The Room is located off the lobby in The Twelve hotel. I had lunch at The Room with a group of seven people. We were seated promptly Our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time. We did have to wait longer the expected for our food to arrive at the table. The food was good. I had the Cobb Salad. After our food was delivered, our waitress kind of disappeared. We had to ask another waitress to have our waitress bring our checks to us.

In Atlanta for a conference and had a very pleasant dinner with two colleagues. The food was very good. One of our group had a sushi appetizer. It was beautifully presented. The seafood entrée I had was delicious and both the other people I was dining with felt their choices were excellent as well. The atmosphere was upscale modern but very relaxed. The service was excellent - prompt and friendly without being overbearing. Would definitely recommend.

There were four of us for dinner on a Saturday night. We had reservations but probably didn't need them. Everyone enjoyed the food: sushi, chicken & veggies, seafood pasta, and bacon wrapped scallops. I had the soup of the day to start (roasted tomato chicken) which was good and hearty. The manager came by the table to wish one of our party a happy birthday. They gave us caramel and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. The only minus was that no one was very happy with the specialty cocktails.

Went for breakfast/brunch and watched another table be seated after us order, eat, pay and leave before we received our order, which was ok, bit no apology for the delay. One of our party ordered a mamossa was served and then the waitress came back to say it was too early as it was a Sunday, and took it away, so much for the "bottomless" mamossa advertised in the menu. Least favorite place we went in Atlanta!

Roughly a 50/50 experience here. Half the menu tastes good. The other half is either bland or done improperly. Not sure who pays for this food and leaves with a smile. The prices are insulting. The quality of the good-tasting food does not even justify half the cost. It was an experience. I was forced to eat here by fate. I don't recommend it, though.

Well made drinks and, after being talked into it by the bar staff, very good sushi! Super friendly staff at this restaurant made me me feel very welcome and comfortable.

We use to stay in this hotel - wonderful huge rooms- when we attended the Americasmart every year but now it has exceeded our price range. We still come back to eat in the restaurant at least once during our trip and are never disappointed. Stylish decor, clever lighting and candles on the tables create atmosphere even when it is not busy early evening. ( A good time to come- later on it gets very busy) The beet salad is delicious, the crab cakes and hanger steak were wonderful. Portions are not huge but we like it that way- prefer high quality and delicious food. Service is attentive without being intrusive- and our waitress Beverley remembered us from last year! Walking distance from the Show buildings - after dinner the MARTA is across the road or the very helpful valets will call you taxi. A nice treat during the show.

The restaurant in the lobby of Twelve was a pleasant surprise! The setting, service, and menu all exceeded our expectations. The menu has a large selection from sushi to salads and sandwiches. Our lunch was delicious and the service was friendly and professional.

Had a business dinner at Room at Twelve. Service was outstanding and variety of menu was really good. Highly recommend.

We got there on Thursday - it is a great place to stay if you are looking for comfort, nice living area separated from the room.. then this is the one - don't look any further - rooms clean... spotless. The wooded floor at the entrance (kitchen area) .. to many scratches - needs to be replaced or resurfaced. Front desk although friendly by short handed.. the same person check in you in is the same answering the calls. I will visit it again

Me and six of my friends stayed at Twelve Friday night and went to brunch at Room Saturday morning. The service was ok...our waiter took a long time to take our drink orders. It would take him about 15-20 min to get a bloody mary out. There were a total of four tables when we were there. Our food took an hour. I understand that there were seven of us, but it seemed like the staff was kind of standing around (I had a direct view into the kitchen). On the other hand, the food was AMAZING! A lot of us got the eggs benedict and it was really good, although a little overcooked on the egg. The waiter didnt bring out our side with the meal, it took extra time to get that too. As well as ketchup. A lot of us got the breakfast potatoes, and it took 15 min for them to bring out ketchup. After we ate, the staff did give us "shrimp cocktail" shots, made with Patron, those were delicious (and free! Just from their generosity, we did not complain about the timeliness or service). All in all, I would go back to eat, we had a good time. Hopefully they can change the music from that Adele station!

It is located in a beautiful hotel lobby and creats a beautiful atmosphere how i just waiting for 30 minutes before someone to show up after hostess seated me at a table. That upon asking if i am in a wrong table or wrong time .........

Disappointing, especially at this price point. The menu is surpassingly small, and not what I’d expect from a restaurant that presents itself as upscale. And, yet, even though we were only one of two tables when we arrived at 7:15, it took a very long time to get our poorly cooked entrees. The salmon was very small for the price, the risotto was just OK. The airline chicken was incredibly dry and chewy. The server was disengaged. She was not busy, just alternating between absent and seeming disinterested. - We had reservations, so we were surprised by the “Seat Yourself” sign at the hostess desk and the near empty dining room. - Not much in the way of seafood. I asked about the catch of the day mentioned on the menu, she told me the special was pork chops. There was no catch of the day. - We saw no evidence of Sushi being sold or served. Maybe it was out at the bar or being a wall, but we didn’t see it.

The food and service was great and the key lime volcano was a nice way to end the meal. The location is perfect for all (couples, family, friends, business and solo), it's nice, but you don't have to wear business casual, but it would not hurt. I would not wear jeans unless I had on a nice top.

The food was delicious. Had to wait ti be seated. No one to greet me. Also was a little bit expensive.

Everything was excellent: the food (appetizers to dessert), the staff, the ambiance. Great wine selection. Top Notch!

We arrived late to our hotel and didn't feel like going any further than downstairs. Despite having a private dinner going on at the time we were seated quickly. The server, Hannah did take a while to get to us, but when she did she was wonderful! I love having conversations with people while I am visiting an area and she was a pleasure and one of the highlights of our whole vacation. I ordered the Ikura Salmon roe sushi, a crunchy roll, and the Seared Ahi tuna salad. All of my items were perfect for flavor and seasoning. My husband ordered a burger that came exactly as ordered. Their Green Tea Martini was very good, but I was surprised to get it in a mule mug.

One of the best meals I've had in a long, long time. I had butternut squash with spinach, faro, son-in-law had a steak cooked to perfection, my 8 year old granddaughter had a hamburger and fries which were on the level of "gourmet", daughter had salmon, spinach, baby turnips and we managed to share a bread pudding with a sauce - out of this world. Wine card a little on the small side but adequate and good choices.

The food was just wonderful. Varied menu and the staff was polite and courteous. If you are staying at the hotel, it is very convenient and reasonably priced.

Every experience at Room was super.....from dessert and coffee to breakfast. Staff were so warm and friendly which sealed the deal! Will be back!

I came here with a large group for a business dinner on a Monday night and there was no one else in the restaurant. The food was very good. I had the beet salad to start which was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the aged blue cheese combination. I then had a sushi roll (spicy tuna and spicy salmon), which was really good, though I didn't really expect it to have been deep fried - but it was still rather good! For dessert, I had the cranberry grande marnier gelato - also good. Overall a nice dining experience and everyone I spoke with enjoyed their food (steaks, fish and sushi).

We were in a group setting. Service was OK, food was very good, they managed a very large group well.

I have stayed at the hotel multiple times and usually hit the restaurant at least once per stay. I really like the choices of their menu and the service was very good.

My bestfriend and I came out here for a dinner. We've been here on her birthday since she was a resident here and we love it! We ordered the Creamy Seafood Fondue and it was great. By the way, we got it for free because of the promo through Facebook. But something was so odd last night, they told us about there special so we ordered it and I would say that I was traumatized with the taste of the meat because it tasted like burnt meat and it was so awful. The server was nice enough to apologize and ask us and we did told her that it wasn't that good so she did asked for a replacement. I eventually ordered the Room Steak because I had tried it in the past but I was so surprised that it taste awful. The pepper was waaaaay too much and I can't even taste the steak becauase the skin was too burnt. I decided to not replace it anymore because it was the second time and still taste the same thing. At that point I lost my apetite and was so upset. I ddin't want to ruin our night and decided to just leave. Should I come back again? I don't know but only if they improved it. I'll give it another chance since I'll be bringing my family and freinds here.

Food was excellent, service prompt, price was worth it. Perfect burger with nice salad, luscious raisin bread pudding, great turkey & provolone croissanwich, homemade tasting big choc chip cookie,

We went to this spot last night for dinner. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were confined to the bar menu. After sitting for a few minutes, the bartender came to ask for our orders. Problem #1 She didn't know what a French martini was and made no attempt to find out. I had to order something else. Problem #2 - we ordered sliders and wings, since we didn't have much other choice. It took over an hour for the 4 dishes to come out! It took so long, the bartender gave us shots on the house. It was of course cheap rail vodka, which didn't help our experience. After finally receiving thr food, the fries were cold and the taste of the remaining food items was seriously lacking. Problem #3 - after finally receiving the bill, I had to get up and bring the bill and payment to the bartender. Not a good experience. If you are from the DMV area or know your seafood, do not order the crab cakes sliders. You will be seriously disappointed.

I traveled to Atlanta for my birthday and stayed downtown at a hotel for a few days before linking up with relatives. The room was GORGEOUS!!!! The decor was lovely and very spacious. I utilized the full kitchen and really enjoyed the living room space and being able to lounge around and watch TV without having to lay in bed. I took a $7-8 Uber to a grocery store nearby for food/drink. There are some cafes and bars nearby but I stayed in for the most part. The gym is decent for a hotel gym I went once. Check in/Check out was seamless All staff I encountered gave excellent customer service.

I had Family from several cities meet in Atlanta for a mini vacation and NFl game. We chose a restaurant I could reserve for 12 online at 6pm. We had difficulty with directions as the name if different on google maps vs Open Table. The menu appeared different from Open Table as well. Nice Ambiance however they were slow at 6pm on a saturday night. My chicken sandwich was very dry and went with it. I was hosting and paid the bill. The rest ordered Filet, Salmon/ Tuna and sushi. No immediate complaints however I was told how poor the steak quality and dry everything else was after. Being they were very slow this seems unacceptable. I tried to contact the restaurant Manager after via phone and messenger and no follow up from them. I wouldnt visit here again and the quality is very poor for the price.

Basic good high end dining experience. Pluses include free valet parking when the ticket I’d authenticated. Great mixed drinks from the bar. Recommended the calimari appetizer, overall a good meal, took a star off. Because, like many restaurants, the service was slow, I suppose this place like almost every other, is struggling to staff up.

ROOM at Twelve was a great choice for our out of town Christmas Day Brunch - which turned out to be a bit harder to find than I thought it would be! . The food was very fresh and well prepared - everything from lamb to sushi and a lot in between. I would have liked to have had a few more vegetable choices. That being said, it was tough to sample everything. The price was a bit steep but overall I felt it was a decent value for the money. They did add an automatic 18% even though we were not a large party - I tipped our server additionally as she did such a great job! It seemed to me they should have noted that they were tacking on the tip no matter the party size.

My wife and I decided to give Room a chance because we didn't feel like getting back into Atl traffic for dinner and I'm glad we did. The sushi was great which was a pleasant surprise. My wife's drink was also good. The dinner entrées were the star of the show. My lamb was cooked perfectly, and my wife's pork chop was great! Thanks Kenneth for recommending both dishes and for the fantastic service!!!!

Maybe it was the size of our group but the service, while friendly, was poorly coordinated. Some of the food was really good (calamari YUM) but I thought the sushi was meh .... a little too warm for me to be honest (I like my raw fish COLD) I think people were happy with entrees .... I stole a lamb lollipop and it was pretty darn good. I didn't pay so I'm honestly not sure what the total cost of my meal was but based on the menu I would say it was pretty darn expensive. I wouldn't be unhappy to eat here again but won't seek it out

As usual, we always have great service at Room. The food is great and consistent in its quality. I am at this restaurant about 20 to 30 times a year and usually always dine her when staying a the hotel Twelve.

Wonderful experience for breakfast at Room. Waiters were nice and friendly and the food was great. Really enjoyed the steak and eggs!

Quite expensive, but somewhat expected. The food was pretty good, the service as well. The staff did well to make it a pleasent experience.

It took over an hour to get an omelette & toast for a party of 2. The food was good & hot when it was delivered but the service is so slow. They are friendly but I wouldn't recommend it even if you aren't in a rush. No one has that much time to spare for breakfast.

This restaurant was chaotic and all over the place. The menu wasn't the same as online and filled with very little options. Our waiter spilled water all over our table and didn't proceed to clean it up. We got our main course 3 minutes after getting our appetizers, and almost everything on the table was cold, tasty but very cold. The experience was not great just because of the food, but also with very loud music, rude valet, overpriced food and a confused waiter, not great....

We actually heard about this restaurant through the Midtown Atlanta Shop and Dine Week. They ran a 3 course dinner for $25. First, we were blown away by the decor. So chic! Then the food came! We sampled the arugula and iceberg wedge salads. Both delicious. The wedge salad in particular had the thickest cut bacon bits I had ever had! We had the lamb shank and sirloin steak. The lamb was exceptional, meat falling off the bone and a great portion. The steak was beautifully prepared. The desserts, pineapple upside down cake and the chocolate cake were both delicious as well. We were impressed with the service and commented that we felt bad paying only $25 for such a great meal. We booked our office holiday party here for a few weeks from now and are really looking forward to it! The bar is swanky if you want to lounge and have a drink first, too!

We did not eat in the restaurant, ordered room service, it was very good.

A very pleasant environment and the sushi was quite fresh; drink menu was excellent. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Watch the bluefin tuna as it had the apperance of standard maguro.

Our waiter recommended the tomato bisque as her favorite soup of the day, so I tried it. There isn't an emoji available to express how good this soup is. My only regret was that I was being a cheapo and got the lunch special, so I only received a half serving of soup with my salad and sushi. Next time, I'll know.

I passed by on my way to an event & realized that I hadn’t had breakfast. I had a full day ahead of me so I needed to eat. I stopped in a little after 10 am and was immediately seated. Their breakfast menu was plentiful but for some reason the oatmeal stuck out to me. It sounded delicious accompanied by orange slices and cranberries. I decided to pair it with potatoes and a croissant. The food was ready within a reasonable amount of time. It was fresh and from scratch. I could tell by the way it looked. The taste confirmed my thoughts. The oatmeal was cooked just right. The orange, cranberries and brown sugar were a great compliment. The potatoes were amazing too. They were cooked down with a palm oil, onions and mushrooms. Yum! The croissant was the best croissant I’ve had in years. This place has been on my list for a while and I’m so glad I got the chance to stop. I’ll be back!

Pretty good food, disorganized and slow service. Long periods of time went by before wait staff came to place orders and took forever to get drinks. And it was incredibly hot in the restaurant. Sushi was good.

Dined recently with work colleagues. Considering we were a group of twelve service was timely and attentive. We were seated at a table that was alongside the bar and literally faced the lobby of the hotel where Room is located. This did not lend itself to a pleasant group dining experience. The wine menu had a range of reasonable to more pricey offerings. We had appetizers and/or salads, entrees and desserts. Of all the appetizers the most favored was the crab cakes - uniquely crispy on the outside and the avacado salad that accompanied was very nice. Most everyone in the group thought their meal was okay, but no one was exclaiming praises. Someone who had the seared tuna did not think it was good at all. Two gentlemen who had the grilled tuna thought portion size was small. The braised pork was very flavorful and fork-tender but accompaniments did not wow.

Ate there tonight. I had the filet mignon - it was well prepared and presented. Our wait staff was attentive. The dining area is very open and airy - which made it a bit loud, but not annoying. The door from the street feels like you came in to the service entry, and the staff was hanging out at the bar, not the door - so I thought I may have come in the wrong door. They were very kind, and helped me find my group. I'd eat here again for sure.

Got a table at 7:15 on a Friday night which was great .. sat down at the table 7:30.. great.. got water right away…then it began… 1hr and 15 minutes later … no drinks .. first told a big party was holding up the bar, then told they were short on glasses Appetizers come 1 hr and 20 min after we arrive .. food wasn’t bad … then after 1 and a half hours later they finally serve us our drinks … absolutely ridiculous!! Main course out of 5 people the meal for 1 came out … Steak was cold … complained , rest of food came out , they brought the same steak back now hot… now over cooked . We dared not to try to order drinks again . Got the bill.. they did nothing to make up for a absolutely horrible experience Don’t go there ! Can’t say I’ve had a worse dinner experience in a very long time . Good luck if you go there.

Had the company Christmas party here.. Oh my God got started at 730...orders in about 8 (25 people) Finally got dinner at 10 pm It's was good but they are really really proud of their food. The biggest issue I had was it wasn't that crowded of a place but God was it noisy

We recently took advantage of a special that the restaurant was offering. It seems that most hotels downtown Atlanta are pretty empty these days on week-ends. So the restaurants are offering some really good deals. We enjoyed perfectly cooked prime rib along with some great wine. Our server was very attentive to all of our needs. Great food for a great price! We are already planning our return visit.

Although the Room at Twelve is in a hotel, it is a very nice place for lunch or dinner with food much better than the typical hotel. They have a large menu that includes a variety of entrees (steak, chicken, seafood) as well a variety of sushi selections. The service is very attentive, but not overbearing. I enjoyed the seafood pasta The seafood was plentiful, the pasta just right, and the sauce was delightfully seasoned. Overall, this a very good place to eat if your are staying at Twelve Centennial Park.

Hotel staff helps run this restaurant 3 servers tended to us. Service was great! Nice atmosphere and bar area Food was good. Banana cheesecake was amazing! Grilled chicken Caesar salad Hangar steak green beans and mashed potatoes Seafood pasta entree Glass of wine Soft drink Appetizer Two desserts $107 before gratuity

This is a hotel that does an excellent job at being what it is - a hotel for a short stay. The location is a short walk to Emory University and the mass transit station so getting around is convenient.

I always enjoyed the food and drinks at ROOM at Twelve. The best thing on the bar menu to me is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich... great for lunch or dinner.

The online menu is not what's available. Once you arrive to Catch 12 you get basically a overpriced bar menu. I promise you, you will be disappointed.

I arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to closing time. The staff was wonderful and did not make me feel like an inconvenience for having arrived so late. Weather had caused severe delays in air travel earlier in the evening. I ordered the chefs cut ribeye. It was of average quality based upon its price of $45. It came with two sides. All in all the restaurant was a small breath of fresh air amidst the turmoils of the evening.

Ate here several times Sushi was excellent ! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served quickly and was made as ordered.

We ate at "Room" several times. We had breakfast which was fair. The omelet was dry, but the pancakes were exceptional. For dinner the fettuccine and shrimp was good. The ribeye was a bit over salted for my taste. The grilled asparagus and braised collards were out of this world. We ate lunch there too. The chicken vegetable soup was very tasty, but my grilled chicken sandwich was overcooked and a bit tough. All in all, we didn't want to drive around Atlanta so Room was a pleasant alternative.

Well what can I say only that after all tbe mixed reviews I saw of Room I wasnt sure if we should try Room and I must say in the two days we ate at Room 3 times and each time the service was Great the food was Awsome and the Staff more than Friendly we felt like we were family and over Christmas this was great to see.

Great service best hanger steak also presentation of all dishes was delicious little expensive but we’ll worth it.

Both the manager (Ray) and our beautiful server (Keisha) made this a wonderful dining experience. We had planned on sushi - only to discover the sushi bar was another victim of covid. Changing - I had the PEI mussels (wine broth with it was amazing) and also from the appetizer menu the lamb lollipops on a small bed of arugula. My husband ordered the Ny strip rare AND IT ACTUALLY CAME THAT WAY!! We would come again if in Atlanta. Wanted to eat outside - but the weather was not accommodating.

The food was nice and price was appropriate. The selection was good and the staff friendly. Would go back

We ate at the Room our first night. Food was very good but on the pricey side. Great for businessmen looking to impress on a expense account. Service was very good & the cheesecake was OUTSTANDING.

I had the Hangar Steak over potatoes with rabe. Every bite was delicious. The portions were small, but that didn't bother me too much. Desert was on the house, from a coupon I got at check-in. So, I ordered the chocolate cake, which was tasty, but a little on the dry side. The "room service" cocktail, however, was so good I had too. Christian, the bartender, was attentive and knew his trade. Nice.

Great variety on the menu, good service, and flavorful food made this a very good dining experience. I opted for the turkey burger, and it was one of the best I've had.

Went at 9 to eat when told they would serve till 10. Was shown a talbe by a buss boy only to sit and be ignored

On one day of stay, I ordered a burger and fries, which were good, but nothing to brag about. On one morning, pancakes and bacon ordered, once again nothing made the meal stand out.

In the 12 hotel. Selections include Japanese and American. Reasonably priced meals from $10 to $16. We had the salmon wrap. Very filling

Pros: Food was mostly excellent. Prices were reasonable. Wait staff was friendly. Cons: some serious glitches in pacing and ability to call ahead for information. Details below. As a matter of a disclaimer, we tried this restaurant for the first time with a party of twenty-two guests. So admittedly, it presented a challenge. However, we did have reservations, so it wasn't a surprise either. We took a team of twenty college swim team members for a celebratory dinner after a swim meet. It was a Saturday evening and we had reservations at 7 PM. As it turned out, other than three people at the sushi bar and three people at the regular bar, the restaurant appeared empty otherwise. We called ahead to find out where to park for the restaurant. Upon calling the number that was given from the website, we were transferred to another desk and immediately put on hold without being able to even ask what we wanted. After a hold time of at least ten minutes, we finally gave up and parked in a garage on the other side of the block from the restaurant. So we were dismayed to find out when we arrived that the restaurant offered free valet parking, but did not validate for the parking garage. The staff at the restaurant was apologetic for the mix-up and hastened to offer free drinks to our host to compensate for the fact that he would have to pay for parking. The team arrived as a whole, and was given menus and water. After that, no one returned to take orders for at least fifteen minutes, so we finally had to flag someone down to let them know that we were ready. So far as we could see, the staff was apparently waiting to be called upon, as they did not seem to be engaged in any other activity, and there were very few people in the restaurant. The orders were taken, and salads and appetizers were brought out in due course. However afterward, the pacing of the rest of the meal became quite haphazard. Entrees were brought out several minutes apart between each person, and the entree for our host was inexplicably delayed long after everyone had already received their dinners. We all wanted to wait for him to receive his dinner before eating, but despite several promises that his food would be out "in thirty seconds", "soon", and "right away", we finally all gave up waiting and had our dinners before they got any colder. He did not receive his meal until nearly everyone had finished their dinners, and as he had not had an appetizer, soup, or salad, he had not had a morsel of food since we had arrived. As it happens, the college students were being treated to a free meal, and the host is the nicest and most understanding man in the world. None of them would be inclined to complain about the odd pacing of the dinners, but had it been a more demanding crowd, it could have presented an issue. On the positive side, the food was excellent. The seafood chowder was delicious. The fried calamari was probably the least compelling part of the meal, but the other entrees were all attractive prepared, and according to the comments I heard, they were all quite good. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of food that we received, and to their credit, the staff was friendly, even if the service was quite slow. Granted, it was a very large party, but at the same time, the restaurant did expect the party to arrive, and as there were virtually no other guests in the restaurant, it seems that for a large party, this was about as prepared as they could possibly be. So I could recommend this restaurant, but at present, I would not suggest it if you have time constraints.

Based on a prior visit, the Food is fabulous here! HOWEVER, the service was non-existent today. We walked in to numerous uncleared tables. Sat at a dirty one and waited. And waited. Sever finally came and asked if we needed menus. We said yes and the table cleaned as well. She left and after about 15 minutes of more waiting, we got up and left. Several other customers were frustrated and having to go to the server stand to get what they needed

The rooms are very spacious, bright and comfortable and lack no amenities. From a fully stocked kitchen to two flat screen TV's a computer a large bathroom with walk in shower and dual vanities and a bed that is remarably comfortable this room is an oasis when traveling!

The food was disappointing. Rather tasteless and looked dumped on the plate with no consideration of appearance. The Service however was excellent with a server who engaged in conversation.

Food was cold and the meat tasted bad. Several people in our party sent the food back from different dishes

Since I had such a horrible stay at the hotel and wrote a review I thought it only fair to say that the restaurant was excellent. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable. Friday and Saturdays they have 1/2 price wine night on bottles over $72.00 . We enjoyed the Duckhorn Merlot-2006 and a bottle of Pierre Jouet. Although we did not finish them we were able to take them back to the room to enjoy later. The sushi was excellent, fresh and creative. We had a roll with Shrimp tempura, escolar, avacado and cucumber. We also ordered the fried okra, the okra was split in half, battered in cornmeal, drizzled with a balsamic reduction and sprinkled with goat cheese. It was great. I had the trout with collards which was a wonderful, full of flavor dish that included jalopena corn bread. My husband enjoyed the hangar steak which was also flavorful. Desert was a chocolate flourless cake with a cream topping and caramel cream puffs, both were good. We chose to sit outside as it was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed the al fresco dining. Although I would never stay at the hotel again due to the unprfessional staff, I would eat at Room again.

A group of six of us went for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant was almost empty. After we were seated it took almost 10 minutes for our waiter to get our drink order. When he finally showed up again, three of us were going to order some sushi as an appetizer. He sold us on the sushi boat and said that it was for four people. We again waited for what seemed to be an eternity and once the sushi boat arrived it was huge!!! The sushi was tasty but we only wanted an appetizer (for three). All six of us ended up eating it as an appetizer and main course combined. Not once did the waiter come to our table to ask about the quality of the food or to see if we needed anything else. When he presented us with the check, there wasn't an itemized list of our order so we didn't know what we were paying for; he brought it over after we asked. On our way out I asked to speak with the manager and the hostess asked my name, went to let him/her know that he/she was wanted by a customer and came back and asked if I could wait a few minutes! I waited for everything all evening long and I wasn't about to wait for the manager to complain about poor service. With all the dining options that are available in downtown Atlanta, I would recommend you steer clear of this place and go elsewhere....anywhere else!

Unfortunately its under new ownership and its nothing like the positive comments and pictures that previous people have posted. We were the only ones there on a Saturday night and one family came in after us and left. Do NOT go to this place. or take the pictures off becuase its nothing like it

It was disappointing to not see a crowd at this restaurant. The menu had a diverse selection. The food was delicious.

Went with some clients on a Monday night. It was a nice modern place with perfect lighting, quiet, with some private rooms. For appetizers, the Calamari was very tender and delicious. Miso soup was untraditional, but good alternative with lots of mushrooms. We ordered a Sushi platter for 5, which came on a big boat, and then a couple of individual sushi roll orders. The group thought the 5 person platter could have had more generous portions. There was a lot of rice and not much fish in the creative parts of the presentation. The individual rolls were pretty good but presentation was just okay...no extras. Our server seemed a bit awkward and not up to the professional level of the place, but the overall experience was a lot of fun!

The Atlantic Salmon was very moist and I especially loved the citrus & mint salad. There was something in the ingredients that was a very excellent mix with the citrus. VERY delicious. Risotto was GREAT! I would dine again.

Went for lunch and had the Cobb salad. It was a different with a poached egg on top and real grilled chicken. Had it with their homemade balsamic dressing and I can honestly say it was one of the best salads I have ever had. Went with friends who ordered other items on the menu and we all agreed we would return soon. The dining room is beautiful and the service was very good as well.

The service was prompt, and the ambiance was was soothing and modern. My companion ordered calamari which was crisp and served with a garlic, honey sauce. We both ordered the Hangar Steak. The steak was cooked to perfection and a delicious chimichurri sauce. The presentation consisted of mashed potatoes, steak and sauce accompanied with julienne carrots and seasoned whole green beans. The only thing missing was bread and butter. We had not eaten here for over a year, and the improvements are noticeable. A really good meal that was reasonably priced for Atlanta

The food was very good. Portions were a little small, but the prices weren't ridiculous. Sangria was very good.

This is our default restaurant when visiting our Atlanta office. They have a selection that meets the needs of all members of the party. The stuffed roasted zucchini is a yummy vegetarian choice, and the grilled trout was excellent,

Room at Twelve is my go to place fora juicy, tasty, 12 Burger with bacon an cheese. It is superdelicious! You can get that burger with fries (which I love) or a tossed spring salad with a raspberry vinaigrette (so good!). They use just the right amount ov vinaigrette that makes this salad sooooo excellent! The chicken sandwich is also Excellent! But for me, when I want a good burger, Room at Twelve is in my top five! The atmosphere is pleasant and overall you will experience a pleasurable dining experience at a reasonable cost.

We chose to stay in and eat here instead of going out on the last night in town and we enjoyed it. The food was good and the prices were reasonable and the staff was nice. We had the ribeye with lobster tail special and the fillet mignon and they were both delicious. We had the crème brûlée for dessert which was also delicious.

Friendly service and great menu selections. Dishes are fusion styled. Not too busy. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The steak and sushi are their most popular dishes. We had the steak and sushi and it was wonderful.

Went for breakfast the morning after our overnight stay. The service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes just to get our drinks and another 30 minutes for the food. The waiter's customer service was lacking severely, and we were overcharged for a mediocre meal at best. The food was okay but there was a lot left to be desired. Honestly, you can get a better meal at Waffle House for cheaper.

I Booked reservations for my Mother and I to have brunch at 11am. When we arrived at 10:50am the hostess informed us they were still setting up brunch and she would seat us momentarily... okay no problem. Around 11:15 we notice that they are seating other groups and have skipped over us. Finally after speaking to the manager we were seated. 20 min later we finally received one plate each to head over to the buffet. the only breakfast item was Lox, however we were informed there would be NO BAGELS. I had to stand at the beef carving station and threaten to cut the beef myself before someone offered me assistance. Most of the food was barely average. The beef, cauliflower and string beans were the best things available. I just felt for $150 for two people to eat the quality should've been a lot higher. I will NOT return.

I had a breakfast meeting here. The food was all good, cooked to order, but the service was fairly slow and we were on a schedule. But if time is not an issue, I highly recommend, as the breakfast was very well prepared and the portions were generous.

I've been going to this restaurant for 5 years. It was my go to nice lunch spot when I worked around the corner from it. The food is always good. I get the calamari as an appetizer every time I go. It's heaven. I usually make a reservation on open table but I've also gone their for lunch on a whim. They are going thru a renovation phase and the server said that they are moving over to all hibachi/sushi when they finish. I have gotten their bento box and sushi before and it's good. The Asian chef brought our sushimi out to the table which was a nice touch. The presentation of it was beautiful.

hamburger and fries were great turkey sand was not, a little expensive but good for a couple of meals

We ate here twice, once for brunch and once for dinner. All employees we passed were welcoming and friendly. We had great service both times. The first time we had a manager that covered our drinks because she felt our initial service was slow. She checked on us multiple times, chatted with us about our travel, got our order correct and brought all necessary condiments outside (we sat on the patio). We had and eggs benedict and buffalo wrap. The eggs benedict were yummy but the hashbrowns were large cut potato cubes that lacked flavor and were dry inside. They should boil them and then fry them and add some salt. The buffalo wrap was excellent and the side salad with balsamic vinegrett was just as good. The second visit, our waiter was attentive, friendly and frequently checked on us. However, our beer rung up as $8 instead of $7 that was shown on the menu. They corrected it without hesitation. The brunch prices are around $11 and dinner prices are around $21. The chairs outside are weather worn but comfortable. Inside looked very nice and the bathroom was very clean.
Don't bother
We had a party of 6. Reservations were made. The service was the worst. The waitress made eye rolls and was the slowest with everything. She made it obvious she did not want to be there. There were maybe 3 other tables with people in them. It was not at all busy. Food was good. One of my coworkers ordered tequila on the rocks the waitress brought her the previous drink she had. My friend didn't order a drink but was brought one. I ordered one and had to go to the bar to get it. We will never go back there nor would we recommend it.
