The food at Chimba was amazing,delicious and fantastic but the costumer service that Andres provides was excellent and extraordinary. You need to try good food with good service!

The place itself is modern yet balanced with greenery. Very cute. I very much recommend the ceviche, it’s refreshing and light. As a main I decided to try the shrimp chaufa and asked for siracha on the side and it was spectacular 😍 filling to say the least. I ended my meal with a citrusy sweet dessert, key lime tres leches which was to die for. I normally don’t go for citrus desserts but considering the heat in Miami it’s perfect for this weather

Excellent place, with a live DJ the day we went, a full bar of drinks that were prepared in plain sight. The Argentine empanadas were incredible, we also shared an octopus and Milanese that we couldn't finish due to their size. Great experience and we will return soon

Starting with mood, it’s a beautiful place with a great location. The staff were the best in the service industry! Andres was an exceptional help and made my family’s day out special. He was especially kind to my toddler son. My wife was FLOORED with how good the food was, I couldn’t even get a photo of the food before she was eating it!

I went for the first time a few months ago, and from the moment you walk in, it's a pleasant experience. Right from the entrance, you can tell you're going to have a great time. The variety of dishes they offer reminds you of your roots, the cocktails are excellent, and the service is noteworthy. The music and the atmosphere ultimately complete a great moment to spend with whomever you wish, whether it's a date or with your family. Highly recommended in every aspect.

Really a very good experience in every way. Amazing service and food another Level!! Especially the sautéed loin and the sambayon ice cream with quince! You have to prove it.

I have been there yesterday with some friends. I was my 30th birthday and everything was incredible, from the service to the quality and fast kitchen. The meat came cold and at the wrong temperature... the white rice was strange and the water offered by the house showed particle suspended ... they drinks were good and also the empanadas .

Absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! The overall quality was great, the atmosphere was spectacular, and the variety of dishes available was excelent. Among the plethora of excellent options, I highly recommend trying their Spinach Gnocchi, "Lomito", and their Hamburger. Every dish I tried was perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was delightful; it provided a welcoming and relaxed vibe, making it an ideal spot for a great dining experience.

A colorful place, with a good vibe, excellent for having a few drinks and taking advantage of happy hour. An instagrammable place, the empanadas as a starter were exquisite, we ordered several dishes to share since the portions are quite generous, the attention of the guys was very pleasant, especially Andres who was always attentive and very kind to us, it was like being with another friend ! They say that every Wednesday there are specials and it's a great time! I would definitely return!

Came in solo after a long day of meetings. Was just planning to have a glass of wine and maybe a small bite. My server recommended the grilled branzino, he said it was one of his favorites. Glad I listened. The pepper sauces were super tasty and paired perfectly with the fish. Service was quick and friendly. The whole place had this warm, cozy vibe. I really enjoyed this dinner, great find

Incredible experience! From the attention at reception, the waiters and all the staff, very attentive!! As for the food, everything was exceptional and very good dishes. And note that the starter empanadas would definitely be ordered again! The drinks are very innovative and excellent!! I recommend it 100%, I will definitely return!

Chimba is a nice restaurant and worthy of a try, but not really up there with the top level places in Miami. As is fairly common the small dishes were very good while the mains suffered. We ordered snapper and ribeye because of the paucity of interesting options and they were both so salty that it really detracted from the enjoyment of the dishes. I'm not sure why Miami restaurants often feel the need to do this - maybe the typical diner here prefers it? Shrimp chaufa was better and quite substantial. The restaurant wasn't busy but the process was more typical of a restaurant overwhelmed with customers. We got one dish we hadn't ordered and the medium-rare ribeye we requested initially came out well-done. The servers were very pleasant and attentive and these issues were quickly corrected. Prices are fairly typical of 2023 Miami - expect to pay $70/person including service if you eat enough to be full and have one drink.

Love the vibes. Love the food. Everything was incredible. We had the Brussels sprouts, every type of empanadas, mezcalitas, pellegrino mocktails, branzino, fries and pork belly tacos. Literally every dish was perfect, and the service was top-tier. Thank you to Florencia, who took care of us.

We went with 3 couples and we thought it was an incredible new restaurant! It is a mix of Latin cuisine elevated to a higher gastronomic level than what is currently available in Miami! Good meats, shrimp tiraditos, arepas, wow really everything is very good!

I visited Chimba last month! I have to say that the entire experience was amazing. The restaurant its a super cozy place and the service is amazing. I had a rib eye at the bar with a chimba margarita. My bartenders Julia and Pete did it great! I would totally recommend it to anyone. Perfect spot to relax, chill and enjoy!

This is a nice place good vibe and good service. However, the food is not as good as we expected. I had fish and it was cold and saggy. The ceviche is mediocre. The tira super fatty. And the sweetbreads were saggy.

A local friend who has lived here for years highly recommended this spot so I had to give a try. The moment I walked in I immediately noticed the vibrant and colorful decor, Instagram-worthy design. I ordered the meat sandwhich (no onions, of course) and it was decent. The meat was tender, well-seasoned and cooked just right. But the highlight of the meal was lime dessert. Even though I'm trying to stick a diet I couldn't say no. It was light, slightly tangy and had just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely worth it. The only thing I'd love to see is a bit stronger lime punch. I adore anything with citrus so a bolder taste would've made it 10/10. Service was also a win. My server was super friendly and just all-around great energy.

I stopped in and was amazed to find myself in a beautiful setting and the aroma from the kitchen fueled my appetite to see what selections were on the menu. This concept offers happy hour, live music, culinary dishes paired with a premium beverage program. After a long day out I wanted a solid meal without the Miami Beach chaos. Found this place just 15 minutes away and it hit the mark. Great energy, no pressure and my grilled porterhouse came out fast and cooked just right. Thiago behind the bar deserves a mention, he is a cool guy, made some great drinks and just made you feel welcome. There's something about the way the staff moves that tells you they know what they are doing. Would absolutely come back

We found out about chimba because a family friend recommended the place to us, so we decided to go, and the truth is that the place surprised us a lot, the atmosphere of the place is incredible, good music, all the people are very attentive and they make you feel at home, not to mention the food…. We tried the churrasco, the Milanese on horseback, the tenderloin and the truth is that it was a 10/10... and the empanadas from that place for God's sake 100/100... if you want to have a pleasant time, with good food and at a good price, I recommend Let them stop by chimba.. we are definitely going to return

Every time we're in Miami we love coming to this place. We've been for both Brunch and Dinner and they never disappoint. Amazing food and incredible atmosphere are in order at Chimba. The food quality compared to price is difficult to beat. For brunch, the chilaquiles are delicious as is the house omelet. Do yourself a favor and come to Chimba.

We're in Miami for a week and this was the 4th spot we tried on our day 2. It stood out in a good way. It was pretty close to our place so we decided to drop in. The staff were really welcoming, greeting us like regulars and setting a nice tone from the start. Our server gave some tips on what to order which we appreciated. The meat was cooked well and had great flavor. Portions were generous, maybe even a bit much for lunch. We could not finish everything. The price point was reasonable for the location I guess. Pro tip - save some room for the flan with coconut streusel. Worth every calorie

This was my 3rd time to Chimba. The place never disappoints. Food is amazing and the service is attentive. Today, we came for brunch. The Chilaquiles were some of the best I've ever had. The carnitas were moist and flavorful. The chips still retained their texture while absorbing the flavor of the salsa. I'll be back next time I'm in Miami!

I don't usually write reviews but this spot made me stop and think - why not. The atmosphere felt just right- bright, airy and not too loud which made it easy to actually enjoy the moment. We both went (with my bf) went for different mains to sample more of the menu and everything that came out looked and tasted fresh. Prices were fair for the area and portions were solid too. I only wish we'd had more time to linger and try dessert but maybe it's better to leave with a reason to return.

Memorable dishes. If you are looking for an option with variety and quality this is the best. A trip around South America in one place, which is favorable when it comes to groups, since not everyone wants to eat food from one country. The tickets are finger-sucking, the spectacular Argentine empanadas, the amazing gizzards and ceviche, the spectacular entrees, the octopus dish is something not to forget, and the dessert of delicious meringue. Alexis' attention flawless.

Came here with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and had an awesome time! The vibe was super chill, and the happy hour deals were on point. Camila, the bartender, was an absolute rockstar! Super friendly, on top of everything, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she really cares about making sure everyone’s having a good time. She sent us complimentary shots for our celebration, which was such a nice touch. Little things like that go a long way. Definitely coming back.
