Bad food…bad attitude of chef…don’t go. Chef attitude is touching the sky. Old was not good. Too much masala and tea was cold

I went here with three Indian friends from Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Delhi. We just came across this restaurant and wanted to check it out. When entering the restaurant, we were surprised to hear Bollywood music. My friends recognized the songs and were pleased and started to sing along. I noticed there were no Indian people among the staff or in the kitchen. I was suspicious as experience often showed non-Indian people to not prepare Indian food well. But other than that, the atmosphere was nice, the music authentic and the menu had a good selection of popular Indian dishes. We started by ordering several appetizers to share. Wow, these did not disappoint. Or better, they were really, really good. My Indian friends confirmed. They were surprised and really enjoyed them. The paneer was outstanding, as well as the orange chicken. Obviously, we ordered many entrees to try and share and again loved the authentic taste. We loved the spinach, vegetable biryani, garlic and chili naan; basically everything. Serving fresh, authentic dishes with authentic ingredients is what differentiates the high-quality restaurants from the average. I was impressed, really enjoyed all the food and it was good to hear from my Indian friends that they approved the food and enjoyed it as much as I did. Next time in Las Vegas, I will go here again as there are many more dishes I want to try. The staff asked us to review on Google as they recently started this business. I was lucky to be the first to review on tripadvisor. Based on my recent experience, December 1st 2023, I can highly recommend this place. Are you as fond of Indian food as I am, are you picky when it comes to quality, then check it out. To the Chaska staff: well done guys! I am still amazed how you pulled this off. Mission accomplished!

I have been here in 2023 and now 2024. Good points: quick service as less crowd and clean, Indian songs Cons : very limited items in menu, chef has attitude problem, chatni/chillis are paid. Go to marigold or mint bistro

A wide range of choices for both North and South Indian cuisine. The chef came out, took our order, and checked on us during our meal. The food was prepared to order and was at a heat level suitable for us wimps. We ordered all vegetarian items - so very delicious. The waitress was friendly and helpful.
