We got to the cafe just as breakfast was finishing but they hooked us up with the breakfast menu anyway...nice and bright in the atrium!

Conveniently located within the hotel where we were staying, we needed a faster option so we decided to have dinner here. Requested to be seated in a more secluded area since we were a group that had some agenda to cover. We were accommodated with a seat towards the back and assurance that other guests would not be seated near us unless it started to get busy and crowded. The menu was not very extensive but had good options. Pricier than would be outside the hotel but still reasonable. We also had breakfast here one morning. You can either order a la carte or opt for the breakfast buffet. The a la carte options are great and covers all dietary needs/restrictions. The buffet isn't very extensive but has enough variety.

We waited for nearly an hour to get our food...and it wasn't that busy. When we did our food, however, it was very good and they ended up comping our desserts.

Loved the fact that I could grab a quick bite to eat of healthy food in the hotel. Quiet, beautiful surrounding, the water nearby was so calming.

I was at the hotel for business and on the last day decided to try the breakfast at the cafe. I highly recommend the NY Strip Steak, scrambled eggs and sweet potatoes. This was the best breakfast I had in a long time and will always stop here when in town going forward.

Fodo as very good. Had the Burger. Service was superb as maore than four people took care of us during lunch. I would absolutely repeat a meal here.

Prices are high. Least expensive and best food for breakfast is the buffet. Made to order omlettes coffee and juice all for one price. There is typical breakfast fare as well. Very convienient.

This restaurant within the Hyatt has a large variety of healthy and small portion options. The chicken tortilla soups is the best I have ever had. The chicken is organic as well as all the eggs they serve and spinach salad. The fish tacos is a must have.

It had very good food and the service was top notch even though there was a large conference in the hotel at the time. Drinks were not delayed and since I was traveling alone the busy and open atmosphere was pleasant and entertaining.

Lunch buffet was good each day. Dinner was typical expensive food. Decent quality but too expensive.

We ate breakfast here one morning and it was so good! I had the shrimp and grits and my husband had the blueberry pancakes and we has a side of sausage that was delicious as well. The service was on point everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they didn't let our juice glasses get empty very good place and we will be back!

Had the salad bar. Was overpriced and the service at lunchtime was not good. It was okay, but would have eaten somewhere else had I had the time.

REALLY good breakfast burrito. Grilled to perfection and served with all the sides like sour cream and salsa! fast service.

The food was delicious and very generous. The buffet breakfast was amazing!! The prices were very reasonable. The dinner special was very good and the price was right.

Had breakfast here with a colleague but I didn't order food. Coffee was burnt and had grinds in it. We asked to have replacement and the second round was better. My colleague asked breakfast but didn't rave about it.

We are breakfast here both days on our stay at the Hyatt. We ordered off the menu and dos the buffet. Both Wer great our server was Chris the first morning and Maria the next morning. Service and food were great.

Food well prepared. Lunch buffet was good. Wait staff well trained and attentive. Menu choice was small but varied. Would recommend the Chicken Quesideas.

We love the food they serve and the buffet, the price is reasonable too. The ambience is good too. Servers are polite and courteous.

Was there with a large group. Best value was the buffet for us. Food was delicious and the staff was great.

Enjoyed a healthy breakfast in a hurry. There are buffet and a la carte options, but be prepared for hotel breakfast prices.

Our food was excellent as well as the service. We had a late lunch so the staff was not too rushed. Our meals were prompt and delicious.

The burger and organic chicken was awesome! I prefer diet coke over diet pepsi, so the server went to another restaurant in the hotel and got me my diet coke refills! Awesome!

Ate here on a whim after they offered a full buffet meal, with tea and dessert for $17, during the WrestleCon event for WrestleMania weekend. The potato salad was different, but good...as it had cheddar cheese cubes and ham in it. Fruit Salad and traditional salad was available. The brisket was very decent, not as fatty as I would like it but it was ok. The fried chicken on the buffet, words can't describe it. It was that good. The beans, Mac and Cheese and Mashed potatoes were also decent. The Treche Leche Cake did not disappoint. Overall, I would pay for it again.

We arrived at the restaurant around 7 am, and were seated promptly. We ordered the breakfast buffet, and orange juice. The juice is high pulp, and really good. They make fresh omelets there. The buffet is really good. They have chicken sausage. This is a good choice if you don't eat pork. The service is good. The waiter kept my orange juice filled! The breakfast costs $46.55 with tax for 2 people. My total was $51 with tip. This restaurant recommended, but open your wallet!

The breakfast buffet is good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel was full during my family stay but the service was excellent. The only issue we had was with one of the items on the menu, the salmon benedict, the salmon was not cooked which was probably normal but not what I expected. Therefore, I would suggest sticking with the buffet.

They gave us a room for our Con of Thrones Group while we were there. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was AMAZING

We loved the service, the menu, and the convenience of this restaurant. We'd highly recommend the Steak as it was exceptional every time we ordered it. I would say the fried chicken during the buffet hours is a bit bland, but cooked perfectly. Our only complaint here is the price is obviously on the high side, but that's expected at a location within your hotel.

Some great dishes that were new an unexpected. The Chicken breakfast sausage was excellent. Margarito manned the omelette station, was friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job. We were greeted by a very friendly and competent waitress, Edinah. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. An excellent value as well.

The buffet was "Asian" themed but the food overall was just not very good quality. The number of options was also limited. "Orange chicken" was just baked chicken with an orange sauce, and the beef stir fry was too salty. They needed to offer white jasmine rice but they only offered salty fried rice and salty Pad-Thai-ish noodles. Just too many conflicting flavors on one plate. Veggie egg rolls with no sauce--very bland. Desserts were okay though. Would not go again.

My wife and I ate here in November 2015. This is located inside the Hyatt @ Reunion in downtown Dallas. The coffee was excellent and our server was always near. The selection of items to sample was a bit above average, but the service and atmosphere made this place a wonderful dining experience.

Enjoyed a good breakfast in the restaurant that is part of the Hyatt Hotel. Not great value for money, but you cannot fault the food or the service.

This restaurant is inside the Hyatt, my husband and I were staying there for a work convention. We went back to drop off some stuff and head back to convention but hadn't eaten lunch yet. We looked at the menu and figured why not it looked good. They had a lot of healthy options on there menu and everything we ordred was great. We had the fish tacos, and a build your own salad. Both were delicious and the service was good too. I am really glad we gave it a try because it was worth it!

Need more diet restrictive options. There was little to choose from for the vegan diet. Pleasant atmosphere and great service. Not a long wait for food.

We really enjoyed eating at Centennial Café. The entire wait staff was friendly and extremely nice. When we asked about the ingredients in one of the dishes, the waiter went to inquire and then came back and told us. I loved the vegetarian choices. The service was incredibly great as well. We had dinner twice and breakfast twice there. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had and that's not exaggerating. The prices were very modest for the excellent cuisine. We also enjoyed unique dishes and spices. And of course the view of the water with a fountain that gives off colors gives the restaurant and relaxed and calm atmosphere despite being in the midst of a big city.

We chose to eat here because there was an Asian buffet for $17 per person. Seeing how a burger here costs $14, we thought we would be getting a good deal by getting the buffet. We waited approximately 7 minutes at a table before we got our water and silverware. Then we waited a few more minutes before our waiter greeted us and we were able to tell him we wanted the buffet. The food on the buffet was plentiful and hot. It was just average on how Asian tasting it really was. The eggrolls were just so-so. The hoisin beef was tender, but really seemed like it was roast beef with gravy and a little hoisin sauce on the edge of the meat. The lemongrass chicken was also tender, but sure didn't taste Asian in any way. They also had fried rice, miso soup, cole slaw, green salad and fruit salad. The best part of the buffet was the raspberry and chocolate mousses. Very tasty! The restaurant was reasonably full when we were there but there was no line for the buffet. As hotel food can go, this was okay. If there is a next time, I would skip the buffet, order off the menu and hope for a better waiter.

My breakfast spot for two days… Centennial, the 2nd-floor eatery in Hyatt Regency Dallas. The service was excellent on the first day but dipped to average on the second. The açaí bowl was a standout, and the chia seed pudding was a delightful surprise. The airy atmosphere and breakfast create a pleasant dining experience. Serves many dietary restrictions!

Ate here because I was staying in the hotel and it was too late to walk/wander around to find anything else. I ordered the steak frites. The fries were excellent - sprinkled with parmesan. The steak - bleah. It was chewy, gristly, and was not cooked as well as I wanted...but hard to tell because it had a bernaise sauce on it (which tasted good). The steak was definitely not a good quality or cut of steak despite being billed as a sirloin.

Tasty food; menu very likable with many choices. Friendly service. Attractive room, comfortable chairs

The staff is incredible. Everyone of them that I was exposed to during several meals. The food is well prepared. I even ordered off menu and they were happy to accommodate my request. The area is bright and inviting.

Very standard hotel restaurant that seems to always offer a "buffet" choice which was expensive and felt more like a hotel conference meal than a restaurant buffet. A bit expensive and the least quality choice of the three eateries on site at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

The buffet is so worth the $14 spent. Omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, sweet breads, etc.... you name it and they will most definitely have it!

I didn't even think I liked guacamole until I tried the Tableside Guacamole at Centennial Cafe. I liked it so much that I ate it once a day for the duration of our stay!

Service was great and very attentive. Food was very tasty....especially loved the Macaroni and Cheese. Had a fun Jalapeno Margarita. :)

Fantastic breakfast buffet offered at a reasonable cost! Hostess was very accomodating in getting all of us seated together!

we only ate breakfast at the Hotel but it was so good, hot and plentiful! the restaurant was very clean. the wait staff are constantly moving! refilling glasses and cups, cleaning the table and we enjoyed talking to them very much! the staff is mostly Hispanic and we learned how to cook cactus from Marie!

It was a nice arrary of food. The staff was nice and friendly. If I ever come back to Dallas, I will come to this restuaruant.

We were at the hotel for a convention and didn't have much time to go out for meals. The buffet they provided was tremendous. Tried it for breakfast --huge selection--from omelets prepared as you waited to every breakfast food you could think of.

For those times you just want to grab a bite and take it back to your room, the Centennial Cafe is a must. Ordered chicken quesidillas and went back to room to relax..great food with reasonable prices. When you have more time the breakfast buffet can't be beat..a good assortment.

Since we were at the Hyatt Regency we decided to try the Centenial Restaurant. Bad choice. We were told the wait would be around 20min. After 30 min I decided to talk to the manager since the hostess was gone. There were at least 15 tables open and we were still waiting. After we sat, it took another 15 min for the waitress to show up. At that point the restaurant was at least 1/2 empty. I asked for a fountain drink and it took 3 or 4 trips for her to bring. I ordered the crab cakes, it took an eternity to come and the waitress placed the plate in front of me leaving without even noticing that there were no silverware on the table . Since all the servers were in the kitchen area and the few that would come would not bother to look to where we were sitting. Finally I was able to get silverware. $16 for 2 vey small crab cakes but it saved the dinner. My salmon was dry, the dressing tasted like coming straight from a can. My son's chicken sandwich was cold. The food was forgetful and by far not worth the price. The service was even worse. I usually try to find every positive aspect of a restaurant , but unfortunately there is nothing to say in that regards about the Centenial. Positively wins the worse food and service in Dallas.

Ordered from the menu Friday (no buffet), good food, great service. Saturday, breakfast buffet, even better! Service a bit slower, but it was a game day and they were very busy. Definitely will eat here again.

We stayed in the hotel and stopped in here for lunch. The prices were a little high, but considering the location is w/in a hotel, in a major city, they weren't too bad. The service was fantastic.

Our visit to this restaurant was not intentional. My colleagues and I visited the Reunion Tower and stayed too long, and I started getting hangry. We had to eat somewhere soon! When we sat down and saw the small menu, we all got a little worried that we wouldn't find the delicious food we were looking for. Wrong! I ordered the salmon from the healthy choice menu and substituted crispy Brussels sprouts for the broccoli that's listed on the menu. What a fantastic meal! The salmon was perfectly cooked. The Brussels sprouts were incredible (my colleagues each got sides of them, which were served in huge bowls!) They were perfectly seasoned and nicely crisped. I thought my meal might be too small, but I couldn't eat all of it no matter how much I wanted to. This was an easy location to get a great meal and a restaurant that was surprisingly delicious!

Great meal, service was great also. The atmosphere was comfortable. We chose to split a large dinner meal and they split it for us. Service and quality was great.

Had a salad with chicken added. A little on the pricey side, but was enjoyable. Atmosphere was great especially with the roomy hotel around you.

We had breakfast and dinner here and found the experiencing relaxing, the service friendly and the food very good.

Large portions and wonderful food. Servers were attentive and respectful. Three or four resteraunts in same area so you can easily pick the one you want.

First night at the HRD and we tried the hotel restaurant. What most Hyatt's have in common is that the service is good but the food is not great. The Centennial Cafe had both good food and service. There's an evening buffet that my night was Italian. My party opted for the menu and had a sampling all around. The braised pork was very good and a large portion. I'd go back.

Great buffet, croissants were so good. They will prepare waffles/pancakes/French toast fresh for you. Omelet bar has tons of options. Orange Juice was so fresh!

The burger was terrific, and I was offered a salad in place of fries, which was very very good. Breakfast was just okay.

By far the best hotel breakfast I have had in years. A full buffet plus ala carte choices on your eggs and pancakes made fresh just the way you want them. The wait staff genuinely have that famous Southern hospitality that make you feel like family.

Very good food. Local, fresh ingredients. Great burgers. Buffet has good variety of selections. Staff is very friendly and the service was great. Prices are on the mid to upper scale for comparable food, but reasonable for the hotel.

the green chile queso and wedge salad were delish.. the wait staff was extremely friendly. good buffer also

I have been staying at the Hyatt past 2 weeks, and I have been eating my breakfast here daily. I have to say that the wait staff are very nice. I usually go for the buffet, and they have a huge variety such as fresh fruit, oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, egg beaters, an assortment of pastries, bread, jams, butter etc . I usually have a fresh omelet with veggies for breakfast and extracted juice.. Have not gone wrong yet!

We had lunch at Centennial. The hamburgers were great. The waitress was wonderful. She gave us a lot of helpful information about Dallas.

Was going to eat here after Parrino's Oven was close, even though we had reservations, but they had nothing that seemed appetizing and nothing for the kids. Also highly over-priced, so, we left.

Good breakfast here - buffet or a la carte - and the breakfast staff are friendly and professional. Avoid it for dinner though, we had really bad service and the choice of food was limited.

I had the tortilla soup and fresh guacamole. Was good food and my server was very attentive. Would recommend if you are staying at the hotel.

We went to the breakfast buffet here and it did not disappoint. The omelet station chef was very friendly and a good cook. Our waitress was also super nice and accommodating! Most of all, the food was good quality and very good.

Finally a decent restaurant that is inside of a hotel! Centennial Café is located inside the Hyatt Regency Dallas and I was able to try them out for breakfast. Depending on your level of membership with the World of Hyatt program you may receive vouchers to be able to eat here complimentary. The scenery while eating is actually pretty cool because they have nice water fountains and the open concept of the 2nd floor was just cool. I stayed 4 days and decided on my last day to give them a try. Normally the hotel chain places don't always have the best breakfast because it is super generic. That wasn't the case here at all because I was able to actually order off the regular menu and not the cheesy buffet they usually like to pawn off on people. I called downstairs for a pick up order just because my friends and I were too hung over to want to sit and actually dine in with them. The girls who were working the hostess desk were super friendly and courteous. My order was completed in the allotted timeframe that was quoted over the phone so of course I was happy about that. My next trip to Dallas I will be staying with Hyatt again and hope I get up in time enough for breakfast so I may try more items on the menu here.

The quality of food in hotle retaurants can e very variable but this restaurant is an exception. The Wagyu Filet M|ignon was so good that we had it again the second night of our stsy.

Lovely staff always friendly, and they remembered you after one visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a lovely range of options. From hot oatmeal to cold fruit and yoghurts to danish's and bagels. Their evening menu offered something to suit most palates, and the daily special was always interesting. Reasonably priced and good value.

So FULL!!! Delicious food and excellent service. Very impressive. Thank you. Really appreiciate the gluten free area.

Large selection of items to choose from. The overall atmosphere is very typical of a diner within a hotel. Plus: Gluten free section Negative: $$

I ate there three times. The breakfast buffet was good with made-to-order omelets and many other options. My favorite meal was the buffalo chicken wrap. I will try to duplicate it at home.

Extremely knowledgeable waitstaff that go above and beyond to make your dining experience enjoyable goes hand in hand with the delicious food. Try the Smoke Stack Burger, you'll thank me later.

The service was quick, the menu selections were varied enough to satisfy our tastes. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was so good that I had it twice. Also the White Bean Hummus. All items at proper temp. Wait staff very helpful. We were cool so the waitress brought light weight black shawls for our shoulders and ours to keep for other meeting rooms if we were cool.

Was amazed that so many of the dishes on the menu were whole grains and organic. Started wit tortilla soup. OMG is all I can say. Presentation was exceptional. We had a turkey burger that was so moist and tasteful that seasoning wasn't necessary. We also had hummus made with navy beans that tasted so authentic. We hadn't eaten that morning and were starved this incredible food hit the spot. Definitely on our list of must revisit places. The staff was very attentive and you could tell that they enjoy the food just by the descriptions they gave. My compliments to the entire staff.

The restaurant had great customer service. However, the menu was extremely limited. The food was good but the restaurant and hotel were so cold in temperature that the food was cold within 5 minutes of being served.

We decided to eat here as staying at the hotel. They offer a great evening buffet for $17.50 inc either unsweetened tea or lemonade. There is quite a good choice that includes fresh fruit, coleslaw, potato salad, dips, veg, mac'n'cheese and some meats. It's good for the price and staff were friendly and attentive

Their turkey burger is amazing!! Their menu is just large enough to give options but not so large that you cant decide! I had the turkey burger and their bun is fantastic... their red wine vinegaret is delicious too!! Great staff!

Very average buffet breakfast at over $20 after taxes... Limited selection. Went out every other day after the first.

Very fast service, very good hamburgers , Informal but elegant, Right in the middle of the atrium. Excellent option for fast dinning..

I was nicely surprised by the food and the service at this restaurant. It is a little on the expensive side but still a good value based on where you are eating and the service provided. The Breakfast offers both separate items or a buffet which offers a great value since this buffet offers everything you need so be sure to bring your empty stomach!

...seems to be a theme on the menu. I ordered the salmon for dinner and the buffet for breakfast. The service was good on both occasions. The salmon was cooked just right, not over or undercooked. The omelet I ordered at the buffet was hot and tasty.

Had a delicious turkey burger and salad. Nice restaurant with large sit down bar if dining alone. Lots of tables and booths as well. Good variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta...etc.

Evening meal on June 12, 2018. Had a buffet with honey fried chicken, brisket, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit salad, garden salad, pasta salad, apple pie, and can’t remember what else. All the food I tried was great, and just $16.00 per person. Would DEFINITELY eat there again.

Choices of breakfast buffet and order Breakfast from menu. Good healthy choices. Service was excellent.

Horrible service, forgetful food outrageous prices for such a poor food. Hard to say what was worse the service or the food.

This restaurant is located within Dallas Hyatt Regency. Both time we ate at this restaurant, we had a large group of women with no reservations. They seated us easily and quickly. Both times I chose their buffet and the food was very good, especially the salads. Service was good as well.

This is surprisingly good restaurant located in the Hyatt. While staying here I ate here three times and was extremely pleased all three times. The service was great and the food was top notch. The presentation of the meals was very eye pleasing and also very pleasing to the pallet. The portions are just the right size. Everything seemed fresh and cooked very well.

Not a lot of food to choose from. It was over priced, but everything was organic. It was good food and not busy.

The food was great and the prices were reasonable. They had something for everyone on the menu. The breakfast buffet was worth the price. The buffet attendants kept the area clean and stocked the entire time it was available.

The food here is solid and the prices are fair. Nothing special but you can't go wrong. The buffet is nice too.

I didn't expect to like this place much since well, it's a hotel restaurant but after working for hours at this point and it was rainy, I didn't want to leave the hotel to go get food for a late lunch. My friend and I came here for a late lunch and it worked out for us since we were told it was a flash flood outside a few minutes later. Our waitress was really sweet and personable. She was helpful on suggesting what to get and a lot of the stuff I saw on the menu, were what we had at Monduel's the night before. That's ok though. My friend got the southern smoked burger and I got the chopped chicken sandwich, which had chipotle mayonnaise on it, perfect little kick to the sandwich. I also got a focus smoothie, which was blackberries, bananas and almond milk. It was a nice combination to my lunch and acted like a dessert as well. The food came out rather fast and we got to talking to the waitress for a bit. English is not her first language but she was doing awesome and apologized, when she didn't have to. I love friendly people in general. Overall, a great experience.

Reasonably priced and speed of service is good. I had the fish tacos with fries. Good deal and very tasty

We chose the buffet they had and it was average to a little above board. They did have some fancy plates, silverware and plating techniques. Food was fresh fruit, meatballs, marinara sauce for making your own meatball sandwich, tomato bisque soup, some chicken, and a few other things on the line, but really nothing impressive. We could have (should have) ordered off the menu, but I think that would have been even more expensive.

They say that this restaurant features flavors from the five regions of Texas, I looked at the menu and it was normal, breakfast buffet was very good.

The Centennial Café at the Hyatt Regency Hotel offers a great selection of food. They specialize in fresh and organic food, and have creative combinations for lunch. Their turkey wrap is delectable: fresh sliced turkey, arugula, pear slices and cranberry relish on a whole wheat tortilla. Breakfast parings offer cage-free eggs that are delicious. Be sure to try their smoothies too!

When you order a $15 or $18 burger, you’re expectations should be that it will be amazing. Instead I was amazed that a restaurant thinks that it’s fine to charge that much for what is basically a big mac - 2 grey patties, lettuce & cheese w/o the special sauce. Way over priced!

Thanks to Dana, our server, for consistent attentive service with a effervescent personality. Food was plentiful and nicely presented.

Got here because I’m staying at the hotel. Hostesses are great!!! Amazing attitude and helpful, Yoyo & Octavia make the place amicable. In the table the attention of Lamisha makes your meal exceptionally better!!! The food is good, but feels 1,000 times better with that exceptional people that receives & serves you!!!

I wasn't overly impressed with the buffet, but wanted food quickly, and on the cheap. Veggies were soggy and oily, the scalloped potatoes were a big blob of barely flavored gloop and the meat was lukewarm, and the hogwings were flavorless. The BBQ sauce also lacked flavor and seemed watered down. I would not eat off this buffet again might order off the regular dining menu next visit.

Food quality was top notch with several evening specials. Beautiful views of hotel atrium from restaurant.

I was ordering to bring it back to my room to eat since I was going to be eating alone. Two nights in a row I got the chicken quesadillas. I was charged one price one night and another price the next night. I didn't notice it until I was in my room on that second night. No big deal, it was $1 but not sure why the change. Nothing spectacular but nothing to stand out here.

Being at a conference I did't have much time to have lunch so having a buffet made it quick and easy. They also were quick on bringing out the menu entries too. I especially liked the several salad choices on the buffet.

Wait staff was kind, prompt, just seemed brand new yesterday! We ordered the guacamole. They mix the avocado and ingredients in front of you, but it was very bland, lacked flavor. They brought out a small bowl of salsa that was almost tasteless, but they threw in about two pieces of fresh onion to make it look like it was freshly made. Pretty much ANY mexican restaurant could have beat that salsa. My wedge salad with NY Strip, well, the steak tasted great. Returned the dressing because it tasted like the cream had spoiled. But 2 small wedges of lettuce sprinkled with bacon bits and 2 small tomatoes halved, is not a salad! There were red onions that looked wilted, turns out they were pickled, so very little flavor. I was pretty disappointed with this bland meal and small portion sizes for the price.

I ate here several times and found the food quality to be very good, service great and pricing typical of a hotel in this class. The build your own salad was my favorite meal. It'll run you about $22 with grilled chicken or fish added to it but you'll get a salad just the way you like it.

We only had breakfast, but each morning the staff greeting was always with a smile. The omelette chef had a smile from ear to ear and the home made salsa was a great addition to any egg serving. The Blueberry Pancakes where fluffy and crisp on the outside with blueberries bursting with flavorsome juice

We had several meals there during our stay at the Hyatt. The food was well prepared and very tasty. Nice atmosphere with a large water feature along the outside of the tables. Provides a private atmosphere, that was very pleasant. We had Thanksgiving Dinner there and the buffet was delicious.

Our family enjoyed the service as well as the food! We had tortilla soup (ingredients were mixed table-side), 3 cheese sandwich melt (with delicious, candied bacon), and the fresh, grilled fish tacos. All were excellent! Excited to come back for any meal during the rest of our visit!

I would normally not submit reviews for hotel restaurants, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the selection (outside of the standard breakfast buffet) on the ala carte menu...ESPECIALLY the incredibly tasty ‘brisket skillet’. Incredible flavor and a plentiful portion of smoked brisket (I had it accompanied with two perfectly poached eggs) and fresh vegetable. With a unique ‘breakfast bar’ seating area...my visit (and appetite) was a pleasing satisfied.

Paid $5 for a regular cup of coffee and $14 for a chicken breakfast burrito. The next day I was at the convention center and paid $4.50 for a larger/better. I could have ubered there and still saved money

Food was mediocre for what you get. My husband has stayed here previously on several occasions & raved about the breakfast buffet that is not even offered at this time. Very disappointed.

First off, let me say that my spouse thought the hamburger was good. One in our party had to explain to server what "a la mode" meant, but that server had only been in the country a few months and it was appreciative. The menu is very limited for such a large hotel. We ordered appetizers (corn fritters, pork skins) which took a long time to arrive because "the fritters take a while." They took too long, were overdone! There are not many places within walking distance but there are much better options a short Uber away.

The food was great, best omelets I've had in a long time.Nice selection of foods on the breakfast buffet. The coffee was rather strong for my taste it's italian and so they advise you that it is robust and will bring you a pot of water to dilute it. I also had to scoops of vanilla ice cream every night once over apple pie it was delicious!

While we were in Dallas for a sports convention over a major national holiday, we were forced to eat twice at Centennial Cafe, aka the Hyatt Regency Restaurant. Lunch on July 4th was slow, ghastly and just expensive enough to irritate. But hey, it was July 4th, and nobody's A-team is on duty. Breakfast two days later was pleasant and copious (we got the buffet with special pricing for our group). Our server was friendly and attentive and how can you go wrong with hotel scrambled eggs, local bread pudding and unlimited bacon?

Yep, the drinks were very good, but very disappointed in service when it was NOT that busy both evenings I was there. If you don't want to work in customer service and don't like people, don't work there.

Went for a business luncheon, very good service. Good service and good menu. Conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The lunch menu was pretty limited. I had fish tacos, and they were just ok. The breakfast buffet was average, but very expensive. On par with most hotel buffets.

Good value price for the buffet. Great variety each night! You could eat as much as you wanted. Hours could have been longer since a convention was in residence at hotel.

The drinks were freshly made, nothing pre-mixed. They had a good variety for a Paleo person like me. I ate the organic chicken with brussel sprouts and wild mushrooms. Excellent flavor!!! It is expensive but that's kind of expected in a hotel restaurant, but it was worth it. By the end of the day of classes, I didn't feel like going "out" and this was a great alternative.

Loved the breakfast and lunch buffets and Jonathon and John were the best waiters, I commented more on just the HOTEL review, but this Restaurant was amazing.

simple, quick and delicious. Our waiter "John" was oh soooo pleasant and personable. It made it that much more awesome!!

If you are staying at the Hyatt, this is a nice place to have breakfast. They have a nice buffet and an omelet station.

We came here for a Saturday breakfast as we were staying in the Hyatt Hotel. The buffet costs $18, but is good value. Eggs made to order, pancakes, french toast and waffles are included. Lots of food.

I got the tofu/mashed potatoes/green beans. I loved it. Hubs got a hamburger. It was $13, and more the size of a slider. My kiddo got a PB&J. It was ok, but it was either $4.95 or $6.95 I forget. Service was great. We were seated right away.

The buffets were very well done with creativity. Although they could keep the Peach Habanero pie - that was way too spicy to enjoy. All staff were courteous and attentive.

I went to the top of Reunion Tower to see the city from above. Great deal! The restaurant level rotates around. Bought me a bacon cheeseburger and had a glass of wine while watching the city rotate beneath me outside of the windows.

after traveling all day (3:30 am)and no time to eat, check in at 2pm and made a bee line for the cafe - great service, gave me lots of info about the facility and served an off the hook hamburger.

We had breakfast here. It was very good. The buffet had a lot of options and the service was above and beyond. I appreciated the meal. A little expensive, but a great selection overall.

WE enjoyed trying the different and modern menu buyt the prices were way out there for Breakfast Lunch & Dinner.

They offer a lunch buffet. A burger (or similar), salad, and soup, and drink for $13 or so that is worth the effort. On 2nd floor of hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were extensive choices of healthy foods, egg beaters, chicken sausage, bran muffins, plain yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal. Everything was delicious. Omelet Station making fresh-you choose-toppings and beverages included. There were plenty of pastries, blitzes, pancakes and waffles. I would definitely choose this breakfast buffet again for VALUE, VARIETY, QUALITY, and SERVICE.

I had the oatmeal and fruit. A little pricy, but a great breakfast with wonderful service. We didn't wait long to get our food.
convenient
The food was very good, the staff friendly. Relaxing w/ the indoor water fountain running past the area.
