unhappy with this place. I got two lattes and two danish for around $35.00 with tip. I understand prices in Vegas are high and I’m not complaining about that cost. However, I am a little sick and wanted to share some of my latte with someone in my group so I asked for a tiny paper espresso cup. They wanted $1.00. I opted to not get it. Then I asked for a plastic fork to eat the sticky danish and they wanted $2.00 for a plastic ware pack. I looked up cost for these items and the cup is less than a nickel and the plastic ware is in the same range. What business would charge for these items - twenty plus times the cost - for a customer. Will not return.

Today short staffed is what we hear and it is understandable but Oscar was a professional and knowledgable bartender. Service was prompt and never lacking. Of course he was given a break and he asked his manager to cover for him, which meant cover me at the bar since Oscar had taken his break and being short staffed the bar was closed except for me and my meal. They all, Oscar and his managers made me feel totally taken care of and made sure my steak, properly medium rare, was perfect! Of course I will be back!

Traveling with a gluten allergy can be a pain, but we ate twice at this chain. First in Caesar's for a midnight breakfast and second for dinner in Paris. Both times we were served pretty quickly and the food was decent and tasty. The staff seemed to fully understood their menu and what was safe beyond the couple of items marked. I recommend the wellness bowl with brown rice sub for farro.

Terrible service, from the reception they maintain an arrogant and sarcastic attitude, the waiters are not attentive and respond rudely, they snatch and throw the plates and the regular and expensive food.

We went in search for breakfast that was slightly healthier than the normal fried up feast served on the strip……we ordered coffee and tea which worked well, the berry style muesli came out fresh but the real negative point came when one person ordered the cinnamon bun and we paid…..Sorry what did you say….US$15 for a bun…so $80 plus dollars later breakfast for two was now the complete utter nonsense. Who sets these mad prices…..and yes correct but just don’t buy into it…. Stay as far away from these mad operators. Las Vegas used to be good value now it’s sadly overpriced and offers little value! Cheers

I was not at all impressed at this place. The server was nice and that's the only good thing I can say. The service was very slow, probably so you can consume several drinks before your meal arrives and won't realize how bad the food really is. I think this says it all.

Very large portions, quick service, & very fresh! Would definitely recommend the breakfast as a go to while in Vegas.

This was our favorite meal of the trip! The shrimp scampi pasta dish was better than the fine dining restaurant the night prior at Giada’s! We also had the fish and chips and it wasn’t greasy at all. The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and didn’t upcharge us for GF toast. They did however put regular and GF bread on the same plate which defeated the purpose. Staff was amazing.

Ate breakfast there several times while there. Our group got an assortment of items from French toast, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, and bfast platters. Staff was more than kind and efficient each time and food service was quick.

We were very well served by Saidel, a unique Mexican. The food was excellent too. The atmosphere of this restaurant inside the Hotel Paris in Las Vegas is great.

Although there's frequently a long line to get seated unless you make reservations, the food is good and service is reasonably quick.

My parents renewed their vows at the Paris and we decided to have our reception at Cafe Americano. Isiah was our server and he did an excellent job as well as the entire team who helped out. Isiah did an amazing job rolling with all of our requests while keeping a positive attitude. We had a great time and by the end of the the night Isiah said he felt like "part of the family".

Excellent food and wonderful service from Saidel, he is very professional, attentive, and patient with tourists. Great person

Didn’t end up having food as we left. Waited at the front of a line to get a table for about 15 minutes (plenty servers working and free tables) and once seated left after another 20 minutes as none of the 6 servers came to take our order despite us asking. They were all quite rude and seemed to be working in slow motion Went to Alexxa’s instead - much friendlier and quicker service

Isaiah was the most amazing waiter. Hot coffee non-stop. Get the French Toast as an appetizer. You won’t be disapointed!

The restaurant is located in the Paris hotel. The menu is diverse and the quality ratio is correct considering that we are in a hotel on the “Strip”. The service is fast and attentive. The food is good but there are other restaurants nearby that offer just as much.

Long line at breakfast. Not advertised, but you can go to the bar and order take out instead and skip the line. Food was very good. Liked the omelet and pancakes

Very solid restaurant. Has recently been remodeled and holds more people. Solid food. Pricing is reasonable, not great. My only issue is; coffee $7.00 and tea $7.50. That's not necessary.

They charge you the box bread that accompanies the meal!!! Two slices of bread with butter!! 8 dollars!!!!! An abuse!!! When we demanded that where the bread order was marked on the menu, they did not have it and it was easy to abuse us, inventing an excessive price at the time, they did not want to reconsider, do not go!!!!

We love the location inside the Paris. The food quality was great. Breakfast began at 5am! Best deal for breakfast since the buffet restaurant is closed.

We’ve been having breakfast every morning during our week stay! Great Food and wonderful service!! Felipe is fantastic!!

Our server was Isaiah. He did an awesome job. I would highly recommend this restaurant as well as this waiter. He is a tribute to your restaurant.

We ate here because it was convenient, but we weren't expecting much. We were there around 10 am, and despite the line we were seated quickly. Service was excellent. The food (we both had the Birria Benedict) was excellent, and so was the coffee. Did it feel like we were in Paris? Yeah, no. But it was reasonable value for a nice meal. Glad we went.

I ordered a pizza, very well served, max a little salty. The wine came in a glass. Wine, as bad as it may be, must come in the cup... Good service!

We stay at Caesar’s often and always eat here, it remains a favorite in a city full of competition. Amazing Vegan options, meatless Poke bowl, yum 😋. We will continue to make this a stop

We went to the restaurant to eat a burger and expected the food to be a little better than in a fast food restaurant with a nice atmosphere and mediocre service. We got the best burger we had eaten on our trip to the USA at a very, very fair price. Two days later we had breakfast there. To my surprise, there was gluten-free toast, which allowed me to choose between several breakfast dishes, which is otherwise unfortunately difficult. The omelette was great and plentiful, as were the baked potatoes. One of the eggs beneditt had an egg that was too hard, but otherwise it was very tasty. According to my partner, the pancakes were also delicious and super big. We were both full. So, better than expected at a fair price!

WOW!! Went in hoping to get something gluten free and just ok….what I got was AMAZING! I highly recommend the Quinoa Bowl with Salmon—Delicious, fresh, perfect. SO tasty, it felt like a TREAT while making a very healthy choice! SUPERB service—This staff went above and beyond at every turn—Hot coffee before my bottom hit the seat, quick response on requests, my order arrived in what felt like seconds!! And, I can’t say enough about my server!!! Sweet, kind, professional—She said the words “I am here for you”…Indeed, she was!!! Thank you, DANIELA—All servers would benefit from your wisdom. WOW, WOW, WOW! I am well-traveled, and at 52, thought I knew the score. CAFE AMERICANO, you impressed the heck out of me!!! Thank you for a great first visit—based on this one, there will be MANY more!!!! Bravo!

We chose this restaurant on our first morning in Vegas and we weren't dissapointed. Most of the tables overlook the casino and with some imagination you could believe you were in Paris. There were a lot of choices for breakfast (mainly around 20-25 dollars). Our group chose the All American or the American Sandwich breakfast, both of which were delicious. Good service too

Awesome breakfast with fantastic service. Price a bit high but I am in the Paris….. right. Check out the photos to see the deliciousness!!!

First of all be aware that you will have to queue to get a table here, day or night it doesn't matter when you want to eat. However, once you do get seated the service is reasonable and the food though expensive for what it is, is very tasty. If you're staying in Bally's do yourself a favour and walk through to Paris to eat here as the food is way better than anything offered in Bally's food court.

My wife and I travel extensively to casinos in our retired life. The hostess. apparently being a biology major, insisted we wear our masks the entire 15 feet between her work station and the table she sat us in order to protect us. Once we arrived at our table we were no longer at risk to anything as far as wearing a mask goes except their ridiculous prices. The restaurant was overwhelmed because nearly all of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Expect long wait time cold food and ridiculous prices. A side of toast is $8 and if you ask them to put 1 egg and 1 slice of cheese between those two pieces of bread, the value of the toast more than triples to $26 for an egg sandwich. Did I mention this is open casino floor dining so you'll enjoy your breakfast as the homeless and mentally ill pass by your table.. If you're willing to pay $30 for an omelet and eat it in front of homeless people....this is the place for you.

We were staying at the hotel for a convention that this restaurant is located and it was a good choice for breakfast. Not cheap but I feel you get your monies worth. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They have basic breakfast fare with healthy choices. Nice setting within the main foyer of the hotel next to the casino but it still has a feeling of being separate. There is also a counter where you can get some items to go.

So had breakfast here and it was breakfast nothing special its eggs yet the prices charged at Paris hotel restaurants are criminal - feels like vegas is price gouging their guests that keep them in business. The service was off, unfriendly, and bad. Waited for a table a while and it wasnt worth the wait, the price or the service provided == Dennys is 10 times better heck Id rather grab breakfast at mcdonalds then Cafe Americano in Paris Hotel - even coffee was terrible tasting and way overpriced. GO ELSEWHERE if I can save someone else their money then great!

I'd give it a half a circle if this site offered it. Well if you've ever been to Paris and been treated rudely, it's nothing compared to this place. Food was terrible and service was worse than that. It's a shame to because the place is really beautiful, it's just another overpriced place too avoid.

This was my favorite place to eat/drink while staying at The Paris for 5 days - and it’s always open! While there is typically a line for a table during peak hours, the bar was always available. Tommy and Jacobi made great drinks and really hustle behind the bar. Food is great - they have the BEST chicken parm. My go-to was the ceviche sliders - so fresh. Restaurant is immaculate and I even caught them wiping down their menus - something this borderline germaphobe appreciates!

Nichole was the most lovely server ever! So kind and prompt. She rallied the troops to sing me happy birthday- very very sweet for her to go out of the way. The menu was super great as well- my poke bowl was delicious! 10/10 do recommend Cafe Americano at Paris Hotel.

Fantastic service, wonderful food, SAIDEL's service is impeccable, very attentive and dedicated to meeting what the tourist wants

Wile staying at the Paris Hotel, we had 3 meals there. Everything we ordered was pretty good...fresh and cooked ok. One breakfast and 2 lunches. Good service, but the lines can get a bit long to get in. All in all, no complaints about the food quality. Pricy though, not sure why.

Got the Tuscan chicken soup for a light dinner and it was the saltiest soup I've ever had. When the waitress came over to check in on us, I commented on the saltiness of the soup and if it could be sent back to be made better. All she did was give me a teapot of hot water that I could drench the soup with - leaving me with super watery, still salty soup. It also barely had any substance in it (mostly broth), so you really do not get your money's worth (it was priced at $12). My husband got a sandwich that tasted much like something you can get at Arby's for $5, but it was priced at a little less than $30. The only thing going for this place is the location since it's in the middle of the slots of Paris and the ambiance is nice, feels like a cute cafe in France. But the food (and music!) is so bad, it really is a shame that this is the main restaurant you see in the middle of Paris.

We are delighted to have found a restaurant offering "normal" prices, compared to the general offer within the Paris hotel. The menu is quite varied. The salmon bowl is very good, the Caesar salad too (with or without extra chicken), the Alfredo pasta is not bad and the children's burgers are well served. The service is friendly and fast. We enjoyed our dinner and recommend this establishment.

Service more than terrible!!!! The people who served from the supervisor to the waiter were SUPER RUDE!!!! They never even brought us drinks, they canceled our order and they didn't even bother, they almost ran us away... I WOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!! What a VERY BAD HURT

Expensive but not the most expensive restaurant in the place. The online booking said it was full but we walked up and since we were fairly early, there were tons of open tables and we were able to be seated immediately. Drinks cost 18-21 dollars each at the least but were normal sized and normal strength. Food was pretty good considering resort, though the chicken parmesan (?) was zero vegetables, just spaghetti, and a generous portion of the chicken over which a massive amount of cheese sauce was poured. The fish tacos were reasonably sized, and came with a side of corn salsa which we didn’t care for but which was reasonably fresh. Overall it was a fine meal. For non-smokers, the only real negative note was the location directly on the casino floor so cigarette smoke was a real problem for us. That of course is the issue all over Las Vegas except for the few places where you cannot smoke (to my knowledge this is currently only the MGM Park resort.) Our server was efficient and kept the water coming, and even joked with us at one point though she was clearly overworked, since that early there were two people on only.

Cauliflower bite’s appetizer was wonderful! Wedge salad was very tasty. Service friendly and quick! Waiter and manager were very friendly! Definitely worth the wait in line! Hostess was not very pleasant otherwise it would be a 5 out of 5! She was rude and condescending on 2/2/24 approximately 4pm.

the food and service was good...hard to find a place to sit...we ended up by the kitchen...staff was friendly...just way too expensive for what you got, tho true for the whole hotel!!

If you are paying $38 for freaking chicken and waffles, you expect it to taste good and be right. It came out without the syrup like it’s supposed to have and was mediocre taste at best.Table was not clean and had butter all over the fam and holder. You’d expect that at a Waffle House, but not at Paris casino.

We wanted something to eat inside the Paris and the cafe was the only thing open late. My friend and I weren’t expecting anything much but wow! This place was one of the best restaurants we both ate at our whole time in Las Vegas. We both got the queso birria tacos. They were fresh and seasoned great and the consume was hot and tasty. The corn on the side was spicy and sweet. Our server was great! I would definitely come back if I stayed at the Paris again!

Ordered food to go. The wait staff was less than friendly. The carne asada nachos had 2 small pieces of beef. 2. And they were so onion flavored (even with leaving off the pickled onion ) that they were inedible. The worst nachos I have ever eaten. What a waste of money.

Ate here a couple of times during the trip. Not as expensive as some of the other places at the Paris casino. Food quality was average. Service was essentially take order and hand bill. I did have to chase down someone to refill my drink. The kitchen took a longer time than other places. It’s convenient to the Paris casino.

Surprisingly quiet for dinner conversation even though its on a major thruway to the casino floor. Good selection of entrees and the steak was above par for mid-range refueling stop. Recommended for breakfast, lunch or dinner for when fast food just won't cut it and with prices easy on the wallet. Take your time, and enjoy the European flair and people watching from your front row seats.

Our first time visiting this location, we stopped by for breakfast – the restaurant is beautifully designed (inside and out) and fits the Parisian theme of the hotel perfectly. Our server was friendly, we opted for a variety of breakfast items including Breakfast Burrito, Avocado Toast, Waffle & Strawberries, Pancakes & Bacon and American Breakfast. All the food was superb, drinks were kept re-filled and we left very happy! We would highly recommend this location to others, the menu had something for everyone and the quality of the food was really good. The design of the restaurant certainly gives you the feeling that you could be dining out on the streets of Paris, so we would certainly consider returning in the future!

Truly enjoyed this restaurant for breakfast. We returned two days after our first visit. The coffee, Kimbo, was so so delicious. I had the lox avocado toast both days and it is very delicious. Fresh, no brown avocado. Saidel, our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. And yes, it’s expensive, everywhere is. If you go before 9:00, you shouldn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes.

3 bartenders on plus service bar, half empty restaurant and lots of open seats at the bar and I waited 15 minutes and was completely ignored. Never even looked in my general direction even when they walked by 4 times. Had no issue helping every walk up though including people getting water. But hey saved me money I would have bought at least 2 drinks while I waited to check in and tipped very well. Avoid at all costs.

We had the best experience! Arnold was so kind and loving and gave us the best service. Will be back.

Food was very bland and dry, cutlery was dirty and service was lacking. Don’t queue for this place it’s okay at a pinch. Food tasted like it had been left under the heat lamp for 20 mins. The bruschetta bread was so hard I nearly broke my tooth. So not impressed !

Restaurant is located in the Paris Las Vegas hotel. The food is pricey but the service was great, the food tasted good and the portion sizes were large. The photo is an egg white Fritata from the breakfast menu.

Excelente experiencia like being in France, delicious food and very Kindle service. Definitivamente I will come back

First off, I found out after the face that my it costs be double my Caesars Reward Credits to eat there. So a breakfast for 2 would cost me the equivalent of $120+ in credits. Don't think so, not for this garbage. Also, they don't take reservations. Ordered Avocado Toast (italiano) and American Breakfast Sandwich (i requested no ham). Slow service. Took 45 minutes to get our food. My Breakfast Sandwich was wrong, as it had ham and was cold to the touch. The Avocado toast was ice cold and unappealing. Walked out at that point. Terrible all around. The prices are ridiculous when you consider what they offer.

Food was horribly underwhelming. Server was very bored with his job and had bad people skills. Brought the wrong order. When asked to bring the correct one he sheepishly commented on how LONG that would take. To top it off, BOTH orders were on the bill. He did correct that. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality.

4 people, 4 sandwiches, 2 rounds of drinks - $250!! A very expensive lunch. Ir was average at best, service was good. But we were hungry and staying at Paris, so this was the closest option. Please revisit your cocktail prices!!

Great food! Family members had the Denver Omelet, Breakfast Burrito, Mauhi Mauhi tacos & the French toast with strawberries was to die for. A little pricy, but comparable to the other restaurants nearby. Good portions. You could actually split a meal.

We enjoyed a wonderful Cuban sandwich accompanied by a very good green leaf salad. There is no outside seating, but they have created an "outside" feel with patio-like placement of tables, etc.

This restaurant is inside the Paris Hotel. You have to check in at the hostess station first. I think if you have the higher player card, you get priority seating. Anyway, the food is very pricey, and just average, in my opinion. Service was very slow, but the server was nice. We went ahead and had dinner there because it was late when we arrived and we did not feel like hunting for food on the strip because we were tired.

We had lunch here. While the line looked long, we were seated fast. The menu is superb; I ordered garlic shrimp scampi over linguine. Excellent! It came hot. Service great friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Café Americano is a very good place to eat. Food was excellent 👌 All plates we have eaten were very good 😊 YuMmy Plus waitress was super professional: the whole experience was amazing. Thank you so much 😊 sylvie.vo@gmail.com 💯Good experience

A year ago we were looking for a dinner venue at the Paris Hotel since we we’re getting married at the chapel at the Paris Hotel. We met with Valerie who is the Events Manager. Her professionalism and amazing attitude sold us and we decided to be their first wedding party at Cafe Americano. There were some minor hiccups, however Valerie ensured that we were satisfied with our experience and went out of her way to make everything right. A year later we contacted Valerie to let her know we were going back to Cafe Americano to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. She ensured that we had reservations. We met with Oscar the day of reservation who greeted us and made sure we had an amazing experience. He was very professional and cordial. Our server Olga was phenomenal. She was on point and ensured our wine glasses didn’t go empty and checked on us regularly. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. My wife and I highly recommend Cafe Americano not just for dining but if you are looking for a wedding dinner venue, contact Valerie and book it at Cafe Americano

Our plane landed at 8:20AM and we were famished and looking for breakfast. We stopped in the Paris Las Vegas after checking in to our hotel (down the strip) and chose Cafe Americano. Our waitress was fantastic, very attentive and engaging. And the food was also top notch, sizeable portions and tasty. But $90 for two people (including tip)! Really? I would recommend springing for this place maybe once during your stay to enjoy the atmosphere inside and the good food, abut would otherwise encourage you to look off the strip for more reasonable dining options.

I ordered a Denver omelette with potatoes and an English muffin, with a Cappuccino and it costed over $34 before tip!!! The omelette wasn't bad, the potatoes were barely edible, and the English muffin was just some sort of round bread - definitely not an English muffin with craters. I don't know how this crappy food can be served at these prices by staff with a straight face. $40 for a crappy breakfast? Never again! Don't go. Just don't do it! Go to Mon Ami Gabi instead. For the same price, you'll get an amazing breakfast with a much nicer atmosphere.

Grabbed a light, late lunch here since we arrived before check-in time at Paris Las Vegas. I had the Chicken Brasa bowl. The veggies were fresh, the chicken was flavorful, the jalapeno ranch wasn't drenching the bowl. It was a really nice choice - not greasy and heavy, but still filling. My husband had the mahi tacos and said they were pretty good - not outstanding, but a respectable mahi taco. It's not fancy, but this is an adequate place to grab a bite to eat. The staff was very nice, even to the table of rather snotty guests near us who were crabby about everything.

Came to BF here in Vegas @ the Paris hotel… the food was amazing & John our sever was EXCELLENT… professional and thoughtful and just made sure we had a wonderful breakfast experience!!!! THANK YOU Cafe Americano… We have eaten BF here during our entire stay in Vegas because of the delicious food here and John’s customer service!

Stopped for lunch after flying in for conference at the Paris. Wait staff were friendly and efficient seating us and taking our order. Food took a long time to come, and was not worth the price: fish was burned on fish & chips, turkey club salad was overdressed, chicken Cesar salad made diner ill within 5 hours of consumption. Would not recommend as casual dining while in Vegas.

Had a really good breakfast here. Excellent service, and really good 3 egg omelette with sausage, spinach, and Swiss cheese. Not the cheapest but well worth it.

Our entire trip to Las Vegas was made by Arnold!!! He gave amazing services and his personality is 5 stars. Thank you!!!

This is the new version of the cafe at Paris, Las Vegas. This restaurant is NOT part of Caesar's and does NOT accept points from your player's card. The service was excellent, but the dining experience stops there. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. It was dry (overcooked), dumped on a bunch of noodles, with the sauce slid onto the chicken at the last minute. It was NOT good.

The food and staff are great at this Paris restaurant. The fall back is that it is part of the casino, and ventilation is no longer working at the Paris apparently. If you are okay with a smoky pasta, then you've come to the right place.

Great breakfast spot. Food was excellent and Amanda took care of our table. She was amazing! So friendly, attentive, and proactive - bringing what we needed before we even needed it! Thanks Amanda!

We stood in a long line again to buy the same 2 sandwiches that we bought last week. But finally go to buy them and the price had increased 75% in one week! Last time I checked inflation was 7.5%, and not 75%!!!!!!!

Long lines to get in but why its so bad but Paris has few options for food and no food court. The food here is outrageously priced for horrible food and horrible service. There are so many other options in other hotels like MGM resort hotels or out on strip Id rather starve then spend outrageous money for disgusting food.

A very french-style cafe/bistro/restaurant right off the heart of the lobby area at Paris Hotel/casino. The people-watching was almost as good as the food and the service, although if you like quiet, this is not for you. Open during the pandemic,it's a popular spot so come early and you will not be disappointed.

Always good food 😋hours seem to have changed for late night dining we sat at the bar for food. Staff is attentive but bar is always busy so seems hard to do full bar and food menu with only a few bartenders/servers. The veggie pizza 🍕 vegan 🌱 without cheese 🧀 and the quinoa bowl are always amazing !

Had dinner under the Eiffel Tower in Vegas before flying out. Like most of these restaurants on the strip it’s very busy. The staff manage the line very well. I had some tacos de Birria. They hit the spot. Everything was as it should be here. Great service and fresh food. Hit it up for late night eats.

I was there in July and it seemed like an exceptional large numbers of people came to Vegas - yet many eating establishments, buffets, etc were still closed. And so almost everywhere we went, we faced long lines... But when you stand in a LONG line and at the end get mediocre food that is overpriced...

Verry kind and efficiant waitress Raquel served us food that was tasty and healthy. The oatmeal had no additives, no sugar only tasty nuts and dried fruits. The omelet was well cooked with plenty greens and really crispy potatoes.

This Parisian influenced cafe is right in the center of the Casino in Paris. Great location to people watch as the throngs of guest parade through the casino. The menu is a bit limited, but still a decent selection of salads, soups & smaller entrees with a little French influence. Service was efficient & staff was very friendly.

We went here for breakfast both days... earlier the better but not too early because they'll be short staffed. Hostess became the mask police since the governor of Nevada thought that everyone should wear a mask again in the middle of our trip... so one day the virus couldn't see us the next day everyone became the mask police... Rude Hostess -food was tasty and waiters were busy but kept up and brought drinks without being asked etc. Great silent service. would go back for breakfast...

Had breakfast there. Stood in line about 5 minutes. We’re made mad that someone just came up and were sited before us because they had been waiting on their party to arrive. They should have gone to back of line instead of cutting in front of people in line. Ordered apple juice and you didn’t have any. The breakfast burrito is very good. The pancakes are very big, enough to share! Server was good and table was clean.

We’ve stayed at The Paris twice and have stopped at Cafe Americano multiple times during our stays. Ashley has been there both times and makes it a very memorable experience. She is so nice, positive and friendly! I was excited this trip to be able to see her again. She makes sure we have everything we need and is a pleasure to visit with.

My husband loves chicken parmigiana. Eats it whenever it is on the menu. We ate at Cafe Americano last night at Paris in Las Vegas. He said he has never had such a bad meal. Visually the chicken looked burnt, before they slid the cheese topping on to it. He could barely eat the outside, had to go to the middle and then it cost 45.00. He was so disappointed. He makes it a rule never to send food back and as awful as it looked it should never have left the kitchen. If we could leave negative points we would. One place we will never return to. The wait staff was borderline rude and it may sound crazy but all I wanted was a black cup of coffee, they couldn’t even do that! They do not cater to folks with food allergies and that is just pathetic!

Isaiah did a great job taking care of our group for brunch. Friendly and accommodating no issues with food.

A lifesaver at the Caesar’s! Came in very late at night past midnight after two horrible flights! A real life saver at the Hotel!

Cafe americano at Paris is a convenient diner style restaurant. The location regularly seemed understaffed resulting in long wait times. The food and service were both fine although unmemorable. Breakfast pricing seemed in line with Strip hotel casinos (which is to say high.) We had standard omelettes and their American breakfasts. We would have preferred a broader menu and that plus the unreasonable wait times caused us to lower our ratings.

Upon arriving Las Vegas, we were so hungry and decided to eat at this place in hopes of eating a light meal. But we were not expecting the amazing portion sizes and taste! The service was amazing, and the food came out quickly. This was a great start to our vacation in Las Vegas for the holidays and we enjoyed it so much so, we ate here again the day before we had to leave! We definitely recommend eating at this place, we will certainly come back to eat here on our next visit in the future!

Love that this place is open 24/7. It can be hard to find a place to get an early breakfast so this place was great for that. I am a vegetarian and husband is not, we both had options. It also tasted really good, nothing was too salty. Even the home fries, sometimes these can be way too salty for me, but these were just right! I had the veg omelette, husband had the all American and we shared Pancakes. The pancakes were super fluffy and delicious. Only negative was that the maple syrup was a bit weird, just a lot thicker than I am use to. And this is coming from someone that tends to just consume the real maple syrup, so not sure why this syrup was so odd. We were seated immediately with no wait (arrived at 650am.) Our server Angel came around almost right away to take our orders and the food came out really quick! Coffee was constantly being refilled. There are a few people coming around checking to see if you need more coffee or drinks. Overall, just found this place to be efficient with minimal waiting and the quality of the food was really good. Huge bonus for this place being open for an actual meal early because it is 24/7.

Yummy food. Strong coffee. Johns a good server! Great views. Atmosphere. Atmosphere. Atmosphere. People watching off the charts.

The service was great. The food was delicious and not too pricey. This is truly the hidden gem of the Paris resort.

Great food and service. We enjoy the beautiful place and the food was nice. Service was friendly I would come back again and try another meal. Recommend the food and beautiful time

Good food! Great service! We always enjoy coming here when we come to Vegas. Thanks Felipe for your kind service!

During our visit of a few days in Vegas, we chose to eat at the Cafe Americano the first morning. Based on the great food and especially the great service by Fernando, we decided to return the following morning to try other great options on the menu. If you stay at the Paris Hotel or anywhere nearby, we highly recommend the Cafe Americano!

A strange and disappointing experience. Not cheap but failed to deliver. 5 meals (burger with fries, 2 x chicken fingers with fries and fish & chips and a pizza) All the fries came cold - that normally only happens at McDonald’s!) New batches were cooked which arrived warm but 15 mins after we’d eaten the rest of the food. The pizza was overcooked and the base was like biscuit. The waiter did his best but meal was disappointing for all of us at $223 plus tip (waiter gave $34.20 discount). Would you tip?

We loved the restaurant as it was close to the Horseshoe for dinner and breakfast. We had great service when we dined for dinner and breakfast. I ordered the salmon which was excellent and just the right amount of food.

The food was great. The drinks were great, but our server, Justin, hands-down, super wonderful server. He was on top of everything! He never got annoyed with her and less requests and was one of the best servers I’ve experienced in Vegas and elsewhere!!

We arrived for dinner the place was almost empty, we are told, that there are only 2 waiters.....that the food will take time, that the food will take....then we are taken out of the restaurant to line up...but in the line THERE WAS NO ONE, I comment that it is ridiculous to form, when the restaurant is empty and in the line only us. We asked for x the manager... it was the same one who made us train. Then it gets unhinged and MADE US. Now I understand xq this empty, attention is disgusting

Delicious meal at Cafe Americano Paris Vegas , Benedict was good, coffee great. Potatoes yummy, friendly service from Arnold.

Can only really speak to this dish specifically. Barbacoa Chilaquiles are definitely worth a try. Piled high with flavor.

We had a server called Justin who was superb and the food was very nice. Especially as we could order a half portion

Great food and service. Oscar the manager was such a great manager. He made sure our meal was perfect. Carrot cake French toast is the best thing in this world!!

Great spot for wine, late night appetizers and desserts. The chili cauliflower and apple crips are delicious! Service was great, too. Nice to have a 24-hour restaurant available in the hotel.

Great service from Matt, gave me everything that was needed & continuously checked on me. Would recommend a pay raise for this guy.

I took a long 7am walk to get to the Paris Casino where I thought I could find a legit french pastry and found this place as my best option. Unfortunately its not a bakery but more like a Starbucks. Almond croissants were not on the menu so I went with the $8 plain croissant which I hoped would be fresh and flaky. Even though it looked good in the cabinet, the texture was chewy and felt day old at best. I almost went with the $15 cinnamon roll but it was a little too pricey for me.

Stayed at the Paris Hotel which was very nice. But on my room bill was a charge for meals at Cafe Americano located inside the Paris Hotel. We never ate there and I went to talk to the manager about removing the erroneous charge. I was treated like I was trying to pull a fast one and felt humiliated. He said he was unable to reverse the charge on my room bill. I went to the front desk at the Paris Hotel and they nicely and promptly removed the erroneous charge. So the story ended up OK. I understand mistakes happen, but it it was their mistake and I felt accused of trying to cheat them.

Great service!! Everything was done super fast, with humble manners from everybody involved and the meals were delicious 😋

John was excellent as was the food. Great service, the food was hot and fresh. Great atmosphere as well, we sat “outside” so there was some great people watching along with our meal.

Wow Paris you cant even do a coffee shop in your hotel right! The food was not good low quality, small portions and so OVERPRICED - better off doing a search for Dennys which was soooo much better. Just sad cause its pretty place but its just not good and unbelievably overpriced.

I stayed at Paris Las Vegas for the last week of August 2024. My last full day and checkout day I ate here at Cafe Americano. The first time I came here was Thursday for lunch. I informed my server Arnold that I would be having a heavy steak dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak, which like Cafe Americano is located at Paris Las Vegas, and I wanted something light for lunch. I asked him about if the quesabirria flautas are heavy in portion. Arnold said there were only three flautas. I proceeded to order the quesabirria flautas. I was about to order a dozen of brined chicken wings, but Arnold asked if I was really hungry. I then decided to order half a dozen. The quesabirria flautas were light yet flavorful dish due to the beef consommé. I have had brined wings that were dry, but not the brined wings I ate at Cafe Americano. They were moist yet the flavor of the wings didn't come from the brine, but the covered sauce. The next time I came here was next day close to Noon. That day I was leaving Vegas to take a flight back to Oakland. I had the same server Arnold as the day before - what a coincidence. I asked him what he would recommend. He suggested the barbacoa chilaquiles. Besides that dish I also ordered the chicken sausage. Sometimes chilaquiles can be heavy because the chips are soggy. However the barbacoa chilaquiles at Cafe Americano weren't heavy for breakfast because the chips were crunchy. The chicken sausage had that snap yet wasn't dry inside. Overall my two meals at Cafe Americano were ok, but not spectacular. As this restaurant is not a high-end eatery on The Strip I can see myself coming here again. I ate here for lunch then breakfast. I don't know if I will come back for dinner, but I did preview the late-night menu, which included crispy cauliflower and quesabirria tacos. If I gamble late at Paris Las Vegas whether I win or lose I might come back to Cafe Americano to celebrate my winnings or dwell my losses.

Ate here twice on my last trip to Vegas. I have diamond status and was seated quickly. Great service and food. In the mood for something sweet - have the Nutella waffles. Also had the cheesesteak and grilled cheese. Both were amazing.
Too slow.
We ate here for breakfast and were not impressed. The wait staff was friendly when you could get them, but waiting was the norm. Waiting for someone to come over. Waiting to order. Waiting for the food. Waiting for the check. 2 hours for breakfast is to long. Do not get the crab omelet. No crab for $32! Bypass this one.
