The restaurant had a classy, elegant and beautiful decor. The seating was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and attentive. You must try the Peking duck. It was the best Peking duck that I’ve ever had as it was delicious. It was not gamey or fatty and it was cooked perfectly. The wraps were super thin and the crispy skin was light and crunchy. Also loved the shrimp toast as it wasn’t greasy and it was full of flavor.

Extremely flavorful food and wonderful service. Both the beef and chicken were perfect - not a drop of fat or gristle. Our dessert was adorable - it was mousse shaped like a teddy bear laying on a pillow of chocolate sauce. Could not have been a better meal.

Fantastic. Beautiful restaurant, quiet and classy. Staff is awesome and the food is excellent. The Peking duck is spectacular

We were recommended to this up market restaurant for a Saturday night dinner. It transpired to be the worst dining experience I have had anywhere. Service was slow and the waiting staff were inexperienced and did not have a clue about the food or drink. One of the fish meals was "off" and the server started arguing with us. We had to send the other meals back and eventually left without eating. This restaurant is a disaster zone. There are many great places to eat in Vegas. This is not one of them

Everything I ordered was delicious. I loved the ambiance and the service was excellent. I would definitely eat here again.

I loved this restaurant. Everything about this restaurant was great. The Peking duck was fantastic. It was presented and carved with such reverence and skill. The black pepper beef was top shelf as well. We got situated in the middle of the restaurant and it allowed us to get a peek into every room that had a different theme. The environment was so serene and relaxing. The clouds on the ceiling even moved gently. The service was great as well with suggestions and information. Howie steered us to a great rice selection with duck added, a Pinot noir wine that paired perfectly to the duck and a raspberry custard dessert that packed a lot of flavor. Dale gave us very valuable information on the best way to quickly get to the Sphere to get to our Eagles concert as soon as possible. Overall, it was the best duck I have ever had, best Chinese restaurant I have been too and definitely in our top three Las Vegas restaurants we have ever been to and we travel there a lot over many, many years.

An Unforgettable Peking Duck Odyssey at Chyna Club, Fontainebleau Las Vegas For discerning palates and true aficionados of Peking Duck, look no further than Chyna Club at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Our recent visit transcended a mere dinner; it was a meticulously crafted and spectacularly executed Peking Duck Tasting Experience that, in our humble opinion, sets a new benchmark in Las Vegas. From the moment we stepped into the elegant ambiance of Chyna Club, the tone was set for an evening of culinary excellence. Our journey began with a fascinating Duck Fat-Washed Cocktail, a testament to the restaurant's innovative spirit. This molecular gastronomy creation, featuring intriguing brandy caviar, was a playful yet sophisticated overture to the duck feast that awaited. What truly distinguishes Chyna Club's offering is its comprehensive tasting menu. While other esteemed establishments in Las Vegas certainly offer exquisite traditional Peking Duck, Chyna Club elevates it into an all-encompassing culinary narrative. We savored the duck prepared in a multitude of ways, from delightful duck croquettes and a refreshing duck salad to comforting duck wonton soup, flavorful duck stir-fry, and perfectly seasoned duck fried rice and chow mein. As our exceptional Head Server, Denny, aptly put it, this menu is indeed "for those who want a lot of food" – and he was absolutely right! Every dish showcased a different facet of the duck, ensuring no two bites were the same, culminating in a truly immersive experience. The star of the show, the whole roasted Peking duck, arrived tableside with a gleaming, lacquered skin – a visual masterpiece. The precision in its preparation was evident; Head Chef Richard Chen himself graced our table to share that a remarkable over 20 ducks were roasted for that evening alone, a testament to the dedication and demand for their craft. Among the many incredible preparations, the best bites were undoubtedly the traditional Peking duck pancakes, meticulously curated and wrapped tableside, delivering that perfect blend of crispy skin, tender meat, and savory sauce. The resulting crispy skin and succulent, tender meat were simply perfection. To perfectly complement this magnificent meal, Chyna Club offers optional wine pairings, expertly guided by our Sommelier, David. His selections, including a vibrant Champagne Telmont Réserve Rosé, a robust Chateau Grand Mayne 2016, an elegant Gevrey-Chambertin "Cuvée Alexis," and a delightful Château Les Justes Sauternes 2019, showcased an impressive depth of knowledge and truly elevated each duck course. The seamless and personalized service further solidified Chyna Club as a top-tier dining destination. General Manager Kellen Edwards exemplifies a thoughtful and clear approach to fine dining, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional guest experience. The attentiveness of Denny and David, combined with Chef Chen's personal touch, made us feel genuinely valued. For those seeking more than just a dish, but an entire Peking duck spectacle woven into a memorable multi-course journey with impeccable optional wine pairings and world-class service, Chyna Club at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is an absolute must-visit. It's not just the best Peking Duck in Las Vegas; it's the best Peking Duck experience. Chyna Club - Fontainebleau Las Vegas Perfect for: Peking Duck Enthusiasts, Special Occasions, Foodies Seeking Culinary Innovation

Difficult review to write . Staff were excellent but the food was an American version of Chinese food not authentic enough for a high end restaurant in a beautiful hotel . The appetiser was cold we had to send it back ( potstickers) and the lemon chicken was very americanised . The manager confirmed this after . If you’re expecting really authentic modern asian cuisine , what we had wasn’t . I can’t speak about the rest of the menu .

12 of us got together for a reunion 25 years after working together. They grouped us together and arranged for separate bills per couple, which was above and beyond. The black cod was excellent, though the edgy beef was medium, not medium-rare, and the onions that came with the dish were very strong. I’d pass on this dish.

I'm a huge fan of Peking Duck, and I've been to all the other major Strip Chinese restaurants to try it, so I was anxious to give this place a shot. The atmosphere is definitely different, but still warm and inviting. The food was outstanding, and the service very attentive.

This place is fairly new but food and service were flawless. We both had the Peking duck which is marinated for 3 days. Also had green beans and fried vegetable rice.

I went with high expectations and was not disappointed. Pre-ordered the peking duck and it lived up to the promotion, it was fantastic. I was with a colleague and it would have been more than enough for our whole meal. Opted out of the rice option so we had some of the breast meat, presented beautifully, as the focal point but then all the other duck (and skin), turned into a huge portion. Had the tuna tartare as a starter, would say it was closer to tuna sashimi, it was good but not the highlight. We also ordered two vegetables, the eggplant was fantastic, I did not love the green beans as much (and for two people, one side would have been enough, which our waitress warned us about). Service was excellent, as well as the duck presenter. Definitely go for the duck.
Exceptional experience!
Exceptional experience! Our waiter was fun, witty and provided excellent service! The ribs, garlic fried rice and panacotta were wonderful! It’s expensive so plan accordingly!
