Visited before we left for our flight home. Good service and selection to choose from. Good portions and fresh food along with good choice of drinks to boot. Will be visiting again no doubt.

As I sit at Applebees Bar with Melisaa the best bartender, I sadly write that I was told at 3:30 PM that you were not seating the bar..so we left with our 100 bucks (for the better I now see). I understand covid but?

Another great Chili's. Awesome service, food, and taste. The $25 deal for two is a great choice. Can never go wrong with free appetizer.

We eat here on 4 separate occasions during our weeks stay on I drive. The servers are lovely, they gave us an extra iPad so our kids didn't have to share and replaced our drinks in a blink of an eye. The food was fantastic and prices excellent. Only downside was the flooded toilet which wasn't in the best shape every time we visited but hey ho still a 5 from me.

We have tried to eat here twice. Once couldn’t get anyone to seat us. Second, was an hour wait and the restaurant was at 40% capacity. They were both around 8-8:30 so not real busy. If you go, expect long waits.

The service was very very poor. Manager was busy with her own work. None of the staff or manager bothered about there customers. 🙄🤔 What happened to Chilli's ?

We visited Chili’s and were not disappointed. Due to the time of our arrival we were asked to wait and were sat well within the anticipated wait time. The waitress was friendly and took our order. The food was hot, tasty and plentiful. Burgers were lovely as were the chilli tacos and fajitas. We can also recommend the cookie dessert, a yummy end to a great meal. Well worth a visit.

We have been to orlando on several occasions and chillis is among our favourite restaurants. The menu is great and the specials are amazing value. The staff as usual are so helpful and pleasant. They are never pushy but very efficient. Wish we had one here.

We arrived at 6.40pm, were told 45min wait and were seated by 7.30pm, we ordered fast as everyone was hungry, however by 8.30pm our food still hadn't arrived and by this time the kids were beginning to fall asleep at the table. The server apologised and said she would relay our comments back to manager (not the servers fault). When it did arrive some of the order was missing, so there was more waiting. Not a pleasant experience if you have had a long day. There are other places where you will get served faster.

We came here for lunch and it was absolutely freezing inside. We were greeted by a waitress who clearly couldn’t be bothered. We were told to pick a table, the table top and the chairs were sticky when we pulled them out. The waitress continued with the really couldn’t be bothered attitude and didn’t once smile or look friendly. Actually she did smile once, when she gave me the bill! I tipped out of politeness but wish I hadn’t afterwards. She was so unfriendly and quite mean looking that we felt quite uncomfortable. We’ve eaten in here many times before in the evening and always had a good experience, but I don’t think we’ll be back. There was no problem with the food, just the server.

Two people can eat for 25 dollars. Started with two house salads which were lovely. Followed by fajitas and steak. Then a sharing sweet choc chip gooey cookie with ice cream, excellent. They were very busy so service a bit slow but overall good value.

We loved this place! My family and I ate here 4 times in our two weeks stay. 3 x kids were really happy, I thought the fajitas were amazing and had them more than once. Staff super friendly, loved how they would serenade the guests for special occasions. A lovely welcoming ambience, super food, and reasonably priced. The bottomless chips kept us going for days!

We ate here twice in our two week stay in Orlando and we really enjoyed our food! Both times we did the $25 deal for two, we had chips & dip for our starter and they are so warm and tasty, far better than anything you get in the UK! The chicken fajitas are huge and you get so many sides to add to them, both times we had the cheesecake for dessert and again it was super tasty. Great service here with the mains being served before you’ve finished your starter, can’t wait to eat here again when we return.

My wife and i went to this chillis and we had the best customer service, everyone was helping one another, and the manager was also helping. we had the best time of just watching their teamwork with a smile. Keep up the good work guys and by the way this was the night shift.

Wonderful experience at what I would comfortably call the “busiest” location in Orlando.. top notch customer service, with great vibes and an extremely chill atmosphere.. the hot food was perfect, buuuut, the cold drink was even better.. no complaints here and most definitely will be back!!

Absolute joke ! We are a party of 10 on holiday from the Uk in Orlando . We were told this place was really good & had a great menu . We turned up this evening & were told it would be an hours wait for a table , we agreed that was fine , & we booked a table in my wife’s name & came back an hour later , we came back an hour later to find many people in the waiting area also waiting for tables , the lady on the front desk snapped at my wife and very rudely proclaimed that we hadn’t booked a table & that they had no table for us . She told my wife that we’d told her “ Forget It “ when she told us it would be an hour , this was a blatant and lie , almost laughable , in all honesty I’ve never experienced anything like this . I certainly wouldn’t recommend Chilies

This has always been 1 of our favourite places to eat and it did not let us down again. The best thing about this place apart from the food and service is that they always have really good offers so you can put together a fabulous meal for not a lot of money. So I ordered from the 3 for me section of the menu and I loved it I had the chicken sandwich with fries and a house salad followed by cheese cake. All of it was fantastic. My wife and son had 2 different tortilla chip starters followed by chicken quesadilla which was boxed up and then eaten as dinner so this meal became 2 meals. The service was second to none and is what you expect in Orlando just brilliant. For a good cheap - mid range meal I wouldn't look elsewhere.

Ashely was one of the best servers that we’ve had in a long time. We always come to Chili’s every weekend and this is our first time come with our family and she made it such an amazing experience she truly listen to us she came back to the table several times to make sure everything was fine she looks so beautiful and I love her eyeshadow. We can’t wait to come back and have Ashely again as our server. Management staff was really great here as well he did a phenomenal job thank you guys!

I always ensure I visit Chili's when I am in Orlando, as I always enjoy the food and atmosphere, and this time was no exception. We actually ate here a couple of times during our stay, and I think our best experience was when we were seated in the bar area. The service was great, and the food we had was delicious. I also had the Christmas cocktail, which was excellent, and great value at only $5. It's a shame that they closed Chili's in the UK down, as I'd definitely be a regular customer if I had one nearby! Look forward to visiting on my next trip to Orlando

Booked a table for Friday night as 45 minute wait! On arrival back was asked to leave as fire in kitchen - 4 fire engines arrived - during this time people in bar and seated in restaurant still being served (amazing!!!!!!! With firefighters in and out in all their gear and people still ordering burgers and fries 😂) - on them leaving was told would have to wait at least another hour before being allowed back in ??????!! - time then would have been approx 2130 - too late for a family to eat as hungry!! Tried again Sunday evening - restaurant only a quarter full but told at least 30 min wait and was told by a rather rude man that we could not even have a seat and drink as did not mind waiting for food as long as we could sit down!! Very bad attitude and will never frequent this restaurant again!!! I appreciate everywhere understaffed but best get it sorted before you become really busy in tourist season - no need for rudeness

Just had a fab meal. The food was delicious but the best thing was our server Sheena who's totally got it covered!. Thanks Sheena.

This place is very popular, we booked into reception and went for a walk for half hour. The drinks and food were excellent. The grill platters were great and the staff kept the kids topped up with soft drinks no problem. The food was super quality and so was the service.

On the 4th day of my honeymoon me and my wife decided to try chili's since it's a well established american chain restaraunt. We we seated by a server who seemed utterly disinterested. Barely spoke a word, just gestured us to a table. When we sat we noticed the menu had no prices for drinks. We asked the server 'do you have drinks prices' to which she responded by giving us a look as if we'd asked if we could drink urine and then gave us a very rough price (which was wrong). While we waited for a drink we noticed a tablet on the table and so looked through it and decided to press the 'games' button. It took us straight to the games screen with no warning that it has now instantly added some money to our bill. (Which should be illegal). We ordered food. My wife ordered baby back ribs w/ corn on cob and I order the smokehouse burger. When the food arrived there was no corn on the cob on my wife's and my burger was an entirely different thing to what I ordered. I recieved a 'chili's chili burger' which wasnt the chefs mistake, it was on our bill as a chili burger. I know british accents can be challenging for some Americans but smokehouse burger and chili burger dont sound even slightly alike. When I mentioned this to the server she seemed annoyed that I'd bothered her and she took my plate away. She returned to tell me It would be 4 minutes until the correct burger arrived and swiftly left again. About 20 minutes later my food arrived. It was one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. Not only was it dripping with grease but it was bland and under seasoned. When it came to pay the bill I noticed they were trying to charge me for both burgers. I made them rectify this and quickly paid and left. If this is a representation of chili's then I hope all tourists avoid.

Whenever we visit Orlando we always eat at Chilis at least 5 or 6 times, food is great and Frozen Margaritas are great - especially when they are on 2 for 1 !!!

There were 15 of us, they made us all social distance even though we were all together, works for me! Waitress did a great job dealing with all of us. Food was hot and tasty. No one dish to recommend, had a variety of food, all was good. Will go back.

While waiting to sit down the person seating people ignored us and went straight to the family who came in after us . She was not happy when we said ,that we were there before them ...not sure what her problem was . She was just rude ,we just walked straight out .

I used to love their food. Especially the "Just Bacon Burger" and the corn on the cob. Last time I, unfortunately, got rotten corn (it really looked gross). Now, every time I think about ordering food there I see the picture in my head of the rotten food - and I don't order. I did the survey after I picked up the food, but it looks like nobody cares.

Came to Chillis on Vineland. Ordered a chicken burger an fries and chicken bites. The portions were large an we couldn't eat it all. Service was good and server was friendly and quick. Reasonable prices.

We were excited to eat here after reading positive reviews. We were seated promptly then had a little wait for drinks but no problem the restaurant was busy. Our tacos arrived with a generous helping of tortilla chips and everything tasted fresh. What really let our experience down was the front of house server. When we asked for our check she continued to walk past our table and we were rudely told over her shoulder “your gonna need to give us a minute”. Not the customer service you would expect. Plenty other places to eat on IDrive where you receive better service.

The service was outstanding. Our server kept our drinks filled. Came by the table several times to check on us. Manager stopped by every table to check on food and service.

We have had the pleasure of both sit in and to go. And both are good the sit in was relaxed and the service was good we ordered from the meal for 2 for $25 and it was plenty of food with refillable drinks that didn't stop it was a good meal. Food was ok tasty and warm with good size portions. The to go didn't start well we had to wait for a server then the food took an age to arrive. But again it was plentiful possibly too much but $40 for 3 people including a dessert is good value.

I have never done a review for a restaurant before but this was up there with the worst food I have ever had. I wouldn’t have feed it to my dog and I don’t have one.

Very good the Hamburgers, well seasoned, with many tasty sauces, and well served, worth it, very good price, we will definitely return, and indicate.

My family and I have been waiting over 20 minutes for the appetizers!!, the staff seems to be all over the place with no clear guidance.

Nice and friendly personell, we had to wait for a while because it was quite busy. Tthe food is good and enough.

This was fantastic in all respects. Service was great attentive friendly. The food was great. My only criticism was it was a bit rushed. 3 adults 2 courses and a softdrink’$47. You can’t beat that. Would recommend.

We enjoyed dinner at this Chili's restaurant, the portions were really big! The food was tasty and great value for money, we could have easily shared a meal. There was a huge choice of meals and the service was great.

This is a great place for a casual bite to eat. They menu is primarily mexican based cuisine but there are some alternatives. They also let you know on the menu the level of spiciness so you can gage if you will like it or not before you order. The restaurant is clean and modern. The food is reasonably priced as well and there is always deals on. If you are on international drive, I recommend here to satisfy your mexican food cravings.

We visited Chili's twice during our recent Orlando trip & Chili's ticked every box. Highly recommend are the Smokehouse Combo dishes & the street corn is super tasty. Our server Kenny went above & beyond & we couldn't be happier with the experience.

I went to the Chili’s on I-Drive for lunch . It was very busy and seemed short staffed . In spite of that the food was awesome and the service was spectacular. My server Ari was still pleasant and efficient ! Thank you Ari I will be back !

Enreal food was amazing couldn't beat it but here's out of this world I will be going back when I visit

Well the service and food are great. A glass of iced water while we ordered as it was so hot outside and the 2 for $25 menu is great. The food came out prompt and hot and the portion sizes and good value for money. The service was the best we have had so far this holiday in Florida and this is far superior to Millers ale house where we ate the previous evening We will return as we couldn’t fault anything

Central Office location. Has a full typical Chili's menu and full bar. Staff was wonderful and the restaurant was exceptionally clean with up-to-date decor.

The food portions are mega, so large and so tasty! The margaritas are also next level definitely a reason to go back! The staff aren’t the best, we went twice and on both occasions our different servers forgot things and were quite slow. Also the restaurant isn’t the cleanest. But the food is delicious! The chips and salsa are defo one to try when you go

We came to this Chilis as a family recently. Worst service I've ever experienced. Upon walking in I should have trusted my instincts and walked out straight away - there were tables everywhere which had not been cleared full of dirty plates, the floor had chips and food leftovers where table areas had not been cleaned thoroughly. Nevertheless we were offered a table and quickly had drinks orders taken. Unfortunately the drinks took forever to show up. We ordered appetizers and main courses.......which arrived at the same time so we had no room on our table for anything. And to top it all off the server dropped the fajita accompaniments on a member of our party's head!!! The server was so embarrassed he didn't even really apologise - just mumbled something and then got a broom to clean up. Appalling experience.

Went here for dinner on Monday evening and to say disappointed was an understatement got seated quickly. then took 30 minutes for someone to finally come and take out drinks order and appetizers my husbands beer arrived with the appetizer then 10 minutes later my drink arrived The waitress didn’t even apologize for no one coming to greet us, I asked her why it took so long to be told oh you seem and at me No just want an explanation as to why the appetizer arrived before my southern comfort and sprite I know the restaurant was busy but 3/4 waiters walked passed us and didn’t even acknowledge She the. Continued to speak to my husband and not even look at me The main arrived but wasn’t great but we were so hungry and the drinks had taken long enough that we didn’t want to complain and apparantley the kitchen were running out of everything, didn’t realiE the kitchen made the drinks We will not be back here again other patrons were seated and waiters also walked passed them and they just got up and left which we probably should have but got told someone would be with you

Visited with family as a favourite of ours. Menu reduced but not the quality. Ordered Nachos and spicy mozzarella bites to start, spot on. 4 different main dishes picked and all enjoyed. Usual case of carry out boxes to take the remaining food back to the apartment. Service spot on and food arrived in a timely manner, good selection of drinks, always a night to leave the car at the hotel. See you soon.

Have eaten here a couple of times during business trips to Orlando and never had any complaints. Food has always been OK, with reasonable choices, cold beer and quick, friendly service. Mostly eat chicken here as rarely eat red meat and it has always been OK. No complaints.

15 of us went in as some of our party had eaten there twice and raved about the food and service but unfortunately when we all attended the kitchen staff sent the wrong dinner for one of us, sent a salad when a burger was ordered, the lady waited for her burger and the rest had finished their dinner when hers arrived and it was wrong again, she returned in and cancelled eating. They said they discounted our bill to compensate for her inconvenience but it didn’t show on our receipt. No reply from them to my e.mail about this, they e.mail your receipt so I replied about no discount. Also the server continually asked us about more drinks and she asked the kids rather than adults and as our tables were split up we didn’t realise this at the time. I have to say I did enjoy the food I ordered as did most of us but just let down with one meal.

The wait-time on a Sat. night in Jan. was 30 minutes, probably due to it's location in close proximity to Disney World. If you're willing to wait, the food is great and the service is superb.

Vacation Time in Kissimmee Fl. Always fun to stop at a Chilli’s their menu makes for easy selections. Had an enjoyable dinner with great service.

From the greeting to the food to the goodbye this was a fantastic evening. Our server was so attentive, there was a lot of choice and the food was tasty. If you are an international travel, I would recommend it. 5*

My husband got us take out twice during our week stay as we were staying nearby. Both times the food was excellent, well priced as some places in Orlando can be expensive. Food came back piping hot and really tasty. Highly recommended.

The two of us went for dinner on a Wednesday night having been here a couple of years previously. I had a couple of beers and my other half had pink lemonade with free refills. For food I had the smokehouse combo and opted for half rack of ribs and crispy chicken. Also included on the plate was fries, pickle, street corn and garlic bread. My other half had the ranchero chicken tacos. What a great meal. I had hoped they still done a mac cheese side as I had a couple years ago because it was the best mac cheese ever but sadly they have stopped doing it. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Had seen TikTok and YouTube videos recommending this place but having visited I don't know why! Easily the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. From the smell of uncleanliness at the door, to the visible dirt everywhere, to the hairs on the window sill, do yourself a favour and give this place a miss.

What can you expect from a chili’s, usually your average chili’s is just that: average. However this one was definitely below average. We had a pretty long wait for a group of 5, but you could definitely tell they were understaffed, which made me feel bad for the overwhelmed workers. Finally they showed us to a booth but once we sat down I noticed the table had ants all over it! They quickly reseated us but didn’t even offer an apology and acted as if it never happened. The window in our new seat was all rotted out, despite the rest of the building looking relatively new. Food was just average….what more can you say. The one thing lifting this review from a 1 to a 2 was our server! She was super sweet and accurate.

Upon arrival we were told the wait would be 30 minutes for a table even though there where several empty tables and yet several more not cleaned off yet. We opted to sit at a bar table that the host offered to clean off for us. Food was good. We split a couple appetizer samplers. Service was good though slow when it came to end of meal and we wanted the check and to pay and leave. Our server was no where to be found and our table didn't have a tabletop device. Overall good meal. I would recommend and would return.

I have traveled to Florida for more than 30 years and my 2 must do restaurants are chilis international drive and the Outback. We went to chilis last night and it was the worst experience ever. The beer was flat and tasted awful. I told the bartender but she was not interested. We sat down and ordered a starter which came up cold . After replacing the starter our main course was delivered before we had time to finish the starter.

We've been to Chilis so many times on Idrive. Occasionally the main will arrive half way through your starter. That's the only problem we've had. The food and drinks are great. Huge portions and we've always enjoyed our meal. The 2 for 1 is fab and the margaritas are yummy. The staff are so so busy bit always lovely and pleasant. We really miss Jason dont know when he left but he was an absolute asset to Chilis and all staff should aim to be like him.

We arrived at about 17:30hrs, the restaurant was fairly empty. We were seated promptly and all of the staff were very friendly. I can recommend the chicken crispers meal! Everyone’s meals were great and all the food came out hot. We loved the chips and salsa! I believe it was 241 on margaritas. By 18:30hrs the restaurant was very busy. So it is worth beating the rush coming slightly before this time. My daughter who is 8 lives playing in the computer / tablet which was on the table. She played games and did trivia questions with the table. This is a great addition. Great family meal

Came to Chilis on a recommendation and were amazed at how busy it was when we arrived. Its a fairly basic restaurant which lacks some of the finishing touches of others nearby but we could not fault the fajitas, which were very tasty and good portions. Our server was very friendly but we had to wait for ages for one of the meals (beef enchiladas) and it only arrived after a couple of reminders and by then everyone else was halfway through their dinners. We received an apology and our server explained another table had taken the dish in error - they did not charge us for that meal at the end, which was a nice touch. They must be doing something right looking at the queues, but we were left a little underwhelmed compared to other places we ate in International Drive.

We always visit Chili’s when in Orlando, again when we visited last night our service and food were excellent, we were served by Jessie who we remember from last year. Great service and a smile at all times. We will be back.

Staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Child friendly with tablets provided at each table to keep them entertained. Entrees were delicious and great variety to create a combo. Burgers were out of this world and the Molten Chocolate cake was to die for!! Will definitely be visiting again.

Went twice this visit , always pretty good Noticed bit different this year Not so bright with decor quite downy looking If it's been bought over Good all tasty American grub it does. But there mac n cheese needs alot to be desired too creamy Good value canny really fault especially with some prices out there

We ordered carry out and it was terrific. Prepared on time, everything was prepared wonderfully, all items were correct and hot!

Ate here more than once. Always busy, usually with a wait, which is fine as we sat at the bar. We had ribs and burgers which were excellent. Great value drinks, as it is 'always happy hour' so 2 for 1! Service was excellent - got to mention Kenny who remembered us after just one visit, welcoming is back and remembering what we had on the previous visit. 1 hiccup on our 3 visit which was sorted out immediately by the manager, without fuss. Great place to go after a day trekking round the parks.

Tall female server name beginning with T on 5/4/23 was great. Very attentive and friendly. Food was quick, drinks were good but mango margaritas to sweet. Can’t complain about our visit.

Joshua was one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. He was so nice, attentive and made our experience great. Will definitely come back to see him.

We did grub hub and had a family meal delivered. The salmon with green chili sauce was so awesome. We also had steamed broccoli and rice with it. The portions were generous and the food was done well. We will for sure eat here again.

Reasonably priced food which was tasty Beer not as good as some but had an enjoyable evening. Mix’s Combi good value and burgers very good though!

We waited an hour and a half after ordering food and got nothing. Got updates from the waiver when asked about it, just to say that the food was on its way. Then nothing. Didn’t even get refills unless flagged down and asked for. I get if the kitchen is understaffed, but at least let us know if that’s the case. The real issue was that tables who were sat after us and ordered after us go their food well before we could get anything. The only food we did get is chips that were ordered with the rest, but ONLY came immediately after reminding the waiter of them. So I’m not sure if it’s the kitchen to blame or the waiver or a mix of both. But very disappointing. I’ve never left a restaurant hungry and upset due to waiting so long for food. Other tables that DID get their food and who were sat before us also complained about the wait time for their food. Just unlucky tonight with the staff because I ate at this exact location a month ago and it was great. Great service and no issues. Both nights they were busy but completely different experiences. Roll the dice when dining here I guess.

We went early evening to the one in Championsgate and got a table for seven almost immediately. We ordered drinks and these came very quickly whilst we studied the menu. We had egg rolls as an appetiser, should have shared. My wife and I ordered the chicken and beef fajitas, excellent. Our waiter was attentive and efficient. I would definitely visit again and in fact we did the following week.

After spending money on a kids eat free card apparently it’s not excepted in this restaurant , Even though it’s still advertised on the website as checked before coming to restaurant, We only came in today as the kids eat free The restaurant itself is has a smell about it Dirty floors service is slow and seems staff really don’t seem to care , I was hopeful for a good dining experience as this trip hadn’t been good on restaurants, We travel a lot in the states and service and food have now become second to pricing and money No prices in the menu for drinks ??? Why A menu should state what you get for what price ,

This restaurant has it`s menu`s displayed in a stand outside the front door, so I had look at the menu one evening and decided to have dinner there that evening. My server was Jessica a very bubbly and friendly server ,I went for the combo option (brisket, chicken and fries). Corn on the cob was part of the combo option but! I`m not a fan of corn on the cob so had a different veg instead. Service from the kitchen was a bit slow . I thought the portion size was a bit on the small, for the price also when I ordered my meal I also ordered a diet coke also and didn`t get a refill, which is a standard thing in most restaurant`s . Food- average, Service- average and value of money again average.

On our first visit to Chili’s and couldn’t fault it the food was great and the service was fast. I took a picture although cut my burger in half before the picture was taken. Defo worth a visit

I ate lunch at Chili’s when I was doing some shopping down near International Drive. The restaurant was a little worse for the wear. The window near where I sat had significant termite damage to the wood window casing. The tables and things had lots of scratches and chips. The restroom was clean, but very worn and the finishes were in need of replacement. The service was very good. The hostess was friendly and the server was friendly and very attentive. The food was good and cooked properly. As a meal experience the food and service were great. The facility needs some attention.

Never been to a Chili's before, and figured it was just another big chain restaurant with a formula menu. I can't remember what meals we had, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the service. We would go there again.

Customer service shocking the lady who was on tonight had a right attitude, very poor customer service so we didn’t even entertain giving them our money

We went a Monday afternoon around 4:00. Moderately busy. Two people walked right by us waiting to be seated and didn't even acknowledge our presence. After a short wait, a person did take us to our table and someone would be there shortly.....apparently shortly to them is less than 10 minutes. We waited as we could see and hear wait staff talking to each other in kitchen. Finally, we just got up and walked out and honestly, i'm glad we didn't eat there. The floor was dirty, the menus felt grubby and the one my husband had was colored all over on one page obviously by a child but was never checked. We left and went to PJs and both felt we had to use the rest room to wash our hands before eating after being in that Chilis.

went here last week while on vacation on Saturday night at it was a mess. Vagrants outside attempting scams to start with. We go inside and no hostess....we waited 10 minutes then tracked down a manager who said she would be right back but that never happened so we sat ourselves in the bar area at a table. The table was filthy....waitress cleaned off after I asked her for a towel to do it myself. she was weeded with tables and we ended up staying there 2 hours,,,,this only because we were too tired to try another place. The server and most of the staff was unkempt and very unclean looking. One food-runner had her t-shirt pulled up so that SHE could show off her masculine looking arms. This place was a Zoo.45 minute wait for food....cashed ourselves out at table. Will not Be back!

We had a party of 6 adults. Seated quickly but it took a while until the server came to the table. Food came out in a timely manner and was about what we expected from a Chilis. The floors could use a really good cleaning.

Had Cajun chicken pasta. Disappointed. The pasta was dry needed more white sauce & there was no pram cheese grated on top. ate a little & took it home to fix it so I can eat it. Pls shape ip i dont want you cloding

this was one of our favourite places to eat on our family holiday. we opted for the two for $25 menu on the few occassions we visited here. it was good value and myself and my partner failed to visit the dessert. the staff are also pleasent and helpful.

We use to love chilis but not anymore.. dirty table no napkins never refilled our drinks, and to top it all off our 23 $ steaks were microwaved and rubber! When we said something his response was oh this happens well just take it off! No manager no apologies! Just oh ok!! Never again

My friends and I ate here three times on our recent holiday. The food was always hot and very tasty. The BOGOF deals on drinks were much appreciated! The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. This restaurant gets very busy so you may have to wait for a table at peak times - you can sit at the bar to wait or sit outside and watch the world go by. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My husband had been going on about this place prior to our travels and what can I say it was just as good as he said. Drinks 241 or free refills, food always tasted amazing and was always piping hot fantastic deals especially the 2 eat for $25. Service every day was always brilliant. Ended up returning here multiple times.

Chili's has the absolute best chips (fresh and warm and thin) and the salsa is perfect (not too chunky) and throw in some ranch sauce (also the best in the universe) and it literally doesn't get any better. The egg rolls are amazing, and the menu is very diverse.

Everytime we get a certain waitress, we get short changed and the manager always sides with her and we like the food,but not the hassle.

We had a great meal at Chili’s as a party of two. The food was really tasty. One of us had a burger, and the other went for fajitas, both cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The cocktails were spot on too, with plenty of choices. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, checking in just the right amount without being over the top. Everything came out quickly, and we felt well looked after. Overall, a really enjoyable visit. Tasty food, great drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely come back!

My girlfriend and I have heard good things about this restaurant and didn't get a chance to visit during our trip back in May, however this time in November we did and we are so glad we managed too. The staff were friendly, polite and prompt and the food and atmosphere were great. The only issue we had (which we didn't tell the waitress) as it wasn't the end of the world) was that my girlfriend asked for her Burger to come with no Bacon and I asked for no Coleslaw whereas both these requests were missed. It wasn't a major issue as the Coleslaw was actually ok compared to many which I really dislike and I just had the Bacon from my partners burger

Have seen many British bloggers rave about Chili's so we were looking forward to giving it a try. Service was really good and restaurant clean and tidy despite being busy. The food however is very average, granted it isn't expensive but it just wasn't nice enough for us to consider a repeat visit.

Timed our visit just right as no wait for a table, starter of triple dipper was lovely, followed by a smokehouse combo which was delicious but too big a dish for me to finish, the rest of the family all had burgers which they all enjoyed. Our server Eric had some good banter with us and made us laugh. We played the interactive table quiz against five other tables in the restaurant and absolutely smashed them at the music quiz while we waited for our food. By the time we left the place was heaving and they were queuing out the door to get in. An enjoyable meal overall.

We were a party of 6 who came for lunch between soccer games. Drinks were 2 for 1 and the service was excellent. The chips and guacamole were a great starter, and most of us had the standard fare of burgers and chicken selections. It was all good and what you'd expect from a Chili's - good food and fast service.

Visited last night, service was great, waiter was on point. Food portions are massive and my teenagers didnt manage to eat everything. The hot sauce was a little salty but food was well cooked and you get plenty of it. Next time I would deffinetly share a main.

We visited here almost everyday during our holiday for either lunch, drinks, dinner or all three and never left here disappointed. The choice and quality food is second to none and even if you just visit the bar you are in for a great time. I didn't catch the bar tender's name, but everytime we went in there we had such a laugh with him and we can't wait to come back next April to catch up with him again (he normally works the lunchtime shift and if you mention the 'salt on napkin trick' and '405 777 7777' he can identify himself to you!)

First time at chillis bar and grill and have to say this has probably been our best meal so far in Orlando!! I had the big daddy? Burger and have to say it was the best burger I have EVER tasted. We went as a family of 6, service was excellent and fast even though there was a slight wait due to it being full. We all enjoyed our meals and all said the same that it was the best meal so far and we’ve tried a few! Also drinks amazing you have to try the margaritas they are amazing value and taste great! We will definitely return $87 for 6 with the taste card included discount an absolute bargain

Not sure if it was the 2 cocktails we had or the food but the following day we could not leave the apartment. Everything we had eaten at Chili's the night before came out one end or the other. We were so excited to eat at Chili's that we held off' to our penultimate night in Florida. Busy but only waited 15 minutes to be seated. No starters - we went straight for the mains. 2 of us had the 'offer' of ribs, chicken smothered in plastic cheese, sweetcorn, fries, gherkin, some other stuff & garlic bread. Neither of us ate much of it. 3rd person had chicken and, again, did not each much. We just thought we were over tired but we were all unwell that night & the next day. Let's just say we recognised what we had eaten when we saw it again! Hopefully this blip was just a one-off as we were much better the following day. As other people have mentioned, we did feel rushed to eat and be out. Host was great but keen to get us out, table cleaned and the next punters in :(

Had two dinners and one lunch here on our recent visit to Orlando. Excellent choice of foods and a really keenly price lunch menu. The onion petals were superb along with the steaks, chicken tenders and loaded mash potatoes. First class service and a must place visit when in International drive

We expected good service from this place but we were a family of 5 and the waitress asked us to wait for 20 minutes we could see empty seats but still she did not call us. The people who came after us got their seats sooner. Very disappointing from a chain like this do not visit

The restaurant was busy and the staff were run off their feet. We were seated near the "take out" counter, which was very noisy. We were not given any time to choose from the large menu, the server did not offer any but asked 3 time if we wanted a drink from the bar. We chose a starter to share and it came very quickly, as soon as we finished our main was put down. It was not that hot . I ordered a glass of wine and my husand ordered a beer, instead of one pint of beer, my husband was given 2 half pints, "they had no pint glasses". I questioned the server about my wine, as it tasted as if watered down. I was told "NO". We left feeling very disappointed about the whole meal. I doubt if we will ever return.

Chillis is always on our list to visit when in Orlando. Great selection of food for adults and children alike and fab drink offers. Cocktails and beers on 2 for 1.

We had a great experience at Chili’s in Orlando. We ordered mozzarella sticks, ribs, tenders, and chips, and everything came out fresh and tasted really good. The ribs were especially enjoyable, and the appetizers were exactly what we were hoping for. The service was friendly and efficient, and the value for money was very solid. Overall, a satisfying meal with good food and great service. The portion sizes were also huge, we needed a box to take away.

We visited here four years ago and had a brilliant meal and the atmosphere was good, so when we decided to come back to florida we was all looking forward to eating back at chilli's. What a disappointment we had a 30 minute wait due to only half of the restaurant being open. When we was shown to our table all you could see was empty tables that hadn't been cleaned from previous guests and the floor was full of litter (pop/soda lids and straws) and food was on the floor. Right then I should have just walked out but we thought it might just be a staffing issue. So we ordered our meal and drinks (only one course) it took about 40 mins to come. We had a combo meal then a Bacon cheese burger, a big mouth Chicken sandwich, I had a fajitas (chicken and shrimp) and a kids pizza. Now when the fajitas come out it was half the size of 4 years ago (and a lot more expensive) but every thing seemed OK until I started to eat it , the shrimps was not cooked and really cold/raw in the middle and there was no way I was going eat these. Then I tried the bean sauce that comes with the meal and that was hot on the outer and cold in the middle (so obviously microwaved) and the peppers was raw. I brought this to the attention of the waitress who said she would tell the kitchen and that was it, nothing was done about it and still charged full price (meal for 5 one course and a drink come to $100) Within 30 mins of getting out my daughter said she felt sick and once we got back to our hotel she started to vomit. Might just be a coincidence but after my meal i would say it's down to food poisoning.

Customer service is lacking. I usually write a much more thorough review, but I won’t review the food. As soon as we came in and we’re sat into a table that had a wobble way too crazy to ignore. Asked the server to change tables and we’re told they’re all the same “in this section, people just fix it with paper towels” that’s what I was given. Customer service is low-end tonight. Our server’s clearly not happy doing what she’s doing right now. Also he advised. They’re closing at 9pm. Restaurants around 436/airport struggling that much?

We've been on holiday here for a few weeks and Chilis was our go to takeaway the whole time, and we loved it and had no problems with the food. However we yesterday they got my order wrong and gave me a beef burger instead of chicken?? We ordered again tonight and the pasta was all hard and chewy. It's put me off and it's a shame because it was so nice before...

We ate here on our first night out last week and chose here because of the good reviews. When we arrived the 2 uninterested guys on the front desk said it would be 30 minutes for a table to which we said fine and ordered drinks at the bar while we waited . After about 40 minutes of watching many people enter and get seated before us we decided to confront the 2 guys who then tried to deny that they had seen us , however a very friendly server overheard our discussions and seated us immediately and I must say that from that moment on the food and service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals . Just a shame about the 2 clowns front of house.

We enjoyed dinner here with salad and burgers. Since it is a chain you know the menu and what to expect when you get there. The service was good, beer cold and a good value overall.

Myself and two friends came here on a Monday night for dinner. A sign on the door let us know that they were short-handed and asked us to please be patient. We were completely fine with that. I understand the current situation and would never hold that against a business. However, the behavior of the “hostess” was completely unacceptable and out of line. Quite possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. I’m sorry it was such an inconvenience for her to find us a table. This person should not be employed by any business that deals with the public. Once we were seated, things did begin to look up. Our waiter, Jason maybe, was friendly and efficient. The food was what I would expect from Chilis, not awesome, but satisfactory. When it came time to pay the bill, there was some sort of issue with their computers and we were unable to complete the transaction on their little portable machines. We were told they were rebooting their system. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. Our waiter basically disappeared during this time, coming by once or twice and saying the exact same thing that they were restarting. Nothing was offered to us, no drinks, no complimentary anything for the inconvenience. It was probably at least a 30 minute wait just to pay our bill. Probably longer. Completely unacceptable. We all have worked in the service industry, and understand things happen. But this was handled very poorly. Our waiter hid in the back and gave us the same stock answer when he did appear.. He could’ve handled the situation much better. One more thing, one member of our party ordered a Sprite, which tasted like complete swill. We informed our waiter of this but no offer was made to remove it from our bill. I know every Chilis is different, but this will definitely cause me to think twice before visiting another one.

We visited this Chili's for a weekday lunch with a party of 13. Everything went quite easily! We were seated together in the back, and received drinks quickly. Food came out soon, too, and we all enjoyed everything. For such a large party, we were impressed at the service. No complaints, only applause!!!

The food was hot and tasty. Customer service was nice and we didn't have to wait long even with them being busy.

We used to loved this place. We last went just before covid and thought we’d go again since we were back in Florida. It really has gone downhill. So scruffy , the windowsills had hair and bits of food on them, the table felt sticky. Never used to be like that. Service was very good but food wasn’t great. Won’t visit again in future, needs money spending on it, new tables etc.. and a new cleaner.

I am always surprised at the overall low ratings that Chili's gets. Maybe I just like the casual food and casual atmosphere, but I always seem to have a better than average experience than the general reviewers that visit. This visit was no exception, loved everything we tried. Service was standard, not over the top good, but good enough. We had a queso dip starter and te=hen 2 cups of soup, one baked potato, and one chicken enchilada. Then the entrees were Margarita grilled chicken and cajun pasta - so much food we had leftovers in the hotel room before flying out the next day! And let's not forget the jumbo yummy margaritas.... love the flavor selection they always offer! Overall another good visit!

The Quesadilla here are amazing. I could've drank them. Pretty fun place, a tablet on each table and you can play games against other tables.

Upon entry to the restaurant, it looked busy which was a good indicator for me that the food must be good. We were told by the staff to expect a 45 minute wait to be seated (no problem). After an hour or so, we asked again how much longer we would likely be waiting. The Staff were unable to say and at this point we we’re getting a little frustrated as we we’re fairly sure that the seater had lost control of the queue as it appeared that people who had arrived after us were seated first. We finally got seated and then waited 15 minutes with no one coming to take our order. A new group of people were seated behind us (group of girls) and had their order taken almost immediately. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have had to laugh but this was the final straw for me and we went across the road to Buffalo Wild Wings (which was one hundred percent better). I believe the reason for this poor experience was the restaurant being understaffed and inefficiently managed. The management of the customers waiting for tables was poor and when we were finally seated, there appeared to be plenty of vacant tables (both clean and dirty) as well as a section that was roped off. This indicates the restaurant may be understaffed (perhaps the route of the problem) as customers we’re having to wait an hour to be seated when there are clearly vacant tables.

Used to be a good place before pandemic. Service okay. Ordered drink,took 10 minutes to get. Only 12 people in restaurant.Still great food.

Took forever to get seated ,even though the place was empty,service was the best part ,my server was nice ,but I found a hair on my chips ,I ordered a steak and the fries and the rice were cold ,obviously not coming back to this location,also they need to improve on cleanliness.

I went to this restaurant because I had had a bad experience at the Chili's near Lake Buena Vista and I wanted to take a friend out to eat on their birthday. So the best thing was that Casandra was our server and she was totally awesome. Casandra has a fantastic and giving personality and did she shine. She took care of all of our needs in getting us drinks and suggesting items on the menu, too. Casandra was very helpful with everything that we needed and really made us feel at home. The food was good, too, as I had the fajitas from the lunch menu and my guest had the burger. He was really quite happy with the burger and the fajitas were pretty good, too. I think that the only downside in the restaurant is that all of the Chili's seen to have air conditioning vents right over the tables and it was blowing cold air on us while we were eating. That was even with the temperature outside at 60% F. So be sure to take a jacket or you will be cold.

Very very busy the week of Christmas but for us, it was worth the wait. Food selection was good and everything tasted great. Our server really made a big difference, offering us to take our drinks to go. Would definitely recommend.

Just up the road from where we stayed at the Enclaves so popped in here frequently on the way back from trips around International Drive. Had a few meals which were all very nice. Have to recommend the Onion Petals which are to die for, but ask for the honey chipotle dipping sauce instead of the one that comes with it as its just that little bit more spicy. The Fajitas were the best I've had in Orlando, especially the steak ones. Was really good at night sitting at the bar watching the american sports and downing a few house beers. Highly recommend this place.

Had to walk out from how filthy this place is. See it for yourself. I get the shortage of staff, but clean your restaurant. Absolute insult to this brand. BAD MANAGEMENT

We had a great lunch here. Special $10 lunch menu. Appetizer and entree. Had the chicken enchilada soup with the Chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl. Both were wonderful and large portions for a lunch menu. Nicely spiced and flavorful. Many gluten free options available. Very good food for a wonderful price. Attentive staff and friendly. Highly recommend it here. It was the 6949 S Semoran Blvd location near the airport.

Went to chillis after recommendations from others staying at hotel. This place is fantastic best value for money. We went twice as loved it so much. Service was brilliant and the best cocktails

Attentive start and taken to table, host always seemed to be in a rush and didnt speak clearly. Food ordered it was out in no time, I never see that as a good sign, and presentation was more plonked on tray than placed - very greasy too. One plate was cleared before the other had finished - it was busy but no need to clear up so eagerly as there wasnt a queue out the door!! Check arrived quickly so we got up and paid and left - would avoid this place and head a little further down I-Drive to BJs if you're looking for diner style eatery

A few years ago this place had queues out the door, a big welcome once inside, bustling friendly staff and a real buzz. How things have changed A greeter that didn’t look interested, a wait time despite half empty restaurant, staff that took a while to get to you, super average menu that used to have some real exciting dishes. Used to highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Now I’d just not mention it and forget about it.

An incredible story which we never experienced in life and hopefully will never happen to us. Waiting for a table for three in a fast food restaurant is not at all pleasant but the waiter guided us to the table and two minutes later asked us who seated us on this table. My wife responded you and he said that is strange. Another two minutes later he came again to our table and said that we were not meant to get this table and that we should stand up. That was too much for us. We left immediately this unfriendly place with a waiter who does not know how to treat customer. If this is how people are treated in this place better keep off.

we ordered the two for $25 special. There was so much food we had to take our onion pedals home to go. Drinks were promptly refilled, and the place was fairly empty however we were adequately spaced out. Everything was great and we had a great time at this place. We paid at the table with the new machines they have and all worked out fine. Thank you!

Staff rude and obnoxious, you can wait for a table for an hour then a friend comes in who hasn’t booked and they are seated! Really miss the politeness and friendliness of Florida as my experience this year has been poor! Chilli’s is busy which I thought demonstrates good food unfortunately that wasn’t the case on my experience !

Family of 3, arrived at 6:30pm and told there will be a 30 - 45 min wait. After 50 min and still not seated, with over 5 empty tables available (in the open section). I then speak to the young man who says he’ll try and get us seated. We’re then seated 12 mins later with 3 empty tables next to us empty and uncleaned (stacked with dishes). Waitress passes by about 15 min later and says she’ll be back. A Table of 3 is then seated nearby and a different waiter with them in approximately 5 mins. We then overheard him telling them that there is a long wait on food. After waiting a further 15 mins without being served, we had to leave and didn’t see the waitress the entire time as we left and went to the car. Clearly not well managed, Insufficiently staffed and needs a good strategy for managing bookings, seating and clearing tables.

Had a few take outs from here from the $25 menu, lots of choices. 1 starter, choice of several mains and a dessert, cheese cake was delicious. We’re in the hotel next to chillis so food was still hot when we took it back to our room, it was always happy hour whilst we were waiting for food, I had the house margaritas. Sweet salty and sour. Perfect. Would recommend.

After a long day of traveling (and being Hangry) the only thing that you want to do is get your food and go to the hotel room. We arrived at this restaurant and the wait time to be seated was 30 minutes. Therefore, we decided to just order take-out. Can you believe that our food was ready in 10 minutes???? These people are FAST!

Chile’s is a very predictable place. We happened to get there for happy hour so we had two Chardonnay for the price of one. I would have preferred to pay full price for a decent wine. I would suggest something like Woodbridge for a house wine over Canyon Road. We had quick service and order dinner while we had our drinks. The food came out quickly and it was good. However, the awesome blossom onion pedals are anything but awesome. I would pass on those. The burgers are always good.

On a normal night would have given 4 stars but we visited on the night Storm Dorian came through, with half the restaurant shut and clearly running on less staff they deserve the 5 th star for a great meal. Yes we waited to be seated, bout 10 mins and yes some tables weren’t getting cleared that quickly but service was good, even but slow, was friendly helpful and didn’t make us feel rushed. Food was good and beer on offer with 2-4-1!! I’m a bit of a spice wimp and always worry things will be too spicy but our server was really helpful with advising good dishes. Have tried to go back but always a queue to get in, a great sign if you ask me. Hopefully will get back before we leave.

Actually could not fault it! I had a 3 for me deal for $10.99 it came with a starter, a main and a drink. I had soup to start, not big but nice tasting, a burger as a main (big smash burger, normally $15 on its own) and a soft drink. Never going to be 10/10 but was great and value for money!

On arrival, told 25-30 mins for a table, and to wait at bar. Took 45 mins to actually be seated. At bar, told kids bottomless drinks would transfered over to table, so we ordered then but, on being seated, told this was not correct and we'd need to pay for a new order of bottomless drinks for each kid as now 'in the restaurant'. This was thankfully rectified (by I assume management). Our server began polite enough but this mess-up with the drinks then set a bad tone. He had no interest in being polite after this and treated us like we were an inconvenience from then. Food was nice enough but the biggest issue was our daughters order of Fajitas. They were delivered on the skillet without tortillas or any accompaniments. The air-con mafe it feel like we were in the antarctic and by the time the majority of the table had finished eating, her food was cold. We did ask our server for these items twice and even asked the concierge girl (who told us "I can't help. Ask your server", then proceeded to shake her head at us). Thankfully, a lovely gentleman (presumably the manager) asked of he could help and brought the tortillas, he then followed up with the accompaniments when he realised we'd not been given any of it. (All the while, our actual server avoided us like the plague). The icing on the cake was when he eventually did come over to clear the table and proceeded to spill a full cup of ranch all over the floor (thankfully missing my brothers trainers). It was basically the worst restaurant experience we've had (and we eat out a lot). So, I feel sorry for the gentleman whom I believed to be the manager - he seemed to be doing his best but, I don't have high hopes for this location doing well with the rude and dismissive staff. (Note: We've visited this location every time we've come to Orlando from the UK and sadly I think tonight will be our last)

We had a few lovely lunches here and 1 dinner so far during our holidays. The combo lunch is great value. The chicken enchilada soup and double burger is fantastic. The service we got from bith Amanda and Candice on different occasions was great. I would highly recommend this over TGI’s (see separate review).

I returned to the first Chilis I met, back in 2013. The place is still very similar, serving the usual classics. The dishes are generous in size, and they arrive fast. The service is good.

Not impressed with food. Ordered the platter....nothing good except for the ribs on it. Brisket consisted of a spoon full of dried beef not edible on a piece of toast. I am not kidding. Chicken was overcooked. Only had a choice of 3 items. Fries were good. I used to like chilies but now I don’t think I will return

A very busy place but we were quickly seated. Thumbs up. Great value of food, service and athmospere. Definitely we enjoyed the visit.

We have ate here on more than once occasion and it never disappoints. There was a 30 minute table wait on this occasion, busy times. A great meal was eventually had by all, the table electronics a very nice touch for my bored child. We fully recommend the food here. See you next April!

We stopped here after a day at Universal Studios for some food. Every other place we called/tried had close to an hour wait. We were told 20 minutes with 6 people. That was much more reasonable for us with kids. The only “con” to this visit was the wait. We ended up waiting closer to 35-40 minutes. However, this was apparently due to a group of 18 and reservation issues. They said their reservation was misplaced or forgotten and it was already 30 minutes after their reservation time when we arrived. Coming from previous waitstaff experience, some other group could have taken longer than planned or another group could have say themselves at one of the places reserved for the group. Things happen. Again, the extended wait is the only “bad part” of the visit and it was still shorter than most places. A gentleman who I am assuming was the manager kept checking on me as well. Once it was our turn, the hostess was super sweet. The waitress was very friendly. My brother and his fiancé loved the 2 for 1 margaritas as well as the waitress’s “it’s always happy hour at chili’s” comment. For being a packed house, our server was relaxed and friendly and out service was relatively quick. We had the Nachos, a Cajun chicken pasta, kids tenders meals, an adult tenders meal (my husband is a big child), and one other thing. Everything came out hot and delicious! We were very happy with our experience here. The food and service were both great! Thanks for having such great and attentive staff even when the place is bursting at the seams with people! I was thoroughly impressed with the courtesy of the staff and quality of the food/service! If we are back in the area, I would totally come again!

Disgusting, dirty, smelly place with shockingly bad customer service!!!!!!! Yuck, yuck, yuck! Never again!!!! We ate at numerous places during our 3 week visit to Orlando and thus was the only place that I wouldn’t recommend (even to the local vermin.).

We visited on Friday evening (Friday 21st July 2023) after a busy day. We had to wait a little while to be seated but we understood as it was a busy Friday night on International Drive. After a 15 minute wait we were seated and the place was filling up. Autumn was our server. Autumn is great. Super friendly, super efficient and really looked after us. The drinks were kept flowing. If you have been to the US before you will know all about Chilli's. Good portion sizes, good value, good meal and drink deals. Chilled and relaxed. We were left full and had to get the standard "to go box" as we couldn't finish everything. We would advise booking if you can, especially on a weekend after 19.00 Once again thanks to Autumn for looking after us

Always surprised that this outlet of Chili's is not higher in the ratings as we have been here on numerous trips to Orlando and never ever been disappointed! A massive order of ribs - great that they provided half with honey/chipotle with the other with a tasty dry rub - which were so tender the meat jumped off the bones. We also had the Chicky Chicky Bleu which was sizeable and equally tasty. A 2-4-1 on Blue Moon made this visit perfect and Caitlin looked after every single thing we needed.

Long wait for a booth so took a tall table by bar. Nice atmosphere. Was sat under the air con unit so really cold waiting for food. Asked to move which seemed to be a problem with waitress. Kids food order taken down wrong, 1 arrived my no fries. My burger arrived off the bun. Watched my beer for 10 mins on the bar before it was brought to me. Had to ask for refills. Charged $2 for table entertainment. Felt no need to leave a tip. Couldn't wait to leave. Won't be back.

Just had dinner here. Wait time for a table was about 40 minutes. Once seated, our server Simone was AWESOME. Great attitude, customer service, and very attentive. Our food came out fairly quickly, hot and delicious. With everyone in the industry being understaffed, I made sure to compliment her on the excellent service. She mentioned that while the wait staff was fairly full tonight, the kitchen is where their issue was. They only had 3 cooks in, which was the reason for the long wait to be seated in an effort to make sure they didn't crash the kitchen. She even mentioned that the manager on duty was in the kitchen helping them cook. As a local and a member of the service industry myself, I was very pleased with their efforts to keep the restaurant flowing as well as it was. Definitely made for one of our better restaurant experiences during this entire pandemic era. Thanks so much for a great dinner Simone and team! Really appreciate your efforts tonight!
