I always make it a point to eat at Cheebo when visiting my daughter in LA. It is a short walk from her apartment. I had the pasta special and my daughter had the eggplant Parmesan. Both meals were outstanding. We finished the meal with a flour less chocolate cake. Service was excellent.

Brisketwich on Sourdough. Everything is always fresh and the menu is fun.

Enjoyed dinner here with a local cousin. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Our group of 6 ordered the Truffled Mushroom and Gamberetti pizzas to share first: these were hot and tasty. My husband and I thought the Baby Kale Salad we shared was excellent. His Spaghetti Pomodoro and my Rigatoni Bolognese were good, but no better than we could have made at home. (This could go either way on the rating, depending on whether you want to eat something special or something familiar.) House-made desserts were good, though I only sampled after all the other courses. The drinks list offers a good variety of wine and beer. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

We ate here when visiting our son who now lives in Los Angeles. This is one of his favorite places. He has seen some stars eating here as well so that speaks well of the food! Great Lasagna, pizza and shrimp pasta! Good prices too!

Somewhat surprised at the menu change,we were lucky to have been there for the valentines day special menu. Not easy for a celiac but they always manage to come up with something. I will miss their regular tajin.

Half roasted chicken with spinach and mash potatoes, sooo good. Pineapple-strawberry martini was soo good, until they removed it from the menu! :/

The food tasted bad, but the waiter was polite. Low quality food with overpriced food. Tables unstable. Not alot to choose from when it comes to bevareges. This is more a pub than a restaurant.

I discovered this hip little spot in West Hollywood and ended up going back for a couple of breakfasts. Lovely fresh, healthy (or wicked) options, friendly staff and they always managed to find me a seat. I ran out of time to try the dinner options but they looked great.

nicoise salad=very good.

We Have had a really good dinner. Pizza is italian style, light with good mozzarella. Pasta is well cook and "arrabbiata" taste good. Fast service and very nice place. I think it should be a must.

Reasonably priced good organic food is hard to find so close to the main tourist areas in LA, this one is brilliant.

A lovely restaurant serving excellent food at affordable prices. The décor is great and the service is brilliant!

good but slow

We where in town for only one night, the manager in the hotel we where staying recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Great food and nice service!!!

This was my husbands and I first time coming here and we LOVED IT! The service and food (not to mention the price) were perfect! They did take a while to bring out our food...but the server was nice enough to offer a second round of drinks on them to compliment the wait! Will go back definitely if we're in town again!

This was suggested at the B&B right up the street. It was a easy walk. The place is tiny. It feels homey and eclectic though. We actually went twice, we enjoyed it so much. I had the mushroom, olive and pesto pizza the first night. It was wonderful. The second night I had the chop salad. It's very good. Definitely a meal with some still to share. My daughter had sandwich made from the pinwheel entree. It was delicious. She ate every bite. The second night she had the spaghetti and spicy shrimp. Just the right amount of spice. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The second night four of us ordered different desserts. By far the most amazing were the beignets. They were like sweet doughy magic. The service was friendly and helpful. I would probably hang out here if I lived in town.

i've been going here for years now and up until about a year ago they were consistently great - food and service. while i've had a number of wonderful meals here - breakfast, lunch and dinner, i am sitting here disappointed yet again with my delivery order from cheebo. a capresewich that i've had numerous times over the years. the capresewich has always been on focaccia with heirloom tomato slices, avocado slices, fresh mozarella, basil, burrata and olive tapenade. additionally, they would put a little olive oil, salt and pepper over it before putting the top piece of bread on there, but that has been inconsistent over the last year as well. when i order this, i always change it to whole wheat bread, no burrata and lots of olive tapenade. either way, this is a well-balanced sandwich. sadly, i am sitting here for the second time in a row trying to make sense of what is in front of me. it is not as ordered - came on focaccia with burrata and randomly placed whole pitted olives. aside from the fact that it isn't as ordered AGAIN, the balance is gone. the olive tapenade is required in each bite to add saltiness to an otherwise bland sandwich. the last time i ordered this sandwich, the avocados were missing. i will take a break from cheebo before trying them again. this is a good restaurant. i just hope they can bring back the consistency.

I ate here once and it was lousy. Supposedly they're known for their pizza. They also deliver. Place is always full. guess I ordered the wrong thing.

We trekked to Cheebo from the Hollywood Walk of Fame area (about 3/4 mile walk) because we didn't want to drive in traffic and have to find parking again. It was hard walking past several other pizza places on the way, but we were following a Lonely Planet recommendation. It was worth the walk! We enjoyed the Chee-Bread for an appetizer and a delicious vegetarian pizza. The service was great, and the atmosphere with interesting paintings was nice. They have outdoor seating too.

We stumbled upon Cheebo and were amazed at the quality of the food, interesting menu (with a number of healthy options) and the very friendly service. Definitely coming back .

My boyfriend and I ate here two nights in a row during our recent visit to LA, and I have to say, Cheebo serves the best pizza I've ever tasted. I think it was a combination of being exhausted and starving from sightseeing all day, the lovely decor and patio, the friendly bartender, our fantastic server, Danielle, and the delicious food, that made the truffled mushroom and prosciutto pizza a divine experience. I would recommend this place to anyone if visiting or staying in West Hollywood.

Nice atmosphere. Good food. Excellent service. Reasonable prices for LA. Steak Frites was very good. Polenta tots appetizer was tasty.

shared a pizza & the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes & spinach meal. Food was fresh, service was friendly & fast. It wasn't crowded & I love that you can color on the tables! great location on sunset :)

A good LA experience. Pasta with shrimp as a special. Artichoke was a bit watery but okay. Wine was good. Service was fine. Caesar salad was excellent with thin slices of cheese and crispy romaine.

From the outside, this restaurant doesn't look like much. Don't let that fool you. The dishes are organic and delicious. I had egg salad with sundried tomatoes. Delicious. Take a chance on this one.

Hidden behind hedges stands an eclectic restaurant. The dinner menu ranges from pizzas to burgers to tagine dishes and more. The pizza was interesting with an excellent crust. The tagine with artichoke, superb. Desserts were varied. The creme brûlée was tasty, warm on top and cool on the bottom... Should have been made in a shallower dish. A bit thick but still worth the calories. This is a keeper.

When I'm in the area this is always where I go to lunch. The roast half chicken is one of the best around. The service is always good and makes you want to come back. I highly recommend! Rg

We had a meal at this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel receptionist. We were not disappointed. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I would not hesitate returning for a meal here.

I've been here for lunch a few times and really liked it a lot. Great value and interesting food. Its been there for a while now and has become a standard bearer for good food in LA. When it first opened there really wasn't that many good eats along sunset.

Don't normally eat organic, but this food was delicious. Portions were very generous and the bread was awesome. Even the mac & cheese was sensational.

I was in town with family and some local friends. This place was recommended amongst many to choose from. The service was outstanding and the food was awesome! We all had breakfast items and now that we have been there I highly recommend it. I forgot to take pictures, but we had lox, polenta eggs Benedict and salmon benedicts.

We each had a starter which were huge and great value for money - try the steamed shrimp its just awesome. Unless you have a massive appetite you will struggle to eat a starter and main - one starter and one main between the two of us would have been loads. Exellent food but not cheap. 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks came in at $90 but well worth a visit.

Really lovely place and fab healthy organic food. Even though it's on the Sunset Strip it feels hidden away and a well-needed break from the LA flashy vibe (even though we did bump in to Jeremy Renner in here!). The pizzas were great and were very well priced - couldn't more highly recommend...not to be missed!

Just 2 blocks to work, there are not too many choices on Sunset Boulevard. I always have the burger, the salad, the salmon, or a breakfast choice. Also their pizzas are a hidden gem. The crowds a mix of hipsters, parents, and locals.

Feels a very cool place to eat and a had a great vibe about it. There were paper tablecloths when we went which we were able to draw on with the provided crayons too. The cocktails were pre-mixed rather than made at the bar which was a bit disappointing, though they did tell you this upon ordering.

Cheebo got recommended to us by our lovely host where we stayed. The options you have on the menu are quite big and from different places. But omg are they good. I did not expect to get such a high level of food when I saw the size of the menu. Usually this is not a good sign. But here (we went several times) everything we tried from breakfast, lunch to diner was just perfect. Absolutely great this restaurant.

We were recommended this from our hotel which was just down the road. Fantastic quality at a great price! I had the Spaghetti Gamberetti which was incredible so Id recommend this bowl. You even get crayons so you can draw on your table. You'll see what I mean when you go there.

I eat here at least 3 times a week, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is really nice and the food is really good. The exterior is misleading.....looks like an old Mexican restaurant and could use a facelift. But, it's a legendary place and you won't leave disappointed. They are great for delivery and take out, too.

Looking for an unpretentious place with great food in Hollywood- Cheebo is your spot. The fact that it’s just 30 steps away from the fabulous John Kelly Chocolates Shop is a bonus. Broad menu with lighter fare like salads as well as burgers and “California Cuisine “ - they’re very accommodating to your requests for add-ins or other wishes. Comfortable seating. Reservations not necessary. Modest price points and good for family dining.

This place is a true gem. Great service and great food. I'll always come back here whenever I visit LA. Truly amazing place.

The atmosphere here is great, but the food is pretty average. I got the salmon burger this time and the toasted bun was so hard I literally cut my lip on it. I had to take all the 'stuff' out of it and eat it with a fork. My neighbors pizza looked great, maybe I should have gotten that. My friends had pasta & the other steak. Both said it was good, but nothing to write home about. Service was okay, but atmosphere was great, it was a cozy place to catch up with friends.

Maybe it was because they couldn't understand our accent. Maybe it was because they thought my 18 yr old partner was someone other than my daughter. Maybe it was because it was Sunday night and the owner had allowed a bunch of 15 yr old kids to run the place. Whatever .... the food was average and the staff were below average (way cool I think is the lingo). As an Aussie I now understand the whole tipping ideology. I left feeling a little poorer about Hollywood and the waitress left with nothing extra from me!

I loved this place! The service was efficient, polite, and friendly. The waitress suggested the cedar plank salmon, which was phenomenal. It came with a side so I ordered sweet potato fries, which were crispy, warm and delightful, which was amazing because i don't like sweet potatoes! The cost was reasonable--I had a glass of club soda which I was not charged for. Will definitely go here again.

I liked this restaurant. It's an odd room. Kind of a long hallway with tables on each side, but nothing in the middle - there's not enough space. There's a long bench along the wall, with chairs on the other side of the table. I went for lunch and it was very busy, lots of servers running around, and plates of great looking food. It felt a little hectic, but our server was friendly and knew the menu well. I had their home smoked salmon plate. Salmon, capers, toasted bagel and cream cheese. I tend to order home smoked salmon anywhere they make it. I love that stuff. And the Cheebo version was perfect. Buttery salmon, not too smoky but not bland, with sliced lemon and capers. Really tasty. My fabulous companion had the "Duckwich," described as a home confit of duck, roasted red peppers, arugula and swiss. He loved it. This pressed sandwich came with freshly made potato chips and they were crunch and good. I enjoyed the coffee, too. All the food looked delicious. I saw some freshly made waffles that I might try next time. There is valet parking, but plenty of parking in the residential area and meters on the street. Cheebo has an outdoor seating area. The prices aren't bad. I would be happy to go there again.

Very high quality of raw materials and good preparations are the main characteristics of this restaurant. This is the right place of you're looking for healthy and fresh food: we enjoyed the organic salads and the signature burger (amazing).

A variety of healthy options and excellent service. Staff is helpful with special dietary needs. Moderately priced.

We had lunch here one day and it was so good we went back for dinner the following day. Great Italian food and friendly service. Family-friendly.

We went to Cheebo's on a whim for dinner while in Hollywood. It is a small place, but we got right in to sit down at our table. The staff was friendly and made recommendations when I asked which dish may be better. I got the cedar plank salmon and my husband had the pepperoni pizza. Both were very good and our bill was around $35 - so not bad at all. While we were there I realized Helen Hunt was sitting behind us, so that was exciting. I would go back here again and would recommend it!

Because of the prime location and tiny space, it's often packed and service is slow. Just go on an off hour and you're cool. Brunch or happy hour time is perfect. The waitstaff was cute and attentive, but unobrusive. Sometimes inconsistent, but stick with their sandwiches ( fish, turkey, brisket, pork), the Mediterranean plate (a bit onion-heavy), salads or soup, and it's solid yummy goodness. The rigatoni with sausage/mushroom and cream sauce is pure decadence. It's rich and heavy but so worth it. I ate half and took the rest for the best leftovers ever. Pizzas aren't bad, but not great. A fun place for casual drinks and a bite to eat. Fun, always-changing art. Definitely a place to revisit.

First night in LA and we found Cheebo as it’s a local restaurant near where we’re staying with decent ratings. So glad we went! The food was very tasty and the service was faultless! Also you can keep yourself entertained while waiting for the food with canyons you can draw on the table cloth! Highly recommend!

I eat at Cheebo pretty regularly and I really enjoy the food. I especially like coming here to meet friends for brunch on the weekends. It's never overcrowded, I always find nearby parking, and it has a lot of menu options to fit my mood. The service is always great too.

We had a family reunion dinner here which took up almost half of this small restaurant. While the atmosphere is not the best, the food was excellent. This restaurant uses very fresh, organic ingredients and it shows. The salmon was prepared and presented well. The desserts are to die for. The flourless chocolate cake was the best I have ever had and my son told me that the apple cobbler was terrific.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The menu had a great selection and tasted really good. Service was impeccable and the vibe in the place was amazing. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

I am a local & love to eat here when it's quiet. 8-9:30am and 3-6pm or 9:30-11. Breakfast is huge for $9, Afternoon Delight (as they call it) is fresh, wood-fired pizza, pasta, sandwich, soup or salad & wine or beer for $13. The sausage & fennel is my favorite. Or the tuna or chicken salad sammie. It gets super noisy during peak dining times, so there's that. Ask for the potato chips. Best homemade chips in LA. And free!!!!

I like Cheebo. I don't love Cheebo, but I really like Cheebo. It's one of those places that I'm always down to go to but rarely think of. I've been for brunch and several times for dinner and have had good experiences each time. I don't remember anything particular that stood out; I remember that it was a tasty, not-too-heavy meal in a nice environment with good service.

Arrived late no problem service and food excellent. Outside is not enticing but ignore that and go in. Cedar plank salmon was perfection and lasagne both veggitarian and meaty were delicious

We tried this restaurant tonight because it the ratings were strong and it was identified as being family-friendly. A few of the meals were good, and decent value for the money. Two of us had the salmon burger and agreed it was bland....something missing not quite right with the seasoning and condiment. The service was slow, and the kids meals came out last...which made this very frustrating with a 2 and 4 year old (it would not bothered us if we were having a relaxed adult night out....but it was not fun with hungry little ones. We had ordered the mini vegi-burger from the kids menu. When it finally arrive my two year old took a bite and started crying because it was too spicey. We mentioned this to the manger, and were still not clear if we actually received the kids vegi-burger , or the adult vegi-burger (because it was huge). The spaghetti bolognese (sp?) and the grilled artichoke appetizer were the highlight of the meal. In many parts of the country this would have been an above-average meal, but there are so many excellent restaurants in west hollywood that we would not visit this one again.

don't let the exterior's strange orange paint job turn you off....the warmth of the long-embedded waitstaff and wild decor will only begin to portend your culinary experience. the real story is the mostly-organic, euro-inspired, nicely portioned food fare. their wines are well-chosen. though known for their signature pizzas and creative salads, my fav dishes are white bean/seafood cassoulet and the perfectly roasted half chicken. as a local who has frequented this place for over 7 years, i can recommend most anything on their menu. it is popular place for good reason!

Came here quite by accident looking for somewhere for breakfast. Glad we found it coffee was excellent and breakfast was great. Service was quick and friendly. Recommend.

Good spot for dinner. We had brisket (quite good w delicious mashed potatoes), fried chicken (not bad but not stellar), spaghetti bolognese (good) and a bottle of wine, a salad, ands tasty Mediterranean appetizer plate for $150 with tip. Service was unobtrusive, perhaps a bit forgetful but fine. Nice experience for all. Thank you.

My wife and I were staying the area and we ate at Cheebo two days in a row. The food was so good that we ate more than we usually would. It's more expensive than standard breakfast places, but it's worth it. The fresh squeezed orange juice truly is great. The setting is urban rustic. The outside eating section is covered by an awning to shield the area from the sun. The traffic noise for outside dinners might not be for everyone, but there is indoor seating available if that's what you a dinner prefers. If you are in a rush, this is not the place for you.

We come to Hollywood every year to visit my brother in law and go to Cheebo for dinner at least twice. This year we ate there 3 times Each time we both chose something different and every meal was delicious Make sure you order the Cheebread as an appetiser .... It's wonderful. The wine is good and my partner is happy because they have Stella on draft. It's very laid back but also well run with attentive waiting staff and great chef The atmosphere is welcoming and cosy and you have crayons to doodle on the tablecloth while you wait. The portions are very generous and we rarely have room for pudding.

On the corner of Sunset Boulevarde and Sierra Bonita Street (just down from Elaine's B & B). Trendy, busy cafe. We used the takeway and it was good but $25 USD for a small pizza and salad.

hot hollywood lunch spot...

Nice neighborhood place with niftily-decorated interior. Very good food, low-key, pizzas, pastas, and some creative and innovative dishes of their own.

Cheebo's was perfect in every way. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was a great evening for all. Cristian, the manager, worked tirelessly with me to create a delightful menu that would keep people happy and fed. Upon our arrival, cold water appeared instantly (it was a hot summer's eve), soon followed by appetizers and beer and wine. Next came three different salads, tasty and original, followed by interesting dish after dish of pastas and pizzas as well as ribs. The servers were attentive throughout, never letting anyone go too long without attending to them. The end of the dinner was topped of with small, chocolate covered beignets. They disappeared quickly though people were quite full after this feast. I can't say enough about the help that Cristian, the manager provided. He helped me create a wonderful menu that stayed within my budget. It was an evening where all could relax and be taken care of, while enjoying good food and company.

Their pizza is like crack. Not your typical round pie -- it's more oval. Perfect crust and sold by the foot. My boyfriend had the cheebo supreme sandwich. Also amazing. Loved the yellow and orange decor/

My wife and I have been to Cheebo both for lunch and dinner in the past week. The food is quite varied, fro interesting salads and pizza to terrific cedar plank salmon, baby back ribs or steal. Food is mostly organic, farm to table. In the even ing, the lighting provides a perfect atmosphere. The cheebread is wonderful and they have a good wine list or $10 corkage. We'll be back.

the tables were a little close together but the atmosphere was great. The lighting and décor set a good vibe. I had the garden patty which was great and you could tell it was homemade. Great place for the health conscious they offer a wide range of vegetarian/vegan/organic dishes. And our waitress Rachel was helpful and on point!

Unless you are a person who really cares about organic food this place is a waste of time and money. Way overpriced for food that isn't even as good as Trader Joes

This hip little restaurant has delicious food. I had the blueberry pancakes, extra crispy bacon and hash browns. All were cooked perfectly and served promptly. The server was courteous and attentive

This was a GEM for our trip. The atmosphere was trendy and fun, the service was amazing and the food turned out fantastic! We did order a burger that came out a bit under-done but it was so tasty that we ate it all anyway. We will definitely head here again in the future.

Went here with my family. A nice, fun atmosphere. Lasagna - good. Pizza - good. Pasta - good. You get the picture. You'll enjoy the meal and the atmosphere. But management, please tell patrons that you have access to a parking lot down the street. We drove around for 30 minutes trying to get a spot before we called to say we'd miss our reservation time, and we were told of the availability of the lot (no signage).

Breakfast is absolutely great here, I had the huevos rancheros, and a breakfast burrito. Dinner was very good, and a mix of interesting choices and standard fare. The dinner was really very good but excellent would be an unfair choice, it was a bit on the bland side. I still would recommend Cheebo’s as the the best restaurant of choice in this neighborhood.

One of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. What a great spot to get a yummy meal! The fab orange decor and eclectic Hollywood crowd makes this spot a fun destination. Perfect place to eat before a show in Hollywood! Pastas and pizzas are some of the best entrees, but the Cheebo Chopped Salad is perfection!

Love the food here. Have tried pretty much everything on the menu and never been disappointed. Must say I am not crazy about the decor. The starkness of the furniture and the bright orange palette does affect the taste of the food. Take out is my preferred method of eating food from cheebo. Servers are friendly and they have valet parking too!

Our neighborhood favorite, Cheebo offers a menu that is full of healthy a and tasty dishes - no matter the time of day. It's a comfortable and bright space. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good menu options that lean mostly Italian in this indoor/outdoor neighborhood eatery. Service is always good and pricing pretty decent for the area. Wine list is robust enough for a cafe this size. Given the fact I'm a hard core fish fan, I typically order the Cedar Planked Salmon entree which comes with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes.... always a yummy option as its well prepared so the fish it ultra moist and flavorful,

There isn't anything special about Cheebo, but it does appear to be clean and they deliver pretty fast in a pinch. While the menu has a lot of selections, I've never been over the moon for anything here. It's cheap and fast.

Great place for brunch

Cheebo is like my commissary - I'm there all the time. Great brunch, great salads, great pasta. It's the perfect casual dining restaurant in weho. Something for everybody. Great service. It's not going to be the greatest meal you've ever had, but you'll be quite satisfied. And if you look carefully, you will spot one of Cheebo's myriad celebrity patrons.

Cheebo never fails, and understands old school service. Not easy to find anymore, but always available here at Cheebo. Delicious breakfast. Great pizza. Friendly staff.

From now on, everytime I'm in LA, I'll go to Cheebo for the best pizza. And I've been to many pizza places before, Pizzaria's in Italy included. I had the goatcheese & artchoke pizza.. really good! Super fresh, not greasy (hate that) and served within about 20 minutes. Also, the interior is very fun and warm, just how I like it. While waiting on your food, you can draw on you table.

We were looking for something simple, Cheebo was well located on Sunset Strip, great food and economical!!

Cheebo has a really nice and well designed decor. The atmosphere is great but unfortunately the food is average. I went with a few friends for a quick evening meal. The salad I ordered was good, very fresh and a large portion, however for some reason it was whipped away from me half way through eating it. Fortunately, another waitress noticed this and subsequently replaced it with another one. The margarita pizza was not good. It tasted and was textured more like a toasted cheese sandwich. I could only manage a couple of slices and had to leave the rest. Think I will avoid this place in the future.

We just love this place, and stop here every time we visit family in LA! Excellent sandwiches and pizza and friendly staff!

Great selection ....very lovely service....GREAT Veggiwhich...and homemade potato chips....killer burger....nice lunch spot....good to people watch as well...

My hubby and I stopped here for an afternoon cocktail and snack. Their strawberry mojito was delicious. I could have been drinking them all day long. We shared an app that was quite tasty although I can't find it on their online menu now. Organic and healthy.

High quality delicious organic food; lots of healthy choices; Friendly servers plus very helpful. Order arrived promptly. My favorite restaurant in Los Angeles, and i've lived here 65 years.

What can I say? This is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. The food is unbelievable, I have never tasted anything there that has been less than phenomenal. The waiters and waitresses are so fun and accommodating, and the ambience is unique and cozy. I love this place!

We wanted to get away from the main Hollywood fame restaurants and find something with some soul and we were delighted with our discovery of Cheebo. Walking past music stores and clubs this unassuming restaurant sits nestled in a local neighborhood and served great food with awesome decor around you. The staff were all friendly and when literally about 10 parties all walked in at once they just worked extra hard to get everyone fed. It has really diverse customers, young, old, LGBTQ, multi cultural and so there is a happy buzz during the meal. We really can’t fault it and was great to see our kids getting more healthy options and trying out new foods.

I really like this place. I enjoy their variety of menu items. I have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have loved everything I have ordered. The strive to use homemade, organic, local food. I have even just stopped by for a latte. Great coffee and mexican hot chocolate too. Their free valet parking for lunch and dinner is a life saver on Sunset Blvd.

Visiting the area for the first time so went on a local recommendation. Certainly wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff. Great meal, pasta and salmon with a couple of glasses of Sauvignon. Well deserved 5 stars.

Came here with my (adult) son for an early dinner. Really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere - made it easy to converse. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. Good menu selections available. The food we had was fresh and tasty.

Casual dining on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Versatile menu, artsy decor. Service was great - friendly staff. Reservations recommended. Our party order salads for our entrees and all we're very happy with the quality and portion. Don't bother with the rosemary olive oil flatbread - bland and dry. Would definitely dine here again.

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor, and it is definitely a place where most tourists don't go. The food we had was excellent. Great quality, for a fair price. The only issue we had was with our server. He was not at all attentive, and we had to ask other servers for our check and for refills on our drinks. That being said, the other servers looked very attentive to their tables, so I think this was just an isolated issue. I would highly recommend this place if you are in or around Hollywood.

With Euro-bohemian decor reminding me of a Spanish bistro, this place offers classy American fare with splendid service. So many new places try to over-produce a vibe that comes off as artificial; this place comes by it naturally. It's a tad noisy when it gets busy, so better to go with a group of friends than for a quiet date. Servers are knowledable of the menu and specials and will help you select among the many yummy choices.

The owner of our B&B (Dresden, just up Sierra Bonita) recommended this place and we were a bit leary, having read bad reviews elsewhere. Surprise! We had a great meal and the staff was so attentive and friendly that I think the negative reviewers must have eaten someplace else.

My husband and I dined here with some friends. My husband and I split the home smoked salmon pizza and also had a side salad. The side salad was large enough to split. The pizza had smoked salmon, creme fraiche, chives, and capers. It was incredible! We also had a soda and a beer and our whole bill was a little over $30 before tip. We would definitely eat here again.

We arrived at Cheebos around 10:30pm so we weren't expecting the kitchen to be as accommodating - to our surprise the staff all seemed very friendly and happy to have us. We both enjoyed our meal for the most part - unfortunately there was a hair in one of our meals - no biggie as the waiter dealt with it and struck the item from the bill. The service was top notch and I highly recommend any of the pasta.

I found this restaurant very recently with an airline frequent dining program! Must of driven by it 100 times before- a great selection of healthy and traditional foods- all great - I actually ate here 5 times in 8 days and loved it every time!

We were staying in West Hollywood for a family vacation and stopped for a late dinner at Cheebo. We choose Cheebo because they had gluten free pasta on the menu ( although make sure to call ahead to make sure its available). The food was delicious and the service was very good; and the light electronic background music made it a really nice venue. Yet, the paper table cloths and crayons keep the vibe from being "too cool" for families. By the way, Cheebo seems like the type of place where "up and coming" actors frequent. In fact, Deborah Ann Woll ( one of the cast of True Blood) cited Cheebo as one of her favorite places in a magazine article; that is how we find out about the gluten free pasta. Although, we didn't recognized anyone the night we were there, it was still a lot of fun and we had a great meal. It was a great West Hollywood treat.

I hate to disagree with those who love this place, but dear Trip Advisor readers, this place was all sizzle and no steak. We were taken here by friends, and it was supposed to be cool, perhaps catch some stars in Hollywood and great food. We saw no stars (no fault of Cheebo's), and the place indeed was cool. Great ambiance and above average service. The food however was good. Not great, not a diamond, not stellar; just good. I had a salmon burger for $16, which was....good. Of course they brought the fries instead of the salad I ordered, but I digress. One of my party ordered the steak and it was.. (you guessed it) good. Not great. And then the bill for 4 people came. One appitzer between the 4 of us and one beer and one glass of wine. $176! Now, I know it's LA, but do the math. My salmon burger was $16, and the calamari was $12. For $176, I want something better than "good". So, I'm going to give Cheebo a solid 6 1/2 out of 10. Trendy? Yes. Fun? Kinda. Special? No. If I wasn't writing this review, I'd have already forgotten about Cheebo.

We were visiting Los Angeles and trying to find a nice place when we saw this organic restaurant on TripAdvisor. We were craving some good healthy food and the comments were very positive, and they are not wrong. From the outside it does not look like much, it is kind of hidden. They could improve that. We were not very hungry, we ordered the spaghetti with lemon and basil and the pizza with buffalla cheese. The spaguetti were simple and tasty, I had half a portion for 8 dolars and I found it very good value, half a portion was a normal portion for me and I did not end up hungry. The pizza looked very nice, and although it does not look very tipical "Italian" pizza the amount of cheese was generous and it was very tasty as well. The service is also very good. We left the place very satisfied and I wish I could go back.

Someone local recommended this spot for a good variety lunch or dinner and they were spot on. It’s quaint and clean and uniquely decorated with a wide variety of options. We were lucky to get there during happy hour and enjoyed a sangria and a margarita pizza that my daughter and I were able to share – score on all fronts! All of the waitstaff were super friendly, courteous and quick to provide anything we needed.

We stopped in for a late night work dinner at a co-worker's recommendation. It did not disappoint. I had a braise short rib pasta that was to die for. The service was excellent and the food even better. Would hit ti again on future visits.

I'm a regular here and highly recommend the following on the lunch menu: Marco Cheebo (chicken) salad, sausage or mushroom pizzas, supreme sandwich (get it pressed). Service is friendly and efficient. You can either at tables, the bar, or outside (though the outside is right on Sunset Blvd facing South, so can be noisy or hot. At lunch free 2 hour parking most days on side street.

Was here for lunch on a weekday and it was pretty quiet. Staff were great. Lots of great selections on the menu. Went with something healthy: egg white omelette. Everything was great. Fresh, tasty. I'm guessing when it's busy it could get pretty loud in here.
Love this place but the service is SLOW
If you don't mind waiting for an an hour, this place has delicious food. Wonderful cedar plank salmon, sweet potatoe fries and grilled artichokes.
