Casa Neos was the perfect location for my daughter's birthday celebration. They offer pre-set menus for large groups which took the work out of ordering! The food was delicious and the service attentive. The atmosphere was festive and energetic, perfect for a birthday! Thank you to Events Manager, Laura and the entire team. We will be back!

Emma was our server and she was the BEST! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great food and drink recs. Would come back just to have her again!

It’s a very good vibe, pretty chill atmosphere, the food is amazing, taste good, service was 10/10 our server was Scott and he was amazing and funny. A little expensive but worth it. The waiting time was good didn’t wait too long and the location is really good, if u like eating by the water then come there.

We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and had pre-ordered a bottle of champagne to be brought out as a surprise when we arrived. Unfortunately, it wasn’t there, and after about 20 minutes we had to ask for it, and they came to the table to express it was on its way ruining the surprise for our friend which took away from the moment. Most of the food was enjoyable, though a few dishes felt a little underwhelming. The service could have been warmer, but the ambience made up for it - the fire dancers were a unique and fun touch. I’d return for the atmosphere, though I hope the service improve

Casa Neos came highly recommended from locals we spoke to in the Design District. The restaurant is beautiful and finely furnished. We ate waterside on a patio table for two. The location is great. Watch boats pass as you share small-plate dishes. Our server, Kevin, was quick and on point. The manager delivered us complimentary birthday Prosecco for two. Portions were ample. We chose Madai Snapper to start. Then grilled artichokes, beef tenderloin filet, rigatoni, and Truffle Hamachi maki. We were too full for dessert. Next visit, the Seafood Tower. This is a young restaurant. The staff is motivated and very gracious. Nicely done.

Food was amazing and Yuri took great care of us. I would highly recommend and book with extreme confidence. I ordered the fish and rack of lamb. Everything was awesome.

Cafe Neos is a cozy, welcoming spot with a great menu and an even better vibe. The standout dish was the lobster pasta—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with generous chunks of lobster in every bite. It was easily one of the best seafood pastas I’ve had in a while. Our waitress, Vicky, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her service really added to the overall experience. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing lunch or a nice dinner out, Cafe Neos is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

First time visiting, amazing ambiance and great service. Our waiter Marvin was on point. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding aniversity, and the entire staff was super curious and attentive. We came to try the Miami Spice Menu and were completely blown away with the flavor and quality of the meal. I highly recomend Casa Neos. Will come back soon. Thank you for such a great time.

Amazing, inventive food and cocktails at Casa Neos last night! Standouts were Emma, who was extremely lovely and knowledgeable about the extensive menu offerings and who was great curating/ helping us to shape a meal that was fresh and delicious. We asked to be upstairs and we were quickly accommodated, which was very much appreciated by everyone in our party as the bar area tables felt crowded. I would have given 5 stars except that conversation got into the shouting range as the meal progressed as the music kept getting louder and louder ( a restaurant protocol these days, it seems, perhaps to get people to not linger? ) In spite of that we had a super night. Thanks again to Emma, who could not have been more attentive or fantastic!

Had an unforgettable evening at Casa Neos with my friend Steve. The food was fantastic—our branzino was cooked to perfection, and the Negronis were expertly mixed. But the true star of the night was Vivian, our bartender. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering attentive and friendly service that made the entire experience stand out. Her hospitality turned a great dinner into something truly special. If you visit Casa Neos, I highly recommend sitting at the bar and letting Vivian take care of you—you won’t be disappointed!

The food was amazing. Great vibe to the restaurant/bar area. I was on at the second floor bar which had incredible views. Bartender (Pavlos) my favorite makes the best drinks. Truffle pasta a must and I am not even a big fan of truffles. Octopus Carpaccio… no words… maybe one of the best in Miami. Will definitely come back.

We went for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and the food and service were amazing! Request a table on the ground floor and watch the yachts cruise by. Great vibes and music. Marcus and Lucian were our servers and they were so attentive and wonderful. Highly recommend Casa Neos!

The food at this restaurant was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress on the 2nd floor, at the far-right table where I was sitting, blatantly told me that the tip was not included on the bill, seemingly trying to get extra money from me. This felt dishonest and really ruined the experience. It’s disappointing that a place with good food would have such misleading staff.

This place sucks except for the most egotistical. They’ll be 2 feet from you with a charger and won’t even charge your phone due to “policy”. Because you’re “liability”. You’ll be lucky to even be provided with a menu to choose what you want - because in the brave new world, they decide what food appeals to you. If you have any self respect don’t go.

Casa Neos exceeded all of our expectations this evening. Tatiana and Anthony were assisting us tonight and they provided such extraordinary service and really created our entire experience. Food is nice, nothing special, really commercial and common, but nice. The crazy thing are the prices and the portion and the way they charge you dishes. Portion are embarassing small. The lobster for example was the smallest I got in my entire life (maybe 200gr). What about the service charge? Now 20% plus taxes on it!!! Let's talk about the time to be served and the waiting to get a table after you are arrived: it took 35 min to get the table (so you can have the chance to spend on drinking) and it took 2.5 hours to be served. But you must be on time other wise they'll give away your reservation. Honestly we must say that we were lucky to have a nice table. Portion are ridiculous small!!!! Impossible to get back unlsess you want to spend an amout of money, not even to show off or enjoy a commercial menu, just to be there... A useless waste of time and money PS: 3 Usd where charged just for mixing the liquors... Ridiculous!!!

I hosted a private event for 25 business executives and all was high level. Very professional the staff, exquisite food, attention to detail, permanent assistance, decoration, ambience stunning. Without any doubt, one of the most exquisites and exclusive places in the new Miami.

Casa Neos is possibly the hottest restaurant/club in Miami. Their new building, constructed on the Miami river, is beautifully designed and offers both indoors and outdoors seating. The staff does a remarkable job dancing through the crowded dining room with plates of delicious food prepared by the see-through kitchen. What sets Casa Neos apart from other "trendy" restaurants is it's commitment to personable service and quality food. In a room full of guests looking their best, Casa Neos maintains an ejoyable experience for both large groups getting together and couples out for the evening. Bravo to the management team for a winning strategy and skillful execution.

The sushi roll was not just beautifully presented but layered with bold, fresh flavors—from silky salmon to charred pepper and tangy citrus accents. Each bite was a visual and culinary delight. The second standout was the wagyu crispy rice: rich, umami-packed beef atop perfectly crisp rice squares, garnished with microgreens and edible flowers. A stunning dish that tasted as good as it looked. Service was attentive and the overall vibe felt exclusive without being pretentious. Casa NEOS is definitely a place to unwind and enjoy refined bites in a chic waterfront setting. Highly recommended for those looking for an elevated yet relaxed night out.

Casa Neos is another establishment under Riviera Dining Group, marketing itself as Mediterranean fine dining. The decor and waterfront location are excellent. They have a good selection of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails. Andrea, our server, was friendly and cared for us nicely throughout the evening. The menu is similar to that of their other restaurant, Mila, but with a Mediterranean flair, as displayed in the mezze section. We specifically enjoyed the Sicilian Ratatouille (sides) and Baklava (dessert). We wish the menu featured more classic Mediterranean dishes like moussaka, tabbouleh, kebabs, tagine, and homemade pita bread.

This restaurant looks nice but falls short in every other way. I dined with five friends, and we were seated at a table meant for four. Despite asking to switch tables, they only gave us an ottoman for extra seating. The server seemed overwhelmed, and took forever to check on our table. I requested the Miami Spice menu, two of us wanted to order from it, while the rest chose the regular menu, but we were told the whole table had to order Miami Spice or noone could. This wasn’t mentioned online, on the physical menu or by the server until we started ordering. The manager was of no help, dismissive to the entire situation basically saying “this is how it is, either you take it or leave it”. The appetizers were bland, and when my friend ordered sushi, they didn’t even bring chopsticks.. Our entrées took an hour and arrived cold; my truffle pasta was tasteless (had to add salt to it…), and my friend took his wagyu steak home to cook it because there was no way he was sending it back to the kitchen. Dessert was equally disappointing, with strong, unpleasant ice cream that staff admitted most people don’t like. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I would never recommend this restaurant to any guests. Please improve your service & retrain your staff in customer service. For the $600 we spent, there are many other restaurants with better service and food quality

What a FABULOUS place! We had a private party here for 130 guests. Our entire experience, from beginning to end, was a breeze. Tiffany was so easy to deal with, responding to our questions immediately. Nothing was a problem for her. The event, itself, exceeded all expectations. The food was incredible as was the service. The atmosphere can’t be beat. All of our guests had an incredible evening and can’t wait to return. Tiffany is the best!

The music and ambiance were good, but the food and the service are VERY BAD. When they brought us the bill, the waiter charged us for 4 extra tequila shots that we never ordered (and on top of that, he complained, accusing us of lying, which wasn’t true)… The bill initially came to over $1,000, but after the adjustment, it dropped to $660. A significant difference. However, making that adjustment, which was entirely their mistake, turned into a whole ordeal that ended up ruining our night. As you know, people go there to eat and, above all, to drink, so I can’t even imagine how many customers they’ve lied to and overcharged, especially since people are in a different mood, and at CASA NEOS, they take advantage of that. The worst part wasn’t even this, but the treatment we received from the restaurant manager… I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like this. When I told him I would file a complaint and leave a review, he responded: “Bye, thanks.” On top of that, a friend of mine forgot to ask for the card she used to pay, and they never returned it nor showed the organization required to get it back to her or locate it.

We booked 1 week in advance when we arrived they had exactly 1 hour waiting we were 2 couples and my friend's wife is pregnant of 6 months started to feel bad and with a lot of appetite and weakness so we didn't leave the place and decided to wait we thought that nothing could happen anymore and it turns out that we were well wrong warn us that the table was already ready and they take us and what surprise was a very ugly makeshift table 4 chairs all different seemed q was anywhere but in the house neo q we had planned on instagram we complained to the manager we explained that it was the birthday of the pregnant and with a lot of sadness appeared a table at last everything improved although we were already in a very bad mood the manager comes and tells us that we will bring 4 glasses of wine for the inconveniences and when the shop assistant arrives he turns 3 whole glasses of wine on top of the pregnant in his new white dress q had premiered for his long awaited birthday imagine the situation and the indignation of us brought us 2 free apetizers for our discontent then it starts to rain and we lacked dessert we entered the place and they tell us that they can not give us another table again protested and another table appeared to us we tell him that it was the birthday of the pregnant and please sing happiness to cheer her a little and never came we had to sing congratulations only the 4 we agreed to return to that place and tell all our friends what happened to us Thank you very much and I hope it will help you our comment

Will, our server was amazing! We had the tuna tartar and hummus for appetizers and the black truffle pasta as an entree. The black truffle pasta was perfection if you’re a truffle lover. We ended our night with a lava cake that put the cherry on top of this wonderful experience. I can’t wait to go back! I also want to thank Daniel! for his welcoming hospitality.

I want to say the service was exceptional, Claree our waitress was so kind, had great recommendations, and was attentive. The manager Bobby was also amazing ! They recommended the lobster pasta and it is probably the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life !! 100% recommend. Ask for Claree and Bobby.

Dago was one of the best servers they ever had was an amazing experience. I felt like I was not missing out on anything which is one of my problems is FOMO. I recommend to anybody if they want to taste Miami and also the Moroccan experience in Miami, the Decor is top-notch.

We went to Casa Neos for my birthday dinner on one of the coldest nights in Miami. It e were seated outside by the water. Surprisingly, it was the coziest and very elegant night. They had heating lamps and blankets, with some couch seating. Our server was Nikol and she was the most helpful and attentive with great energy. She asked a sommelier to come to our table to assist with choice of wine. The food was great! The atmosphere was chic Mediterranean and I loved my dining experience.

Turned away at the door for sparkly sandals there were not “heels”. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I did read that flip flops were not allowed - what I was wearing are not considered flip flops. Photo to follow. Explained to the Manager that we were traveling carry on from Canada and happy to enter a back door in order to not upset anyone with my sandals - no exception made. Men inside the restaurant were wearing non-descript running shoes. This is a court case waiting to happen. Between this ridiculous rule and the on going tariff threats, I expect that Canadian visitors will decrease in the months ahead. I’ll be interested to see if this restaurant is still in business the next time I return to Miami.

Walked a couple miles out of my way to come here while visiting from out of town, only to be turned away at the door for a brunch dress code that apparently exists… but isn’t listed anywhere on their website. Even better: all six of my friends were let in, and I was the only one told I had to leave and go back to my hotel. Nothing like a little public embarrassment to really elevate the dining experience. For context, I was wearing an all-black Lululemon set and a $25K watch—hardly beach trash. If Casa Neos is trying to cosplay as a members-only club, they should probably (1) publish their rules, and (2) apply them consistently. Having an arbitrary, unpublished dress code for brunch isn’t upscale—it’s just sloppy. Plenty of high-end restaurants manage to be classy without acting pretentious or disorganized.

We had high hopes for this place, but sadly, it didn’t deliver. The ambiance was nice, and the food was just okay — nothing to write home about. But what really ruined the night was the service. We were a party of eight, ready to enjoy a great evening and even planned to order a $500 bottle of rum to finish things off. Unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to because our two-hour time limit had passed. Seriously? I’ve been living in Miami for the past 15 years and have dined at some incredible spots in this city. This was not one of them. With so many amazing restaurants to choose from, there’s no reason to waste your time here. Disappointing and honestly, pretty pathetic.

It's overrated. It's not worth it at all. 1) I went with my friends and they charged us for shots that we didn't order. 2) They never brought things that we had asked for. 3) They treated my friend very badly for complaining about bad service 4) They invited us to leave. 5) When I paid they did not bring me back my card and my receipt 6) When I went the next day to get my suitcase they made me wait. 7) They invited us to dinner so we could erase the bad reviews we wrote and on the same day of the reservation, they canceled and didn't say why.

Beautiful new space with delicious food and drinks. Our bartenders Sabina and Chicho were so attentive and hospitable. They made us special drinks to our taste and the frito misto was fresh and delicious. Def recommend.

It was okay. Overlooking the canal which is nice with boats passing but other than that, the view is a little dumpy from most angles . We arrived on time but were asked to wait at the bar as our table wasn’t ready yet. The food is alright, not bad but not the best in miami. Service was slow and it was hard to grab the waiter’s attention but he was very nice and polite (a young French guy, forgot his name) . Music was a little too loud to sit inside so we picked outdoor seating instead. It was pleasant overall and I Might come again but I wouldn’t recommend it over other places in miami.

Extremely disappointing experience. I have never felt so rushed in a restaurant. Upon arrival, we were informed of a two-hour dining limit, which was perfectly fine. However, the service was completely unprofessional. While I was still eating my appetizer, the server came and removed my plate, claiming he was “refreshing the plate.” I was genuinely shocked, as I was clearly still eating. Moments later, as I was about to help myself to another bite, the plate was removed again to make way for the main course. Trying to relax, I asked for the wine list to pair a glass with my pasta, but the server disappeared, and by the time he returned, my pasta was cold. At that point, I asked for the check. When I shared my feedback with the manager on my way out, his response was, “You should have told me when you were at the table, now I can’t do anything.” I explained that I was offering feedback as someone from the hospitality industry, and that I was leaving after only 45 minutes because of the poor service. I left to have a proper lunch elsewhere. Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and I will not be returning.

Amazing experience on New Years Day. All the dishes were better than expected. Appetizers, Mains and desserts were delicious. Sat on the patio and heaters and pashminas for the cooler night. Sammy was a very attentive and friendly server. I would recommend and also come back on my next visit to Miami. Thank you Sammy!

We had an exceptional dining experience at Casa Neos, made even better by our server, Nikol, who was truly amazing. The dishes we tried included the lobster pasta, seabass carpaccio, hamachi maki, and a chocolate lava cake with raspberry sorbet. The seabass carpaccio was the star of the night—perfectly fresh and beautifully balanced in flavor. The lobster pasta was a close second, served with a rich bisque poured over it tableside, adding a delightful depth to the dish. The hamachi maki, while tasty, had a slightly overpowering mayo flavor, but it was still enjoyable overall. For dessert, the chocolate lava cake paired with the tart raspberry sorbet was the perfect ending to our meal. I also had the Serendipity mocktail, which was great, though a bit on the sweeter side. The ambiance and service were top-notch, with Nikol ensuring everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Casa Neos for a great night out!

Upon arrival, although we arrived on time and had our reservation made, we were not allowed in. The lord of the door was very rough, somewhat strange, as it seemed an attitude of intentional aggression, probably motivated by some management policy to maintain an image of the space that is unclear. Once inside, the table was very beautiful, the service was excellent and overall the prices were quite good. However, when ordering wines and consulting recommendations, the sommelier only suggested the most expensive options. This gave the feeling of constant pressure to increase the sale, something very Miami-style, but without the level you would expect. We were served the glasses until almost forced to open another bottle, and when we ordered a specific champagne, we were told it was not available, insisting on recommending the most expensive. Finally, when choosing the one we really wanted (because it’s not a budget issue, but preferences), we were told it wasn’t available either! To top it off, we later saw the champagne we had initially requested pass through. A real mess. Ahhh and the queue for the women's room! Come with your pamper!

Casa Neos in Miami is a gem! The Mediterranean inspired cuisine is delicious…fresh, savory and beautifully presented. The wagyu beef tartare, zucchini eggplant and whole branzino were excellent. Rack of lamb and baklava are standouts, alongside innovative cocktails expertly crafted by the fantastic bar team. Wow what a time we had. We had amazing food, and amazing drinks...AJ,Danny, and Sebastian took great care of us. I learned that drink is been ordering was considered a "skinny*. Great team dynamic everyone was super friendly and fun to chat with. Also couldn't ask for a more humble team. Can't wait to be back to visit again.
