The best Pasta in Miami!!! OMG, Linguini a la carbonara, ask for the tiramisu, you will be in heaven.

This place is excellent to come with friends and family , quality care and very friendly , first class care.

Average Italian. Deserves 3.5 out of 5. It’s a great family restaurant with plates and service which would keep locals coming back but I would not travel out of my neighborhood to eat here again. We tried a variety of things. 3 appetizers two types of pasta and 2 types of wine. The prices are what makes this a keeper. It’s definitely a place a family can come a couple of times a week for an enjoyable meal without breaking the bank.

A very good surprise and experience. Extremely good attention. Food was very good. We ordered the fiochi and octups risotto and both were outstanding. Highly recommended. Nice place.

Pizza is a masterpiece, with a perfectly thin, crispy crust, a rich, flavorful tomato sauce, and a delightful blend of cheeses. But it's not just about the pizza. The pasta was amazing! The service at Certo deserves special mention. The staff were friendly and attentive. In summary, Certo is perfect for a romantic dinner or a casual night out!

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely ambiance, the staff is very helpful and friendly the outdoor seating area is very cozy and perfect to enjoy a glass of wine and a bite to eat. We came after the opera The Magic Flute at the Arsht Center. We had a great pasta dinner plus dinner! We shared a dinner salad plus dessert!!

This restaurant was recommended by friends in The Villages, FL. where we live. We happened to be vacationing in the Doral area, so ventured close by and drove to Certo Italian Restaurant in Coral Gables on a Monday night. It was completely empty at about 5pm, when we arrived. However, that was in our favor!! Our friends are "gourmet foodies", so we didn't hesitate to stay and enjoy. What was lovely, we got to talk to staff and our waiter Jonathen and understand the history of Certo and chat it up about the menu. Amazing; we left 2 1/2 hours later! My husband ordered tri tip Focaccia as an appetizer FABULOUS; we were brought the most magnificent rolls (normal when dining). We both enjoyed Prosecco while waiting for our dinner order. My order consisted of little pasta purses filled with pear and topped with gorgonzola melted cheese and my husband had pasta carbonara. All of it to die for! We've traveled many times all around Europe, and this experience rivaled any wonderful Italian restaurant we have tried. In fact, even better. No rushing was a treat for sure! Unlike many American restaurants. Going early has it's advantages because the con is parking. They have added more spaces on the side of their building. Do NOT let parking be an issue for you! Enjoy Italian like you've never had it! Bon Apetite.

We recently celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday at this venue, and it was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was delightful, and the setting was just right for our special occasion. The food was delicious, exceeding our expectations with every bite. I highly recommend this location for anyone planning a special event. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great food, wine and service Gonzalo was incredible and was aware of everything. Happy Hour in every way was a home run. Place was empty and felt like they were opened just for us. Happy hour is 0400 pm- 0630 pm which is plenty of time. 2-1 Wine for happy hour is not bad but they have better variety to choose from which I’ll do next time. Octopus and Short rib happy hour appetizers were awesome. Ask for Gonzalo, you won’t regret. AR

Visiting from Orlando while my father is in the hospital, so it has been a very stressful couple of weeks. I chose this place 100% because of the response to the rude 1-star review, and am so glad I did! Had an absolutely fantastic first-time visit. Yvonne was in the Top 3 servers I’ve ever had in my life. Our food was amaaaazing: caprese insalata, ravioli costa della croste, pizza margherita, meatballs polpette, and tiramisu. I already know what I’ll be having on my next visit!

We just had a pleasant experience overall. Gonzalo was an excellent waiter, attentive, friendly and very professional. The branzino (special of the day) was good, though not spectacular, and the osso buco was very good. The wine selection was very good and we were very pleased with Gonzalós recommendation. The desserts were excellent and definitely a highlight of the meal. Overall, a nice experience with great service and some standout elements.

Amazing Food and Fantastic Service from a phenomenal staff. There is always someone at the door to greet you and they treat you so nicely from the moment you walk in with the staff being very attentive to the moment you leave with people thanking you for coming. There is so much variety on the menu from Pastas, to Pizzas, to various Meat and Fish Dishes. The deserts are also so varied and very yummy. They also have a fantastic Brunch Menu available on Saturday and Sunday. The Wine List they have also seems to be perfectly selected with a variety of wines that any wine lover will find something they enjoy. They even have a private wine room for parties . If you ever find yourself in Miami and are having a craving for Delicious Italian Food made with love, Certo Risto and Pizza is the place to go. Whether it’s with friends, family, or a romantic date, Certo is THE place.

From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted by the host and quickly sat at our table. Our server, Gonzalo, was very attentive. He answered any question we had and gave his honest recommendations which, by the way, were spot on. The food was delicious. The Pistachio Gelato is home made and the best we've ever had. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Barbara was the perfect server, so attentive at just the right moments. We arrived a little before our reservation, yet they seated us immediately, not in the front part of the restaurant, but in the more secluded wine room. We had the room to ourselves for awhile. The meal was delectable! We shared a Caesar salad, and their rolls are fresh baked. We slipped into the delicious Chicken Parmigiana and the Ravioli Formaggio…and topped off the night with a new dessert adventure: the Zabaglione, so fun! You must use a tiny wooden mallet to break the sugar bowl! We plan to come back for lunch at the end of our Miami trip. Thank you!!

Certo was simply amazing! We started with the fritto misto (fried calamari, shrimp and zucchini) perfectly fried and not greasy at all. The Carpaccion di Manzo (beef carpaccio) was delicious as well served with arugula, capers and a lemon vinaigrette on top. Beef was perfectly cut and so fresh. The Ossobuco is served with risotto and the meat just fell off the bone, perfectly seasoned and a great combination with the risotto. The Fiocchi a la Gorgonzola (sort of a like a ravioli but shaped like a little ball) is pasta filled with pear and ricotta cheese and covered with a gorgonzola sauce - delectable! The garlic rolls are also delicious. For dessert we had the Tiramisu and the Pistachio gelato, both were amazing. They have a very nice selection of wines by the glass, half bottles and full bottles, in addition to beer and cocktails. They have outdoor seating and parking at the front, side and across the street, but if all is full, you can also park at a lot located at 1100 Red Road (about half a block North of the restaurant). Highly recommend this restaurant not only for it's food but for the incredible service by the entire staff. Will be visiting more often.

What a great restaurant! Excellent food and reasonable prices, and really exceptional service (ask for Emma!). I had spaghetti bolognese and my husband had the swordfish special--both very tasty and substantial portions. Our water glasses were kept filled by observant but not obtrusive service. We traveled from Arkansas to Miami for a cruise and found Certo's on a Google search. Took a chance and we are so glad we did!! It is amazing!! We ate there the night before we boarded the ship. It was so good that we ate lunch there the day we debarked a week later prior to our flight home. Several of the dishes we tried: Chicken Parmesan Ravioli 4 Formaggi (once with the 4 cheese sauce and the second time with pink sauce) Lasagna Tradicionale House salad Focaccia Aromatica Focaccia Classica Cacio e pepe (it was the special both days) *All FIVE STAR dishes!!! You can NOT go wrong here! We had different servers at each visit. Both were impeccable. Service overall is impeccable. Will definitely be going back!

Terrible customer service. Spoke with Gio, who I assume is the manager/owner about hosting an event. He attempted to overcharge for a deposit and when asked for clarification, he stated that he does not need to explain his booking policy. Clearly taking our business elsewhere. I would avoid this restaurant. There are so many other great restaurants in Miami with excellent customer service. After posting this review, Gio proceeded to tell me to take my cheap *** elsewhere. Clearly, I made a good decision to not support this establishment. I hope Gio is not the owner, as this is a poor way to conduct business.

I am Italian and I am finally glad that I found a place in Miami to feel like home. Food is amazing, atmosphere is great and they take care of all little small details. Francisco was our server that made our dinner magical with great food suggestion and wine pairing. The whole staff is great and all my friends and I had a great time. Strongly recommend! Everything from pizza to a la carte menu and wine selection. Cannot wait to try their brunch!
