Just OK

By Jeff L |

The food was okay, the atmosphere was loud, we were seated in the middle of the restaurant, right next to where the waiters hang out. If was weird, there must have been a dozen waiters hanging just behind us, it was 5 pm so not busy, the waiters were making jokes, goofing around, not the kind of thing we expected, made our experience less than what it could have been. We had the titanic for dessert, way too much, but pretty awesome. We won't be back!

Great family style - comfort Italian Food

By JoeLNJTraveler |

Carmine’s in Las Vegas is a go-to for great family-style dining! The food is consistently excellent, and perfect for sharing with a group. The meatballs are a standout—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Service is always friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a great meal out, Carmine’s delivers every time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Las Vegas looking for delicious, hearty Italian food! Comfort food. I will return $$$

HUGE portions and Amazing food

By Brandon P |

Great food, great service, huge portions. Make sure not to get too many entrees. There were 4 of us and we got a pasta and chicken parm, which was more than enough for us , and we had left overs. Great bang for your buck.

Barry

By barry E |

The Chix parm was very good ,now it really sucks I will never come there, sorry to see them go down hill time to find a new place

Great dinner

By Christina |

We always go to Carmine's if its in a city we are visiting. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. We had a reservation so did not wait long at all for a table. Service was fast and friendly as well.

Worst Italian ever! Hold onto your drinks or the wait staff will remove the unfinished drink without asking!

By Heather E |

Fried zucchini-grease shoestrings, Diavolo-bland & shrimp not fresh, fettuccine-chewy. DISGUSTING!🤢

A must-visit for a family dining experience!

By Humour&Hunger |

This was the first time my wife and I had dined at a Carmine's Venue and we LOVED it. Our waiter looking after us was called Frank, and what a lovely gentleman he was! He advised for 2 people to either go for an entree or a main, but not both. As Carmine's is family dining (meaning you share your dish) you were advised not to order a dish each (and I'm very glad Frank gave us the advice he did!). We had Shrimp Rigatoni in White sauce (garlic, olive oil, parsley and herbs) and it was incredible!). We shared the cannoli's for dessert which were also amazing. Fantastic service, food and quality!

Portions!

Relaxed late lunch on Sunday. Great service, easy going place with a relaxed atmosphere. Those portions are massive!! Too much ….

Fantastic service, delicious food!

By Moveova33 |

For our first visit to Carmine’s, it was amazing. Our server Teodora took the BEST care of us. She’s extremely personable, funny and very attentive. We did not want for anything and she was there to assist or even offer before we asked. Our food was sooooo very delicious. My shrimp Fra Diavolo was on point and the chicken Parmesan my husband had was like none he or I ever had, it was THAT good. Comfortable atmosphere and very relaxed. We are sure to return to Carmine’s on our next visit to Sin City!! Thanks for a wonderful experience Teodora!! :-)

Nice Christmas meal.

By JadaKayOK |

Nice time for Christmas Dinner. Loved the atmosphere. Food was great. When they say it's a lot...it's a lot. There were only three of us and we hardly put a dent in what we ordered but we wanted to try different things. Probably would not do the noodles with butter and garlic. I touch too much garlic for us. But the cheese bread was good. The Caesar salad was very tasty. Our other option was a rigatoni and it was great. We made reservations and had no problems seating.

It was a cool experience

By Viola M |

We’ve never been to a family style restaurant before but boy oh boy one thing our server told us when we sat down that truly rang true is that we wouldn’t leave hungry and we did not!! The drinks were well crafted and the portions were insane. As far as the flavor my family and I agree the best of what we ordered was the calamari. It was so good and the portion was out of this world. The chicken scaloppine and veal were average the different breads were different but didn’t make much sense since we didn’t get any butter or anything with it. Over all I’d come back for the calamari and drinks but that’s about it. It is cool how they plate your food for you.

Best Italian experience

By Eric T |

The food is the Star. I’m not a huge pasta fan but this restaurant has my heart when it comes to Italian food. We had the shrimp parmigiana and it was amazing along with the manicotti, and veal Marcella

The Best Restaurant in Las Vegas

Dexter was a incredible waiter, the food was phenomenal & the desert the titanic is highly recommended!! We had a wonderful time here the restaurant is so beautiful and it’s at the forum shops

Great food for all the family

By Alisha W |

Hands down one of the best meals we have had in Vegas. The dishes serve 2-4 people. Kids loved it- atmosphere, food and service. Would highly recommend

Locals Date Night

By J F |

Great date night spot for locals playing tourists. Food is amazing, the portions are huge, and our server Mike was on top of everything. Not once was our drinks empty, his personality was friendly and professional, and when it came time to get some boxes, he took our plates and boxed it up for us. Wonderful spontaneous dinner experience. Thank you!!

Great Value, Service and Atmosphere

By Gordon M |

Excellent place for a meal with the family, service was top class and the food was great value, with delicious and hearty dishes served in big portions to share. We were there for a birthday meal and the waiter picked up on this and a special dessert was arranged, which was a really nice touch. Would definitely return next time we are in Vegas.

Dinner at Carmine's

By Susie G |

We enjoyed Carmine's very much. The menu is family style so you get a lot of food. We did not take any pictures, unfortunately. We were hungry and just dug in and forgot . There were 7 of us and we shared a Caesar salad (which was plenty, in fact there was some left over). We had a penne alla vodka, Angel hair pasta with garlic & oil and shrimp and chicken scaloppine with lemon & butter. They brought assorted bread to the table, which we dipped in balsamic vinegar and olive oil which was yummy. A few of us also enjoyed some cocktails: the breezy italian , sinatra's iced tea and molto italiano sangria. The service was really good; the atmosphere was relaxed yet also a very nice place to take a special someone out to dinner. The food was excellent! We enjoyed it very much. There was some food leftover and unfortunately we were staying in a hotel so did not take any leftovers with us. The servers are very good about pointing out the size of the entrees. We definitely recommend Carmine's and would definitely have a meal there again when we visit Las Vegas.

Very good Italian food!

By Jets & Mets Fan |

Had dinner at carmine’s with my family of five. Carmine’s works great for us as we can share multiple dishes as the dishes are large. Food was very good. But, the best part was our waiter Marco who was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. Kudos to him!.

Carmines Eating Experience

By Philip McMillan |

A very nice spot, with excellent service and the food was fabulous. They provide a large food portion, maybe a little too much food.

Italian restaurant to do absolutely in Vegas

By Mina S |

If you’re in Las Vegas and want to: eat well, heartily (the word is weak), like dishes that really taste: feel free! Trust the waiter when he advises you on the number of dishes suggested according to the number you are at the table...it is really huge! If I go back to Vegas it's certain I'll come back to Carmine s!

Go hungry! Large portions and so good!

By knoxtntraveler_11 |

Tried this on the recommendation of a friend. Only thing he didn’t tell us was it’s family style dining which means if there’s only two dining you’ll get way more than the two of you can eat! We shared a plate of the spaghetti & meatballs. It was delicious! Melt in your mouth, tasty meatballs in a sauce that was so good! We were seated at a perfect table, upstairs overlooking the large dining room downstairs. Most tables had several diners seated at each one. Apparently they knew it was family style! Haha Good service by Helana. She was attentive and did a nice job taking care of us. The only “question” I have is why their wine is served in a “juice glass”? On the picture I’ve included you can see a small glass beside my daughter’s wine glass. She couldn’t believe they served her red wine in this small glass and had to ask for a “real” wine glass. Not sure why this is their policy but was quite strange in my opinion. Definitely make reservations!

Good mid price range experience

By hurwoc |

We have been on a previous visit and this time didn't disappoint, the staff are really nice and the sharing family meals are great value, we had garlic bread, signature sprouts and spaghetti bolognaise. There was actually too much for 5 of us but we managed to just about eat it all. We would return for sure.

Great for Lunch

By Bronko81 |

Good for dinner. Even better for lunch. If you’re not yet ready for a big meal, and nearby around lunch time, stop at the bar for a sandwich combo. Selection of half dozen full size sandwiches (sausage & peppers probably the best) that includes side salad (house Italian or Caesar-the latter a little heavy on anchovy). All for around $20.

Good food, rushed us out

By beamteam1990 |

Family style dinners. Lots of food. The eggplant appetizer was great. Unfortunately, we barely cut into the app when dinner was on the table. Our server said that's how the kitchen does it. Not happy with that answer. So I suggest order your apps and maybe a salad and tell the server to come back. The manager came over and offered to do something but never did. Its not cheap so order accordingly.

The BEST!

By Roxana G |

We had the most amazing time celebrating our son's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make this celebration memorable. Mike, our server, made this experience the best. We will definitely be coming back to celebrate more birthdays.

not so hot?

By Don S |

Look I've been to every Carmies-- yes even the one in the BAH's. The service was top notch. The server was fantastic, Regina, who is so well versed on restaurant work. The chicken Parm was dry it was lacking sauce and the pasta was- well not hot. When you get chicken parm or french onion soup the cheeze needs to be hot and melted. The parm was not hot enough to melt the cheeze and the pasta underneath was warm. the clams were fantastic the salad was great and wine too. Did I mention our server-- she was the best for sure. Anyway someone at Carmines there in LAS needs a talking too-- the chef. So you ALL know we traveled from the Nugget to Caesars so this was a big let down for us.

Mind blowing 🤯 amazing 🤩

By Ejk1985 |

Dexter was our waiter and let me tell you he was the most amazing waiter and person I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I never leave reviews but I absolutely did with him! Do yourself a favor and ASK FOR DEXTER TO WAIT ON YOU!

Family style at its best

By beccaR13 |

Wonderful food and service. Family style so don't go overboard on ordering. If you are there with a family or group, plan on taking leftovers. This might be one of the best food values in Vegas.

Offer Rollatini, bring back HH food!

By Denise H |

Disappointed that they changed the menu and took away happy hour food items, but mostly because you can’t order the Eggplant Rollatini by itself. They make you other it in a bundle (hot anti-pasta) which includes mussels and clams (which both are gross to me)! This makes no sense. Please put the Eggplant Rollatini on the appetizer menu by itself! The whole reason I came to Vegas was for the Rollatini!

Major Disappointment

By Doug M |

Great place if you like rude service, luke warm food and lousy seating for a special occasion. Don't waste your time.

Carmine's Las Vegas is Yummy!

By Pink World |

Carmine's is a family favorite. I would consider it to be a more family-friendly but still slightly. The food is really good and my family enjoys how the food is served family-style. The portions are great too! Is a fun place to go.

VERY RICH, but with water problems

By Calificamos Lo Bueno |

Love this restaurant, the good service, the delicious food, and I find it amazing how much food you get. Garlic bread is one of the most delicious delicacies I have ever tasted in a restaurant. My only comment is that the waiter soaked the table by serving water, and every time he served us, he threw half of it on the table, soaking everything wet. Despite this, amazing!!!

Great dinner

By Mary E |

My dad and I ate dinner here after visiting the Forum. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was awesome, and the staff were so kind when my dad needed assistance getting out of his wheelchair. We ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and it was delicious. Keep in mind that most things on the menu are family style portions, but you’re in Vegas, so enjoy.

A MUST!

By Daniel |

We dined here on January 12, 2026. The wait wasn't long and escorted to our table towards the back of the restaurant. Our server Ron greeted us shortly and we put in our appetizer and drink order. I would recommend the portobello mushroom appetizer if you like mushrooms. Three large portobello mushrooms covered in cheese in a a bed of marinara. We ordered chicken parmigiana with angel hair spaghetti. The dish was good but the sauce seemed to overpower the dish. Overall the food was good and the service was wonderful. I would definitely eat here again.

Great dining Experience.

By ilfd |

Our waiter Dexter was remarkable. He was impeccable on his detail to providing an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Something you don't see very often anymore. He answered any and all questions and at no time attempting to rush us during our dinner. Was a Great dinner experience, So if your at Carmine's for Dinner Ask for DEXTER.

For the Best FriedCalamari.

By LIDIA R T |

The appetizers are great ,we were 8 ,one Caesar salad ,fried calamari, Don’t order the ravioles terrible, and one Broiled Portehouse Steak. One carefe Sangria , Beer. We almost finish everything. No the raviolis . They have the best fried Calamari.

Anniversary Dinner

By Mariann L |

Anniversary dinner with my husband. Everything was excellent!! Server was excellent and have great food and wine suggestions and brought us a scoop of ice cream to celebrate our anniversary- a nice touch!

Best lunch in Vegas

By john x |

This is by far the best lunch in Las Vegas. Great preparation at reasonable prices. John the manager is gregarious and oversees a great dining experience.

Massive portions.

By Beverley Parks |

So, when they say that this is an Italian Family Style restaurant, what they mean is that the portions are huge and for 3 people which is fine if you go in a large group and all want the same. There were 6 of us, we had a Caprese, a massive Eggplant Parmigiana, the Vodka Penne and a Chicken Cortadina which contained more meat than a small butchers. The Eggplant Parmigiana was lovely, as was the penne, I am told the Cortadina was nice too. The restaurant was nice and the atmosphere was bustling.

Consistently Great!

By Lobo1981 |

I’ve been there several times over the years and always get great service and consistently great food. They seem to often be super busy, but also are very efficient. I look forward to going there when I have the opportunity and it’s a good choice before a show or with large groups.

Super 70 Birthday Dinner! Would come again!

By Rashawn T |

We went for my aunts 70th birthday dinner and had a fantastic time! We had a large party of 12 and they were so accommodating and friendly. The food was also delicious and I want to try the entire menu. Definitely coming back again!

They truly go out of their way!

By kenneth c |

Carmine’s at Caesars Palace delivered the most thoughtful and accomplished dining experiences I have ever had . Because Ménière’s disease , noise is difficult for me , and the staff went out of their way to seat our family in a quiet , private upstairs room . Incredible service, wonderful food and genuine care . Truly unforgettable.

Great food and stellar service

By Curiosity54680876272 |

The food and drinks were fantastic as well as a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Our waiter Phillip was outstanding! He was very tentative without being a bother and had a great personality. Portions are huge and probably enough for 3 people. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious and a large menu to choose from.

Amazing food! Excellent service! 10 out of 10

By Kristine W |

Excellent food! Excellent service! Everything was fresh! Family sharing so portions are huge! We are a family of 5 and one dish was plenty although we ordered two the linguine with bolognese and the shrimp scampi. Both were soooo good and a Caesar salad which gave to say was the most delicious I’ve ever had! The dressing was amazing! Our waiter was fantastic and kept refilling our waters and checking in periodically. Wait time for food was not bad at all! They give you fresh bread to start which is a nice touch … Highly recommend and will be back next time we are in Vegas!!!

Enormous Portions

By pacha835 |

Be prepared when you visit here for the huge portions . Between 1 starter and 2 main courses we had enough for 6 people . We had Cesar Salad ,Rigatoni and Broccoli plus Veal all of which were good Margaritas were top class and staff were most helpful at all times . Well worth a visit .

Good for group parties, family style food

By DLNY1 |

Great food and great atmosphere. The food is served family style and we had plenty of food. We had a private room for an annual reunion of friends (28 people), were able to play a slideshow of photos on the TV while we ate and were comfortable in the Piccolo Room. We only had the room for a certain amount of time and they definitely let us know it was time to go when it was over.

Birthday Dinner

By CharG1965 |

Every bite was delicious. We ordered what I thought was way too much food as we were not super hungry for an 11pm meal in vegas. Well we surprised each other and almost polished it off. 2 meat entrees, a pasta and ordered of roasted potatoes for this group of 4. Veal Parmesan, Chicken Marsala with Roasted potatoes and Vodka Sauce and Penne. Since it was my birthday dinner we finished with the Strawberry Shortcake with marble pound cake. (delish and not super sweet or heavy)

Less than expected!

By Jack M |

The restaurant was about 25% full ,when we arrived for our 5:00 reservation. We were told we could not be seated as the waitstaff was changing shifts. We were brought to a table around 5:10.A pitcher of water and a basket of bread were served, but olive oil was not.The server seemed indifferent at best. The food was tasty, although the portions appeared smaller. We have eaten at three other Carmine's Restaurants and have much better experiences.

Horrible service and management

By GregA6614 |

Mediocre pasta at best, I've had better at a fraction of the cost. Dishonest and uncaring servers who upsell you and then argue when you challenge them. Horrible management that will not take care of the customer. Clearly could not have cared less about keeping a customer. I will never return and can not recommend it to anyone.

Look Before You Leap When Considering Going to Carmine's

By David L |

Although I have gone to Carmine's on several occasions over the years and had a very good meal and great service, this past occurrence was difficult. Not that the food wasn't great and the service being great as well, the menu pricing was ridiculously high. $35 for the Carmine's Salad, $41 for Chicken Parmesan, $41 for Pasta a la Vodka, and one bottle of San Pellegrino water for $12 is stupid money to pay for a meal for 2 people. Make sure that you review the online menu and the costs associated to the menu items to make sure you can afford them BEFORE you go there. I did not do that and it was eye stabbing to see the prices after being seated. If it wasn't so late in the evening, we would have found a more price amenable option for an Italian dinner. This experience has taught me a very a lesson that I really should remember, "Look Before You Leap"! Again, the experience and the food was really quite good. But, the prices are really over the top for what you are getting.

Bland and watery food.

By Rachel W |

Spaghetti watery, meatballs lukewarm and bland, sauce bland. Balsamic/oil bottles oily and slipped out of my hand when trying to pour, crashing into my plate. Waiter inattentive. Never came to ask if the meal was okay once we were served, stood chatting to other waiters for most of the meal. Had to chase him down (literally) to give him my credit card after being given the check, as he just dropped the check and stood chatting to another waiter for 10 minutes. Food portions were huge - enough for a family if 4. Shame it didn’t taste good. Won’t be back.

Underwhelming

By Michelle P |

We wanted to try Carmines as we were celebrating our marriage. When we arrived the hostess took us to our seat but had us go back because someone was already at our table. When we got assigned another table our waitress came over and didn’t ask us if we were celebrating anything just went straight to the menu. Since it was our first time here we asked questions about the sauce, and it was like pulling teeth with her. She didn’t know the difference between the types of sauces or if ours had chunks of condiments in it. After assuring us it didn’t we ordered the meat sauce. Food taste was ok. Service was not great, we saw our waitress twice, she didn’t really check on us

Not an enjoyable experience

By Amber G |

Let’s start with how rude our server was, she acted like we bothered her if I had a question over the menu or needed a minute to order. Then our food, we ordered the chicken parm which was a paper thin chicken patty covered in cheese, it was rubbery. The spaghetti was actually good but keep in mind the chicken parm does not come with any type of noodles, you have to either pay extra or order another dish. Our fried zucchini was soaked in grease, and last our cheese garlic bread was so hard.

Delicious!!!

By Derek C |

Went for dinner it was amazing! They have a gluten-free menu. It is family style so you only need to order one entrée for 1-4 people. It was very affordable too!

Carmines food is just ok but good for large parties.

By Angie t |

Carmines is a classic Italian restaurant that started in NYC . This Vegas one has been here awhile. The atmosphere is loud and noisy and fun. The portions are large as it's served family style and you get to pick certain entrees. Pasta was good not great feels like everything is massed produced so not like home cooking taste but it was decent. Good for large parties.

GREAT FOOD

By Navgrant1 |

Great food that is served family style. We had the fried calamari appetizer that could have fed at least 4 to five people. The mixed seafood pasta was delicious and also could have fed at east 5 people. Make sure to go with a group of people due to large portions of each meal

Do not miss ❤️

By Vish K |

What a restaurant 1. Amazing food 2. Excellent service 3. Great ambiance 4. Fantastic value Do not miss ❤️

Amazing

By ElJBe |

One of the best places I’ve eaten in Las Vegas. Great value, big portions and the warm bread selection provided when you sit down is just amazing. I’ll be back the next time we’re in Vegas!!

Best Italian restaurant

By Alfredo R |

We ordered a lasagna for one person, however the plate is so big, could be for 2 or 3 persons. The taste is so good. For sure, we will come back.

I recommend!

By Fabi, Tati e Mari |

Restaurant internationally recognized for its quality and value for money. Food served in a welcoming atmosphere. We recommend!

Great food and service

By Sarah |

We visited with our family of 4 including our two teenagers. The food was delicious. The service was great. Our server was very attentive without hovering. It was the best meal of our trip.

The BEST Italian restaurant experience on the Vegas Trip is at Carmine’s!

By changrcc |

Carmine’s in Vegas, in the Forum Shops never disappoints and always hits the highest notes on service and food quality. Plus all their dishes are super-sized, family style! I was there was two friends for a late lunch this week. We ordered the fried calamari as our appetizer and a plate of linguini w white clam sauce. The was way more than enough for the three of us and let me just say, we are not small eaters! We had to order dessert, because … you know, it’s Carmine’s! Our waiter recommended a “small” portion of the chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream to share. Well, there’s just gotta be a different definition of “small” portion at Carmine’s … we couldn’t finish the dessert as much as we tried! Everything we order was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful! I’m gonna be back with more family and friends next time!

Best Italian Seafood I've ever had

By hao w |

The dinner my wife and I had there is the last one before we left Las Vegas. It's truly impressive! The Seafood mix which the server suggest is so amazing that I cannot ask more. All staff there looks friendly, and they offer us additional water that we just need most.

Great Food and service. Ask for Josh's section.

By Lon G |

We've been eating at Carmine's in NYC since the mid 90's and recently visited the Las Vegas location. It was another great meal but we were most impressed with our waiter Josh who was terrific. He was super friendly, attentive and made our evening that much better.

Unprofessional service

By Gilbert B |

Food was ok I never have been asked if I did want any water and being alone they did not even take the time to offer any bread which they seem to have done at all the other tables.

Best Spot In Vegas

By Beckett L |

Out of all the places I do food reviews about, this place is a very rare 10/10. Absolutely phenomenal place! I rank every place on the taste of the food, the atmosphere, and service, the food tastes absolutely incredible and the portion sizes are amazing and absolutely BANG FOR YOUR BUCK material! The service was incredible! Our server was the best ever, he made sure our vacation was the absolute best as possible. The atmosphere was another bang! Incredible place and chill vibes that sits you right in front of the shopping deck. Absolutely the best place in Vegas you can get. We had 6 people and the bill was $170. In Las Vegas, you really can’t beat that price! A place that’s the in the 1% of the 10/10 stars!

Great family style dinner

By April V |

We had a great family dining experience at Carmine’s. We were a party of nine. We made a reservation a week before but we arrived early and they were able to seat us immediately. The food portions were huge and everything was very reasonably priced. Our servers did an excellent job as well. I would definitely visit again.

Large portions

By Trevor S |

I'll preface this by stating I'm not a fan of Italian food. The staff was fantastic, and the drinks delicious. The portions are massive so one order of pasta will legitimately feed a party of 4. Overall a fine restaurant experience, but my wife was hoping this might be the one to turn the tide on my Italian cuisine indifference, but alas, she was wrong.

Overall a good experience - large family group

By Zoltan M |

We live in Las Vegas, NV - and bring our guests to Carmine's relatively often. Of these visits, yesterday we had a largest group yet - with 37 guests in our party. Our overall rating is 4 of 5 stars, which I consider a strong rating. I will use the various sections to specifically comment. In terms of location, it really is a plus - in the Caesar's Forum Shop area, it really is in the middle of the strip and easy to access. We live in Section 10, which is toward Summerlin in the West side of town, an easy drive down to Caesar's self-park garage, then it is a short walk to the restaurant. As much as I try to avoid going near the Strip for the gridlock and parking challenges, this location is something I don't mind driving to. I am still rating 4/5 for the location, because of my personal aversion of the strip in general, but if I went with that general dislike, the rating would be more like 2/5 or 3/5, so in fact the 4/5 is a very positive score for the location (from me). Moving on to atmosphere, I give it 5/5. It is a large restaurant, yet done very nicely with the arrangement of various settings on multiple floors, dining areas sized differently, yet an overall family-friendly feel, with photos framed on the walls and nicely blending furniture and decoration style. I also want to add that the size of room and setting it up for our group was perfect. We asked for a microphone, so my wife and I (see photo!) can address the group of guests, thanking them for coming, traveling from all over the US to visit us in Vegas, except for a few everyone from the East Coast, but from as far as London, England. The food is of good quality. We have picked the $80/person option (the cheapest per-person option for group of this size is $70 and there is also a more expensive $90/person option), which allows 2 selections for family-style serving of appetizers, pasta, main course, and desserts. I like that they don't overcook the pasta, it is on the firm side, given we were not there to have a gourmet experience I probably should rate the food higher, but I will stay with 4/5 as there really wasn't anything super special or stand-out about it, even though at this price point that is not the expectation. Since I am discussing value already and took one star away from the food part, I would like to give 5/5 for the value. Next up I would like to address service. The rating is 4/5 and it was going to be a lot worse based on how it began, but improved during the event. At first, we were stunned that 2 servers started to try with 3 tables of 12+ guests each, and it was immediately clear that such setup can only be inadequate. My wife emailed the host and then more servers showed up - they were excellent, and responsive. I only stay with the 4/5 (and not upgrade to 5/5), because we actively had to complain to get it fixed, but it definitely was fixed. We most certainly will come back again, as we are planning on hosting the same family reunion like this every odd year (even years we go to the East Coast, as most of our family live in Maryland and Ohio, respectively) and we will plan to return to Carmine's with our large group in similar fashion. I do endorse and recommend Carmine's for such gatherings and large group events.

Too Much for 2, EXCELLENT

By The O’Neals |

Too Much for Two People - But We Tried! We have eaten at the NYC location and this did not disappoint. We needed an early dinner and was able to walk in. Everyone was nice, food excellent, just a lot to take back to room.

Excellent food and Service

By drb651 |

Service and food were excellent. We had a large party and were seated upstairs in a private room. Nelse and Becca were personable, friendly, professional and thorough. The different dishes they brought out were delicious. There was something for everyone. We loved that we could pick and choose how much of what we wanted from each dish they brought out “family style”. They kept our water and drinks filled and ensured we had everything we needed. I especially loved that when I asked Nelse for his name so I could write a review he included Becca’s name on the card. We’ve been to Carmines in New York but this was our first visit to Carmines in Vegas. We were not disappointed! Thanks again for the fabulous and attentive service from Nelse and Becca.

Horrible Experience

By Antonella C |

I had a wonderful experience at the Carmine’s New York Times Square so I decided to try out the Carmine’s in Las Vegas. I had the calamari which was fine but my veal parmigiana was horrible. First off, they would not substitute the sauce to vodka sauce and the sauce it came in was very acidic and non authentic Italian sauce. Then the veal was very veiny that I could hear it as I was cutting it. It was horrible. I don’t know why I didn’t send it back. Shortly thereafter I had real heartburn and threw it all up a few hours later. What a disappointment as I was celebrating my 25th anniversary. Even after all that, my severe heartburn lasted for two days. I have never had heartburn like this before. Will not be returning to the Las Vegas restaurant.

Couples Beware!

Only for large groups not a couple! Sat us in the back upstairs near a server statio. Portions are only family style so not great for a couple! No pasta served if not ordering spaghetti or similar, found that out when ordering veal dish, and all sides extra and enough for 2-5 people. So live and learn! Too slow and just not a good place to go for a couple. They serve free bread but no butter or olive oil comes with it! just not a good experience.

Great first night dinner!

By KBD87 |

We ate with a group of 8 at Carmines and had a great dinner. We had a reservation and it was on time. It is a huge restaurant and we dined upstairs. It is Italian food served family style and the portions are enormous. Our party of 8 ordered 3 entrees and one side and we ate about 1/2 the food. We chose spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parm, and steak with a side of broccoli. Everything was very good but the steak and the broccoli stole the show for me. The service was good and the price for the amount of food is not unreasonable. It is definitely a feast so come hungry and you will probably still take home days worth of leftovers.

Excellent food, pricey, service average

By Robert T |

Arrived here late on a Friday night first time in Vegas. Promptly seated and waiter arrived. Nice funny guy and food was great. The Downside was that it was expensive, especially the drinks ($9 for a pint of Peroni), slow for drinks to arrive and because we couldn't eat all the food we asked for a 'doggy bag'. Arriving home, we found that the waiter had only given us one of the take aways and forgotten to give us the other one so a bit disappointed with that as silly mistake. The food was so delicious we planned to have the leftover food the next day for lunch. So, food great, slightly overpriced and waiter could have done better.

Dennis was disappointing…

By TPage |

We’ve eaten here before and had a good time so thought we would return. It was actually quite busy but thankfully we got a table. We were told by the host that there was a buffet arrangement available for the next 35 minutes. We were sat in Dennis’ section. One of the bussers placed two glasses on the table and knocked one over which rolled towards me. I stopped it before it fell on the floor. The host saw this and you could see felt embarrassed on behalf of the busser and checked we were ok. We waited a few minutes until Dennis came over with a stinking attitude. He was flustered about something. He asked us if we had any allergies. Then took our order. He then asked us for a second time if we had any allergies. He left and came back for a third time to ask if we had any allergies. I started to think we were being punked. The table next to us sat down about 15 minutes after us. They had a different server who was so much more attentive than Dennis. That table received some bread and were told about the specials and were told about the menu. We asked Dennis if we could have some bread (by this point, we were half way through our mains). He got some a few minutes later. He couldn’t be bothered to look after us. As far as I could see he only had two tables to look after. They didn’t seem to be getting a good service either. All in all, it was very disappointing and the food matched the service received. I won’t return and am disappointed that I ruined my previous good experience by returning to this overpriced dump.

Love it

By Athena |

Love this restaurant. Food is really good and portions are huge. Better for 3/4 people. Two people would struggle to finish so order only one meal. Bread supplied but would be nice to offer butter. Desserts good too. Staff really friendly . Would definitely return.

Will be back with more people to enjoy the feast!

My friend and I had so many choices in Las Vegas, but wanted to stay near the Mirage where we were seeing the show. We also wanted reasonably priced (for Vegas) prices and Italian food. We found Carmine's and are glad we did! It's in the Forum, and the atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. We hadn't read the part about "Family portions" but our waitress told us first thing and we were able to ask questions about what might be appropriate. We had to forego appetizers and salads (because we didn't need a platter of each!) but we saw some on other tables and they all looked scrumptious. We ended up getting the shrimp with linguine in pomodoro sauce and it was exquisite. We were able to eat the ample shrimp (big ones, about 8 each) and ate about 1/2 the pound of pasta. Along with the bread, it was certainly enough to eat. Also passed on dessert because we didn't need a whole cheesecake, but rounded out the meal with a nice cappuccino. Service was excellent; a very engaged and helpful waitress to help us navigate the menu. Next time we visit we will bring our families. Other tables had 8 - 10 people and at that size you can have a wide variety and pretty good prices, depending on what you order. We saw a lot of smiling faces and lots of platters of salad, piles of calamari, lobster pastas, and whole desserts. We just needed to bring more family and friends!

Home Italian taste with portions!

By TasteAndService |

I have been many time at Carmine’s and have to say the footd is really Italian taste. Just consider the portion 3x bigger then what we do in Italy thus seasfood spaghetti for one is actually for 3! Today I tried the steak, fabulous teder and crispy that nake you biting till the T bone

Fantastic

Had a wonderful dinner with my wife for a milestone birthday. Food was absolutely delicious and service from Stephanie was impeccable.

Excellent

Very good Italian Food and Attention!!! All excellent. The place and all People very nice. I love this restaurant in NY and LV too!!!

Not like NY

By Traveler |

Upon arrival host couldn’t find our reservation, then I search down her tablet and found our names we asked to be seated at the bar until our table was ready. Then, after waiting for 15 min I asked if our reservation was ready yet and they said your reservation showing as canceled? Then finally showed us to our seat after paying over $150 for a meal our pasta was overly salty and inedible it’s definitely not like the one in New York

We do not recommend!!

By David and Josie |

My wife and I stop by here while in the Forum Shops in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. What a disappointment this place was.Our host was awful, not friendly and unhelpful.I asked for free bread and I was told it wasn't free.We noticed the tables next to us received free bread.I let it go and went ahead and ordered bread at over $20.The bread was burnt and hard when it arrived. The salad we ordered had those brown ends that build up on lettuce as it ages. The lasagna was pretty good but needed seasoning. Our host finally passed by us dropping off the check. We waited to the point where I finally got out of my chair and walked over to another waiter to pay my bill. Our host never came back to bag our leftovers either .She finally came back with my credit card and receipt as the waiter gave her the check and credit card I gave him.Bad service and we felt unwanted. As expensive as this place is you would think you would have good service. We do not recommend this place at all.

Wonderful Italian food

By mytwins |

Amazing dinner. The manager, Cornelius, came over to our table to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our waiter, Dexter, was so pleasant and helpful. He new the menu items and helped us choose just the right selections. The portions are Hugh. We had caprese salad, garlic bread, antipasto platter, stuffed artichoke and the titanic for dessert. Loved the whole experience. We would highly recommend.

Family Style Huge Portions- Not good option for 2 people

By oppyga |

As we walked in we saw others dinners servings were humongous. The portions are for 4 to 6 people or more. For two people it was dissappointing not to be able to taste multiple dishers. Our egglplant parmesean was very good. For a large party that wants to share a number of dishes this is a good place.

Great place!

By Joltrm |

4 of us ate at Carmine’s before a show. Had the excellent caprese salad, the tasty calamari, and a meatball pasta. Perfect amount of food for us, with just a little leftover. Our server was attentive, helpful and positive. Nice to have excellent service! This is a busy restaurant with many large groups, but fun and a great value. Total bill for food and 4 cocktails was $220. Located in Ceasar’s Forum shops, family style food.

Great Service

By jadajada59 |

We were with another couple and ate dinner here on Saturday, July 29th before a Jerry Seinfeld show at Caesar's Palace. The four of us had a reservation and they sat us right away. We had Sean as our server and he explained the family style menu in a very professional and friendly manner. He made some recommendations and maintained his attention to our table and made sure we didn't need anything. He made some dessert suggestions but the meal was great and we were all full. Great place to have dinner with friends

Delicious and huge portions.

By Josie |

These are huge portions. Yet we ate it all. 3-4 people can eat very well. The service was exceptional. Suggest you make reservations.

Poorly Run

By ChrisandJenn10 |

Waited half an hour while watching others without reservations sat first. Then sat our party of 3 at a 6 top next to the bus station.

Mediocre food at This family style Italian restaurant

By bhagip125 |

We visited this place expecting reasonable quality Italian food and instead what we received was a flavorless pasta dish covered with soggy garden vegetables soaked in runny/excessive tomato juice. Very disappointed since the restaurant was located in the popular Forum shops area.

Great food and service, good for families

By Jeffrey A |

Found this is Caesars wandering around for a place to eat and happy we stopped in. Tons of food as it is served family style, good quality and flavors and excellent service. Was great for families as who doesn't want giant plates of spaghetti and salad? Would recommend.

Cold food

By Dr Bonnie |

The service was good, however, Our food was extremely cold. Although they took money off our bill it did nothing to satisfy how our food rates. We couldn’t even eat it all.

Lovely dinner + a value you can’t beat

By Reilly & Scott |

Fabulous ambiance and incredible value! Where else on the strip can you eat this well for $25 per person? The food was delicious. Our spaghetti and meatballs hit the spot perfectly. Cozy, welcoming, and a place we’ll definitely come back to. An added plus was our waitress Melissa, who was knowledgeable, warm, and attentive.

Breadcrumb Meatballs

By Nick C |

My wife and I have always loved going to Carmines when we are in Las Vegas and in NYC. We always get the Ragu sauce and enjoy the meal. This time the meatballs were 90% breadcrumbs. They were terrible and not edible. I told the waiter and showed him the white bread crumb meatballs and he said absolutely nothing and brought us the check. Unfortunately, we will never eat there again. It’s very sad that they have cut corners like this. The meal size was also much smaller than normal. Again, very sad to see them going in this direction.

Family style Italian experience

By JulieM1234 |

We visit Carmines every time we are in Vegas. Each time, an amazing experience! The portions are huge and are served family style. Bring your appetite! We highly recommend!

Quantity does not make up for Bad Quality.

By JEFFREY C |

My Wife and I were just in Las Vegas for Labor Day and heard great things about this restaurant. I want to start off by saying being from New York City the home of many great Italian restaurants, our expectations were high. Let me say this the quantity of food served is indeed large, keeping with the family style of serving. However, under no circumstances should quantity of food, ever make up for food that simply is bad. My wife and I ordered fried Calamari and Eggplant Parmigiana and Calamari were like rubber and the eggplant was hardly cooked. JAC - NYC

Carmine’s is the BEST!

By Stacey |

Excellent meal, adult beverages and staff. Attention to detail and friendly team make this our MUST GO TO restaurant when visiting Las Vegas. We cannot say enough good/positive things about Carmines. You will not be disappointed nor leave hungry.

A very underwhelming dinner at Carmine's

By Gary Andrew T |

Typical overpriced, underwhelming Vegas restaurant. Two people, one drink each, shared desert, with tip, $250.00. Our thoughts: Overpriced, Food not as good as some say. We are both Italian so we may have a higher bar. Waiter was inept and overwhelmed by the four tables he had. If the food had any more garlic in it , it could perform an exorcism. Food was ok but you can tell it is mass produced. Overall, disappointing. What a shame that such an iconic brand has resorted to the tourist sell out. Hope this helps.

Amazing Carmine’s Experience

By DiegosWay |

The best italian food ever! The service is outstanding, too! Hats off to the Las Vegas branch team. We had our two consecutive family dinner during our trip to Las Vegas and it was a blast! Special thanks to Jessica, Ron, and Ken. See you all again, soon! Salute 🫡

Bad experience

By Monica D |

Unfortunately I did not have a great dining experience at carmines Las Vegas in October.I bit down on something hard in my white clam sauce and thought for sure I would find a piece of my tooth in my mouth which didn’t occur.I called our waiter over and told him what happened and asked him to take my plate away. They took my meal off our bill. The GM Jesse Samaniego came over and apologized . Shortly afterwards I developed pain in my tooth. I was seen by my general dentist, referred to an endodontist who said I had 3 cracks in my tooth and referred me to an oral surgeon for an extraction and implant. I’ve e mailed Jesse Samaniego (GM) three times and called him once and left a message with a receptionist to have him contact me which he has not done. Unfortunately it has been an expensive lesson learned , I you have any type of incident occur ,fill out an incident report or paperwork at the time of the occurrence.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

By GQ |

Our server RON went above and beyond with the service. The restaurant accommodated us with the table that we requested because we were celebrating my parents 52nd wedding anniversary. THANK YOU for making our dinner a memorable one. THANK YOU RON for your professionalism and paying attention to detail. Aloha!

A good overall value

By Samuel M |

It is a very good restaurant. It has very large portions, so three people should order one or two entrees. The prices are a little high, but if you adjust for the portion sizes, it is decent.

Warm lighting. Nice and quiet. Good food and vibes 👌🏽🍷

By Alize |

Upon arrival, we were seated immediately at the high top chairs. Our server was a very nice gentlemen who recommended the lunch sandwiches to us and he got everything to us in a timely manner. However, we did have to wait for the check longer than anticipated, but overall, the entire experience was good! The food in the picture was an Italian cheese steak hero

Authentic Italian in Heart of Las Vegas

By AJ_Travel365 |

Kristopher was our server and absolutely made the experience for us! Beyond the people, hustle and bustle, and crowds of Caesars Forums… Kristopher made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. His favorite part of his job was sharing all his knowledge about the menu and how to not “overindulge” at a family style Italian restaurant. His helpful hints and advice guided us directly into a phenomenal lunch. Hot antipasto to start, spaghetti and meatballs for entree, and finished with amazing cannolis. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Cheers!

First Time here, but won't be last!

By desvw1029 |

Our family of seven wanted to try something off property on our Vegas stay and since it was a close walk from the Mirage, we chose Carmine's. Wow, this may have been my fave meal of the trip! First time and it was great. We ordered three different entree items, but honestly I could have been happy with the salad they offer! The spaghetti, ravioli and some huge steak...wonderful. The atmosphere was nice and we needed to walk off some of those calories afterwards. Highly recommend stopping here while you're in Vegas :)

A must!

By stitcher1951 |

We just finished dinner at Carmines for four of us. Our server was Sasha and he was wonderful!! It was very busy but he still took care of our every need! We ordered : Calamari, Caesar’s salad, Chicken Parmesan, and cheese garlic bread. All of the dishes are meant for 3-4 people and we still sent leftovers home with our son The Calamari was nice thick rings and they weren’t heavily breaded. A+ The Caesar’s Salad was very good also. It was pretty much a standard Caesar’s. B+ The Chicken Parmesan was outstanding! It was tender. In fact the most tender Ive ever had. The sauce was also niceAA++ I didnt care for the cheese bread. The crust was very hard and the cheese was a little too salty for my tastes C We loved our meal. It isnt a place to go and talk. Its pretty noisy but we still we very happy The manager (Jesse) came and talked to us for quite awhile after our meal. He was SO NICE and we with definitely eat there our next trip Great job Carmines

Al Dente's Demise: A Tale of Too Much at Carmine's

By Abbi Kanthadamy |

In a city where sin is a selling point and indulgence is the name of the game, my valiant crew and I ventured into Carmine's Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas, a venue that promised an escape to the old country, only to find ourselves embroiled in an epic saga of pasta misadventure that would leave even Odysseus scratching his head. The opening act was a Garlic Bread Parmigiana that swaggered onto our table with the confidence of a heavyweight champion, laden with more cheese and garlic than the laws of culinary decency would dictate. This wasn't just an appetizer; it was a statement—a declaration of war on the very concept of hunger, perhaps even a subtle nod to America's love affair with excess. As we navigated through the antipasto, a sprawling atlas of meats and cheeses unfolded before us, a testament not to the art of Italian cuisine but to the American mantra of 'bigger is better.' It was as if Carmine's was challenging us to a duel of digestion, armed with nothing but our forks and a rapidly waning will. Then came the main event, the pièce de résistance: a Penne Alla Vodka that was so overcooked, it could have easily doubled as an exhibit in a museum of culinary atrocities. In this dish, we found not the al dente nirvana promised by Italian grandmothers and Michelin-starred chefs, but a soggy wasteland where pasta goes to die—a culinary faux pas that would have Nonna turning in her grave. It appears that in the great American kitchen, the art of cooking pasta to that perfect 'al dente'—a term that seems to have been lost in translation—has been replaced with a more is more philosophy, where the only thing al dente is the diner's patience. This phenomenon isn't just a tragedy; it's a missed opportunity for cultural exchange, a culinary Tower of Babel where the language of pasta is spoken in wildly different dialects. As if to add insult to injury, the service meandered through the evening like a lost tourist in Venice, further compounding our dining despair. By the end of the meal, it was clear that Carmine's, in its quest to serve up a slice of Italy, had instead delivered a heaping helping of Americanized Italian—a hearty, heaping portion of misunderstanding garnished with a sprig of disappointment. In conclusion, Carmine's stands as a monument to the great American culinary misunderstanding—a place where pasta's delicate balance is bulldozed under the weight of excess, and where the subtleties of Italian cooking are lost in translation. It's a restaurant best suited for those who believe that when it comes to food, more is always better, regardless of the quality. For those in search of the elusive al dente pasta outside of Italy, the quest continues—preferably far from the reaches of Carmine's kitchen. #neveragain

Large portion; come hungry

By SSDuckett |

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was super fun for a family. The portions are family size so they are shareable for many people. The ravioli was a 10 out of 10 and the chicken Parmesan was delicious! Come starving! Plus, our waiter Gus was awesome.

Great Food, Not Ideal for Couples

By Donna H |

This is a family-style restaurant and not ideal for couples. My husband and I did not realize that the restaurant was family-style, and did not offer individual servings. Ultimately, my husband did not order what he wanted to eat and we shared a plate of "Chicken Parmigiana." We ordered Tiramisu for dessert, but once again the plate was large enough for 4 or 5 people. The food was absolutely delicious. I just wish that when I made the reservation for two people, I would have received some type of a message that the restaurant did not offer individual servings.

Lovely meal

By Chris Y |

Excellent food, the service is different with sharing plates. But once we got the hang of it we managed to order far too much (as per), but the quality was excellent. Service was very good, would definitely revisit if in town.

Not Impressed

By Steve from Las Vegas |

I really felt like this was more of a tourist trap rather than a great meal and experience. Neither the scampi or the chicken parmesan came with pasta (that was not made clear when we ordered) and the food was all lukewarm. I feel like the appetizers and meals were prepared at the same time, and they just left our entrees out until we were done with the appetizer as the food was not hot. I was so excited to come to Carmines as it had been a long time, but I was very disappointed in everything but he waitress. I think for as much as we paid, we should have had a much better meal.

A real Family Style Italian Restaurant! Great food and the best waiter ever. Ask for Dexter.

By rsceagle2025 |

This was an unbelievable experience for our entire family. When they say "Family Style Italian Restaurant" they mean it. Our waiter, Dexter, made us feel he was a part of Our Family. An evening of fun with delicious cuisine. The floor manager, Tanisha made sure we had everything we needed to experience a wonderful evening and she was successful. We will be back.

Personal service and food allergy safe - Perfecto!

By Gail H |

Perfecto! Carmine's was the best meal during my entire vacation in Las Vegas. It's hard to dine out with food allergies, but from the minute we walked in, my husband and I were greeted with a "can do" attitude from Heather (the manager) and the Kristopher (our server). They both helped with suggestions from the menu that would be appropriate for me and worked with the chef to create a dining experience that was absolutely safe and incredibly delicious for both of us to share and enjoy! Best dining experience in Las Vegas!

A great dining experience

By John K |

We enjoy dining at this restaurant every time we come to Las Vegas. The food is great, service is excellent & staff are always pleasant & courteous. We recommend making reservations & also we recommend dining here. It’s the best!

Frankly a great service

By RAponteParsi |

Frankly a great service! We had Frank as our waiter, and it was one of the best servers we have ever had. On top of things, with great peripheral vision and situational awareness to cater to all his tables. The portions are generous and definitely for sharing. The Veal Parmigiana, the Bolognese, the side Spinach and the Stuffed Mushrooms were the perfect combination for four people.

Very coarse, recommended for groups of more than 3 people

By Karphy |

There's only choice abbondanza. The food tastes good, good value for money. However, they are VERY large dishes. Recommended when you go with a group of more than 3 people. If you go as a couple, you'll end up taking at least half your saucer home. The bread is delicious.

Service above and beyond

By Culture801049 |

Sasha gave us some of the best service we've had in a long time. The food recommendations were truly astonishing. We left full and happy and enough leftovers to eat two meals. Sahsa went above and beyond and we will definitely be back and hopefully he will be here to take care of us again.

Worst lasagne ever!

By Rboy01 |

Terrible food. Probably the worst lasagne I have had. Don’t mistake big portions for good quality food! Service was good but terrible food.

Carmines is good !

By RennieFamilyHolidays |

Been to carmines in nyc many times and this place isn’t a patch on that place. The waiter was nice and polite and very helpful. The food just didn’t seem Upto scratch compared to nyc carmines. But still a great value restaurant with nice happy staff

Amazing food

By Sergio Bernache |

Amazing Italian food located at Caesar’s Palace at the Forum Shops. It’s a nice restaurant and the portions are big. Great staff too

Best Lunch Experience

By Louis Sparda |

I had the best lunch today! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend it...

Yummy dinner

By Cruise Girl |

Had a delightful dinner here with amazing service and great food. Highly recommend the veal with lemon and capers. Definitely a place where 2-4 people can share a dish.

A Disappointing Dining Experience

By Donald S |

Where to start? Restroom looked like a garbage dump, with bloody towels strewn about. I ordered a glass of a familiar Malbec. It was brought in a water glass and tasted like licorice. The second glass was decent, thankfully. Garlic and oil pasta was mediocre; it tasted like chicken stock. The table bread was the only good tasting food that was served. I left feeling quite nauseous. Never going back to this restaurant again. You’ve been warned.

Hostess (without arm) should be fired

By Flávia Silva |

We were at the restaurant today at 8:00 and we were very badly received and served by the hostess (a attendant who unfortunately has no arm) and also has no education. It was very rough in warning us that our table would take 2 hours being that the restaurant had several empty tables. A couple who arrived with us and without reservation sat in minutes. The other very polite hostess apologized to us for talking about the colleague's education and rudeness. Then we were super well received in the Carbonne.

Delicious, but so extra!!!!!!!

By kathy m |

Good, but listen when they say big portions! I had to send back the stuffed artichoke app. Overcooked and dry, they kindly swapped for the roasted reds...delish! The had pasta with pamadoro sauce, also great but enough for 4 adults-no joke!! I took my leftovers to give to the homeless on my walk back to my hotel.i can't imagine how much food must be wasted there everyday!! I think if they offered half portions it would be better!!! Great meal, but so much food!!!!!

A very good value

By Samuel M |

This restaurant is a very good value. The prices aren't cheap but the portions are very large. Three people can be happy with one or two entres.

Great venue. Huge plates of food. Our server Phillip was the star of the night!

By Phil H |

The rating is more down to the family being tired having arrived in Las Vegas that day. We couldn’t make a dent in the mountain of calamari to start and the pasta with ragu. It is a family sharing style restaurant and we would have had to bring more of the family to finish up. A good atmosphere. Sadly we didn’t do the food justice. An extra special mention must go to Phillip who looked after us - his enthusiasm and efforts to lift a flagging family were exceptional.

Good waiter

By UkManchestergirl |

Rather rude check in desk, ticket for table was not done in order of printed. Wonderful waiter and good service, had a free pudding due to being my birthday. Waiters sang happy birthday.

Great family style

By SuburbanMomof2kids |

Our first night in Vegas as a family of 4 with 2 young adults and we ate at Carmine’s. We’ve been to the one in NYC often so we knew what to expect. Portions were generous which is an understatement and good. For a family of 4 and not big eaters, we thought it was a good deal since we all shared the chicken with lemon sauce and spinach, potatoes and penne alla vodka. Everyone was full and satisfied. The drinks were very pricey considering lemonade and sodas. One comment is that it was too salty for us. We also went on our last night since it was so good and we asked low on the salt. we had porterhouse steak with sausages, linguine with garlic and oil, and potatoes. This was really pricey considering the steak. We had leftovers for lunch the next day which made the cost reasonable. Steak was done with some parts medium rare and other parts medium well to satisfy everyone as we asked. Service was excellent and food was the right amount of salt. It’s a worthwhile place to go for great Italian food where everyone has a bit of everything.

Better Italian options in Vegas

By MarcoMan1 |

If you are Italian or from the northeastern part of the country you will not be happy. The food is actually average and a non Italian would not know the difference. We had a party of 6. Had the chicken Parmesan, shrimp scampi and the pasta in vodka sauce. Chicken Parmesan was thinly cut but the cheese separated when you cut it. The quality of the chicken was lacking. The vodka sauce didn’t taste like I had. The restaurant offers free refills for for soda and iced tea but not lemonade. They think it’s something special but it’s not. Not really worth the money.

Delicious!

By SoHappyTogetherTN |

Outstanding meal! Know ahead of time that these are family-sized portions. It was just 2 of us, so we had to agree on one meal. Ended up with spaghetti. It did not disappoint. The best spaghetti ever, and my husband said it was the best meal of our trip. Wish we would have been able to take our leftovers, but the hotel fridge was unusable. (Hubby did not like the side of meatballs we ordered. He said they were too “smooth” in texture.)

An amazing restaurant for large families and groups!

By Roadster2015 |

We have been in many Carmines in the US and this is one of the best. The food was delicious and the service was good. Most amazing is though the value for money. This is the best restaurant in value for money we visited in the last 2 years.

Best Birthday ever!

Fantastic food and service. Loved, loved, loved it. 😍 Celebrated my birthday with 10 people and they treated us like royalty.

Great food for all the family

Hands down one of the best meals we have had in Vegas. The dishes serve 2-4 people. Kids loved it- atmosphere, food and service. Would highly recommend

The heart of Italy in Las Vegas

By Zoe M |

Amazing food, excellent service and all reasonably priced. The blueberry mojito is wonderful. You only need 1 dish between two people, the servings are more than generous.

Carmines don’t miss the experience

By Bonnie M |

We had the most wonderful experience, the food was amazing. Our waiter Kristopher well what can we say he was awesome, his personality was great and his recommendations were terrific. He knew what he was talking about. Anyone visiting Carmines in Las Vegas request to be seated in Kristopher’s section if at all possible you won’t be disappointed not only does he know his stuff he so pleasant to deal with

You wont go wrong best to dine with a few couples very good value for money and food is excellent

Great experience at Carmine’s

By Johan E |

Should you have the opportunity to enjoy a great family style dinner at Carmine’s in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace, you would be lucky to have Teodora being your host. Great food and fantastic service made it a memorable and relaxed dinner experienced.

Great place

This place is great. It's a fun place t have dinner. A must stop if you are in Vegas. I suggest this place to anyone wanting to have a great dinner.

20th anniversary was amazing at Carmines! In Vegas you should request Brandon Cabiles as your server! His team is tops!!

By Michael M |

Our first time at Carmines last night, was so special and fun, that we booked family Christmas Eve dinner at Carmines in NYC while we were still at the table! Brandon Cabiles and the entire Carmines team made our 20th anniversary a wonderful memory and experience!

Amazing Italian

By Bradley T |

One of my favorite Italian spots. First time at the one in Vegas and it was a great meal. The server was very personable and was always checking on us.

Delicious late night dinner!

By Andrea T |

Great experience at Carmine's. We have visited in the past and enjoyed it as well. I will say being seated on the bottom level near the front of the restaurant this time was nice for views and noise. We've been seated on the top level in the past and the noise level was almost to loud to enjoy dinner. As it is family style dining, we ordered one Caesar Salad, one Chicken Parmesan and a half order of Cheesecake. All delicious and perfect portions for our party of four people. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Good Italian food to share

By Caymus1973 |

The hardest things is to agree on the meals we wanted to share. Large portions, it was very good. We had Caesar’s salad and rigatoni with sausages and broccoli.🥦

Outstanding start to finish

By Chris S |

Meagan was outstanding, the food and portions were amazing! Atmosphere was fantastic as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in Vegas.

Their sauce is the boss!

By Sunshine16745562962 |

We booked a table for 14 but had a few extra folks join us and they were very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious (their sauces are out of this world); and the service was fantastic - first rate (Shout out to our server Juan who handled our group like a seasoned pro. He was really great). Overall experience is a 5-star. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Vegas.

I knew New York City, I wanted to know Las Vegas. The same quality in excellence of service, delicious and full dishes, welcoming and pleasant environment. Fair price. I recommend.

A winner for a group of people!

By MLMRocksTravel |

Is it possible for portions to be too big??? Between the three of us, we ordered two entrees. We were only able to finish half of each of the platters (each entree is served on a huge platter). It was amazing (Oil and garlic pasta and Vodka pasta). We should have only ordered one as you are no longer allowed to take it out and share it with a street person (we were threatened to be fined $50 as that contributes to the growing problem). If you have a group of people, this causal dining spot is a winner.

Nice place to dine

Good quality and good service, with enough portions on each plate to share. With 3 dishes it reached and left over for the 6 diners we were at table.

Pretty Good but Expensive

By Iron Talon |

This was our third time coming here in the last two years. We like the atmosphere and the large portions of pasta that is not overly sweet like some other Italian restaurants in the USA. Although our pasta was pretty good and the service attentive, the desert and coffee wasn’t quite as good and took a bit to receive once they got busy. The manager more than made up for it in the bill which we really appreciated.

Excellent

We were a large group (12) so it made sense to pick Carmine's. We ordered several appetizers and entrees and shared everything. We all shared The Titanic dessert. Everything was delicious and our server was wonderful.

What a Surprise

By Outgunned3to1 |

Had never been here and one of the families we were traveling with made a reservation for us. Food was great and such a surprise. Not fine dining or anything but really good. I was expecting Olive Garden type quality but this food was fantastic. Fun family style dining atmosphere and restaurant is just a fun place for a group to eat (two families totalling 8 diners). Enjoyed a wide ranch of entrees and salads. Well made cocktails. Wine list is not great but that is just about the only knock I can think of. Service was good, portions huge, and food quality exceeded expectations so highly recommend.

Changed reservation from more well known to come here! Did not disappoint!

We decided to cancel our reservation at Hell’s Kitchen and try something different! This family style environment not only provides a great selection, but a really authentic feel! Our server, Veronica, was so hospitable and focused on service to ensure the patrons needs were met ! She was a ray of sunshine! Every recommendation she made was spot on!! Go! Dine! Enjoy!

Very good!

It's still great. I went with reservation made, it got earlier and still received me very kindly. Even though I knew I was just going, they gave me an extraordinary table, obviously they told me that the portions were familiar, which I already knew, and that they had no half orders. I had super-rich dinner. Attention on the table extraordinary! I recommend it and will return when I return to Las Vegas!!!

Dinner at Carmines

By Lyles M |

Wow - this has to be one of our top restaurants in Las Vegas. It is located in Caesar’s Palace across from the inside Gondolas. We entered and was greeted and sat immediately although my wife wanted a better table which they graciously granted. Our server - Michael was definitely on point - he directed us to a great dining and drinking experience. Bread and butter was brought to the table which we gladly gobbled up - it was so good. We ordered Chicken Marsala and Chicken Contadina which were beyond our expectations. They serve family style so remember that one entree easily serves three to four people. It was a feast for the eyes - I wish we could have taken our leftovers with us but not possible at the hotel we were staying. We were so stuffed that there was no room for desert which there were several great options. This will definitely be on our list again when we return to Vegas.

Good food/Gf options!

By momdogf&a |

It was my 1st time visiting a Carmines. My friends & I had a reservation. Came for 2 reasons- first being that one friend had been to the NY location and had raved about her experience there. The second reason- being that I was in need of gf options, and Carmines had several descent food reviews pertaining to accommodating those of us in this situation. The dishes are family- style and arrived in huge portions. We ordered the chicken scarpariello, a gf pasta (not on the main menu, but they have gf pasta), and the mixed green salad. What’s nice about the online menu is that everything is labeled- gf, vegetarian, and includes photos of the dishes being offered. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Our waitress was okay, nothing to brag about, not like other wait staff that reviews had mentioned. Overall, this review was written to focus primarily on the food, and I must say, glad we chose to dine at Carmines while in Vegas (by the way, I did not become ill after eating here).

Great food and Service

Every time we come to Vegas we make a reservation here. We love the casual atmosphere and the food is wonderful. This trip was made extra special by our waiter Edwin H. He was funny, helpful and made our experience a delight. We shared the lemon chicken with linguini pasta, and a delicious bottle of cab. We will continue to frequent here, because of the food and service.

I met the New York restaurant and I confess I didn't expect the one in Las Vegas to be as good as the one there. We order lasagna and wine. All perfect. It's not cheap, but the food is great and in large quantities.

Awesome

We had a conference in Vegas. Carmines was a dinner venue. Our large group had an amazing meal and service. The food was served on platters so self serve at table. Very good food. Highly recommend if in area…

Great food, exceptional service and gluten free options!

Our waitress Jane was incredible and made the entire experience. She did a great job describing the menu and letting us know the gluten free options.

You Should Eat Here

Great family style Italian food. Had two business meals there this week and both were great experiences. I can’t say enough about the positive customer service. Also one of the best gluten free menus in Las Vegas.
