I’ve stayed at Planet Hollywood several times but somehow never ate the the Cafe. My loss. Excellent food, outstanding service in a lively, well-appointed room. I particularly recommend the steak and eggs if you’re really hungry.

This is the only bright spot at PH, the wait staff are excellent despite opening 2 hours late as they were being held down due to the rumor of an active shooter from 11pm the night before. This was not accurate , too bad no one is in charge at this mid-grade at best hotel establishment.

First I would like to say that the resturant was clean and attractive with friendly and attentive staff. That is the good news. I visited for breakfast and had coffee, french toast, and a side of bacon. The coffee was fine; just standard cafe brew. The bacon was ok, not the best I've had, but not bad. The french toast was easily the worst I've ever tasted, and showed a fundmental lack of understanding for how this dish is prepared. They made the dish with a soft, sweet style bread that was dipped in an unseasoned egg mixture and griddled before serving with a thick brown syrup. Sweet on sweet. No texture to the bread, no soak to develop the rich custard center of a good french toast. No Salt! No cinnamon or nutmeg or any other seasoning to break up the sweet. The "maple" syrup had no flavor. My simple solo meal was over $31.00 before tip. Positives: this was a pleasant resturant with friendly and effecient staff. The food was hot and attractive. Negatives: The main dish was tasteless and poorly prepared. This was not a good value for the cost.

Menu has a lot of options. The servings are very large, and have good flavor. Good service. Breakfast potatoes and toast could use some improvement.

We dined last evening (Sunday 5th February) in the restaurant and the food was delicious. During our meal the waiter gave my son a free whisky and coke as apparently he had poured out 2. When it came to the bill, we had been charged for 2 whiskies and cokes not 1. On top of that the waiter had advised my son to try Bulleit Bourbon, not telling us it was 34 dollars for a double!. I did ask the waiter about the cost of the bill and was told that was the cost. I would have asked to speak to manager but we were in a rush as we seeing a show at MGM. I am totally disappointed with the poor customer service we received, which we haven't experienced in any of the other Planet Hollywood restaurants.

Great breakfast China Moco Loco it seems like something I would whipped up my college days but very filling and delicious

Stop in here for 3 days to enjoy a 9th get away the breakfast is good the surface is very good the host are friendly and very knowledgeable everything is A-OK try the ribs or trying the omelettes

I went to Cafe Hollywood in Planet Hollywood to have a late night snack and asked for a seat. The attendant said there was a 20 minutes but needed to wait for her manager who was on call. We asked if we could join someone we knew at the tables. They said yes, but when we did the waiter refused. So when we returned to the front desk the manager (Androdha?) said the wait time was now 30 minutes. I asked why as more than 1/2 the tables were empty. She didn't have a good answer. Then we asked if we could do takeout, the manager said there was a 30 minutes line for takeout as well. This was a totally false as I was able to order takeout in 5 minutes, but when I asked if we order Crem Brule they said no. We asked why, then they said it was because it came in a glass cup. At that point we left. Horrible service, rude waiters, total mismanagement! It almost feels like they don't want customers so that they will be less busy. Never going there again, needed to write this review so others know what they are getting into. People have a limited time in Vegas, better to avoid places where you may be treated poorly.

Decided to eat here before a concert in the hotel and was glad we did. Our server was fabulous even though the place was full. The cocktails were perfect, we started with the southwestern eggrolls and have never had better! Next was a Rueban with very lean corned beef and the sauce on the side....a perfect way to keep it from being soggy. And last was the carrot cake... OMG the slice would serve 4 people easily! And it was delicious.

Located in the center of the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino, lies a large 300 plus seating cafe. Diverse menu and great service. Rather than wait through the Starbucks line, the Cafe Hollywood has a walk up window.

We came at dinner for the $20 prime rib meal. Salad, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes and a 12 oz prime rib. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was top-notch! I totally get why this is a Traveler’s Choice restaurant!

It's good for basic dining when you just want to have dinner without breaking the bank as happens in most places on the Strip outside of the Miracle Mile. Spaghetti Carbonara and Six Cheese Chicken & Macaroni were good dishes. Stay away from the grilled vegetables... nearly raw and flavorless.

We ordered 3 meals. They were all cold and one of them undercooked. Only one meal which was a burger was eaten. They had no gin and none of the first wine asked for. Staff were great, very professional and courteous but the food and drinks were awful and incredibly expensive. Would not return.

I was on a solo trip so didn't want to take a table. Luckily they have a bar. I sat at the bar and Taff was my server and bartender. She was super friendly and made me feel welcome while still taking care of the rest of the restaurant. She made me a wonderful espresso martini and the food was awesome. I got the biscuits and gravy with bacon. Also got 2 over easy eggs to pile on top of it. I loved seeing they had the bacon with the biscuits and gravy. Many places don't do that. Thank you, Taff, for making me feel welcome while I was on a solo trip. Made it such a better experience for me!

We ate here twice during our trip. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both were really nice. The breakfast portions are very big. Would eat here again if I went back to Vegas.

Pancakes light and delicious, great food endless coffee, we loved it, service was extremely good. It was everything we needed and very laid back for around 40 dollars for 2.😁

I must say that this place is awesome!!!! Great food and great service each time we went. We had about 3/4 meals there over the weekend

Had breakfast here a few mornings. Great spot for a casual breakfast, well organised and run and the food was good. Queue to get in but it moves quickly.

Good all around experience. Ordered the wings for a. Appetizer and they were great. Got the bbq bacon burger, and carrot cake. The carrot cake was huge and saved some for later.

We have eaten here many times while staying at the Planet Hollywood. The food is always tasty and the service ranges from good to exceptional. Breakfast is probably our favorite meal here. Omelettes, eggs Benedict, pancakes, corned beef hash, steak and eggs…they’ve got it all. Most Las Vegas casinos have an extended hours or 24 hour coffee shop/diner like this. But Cafe Hollywood stands out from most of the others I have visited.

The food was good, the service was good, the atmosphere was OK, the place had a nice and clean interior. Just like most things in Vegas, its just to expensive for what it is. We had a nice meal, in a nice environment with good and friendly service, just got sick of paying over the norm for meals that were not worth that price. Still, a nice place with good food and friendly service.

We were visiting Las Vegas and were walking on the strip. Since it was past 10.00 PM and we were hungry, we came to Cafe Hollywood. This is a 24 hour restaurant and serves good variety of food. We were given a table and we ordered. The Hostess was very helpful and friendly and we were served our meal quickly. The quality of food was tops. Recommend to visit this place for a meal any time of the day.

Had a very good breakfast experience here; server was funny & efficient; food came promptly with large portions and good quality.

We ate here 4 times during our stay at Planet Hollywood. We were greeted and seated quickly each time by pleasant person. Waitstaff consistently attentive. Food was delicious. Recommend the chicken/avacado sandwich!

Diner style, easy eats and fun cocktails. Also a super fun milkshake menu for those that don't mind a high calorie beverage. Good for pre-show dining. Not luxurious, just simple good food and friendly service.

Came here for a late dinner after our flight arrived in Las Vegas in the evening. It is on the right as you head up the escalators from the lobby. When you first arrive at the restaurant you will quickly notice the window of all sorts of desserts to choose from. I had made reservations on Open Table but there were plenty of tables free on this Monday evening. Staff were friendly and we were seated promptly. Looking around from our table there were a number of photos lining the wall of various Hollywood stars. The place had a nice decor and was well lit. For restrooms, you have to go out into the casino. Gordon was our server this evening and he was great - friendly and told us the day's special which was Prime Rib. My wife and I shared the 12oz Prime Rib which came with a salad. It was a thick cut and was good albeit not quite the melt in your mouth that we are used to back home. It also came with grilled vegetables which were a little crunchy. My daughter got the French toast which was really good. My son had the Six Cheese Chicken Macaroni - he liked it but thought there could have been more sauce for the chicken. I tried the chicken and it was moist but had to agree that it needed more sauce for flavour. We also had the Five Cheese dip with Pita to share at the table - that was really good. It was a great first meal in Vegas. We will have to be back to check out the all day breakfast options as well as the desserts!

My husband and I came across this restaurant in Planet Hollywood on a weeknight that we were vacationing. The food was excellent and the prices were good for the portions and quality of food! If you go to Vegas during the week this is a restaurant that is open later than others! The staff were very friendly and we could tell they really enjoyed their job! We didn’t try any dessert as we were full after our meals, but the dessert menu leaves one desiring for one of their milkshakes!

We have eaten at Cafe Hollywood twice. Once in Sept 201i9 and May 2021. Both times we experienced exceptional customer service and yummy food with large portions. Highly recommend stopping by!

They're open for breakfast and it is served until 11am. They are open until midnight and serve breakfast all day (separate from breakfast menu). I came for breakfast before my flight back home and I had corned beef hash. The dish is served with cubed potatoes, corned beef and sunny side eggs on top with a slice of toast on the side. Since it is very carb heavy, it is a vey filling dish and possibly good for two servings. I enjoyed the plate very much. What is nice about this place is that it is not only a restaurant, but also a quick pick-up for coffee or pastry. If you don't NEED to have Starbucks (two located in the hotel) you can get coffee here for a much more reasonable price than Starbucks. Service was good and the restaurant was clean.

We were looking for a spot to have a nice, sit down meal. Since we were at Planet Hollywood, we decided to give Café Hollywood a try. We are glad we did. They told us there would be a half hour wait. No problem. We were seated and greeted by our server Adam. He immediately took our drink order while conversing with us. He was cheerful and full of energy. There was some friendly conversation while he was taking our order. Another person, who I assume was a manager, came by and asked if Adam was giving us a hard time. I said yes, but I had started it. ;-) The food was served hot. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo, and my wife had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. They were served hot. Most importantly, our food was tasty. I would highly recommend eating here. And with any luck, you will have Adam as your server.

This is one of the few places nearby that has all day sit down breakfast. We stayed at Paris next door and struggled to be up and moving before 11am when all other places stopped serving breakfast. We went here twice and each time we were seated immediately. The service was excellent, tables and chairs were roomy and comfy. It was nice to be away from the loud smoky casinos in the morning to recharge. Food was 4 stars but I’m giving it a 5 due to it being such a pleasant place to eat.

The food and service was wonderful. A very "laid back" place to eat on The Strip with a great food and dessert selection. Price is right too, for Vegas.

Had dinner with family midweek. The restaurant wasn’t busy. The server, Frank (aka Francisco) was pleasant and very courteous. The Kobe sliders and chicken crunch for starters were delicious. The six cheese chicken macaroni and the Fettuccine Alfredo chicken dishes and the chicken Caesar were enjoyed as mains. This was a five star rating but had to be reduced as the mains were delivered way before we had a chance to finish our starters. A case of poor coordination and communication with or within the kitchen.

This was a nice little find in Planet Hollywood. I ordered the Kobe beef sliders with fries. The Kobe beef was really juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. I also ordered their strawberry Big Bang Supernova milkshake. The milkshake was good, but the best part was the cake that it was topped with. The cake was really delicious and moist. They also played a lot of throwback 90’s music, which is right up my alley 😀

We stopped in to grab a quick snack/lunch and was just amazed that the service was great, the place was clean and food even better. My friend ordered the Salmon salad and said it was the best she had ever had.

Food was great and the service was excellent. Dessert was also very good. Prime Rib was cooked just right.

Had lunch since we were staying nearby. Nice to have an all day breakfast. Reuben was big and tasty. Side salad expensive at $8. Angel our server was prompt and courteous.

The food was good but i didnt like that they didnt have any breakfast meat options. I do not eat pork or beef. They didnt have Turkey bacon or turkey sausage as an alternative. Its 2023 nearly every restaurant has those options. I guess not this place.

First meal we had in Vegas was breakfast at Café Hollywood and it was completely disappointing. Breakfast for 4 with no extras - no juice, no alcohol, no soda... just food was $90 - i.e. $20 a person for 3 scrambled eggs that tasted like an egg mixture not real eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and toast. I was starving from just getting off the plane and a 5 hour flight but couldn't eat the eggs or the toast. Finished the potatoes and gave the undercooked bacon to my husband who can eat it that way - I need well done bacon. Food wasn't terrible but it wasn't worth the cost and made my first day very underwhelmed and disappointing. Originally planned to eat here for a lunch or dinner when we looked at the menu but never went back after breakfast. Much better food at a better price in the Miracle Mall restaurants.

Found it online before leaving for trip. Thought if I had time I would stop in. Had very little expectations but was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I ordered the prime rib dinner and my spouse the chicken Alfredo. Fresh veggies, a side salad and mashed potatoes for the prime rib it was 17.95 for 8oz. I would highly recommend it especially if you are looking for a good prime rib dinner. Service was very good, food was hot. Watched as other meals came out, most looked really good as well. Will definitely return.

We attended Shania Twain's concert at Zappos so we stopped here for dinner before the concert. Excellent choice for dinner. The food was great and the service was awesome. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a place to eat before attending a concert at Zappos.

Had breakfast at Cafe Hollywood located in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Loved the stars pictures on the walls. Our waiter, Miku was very attentive and accommodating with our requests. We ordered the oatmeal which was enough for 3 people. Daughter had the Las Vegas Scramble and thought is was good. I had the avocado toast which was great but watch out for those red peppers. The mimosas were a good price. Only negative was getting silverware which was kind of funny. Busser brought us one set rather than three.

We ate here during our visit to Vegas a couple years ago. This return to Cafe Hollywood did not disappoint. Same great service, food. Enjoyed our breakfast, and also our lunch. Would stop in again!

Wife and I just spent 6 nights at Planet Hollywood. Obviously the restaurant was very convenient to us and we ate here three times. The restaurant is bright, lively, service efficient and staff friendly. Managers were hands on and helped out where needed. we had: Lunch - after long flight from Florida went here right after checking-in. Wife and a burger and I had Philly chees steak. Both were pretty good. Dinner - Wanted something simple and close by one night. Turns out some weekday nights they have a prime rib special. I think it was $19,99. Comes with salad, mashed potatoes and green beans. Served with au jus and horseradish sauce. it was pretty good. Wife had a smaller 8oz cut and surprisingly I think her dinner was only $14.99. Breakfast - the morning before flying out. My omelet was delicious and served very hot. Wife had a waffle that she enjoyed.

The food here was great and good value, but unfortunately the waiters let the place down. Forceful, unfriendly and made us feel like we were being demanding because we didn't want to sit near entrance to the casino, which was smoky. Some issues over payment - we were expecting to be able to use our tap to pay with our phone, but their machines were ALL out of action and we carried no cash, so it was a very awkward time while we figured out how to pay - which we eventually did, but it felt like we were not being trusted. Maybe when your payment equipment breaks down, you need to display a sign giving potential diners the message! Not a great experience, wouldn't go back.

the standard menu for a hotel restuarant but you get credits and and use caesars rewards comps for discounts or free food. many better options on the strip but you can at least charge it to the room and the decor is pretty good to keep you occupied while eating

Cafe Hollywood is located along the edge of the casino area. The prices were reasonable, considering its location, and the meals were of a good size and tasty. The breakfast was large. During two dinner visits, I asked for some butter. The servers agreed to get some, but never did.

I dined here 3x during my 7 day stay at Plant Hollywood. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but it was convenient for staying at this hotel. I had breakfast 2 times both omelets and they were well cooked. They have a really big menu. I really wanted to try their french toast but knew I should have something with more substance to it. Colleague had the french toast and said it was yummy. For lunch I tried their house salad and Phillycheese steak sandwich. Both were good. Nice size side salad with fresh greens. Philly sandwich was cooked well. There's nothing to special about this place other than the food is consistent and halfway decent. Service was kind, I sat at the bar 2 times.

My wife and I dined here for dinner. We both ordered the Prime Rib Special for $14.99. It comes with a dinner salad, veggies and mashed potatoes. Great deal. The service was excellent. I added many photos of our visit and will return again very soon.

Every time we're close we come to this place to grab a bite to eat in planet Hollywood the service is good the weight depends on your player level if you're diamond or 7 star there is no line if you're just a normal guess there might be A-line but not all the time stopping in and enjoy yourself the breakfast and dinner food is very good

Big space, many tables, nice decorations. Warm, friendly and fast service. Tasty food, big portions and nice hot coffee!!!

Very good food, great location, decent prices, good variety of food choices, friendly staff, would definitely visit again.

Our first visit here was for breakfast and the service was excellent but the breakfast choices were below average. Eggs were just bad and breakfast sausage seemed to be of poor quality. Returned a few days later for an appetizer platter that was pretty good, that visit Normita was our server and she was excellent. I will say amazing customer service, average food but a good place to stop and eat if you are gambling in the casino or staying nearby

This is in the heart of Planet Hollywood. It is an open restaurant to the casino. My wife wanted the prime rib. She got it and loved it. I got the kobi sliders. They were good but $6 for french fries in a cup???

Excellent food, tons of choices and a great server! Atmosphere was nice very busy but we did not have to wait. Some people in our party got lunch some got breakfast and we shared a massive shake. Recommend for couples and families

We had a late breakfast on a Sunday morning, without a doubt, the worst food I've eaten in vegas. I had the 3 eggs dish, scrambled eggs, bacon & potatoes. The eggs were terrible, more like a chopped omelette than scrambled (no cream or milk added), the bacon was poor quality and the potatoes greasy. My friends had eggs benedict which were reasonable at best and the side portion of fruit was inedible, at least 2/3 days past its best, you didn't even need to taste it to tell this... shocked it left the kitchen like that. Save your money and eat elsewhere... lots places in the adjacent mall would be better.

Great coffee shop in LV! Great food and great service! We always come here when in Las Vegas! Don't sleep on this coffee shop!

First place we ate when we arrived from the airport after checking into room at Planet Hollywood. Good service and good sandwiches. We decided this would be the breakfast place for us. Well, the banner outside says the Cafe was open 24/7. They had a good breakfast menu. Problem is, they were not open. Hello McDonalds.

We are staying at the Hilton Elara and wanted to eat something close and not walk or drive a long distance this ending. We decided to try Cafe Hollywood. It was fantastic. Our party of four each had different items and enjoyed our meals. Breakfast is offered 24 hours a day. My wife decided on the Western Omelet and our family friend selected the short stack of pancakes. Our son ordered a burger and I got the combination chicken, shrimp, and pork fried rice bowl. Our server was Stan. He was VERY attentive to us and made sure that we had everything we needed. The photographer even took our photos and of course we had to purchase them since they were so good. yeah it’s a money grab, but we liked the pictures. We highly recommend this spot for a good bite that will be filing and delicious.

This was the worst meal that we had during our entire trip. One person in our group had the buffalo wings and they were so tough. Saving grace was the blue cheese dip which did not show up with the wings and had to request it. 2nd item was the chicken and waffles. Should remove from the selections. Tasted burnt and was overcooked, dry. Waffles were crunchy as though they were cooked in the toaster. The salmon and salad were ok. Waiter asked if everything was good and I told him it was eatable and he never came back. Will never go there again. Sandwiches from the sandwich shop were 100 times better for half the price.

I had breakfast at the bar January 2nd. The place was humming and the staff was rocking. My bartender was a joy and made a fantastic bloody mary. I ordered the Loco Moco a grilled Angus burger on top of Jasmine rice, caramelized onions sautéed mushrooms, beef Demi glaze with two over easy eggs...Yum Yum. All sorts f cool pictures of movie stars and folk on the walls and open 24/7 I recommend this casual place for breakfast and late night munchies and drinks.

We were seated and waited on quickly for breakfast. Our food was served fast and the portions were enough to fill up our teenage boys with food leftover. It seemed a bit pricey but the convenient location and quick service made it a good fit for our family.

Not open 24 hours as the signs say. Food was excellent, service was great. Popular place, get in early for Breakfast. About $20 for omlette with coffee. Other less expensive places in Miracle Mile area. Area was clean and well lit. Nice.

Very busy but quickly get through and seat people. Our server was nice but I think took advantage of us, trying to request super high tip despite service not being particularly attentive. Food was nice and good portions for breakfast.

We ended up eating here multiple times during our stay in Vegas because it was so good and the staff was so friendly. We got our picture taken and they gave us a free Keychain with our picture in it. How fun! You have to try the breakfast potatoes. Yum! Such a fun place to go and it won't break your wallet.

Fast good and friendly at moderate pricing! I usually have breakfast and it’s always great probably been here 15 times or more this year because of the service, quick seating and the food is cooked the way you want it most of the time. Maybe once that wasn’t. I especially like they’re scrambled eggs and sausage good breakfast. Dinner the shakes are fantastic, I’m drooling now, ha ha. Like to hamburgers of course and moderately priced.Dessert takes me two or three days to eat up in my room because the carrot cake is so big I just can’t eat it all at one time. Have a chocolate cake like that too very large. Great value for the money and people are nice service is great :-) Van

Great place - best hamburger ever - nice place to be and not so expensive- thanks to the team - I will come back soon!

I got the berry salad and my date got the BBQ bacon burger. I loved my salad!! He loved the burger but said the fries were just "ok". They have huge unique desert selections if your waistline allows. A companion got the LA lasagna and really liked it too.

The food was average but the service was great. The family enjoyed the breakfast but not the late night meal that was served lukewarm. The management took care of the bill but we were still hungry.

Horrible food. “Sliced chicken” on the chicken fettuccine was not sliced at all. It was chunks that looked like they came straight out of a can. Vegetables on display were rotten and growing mold. Noodles for the Potbelly Ramen tasted like glue. Breakfast food are your only safe bet as it’s pretty hard to mess that up.

If you're not looking for a long and expensive dinner, this is a good place. It's really no more than a diner, but they have a really good menu, pretty good food, and 2 of the 3 times I ate there the service was very good. Very good place for breakfast.

The food here was amazing. A great alternative to Denny's, without the wait times. Very good prices. Staff were attentive and the decor of the cafe is quite nice. Would highly recommend.

Delicious food and great service. I ate here every morning for breakfast and had a couple of late night meals. The omelets are my favorite for breakfast and the Rueben is my favorite for lunch and dinner!

The food was nice but nothing special and the service was quick!! The price i thought was very high as you can get a breakfast sandwich in the hotels other cafe for less than half the price here!

Stopped in here for breakfast and there was no wait for seating. Waiter was very attentive and food didn’t take too long to prepare. Food was very good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely return here again.

The atmosphere is pretty cool, a lot of celebrity photographs to view. The menu had a little bit of everything, we had fried chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were very good and they arrived quickly. The prices are about mid-range. Nice place to have lunch.

Located inside the Planet Hollywood, we went here on a Monday evening around 7 pm for dinner. We were seated quickly, right up front, as it was not very busy. Our waitress Stephanie came over after several minutes and took our order. Food was good. I tried the $14.99 prime rib special and my wife had the croissant french toast. Initially the service was good, but faded quickly after we received our food. The waitress was engulfed in several conversations with other patrons and did not come back to us until well after we were finished. As we were leaving a little after 8 pm, we noticed that the 24 hour restaurant was now closed for the evening and several guests were turned away. I asked the hostess why the restaurant was closed, she said that it was due to slow business due to covid. Service much better here in 2019 when we stayed here.

The food was wonderful each time we ate here. Service is very fast and friendly, especially Alan!! We ate here more than once due to convenience, service and food!

My friend and I got there just after 7:30 pm on Monday night and was told they close at 8:00 and couldn’t seat anyone else. There were 2 others just in front of us and the manager let us order food for take out. I don’t know if they just close that early on certain nights, be sure to check if you plan on going there. They have a prime rib special I think the larger cut was $20 and smaller cut $14 comes with salad, mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was some of the best prime rib I have ever had. I ordered medium rare while my friend had her’s well done. Both perfect. We felt the manager went out of his way to assist us. Will definitely eat there next time we are back in Vegas. Located inside Planet Hollywood next to Starbucks.

We originally wanted to go to Gordon Ramsay Burger, but discovered it is closed for renovations. This was close, so we went here instead. It ended up being a great choice! Our waitress was super friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. I ordered the Philly, which had great flavor. It had a unique twist in that they put French’s fried onions (crispy) on top, which I really liked. The only thing I thought was weird was that a photographer came around to take our photo at the table; I’ve never experienced that before while eating in Vegas.

I expected to get typical cafe at a casino fare, but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was a fresh breaded filet that was juicy not dry and not overly salty as this things tend to be. The bun was fresh and soft with embedded sunflower seeds. It was very enjoyable but a little small. My wife had the California Lasagna, that too was very good.. For dessert we had the chocolate cake, which was too much to eat so we took it back to our room. Service was top notch and Iced tea was very good.

Had to meals breakfast and lunch. Both time the meal came out hot and enjoyable. The have a to go spot that has cookies and cakes. The kid will love it because you can get green eggs. The staff is great when you ask for a substitution on your order. I will be eating here again.

If I could give this place a zero I would! This was the worst breakfast my family of four has ever had! My husband had to send his back before even trying it because it looked so bad, and he will eat pretty much anything. He ordered the southwest scramble. The strawberry cinnamon roll French toast was disgusting as was the croissant French toast. If you are drunk or hungover and don’t care maybe it is ok, otherwise I would find a new place for breakfast.

I ate here on Sunday at 5pm and woke up in the middle of the night with SEVERE FOOD POISONING! The only other thing I ate that day besides their food was a bagel in the morning. I ate an undercooked chicken sandwich and was up all night because I was sick. They wouldn’t even refund my meal because I “could be lying”. Absolutely ridiculous!! With the amount of money I spent I wasn’t expecting to be served and undercooked meal. BEWARE of this place I suggest eating anywhere else!!!! Trust this places food at your own risk!!!

Some of the best service I've ever had. We were lucky enough to get Austin was one of the best waiters I've ever had. He had a great personality, he was very attentive to any lunch need to be had, and he was helpful in recommending activities for out-of-towners which turned out to all be hidden gems. Our recent vacation was great and our interactions with Austin and his recommended local activities made the experience even better.

Great food, cool pictures/decor. Overlooks the casino. My husband really liked the reuben, and the Hollywood Bowl salad was fantastic.

I came here for a wedding reception, we had the back room reserved. The service, drinks, and food were all excellent. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The food portions were very large (typical in Las Vegas) so everyone was stuffed after.

We enjoyed late breakfast each morning in our recent 3-day stay. Goof food, well prepared, great service, good value.

When we arrived in Las Vegas, we were hungry and wanted a nice breakfast. As I've always wanted to go to a Planet Hollywood, this is where we decided to enjoy our breakfast at. The menu had several breakfast options. My husband had an avocado and salmon toast while I had the eggs benedict. Both meals were delicious. Breakfast was over $50 for the two of us. The restaurant was crowded. Our server was friendly and gave great serivce. Photos of celebrities line the walls.

We had a pretty good meal at Café Hollywood. My husband enjoyed the southwest scramble and my breakfast burrito was decent. The service was great. Our waiter was very sweet. It's best to get there before 8:30 because every time we passed by, there was a long line. Restrooms are on the casino floor, which aren't close.

We visited twice to Cafe Hollywood: The Counter had a very limited selection of To Go Items both days: Monday, 05/09/10 and Tuesday, 05/10/22, we tried to order the listed display items: Cheesecake (We were told both nights that they are prepared in the kitchen, only 2 being made each morning and with not additional ones being offered; if this is the case, then only probably 16-20 pieces total were available for all operating hours). 2nd, we wanted the Chocolate Torte Cake and the Lime Cake, both which were sold out. So, the To Go Clerk offered "a regular chocolate cake, which turned out to be awful and the smallest piece of cake for $9.00 we have ever seen." This is a pathetic way to run a delicious looking "The Counter" with desserts available for takeout and disappointing out of state customers 2 times. Next time we visit Vegas, we will not be returning to the Cafe Hollywood Las Vegas Store #11095.

Food was very average, but for the price, it was below average. Hard to believe people pack the place??? We only made the mistake once!!! Never again!!

An excellent value for dining here. A bit noisy, but that's the case pretty much everywhere in Vegas. Great service, friendly, attentive and thoroughly professional. I liked their all-day breakfast dishes, and the salmon dish was good. A great value altogether.

The food was pretty good. Very expensive, though. Two days of breakfast at the hotel and both days it was over $50 with tip. Seems very expensive for some eggs, pancakes and French Toast.

We went to dinner at the Cafe Hollywood located at Planet Hollywood. I was using the Go City card that gave us $25 each off of the bill ($50 total). We had the prime rib which came with a salad, mashed potato and mixed vegetables. Our sever, Matt was awesome. The food was very good and was only $19.99. Matt asked us about dessert but we were stuffed. He gave us a good slice of carrot cake which I had for breakfast the following morning.

We ate at Cafe Hollywood twice during our recent visit to Vegas, and we had a terrific time. I had the sliders, and my husband had the Wagyu burger one afternoon, and then we returned for lunch the next day where I had the tempura shrimp and my husband had the Wagyu burger (again). The fries are delicious, but the serving is far too big, so you might just have one order for two. We had the chocolate shakes, and they were the best shakes we've ever had. The serving staff are friendly and professional. The restaurant is spacious so it never feels packed even when it is. The food is delicious -- a must have! Make time to visit this restaurant during your trip. It is well worth it.

Very friendly staff who seated us very quickly and brought us water. I ordered the pancakes with strawberries and my friend had cheese omelette with fried potatoes. The food came quickly and my pancakes were delicious light and fluffy. They were quite expensive but worth every penny for 3blarge pancakes with strawberry sauce and a jug of warm maple syrup

The food was delicious and our waiter Angel, was exceptional! Ask for him for great, friendly service! The area is close and accessible to everything

Loved everything about this place! They played all my favorite music from the 90’s. The staff was Amazing. The food was so good! Me and my husband shared the appetizer platter. All of the items that came with it were sooooo good. We had one of the specialty shakes also. Literally the best shake i’ve had. I will be visiting every time I go to Vegas!

Food and service are great! Breakfast menu 24 hours, along with other choices, and desserts, too. Comfortable seating. Breakfast til noon; try one of their French Toast dishes: challah, croissant or cinnamon roll flavors are all delicious.

This cafe serves excellent hot food out of its kitchen. We enjoyed several breakfast meals and dinner there. The prices are decent for the quality of the food. The only problem was they ran out of tea for 3 days, otherwise would be a 5-star .

Not bad for a hotel restaurant. Portions are big. Quality is good. Decently priced. Ambiance is casual and fun. Service was good. I'd go back.

We ate here twice on our last trip to Vegas as we stayed at Planet Hollywood. It was great to have a quality breakfast spot on the doorstep. Good food and swift service, and we enjoyed it all. The omelettes were good and they were understanding about a gluten-free diet, and advised accordingly. It's a popular and busy place all day long, but we never felt rushed. We left feeling full and happy each time, and that's what it's all about really.

We had a large party for breakfast but were quickly seated and service was efficient. The food was average quality and everyone could find something that they liked from the menu. Itʻs part of the Planet Hollywood so I understand but taking photos for $$ seemed a bit much. The location proximity to our hotel made it a good choice.

We had Cesar for breakfast and he friendly, polite, very professional. He was amazing. He came back and asked for his section again. Best server I have had in a long time. I will continue to come back because of Cesar. 5 stars

This breakfast was awful. So, so bad. We had to send two of the meals back because they looked so disgusting. I’ve never seen a breakfast as artificial looking as my strawberry cinnamon roll French toast. The croissant French toast was pretty disgusting. It would seem hard to mess up chocolate chip pancakes, but those were really bad too. Our waitress was not very helpful- she didn’t even come back to fill up our empty waters. I don’t understand how this place gets the reviews it does. One star is being generous.

Great little diner/restaurant. Open late, friendly service, full bar, many, many food options. Amazing desserts too!

We had breakfast here on our last day. Water offered straight away and coffee refilled -service was very good. Kids had the pancakes, could not finish! I had omelette, it was ok, lacked seasoning. Portions kept us going right until the evening. Okay breakfast.

We ate here on several occasions for a main meal and breakfast. Service was always good, servers friendly, food good and decent value for being inside the hotel

My breakfast included eggs cooked perfectly, side order of crisp bacon and a pancake. The pancake was somewhat cool but had a good flavor. My wife had French toast and eggs and both were prepeared well. The waiter (Muki) was attentive and friendly. Prices are high but that is the norm for Vegas.

Cafe Hollywood looks like a cross between a diner and an ice cream shop, but, don't be fooled. It has a killer menu and the food is really good! We've been to lots of trendy, glitzy places on the strip whose overpriced food didn't live up to the hype. Cafe Hollywood puts their efforts into their food. Everything we had was delicious - Burger, Chicken sandwich, crispy-edged Fries, Crisp Beef, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Trio, Key Lime Cake, Cheesecake. All of it was first rate! And then, very rare in Vegas...the prices were reasonable! Shout out to Shandy, our fun and very attentive server! Thanks for super customer service! They are open from 6 am to midnight and also serve breakfast all day. We will definitely be back here to try breakfast on our next Vegas trip.

Stopped by this spot for a light late nite snack. Service was fast and friendly. Can't go wrong with a club sandwich!

Sadly our experience here was not a positive one. After being left for quite some time at the table with no one asking us if we wanted any water, drinks or even acknowledging our existence we were then greeted by a male server who made a smart ass comment. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and sadly I was greeted with a dry, rubbery looking piece of chicken. Unfortunately since eating this meal I have suffered with food poisoning and can only put it down to the chicken. The service was poor, the food also poor and I am still suffering the effects of food poisoning which does not bode well for a long haul flight home. Wouldn’t recommend this place as a result.

we stayed in planet hollywood for our holiday this year and visited cafe hollywood for our breakfast most mornings, mainly due to the friendly staff and food. shout out to Lisane who was so good with my father-in-law and welcomed him each morning. food was great and place was always busy. would definitely recommend.

Big shout out to our server Lisan fabulous breakfast fantastic service and cups of Joe I’ve waited 5 years for !!!

We had the Go City Pass and I opted to select a meal as one of our attractions. Be care full when selecting where to dine. Some places have a restricted menu you can or from when using the Go Pass. This location allows you to order anything on the menu up to $25 in food and drinks. We had Philly cheese steak, Kung Pao dish and a chicken and pasta dish. We all enjoyed our selections.

We liked the amount of choices on the menu and being able to get breakfast 24 hours. Large portions so the price didn't seem too outrageous. Clean as well.

Dry and without flavor. Shrimp had bad taste like it was spoiled. Server was friendly but that doesn't make the food any good.

This was an excellent breakfast for our family. The service was top-notch. Our family ordered chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry french toast (made with cinnamon rolls instead of the normal bread), and two egg white omelets with spinach. It was a lot of food for the price.

This restaurant was amazing! They have a large menu for breakfast and the portions were nice size. The staff was friendly, fast and attentive! Would definitely come back!

We decided to eat here as we had go city passes. I’m gluten free & the only thing I could have was the salad. Looking at the menu I’m sure I could have had other things but staff didn’t seem to know. My salad was really nice when it came but my husband said his burger was really bland & didn’t enjoy it. No kids menu either so ended up ordering sides for him. Decor is nice but didn’t feel it had the same feel as other planet Hollywood restaurants we’ve eaten at before.

We visited as a family of 3 and ordered a selection of starters and burgers for main course. The food was ok, nothing to shout about. Burgers were pretty bland, and nowhere near as nice as the ones we’d had in Hard Rock a few days before. Restaurant is very loud and brightly lit, so no real atmosphere. There are nicer places to eat in Vegas; this one has had its day.

The service and the food here was amazing our waiter Cristian he was great. Good go to breakfast spot. The entertainment is not only the casino that is there but the accessible scooters that scoot on here.😭

We have visited this restaurant in the past and it remains one of our favourites. When in Vegas we always go here as the food is delicious. This visit we had an amazing server. Stan was exceptionally attentive and did everything to make sure our dining experience was exceptional. Can’t say enough not praise this young man enough. Definitely try this restaurant if in the area.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The food was delicious and the portions were large. A must try when looking for a great place to eat.

Great restaurant, great food, great management. They never disappoint. Patrick the manager very nice. The best part for me is Haylee--the world's best server. She is so kind, and always has a smile. She really enjoys her job and it shows. I go there and always ask for her section because she treats me and every guest like they are special. Leave her a kind message on your check because she saves them and reads them from time to time. That is how important her customers are to her. Thank you to the management for treating your employees and customers right. I first went to you because a local police officer said you are great. He was right. And for your veterans, the manager is an Army vet. You get a veteran discount here too. Once Haylee knows you, she will put it on there without even having to ask. I love you guys. You make my trips to Vegas very special. Thank you!

We checked into PH pretty late and were looking something quick to eat in our hotel. This was a good choice and at around 10pm on a Thursday night, it was empty. Service was fast too. The next morning we had breakfast here too. Same experience and service. The food was good and we ate breakfast here 2 mornings.

We had a Wedding Reception Dinner at Cafe Hollywood in Planet Hollywood for about 60 people. The whole event was excellent. The wait staff headed by Heidi and included her family were exceptional. Drink service was fast and accurate. Food was served in record time and the food was excellent. Our package included 3 choices for guests and we did have a few special requests which were handled perfectly. Our entire experience from arranging the day with Leslie to the day of the event with the staff on site was superb. If you have a group of about 60 or less, this is an excellent choice. The service, food quality, and price are very reasonable for a Las Vegas Strip location.

The spinach salad is all that along with the Tex-Mex egg rolls. Nice size portions of both. My server was very friendly. I was able to get a table right away even during Covid.

Enjoyed a pre-concert meal here and was very surprised at how good the food and service was. I thought it would be crowded, but I guess not everyone is a fan of the Scorpions! Thought we could get breakfast all day, and you can, it is just limited. My friend was disappointed that she couldn't have her eggs benedict! But the offerings are very extensive. I enjoyed their "famous" crispy chicken and it was fabulous. I don't know if was the long island ice tea I had first, but the food was amazing. They bread the strips with some lethal concoction of honey or waffle or something a bit sweet and then to balance that, give you a zingy dipping sauce. I am still sorry I was unable to finish it and didn't put the remainer in my purse for later! Service was excellent and the prices were more reasonable than the Paris (where we were staying) right next door.

We stayed at Planet Hollywood an we decided to explore their restaurants. This was our choice an a good choice. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We chose the High Roller Sampler, the only thing the wheels do not turn. All eyes was on us because nobody tried it. The sampler consisted of Chicken Crunch, Texas Tostados, Buffalo Wings, Five Cheese Dip and Tempura Jumbo Shrimp. It is great for two people to share although it states "serves 4." I definitely will eat here again whenever I visit Las Vegas. Great atmosphere.

After a day trip to Utah I just needed food and Cafe Hollywood was great! They don’t deliver to the room but it was a quick walk to the lobby area and my Asian fused stir fry was delicious. The soda was far too expensive for this miniature cup but overall I would visit this restaurant again.

Because of Covid-19, most of the buffets are closed. It is difficult to find reasonably priced dinner along the strip. Hamburgers are over $15. We find this cafe's price pretty decent. They also have prime rib special for dinner for $20 (12oz) Sunday to Thursday. Sometimes they hide the sign, so you have to ask for it. Good tender prim rib cooked just right with messed potato and salad. Service was great. They practice good cleaning after each party. Go there early because they may be out. One reviewer complains about it. They were there 5 times ,but could not get it.

We tried the breakfast cold again and eggs over cooked not poached. Not cheap super busy. Waiter nice but will not return. Better options out there.

Had a beer. Bartender disappearred after serving my beer. Beer was kind of warm. Drank it and left. Had breakfast one morning. Kind of pricey for the portions.

I ordered the black chicken pasta, OMG, it was amazing and THE best pasta dish I’ve ever had, it was tasty, full of breast chicken, large portion and piping hot, could not fault anything about it. Very reasonable price too. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure if any of the "strip" buffets are open, so we headed to Planet Hollywood to use up some of the Caesars Rewards points. I chose Cafe Hollywood because they had breakfast. It was good! They may have overloaded us with potatoes, but I like it. All your typical fare, and beverages! We had three meals here and each one with a different server. They were all excellent, thus, earning a generous tip from me. I will say that breakfast is the only meal for which there is a physical menu. All other meals require a smart phone or tablet. It works for me. Food can be for dine in or take-out. Just let the server know ahead of time.

We liked this place so much, we ate here twice! It was close to our hotel (The Carriage House). We enjoyed our breakfast there, and liked it so much we decided to have a late lunch there. The atmosphere is like a diner, we were seated with little wait, and the wait staff is very attentive.

This place is busy 90% of the time but it is a nice place to grab a bite to eat if you have time to stop in and enjoy. Every dish i've had there was good the ribs and those amazing shakes

We had breakfast here and it was very good. Instead of. choosing a set meal from the menu we opted to have what we wanted from the sides - this was a good way to go for us and more than enough food - we noticed the meals being delivered to other tables were huge.

nothing really special, it's a coffee shop. fast good food at reasonable prices. the waiters were very professional and even offered us a pitcher of mimosa!

This breakfast was delicious! We stayed at PH so we came down here for breakfast. It was super good! I would eat here again! The pancakes were really great!

Ate here several times during Christmas visit to PH. Good food and decent value for Cafe food. Super nice servers. I tipped generously on Christmas Eve and was treated really well on subsequent visits. Food quality was good and server knew the menu for recommends. Will return again during January visit.

We ate here twice during our stay. Once for dinner, the next for breakfast. Both occasions the food was very good. For dinner, I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and my husband ordered a burger. The service was ok. He seemed very busy as he had many tables to check on. For breakfast again great food, I got an omelette that was so big, I couldn’t finish it. My husband got the big breakfast combo meal (however, it didn’t come with toast) for $17. The waiter in the morning was much more attentive.

Had a couple of meals here. The bacon BBQ burger and the oatmeal cost about the same. The oatmeal is over priced but delicious.

The food is good but pricey. The service is very slow so be prepared. The best thing about the place is that it is inside Planet Hollywood and in close proximity to the hotel I stayed at. The chocolate cake is excellent.

Found this gem on the last day of our holiday and what a find it ended up being. Was pretty busy in there when we got there at about 10 but we got a table straight away and we got our food pretty quickly considering the amount of people that were there. I went for the Cinnamon Bun French Toast with a side of Bacon and it was amazing. Would have been enough for 2 people but was so good. If/when I go back to Vegas this will definitely be one of the first additions to the itinerary

Amazing food,a nice staff and overall good experience, reasonable pricing and good location.Keep it up Planet Hollywood!

Love the 24/7 convenience of this place! Came in at 1:30am after arriving in Vegas and they were happy to serve. Burgers are of quality and so are their salads! Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Planet Hollywood!

Stopped for a late night meal after a long day, the food was delicious and the service was excelletn

We ordered the Strawberry Pancakes and they were under cooked, in both plates. They had only 2 slices of strawberries and the rest was fake marmalade. For the price and the location, I was expecting more

loved the CHICKEN & WAFFLES! Southern-fried chicken tenders, a Belgian waffle & a side of honey butter and syrup !!! Delicious when doused in hot sauce as well !!!!!! .

Fast seating for breakfast, good service, food good. Friendly, polite staff. Clean surroundings. Nice place to eat inside Planet Hollywood,.

The portions are good while the price is decent. I had breakfast twice here, both times the servers were really nice and friendly.

They have great service and their Eggs Benedict Southwest is good. They also have a great steak and eggs.

I payed good money for a rib eye. I would have been beter off chewing on my flipflop. It was very bad. The wedges were tastles and under cooked. Par boil things people.

Adam was our server, and he was great! Our meal was great, too! I had the ramen soup and it was good! My husband had the Alfredo.

My wife and I dined here for dinner. Located at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. I wanted the Prime Rib Special. They were out. They have large signs advertising this in the front of the restaurant. They were out for the night. This is the 5th time I have visited and they are always out. At a certain point this is beginning to look like a "loss leader" to get people in. Cook more Prime Rib. I settled for a very tasty Fried Chicken Sandwich with Fries. My wife had a Berry Salad with an added Chicken Breast. The service was excellent on this visit. Fix the Prime Rib Special and I will return. I added many photos of our visit.

This is a hidden gem of a place to eat in Planet Hollywood. I was not happy with the hotel part, but this is like an up scale cafe with great food but even better staff. The girls who greeted us where polite and friendly, but our waiter (sorry tall guy at least 6 ft 2) was what made this place stand out. He was super nice, explained the favorites, attentive on serving our drinks and made sure to stop by just enough, but not too much where it is weird. WOW even the staff behind the bakery glass were friendly and helpful in our choices. We had the pastrami sandwich and chicken wings and they were probably one of the best we ever had and was very surprised and happy. It is a bit more than your usual casual diner, but well worth the extra $2 or so. The food quality is great but even better staff, at least they take pride in what they do and we appreciate it.

Good food and service, but high prices in this casino restaurant. Very nice breakfast menu and good salads and burgers.

The food was very good and not bad priced. You also got alot of food. The waiter we had took forever for everything. We asked for another glass of water and by the town he cane back we did not want ot.

Awesome food, awesome service - a win win on all fronts. Made a few trips here throughout our stay at PH, and this was by far one of our better food experiences. We mostly ate late night or for breakfast - food was delicious and hot. Service was spot on 100% of the time. Definitely recommend for a casual meal or two.

Had breakfast in here a few times. Portions are enormous, food lovely. Staff very attentive. Great choice of food.

We stopped by Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas for a late breakfast and were really impressed! The atmosphere is lively and fun, filled with Hollywood memorabilia and a high-energy Vegas vibe, perfect for a casual yet memorable meal on the Strip. Over 3 visits there, we ordered a mix of sweet and savory dishes, and everything hit the mark! The Croissant French Toast was rich and buttery with just the right amount of sweetness. The Las Vegas Scramble was hearty and flavorful, with fluffy eggs, mushrooms, spinach, melted cheese, and crispy potatoes on the side. For something classic, the short & tall stack pancakes were light, fluffy, and satisfying. On the drinks side, we tried the Mimosa with Orange & Pineapple juice, (which was refreshing with a nice tropical twist), the Berry Berry Smoothie was bright and fruity, the Coffee Shake was literally dessert in a glass, and last but certainly not least was the Sidecar which was perfectly balanced and felt like a classy touch to brunch. Service was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt relaxed but upbeat. Cafe Hollywood is a great choice breakfast, brunch, or even just a fun stop for drinks! We would definitely come back!!
Great choice for breakfast
My family and I ate here for breakfast yesterday and the food was delicious. The portions were huge. We arrived about 10 am and there was a line but they moved the line very quickly We waited about 5-6 min. The service was great even with a full house we never had to wait on refills. The staff was friendly and fast. The only con was we did receive dirty water glasses. My husband had something floating in his water and the outside of the glass was visibly dirty and so was mine. Overall a great experience, great food, great service. I would definitely recommend for breakfast and if you are staying in Planet Hollywood.
