Extremely disappointed. Saw so many reels about this place and took their advice and went along for weekend brunch. I must say the whole place is absolutely beautiful but after being greeted and seated, after 15 minutes, not one waiter/ress approached us with a menu. The restaurant had only 6 tables with guests, 3 waiters setting tables, 2 serving drinks and around another 3 just wandering about. Appalling service. We left without even sampling anything in their menu.

I was able to walk in and get a table immediately. The place seemed pretty empty, but it is nicely decorated and the music was pretty good. I ordered the chicken parm ($47). Pretty tasty. Took the cheesecake to go. it was average. I would visit here again.

Caramella is going to be our new Italian restaurant whenever we are at Planet Hollywood! The food was amazing and prepared perfectly. I loved the house made dressing and the meat and cheese appetizer was perfect. We had the blue crab mafaldine for the first time, and we love it. Plenty of crab and the pasta is house made. Our server, Penny was great and explained everything to us. Great food, service and atmosphere!

Horrible experience. A sad presentation of Italian cuisine. I am shocked that they are still in business. We were a party of 14. Not 1 person in our party were able to finish there dinner.

Best Italian food I've had in a long time! Highly recommend the veal meatballs, veal Cavalli bolganase- incredible! Chicken Parma was great too!

Terrible customer service. We booked a romantic meal for 2 for our anniversary for 8.30pm through Groupon in the morning.I booked the table through Opentable, they responded 30minutes before we arrived to say they don’t accept Groupon!!Ruined our night

Extremely expensive for average Italian food. I paid $49 for chicken parm. It was supposed to be stuffed, but I could not see anything, about 1 inch thick. All prices are a la carte, that means it came with nothing, even bread was an extra $24. My friends were equally disgusted with the greed. We left with a huge bill, disgusted and still hungry. Went next door for dessert, cocktails and gambling.

Very expensive for inedible food. The pasta was solid, totally inedible. The service was poor, the server did clearly not want to be there. Don’t be fooled by TikTok like we were, it’s terrible.

Food was lovely. Service was appalling. Encouraged to move inside over five times despite booking an outdoor table. Remained outside and it’s as if the staff didn’t want to come out there. Paid for bottomless brunch and bottomless mimosas and we had empty glasses nearly the entire meal. Took over 20 mins each time for a drink to be delivered. Food was nice but waiter didn’t deliver everything we ordered and didn’t even return for the final 45/50 mins to ask if we wanted anymore drinks or food. Asked another passing server for drinks and waiter suddenly appeared, to refill our empty water glasses. Nobody checked in to see if we wanted anymore food despite ordering only 6 dishes between two of us. So many nicer, better value places to go on the strip. Very disappointed. Reception staff also quite rude and didn’t even seat us, then seemed annoyed when we didn’t ’report back’ to tell her where we were sitting outside despite saying we did want an outside table. Easily the most disappointing meal we’ve had In vegas.

My wife and I went here for a late lunch. We sat out on the patio which was fantastic. There is a good view of the strip and the seating was very comfortable. We had Penney for our waitress and she was helpful and friendly. I had the rigatoni which was very good and my wife had Ceasar Salad but with some different dressing which she thought was excellent. We topped it off with gelato which we shared and it was also good. We really enjoyed our meal and we will definitely come back again and hopefully we can sit outside again since we really liked it out there.

Decorated in warm oranges and reds the restaurant has a cosy feel, if not a little 70s in style. It has a traditional vibe with friendly and attentive service. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was good as was my wife’s veal meatballs. The main course were also ‘good’ but not amazing. For the price we both expected a little more than good. We skipped desert. You can’t go wrong here, it’s all very good, but I think there are better alternatives with a bit more flare in the near vicinity.

I was very surprised how good the atmosphere, food and service was. Excellent food. Small portions. EXTREMELY Expensive. Nice small outside patio with view of the strip. I believe it's a $30.00. Extra charge to eat outside. Iced tea non alcoholic very good. Giant shrimp cocktail with typical sauce and mustard very good. Veal meatballs parmigiana Excellent. Only 3 the size of golf balls. Lol 3 jumbo shrimp. Guess they like the number 3? Lol escarole and beans good. Needed grated pecorino Romano grated cheese and Tabasco sauce. Unusual decor. Immaculate.

"Last night at Planet Hollywood, we stumbled upon Caramella's Italian Restaurant--and it turned out to be nothing short of extraordinary. Every bite was bursting with freshness and authentic Italian flavor, the kind that makes you pause mid-sentence and just savor the moment. Honestly, it leaves Chef Ramsay and most fine-dining spots I've ever visited in the dust--no exaggeration. Open for barely 11 months, this hidden treasure deserves a top spot on every true foodie's Vegas itinerary. We were so impressed that we came back today for their $55 all-you-can-eat brunch before our flight, and once again, every dish was flawless. Caramella's has officially become my must-stop spot whenever I'm in town--a culinary experience worth shouting 'WOW' about. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place breaks the scale and if your like us, you will get excited anticipating the next taste.

If heaven has a restaurant, it’s probably Caramella at Planet Hollywood. My wife and I stopped by for dinner, and let me tell you—this place doesn’t just serve food; it serves religious experiences on a plate. We kicked things off with what I like to call the “Trinity” of appetizers. First up was the classic Caesar salad. Now, I’ve had my share of Caesars, but this one? Hands down, the best I’ve ever tasted! It’s so good I half-expected Julius Caesar himself to rise and give it a thumbs up. Crisp, creamy, and perfectly balanced—I’d eat this every day and twice on Sundays. Next, we moved on to the stuffed garlic French-style cheese bread. Imagine a garlic bread so good it could convince you to move to France and open a vineyard. Cheesy, garlicky, and sinful in all the right ways—this bread had us praising carb heaven with every bite. And then came the veal meatballs, which arrived smothered in a marinara sauce so delicious it had me calling my Italian grandma to apologize for ever thinking her sauce was the best. Tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, these meatballs are reason enough to book a return visit. By this point, we were stuffed to the brim, but somehow still wanted more—probably sorcery from the kitchen staff. Dessert was a glass of ice wine, the perfect sweet ending to a perfect meal. And I can’t wrap this up without giving a huge shoutout to the service team: Jose, Eduardo, Derick, and Marie. These folks could teach a masterclass in hospitality! Friendly, attentive, and quicker than me going for that last piece of garlic bread—they made our night unforgettable. If you find yourself at Planet Hollywood, run (don’t walk) to Caramella. Just make sure to wear pants with an elastic waistband. 5.0 stars out of 5!

I visited Las Vegas this past week with a friend of ours. We visited the Planet Hollywood casino, and decided on Italian food. Caramella is located on the second floor of the casino. They have a good wine list, but we both had the Frank Family cab from the "by the glass" menu -- delicious. The service was good, but my Chicken Parmigiano was dry and overcooked. My friend had a pork dish which he said was excellent.

Great food, super nice people! Everything we had was fresh and very tasty. The restaurant is beautiful and the waiters were super nice!

Probably one of the worst restaurants we have been to, not just in Las Vegas, but ever. Way overpriced, slow service and the food was horrible. I picked this restaurant for convenience. We had tickets for the Mentalist at Planet Hollywood so I wanted a restaurant in the hotel. We had an early reservation at 530, so not busy. We were seated quickly but waited 5-6 minutes before a waiter came to give us menus or offer water. We ordered the bone marrow surf and turf for an appetizer. It was bone marrow with rock shrimp on top. The bone marrow was super salty and the rock shrimp were tiny. We expected more for almost $50. My wife and I split the filet and had the mushroom and potato gratin and the creamed spinach. The steak was bland and the sides were just Eh. We did not have drinks or dessert and with tip, was almost $200. We don't mind paying for good food, but this was bad from beginning to end

Lovely dinner after Criss Angel Show ! Our waiter, Michael, was fabulous - great recommendations and fun server - food was excellent - 4 cheese mash potatoes, pork tenderloin and Rigatonni Perconino were all delicious. We sat out on the patio area which added a fun lively element with all the lights and hustel of Las Vegas.

Seated at the bar with not enough room for a plate. The bartender gave me a drink menu and I asked if he has something in stock. He walked away without answering. I decided it wasn’t the place for me. As I was leaving, he stared at me laughing. I talked to another person who had offers as well from the casino and he had his own bad experiences as well.

Wasn’t very impressed with the food but ambiance wise it was okay and they have a good view of the Strip from their outdoor patio. Came here recently Saturday night for dinner. For starters, got the Classic Caesar and Crispy Porchetta which I was not a fan of. Got the Cavatelli Bolognese and Blue Crab Mafaldine—both pastas were mediocre, but decent portions. The Chilean Sea Bass Piccata was decent! Steak Frites (French fries) were cut too thick. Overall, just an average place, probably wouldn’t come back for the food, maybe drinks only. Note, they do take Caesars drink vouchers here.

Well, what a huge disappointment! We knew Vegas would be expensive but this was ridiculous. Very expensive drinks and very expensive meal for about 12 mouthfuls. Service was shocking - once they knew we weren't happy at the prices, they treated us with distain. DON'T BOTHER - you get a better value for money meal on the strip.

I have given the restaurant four stars. But for the atmosphere and staff, I would give them five stars! We set out on the balcony, and had the most beautiful views of the fountains. The staff were so accommodating and took loads of photos of us. We did have to pay $29 each for the privilege of sitting outside, which was maybe a little bit cheeky, but overall it was an absolutely beautiful dinner. My only issue was the food LOL. I am vegan, and they didn’t have one vegan thing on the menu. Which was really disappointing as most restaurants in Vegas have really good vegan options, even places like Gordon Ramsay’s. So when I got there and realised that there were no vegan options, I didn’t think it would be that much of a problem as Italian food is pretty good vegan wise. But the food I ended up ordering was just absolutely awful. It was so disappointing, and bless him the waiter didn’t charge me for it which was nice of him. I ended up eating a bowl of almonds for dinner 😆. I think it was a combination of me making bad choices on the menu, and the chef having really no idea how to make vegan food. I think, just adding some vegan food to the menu would probably be enough. For example, bruschetta would make a lovely starter. And a main course of past with truffles, a vegan pesto, would be lovely. I would definitely be interested to come back and try out the new vegan food if the chef decides that’s a good way forward.

I’ll start with the good which was the good tasted amazing, so hats off to the chef. HOWEVER it was ruined by the terrible customer service and the fact a friend was charged an obscene amount on his card after most of us had already paid in cash. When we arrived we waited over half an hour just to be given a menu which we only got when we eventually asked. The restaurant was not busy and there were many empty tables. We then waited a very long time to get starters however the mains arrived soon after we had finished the starter. The wait staff were nice but it was just very slow. I wouldn’t recommend personally, however the food was nice. Very expensive for what you receive.

Beautiful place, fabulous food. Like other reviewers, the service was a little slow. We went for brunch, and the waiter was slow to come over to the table. Once he took our orders and brought over the first round of bottomless mimosas, it was like he forgot we existed. Eventually flagged down the woman running the floor and was able to get another round of drinks. Once that happened, things got back on track and the rest of the experience was great.

The food, ambiance and service were excellent. This was a birthday dinner and the person celebrating were treated great. I would eat here again!

Caramella's Brunch lives up to the reputation. And it you love classic Italian, and seafood, this is a perfect choice. Hubby tucked down a dozen medium oysters to start, while I opted for the shrimp "as big as a baby's head". We also had the tuna tartar arancini. We didn't do the bread, although it looked amazing. The loaf is at least 12 inches. Save room for the other food and if you are still hungry get it later. Then farmers eggs over easy for me, with light salad and crispy home fries that I lved so much I should have gotten a side of those. The neuske back was not crispy at all, so if you want it crispy be sure to let them know. Third course I chose the bolognes. The cavatelli was aldente, and very enjoyable and parmesean cheesy. And there was more. Husband ordered the sea bass which was absolutely light, flaky and buttery. I opted for the tiramisu French toast as dessert. It in on the breakfast menu so no additional dessrt charge, anf sweet enough to top off the meal. There are several upcharge options such as bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary's. The menu is very extensive. With a base price of $55 per person, you are definitely getting you money's value, if you just have shrimp and and a few apps. Our server Armondo was fabulous, and very knowledgeable about the food. Food is all shareable if you want to try different items, all you can eat for 2 hours.

Very overpriced for what it is. Portions were small, average taste and very expensive. Everything is alacarte, so you pay well over $100 per person for ok pasta and trimmings...bread, salad, etc. My friends and I were very disappointed and left hungry.

We only went to Caramella because we had comps making the meal free (other than the tip). We found the food to be better than at other similarly priced restaurants. I had the 2lb Lobster Arrabiata which was absolutely delicious. It's a whole lobster, split in half and served in the shell with a somewhat spicey tomato/butter sauce. The tail meat is in the shell but loosened and all of the other meat (claws, legs, body) was removed from the shell and placed back in the shell and on the plate. It definitely satisfied my craving for whole lobster without the work/mess of taking the meat out of the shell myself. Give it a try. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g45963-d32709635-r1007715203-Caramella_Italian_Restaurant_Lounge-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html#

The food was good and the service was top notch. Good choice for dinner. The after dinner cappuccino is a must if you're a coffee drinker.

Overpriced ! Average food, not worth the money. Do not waste your money here. $230 for spaghetti bolognaise, carbonara, 3x meatballs, tiny dry pork belly and whipped cheese on burnt toast.
wonderful atmosphere with great service.
We went here to have a prerace pasta dinner and were not disappointed. We had the Baked mannicotti and another dish, plus the whipped ricotta appetizer. All of it was delicious and perfectly portioned
