I’ve been there yesterday night with my family and some friends. What a wonderful place! A unique experience in Miami, I do recommend to visit it at least one time in order to taste the Cuba flavor. Great beer, good music, fantastic music… I wish to come back!

Cervecería La Tropical is a brewery artisan located in Wynwood with two distinct ambiances. The indoor area resembles a sports bar with large tables, numerous screens, and a huge glass window that showcases the brewery. The outdoor area is more bohemian with better music and live performances. Although the beer selection is extensive, it's not the best I've tasted. However, they do offer unique and innovative flavors, including cocktails made with beer. The food, on the other hand, is exceptional. The Croquetas and Tostones were particularly noteworthy. The staff, unfortunately, did not provide the best service during our visit. They had a problem with the reservation platform and kept us waiting for about 45 minutes without any explanation. Despite the service issue, Cervecería La Tropical is worth a visit for its great food and unique ambiances.

Was one of our last breweries of the night and apparently the most popular one. It was busy, but we were seated right away and the waitress was very attentive. I believe we ordered a pilsner, which was delicious, but my favorite part of the experience was the Yucca fries. The Yucca fries and the sauce you dip them in were yummm. We had an enjoyable experience at this place.

I really liked this place. The entrance between two big historical-looking columns and amazing murals is impressive, and opens to their outdoor space: a nicely landscaped garden and patio, nicely landscaped with a stage for live music and an outdoor bar. The interior is huge, you can tell that it was created from a warehouse, yet it has a great ambience and décor. All their tables all big (“Oktoberfest-style”), and there is a long bar facing the brewery in the back, which is visible from anywhere thanks to its glass walls. That day they had three “tank-to-glass” beers. I tried the Tropiflaca, and found it very refreshing. I also tried the Berry Blush, reluctantly I must say because normally these fruity beers are too sweet for my taste; however, to my surprise, it was a great beer and not at all sweet! They also offer food, but we had just had lunch; therefore we passed on it: we will definitely try it next time though. Parking is very difficult to find. There is big parking lot in front of the brewery but it is so expensive that I don’t even know if it would be worth it even if you’d stay there all day long… I look forward to going back!

Great local brewery with a nice design and indoor/outdoor patio. Lots of beers and great Cuban fusion food. Nice music and great casual atmosphere. We will go back for sure! Recommended for a relaxed night out with good beers and good friends!

Súper place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Great food, beautiful place with life music. Family ambiance and a touch of old brewery style. So many delicious dishes to choose from it was hard to choose, not to mention the variety of beers. Can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I were checking out the Wynwood area of Miami and stopped here for some beer and lunch. This place has a great atmosphere with ample seating both inside and out. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We shared a flight of beers which were all very good. For lunch we split a Cuban sandwich which was excellent.

I loved this brewery! Very good burger and fries and the beer was amazing!! Be sure to try the La Reina belgium blonde. It was so good as well as all of them that we tried! Daniel was a very good waiter! He was very friendly and helpful. We got a pretzel to go for later snd it was delicious! Be sure to check out the brewery!

La Tropical is one of those places that instantly makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something special. The atmosphere blends lush tropical gardens with modern design from the open air courtyard to the glowing dome bar and the sleek indoor spaces. Every corner feels intentional and full of life. The beer program is outstanding. Fresh, clean, and full of character especially the Cristal lager and their limited releases. If cocktails are more your style, the Passiontini and Jardines G&T are tropical perfection. The food is equally impressive; the crispy pork belly with lime was a highlight. What truly sets La Tropical apart is the hospitality. Jojo and Ari made the experience unforgettable warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They bring a personal touch that turns a great brewery into a place you want to return to. Whether you’re a local or visiting Miami, La Tropical is absolutely worth the stop. Great drinks, beautiful ambiance, and even better people.

Great place!! Tapas were awesome!! Had a few flights!!! Happy to have a little Cuba here!! Came with the family and had a lot of fun trying dishes and beers!!

Great open venue. You can talk with friends and tables are not to close together. Beers were fantastic. Highly suggest you try a flight of 4 The Helles was my favorite. Yucca fries were super yummy. Highly recommend

In particular the Cuban empanadas, black bean hummus, avocado salad, jerk chicken, coconut flan and mango tres leches. And the beers were awesome!!

Set in ever trendy Wynwood, La Tropical is a brewery/resto with a terrace. Since it's in a cul-de-sac off the main drag, the street is relatively quiet for the party neighborhood. A big plus. It's a welcoming place with gardens and a generous outside area. I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings of the menu and the quality of the food. The croquetas are very good, but not the best in town as some have claimed (that honor goes to Tinta y Cafe). The tostones, however, may be the best in town (rivaling La Camaronera). The waitstaff is simpatico although somewhat distracted. The only issue I have with this small gem of a place is the coffee. Both the expresso and cortadito (although supposedly Lavazza) were mediocre at best. Thin and cold, this is a mortal sin for a Latin resto. I wont really mention the beer since I'm not a big beer drinker. I drank a light ale which was ok. My companion drank a dark beer which he liked. I'll definitely go back for a second opinion.

Finally last Sunday afternoon our family (9) went to Cerveceria La Tropical and had a great time. The place is super cool as you experience what a brewery could be if you were in a free Cuba. (which doesn't exist). Great ambiance, very friendly staff. The food was a real surprise; varied menu with a lot to choose from. Everything was delicious, really. Best to order and share the plates while you enjoy a beer or a margarita!

This is by far one of the best places I have recently visit in Miami. I have been living in Miami for 30plus years and I am so happy we have a place where you can go and have fun. The food was amazing but my favorite thing was the beer and the service. First day as a waiter Vale was incredible well trained. This is a fantastic place to spend time with your family, you can even play domino. I highly recommend it!

This place has the potential to be quote nice. There were, however, far too many people on our visit. Getting to and from the bar took forever. The music was also too loud so making conversation was almost impossible and everyone had to shout to make themselves heard.

This is a delightful setting with great beer and food. The story of the brewery is lovely, the beer garden setting is colorful and feels tropical, and the beer felt inspired by the Caribbean. Would recommend the beer can bread and a flight.

The large airy room and outside spaces are a comfortable setting to enjoy their products and dine. The service is attentive.

The best brewery on either coast. Excellent service, comfortable indoors & outdoors, (very good) resturant quality food & drinks. The beers are good, especially the golden lager. Unlike other breweries they have a good wine menu. Perhaps the best is delicious food. We had the mussels with chorizo & grilled fish tacos, both quite excellent. Shout out to Lisi, a great waitress & guide for the menu. It's the best addition to wynwood. Highly recommended.
