Good quick option for a vegetarian breakfast provided you leave off the meat. Only issue was waitress did not ask about me water and dumped my glass thinking it was a finished beer. Otherwise okay.

So, generally airport food between flights is mediocre is best and over- priced — BUT Cat Cora’s Kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We had breakfast between an early morning layover in Atlanta. The young gentleman (Kemanie)that served us was attentive and polite. The tables were clean and the food was very good. If you’re in Terminal A, I recommend it.

The service here is really good. But we found the food here mediocre and overpriced. We got the tomato soup and grilled cheese, which was alright. And the lobster Mac and cheese which wasn’t that good. The restaurant is at the airport so it’s fine for that. But the food wasn’t worth what we paid for it.

Catcora Atlanta airport has a good burger. My experience was very good. Sat at the bar. They are quick on service. Friendly. Quick in and out. Burger was just as it should be. Recommend

Cat Cora’s Restaurant on Concourse A of the Atlanta airport provided a welcoming respite from the stress of travel. It was relaxing to find a place to eat where one could sit at a clean table without the jostling of standing in line for fast food. The staff were friendly, responsive, and efficient. I enjoyed two of the Greek/Mediterranean inspired items along with a well-brewed iced tea. The four sesame covered Lamb Meatballs were nestled on a spicy red pepper yogurt sauce. The Fig and Ricotta Toast was a large portion of French bread sliced with each side topped with prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic. This was a light but classic treat, artfully presented. My journey onward was much more pleasant due to lunch at Cat Cora's.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast between flights. Great fresh-squeezed OJ, great coffee, omelets were good. Super friendly service. Recommend.

Good option to stop for a drink while waiting for flight. I got the Cat Cora IPA from Three Taverns Brewery and it was tasty

So my co-worker and I were on a layover flight and needed to grad something to eat for breakfast. I ordered the two egg meal and she ordered the egg white scramble. My food wasn't bad but just as good as you can get at Denny's. However, my co-workers scrambled egg whites were still running raw in the middle, so that was a turn-off. Anyways like I said. The breakfast is just okay and that is why I gave them only 3 stars. Just average at best.

Before I sat down, I read the reviews and true, the restaurant is pricey for an airport layover break. But I decided to go for it because; it was close to my gate, I got a seat at the bar and I needed a drink! After a quick cold Cat Cora Pale Ale (yum), I ordered the Flank Steak Tacos and I thought they were out of this world delicious. For $20, I got a full steak cut to juicy strips for stuffing into a taco. I ordered the steak to my preference and it took about 10-15 minutes to get the food (it was a Friday night and they were packed). I was happy to find that I got to build my own tacos. There were 4 soft tortilla shells, the tender steak, green sauce and a very delicious pineapple salsa. You also have options to add on avocado and a number of other toppings. This meal can easily be shared by two people to have two tacos each. There is plenty of food to make 4 fully stuffed tacos. There were two ladies behind the bar and I thought they did a good job of providing service and they got to me in good time and kept checking on me. For me, this was totally a score. I got my break, I got a seat at the bar, I got my beer and I enjoyed my meal!

Kristan service is on point with five stars and I’m a foodie. Trust her suggestion because the food, service and smiles are there.

Olya and krissy were the best they were kind professional and kept everyone entertained

My favorite dish is the spicy tomato soup with the grilled cheeses sandwich and a side order of sweet potato fries. I am writing the concourse and gate it is at, A 26, because I have had trouble finding it.

I had the burger with homemade bread and butter pickles and the tomato soup. The burger was good but nothing out of the ordinary except for the pickles. The tomato soup is nice with a great spice kick. The chocolate moulton dessert was divine! Great place if you have adequate time!

Decided to try Cat Cora’s for lunch while waiting for a connecting flight. My server, Yanesha, was awesome…even though she was busy, she did a great job and was very personable! I ordered the Cobb salad w/ chicken and it was delicious and I feel the $16 I spent on it was well worth it!

The only thing colder than the butter was the toast. The bacon was cold and barely cooked and the potatoes were bland. Probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at an airport, and that’s saying something.

The name Cat Cora attracted a stop, but the food was not worth the $71 check. The burger was not cooked to correct temperature, the lamb meatballs had a musty taste, and the Shrimp and Grits was right up there with the worst ever. The sauce was a thick, sweet/spicy tomato sauce. Not appetizing. Won’t do this one again.

Between flights if you have time, it is good to find real food , especially on Sunday when chick-fil-a is closed. This restaurant has lots of two tops crammed into a small space, which presents an interesting dance considering the size of the carry on luggage people drag around these days. The staff is nice, and they set up the table like you are going to have a real dinner, wine and dessert. The menu has good choices. Burger was very good, great soup, sweet potato fries were cool and soggy. Salad was crisp. This won't be my first choice, but for a long layover worth a try.

Awful food. Fast friendly service. I ordered American 2 egg breakfast. It looked pretty awful when put in front of me. Toast not toasted enough roses it. No butter. Sausage did not taste cooked. Potatoes barely cooked. Coffee full of grounds. Needless to say I did not eat or drink much.

Stopped here on a layover in ATL and ate here again two days later given the quality and taste of the food. However, ensure you give yourself enough time to eat here as the service was slow each time, although the staff was very friendly and attentive (took the food quite a while to get to me). In addition, it’s not as affordable as some of the other options in the airport but, having eaten at many of them over the years, this is one of the best in terms of food quality so you get what you pay for.

Great food- get the blue cheese dip, and very nice waiter. We are hungry, tired and hungry and tired. Wasn't ridiculously priced either.

Fast and excellent service from Porscha R! The chips with blue cheese dip hit the spot. Zero worries about making my connection! I visit here every trip through ATL.

I stopped here hoping to grab dinner. I ordered a beer($9) and looked over the menu. There were a few salads that looked good but nothing i was in the mood for. Everything here seemed far to specialized for what I was craving. I finished my beer and toured terminal A a little longer to see what else I could find.

Super drinks ..friendly staff. Did not eat but food looked terrific!! Very clean. cool light fixtures, view of outside

I had about a 3-hour layover at the Atlanta airport one day in May 2024 when I was flying home to Michigan from a work conference. I had the opportunity to enjoy a VERY tasty lunch at Cat Cora's. My entree was absolutely delicious. My server, Aiesha, was great too! She was very friendly and attentive. I would have no qualms about eating another meal here in the future when I'm on a layover at the Atlanta airport and have time to do so! So, so good.

If you are very, very lucky, Bureke will be your server. In addition to being drop dead gorgeous, she went above and beyond the call of duty to make my dining experience perfect. The burger is one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed. The decor is pleasant considering it’s in an airport. I like this place and will return the next time visiting Atlanta.

Nice location in A terminal at ATL. Great food and extremely friendly and on-top of things service from Tiffany

It's great to come across a quality establishment where quality is not necessarily required or expected. At a busy airport, burgers/pizza/sandwiches/salads would typically do. At Cat Cora's you can do better than that. I loved my tomato soup, but I was jealous of my neighbor who had seared scallops. Shrimp and grits? If I had more room in my stomach, I definitely would have ordered those too. The way the server advertised them, I almost did anyway. Thank you, Cat Cora's, for delicious food and good service!

I pass through the Atlanta airport multiple times a year and this is our go to place to eat. The food is great but what really sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, happy and they are team players helping each other when busy. It is noticeable to every guest that the employees enjoy their jobs.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast before our flight this morning. We thought for certain we had enough time. When we were seated with menus we ordered coffee. It took more than 10 minutes for our server to get back to us with coffee. She was slowly doing things. I had picked out a breakfast but before she got back, I and my husband agreed that at this speed of service we would not be able to get to the gate for our flight (only 6 gates down at 31). When our server found out we decided on coffee only, she got very snappy with us. I was a little bit surprised. We didn’t blame her when we told her, we just said we didn’t think we had time. At $3.75 per cup of coffee, plus tax, and a tip, we more than compensated them for sitting in their chairs.

The food was great. I had a burger with Gruyère cheese and sweet potato fries.the service was superb and very attentive.

Tiffany provided amazing service! Food was great! Will definitely come here again when I am traveling through the Atlanta airport!

Bureke was a sweet angel, sorry spoken but makes sure she’s heard & very educated on the menu! The shrimp & grits were immaculate! I’ll be coming back before my next flight <3

Food was very good, service was quick, price was fantastic & the atmosphere was clean. My server was Bureke and she was very sweet and attentive. 10/10. Would DEFINITELY recommend to others.

Right next to gate 25 A in the Atlanta airport. Pretty decent burger and good tomato soup with a little bit of zip to it. Service was better than average

Richard and Natalie worked behind the bar and are so sincerely kind. Thoroughly enjoyed the cheeseburger as well as the overall experience.

Excellent service from bartender, Natalie. Good breakfast even for an airport venue.

We had some time between flights so we went to Cat Cora's I ordered the grilled avocado cobb salad and my wife got the beet arugula salad. I choose a glass of "Snake Charmer Shiraz" to drink and my wife got hot tea. The food is the best airport fare I've had in a long time and the wine list was extensive. I wish they'd open a place in Connecticut where we live!

My family had a layover at Hartsfield during a flight to Raleigh to attend my daughter’s graduation at Duke. We had time for lunch so we stopped in at Cat Cora’s Kitchen. Three of us had burgers and my grandson had the Mac and cheese. My Cat’s burger had cheddar and grilled onions. The burgers were good sized, as was the Mac and cheese. The food was good considering it was in the airport.

Service is fine, but kitchen inattentive. This location is in an airport, obviously all diners are on a limited timeline as they have planes to catch. But I had 45 minutes, which seems plenty for a steak and egg breakfast. And it would've been, if the kitchen had sent the steak out as ordered (medium) instead of raw on the inside. The server saw it as I cut it and said, " That's not medium," and thankfully took it back to get it cooked more. But after a second wait, the steak was still not cooked to medium. I ended up leaving it on the plate. Server was polite and professional. Potatoes with breakfast good. Steak - yuck.

It was lunchtime and Cat Cora’s was airport kind of busy. Slammed actually. There was one empty stool at the bar so a no- brained! Victor behind the bar gave excellent service. Quick and efficient. Lobster Mac and Cheese got good reviews from the lady next to me, and I was not disappointed! Baked in a little cast iron bowl, brown and crispy on top. My only complaint was it could have had a little more lobster in there, but it was very good. I’d order it again! Cat Cora’s is a real gem in Atlanta’s Terminal A.

Gotta give this place credit for chutzpah: sticking to your “we’re a fine dining restaurant; we make our food to order and most orders take about 15 minutes” (words spoken verbatim by a server to a neighboring table) is quite the hill to die on in a ln airport terminal restaurant, where by definition a huge fraction of your customers have time constraints. But if you’re going to do that you’ve got to have the service to pull it off. Being pointedly ignored by your server for 10-15 minutes at a time is not a fine dining experience. Food was great; but something’s gotta give in this model.

I ordered what should have been straight forward southern meal - grits and shrimp. I have never had tasted anything more disgusting than that dish. Rubbery shrimp drowned in oily rancid sauce. Grits would have been better on their own. Add to it atrocious service of tepid water to brew tea and waitress who would rather gab with her friends instead of service clients..

Bureke is an awesome waitress. I was having a rough day of traveling and decided to stop in for a quick bite and my day was suddenly turned around by her kindness. A simple compliment and small conversation can really do wonders! I would have to say my day was completely brightened by our interaction. As I was dining, I noticed she was the same way to others as well. She definitely deserves recognition :)

Grilled avocado Cobb salad with chicken was delicious. Husband had the cheeseburger with homemade chips. He said it was very good. The French Chardonnay for $12.00 was a very good wine.

Only eat here if you have to. Both of us had omelets and there was nothing special about them It was your typical over priced airport food with none of the good flavors we expected from a restaurant from this chef. We didn't even get a refill on our very overpriced coffee.

The atmosphere is just part of the experience. The food makes it next level. I had the Cobb salad and BBQ shrimp. The names sound regular but what you will taste is beyond exceptional. All the staff members are energetic and such a pleasure. JaNelle was my sever. Top notch. Thank you for making my layover a pleasure. Stop in and enjoy!

So delicious! Both of us ordered the cobb salad with shrimp. It came with an apricot vinaigrette. Quality ingredients of butter lettuce base, sun dried tomatoes, quartered hard boiled egg, lean julienned bacon, halved grape tomatoes, grilled avocado half and of course blue cheese crumbles. The grilled shrimp had a sweet and spiced glaze on it that mixed in well with the vinaigrette dressing that was also perfect flavor accompaniment!

Joe made some excellent food. He blew my socks off. The burger was made to perfection. I would definitely recommend. Next time I am back in Atlanta I will be coming here.

I was truly impressed for this being an airport restaurant. The food choices are adequate, though not extensive. Typical cost for airport food and great cocktails. I myself had a burger and salad. Both on the higher side of quality, taste, and freshness. My server was great and very attentive, even though he was busy. It filled up fast the time I was there. The hostess was also very attentive and kind. I loved the music choice while I was there also, nothing like some good ol motown.

My flight has been delayed three times. I just want to get to my destination. On top of everything, Delta ONCE AGAIN, after upgrading to Comfort +... You know, where you get a better snack and free drinks, offers only coffee or water due to the short flight!! UGH. There was a light in the tunnel. Jessica and Trisha at CatCora's Kitchen. Here i sit with others drudging though and they both are SO friendly, happy, and make you feel the same. Thank you both of them for making my day brighter. 20220721

Ok, so yes this is an airport restaurant but hear me out. Now, I have eaten at all of the best steak restaurants in the country (NYC, Chicago, LA, SF, DC, Dallas, etc.) and I can honestly say that CatCora at the ATL airport has better lobster Mac and cheese than all of them. No kidding! Great service. Does get a bit crowded, but you are at an airport...what do expect?

The shrimp and grits was awesome. Nice mix of shrimp and a delicious ham. Bureke provided friendly and attentive service. Well worth a visit.

This is a great place to get away from the hustle-bustle of the Atlanta airport without leaving the concourse. I had a very relaxing, slow-paced, yummy meal (I ordered the roasted beet salad). The service was friendly, attentive, and professional. The prices were not cheap but, for ATL, I found them reasonable, particularly if you factor in the dining experience.

My first visit here. Had plenty of time with a layover. Friendly and prompt service. Clean. No rush to take order. Food was good. Waiter (Tarvis) very flattering.

Cat Koras is one of my top 5 favorite ATL restaurants. They always have great seasonal and healthy options.

The Avocado Cobb salad is excellent. Fresh ingredients and well prepared. The chicken was grilled to perfection. Janell was great, very polite, attentive, and quick. The Cat Cora I0a is also a good beer.

Best airport restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is amazing. I had the lamb meatballs and house made chips. Joe was on top of everything. Highly recommend.

Hustle and bustle of the airport luggage laden travelers with "intimately" spaced tables fosters a feeling of "get-er-done" and get along attitude. Had the burgers with side salads. Even at $15, considering that this is an airport venue, the price was reasonable.

You only stop here when you are in the airport on travel. So with the name of Iron Chef “Cat Cora”, you have to try. Had he jalapeño poppers. Good, not hot. The tacos were delicious. A very happening place.

I had been traveling 15 hours, and was starved. Had terrible expenses in LAX trying to get food. Rude, snippy. . But in Atlanta, terminal A. I had the best burger and sweet potato fries. . The staff was polite, professional. Place was clean, and the procecco was perfect

Prices are high but WELL worth it! Burgers came medium rare as ordered. Fresh toppings and delicious homemade (not frozen) chips. Very courteous and fast service by Aishah. A must for concourse A.

Atlanta airport is, at best, chaotic. The food court for Terminatal A, even more so! I recommend you walk a little further, towards Gate A24 and you will find a little oasis called Cat Cora’s Kitchen! This is full service restaurant with host or hostess, gracious attention from servers (Joe is just great) and a wonderful little menu. Appetizers, burgers, and a nice selection of entree items, paired with wine and beer options, it is a perfect quiet moment during a hectic day of travel. Prices are what you would expect for airport fare, but the spicy tomato soup and grill cheese are gourmet quality for a mere twelve bucks! They will definitely see me on my return flight!

Had time during my layover and grabbed a quick burger, the staff was very helpful and the food was great. Price was reasonable for an airport restuarant.

Went in for a bite between flights. Ordered a medium burger. Came out well done and cold. The chips were cold too. I sat near the the cooks window the plate was prepped long before the burger was fired. Avoid this place at all costs.

So I was looking for something healthy and modestly priced. I hit the jackpot here at Car Cora’s kitchen. I got the grilled avocado chicken Cobb salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. I am not one who likes a lot of dressing so this was perfect. The center of the grilled avocado was filled with the dressing. If you like a lot of dressing ask for more. Alanice, the server, was very friendly.

Quick in and out. Told server in rush. They made it happen for a quick breakfast. Very nice service. Good coffee.

Had the salmon.. quinoa and brussel sprouts. It was delicious but a little pricey which is to be expected in an airport. I would eat there again!

Lamb meatballs were wonderful

We grabbed dinner here on our way home from Caribbean vacation for a family member's wedding. While the restaurant was crowded, they were able to get our party of four in quickly. Food and wine were all amazing, but the BBQ shrimp was definitely smaller than we were expecting. We highly recommend the steak tacos, the Airline Chicken and the homemade potato chips with bleu cheese dip! We did all have incredibly flavorful and fresh food and enjoyed our experience! Joe, our waiter was great!!

Jasmin was a great waiter and service was excellent. High recommended on concourse A terminal Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

had time to eat before my flight and ate at Cat Cora's Kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised in a great way. THe service was good. It is a little tight, but that was ok. We all made the space work and had a great meal. I didn't want a lot to eat so I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was the best grilled cheese and soup!!!! I was so impressed with the food. Great taste, came out warm, and had great flavor. I will definitely go back.

My flight to San Diego was changed by Delta from a 1.5 hour layover in Atlanta to a 5 hour layover. I was surprised and disappointed that they no longer have a one day sky club pass you can purchase, so I was stuck hanging out in the airport. I decided to find a restaurant where I could sit at a quiet table, with good food and bloody Mary's. Finding cat Cora's was like finding a little diamond in the rough. The food is very good, I got the breakfast special with salmon. Best of all were the very fabulous bloody Mary's, and the excellent server! Patricia was very kind and efficient, but she also helped me to feel comfortable taking her table a little longer than normal. Next time I come through Atlanta airport I'll stop here again!!!

Had a longer layover in Atlanta then I remember booking. Wanted something close by my gate. Found this place and gave it a shot. Menu had it was GF, waitress also asked about other allergies. I’ve been dreaming about eating it again but next time I’ll be flying through at night 😭

I never write reviews. But when I want to spit out the first bite of a salad, I feel I have to. The dressing: It was all tart, no talent. Someone needs to go bad to chef school. I am not sure how many lemons gave their life’s juice for one plate of salad. The arugula: More bitter than a woman in a bad break up. The guy next to me sent his back, as well. I had no time or willingness to order another item. They took it off my bill, then they had the gall to still charge me $4.50 for a soda water. Bad taste all around.

Frey was a great server!! Thank you so much

We were transitting and our gate was across from this bar/restaurant so decided to grab a quick drink and something to eat. Sergio waited on us and was fantastic. The appetizers and drinks he recommended were fantastic. He even gave us a couple of his face masks because our N95’s were hurting our ears. He was fantastic! The next time we are in the Atlanta airport we are definitely going to Cat Cora’s.

Great service! We popped in before a flight simply for a drink and an appetizer. The sweet potato fries were good. The dipping sauce had a 'different' flavor but tasty! Located in terminal A right next to Gates 25/27.

Most eateries in airports serve predictable food, but Cat Cora the menu is decidedly Greek. A near by table arrives 2 hours early jus to have a enough time to savor their exotic eggplant dish. It is very worthy of a detour while you wait for a connecting flight.

This was my first visit. I was immediately greeted by Gerard, the Assistant GM. He was welcoming and efficient in finding me a table. Tiffany T was my server. Here are some notes I took on my phone during the experience: "Friendly, great smile. Efficient. While very busy, she kept good track of her tables. Never stopped moving. Only waitstaff person I saw who smiled." I mentioned to Gerard that Tiffany is a good example for others to model. A little thing that also made me happy is that they use black cloth napkins. This saved me from needing to brush off white lint from my black dress pants. The prices were a little high. I attribute that to being at the airport + well-known name + excellent food and service. Yes, I would eat here when next at Concourse A at Atlanta Hartsfield.

I had time and stopped in for breakfast. I was greeted promptly and seated immediately. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and my waitress was a little ray of sunshine. I didn't feel like having a traditional breakfast (eggs or pancakes), and opted for a yogurt-fresh-fruit-granola-honey option. It was more than ample portions and the plate was attractive and fresh. I also had fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a pot of tea. As with all airport restaurants, the price to eat here is higher than it should be. However, although Cat Cora's is a bit more expensive than the kiosks, it is not as expensive as some of the other restaurants serving breakfast, Not counting the tip, the bill for my breakfast came to about $20 If I have occasion to depart from terminal A in the morning, I would return to this restaurant

Food was delicious. Joe was a great waiter. Very attentive and pleasant. Service was very prompt. Would dine here again on my next layover.

We opted to stop due to being familiar with Cat Cora from the Food Network. The food was average, and I think that's being generous....Party of 2 stopped in for a pre-flight meal. We were seated promptly and the manager was very friendly. My travel partner ordered the steak taco's. She sd they were "ok"...They were served with no fixings, she had to ask for cheese and avacado that was supposed to accompany. I ordered the shrimp n grits. They were served with what looked like sloppy joe sauce with large chunks of sausage, lots of onion and an ample amount of what appeared to be boiled shrimp. Upon tasting, I was immediately turned off. The red sauce tasted like heinz chili sauce. The grits were actually good, but trying to find some that was not saturated with this sauce proved to be a difficult task. The sausage was tough, chewy and frankly Im not sure it even was sausage. The menu sd tazo ham -- if this was tazo ham it was of the worst quality. The shrimp...well, I was kind of afraid to eat them. With tip the tab was $66 (no alcohol involved) and my money would have been better spent in the food court. I have to wonder if Cat Cora has ever tried the food that is representing her name....

Good food , pleasant and helpful server Aishah

Frey was great and so was our meal!

I ordered a glass of wine and a water while I looked at the menu. No glass of water ever appeared. In fact, no one returned for so long that when I ordered a soup and grilled cheese, I gave the server my credit card at the same time, realizing I would likely not see her for awhile, which was true. Tried the soup. It was cold, really cold, not just lukewarm cold. As the time for my flight approached, I pushed my plate (only a half sandwich eaten) across the table and began looking around. Clearly the place was understaffed. Finally with four minutes until my flight boarded, I stood up and gathered my things, as if to leave. The server then appeared and thrust my card, some pieces of paper and a pen into my hand. No “how was everything” (too late) or “we hope to see you again” ( no thanks.) or even “ hey you didn’t eat much, was everything ok?” (Most soup is supposed to be hot.)This was a failure of management and a waste of $30. Yes, I tipped the server. It wasn’t her fault.

Breakfast and mimosas were great with our server Natalie 🥰

Bureke gave excellent service and the food satisfying. I had the egg white scramble with turkey bacon and potatoes. A good choice!

Got fish and chips recommended by server I have never had soggier fish ever the crunch outside good the fish soggy. Fries tasteless and overcooked

Jazmine was friendly and quick! I got the shrimp and grits. A little spicy for my taste, but I’m a spice baby. Shrimp were fresh and nicely cooked, not overdone. Great find for the airport

Having eaten in many airport restaurants over my career, my expectations are pretty low. What a nice surprise Cat Cora's Kitchen was!. My friend and I had an extra hour due to a connecting flight delay and decided to give it a try. Delicious! I had chicken cobb salad. The chicken was cooked perfectly-still juicy and tender. My buddy had a burger that he could not stop raving about. The prices are fair, the food and service outstanding.

Had a layover at ATL so I Visited Cat Cora’s in Terminal A by gate 26. It had (uspicious) good reviews, which were actually true! Cora’s was shockingly good. I had the spicy tomato soup which came with a very good grilled cheese sandwich with onions in it. It was excellent. And well under $20. A couple of people next to me had salads that looked very good too, both of them huge. The other entrées were a litle pricey, but I’m sure they were very good as well. The only disappointment was $10 for a draft Yeungling beer but of course this is an airport. This may be the best airport food I’ve ever had with the possible exception of the Mexican restaurant at San Jose in California.

Glad this young woman was scrubbing the white tile but having dealt with the stress and strain of ATL gates, trains, security etc it would have been so nice to have had these two women say a friendly word or two....wish there was enough time to go back to the other bar on this long layover.

Most airport restaurants are higher prices than their off site counter parts. But Cat Cora's is way over priced. We had two glasses of wine (not big pours) and one hamberger which we split. The wine selection was minimal with one Merlo to choose from. It was priced at $12/glass. I can by the same wine in a 750ml bottle for about $12 to $13 per bottle. That equates to a 400% mark-up! A simple hamberger was $15. So all told with tax and tip, the bill came to $48! Never again

Best breakfast at ATL airport! And the servers are great . I eat here frequently and always have a good experience. I highly recommend it.

The shrimp and grits here is great. I have had it twice now and if given the opportunity I will probably have it again.

The food was amazing. The burger I had was definitely worth it and one of the best I've ever had. Freedom was my server and everything went perfectly. I will be coming back in the future when I visit Atlanta.

I had the Shrimp & Grits with a Farmers Market Bloody Mary for Breakfast; it was very tasty. I was too early for lunch.

If you find yourself in terminal "A" at Atlanta airport and looking for a bite to eat, try the Cat Cora Kitchen. Set your expectations for level of service at an airport restaurant (think low), and then order the lobster mac and cheese, filets, or lamb meatballs.

I had a precious 45 minutes to grab a meal before my 5 hour flight from Atlanta to San Francisco. My departure was at gate A9 and I knew what I ate would probably be my only meal of the day. I scanned the directory and not seeing much near A9 and not too keen on pizza or something else starchy from the food cort, I headed towards A26 where Cat Cora's Kitchen was found. The dining area was not crowded, normally a negative indicator, but this was Easter Sunday, late afternoon.i took a chance and ended up with one of my favorite airport dining experiences. My server was JaNelle, who got me a water and told me 45 minutes was plenty of time for her to take care of me. I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled avocado, and a grilled shrimp add on. I also asked for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from the bar menu. She said there was a different Vinyard being substituted and she said in her opinion it was not as good, but she would get me a taste so that I could decide. Janelle was right, so I ordered a reisling. The salad exceeded my expectations. The avocado was really grilled, with a small pool of dressing in the middle. Chopped sundried tomatoes, bacon, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and fresh and crisp romaine made the salad, with grilled shrimp to the side. The wine was a generous pour and a perfect match to the salad. I was off to my gate in plenty of time. I truly enjoyed one of the best airport meals that I can remember. Mark concourse A, gate 26 at Cat Cora's Kitchen for your next Atlanta Airport meal. This weary traveller will be back.

One word. Joe. Immediately, he got my order which I got to go because I was boarding in 30 minutes. He made it happen like I was his only customer. I even had time to eat! Love Joe!

The food is good but the service is better. The staff did a great job a creating a small oasis of calm in the teeming chaos that is the Atlanta Airport. That is important when you have to take you meals on the run.

Stopped in for dinner while waiting for a flight. The grilled cheese and tomato soup were delicious! Best food I’ve ever had at an airport.

Server was very nice and food was served quickly. Overpriced for quality. Skip the $3.50 cup of coffee.

The staff are friendly and they make sure your order is ready quickly if you need to catch a flight. The food is fresh and hot when presented.

Thanks to the incompetence of the people at Southwest Airlines, my connecting flight was canceled and I had to wait several hours to board a different one to Atlanta. The silver lining in this is that Atlanta, despite being a cesspool, has some really cool indoor cities, one of which is their illustrious airport. I was fortunate enough to be stranded near this place which served as my oasis of food and sanity during these hellish two days. I did not have any hostile NPC encounters here. In fact, I don't think any NPCs spawn in this room at all. The barkeep was a player called Kat who dropped some lore on the Atlanta servers and was also just a really helpful server in general. Grub was dank by airport standards. I hope next time to plan my entire trip around stopping into this restaurant again, like I will specifically buy flights going to gate A26 even if it adds a lot of time to my journey. People should go through airline security just to go to this restaurant.

I had an hour to kill so had a sit-down breakfast. Omelet was 2 egg and ok. Came with one piece of toast, potatoes and choice of bacon or sausage. Potatoes were ok too. I had turkey bacon that was yuck but then I guess bacon shouldn't be made from turkey. Waitstaff was great but for $14 not sure it was worth it.

Stopped in here on a layover. He had a burger that looked great! He said it was okay. I had lobster Mac and cheese and it was great! Could have used a little more lobster- but I would say that no matter what!

My server Selena like bidi bidi bam bam, she gave me amazing services. The manager of the store was awesome too. Please keep people like them around.

Khadijah j was taking care of me. The restaurant was super busy and I had a long layover. She was amazing and let my drink empty. I had a few things as I was here for well over an hour to waste some time. Started off with the bbq shrimp and the roasted beet salad both were really tasty and fresh. Then I had the crab Mac n cheese and garlicky spinach. A lil on the spicy side but still really good. I had a prickly pear Paloma that was really good. I will definitely be back. They didn’t rush me out even though it was busy and I really appreciated that.

What a great place! Ate here before and had a fabulous prosciutto sandwich. This time Bureke assisted us, and was great! She made us feel like we were her only customers! Definitely will go back!

Let’s start with the good; food taste was really great. Wine was very nice @ $15/glass. Lamb meatballs; 4 on the plate each the diameter not much larger than a quarter ($10), nice taste, tad tiny, but also uncooked in the middle - this is not correct. Fried green tomatoes; 3 slices from a medium tomato, nice and crispy with a lovely sauce ($10). Also a tad tiny. Service was fast, I did not miss my flight, but I remained hungry after a $65 meal for one.

Jasmine D was great waitress, salad was excellent!

We have been at the Atlanta airport for hours after many flight cancellations and delays because of torrential rain. A packed airport full of weary travelers- you got the picture. Assistant General Manager Alisa greeted us and went out of her way to help us get a seat at the bar, including kindly asking others to move their chairs down just a bit. Alisa made us feel very welcome - the mark of a true professional on what must have been a long stressful day for her. My new knee and I really appreciate her!

Food and service were great! Prompt and friendly. Joe was fabulous! Good cocktail selection. Highly recommend if in ATL

My boss had lunch here and when I went to review his expenses his bill clearly had one price but was charged an additional four dollars to his tip. While that's not a lot I would imagine that if this is the practice of the wait staff it would add up significantly. People rarely look at their credit card bills as closely as they should.

Compliments to Mikaela. She always is so cheerful and helpful. I stop here often when passing through ATL. Service is always good.

I’ve always like Cat Cora, so I tried her restaurant in the Atlanta airport. Boy was I disappointed. The service was slow, the food was cold and it just seems like Cat must not visit too often, because this definitely would not meet her standards.

Personally, great atmosphere and drinks. The conversation was fulfilling just as much as the drink I had been served. I strongly recommend if looking for a drink before your next flight.

The food was good but the waitress was terrible. Someone else brought our food (breakfast) out and h he toast was dry. Hoping she would appear again so we could get jelly, butter or anything..... she did not until we were done eating. We will never set foot in here again!

We stopped for lunch after a miserable flight experience that started at 3:30 am. Bureke took great care of us & brightened our day. Food was great, but Bureke's charm made it even better.

My husband and I had breakfast at Cat Cora's. The service was very good and friendly but the food was not! We each had scrambled eggs, I had turkey bacon and my husband had chicken sausage and 1 slice of toast. The eggs were OK but we couldn't eat the bacon or sausage, they were awful and there wasn't a choice of regular bacon or sausage. The meal was $12 a person, milk $2.50 which I had and coffee $3.75 which my husband had. We will never go back, we would been better off picking up a pastry at one of the food stands.

Food was top notch, Service was spectacular Natalie and Richard were great. Thank you to making eating while traveling a treat.

As stated above the food is expensive for the amount and quality. My wife and I shared the lamb meatballs and jalapeno poppers to start, they were small portions, but both good. The disappointment was the steak tacos we shared as a entree. They were rather bland, and the sauce that was served with it was also bland. We would try it again and maybe get a different entree.

Ashley was a phenomenal server. She was quick, efficient, and fun!

Best airport food and experience we have had. Warm and Friendly service excellent food A respite during a layover Highly recommend

My husband and I ordered shrimp and grits and lobster mac n cheese. I asked is it hot? The waiter replied, not really. I said if only mildly spicy I will get it. When it came to the table I took one bite and couldn't eat the rest. Eventually, after a very long time, another waiter came and asked if my meal was ok, I said no. I can't eat it it's too spicy hot. He said he would get me a lobster mac n cheese. nearly 1/2 hour later it came and it wasn't as spicy but it wasn't that great. Sergo was one of the waiters, I don't know if it was him but I wasn't impressed with the "service".

Most airport bars feel like the same thing all the time. The menu was different and Mikaela the bartender make it worth the layover. She sang, talked ⭕ everyone and was more attentive than most! Refreshing after a long flight!

Food and service was good. A very pleasant experience until the charge came through on my credit card. Someone had rounded my 22% tip up to a 32% tip. I KNOW what I wrote on the receipt was clear, so it wasn't a matter of reading my handwriting. I tried to call the management to get the check corrected. Both voicemail boxes are full (I suspect that is on purpose). I am very disappointed in this illegal behavior, and will not go there again, nor go through ATL again.

This is hands-down the best dining option you can get in the Atlanta Airport. Not your average airport offering. Fine-dining experience in a pleasant casual environment. I also visit the location in Detroit, but Atlanta just nails it! Cat Cora’s menu is tight, carefully crafted and every single item on this menu is delicious. Something for everyone, including dessert. Great bar, and the staff are outstanding. My server Ashley made my day. Looking forward to my next layover in ATL!

I visited the location at ATL terminal A with lots of time between flights. Didn’t really notice how long I was there, but it didn’t seem too long. Service was friendly and attentive. The shrimp & grits were a bit spicy by delicious. Be aware that we I’m not a purist and enjoyed the dish without comparing to any beloved grandma. I’ll stop here again, time permitting.

Hours say 6am - 10pm, the bar was half full I sat down to have lunch while waiting for my connection at the bar. The bartender approached me but before he said anything a woman stopped me and said “we’re not seating until noon” (it’s 11:48) and I asked about the others seated and she said “they were here already” whatever that means. So I grabbed my stuff and left. Something tells me they shy away from heavily tattooed people as I am one because I can’t think of any other reason I couldn’t spend money at this airport establishment

My husband and I had a long layover and decided to find a sit down restaurant for dinner. We decided on Cora Cat’s and were very pleased. The dos was very good (Mac and cheese, grilled cheese with spicy tomato soup, and a burger). Our server was very pleasant and prompt. The best place we have had a meal in all of our layovers in Atlanta. Recommend!

Sitting alone, at the bar, they were unable to provide the salad i ordered within the 40 minutes of time i had available before my flight was boarding. Several times did they say it was next out of the kitchen, or would be right up. Ridiculous.

Located across from gate A24 Cat Cora’s Kitchen was a nice surprise. Quick and friendly service, great food, nice wine selection. Highly recommend!

Cat Cora’s is my go to when I travel between ATL & MSP. Today my experience was elevated!! I had amazing service from Jazmine. She clearly is a happy person who enjoys her job. She provided excellent service, as she has on multiple occasions. I also tried the Avacado Cobb Salad 🥗 and was blown away at the deliciousness. It’s definitely a must - I’m excited to come back next time!!

Tried to grab a quick breakfast before a flight. Ordered scrambled egg whites, got scrambled eggs but didn't have time to ask for the right thing so didn't eat them. Sausage was good-one link! Daughter had bacon the server brought her an extra plate of bacon because the server said the bacon on the plate didn't look very good. Neither bacon was good. Asked for water but never got it. There is a $6 bottle of water on the table if you want it. Server bought coffee and there was coffee all over the saucer. Had to get a napkin from the next table to mop it up. No spoons. Cold, hard toast. A $47 disaster.

Some of the worst service. Omlette was decent. Cold potatoes. Don't stop here. Prices aren't terrible but it is airport prices.

The service and food here was outstanding. For an airport restaurant that's pretty good. Had a late flight out of Atlanta and the food court in Terminal A was a congested messed! Cat Cora's was close to my gate so I tried it and it was excellent. The staff was hustling and the food was superb. I had the penne pasta. Very hearty and delicious. Highly recommend both this dish and the restaurant.

Fast service without feeling rushed! Easy and comfortable vibes. Ask for Tiffany!

In Atlanta for a red eye flight and saw this restaurant across from my gate and thought I would give it a try. They open at 6 AM and all the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had the French Toast that was some of the best that I have ever had. It was served with fresh strawberries and blueberries. The coffee was wonderful with a rich full flavor. Tori is a great waitress and very friendly.

Good alternative for dining at the airport. Southern style food. I had the shrimp and grits. Efficient service. Clean and well appointed.

I think one of the best of many good to fine restaurants at Atlanta Airport, head to concourse A, CatCora's Kitchen. The staff are having fun, bopping and lipsynching to funky dance party hits...drinks and food excellent. Ask for shrimp and grits, prepared by master chef Jasmine...We'd like to bring her to Minneapolis to train our chefs in her special sauce. Your flying experience will improve!

Pass all the fast food places and take a few minutes to sit in a comfortable chair with great service and excellent, as well as nutritious, food that was served quicker than waiting for 50 people ahead of you to get their McDonalds order. My server was Bureke and she was very sweet, and accommodated my special requests on my order.

My omelette was pretty good for an airport meal. The potatoes were very nice as well. There are several reasons I cannot give the restaurant 5 stars: - Hostess - The hostess had no personality, was not very welcoming, and honestly projected the sense of “I’m here in body but don’t want to be”. If it was just me I wouldn’t comment on it, but I sat near her station and watched her interact with many people; - Bread - The toast on my meal was burned on one side. Not a major item (I still ate it), but something I feel should have been caught before being served.

Pretty good breakfast. Staff were friendly and you have to try the pineapple/cranberry virgin drink. Overall, it was good and will stop by again.

This place will stay in business because they are located in an airport with a captive audience. The menu is limited and the service we received was sketchy. The menu has salads, a pasta and a burger but they will only serve it their way…. No changes or additional requests. My friend ordered a burger and had to procure his own catsup. There are limited dressing options as we were told that “cat” wants it that way! One member of our party had their entire order forgotten and had to eat after everyone else. I will walk right past this place the next time I am at ATL.

I also have the meatballs were cooked to perfection. They were also toasted sesame seeds on top and the meat noodles with some micro greens.

Ashley was great. Shrimp and grits delicious.

If you want a great breakfast at a good price ya gotta hit Cat Cora’s kitchen! The bartenders and the cook staff are awesome! I travel a lot and have had less to eat for higher prices at other places. I made a special order and it was prepared quickly and accurately. I did NOT leave hungry!!!! My order: 6 egg whites, bacon, toast, and potatos/ French toast plate and a coffee. Wish I would’ve taken a photo now, but it was excellent! Shout out to Shae and Trish! You ladies are husslin’

Came here late night between flights. Joe was an excellent server. He was so kind very accommodating attentive and and the food was delicious.

Jo, was the best waiter i experienced. He was quick with drinks and food and was a funny humor person. Food is excellent and delicious, now some spices is spicy (in a good way) would recommend if your flight is a long wait.

Tiffany was great, great service, great food

One of the better airport meals I’ve had. Added shrimp. Seemed like a healthier alternative than burgers and doughnuts.

this restaurant served the purpose and hit the spot after a 13 hour transpacific flight. field greens, goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette, roasted beets and grilled salmon. very tasty but overpriced for airport cuisine (the sole reason for ranking it a 3) wait staff was attentive. most tables had electric and USB to charge gadgets or to work on a laptop.

I had 2 hours to blow before flight. Just wanted a beer. 5 drafts to pick from and got my heffeweizen! Just got back from THE octoberfest in Munich so could settle for nothing less. Took an hour to gulp down and chilled with people sitting next to me. Loved my back stool and saw everyone talking and enjoying. I was by serving area and saw nobody handled without professionalism and all done like a fast well oiled machine. This is by far the best place to stop in at I have ever been at. There are work counters with charging. Tables for sit down and a bar. Efficient, good food, good drink, expert staff. It is a winning combination. Bartender said they are in ohare and a few other airports. Check for one while in airports.

I had a lengthy layover in Atlanta and didn’t want to have the usual airport fare of just a sandwich. I chose this restaurant that was clean, socially distanced, masked, and sanitized. Patrons were enjoying their meals. I was cordially greeted by the wait staff and seated in the back as was my preference. I noticed that almost all of the tables conveniently supplied a charging station for phones/other devices. The menu was limited but had a variety of dishes which took me a little out of my comfort zone. On the left is pictured grilled Brussel sprouts, quinoa, and squash all nicely blended and plated. On the right is prosciutto, greens, avocado toast points with ricotta cheese and a light balsamic dressing. The meal took approximately 15 minutes to prepare was fresh and appetizing. Pricing was appropriate for the meal presented. The only drawback for me was the loud music playing which reminded me of an Applebee’s where they want you in and out as quickly as possible. Diners were raising their voices to be heard above the din. A smooth jazz station softly playing in the background would have been more appropriate. If you want to try a meal out of the ordinary, this is the place. Alcohol is available upon request.

Stopped for a meal on a layover and experience left much to be desired. Service was slow- waited way too long for menu, the for beverage, then to place order and then for food. Not sure why as there were many staff and it was not busy. Wine was a very short pour. My food was just ok- ordered the Avocado Cobb salad but not sure what the dark red strips on plate were?? Artificial bacon?? Maybe an off note but won't be stopping there next time.

Have some wines and couple beers. Try their homemade potato chips. I loved it. Nice stop before flight in A terminal...

Our waitress was slow. My cosmo was overly sweet so I didn't order another. My husband's crab mac & cheese didn't have any noticeable crab, maybe they just added some crab juice instead of crab meat?? The cobb salad I had with chicken was okay, just not memorable and not very filling. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we needed to leave and my husband told a waitress that was passing by that we needed our bill; she said she wasn't our waitress and stomped off. 99.9% of other servers would have said they'd let our server know or would check into it, but not her!!! Completely bah-humbug experience.

Well, being that I live in Florida I thought I would give this a try. Sit at the bar, probably a total of 6 people at bar, restaurant empty. It took 10 minutes to get 2 bartenders attention. Order a beer, which she insisted I taste first before she pours it. Ok? I state I have had this before. Anyhow, ask for a menu stating yes I will be ordering something, 20 minutes later.... tick tock after listening to them complain about not having martini glasses, still only 6 ppl at bar... order Shrimp Gyro. A spinoff of lettuce wraps with 2 tiny grilled blackened shrimp in radicchio. I am not a foodie but literally it was the worst meal ever. If Cat Cora has anything to do with this other than lending her name she better get on the staff, service. I would never recommend, go anywhere else but there.

My wife and I had dinner at CatCora's in DTW during a layover and it was excellent. The beer was ice cold, the Caesar salad was excellent, and the steak sandwich was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to return!

Great drinks, food, music & service. What else could you ask for! Ask for Frey as your waitress. She will serve you with a smile :)

I stopped by Cat Cora’s Kitchen for a burger and fries on my layover. I didn’t have a ton of time available, but I received my food within 15 min. The burger was cooked exactly to order with tasty cheddar cheese and generous toppings. The sweet potato fries were a nice side. Nothing too fancy but that’s all I needed on a travel day. Good place to go in the airport.

NOTE: This review pertains to the Cat Cora’s Kitchen in Terminal A of the Atlanta airport. The grilled cheese with spicy tomato soup was fab - good quality cheese, delish grilled onion and just the right amount of spice in the POPPIN’ tomato soup. Homemade potato chips with bleu cheese dip were good; my batch of chips was maybe a tad over-fried. The garlicky spinach was outstanding, with plenty of garlic; the spinach was fresh and perfect cooked - major yum. I feel bad taking a star away from an Iron Chef but there needed to be at least one more vegetarian entrée. The fact that I made my meal from sides/apps says it all. But in total, the experience was positive, and as an extra bonus the tableware was much nicer than expected for an airport restaurant.
Cat Cora!
(August 2023) I got off work a little early today (Friday August 18), so I had time for lunch before my flight home. Four years ago, my wife and I had dinner here while on a layover. That was one of the reasons why I remembered Cat Cora. Anyway, I ordered the (3) flank steak tacos. Here, they shred the beef versus just leaving the beef as long strips. I wish more places would shred them for steak tacos! If I had more layovers in Atlanta, I’d have to keep making my way to this place!
