Good food but employees attitude needs to improve.

By LeslieG_8 |

Good food and fast service but one employee was playing on her cell phone and not serving customers. I was trying to get a drink refill and she looked up 3 times at me and then continued to play on her phone. After I said “excuse me” the 4th time she refilled my drink. We eat at this Atlanta airport location a lot when passing through Atlanta as well as other locations in our home area and have never seen an employee playing on their phone and not being attentive to their customers. The employee was a young woman named Shanti and she needs to be told to wait on customers when working during a busy lunchtime and to not play on her phone. Otherwise a good experience. The 4 star rating instead of 5 is because of this employee. The employee taking my order was prompt and order was accurate but she was a little rude.

Excellent Service and Breakfast

By TrailTrekker15 |

We stopped by the Chick-fil-a in Concourse A for breakfast during a layover. The service was exceptionally friendly! They accidentally gave me an extra chicken biscuit which they allowed me to keep. The food was hot and fresh as I have grown to expect from Chick-fil-a!

Quick stop

By Martin102608 |

We went in for a quick stop so I don't have much to report. If you've had Chik-Fil-A before, there isn't much to report about the food... The counter attendant was really pleasant and was quick with our order. We came a bit after lunch so there wasn't much of a line. It did seem to be odd that there was one person working right by the queue, but with an airport the size of Atlanta, I assume this would be a necessity for large crowds, especially in terminal A. Food was great for fast food as always and the service is always a plus at Chik-Fil-A. The food court itself isn't the best layout, but for quick airport food that isn't ridiculously overpriced, this is a pretty good option.

Not up to CFA standard

By jim3410 |

We love chick fila, but was not impressed with the Atlanta airport location in concourse A. Chicken filet was skimpy and hash browns were cold.

Quick late lunch before boarding plane and heading west.

By bills83au |

Easy, fast and consistent is Chick-Fil-A. I had a sandwich as did my wife, and son got the tenders. All good!

The fast service and delicious food were greatly appreciated

By Citallwic |

When our flight was delayed into the dinner hour, we decided to do fast food rather than sit down because we really didn’t have a lot of time. My wife wanted a chicken sandwich and I wanted a burger, so that meant standing in two different lines. No problem! The service at this Chick-fil-A was very fast, leaving me plenty of time to go get my Grindhouse Killer Burger. My wife pronounced her extra-pickle Chick-fil-A sandwich delicious. This was no surprise at all; we’ve never gotten a bad Chick-fil-A anywhere.

Chick - fil- ailure

By jjcajohn |

Never had anything but fantastic service and courtesy at Chic-fil-A's around the country....until this one. Unfriendly and bad attitude towards travelers across the entire line. Food was not as good at standalone locations either. Hopefully travelers realize this is not the real deal.

great fresh fast food

By DrMikeDC |

i see them everywhere and finally got a chance to try them out. great service, fresh fast food. the waffle fries were amazing!

Never Thought I Would See It............

By TRKJKY |

I never thought I would ever see a Chic-fil-A that had bad service but I sure found it here. The "Lady" that took my order was rude, in a hurry to be somewhere else. There was no Hi, Welcome to Chic-fil-A, it was Next in line!! and when she had my order she told me, "Go stand yo self over der and somebody will call ya". No usual Thank you for coming, have a nice day... When they FINALLY called my name the bag was just about tossed at me... I guess when you are a captive audience in the airport you have to take what you get but I sure am disappointed in the management and training staff at this location...

Yum

By C B |

The food was great, but the salad that I got had way too much sauce I did get the grilled chicken. It was OK but they need to do something about having zero carb buns or low carb products for people who have issues with their diet.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

By Becky K |

Chick-Fil-A--pull out of here! These workers are destroying your brand. We are huge CFA fans so we were thrilled as we flew through yesterday to see one in the concourse. My husband ordered and asked for a fruit cup. Absolutely NO MANNERS. No customer service. Woman said, "No substitutions." HUH? Since when can you not get a darn fruit cup rather than artery clogging fries??? HORRIBLE. I feel badly for anyone traveling through and trying CFA for the first time. What a God awful experience.

Good food!!!

By CathyP1953 |

Food was very good at Atlanta Airport. Very busy restaurant!!! I was surprised at how quickly I received my food- very organized!!! I highly recommend this site for quick, tasty food while rushing through the airport.

Great experience!

By Dillon R |

Very nice experience! Customer service was fantastic despite it being a busy travel morning.

Chic Fil A is OKaY

By angelina l |

The team was very attentive and prompt with the order / completion. I was able to order and eat without rushing to my flight.

Fast, furious and friendly, oh the food was its usual self

By Randy A |

I’m 67 years old and grown up with CFA - so you come to expect quick, friendly service. This was no different. Grace A took my owner with a friendly smile, kind eyes and wished me a nice day. All this on a frenetic Monday at the Atlanta Airport on Concourse A. Shout out to the entire team; shout out to in particular to Grace, who started my travels with a smile and kindness. Gid bless…

Visiting family

By Richard W |

Needed to get a quick meal before I flew. Laconzil #1686 was very helpful and kind. The order was done fast and I made my flight.

Dissapointed

By Vivian G |

I purchase a pretzel burger spicy with extra pickles with cheese and no bacon i did not get cheese on the burger I reach my area to eat my sandwich when I seen that was no cheese on my sandwich I w as very dissappointed

Better quality fast food

By anagorski |

Chicken sandwiches are better than hamburgers. Just sayin. The salads and the chicken noodle soup are great choices.

Limited menu

By Tim H |

If you're expecting the typical Chic fil a restaurant, this is not. They have a very limited menu. The sandwiches are very good but if you want a shake, forget it, they are not offered, along with other favorites. The seating, due to the airport location is very limited. They have to be efficient waiting on customers, which they are, and they are very friendly. I would still stop here in spite of the things that I specified, just be aware.

Needs improvement

By Mango A |

I love Chick-Fil-A, but this restaurant (ATL terminal C) was not up to standards at lunch on June 4, 2019. Service was fast, but the fries and sandwiches were not hot. Also, they didn’t have a kids meal on the menu. And they didn’t ask me if I wanted ketchup and so I had to go back to the register to get it.

Chic Fil a ice cream

By mike |

After a week in Jamaica, chi Fil an ice cream was a treat!!! The line was long in the ATL Airport but Latoya made it worthwhile. You have a great employee!!!

Great food in the Airport

By rodjan5 |

had to get lunch in the Airport before my flight and happy to find Chic-Fil-A (no surprise). Always great food, good service and friendly people. Long line moved through quickly and always happy staff.

Great location

By lucycan |

Great location as the staff is super friendly and its always busy. Well, except on Sundays! I've been a few times. Will go again!

Dropped the ball

By Taja W |

I’m not sure what happened on Thanksgiving, but service was good, but food was a horrible representation of Chik-fil-a. The waffle fries were soggy and mashed into the container and the sandwich was also soggy, burnt, and missing pickles.

Same old formula for sales

By svenlars |

Kale salad and grilled chicken seemed a healthy choice until I ate the kale swimming in syrup called “dressing “ Here have a little diabetes with some kale. Might as well have a Mountain Dew and some skittles.

Good, pricey.

By Victoria B |

I'm trying to review the Chick-Fil-A in terminal A. Not sure if this is the same one. We stopped for lunch during a connection. I got a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. I really wanted my normal (a kids meal), so I was a little disappointed. Why don't airports have kids meals? The meal was very expensive compared to a normal Chick-Fil-A. However, the staff was extremely efficient and nice. Great customer service as always.

Good and Busy

By romadaro |

I fly through ATL often and no matter what day or time this place is always busy. The only thing I don't like is that this location doesn't serve their signature salads, which is what I like. But, if you like Chick-fil-A you can't go wrong. As good as all the rest.

Close to Departure Gate

By GAFamilyTraveler |

I flew out of the Atlanta airport last week (Wednesday morning) and waited until I got to my gate to grab breakfast (8:30a). When I was able to locate my gate, the Chick-Fil-A was across the aisle so I hopped in line to place my order. The young lady was promptly notifying everyone that they were out of bacon or sausage -- they only had chicken available. No big deal, I ordered the chicken minis and was satisfied.

Airport Chick-Fil-A

By RickMIusa |

It's an airport Chick-Fil-A so it's usually very busy, limited menu, but the food is still up to the chain's standards. Reliable....

I just did that in the review

By Dorothy M |

The service was surly as expected in Atlanta airport. Prices too high. I ordered a #1 meal and the sandwich had nothing but 2 tiny slices of pickle. No condiments. Maybe that’s how it comes but I have never received that before. Don’t waste your time in that long line.

Great Chicken Sandwiches!!

By pepper1111 |

I always try to stop at Chick-fil-A when transferring thought ATL. The queue was long, but the staff is friendly and very efficient. The food was piping hot and delicious! In Terminal A & C

Food is good, service not so much

By Ed0608 |

The food is surprisingly good for being in the airport at both locations. The service is not at all what Chick-Fil-A has outside of the airport. These of course are not actual Chick Fil A employees, these are Host employees, this is because of the city of Atlanta's politics. The service is ok on A Concourse, BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO C CONCOURSE!!! These are by far the rudest employees you will ever come in contact with!! They act like you owe them and are bothering them. I feel sorry for Chick Fil A for having these people wearing their brand.

My Breakfast Fix Before A Flight!

By katork |

It is early in the AM and Chick fil A is busy with customers. Their ordering process is a little different: You order, pay, & they call your name as you wait with the others. Not like the other restaurants outside the airport, but I guess this helps with the flow. Service is fine and food is hot and perfect for us.

Great customer service

By Violet W |

Octavia was so incredibly sweet and helped to make a trip that has been eventful trying to get home better. We need more people like her in this world❤️

Unexpectedly dissatisfied

By Destination797989 |

The service was great but the chicken sandwich was stringy and tough to chew. The frozen diet lemonade tastes like a vanilla cream sickle. Zero lemonade flavor at all. $13.85 wasted!

Always Fast, Friendly and Courteous

By 1TravelingPeach |

I fly frequently in the Hartfield airport and I have always experienced outstanding customer service at this locations. The staff is extremely fast and always helpful no matter how busy they are. The Chick Fil A company have values that are always exhibited at this location. Excellent product and excellent service!

Great Customers

By Theron H |

Excellent customer service !!!!!!Great 2nd shift !!!!!!!

Terminal C First bad experience

By Craneman |

Have been going to Chic-fil-a for years. This was my first bad experience. Workings were rude. Took forever to get food, which is bad when your at the airport. Fries were cold and grilled nuggets were bad! There is another location at the ATL airport, I think terminal c. Much better.

The only place worth eating breakfast in the ATL airport.

By John Cocciolone |

Chick-fil-a had the magic. I often fly the. red eye flight from the west coast through Atlanta, landing around 6am. The Chick-fil-a sign is a beacon of refuge for a weary traveler. Always good food, friendly service and good prices. Check it out when you are traveling through the airport.

Quick service, not so great employee

By Jan T |

Grabbed a quick dinner before our flight. Walked to Terminal A and was thrilled to see a Chick-Fil-A ! The line moved fast and our order was completed quickly, only complaint was the cashier. She never greeted or really made eye contact. I asked for some mayo and extra napkins and she looked like I had asked for an unreasonable request. The man behind me made the comment that he wouldn't be asking for any mayo! Other than that it was a good experience. Food was still hot by the time I walked back to the gate.

Great egg and cheese breakfast sandwich

By Sarsprdoc |

Long line fast turn over. Efficient with best buttery biscuits! Crispy chicken moist and just enough spice.

Quick Chicken Sandwich

By RobertRAH-64 |

Good and fast. We always enjoy eating at a Chick-fil-A. Transiting the airport to another destination we stopped by here to get something for the next leg. The chicken sandwiches were really good as were the waffle fries. The staff was friendly enough even though the line was long. They attended to everyone fairly efficiently getting the orders out. Try it if you need a quick bite while traveling.

Closed Lol

Wanted to enjoy a meal here before off to Indy. Forgot that it was Sunday. Great to see an organization that holds fast to their values. Just have to wait for that great milk shake.

Amazingly Courteous Employees

By Edward R |

Chik-fil-A is always known for high quality fast food. What is amazing is the staff at this location in Concourse A. The young woman who was directing people to open ordering stations took the time to address me with a smile and ask how my day was going. Yes, I know people are trained to do that, but she carried on a meaningful conversation while I was waiting. Staying sincere in the middle of people trying to catch a bite on the run is impressive. Good job Chik-Fil-A folks!

Good Food…Fast

By TallahasseeMark |

Very Well They were very busy but there was almost no wait. Hot and fresh sandwiches. Well done Chick-fil-a! It is always a pleasure to visit you.

Friendly, quick service!

By Michael L |

This Chick Fil A was great to stop at before my flight. It is a busy place, but the line was serviced quickly. Servers were friendly and got me on my way. I opted for the chicken sandwich and it was hot and delicious.

Polite and interactive customer service

By travel42write |

Quinton L. Is the best! Excellent customer service skills! Need more like him in the world! Thanks Quinton for helping me with my order and the sauce suggestions. It was great!

Hot & Fresh

By Milissa O |

We were shocked and excited to see a Chick Fil A at an airport. The prices were about the same as non airport Chick Fil A's. Our server was Ashley W., she did an amazing job. As busy as it was she was friendly to everyone. When we got our food we decided to hike back to our gate, which was almost at the end of the concourse. When we got there our food was still hot, including our fries. Amazing for an airport. We LOVE Chick Fil A. Thanks for making our long layover better.

Back in the USA? She wants Chick-fil-a

By SandiBinSC |

After being out of the country for awhile, my daughter was really craving a Chick-fil-a sandwich and fresh fruit. Chick-fil-a employees seem to be the best-trained in the world of fast food, and even the crush of a hurried airport crowd still gets the response "My pleasure to serve you."

Great sandwich, busy-busy place

By Citallwic |

The Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken sandwich is the gold standard for the fast foodery folks. It's a little pricier than Chick-Fil-A's classic chicken sandwich ($5.59 vs. $4.09) , but it's nutritionally superior and (at least i my opinion) it tastes better. The waffle fries were tasty, but only lukewarm. I know that a waffle fry is going to cool off very quickly, since it has such a large surface area in relation to its mass, but I always order them with my sandwich anyway and try to eat them before they assume room temperature. Lines were long when we ordered, but the counter staff moved things along very efficiently.

Stop point of sale tipping

By A J |

Food was delicious. Please stop the point of sale tipping. All the employees are doing is handing me food in a bag. That does not warrant a tip.

Great food

By Sharkman50 |

Always get great food from them anywhere I go. It's always fresh and good to eat. If I'm in a hurry and need fast food I always go here.

Love this chain!

By Charles1019 |

I love eating at any of their locations. I ordered their spicy deluxe sandwich. This is an awesome meal and their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce is yummy. No matter which location you visit, the service is excellent and the staff friendly!

Slow.....

By lionfan91 |

Stopped here for breakfast. The lines moved really slow. When it my turn to order, instead of taking my order The cashier proceeded to break and unwrap four rolls of coins while I stood there and watched. That took three times as long as the actual process of ordering and getting my food. Food as ok... Hash browns were lukewarm at best. Not a great CFA experience.

Cannot earn any points here

By csserious2 |

As we had a four hour layover at the Atlanta airport, we had dinner at the Chick Fil A at Terminal A. It was super busy in the evening. The food tasted alright and price was at par with the other Chick Fil A places. However, there is a catch. The airport stores operate under a license and you cannot earn any points there. Their store receipts do not have a 5 digit store number, only a 2 digit number, nor the long order number. I am shy of red status by about 100 points, but the big purchase for the family did not go through when I tried to get the points later through App. It does not have the scan either at the time of purchase. Its a shame.

Always Good

By Lbouknight |

Changing planes in Atlanta and decided to get a chicken sandwich. Seems like a large line of people had the same idea. Didn't take long for the employees to take care of everyone. My chicken sandwich and diet lemonade was good as usual.

Fuel Up Before You Fly

By Douglas M |

Same prices and quality as off airport Chick-fil-A's. Don't board a jet hungry, Even the business class food will not be as good as this in most cases, Not expensive and very tasty, You can't go wrong with this brand. Their home made style fresh squeezed lemon juice is best in class. Can't touch it, Coffee snobs (like me) should walk down a few yards and get Starbucks.

Amazing service.

By JonArnold-Deb |

For as many people as were in the airport, the service was very fast given the crowds and they still were very personable and friendly. Our sandwiches and salads came hot and fresh.

Ghetto employees

By Prestige World Wide |

Ratchet employees. If you feel like having them yell in your face, this is a great place. The food is decent, but the employees at this location are extremely rude.

Chick -fil- A hits the spot

By Darren B |

On our latest travels we found ourselves in the ATL airport. Since it was a long layover. We wanted to try Chick-fil-A. Being from Montana we don't have one. We managed to time it just right So we had the chicken biscuit minis, a regular chicken biscuit, and a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast. The biscuits were nice and flakey and not too hard. The chicken is real good. It was a great choice for a filling breakfast. Since our layover was so long. We grabbed a little lunch. Just before we boarded the plan. This time we had an original chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken deluxe that came with tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. And an.order of chicken nuggets. We also had an order of the waffle fries. I have to say it really was the best chicken sandwich I have had at a chain restraunt. Nice and juicy and lots of meat. If you are in the airport or near a Chick-fil-A do you self a favor and stop in and try it out.

Frustrated

By Dr Gordon |

Very frustrated. Food lukewarm. Receipt has no store number to upload for rewards. Tried to call # on Google (via Google AI) to get store #. Phone disconnected. Not at all representative of CFA typical experience.

Great chicken sandwich in the airport

By K9814TNrobertm |

Good sandwich at the airport north terminal. Service is quick, sometimes the sandiches are not hardly as good as outside Chick Fil A but better than most airport sandwiches.

Still one of my favorite fast fooderies

By Citallwic |

The Chick-fil-A in Atlanta Airport's Terminal A serves a very good chicken sandwich and a pretty darn good chicken biscuit. I'm aware that there have been some complaints about service, but my own recent experiences (a biscuit on the way to Denver, a sandwich on the way back) were just fine. The youngsters working the front were busy, busy, busy but they handled the crush very smoothly. The extra pickles I ordered for my sandwich were provided in a separate container. Ample seating, food court style, is just a few steps away. As a bonus, you might get some music. The Piano Bar is immediately adjacent, and the guy who was playing when I came through could really tickle the ivories.

Got the order wrong

By Tom C |

Stop #2 in the Atlanta A Concourse and chick fil a got the order wrong. ATL is full of screw ups today. Guess I will wait until I get to Las Vegas to eat

Love it

By J M |

Chick-fil-a is always awesome. Every place has lines but chick-fil-a seems to find a way to move the line quickly and get you on your way.

Layover meal

By Ron W |

It was a pretty good visit we were just getting off a plane and had a layover and was hungry. The service was good the food was good

Chick

By craig t |

Stopped in for some dinner. The kids choice was here. The service was nice and efficient. The food as always at chick fila was great. Fries were hot and chicken sandwiches good.

My go-to

By Fred M |

I fly pretty often, literally every 2 weeks and this is my go-to. Best option for a cheap, and quick bite. its usually pretty busy but its Chic-f-A, thats to be expected.

What customer service?

By Jose C |

Appalled at the yelling and general chaos of this location. Def not the typical chick-fil-a experience I know and love. Staff need training on manners and attitude control….. Angela d gets an epic fail in my book…… and seriously this tip question at checkout is ridiculous. Do better! With other food options in this food court, I will go elsewhere next time.

Fly High

By racerkidd |

Airport lay out is so easy to navigate around .The train that connects all the terminal and ground transportation is fast and runs all the time , there really is not a wait time.

No Ice:(

By Paula W |

Line was long but service was great, in keeping with CFA. However it was very disappointing that they were out of ice:( the best part about getting a drink from CFA.

yummy nuggets with fast & friendly service

By MelissaWP |

After I landed, it was past dinner time, so before I headed to the train to my final destination in Atlanta I stopped at the Chick-fil-A to grab some chicken nuggets to munch on while I continued my journey. The woman behind the counter was smiling and friendly (unlike the nasty, rude TSA agents I later encountered there), which was a warm and inviting way to be welcomed into Atlanta for the week. No sooner had I just finished paying did a gentleman call out my name and hand me the bag with food, so no waiting at all. The nuggets were really tasty too, so I'm now a fan of Chick-fil-A!

Awful service

By Barbara O |

These people don’t want your business no sauces to choose from. Couldn’t get chicken tenders and 1 meal plus a 8 piece nugget was 21.09. Not up to chick fil a standards

Chicken OK

By HCovik |

I don't know what it is, but they never seem to get the buns right. They're always gooey and taste like play dough. The spicy chicken is actually quite ok. Service comes with a smile, restaurant is clean and everything well stocked. Thing is this bread. Fix it!!!!!!!

chik fil a in the atl air port.

By kenzie h |

it was the worst chik fil a experience ive ever had. they charged me for things and then ran out wnd didnt even say anything until they gave me my order.

Good Sandwich

By Mary M |

Stopped by this Chic-Fil-A in Terminal C of the Atlanta airport to grab a quick bite between flights. The long line appeared longer due to COVID and social distancing, but moved quickly. Folks were good about observing social distance and wearing their masks. You place your order at one end of the counter, and then backtrack to the opposite side of the counter to pick up your completed order. Service was fast and friendly. The sandwich was pretty good. Probably not the best Chic-Fil-A sandwich I have ever had, but decent for airport food. I would stop in and eat there again given the opportunity.

Not your average CFA(not in a good way)

By Reginald F |

It is a bit of a chaotic version of Chick-Fil-A. But I figured if I’m in ATL I Should give it a shot. I was disappointed. The service for take out even was poor I ordered a breakfast chicken sandwich. When asked which sauces I wanted I requested honey roasted BBQ and regular BBQ. The cashier (Leann J) told me they were out. I replied there’s a whole tub of the sauces right behind you. She then reached in the tub and said “Ewwww…these are dirty.” Rinsed them off and handed them to me. But that doesn’t make the meal appear appetizing. She also then said the total. I went to scan my reward and she flatly said we don’t scan here. My sandwich was supposed to be a free reward. She never did any of the polite customer service things that chick-fil-a is known for. I wouldn’t go back to this store again. Other servers were a little more polite, but …there’s definitely room for improvement. If you are a CFA Regular…be prepared to lower your expectations.

Bad customer service

By Rashida S |

I was actually helping someone at the airport getting food from here. The workers at this particular Chick-fil-A are the rudest employers I’ve ever met. Their attitudes are horrible and they always make it seem like they are irritated and serving customers.

A warm smile and gentle expression go a long way.

By flapjackjoe |

This is going to seem like a silly review to some, but the service here meant a lot to me. I travel more than the average American. I love engaging people from other cities, states, countries. I often chat with random strangers about where they're going, and why. I hear incredible stories beyond the usual "work", "family", and "vacation". So I've come to realize that you never fully understand why someone is walking through an airport to board a plane to get somewhere else. And I tell my cashier, server, flight attendant this on a regular basis, hoping to change at least one person's journey on this planet. You just never know what's going on in someone else's soul by simply looking at them. I was in Atlanta giving a talk about a medical clinic that I opened at a homeless shelter in Minneapolis. While my journey in Atlanta started with a hug from a TSA agent as she literally held my hand to guide me to the MARTA station, it ended with a big, warm smile and a "have a beautiful day" from a Chick-fil-A team member. She took the time and energy to smile at every single customer as she called out their name and handed them their order, and to interact with each of them with a pleasntry. She was busy, but when I asked her for a second of her time so I could tell her I appreciated the interaction, she took the time. She was clearly grateful for my sentiment, as much as I was grateful for hers. I was remiss in getting her name, and I regret that, because I can't formally give credit where credit is due. If she isn't a crew lead, she should be. She is an example of the goodness that most people have in them, but that some people choose not to foster. Ma'am, your momma raised you well. You're going to go places with your innate kindness that clearly comes so easily to you.

The original location

By Alida S |

The first location originally called Dwarf Cafe has a sit down, full service area and a typical fast-food walk-up counter-tables area. Walk-up menu is the same as a typical mall location; not sure about the sit-down area - there was a 20+ person waiting line to be seated on a July Saturday at 2 pm.

Up to standard of Chick-fil-a

By LyleandTerry |

Service was fast and friendly. Sandwiches were well and quickly prepared. Very good for airport food.

Good food and fast service

By Redeemed0575 |

The food is always good at Chick-fil-A. The service was excellent. Your hair was very helpful and friendly.

terrible service

By Pathfinder599653 |

the employee behind the counter was disrespectful and rude. i terminated the order half way through the process and purchased my meal else where. if this is what chick fil a is all about I wont be eating there. to many other places to eat.

Excellent!

By jsmooney |

This is one of two locations in the Atlanta Airport (Terminals A and C). The food here is standard chick fil a food. Don't get discouraged because the line gets long at times, but it moves along quickly. Recommended!

Service Review

By Arowolo M |

I was served by Khenysia C during the morning rush at the Atlanta airport and while she took my order she was pleasant, patient and a delightful. Would

Terrible food

By Lisa J |

I eat at Chick fill A all the time. I love them. This was the worst chicken sandwich and order of fries we’ve had. Thank God the shake saved the day!

Piece of hair in my FOOD!

By Jennie L |

Horrible and disgusting. There was a piece of hair in my spicy deluxe chicken sandwhich. I’m extremely pissed off because I spent $12 on absolute garbage. I thought the fries would be a good substitute, but they were soggy and cold 👎🏽. I’m not able to come back and address this issue for a “ refund ” because my flight’s leaving soon. It’s not fair to me as a customer. Customer service here is highly unprofessional and unkind. Don’t come here if you’re starving looking for a quick meal to snack on there might be finger nail or maybe a roach in your sandwhich next 😊. Absolutely, trifling… you telling me out of all those cookers who put that damn sandwhich in its box nobody noticed that piece of hair ? Yeah, I don’t think so!

Typical if SLOW airport fast food experience

By Eric A |

Most of these I have been to have had fast, polite service. The workers here were clearly enjoying themselves and having a good time joking around, but it was at the expense of the customer. Service was slow. For an airport location, that does not cut it. Food was typical.

Good food and great service.

By Stev5k |

This is a good chick-for-A to get something before your flight. There were so many people there and the staff was courteous and kept calm with all the special orders. The food is what you expect or chick-fil-A. I like the meal because the carb/protein balances for me if I eat half the waffle fries and an unsweetened tea or water. If is almost the perfect meal.

Good food, but poor service.

By bcofAL |

Our server got my order wrong. I ordered a 8 count of nuggets (not a meal, just nuggets), a medium lemonade, and a cookie. After my card had been charged, and she gave me my bag, I saw that I had fries in there. I pointed that out to her and she had charged me for it. There were a lot of people waiting and I was in a hurry so I told her not to worry about it. Then when I sat down, I discovered I had a sandwich instead of nuggets. Mistakes happen but this server was not your typical Chick Fil A server. No smiles, and no apologies for the mistake.

Can’t beat Chick-fil-A

By Jim G |

Airport food is always price higher then off airport food. Many times the product also is not the same quality. Not Chick-fil-A in the Atlanta airport. It’s the same quality food you would receive at any Chick-fil-A.

Give me chicken

Hit the spot and a pleasant treat in the middle of a long travel day. Loved the fact that no matter where your terminal was, Chick-fil-A was worth making a pit stop for. We ran into some folks who were on the SkyTrain who couldn't stop talking about getting some Chick-fil-A (although if you asked me, they seemed like they've had one drink too many, but I ain't judging. Do you, boo boos). Needless to say, there's never a bad time for some chicken.

Cordial and friendly

By Annette A |

I love chick-fil-a everywhere I go. They are cordial and friendly. Always fast! This time however, was the first time I’ve got my order wrong. But other than that, they are always great.

Love the chicken burger

By DianaW123 |

Chicken burger was fantastic, but the coffee took too long to wait. But it tasted good after a long wait.

Atlanta

By Valarie H |

It was pretty good, chick fil a never disappoints! Ate here during a layover from Las Vegas and I was very tired and ready for something good to eat!

We can't help ourselves

By Michael C |

This is the least customer-friendly of all the Chik-Fil-A's in the world. But, if we're in ATL during breakfast time, still can't resist getting a chicken biscuit. It is what it is.

Our cashier rome made the experience so welcoming

By chadwick s |

Ok yes we are in the Atlanta airport and yes this is chick fil a but sometimes it is the little touches that make an experience great. Our cashier Rome was very friendly and made our experience memorable. He was very pleasant and made is feel welcome. Another plus is the free refills offered at this site. For a major airport atl is one of the friendliest places to travel through.

Amazing airport food

By Brad H |

This is the best airport food experience I have had. Very fair prices (only about 10% more then at home) friendly service, very efficient line management and amazing food quality. Thanks for a great lunch.

Great food, great service and excellent value as an airport outlet. Help too from the server as it was my first time at Chick-fil-A... succulent chicken and excellent waffle fries too... you just cant go wrong here....👍

RUDE- Will NOT Take Gift Cards

By L762 |

My brother gave me a Chick Fil A Gift card for Christmas. The airport informed me they do NOT take gift cards. What good are your STUPID gift cards if your restaurants will not HONOR them. Chick Fil A = Overrated

2/10

By shanecia g |

This locations front of house staff are not very professional, my name was wrong for my order I had to remind the cashier to ask me if I’d like any sauces for my meal. On top of missing items once I received my food, I went back to the same cashier to ask for my missing items however I was met with a dismissive tone from her and the management on duty. I’m understanding that there was a lunch rush but you do not talk dismissive to a customer due to your errors. In the cashiers words “yo what is she asking for it should be in the bag” the cashiers name on the receipt is Summer T.

Great Food, Quick and Friendly Service

By ZachYok |

There aren't many smiles in the airport these days, but I can always count on seeing several whenever I dine at a Chick-fil-A. The one here in the airport is no exception.

Watch the cashier

By Mary R |

We ordered three shakes, all were great tasting and we enjoyed them. Wait was a little longer than you might expect. The cashier who took our order was a bit forward when she reached around the register to explain the ‘tip’ button on the credit card reader and actually gave herself a 10% tip without my permission. I didn’t want to make a fuss so let it go, but I do feel she should not have taken liberties like that with my money.

This place is a mad house

By amazedgirl |

We flew into Atlanta and stopped here on the way to our concourse. It was a freaking mad house. People crammed right next to each other, not me!! I hate the way they do the ordering, they take food orders on one side of the counter then you have to go to the other side of the counter, passing 50 other people again. But the food was very fresh and good as usual, but I will wait til pandemic is over to try that again.

Yaaaaaaaaaas English girl loved it (first time having Chic Fil A) lol YUP FIRST TIME

By V321V |

Lovely meal, American staff are so polite lol, the English need to learn customer service. My fave is the cookies and cream milkshake. Lovely food, lovely people.

Chick0Fil-A in Concourse C - Good Food Quick Service

By JimSTL1021 |

The Chick-Fil-A in Terminal C provided excellent and fast service for their sandwiches. They have obviously perfected a food delivery system that provides reasonably good food with an amazingly fast turn around time. I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was hot but a little dry. There could have been more sauce to alleviate the dryness.

Fast Food Joint same ole same ole

By MuddyHillFarm |

Lesser evil of a bunch of high fat, high calorie eateries on C concourse . Fast service on a pretty busy week night. Just like the restaurant you can get free refills if your favorite corn syrup fructose laden Coke products.

Zero points

By Navigator40696097386 |

Doesn’t accept the the cfa app. In an airport. Food good. Nothing to rave about though. This place should Really upgrade their membership.

Usually great fast food but...

By RickHLihue |

Between flights we stopped at the Chick Fil A to grab a bite before sitting on a plane for hours. The staff was as friendly and helpful as all Chick Fil A spots. The food was close to their usual excellent choices but maybe because there were so many customers lined up and it being an airport location it didn’t seem quite as good. Or we were just too knackered from being awake so long. Either reason it was just okay. My wife said the biscuit wasn’t as good as McDonalds. Funny as we don’t eat there except if it is all that is available.

Food Okay but the Staff Was Awesome!

By John R |

In my latest layover in Atlanta my wife and I stopped at the C22 location inside of The Atlanta Airport. The receipt says its StoreID:ATLCFA03 and we were order number 3600. While, to be honest, the food was not the best CFA I have ever had(everything about the sandwich indicated that it was not near “fresh”) there was an employee there named Demond who was absolutely excellent and more than made up for it. While in line I heard him taking the order of the person two people ahead of us and got really happy because it seemed like he actually wanted to be there. He was a genuine pleasure to have my order taken by and I just wanted to give him a little recognition. We need more like him in the world!

Always good

By Randy2353 |

Yes, it's fast food. But it's good eating. Can't beat the chicken sandwich. Great airport food. Prices and service is good for the airport. It's interesting to see how popular it is. as there is always a line waiting to order while other places are vacant. Most people in the food court are eating Chck Fil A! Despite that, the line goes pretty quick, but you will need a few extra minutes compared to others. Still an excellent selection.

Wait Staff Named Precious

By beetcanner |

It wasn't that the waffle fries were all that great. They were hot and salty and served quickly, which is all I needed between planes. It was Precious, the young lady who took my order and asked me for my first name. I told her and then read her name tag, and said, "And you are Precious." She replied, "Yes, I am" and smiled like sunrise over the Himalayas. I had to say, "Your mother is very wise to name you so accurately." Two seconds later my name was called and I had my fries in hand & mouth and headed for boarding at my gate. This happened happily at store #69.

Delicious!

By Karen P |

My new favorite items to order are the grilled chicken nuggets and a side salad. When the salad comes, I throw the nuggets in the sad and top it with low cal Italian to make it healthy. Then I order my all-time fave, diet lemonade! Awesome and delicious!

My experience at Chick- Fil- A as I make a quick stop for food before I head to New York !

By Maria G |

My cashier name was Summer just wanted to shout her out because she has an awesome personality & you can tell she enjoys working at Chick-Fil-A & enjoys being around her coworkers !

Nothing Special at All

By DAL0714 |

Unfortunately this will probably be my last visit to a Chick-fil-A. There was absolutely nothing special or very good about the meal.

Friendly Folks, Tasty Food

By Buddy V |

There is a reason Chik Fil A is so popular. They make great food, and they treat you like a friend. I visited this busy Chik Fil A for breakfast prior to catching a flight. The line was fairly long, but moved quickly. It was a chaotic, and a little hard to hear, but the person taking my order was friendly and cheerful. She went out of her way to make sure the order was right, and did it with a smile. I ordered my breakfast bagel and coffee, had it in my hands in minutes, and went on to the gate to enjoy it.

Hit it every connection in ATL, except on Sundays

By Vance N |

Not the height of cuisine, but when you don't have one near you it's review worthy. Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a strawberry shake ... man, I'm dying for one right now!!!! Great, friendly service.

Eat More Beef

By Steve C |

Just kidding, you can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-a. This store is always busy as can be but runs smooth and gets your food out fast. I grab a biscuit or sandwich every time I pass through ATL airport unless it’s Sunday.

Early breakfast

By CHRIS |

Had an early flight. Not much choice for breakfast at the airport. The service was OK. The staff seemed as if they did not care if you were there or not. The food was hot and fast. I still don't see why this chain is so popular. The food is OK but nothing special.

Poor service and food.

By vakendot |

While on a trip we stopped for lunch at the Atlanta Terminal A Chick Filet. The chicken sandwich I ordered came on a plain bun with no condiments. My wife ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard. No dip was included in the bag. We ordered two cookies but received only one. Very dissatisfied with the food and service.

Tip Required?

By Adam M |

The credit card machine prompts a tip before you can proceed to payment. The cashier couldn’t smile or even speak politely to me during our interaction. Does this warrant a tip? I feel a tip is a token of gratitude for a job well done.

Dissatisfaction with Chik-fil-a at Atlanta Airport

By Shirley H |

I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal at Atlanta airport before connecting to my next flight. When I got to the area of my connecting flight, I noticed the lettuce was wilted and not fresh along with the tomatoes, and the cheese was over melted on the chicken. This sandwich look and tasted as it was under a heated lamp for awhile. The tomatoes and lettuce were stringy when I bit into it. I was disappointed and did not enjoyed my Chik-fill-a meal at all. Shirley

Great!

By Karla G |

We had breakfast as we waited for our connection flight. The price was good compared to what we got and the options around. Fast service and nice people.

The Best Chick-Fil-a in atl airport

By Jamila P |

I travel through Atlanta frequently. And this particular location on concourse A is by far the best. It still holds the chick-fil-a value of fast and friendly service with hot food.

Chicken nuggets were salty and small

By 3000calories |

This chick fil e takes the order quickly and got the order correct. However they call out by name not by number and in this occasion someone had the same order and name so that caused confusion. The chicken nuggets were tiny, greasy and salty. The fries were salty. The seating is shared with other food court places and too many of the tables are high tables.

Everything you expect from Chick-Fil-A - Good Food and Good Service!

By NoPlaceLikeHome |

I was so excited to see Chick-fil-A at the airport. The service was fast. The food was hot and tasted great as always. The staff was very friendly.

Quick and friendly

By Marty O |

In delta A termunal. The service is fast, very friendly and the food is tasty. Try their chocolate chips cookie... One at a time or a bag!

God Bless

By travelgirl179 |

I was out of the country and was stopping by before the last leg of my trip, and I stopped by in hopes of American food and sweet tea. And they had it! I was greeted promptly and even though it was busy, they made the effort to have friendly and fast service. This chickfila absolutely rocks.

Excellent establishment!

By Mary W |

SUPER FAST! I was gonna fo o alacarte and the person showed m how to save even tho I was getting a shake! Unbelievably fast service, and of course good food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good, Fresh

By Mom0306 |

The food was good and tasted very fresh. The service was pleasant as expected. Typical Chick-fil-a experience.

Great lunch

By Michael F |

Love the chicken sandwich combos available at Chick Fil A but I don’t understand why the restaurants in the airport don’t have those great milk shakes.

Only good for a quick stop

By bwdearing |

Service was quick. But the area in terminal b is crowded. They have everybody packed in like cattle. They call out your name to get your order but no room to get back and pickup.

Rudest Chikc-fil-a

By elkhowe |

On 4/3/25 I visited the Chick-fil-a location #6069 at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. I place an order for multiple items including a 12 piece grilled chicken nugget with employee Jemelah D, employee number 537289, at 8:15pm. When I picked up the order at the pick-up window with Angela D, employee number 542667, the order was wrong. I received fried nuggets instead of the grilled chicken nuggets which I specifically ordered. When I pointed the mistake out I was told by Angela D that it was “ my problem”, if I’d like the grilled nuggets I’d have to place another order. I was told that was my only choice, with an attitude. I placed another order with Angela D and paid the additional $10.79 for such. When I tried to paid by credit card the machine was acting up. She immediately rolled her eyes at me and flipped the machine around to face her and mildly chastised me for not knowing how to use the machine. I can honestly say after 30 years of frequenting your establishment I have never been treated so poorly. Shame on you for not training and supervising your employees more closely. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Being at an international airport, this location is the face of your company for the country and the world. I can only imagine what foreign travelers think.

Great chicken sandwich at the Atlanta airport

By huskiesfan2015 |

We had enough time to grab lunch between flights, and we both got chicken sandwiches from Chick Fil A in terminal A. My fried chicken sandwich was delicious; the closest to homemade I've ever had. My wife had the grilled chicken and she loved hers too. I don't care for waffle fries so I got fries elsewhere. That's why the 4 star instead of 5 star rating.

The staff was rude and I feel if I’m paying you to make me food the least you could do was make it right .

By Ben b |

I had ordered my food and after waiting fore a while I was given the wrong food, so I went up to let the person working the register know and he started throwing an attitude at me but he still got me what he believed was the right order but when I looked in side the bag it was still the wrong order. I know people have bad days or whatever but when it’s the hole staff that’s coursing problems then something needs to be done I hope that this message reads you well.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A

By kristen l |

Great chicken Sandwich as usual. I ate at my gate, and when done with my Sandwich, I had to leave my gate and get another one for the flight.

A great chicken sandwich

By Citallwic |

Fast, efficient service is a hallmark feature of this place, and that is exactly what we needed during this too-brief layover. I love the grilled chicken sandwich ($5.35). Seating is very limited.

Good experience in ATL

By Jessica B |

Justin was very friendly and took my order promptly. Food was fresh!

Consistent and Fast

By Brad |

In a town where most food places close by 8pm, they can be counted on to provide hot, delicious food very quickly (even on Uber eats they’re consistently delivered in 25 minutes or less). I don’t like to hit chain places on my work travels, but they’ve fed me after a long work day on multiple occasions.

Fast Service, Yummy Taste, Friendly Staff

By Chris_626 |

The lines are long but the staff moves them quickly by opening at least 7 registers. The prices are as low as their out of airport locations (5-7 dollars average for a meal), the staff is friendly and my food was prepped fast. I had the breakfast chicken breakfast with strawberry jam and the ice vanilla coffee. I recommend it.

fast food fast

By Cindy K |

Quick and efficient, they get the orders taken and delivered quickly and with a smile! I think the menu's limited which makes it easier but the chicken sandwich and fries were good and hot. If you just need a quick cheap meal between flights it fits the bill for sure.

Love!

By 722stefanip |

You can't go wrong with this chicken, whether it be grilled or fried. The flavor is amazing and always has a friendly and fast staff. Clean and great value for the money!

Great Service At This Chick-Fil-A

By conniej238 |

I was very pleased with the quick, friendly service provided at this Chick-Fil-A. The lines were very long, but service was very fast. I got there at 10:10AM during the transition from breakfast to lunch, so there were people ordering lunch and people ordering breakfast, The staff handled this without problem or complaint. I was impressed not only with the speed, but with the accuracy and pleasant customer service, especially since I had a plane to catch!

Fast Service!

By travelgirl179 |

I was on my way to catch my flight and was super hungry, so I decided to stop at chickfila! The waitress was polite and friendly. I ordered just a chickfila sandwich and a water, which they had ready by the time I was finished paying. It was hot and fresh!

Reliable and expeditious....

By Clint L |

Reliable and expeditious.... This is my go to breakfast place in Atlanta Airport. The add fast, consistent and as good if not better than stand alone locations. Thanks for reading my review.

C gate location needs work

By DMann |

I know not to expect lots from airport food but chic fil a was born here in Atlanta. Yes it's popular and the lines are long sometimes but for me, the quality is suffering. The chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller and the biscuits so Crumbley they're difficult to eat. Come on chic fil a you're better than this !

Breakfast was good, better than McD.

By Richard B |

The biscuit, eggs and bacon was perfect for a quick, inexpensive and satisfying meal. They also have spicy chicken breakfast biscuit too, but didn't think that was a great idea for that early in the day. Maybe I am wrong. Next time.

good Lunch

By Donny W |

I stopped by for a quick lunch before catching a flight. I wound service fast and all the servers I dealt with friendly and the food was hot and good.
