Food was inedible, can’t say more than that . Asked for a drink upon arrival & specifically asked to have to before food brought. It’s arrived at same time . Pretty grim . Better places to eat

Shelby was an awesome waitress! She was polite and efficient! The fajitas were not as good as Chili’s, however, but LOVED the guacamole & chips! Again, Shelby deserves a raise!

We love Chayo! We come to Vegas in early October for something our friends call Vegaspalooza, and every time we do, we go to Chayo. The food is great and the service is excellent. Then this weekend (October 4th, 2025) they went above and beyond. We went to Chayo as usual and ordered breakfast. Then, out of the blue, my husband becomes short of breath and doesn’t feel well. I asked the waiter to box up our food. Then, when the waiter leaves, he starts feeling worse and I ask the waiter if there is any medical staff at the hotel, he says he can get EMTs. My husband decides he doesn’t want that he wants to go back to the room immediately. We leave and I called over my shoulder to tell the hostess we’ll be back to pay later. Fast forward to later that afternoon. My husband is feeling better and we go back to pay. We’re searching for our waiter and a gentleman named Chris comes over and we tell him our story. He talks to the waiter and finds out we didn’t get the food. He says he doesn’t want us to pay. I tell him, yes, we didn’t eat but we had ordered and I had downed half of my mimosa. He tells us to just come back the next day for breakfast! When we get there, Chris came over to our table to see how my husband was feeling and told us he was glad that hubby felt better. Then he told the waitress (Amanda) and she told us when we left that she hoped he’d feel better. In this world where we often get bad , and even rude customer service, it was wonderful to see these people who were doing it right!❤️ So, reward them. Go to Chayo (in the Linq, next to O’Shea’s) and order their French toast. It’s amazing!!!

it was so good we ate here twice. larry loved his borracho. we shared a quesabrirria and it was great. then larry had the beef tawitios and we had those before so we knew they would be great. i hsd cheese quesadilla that was kinda boreing.it was a comedy that evening. she thought i ordered quesso dip. when she found out i ordered a chicken quesadilla and i ended up with a cheese so it was still a great place

I had a really nice solo night out. I’m traveling for work and came to Chayo after seeing some good reviews online and decided to try it out. I was greeted by two beautiful ladies at the door and sat right away. My server Andrea came over right away to greet me and offer water. I was grateful for the quick service because I had a flight to catch shortly. All of the food came out in a timely manner and I really enjoyed the lively ambiance. There was baseball, football, a game show and fun music going. Something for everyone. Andrea was super kind and energetic and I appreciated her asking about my day since I’m visiting Vegas by myself this time. Service was great. Overall I had a fun time and will visit again when I’m in town. Hopefully I’ll be with friends next time haha.

Best food that I’ve had on the strip in a while! Had a business meeting here and servers were amazing and respectful, food was fast! Will be bringing the family back!

This was a Great central spot on the main strip from the drinks, to the food, and most of all the most friendly and great customer service provided by Mina and her crew.

I ordered a skillet and it was a little bland and dry until the waiter recommended some smokey sauce which saved the day... went from a 2 star meal to a 4 star meal because of his recommendation.

Visited Chayo on vacation with a group that included some elderly family members. They seated us directly under a speaker blasting loud music, making it nearly impossible to hold a conversation. We politely asked if they could turn the volume down a bit, but the waiter laughed and said, "We can only turn it up." When we asked to be moved, they were slow to respond-even though the restaurant wasn't busy and had plenty of open tables. One of our party members eventually walked around to find a quieter spot ourselves. Really disappointing experience. To top it off, the beer was served in plastic schooners when ordered tall - not great. Never again.

I appreciated the fast, friendly service from Shelby. The mango shrimp ceviche was tasty with just the right spicy kick.

Our server Letzy was Amazing. This was a work trip with 16 guests and we all thought she did an outstanding job. The food however was below average. No flavor, cheap quality ingredients. I had the shrimp fajitas with the smallest shrimp that seemed to be boiled. I ordered a vodka cran at the bar and it was pure syrup. The guys took a shot of Don Julio 1942 and it had a very rancid off taste. I would never recommend this place or go back.

This was our second time to Chayo. We met Mina who was seated beside us. She was a manager and was so wonderful. The food was great and the service was spot on. The atmosphere is a fun indoor outdoor experience right on a walkway thru shops, bars, and restaurants. They really impressed us this time. Lamb tacos and fajitas were very tasty. Went on September 6th to celebrate my sister in law’s 50th birthday. The staff was great from the hostess who had to change my reservation 2 times because few family members joined us last minute to our Awesome waitress Andrea, she was sweet and very attentive!! We all loved the Birria Taquitos and my favorite drink was the Coco Slim.

Service is very good 👍 but very pricey did not like the pickled veggies the rest was delicious would not recommend the Linq to pricey for what you get

Located in the promenade between the Linq and Flamingo, attached to the Linq. There is a full bar with margarita specials, indoor and outdoor seating. The server was friendly. The menu includes a good variety of Mexican dishes. All of the food was nicely presented and delicious, with fresh ingredients.

Decided to go to Chayos on a solo date, was welcomed by my wonderful server Anahi, the service was amazing and the chorizo skillet was absolutely delightful. She had impeccable timing within minute of being seated, she came by with a bright energy and sweet smile. Shout out to the amazing cooks and workers.

We had a great time at Chayo’s with family! We came in with a party of 6 to celebrate my sister-in-law and mother-in-law’s birthdays. We were able to choose from the breakfast and or lunch menu when we came in and really enjoyed our dishes. Would highly recommend the coconut margarita and churros--delicious. They also had a mariachi band playing around the restaurant. We loved listening to their music and even got in 3 song requests for the birthday gals. Shoutout to Nina for making us feel extra welcome and for making it a special visit!

The service was very poor and the food was even worse. Dirty silverware, no steak knives for a steak but instead butter knives. The restrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper and piles of used toilet paper on the floor. Do not come here.

Pablo’s awesome!! Got steak dish with enchilada. Everything was delicious. But I will admit that tequila shrimp wasn’t the best. Ate it but wouldn’t recommend to others and wouldn’t order again. Come with a lot of shrimp but overall not too great. Other than that, entire meal was fantastic and Pablo killed it!

Came in for brunch, and was greeted by our server Anahi. Her recommendations were top notch, making this experience pleasant after a long night! We had the coco slim margarita, the high roller and chayo which were all delish! For food, we ordered the huevos rancheros( with chicken tinga per Anahi’s suggestion since I don’t eat pork), breakfast burrito and the guacamole toast which were all amazing. As for our sweet tooth, we got the French toast along with the espresso martinis. All in all, a 10-10. Thank you Anahi for the outstanding service, we will be back!

Jake (from state farm) was great. Service was phenomenal, kept waters filled without asking. Prices were extremely reasonable for on the strip. Food was good. We came twice during our visit and both servers ( I think the other was Amanda) were very friendly and prompt. You get a lot of food for the cost of a yogurt at one of the big hotels.

Found this place while out strolling. We were greeted and seated no waiting. Our server was Amanda who was great. She took our order and the food was served promptly.Nice size portions and yummy. When were done eating, the manager Nina, stopped by to check on us. We had a nice conversation. We were made to feel our business and satisfaction was important to them.

Chayo is located in the LINQ promenade. Passed by the menu on first walk to High Roller ride. Ended up stopping in on second walk to have the tortilla soup and a michelada, both of which were delicious! Pricing was fair for Vegas as soup was 12.00 a bowl and the michelada was 14.00. Service was good (thank you Julie!) Would definitely eat here again when returning to Vegas but will ask to remove the CNF (concession & franchise fee of $2.65) from bill before finalizing.

First of all it was extremely expensive. The food was average but the cost was astronomical. When you pay the bill they hand you a credit card machine where the lowest tip suggestion was 18%. There is no offer of a 10% or 15% tip option. Finally, they won't print out a receipt for me so that I can keep records. They wanted an email address if you want a receipt and there is no way I would give my email address to a stranger so that they can send me junk email. Not giving me a receipt was the final straw. For those of you who are on a business trip you won't get a receipt for your expense report. I would never recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience at Chayo for a birthday celebration! Our server, Pablo, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Pablo even surprised us with a dessert to celebrate the birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and perfect for everyone to share. Overall, great service, great food, and a lively atmosphere. This was an unexpected breakfast stop for us. The food was great and our server Jake did awesome!!! I would highly recommend this as a stop. For evening entertainment they have bull riding. I did not participate however those who did had a fun time.

Incredible place just off strip, amazing food and vibes. Some of the best guac we have had yum!!! Oscar especially made our visit perfect, serving with a smile and very quick and helpful thank you!!

The food was incredible, the service was also amazing, but I expected some Latin music to enjoy my dinner with, but instead I got this horrible loud music that has absolutely nothing to do with the Mexican theme. One of the only reasons I wanted to try this restaurant is because the music was always so good, but today it was the worst music I have ever listen to. What a disgrace to the Latin community.

Shelby was an absolute delight of a waitress at Chayo. The service was great but better yet the Carne Asada Skillet was the best thing we’ve eaten so far on the trip!

The food at this place was AMAZING! We ordered the nachos – they were absolutely delicious. Margaritas were a solid 10/10. I also tried some tacos – they were okay, but I really appreciated the variety of salsas available. We loved it so much that we came back several times during our trip to Vegas. The playlist had authentic Mexican music, which made the atmosphere even better. Prices were reasonable, and overall the experience was fantastic. Definitely recommended – a must-try!

Hurry tacos were tasty and a really good all I had to do was just add a little bit of sour cream and it was really good and the and the rice and beans were also really good also and the lady who seated us did a very good job she’s a wonderful person Very nice.

Amanda our server was simply incredible. I asked her to choose my drink and order and she NAILED IT! The chicken enchiladas were to DIE FOR, and the Rasberry Mojito was the perfect mix between sweet and savory. Mina, the manager was just the sweetest in checking in with us, personalizing our experience, engaging and enjoyiny great conversation. I truly cannot say enough lovely things about Chayo, their food and their service. Hats off to the whole team. They clearly care and it shows! Double up as the prices are super decent too! Wins on wins on wins ya'll!

Was there for breakfast. Pablo was amazing! Fast service and food was great ! Was warm out, but the mist coolers helped . Location was convenient, we ended up having late dinner there. Jake was amazing as well.
