Decided not to drive out of the Hotel complex and walked to the other Sheraton property for dinner. It was crowded with couples, families and airline personnel. Service from Hakeem was personable and efficient. My Missasou Pinot was fairly priced at $9.00, but simply and one dimensional. My half chicken was not uniform in temperature or flavor, but was tender and edible. The veggies were acceptable, but the loaded baked potato was dry. Maybe a burger would have been a better choice. Not a bad choice when faced with a fifteen to twenty minutes elsewhere.

I am so glad I found this gem - Mike the manager and Ahkeem the server were such wonderful people, I would come back and visit just for these 2 guys alone! The food was fresh and service was perfect.

Excellent service david down in the bar is an awesome bartender. The food ia great the service is fast you 2ont find a better place to stay i was here for bussiness and I would come back with family as well if i could. Again awesome service david will take care of you here!

I travel a lot and I’ve stayed at Four Points about 10 times thus far and have enjoyed the food here. I don’t usually like hotel food but shockingly this Cafe is the exception for me. Florije works breakfast, who I’ve had for service on several of my visits, she’s nice and completely accommodated my requests for wanting to avoid pork and get more veggies in my omelette. Thanks for the great service Florije!

Breakfast this morning with Jasmine in the Cafe' was super enjoyable. She had such a warm and relaxed attitude. I have some food allergies and she was more than happy to work with what was available and came up with a great option and the food was really good. Came down to the front desk a bit later and had the pleasure of interacting with another young lady named Jasmine as well. Super smile, great attitude and really just so friendly. Will stay here next time I am in town.

I stayed at the FourPoints hotel and came here twice. First, I just wanted a light dinner and ordered the sliders with pulled pork. The portion was just right and the food was delicious. Second, I came here again for breakfast. I ordered the simplest item -- two eggs over easy with home fries and sausage. It was good. It's such a staple item that I think there is a standard and they did it right on the point. The only thing that I have to say about this restaurant is that breakfast was understaffed. At the time of my visit, there was only one waiter tending the coffee bar, taking our order, going back and forth between the tables and the kitchen. We really did not get our food on time that day but I totally understand that it is not the waiter's fault. He's got too much to do. It's more of a management issue. Hope the understaffed situation will be resolved before my next visit.

If you stay in the A Loft, four points by SHERATON or SHERATON suite and do not have a car this is the only choice but really the service is no good. The food is very very average Ordered a NY strip rare arrived well down. Sent it back and 20min came back same! Avoid if you can

Burger was excellent and the service is great. David is a fantastic bartender. This is the best place to eat when staying at the Four Points, Aloft or Sheraton Sui

I had excellent service from Ahkeen. He was very attentive, polite and very accommodating. And the food wasn’t bad either.

I'm giving this 4 stars for those who showed up to work and decent food. We sat ourselves at a table and waited at least 15 minutes to get a menu. It took at least another 15 min to place our order. It seems that there was 1 bartender, 1 person waiting tables, and 1 person in the kitchen. Someone else did show up about 2 hours before closing, and apologized to the barrender who thanked her for at least showing up. Our burgers showed up about 20 min after ordering. The meal was surprisingly good, but no one checked to see if we needed anything after the food arrived. The restaurant was packed, so I guess she did the best that she could do. It seemed that the service at the bar was much faster. I'll be staying at the hotel again, so I'll eat earlier and at the bar.

Decent food, typical American fare such as sandwiches and burgers. The service was a bit slow, but it may be because of the current renovation work.
