I ordered their bruschetta online to-go since I have some guests coming over. I was served BURNT bread for the bruschetta. It smelled burnt. To give the manager credit, when I called he offered to make more, but I have guests coming and can't go back. It's completely unacceptable that the kitchen sent this out. I seriously doubt I would have been served this in the restaurant. I Am DONE with This Carrabba's.

The Service experience was delightful. “Life changing,” was a term the waiter, Conner, used throughout the night to describe various things from wines to menu selection. It felt as if the waiter was hand picked to serve our table exclusively. We began to ask him questions regarding the menu and he not only answered with great knowledge but walked us through the history of the restaurant chain, the way they prepare their food, the foods they import, and the foods that are exclusive to their restaurant. The wait time between meal selections was short and if it took anytime over ten min we did not notice because the waiter entertained us the entire time. We told him when we arrived that that we were 100% Italian so after our meal he brought us out complimentary desserts that are well known around the Italian culture such as canoli and tiramisu. I must say I have not experienced this kind of personal touch service in a really long time. The Calamari and the Rigatoni Martino were truly "Life Changing."

I've never been disappointed in a meal from Carrabba's, and have eaten at various locations dozens of times over the years. They make the best lentil soup I have ever had. The chicken pollo rosa maria is my favorite dish - a wood-grilled chicken breast with a terrific mushroom basil butter sauce. The fettuccini alfredo is good, as is the chicken (or steak) marsala. Last night I had a simple wood-grilled chicken breast, accompanied by some very tasty roasted broccoli. We were there for a family birthday, and they brought a generous piece of chocolate cake with a whipped cream topping. The hot bread they bring with a dish of herbs in olive oil is a treat, but it's easy to overindulge. Service is usually pretty good, and the restaurants are tastefully decorated. They have expanded the menu in recent years, and there are more choices for the budget-conscious, or those with a smaller appetite, which is nice to see.

This restaurant is one which I seek out when traveling as I know the quality will be consistent. However, the location in Atlanta/Dunwoody also has an outstanding staff who truly care about the customer. Being alone, I observe the surroundings and every staff member was caring and attentive to their customers. Manager was attentive and sent back a plate to replate because the sauce had spread on the plate! The cooks (I always eat at the counter) offered me a taste of ravioli to try. They can't do enough for you at this location.

You guys can COOK! Great food, great selection, and I really enjoyed the ambiance in pre-COVID days. BUT... I had Fettucine Carrabba with shrimp last night, which is $20. Call me crazy, but 5 medium-sized shrimp is only half a serving. You guys are Italian. You're supposed to over-feed me, not skimp on my protein, especially when the ingredients are <25% of the cost of the meal. I love you guys and will try you again, but this was a disappointment.

The food is always great, but the portions are so small now that it's now really a good value. You get more food at Olive Garden and i don't like it as much, but the value is there.

This was very close to our hotel by the mall so we had the shuttle transport us to Carrabbas. You cannot go wrong with any of the menu selections as they all are great. I love the bread and olive oil you get when you arrive. Even the kids finished their meal.

The Staff is very attentive, the location is good. Really enjoyed the food, authentic Italian, a good choice

My wife and I had a late afternoon meal and found the restaurant clean and with good service. We had the Chicken Marsala and the Caesar salad. Both were very good!!

Getting back to the hotel quite late,we were looking for somewhere close and good.We were told to try out this restaurant. The food was good the service was good ,the wine list ok,,no room for dessert.Reasonable prices, close to hotel, was fine.

Ordered for delivery ... it was very late and very average, blah even. No pizzas available with mushrooms, how is that even possible at a real Italian restaurant???

I ordered takeout since I had a long day at a conference and just wanted to relax in my room. I ordered soup and shrimp risotto. Wait was not bad - but they got my order wrong - they gave me a salad instead. I didn't want to go back to the restaurant, so I continued to my room. I am ready to dive into my food and no cutlery. Had to go to lobby and ask for utensils. Lady behind desk at hotel says they always do that. Risotto was ok - not one of my top ten, but it wasn't bad. Didn't eat my salad, since I really wanted soup.

Ate here with my wife on April 8th. The lasagna and chicken parmigiano were both delicious. Our server Kadeem was terrific. Very knowledgeable about the menu and courteous. Will definitely eat here again when in the area.

I've tried Carrabba's once before and it was average. The only reason I visited again second time round was due to it being located next to the hotel I was staying and following a 7 hour drive. It was a Sunday evening and it wasn't particularly busy, lots of staff standing at the service counter. I ordered Calamari as an appetizer and it was without doubt the worst example of it I've ever had, way way over cooked. The meat on my main meal was good but the pasta it come with was overcooked and the tomato sauce bland. Overall very average food, I'll probably never visit this Chain again.

I eat here fairly often and really appreciate that the food is always consistently prepared. I think for the quality of food this is a great bargain.I appreciate also that the managing partner, Manny, is outgoing to his guests. He cares and it shows.Good bar staff as well, as I normally am by myself and enjoy my meal at the bar.

I try to eat at Dine Rewards restaurants when I am traveling for business and alone as it helps me reach my rewards quicker. This Carrabba’s was a short walk across the street from my hotel so it was fast and convenient. I feel like you can get a decent meal at a reasonable price. This location was consistent with others and the service was very good and friendly. I had one of my usuals in the shrimp and scallops spiedino and it was very good!

The food was wonderful, the wait staff helpful and the cooks generous. My granddaughter and I sat at the bar area (no wait to be seated) near the chefs and were treated to an appetizer of calamari, which were great! She had never tried them before and really liked them! As always, the sauces and meats are all delicious and tender. Best chain restaurant in the nation!

Looking for a restaurant walking distance from the Hyatt, we found Carrabba’s. Even on a Saturday evening around 7 pm we got in, ordered wine, and relaxed. One of us got he Linguini Pescatore and was amazed at the amount of seafood in it. The other ordered the small sirloin steak and tried the garlic mashed potatoes - perfect. Each entree came with a dinner salad, and of course the beautiful italian bread. Bellissimo!

Whether you order shrimp, chicken or steak it's all good at Carrabba's. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad experience at Carrabba's on Cumberland Parkway in Smyrna.

When ever you are looking for some good really good italian food Carrabba's is the best. For Lunch or Dinner.

S rather hungry and decided to give this place a try, next to the hotel I am staying at. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Good value for money food. Quiet setting. Clean and cozy.

My boyfriend and I stop in twice a year and always have great service. Last night was just as great and the food was amazing! The johnny and the filet are melt in your mouth delicious and the chocolate hazelnut dessert is absolutely to die for!!! Worth every penny!!!!

Loved the location as we were able to walk from our Hyatt hotel across the parking lot to dinner, and after spending hours on the road that was a plus. Didn't care for the meal so much. My wife enjoyed her plate but when she tasted my pasta and beef she agreed that it was quite bland. Service was excellent and waitress was friendly and attentive. Our two kids enjoyed their meal, and the experience was pleasant.

I will first say that the food was outstanding! After the bread and salad, I had to take home part of my large entree. Carrabba's is a no-nonsense type establishment with very little "frill". There were wine bottles, chairs, tables, bar, more wine bottles, booths but there was very little atmosphere. I would have preferred a little more ambiance with my dinner meal, but the good food made up for a lot! Wouldn't you think that an Italian place might think of playing some Italian music during dinner? Lots of people may not even notice this, but I notice if a place has music or not. Might go back, but even though the food was great, it was a bit pricey.

We stopped here for an evening meal last weekend, and while the service was very good, the food was not remarkable. We split an entree (spaghetti with rose sauce and meatballs) and ordered separate salads. Not enough sauce for me, although the flavor as good. The televisions are a distraction to my husband, and therefore a negative for me. Parking was close; and there was no wait at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. This is good, because we had called ahead and were told they didn't take reservations, although they took "call ins."

Excellent food! Highly recommend anything on their menu. The portion sizes are large and most people will have leftovers, especially if you partake of their tasty bread/butter, and have an appetizer before your main course. We ate the mozzarella sticks which had an amazing marina sauce, Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup (is spicy but so delicious), Rigatoni Campagnolo (pasta with red tomato sauce), and Fettuccine Weesie (white sauce)--all covered with their fresh parmesan cheese. We had good service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we waited almost an hour for our soup. The waiter told us about 5 minutes before he brought it out that the kitchen had run out and that they were making more. It would have been nice to know that sooner rather than much later on. However, the soup and everything else was definitely worth the wait.

We usually go to the Carrabba's on Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw, but were meeting friends in the Cumberland area, so we went to this one. At the Kennesaw location, we had the most wonderful pork tenderloin, and highly recommended it to our friends. What an embarrassment! We also ordered it, as previously, it was moist, tender and delicious. At this location, it was dry and tough. In addition, there only vegatables were zucchini and spinach. What a chooice! The Kennesaw location also had green beans, cooked very al dente. I thought this level of chain wouldbe more consistant over various locations. We'll probably return to Kennesaw, but not Cumberlan d!

It was our first time and our server was very helpful, even brought us samples of alcoholic drinks! Food was awesome!

Stopped by for a take out dinner after a long day. The bartender that took my order was very friendly and very courteous. She did a good job clarifying the menu. The lasagna was okay and the chicken wing appetizer was slightly overcooked.

when you have a manager like Sean Cashman working and you have an issue, you can be guaranteed it will be resolved in just a few short minutes....Thank you for your excellent service and of course for the marvelous mussels.....We appreciate what you did for me last evening....Adrienne Leeds

Great meal at a very good price, saw one of their specials but came on the wrong day did not matter the waitress was able to get this for me. staff was extremely friendly, service was excellent, When in the area will be back

My wife and I went to Carraba's for an early dinner a Saturday evening, around 5pm. It wasn't a great start, the place looked like a regular chain, too soon after we received the menu the waiter came a couple times asking for our order, I started wondering what the rush was since the restaurant was almost empty. We started with one of the small plates: stuffed mushrooms and the salad that was included with my entree. Food wise it was a good start, ingredients were very fresh and the mushroom were delicious, accompanied by a tomato sauce that felt made at home. I had requested a glass of Chianti that I had to return because it clearly spent too much time in an opened bottle, the waiter handled the situation very professionally and brought a very proper Merlot. My entree was a parmesan-crusted chicken arugula with a side of broccoli, which was really perfect, the chicken was moist, flavorful, and the smooth meat contrasted with the crunchy crust, the vegetables were very fresh and well seasoned. My wife ordered the grilled pizza, that we found ok, although somewhat dull. For dessert I ordered an espresso and we shared a tiramisu which was very good, perhaps a little unbalanced for my taste because it had so much mascarpone for the lady fingers, but really smooth and not too sweet as is often the case. The coffee was to die for, I enjoyed it as it came, without any sugar, with its natural creamy texture, at the perfect temperature. The bill ended up at $30 per person before tip, which I consider reasonable for the quality of the food and the good and quick service. Good place for good quality italian food served promptly at a reasonable price.

Worst day! On my wedding anniversary I went with my wife to dinner and the moment I was eating the soup there was a shard of glass! That's right! I bit a shard of glass! I am very sad.

We’ve been going to Carrabba’s for dinner for years and the consistency of the great meals keep us coming back over and over. But now, we’ve discovered their lunch. Terrific values with equally great flavors. We’ve had the panchetta wrapped asparagus, the chicken soup and the chicken caprese sandwich. All yummy. Today we added the apple tostada which was simply heavenly. I know it’s a chain, but it is really well run with friendly efficient servers.

Made a special trip to this particular Carrabba's just for the calamari appetizer and it didn't disappoint. The other meals were typical Carrabba which means that they were good. The service was spot on and waiter was just the right amount of attentive.

We had four in our party and had great service and the food was excellent! I will have dinner there again the next time I am in the area.

Our first time here. We came in for a late Monday dinner. Ample parking. Large dining area. Excellent service from Cierra and her team. Food was very good/Excellent. We will return

Little concerned when they did not have a full house on a Saturday night but that was unfounded because the service and food were very good. They also had some Gluten free selections for the wife.

Calamari, Minestrone, Chicken Bryan, Chicken Gratella is recommended.

I visited this place in december 2016, with my family because my niece was celebrating her birthday. First impression was of a nice place, not too old, not new either, but apparently good. We entered and the hostess took our name for a list, it was really crowded, and we were a party of 10, so we waited there for a complete hour. There was a detail, they had a problem because new guests came and sat and the hostess didn´t took their name so there was parties of people waiting witout being called, and everyone was really angry for that... I dont know who is guilty in this case because they should be paying atention on every guest, but, well it really was crowded. Anyway, we waited long in the lane because they didnt have a table to fit our party, and felt like they werent paying any atentiont on us, i mean, they could offer a glass of water, or any amenity, but all they had was... nothing. Once they gave us a seat i was really angry because i found they had (and I counted them) about 8 empty and clean tables, they could arrange them for us, but i think that was too complicated. Inmediately after we sat a waiter offered a menu, drinks and gave us bread and spiced olive oil ( it was incredibly), he was really nice and attentive. I ordered minestrone soup and, have to tell this, it was really not appealing, tasteless and over cooked. Didn´t like it. Then I had cesar's salad and felt offended to find my salad had a lettuce stem. I know this is not a cheap place, so I spected a little more attention to detail. I will put a photo if you dont mind. Oh and by the way croutons appeared to be house made, but way too salty. Last I had scallops, and shrimp pasta, that was actually really good flavored, and balanced. We had mozzarella sticks as appetizer, their marinara sauce was really good. Also calamari and they were delicious as well. In other words, i was looking for something better, and for the price of the food, i tought we deserved it. Service was nice from the waiter, and really bad from the hostess. Would say i would´t say it was bad, but noting really amazing.

Service was great, food was good but on my diet this was a little rich. Would go back though!

I visited this restaurant two days in a row. First day was a Tuesday with a promo of 3 for 12. When I ask for the bill it doesn't show the promo but I think as soon as they close it it will show the promo of 3 for 12 but was not the case. On Wednesday I visited it again for the promo of $9.99 any pizza and the same happened again, but this time I ask them to fix the ticket before processing my bill. Sadly this is it. I'm not going again to this location. Food was good.

We arrived at 12:40pm and at 1:30 I finally asked the server who came back to our table for the first time since arriving for my salad. She promptly brought my salad which was soggy and the dressing was watered down. Soon after that we received our food which was good but served lukewarm. The only reason I gave them 2 is because the food at least tasted good even though it was lukewarm.

Carrabba's is very popular on weekends, so we decided to eat on a Monday and to be on the save side also a bit earlier than normal (6pm). It worked out perfectly. As always the staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. Even though the restaurant is not small by any means, it manages to be cozy and even romantic. It certainly has great ambiance. We were offered Italian bread to nibble on as we were deciding on what to order for our meal. It came with a nice olive dip and the bread was delicious (we ate all of it). As to the meal, the calamari we ordered as an appetizer was disappointing. It was mostly batter and the little bits of calamari in the center hardly noticeable nor tasty. The caesar salads, which came as a side dish to our entrees were generous and tasty. As to the main dishes, we went for the Shrimp and Seafood Spiedino (both shrimp and scallops came off a skewer) with spaghetti and with the Linguini Pescatore. Both were exceptionally well prepared, very generous (we boxed part of both) as to pasta and seafood. Both meals were very tasty with a nice little bite to it. We plan on coming back soon and bring our son, who is an avowed seafood lover.

We were prepared and arrived around 6 o'clock and indeed at a quarter to seven a line had formed. We knew as we've at Carrabba's several times before. It's cozy. The staff is always friendly and the food freshly made. As we sat down the waitress brought a small basket with fresh Italian bread and a small plate with fresh pesto and a bottle of olive oil for dipping the bread. I ordered my favorite meal, the linguine piscatore and my spouse had the Pollo Rosa Maria. Both included a side dish (soup or salad) and we opted for the salad. The salads are very generous (we both had the caesar salad) and quite filling (didn't look at the calories). Both linguine and chicken were on the salty side (chicken more so than the linguine), but were delicious. As said, serving staff is polite and friendly. Restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, is clean and not too loud. Entree prices are not bad at all, when you factor in the salad (or soup). Drinks are definitely on the pricey side, but we'll be back though.

Nice chain family restaurant, fairly reasonable prices. Moderate sized Italian menu. Overall pretty good food. Good seafood salads.

I love Carrebba's. All their food is wonderful but my husband and I came tonight and wanted pizza and they are no longer serving it on their menu. I think its a huge mistake and hope their thinking on the subject changes. They made the best pizza ever and now its no more. Totally unhappy customer

The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Lacks atmosphere, too much light, but great menu and value for the money.

We took our daughther and fiance out for dinner while visiting Atlanta. We were headed to another restaurant and were having trouble loacating it so we just accidentally turned into Carrabba's Italian Grill. In 34 years of marriage we have never experienced such great service. Our server, Tripp had knowledge of the food and the wine, was very friendly and never let our water glasses get near empty. The food was also wonderful especially after having ran a half marathon in the AM. Unfortualty for us there are no Carrabba's in California.

Like any other Carrabba's restaurant I had been their menu was the same the food was great and the prices good as well, the location its perfect conveniently located about 100 yards from Holliday Inn hotel.

Good service ad food. Really enjoyed the experience. Would recommend to anyone. If new to town or just visiting really worth the time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, gentleman seated me at a booth as I had asked, thank you for that. Then LOOKED AT THE MENU FOR 20 MINUTES, not one of waiters even acknowledged I was sitting there. There is no excuse for that, the waiters working there are as observant as a bag of dead snails.

Carrabba's is close to the Hyatt and has great selection and good prices. An easy and worthy selection for lunch or dinner if you're staying at the Hyatt on business.

Not bad but I was there to eat 45 minutes before end of service. Overall I'd go back.

perfectly okay for dinner but nothing special. Food okay...waitstaff friendly and accommodating. Nothing special about location.

I have only been to one other Carrabba's and it just didn't compare to this one! I got the veal and have never gotten any so good. It was cooked perfectly, just the way that I ordered it. Our server was very attentive and caring. Just this experience will have me trying Carraba's again.

Great service (Garrett, I believe). Yummy bread, salad and pasta! I had Fettuccine without mushrooms or peas. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. Huge portions, so we will have the rest for lunch tomorrow. 😁

I returned to Duluth and Carrabba's after four years and once again traveling on business. Tito, who works the bar, is fantastic. He remembered my name, at least from the day before, and my order, and replicated it without my having to ask, right down to the wine before and the ice cream afterwards. The food seems like home made. I am into spaghetti and meatballs and Carrabba's has the best! Excellent service, great food and servers! Carrabba's is less than 200 feet from the main entrance to the Hilton Garden Inn at Duluth!

It's Saturday night and everyone is out and about. We went to the movies and thought this was the perfect for an interlude afterwards. Turns out we were right. Lots of People eating ,talking, drinking, etc, service a little slow, due to the level of business. The server did stop and say he would be right with us and he was. It was pretty much that way throughout the meal. Price not bad but not inexpensive. Just over $100 incl. a glass of wine each. We liked their practice of offering two sizes of wine by the glass. Good for just that little bit more without breaking the bank. Lasagne a goodly portion, tasty and filing. Pasta Weesie (fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, a more than adequate portion and praised forthr dish. All entrees accompanied by soup or salad. Salads well chilled and nicely dressed. Two others had spaghetti with sausage and spaghetti with meat sauce were food sized portions and were consumed in toto. All in all a satisfactory experience and we will return. It' a family, youngster kind of place but would be ok for a couple not looking for too much romance. Bon appetit or buon gusto.

This is my 3rd time there, each time trying a different dish. Same general conclusion each time.... If you love salty food, then this is the place for you. For others that are interested in actually tasking the actual food, go elsewhere.

I should have went with a pasta or pizza. I got the combo of Tuscan Sirloin and Bryan Chicken. Steak was good which was the surprise. The Chicken was over powered by the goat cheese topping and over cooked. Salad was great with the warm bread and dipping olive oil and spices.

Horrible service! Slow, Brought wrong food first, then absolutely raw steak. Sent it back to cook it more and it took 15 minutes and was still cold and red raw. In the meantime my family finished their dinner. Took an additional 20 minutes to get our dessert. Waitress didn’t know the menu at all and we had to ask for silverware and a menu with the specials. We won’t be frequenting this restaurant ever again! Really disappointing.

Service was friendly but slow. Food was average. The meal satisfied my hunger but not my appetite for a wonderful dining experience with exceptional food. For the high prices the portions were stingy. The best part was the bread. I won't be back and won't recommend to anyone. You'd be better off going to Olive Garden.

My lady friend and I are foodies and wine connoisseur. Living in Buckhead, we eat at several very upscale Italian restaurants. I was surprised when she invited me to Carrabba's by Cumberland Mall for a dinner with a Coppola wine tasting. WHA??? I have to admit, I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good. The representative from the Coppola distributor was on hand. One of the staff commented on the wines served with each course. The general manager circulated around to ensure that everyone was satisfied. There were probably 50 people attending and everyone pleased with the food and service. I've been to some other Italian chain restaurants... O**** G*****, M******o's and a few others that were not worth the powder to blow them up. I have to admit...Carrabba's passed "the cut" with both of us. We will return!

This restaurant was really good and great service & great food and relaxed atmosphere also close to Mall.

I had a late lunch/early dinner and arrived around 3:30pm as I had just completed the first day of a design 2 part expo at the Gallareia and new if I went to my hotel room I would dig into emails...hostess and waitress very pleasant and helpful in answering questions of the dishes...I had the chicken Marsala which was very good...I am a bread guy so I love their bread.

Having eaten several time sin Carrabba's here in Kissimmee, we found the food to be up to the usual standard, but the service a little slow. We were asked if we would like a drink before taking our order. I ordered an iced water and my husband a beer. Two iced waters came, and we were told that the beer was on its way. The waiter took our order, brought the food, then realized my husband didn't have his beer. We were sat right next to the bar! Eventually, it did arrive.

We go here every year when we visit our friends and it is amazing! Make a reservation so you don't lose it smelling the dinners while you have to wait!

Sit down meal to relax. Waiter was very helpful in recommendations, as well as inquiring about what we like. Just very fortunate as well that we went prior to the later dinner rush, so we definitely enjoyed a less populated atmosphere, as well as dedicated service - but that's not a dig. We always get good service, and food, at Carrabba's!! Enjoyed the meal!!

I've been putting off visiting here for years in light of visiting other chain Italian restaurants (Brio, Macaroni Grill, Maggiano's), but I'm glad I finally stopped in because this place is fantastic. We visited on a Monday, which has 3 course specials that were prices very generously ($12 or $15). The Caesar salad and bread w/ olive oil and pesto was great - almost as good as authentic Italian restaurants we've had in Europe. The tomato basil grilled salmon and penne pasta w/ marinara was very well flavored and the portions were good for the Monday special price. The deserts were great as well, especially the tiramisu. The decor was nice as well and the service was friendly and prompt. We'll definitely be back. If you're at Cumberland mall and want some good Italian food, I'd highly recommend stopping here 1st before choosing the more visible Maggiano's...

Although we have been to Carrabba's other times and at other locations, the Atlanta Home Show brought us to this location. We were extremely pleased that it was not packed yet (I guess timing is everything) and we had such a great experience. The food was prepared perfectly and the waiter was awesome. I forgot how good their dishes are, - so tasty! I would definitely recommend The Pollo Rosa Maria or the Chicken Bryan. Prices are really not too bad for the somewhat upscale feel you experience here. Can't comment on dessert, as we were too full from our meal. Overall, not a bad call on our part and definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful dinner here! The portions were great and the pasta and pizza were fantastic! We also found the prices pretty reasonable.

Enjoyed a long meal in the bar area...great service. Had the shrimp and scallop topped salad...salad was good, scallops awesome, shrimp was a little over-cooked. Bread and oil for dipping along with a good glass of wine always a treat.

We were very impressed with our lovely server, Yami, and Juan - the associate manager. However it was quite a surprise to us Floridians that there was no happy hour due to county laws - but at least they were offering their bottled wine for $10 off. Calamari & mussels were good - as usual. Just don't expect a two for the price of one glass Happy Hour.

I was here with my family yesterday we sat and got our appetizers but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive.but our waiter was very kind and our bill was covered by them because it took so long😊. It did tear up my stomach a little bit.

Visit on a Monday, you'll be able to try so much food! We had an appetizer of meatballs, a side salad and Linguine Positano with Chicken (wood-grilled chicken, crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil) for a low flat fee. And I added a $5 glass of merlot. It was awesome! I love the wood smell that this place has and the Italian food always tastes good here.

Had dinner here our first night. It was Fathers Day and they were busy, but not so much so that we had to wait for a table. We are regulars at our Carrabba's in Savannah and love it there. The waitress we had was giddy, and pretty much the only time we saw her was when she took our order. She failed to come back once we had our food, and never offered to refill our drinks. The food itself was also not all that good.

Because of Manny, the Proprietor of this C's, we had one of our best C's times yet. He said my grilled chicken didn't look good enough, even tho I said it was fine. He insisted on bringing me a second one, AND w/more mashed potatoes. Since he did this, we had a meal to take w/us, which was great b/c we're staying at a hotel tonight, & now won't have to go out again. This guy is really on top of his restaurant & is very hands-on. I was watching him, & he was checking almost every plate that was being delivered to customers. Kudos to him for making this such a positive experience, b/c our last C's meal was a real disappointment (at a different location), & this one was an early Valentine's celebration that he made very special. Thank you, Manny, & Stephanie, our very accommodating waitress, for renewing our faith in Carrabba's!!

Co-worker and I travelled to Atlanta for another co-workers retirement dinner. We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Smyrna and Carrabba's was on the other side of the parking lot. So we walked over. We ate there two nights in a row. First night I had the lagasna and he had the pasta sostanza with chicken, both just delicious, yes we shared that is the only way to dine and try different dishes. Good thing we like each other and don't mind sharing. On the second night I had the seafood cannollini and he had the manicotti. Both were very good and fulling. We both felt their house salad needs some work. Pretty flat and uninteresting not impressed at all. I did try their wildberry cocktail and could not taste any spirits. I did tell the waiter that the drink was very weak, the waiter quickly offered to make my another. I did not try any dessert. Overall experience was good.

Hubby and I had the same off day so we decided to do a early lunch and I wanted mussels so off we went. There is one that's closer but 1 that don't serve lunch 2 there food isn't good EVER! So we have X them out totally and from the reviews were NOT alone. Anywho the mussels were good BUT half were closed. I think that we're gonna give them a break for a while to let this chain regroup

After 3 days of a grueling home school exhibitor we finally kicked back for great meal. The fantastic meal was only out down by the server Mylinda, she had the foresight as being proactive to our ever wish.

Don't go here. It took 10 minutes to get a waiter and another 10 minutes to get 2 glasses of water. The calamari was disgusting and the fettuccine noodles tasted like they had been sitting in a pot for a day. Yuck yuck yuck.

I use to eat here regularly several years ago and the food was good. I ate here recently and my food was completely tasteless. I ordered chicken parmigiana. The tomato sauce on the pasta was runny and tasteless as was the chicken. I spoke to the manager about it. He just told me to give them another chance and come back. I don't know what is going on in the kitchen there but whomever is doing the cooking is terrible. I will not go back. I will eat at Mezza Luna or Magianos instead.

Ate here twice this week! Yes twice! Sunday night and Monday night it was a perfect stroll from the Hyatt to Carrabbas. Love the chicken trio! Sat at the bar, enjoyed sangria and a great meal! All staff were friendly! Wish I remembered the bartenders names because they were all on the ball with great service!

Italian themed chain restaurant offering a variety of soups, salads, appetizers & entree dishes, served with breads, none of which impressed us. Tiramisu dessert was definitely the frozen box variety. Full bar. Plenty of parking.

Service, food and atmosphere was terrific! Our waiter was attentive, food was served correctly and fast. Manager came by asked how things were and welcomed us back!

Met at this establishment with 8 other members of my family to celebrate the 17th birthday of my grand daughter. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated quickly. Service was slow and it took a bit of time to get bread on the table. The salads were served promptly and the main courses followed. I had ordered mussels as a main with a die of pasta. Both were "cool" when brought to the table. Either the server was not paying attention or the kitchen was moving too slow. The server brought the cheese grater around to about half the table then disappeared. We had to call her back to add cheese to the other pasta dishes.

The Cumberland location is good and I have never had a bad experience. The Chicken Bryan is my favorite dish all the flavors come together nicely. I can't eat real spicy food so for me their marinara sauce is a bit to spicy so instead I select an alfredo or a vegetable. Depending on what time you arrive you may have a long wait on the weekend or weekday(evening). You can always wait at the bar until a table is ready and they have a nice bar staff.

I got take out here as it's right next to the Hyatt Place. You can order online and walk up for pickup. Super easy. They also have curbside take out service where you can drive your car up and they'll bring you the food. I really like the calamari and the sirloin was good! Decent food if you're in the area and the servers were friendly!

The service was good but very slow. Not the cleanest Carraba's I have been to. The floors were dirty and the overall atmosphere did not look good. They could of had a very busy dinner rush and had not cleaned up yet.

I have eaten in Carrabba restaurants in various cities across the country. This particular one was average in décor and perhaps needed an update. The food was very good and the portions large. The food came quickly. However, the service staff could use some additional training. Wine service was poor. Not only did we get the wrong bottle of wine, it was opened without first being presented to us and poured into both glasses without being asked to taste it first. Overall I would give it another chance.

Taquanna was kind, responsive and attentive to our needs. My husband, daughter and I went to celebrate a recent accomplishment and enjoyed every moment. She met our expectations and we’ll definitely return.

I went there yesterday and had the pleasure of eating a dish that was only being offered for four days. It was called Scampi damian which is a pasta dish with fresh scampi shrimp covered in a scampi sauce. This is by far my new favorite pasta dish!!!

Traveling on super bowl Sunday. It’s airport restaurant and limited menu. The bar did have some TV’s but I have larger monitors on my computer at work.

Met several friends here last evening for dinner. The services was confusing, but the food was good. My recommendation is that the Servers need to collaborate with each other before servicing. Each didn't know who got waiting on and who didn't. They changed the house wine and that was not cool.

Our server was friendly and helpful. Made us feel that we were joining friends for dinner. Loved the restaurant.

I hadn’t been to Carrabba’s in several years due to a food allergy. I was told they updated their menu choices, so I was excited to go again. I was so disappointed in the food and the service. The food was lukewarm and had no flavor. The manager even visited our table and said the vegetables were microwaved. I couldn’t believe that he admitted that.

To be truthful this is the first time after many meals I was disappointed at Carrabba’s. The meatball sandwich was cold not cool not warm but cold actually I could have dipped it into my drink to cool it instead of using ice cubes. The soup was lukewarm not warm not hot. The service was just fine.

While expecting a decent meal after a nine hour drive, my wife and I both left feeling disappointed. Although we were told there was a 30 minute wait for a table, we chose to sit at the bar and dine, and as we casually strolled though the dining area we saw several empty tables, so I suspect they didn’t have enough staff scheduled, even though it was a Saturday evening around 7:00 pm. First issue was that all draft beer taps were down, but no problem, I can live with a bottle of beer. But I was really disappointed by the over seasoned (eg salty), chicken masala. Had I not been hungry and tired I might have sent it back for something else. My wife had the (lukewarm) minestrone and salad. We really expected better.

Great location close to our hotel. Server Jeff was outstanding-one of the best servers we've had. Food was good. Will definitely return.

We had the best meal and service last night at Carrabba's (Cumberland.) Our lovely server, Terrylin, couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. The bread, dipping oil with herbs and caeser salad were delicious. Manager Juan (very charming) delivered our main courses: Pollo Rosa Maria (stuffed with fontina cheese/prosciutto topped with mushrooms, basil lemon sauce) and for me, Chicken Bryan (w/goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, lemon/butter sauce) our 2 favorites. Adding the wood-fire grilling makes these dishes 'delicioso'! Side dish? Love the cavatappi! For dessert? The Limoncello Bread Pudding topped with vanilla ice cream was simply amazing! Terrylin and Juan both checked back to ensure we were pleased. Are you kidding? Great service AND great food? Perfection! Graci!

Awesome lunch! The food was delicious, the staff friendly, professional and accommodating. The manager is wonderful and everyone insured that you get exactly what you want!!!

We go every month if we can and have yet to be disappointed. The food is excellent and the wines paired always make the visit worthwhile. Check out the next one at a place near you!

Seemingly a chain restaurant that works. This visit reconfirms that. Two side Caesars and a personal pizza to share provided an ample lunch for $24, including beverages(soft). Caesars are always crisp, well chilled, and tasty as well. Served with the ubiquitous crusty bread and a dish with herbs and olive oil. Pizza - Hot - thin crust, flavorful, herby sauce all fitting nicely together. A chain formula that really works. Not Mario Batali, but not as pricey (even though a $24 lunch is not cheap. Friendly server, not "cool" or super professional, but fitting for this type of restaurant. Overall good, we will return!

A nice local easy to get to Italian spot Have visited several times , never disappointed in the food

Food was nothing to write home about. Waiter played on his cell phone behind the bar. Never had my water refilled. Just blah, blah, blah.

We were staying in Atlanta as the halfway point to our trip to Florida so decided to go and get dinner. The place was busy but lots of empty tables and customers still waiting to be seated. When we finally got our table, we waited and waited and waited, finally our waiter Carla S came over and took our order, and since we all just wanted water, she was not too happy about it. I asked her if we could order our food since we were ready and she was not too happy about that either. I think she could only process the drinks first and come back a second time for the food order!! Anyway I ordered the calamari for starters and within 1 minute, along came the calamari. I asked the waiter how it was so quick and was told "don't know". It was disgusting and rubbery. Precooked and then reheated until burnt. I explained to the waiter that it was not very good and another plate was sent to our table, even worse than the first! The rest of food was just as bad. The fish I ordered for my main meal was cold and smelt bad so I could not eat it. The waiter never came back to refill our water, or to check how we were. So in the end we paid our bill and left. I would never come back here. Bad food, and bad service.

The steak was rare when I ordered medium. The waiter finally noticed and got the manager who had them cook me a whole new meal and comped it.

What a great place to take our wives! Owner was super accomodating and service was great. Any chicken dish is great.

If you have another choice, go there unless you like to wait while others are seated and known people get lots of preference. Have been here before and had a good experience. However this time the Manager seems to lack knowledge of how to please the guest. While the food was average the wait staff was excellent. You just have to get by the "Hostess and the Manager"

Dined about 7:00 on a Sunday. Restaurant only lightly crowded. Were seated promptly and had an efficient and courteous waiter. Both meals were good and special request made by my dining partner was handled easily.

I ate here twice during a recent stay (I was staying at the nearby Hyatt Place), only because my meal the first night was so utterly pleasant that I decided to return the next night. The host remembered me on my second visit, and I explained that I'd had such a good meal the night before. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and both nights my food was fantastic. In particular, I recommend the macadamia-crusted tilapia, which was one of my favorite fish dishes ever. The second night I tried the marguerita pizza, which was average -- but the service more than compensated.

We always look forward to dining at Carrabbas! Our favorite server, Phoenix, is professional, attentive and always has a delicious recommendation for a wine that compliments my dinner. There are at least 5 favorite dishes that I enjoy.

Met a friend for lunch. Food was very good, service was good. Place was humming. We enjoyed the food and conversation. Beautiful day and outing.

The blackberry sangria was so good!!! I've been to other Carrabbas and received better service and food. This one feels like a chain though but nice enough!

We have a Carrabba's in our hometown so we knew what to expect out of the food and they did not let us down! The kitchen was on the top of their game! The service at the tables seemed under staffed maybe. Overall it was still a good experience, though.

Whenever travelling to America, we always check and see if there is a Carraba's located nearby. We were thrilled to find this location in Atlanta and made a trip across town for dinner. We did not have to wait at all for a table as we were dining late, around 8:30pm. The atmosphere was relaxed. The sandwich board out front was defective and I ordered a frosée to start, while my husband enjoyed his rum and coke. Our server Trey was friendly but did make a couple of errors over the course of the evening. We were not too upset about it and gave him a pretty decent tip anyways. We began with the bread and oil dipper, which my five-year-old son absolutely fell in love with. My husband ordered a Caesar salad which was delicious. I ordered the Italian salad, looking for something different. It did not disappoint – it was excellent. My son also ordered a Caesar salad but it never arrived. For our mains my husband ordered the dish with two styles of chicken. We remember one of them was called Chicken Brian, and the other one was named after another person. We wondered afterwards if they were former staff members or something?! I had an Alfredo sauce type dish with chicken, mushrooms, and peas. It was very tasty. Our son had chicken fingers off the kids menu - also enjoyable. We all loved the desert with a funny name… John Cole? It was vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and pralines. We were pretty full so we shared it and we were not disappointed. I switched to iced tea after my cocktail so my husband could have another rum. I could have stood a refill or two during the meal but it did not happen until right before the bill came. Trey was kind enough to give us a travel cup for my son's apple juice, so that was nice. It was a lovely evening and we will return to Carraba's next chance we get.

I just want to say that this is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the Pollo Rosa Maria.. Best item on the menu.. And the sangria's are awesome. I am always comparing other Italian restaurants to Carrabbas. Will be going to Italy this Summer, hope that I get similar food or better.

I met a friend for dinner. We both had delicious martinis. My margarita pizza was delicious. Wait staff was attentive, but not pushy. A nice place to catch up with a friend.

My wife and I split a filet and cavatapi, and garlic potatoes, salads and tea. We both fill up on great tasting food and have room for dessert.

Was in town for the holidays and we dined at Carrabba's on New Year's Eve. What a treat! Moved out of state last spring and do not have a Carrabba's nearby so could not wait to get to the one in my old stomping grounds, Vinings, in Atlanta. Of course we HAD to start off with their amazing PEI mussels. I always struggle with trying a special but usually stick with my faves - the best scallops for the price in Atlanta or their lovely veal marsala. It;s all good!

The food and menu was amazing. A lot of great food choices and very affordable. The wait staff is very polite and professional. Great place to go for a romantic or average meal. Definitely will be going back here the next time I'm near Atlanta.

Ok it's a chain but, they serve wonderful food. We split the Chicken Brian dinner and were very pleasantly satisfied.

WE WERE TREATED HORRIBLY BY THE BARTENDER AND WILL NEVER RETURN. WE WERE REFUSED SERVICE FOR NO CAUSE. SOME YOUNG IGNORANT COLLGE STUDENT, TRYING TO BARTEND

Hard to get good Italian at a mass-marketed chain. Only as a last resort. Maybe a small step above Olive Garden.
Curbside to go fail
So we called in our food. Arrived 30mins later and we were greeted with a young gentleman. He sent another lady because he told her the wrong name and they couldn't find our food. She came out got our name gave us a total and went to get our food. She returns with a bag, receipt and upset because they never made our pizza. She said she had a question mark by the dressing because they didn't have honey mustard and they misread and didn't put the pizza in. She said she called us but we never received a call or message. She said the manager would be out to handle the issue and they were cooling our pizza. Manager made it right and was very nice. She also gave us free appetizer cards for that location. When we sat down to eat our food at the hotel, they didn't put any silverware in the bags. It didn't seem like the curbside togo part of the restaurant had their stuff together. Seemed very unorganized. Food was good once we went downstairs to get silverware from the hotel. If i lived near this location, I would probably try eating inside and not order again. Not to mention we didn't receive bread.
