A beautiful evening dining in Cinderella’s Castle.

By kcbosslady |

Who hasn’t wanted to go up in Cinderella Castle. This was a girls trip. Two daughters and granddaughter. Upon arrival the most beautiful Cinderella greet you for a chat and a photo. Than you take the stairs to the beautiful dining areas of the stain glass windows. The service was top notch. Loved our server because she not in character (like most of the restaurants) all the time. We started off with the 50th champagne flight. Yum. Each choose a different appetizer to have a taste of each. Than had the filet! It was delicious. With dessert each had different to share and another bottle of champagne! Dinner was not cheap. Once in a life time dinner. When you booked this it is prepaid. So you do not owe anything unless you have champagne like we did. This is a hard reservation to get to download the app Stakeout.com and you can set Alerts to try to snag a reservation!

First time trying the Fixed Price menu

By Mace54 |

This is our fourth time eating at the Castle. It was our first time trying the fixed price menu. I always like to try different stuff. I started off with the Castle Salad. Bad choice. I'm a salad person, but this one was inedible. I don't know what gave it the harsh flavor, but it tasted to me like they dumped a full shaker of fennil on it. I did the catch of the day which was red fish. It was good. My wife and daughter played it safe. Shrimp cocktail w/ beef filet. Service was great. I don't particularly care having the princesses poking in during our meal, but that's the deal. All in all it was a good choice. We'll go back in about two years which seems to be the average return time for us.

GREATEST CHARACTER DINING EVER!!!

By Street Spitzley |

I enjoyed having lunch inside the castle today for the first time ever!! I have never ate or ever stepped inside the Cinderella Castle until today!! Thanks to all the staff who were so nice upon my arrival. I really enjoyed all the Disney Princesses that came up to me at my table and it was such a fun character dining experience. Although I did make this reservation weeks ago, I still recommend this place to anyone who loves character dining like I do, and those who enjoy Disney princesses and of course those that really wanna step inside the Cinderella Castle. I hope to come back again soon!!!

Not kid friendly

Very expensive breakfast, no fair godmother anymore, you have to take your own pictures with Cinderella before breakfast, no photographers, no princess walk to table. Changed a 10 year as an adult for food the was way to fancy for him.

A chance to eat in the castle!

By Lisamarie L |

Despite having two pre-teen boys, we booked a reservation here, which maybe seems odd, but we really wanted a chance to see the inside of the castle. And even for boys it is a fun evening. (The adults might have been more excited about the princesses than the kids though :) ) There is a quick meet and greet with Cinderella in the foyer, and then when it is your turn you get to go up the winding stairway into the castle dining room. There are a lot of nice tapestries, coats of arms, stained glass windows, and if you are there in the evening as the sun goes down, it is really pretty, especially as the castle gets lit up. The service was great, our sons were treated as 'little princes' and they did enjoy chatting with the princesses who stopped by (Aurora, Jasmine, Ariel and Snow White). My husband and I had some fancy wine flights and my kids enjoyed a fancy hot cocoa. The menu is a fixed course style but the food was good (maybe not amazing or my favorite Disney restaurant, but still pretty good) and we all found something we enjoyed. (My kids got steak, which is their go to and you generally can't go wrong with that). I enjoyed the veggie gnocchi, and the salads/soups were good as well. I wish we had been able to get dessert, but as we had ordered a birthday cake for my son, in the end we decided it was too much food, plus we needed to be out by a certain time to see the fireworks (or they keep you in the castle). Since our reservation ran late, we almost didn't make it. In the end I would say getting the cake isn't really worth it for a special event - there is plenty of food/sweets you will get in the meal! Still, it was a very memorable evening! Another remark about the great service: we forgot one of our kids' water bottles at the table, and were able to call them that evening. A staff member found it and mailed it home for us!

The atmosphere was wonderful, it was so fun to get to see the inside of the castle. The service was very good, our server was efficient and friendly and didn’t rush us. The character interaction with Cinderella in the entryway was nice, and we got some good pictures. The food was…okay. Everything was really salty. My steak was fine. Not bad, but not really worth the price tag. The salad & desserts were good. You’re definitely paying for the experience here, if you want good food there are better, less expensive choices. If you want to get to meet Cinderella & eat in the castle.. this is worth it! It might be worth it to wait to see if they bring back the full character meal (as of March 2022 it was still distanced, and just Cinderella no other characters).

The perfect end to a magical day!

By Jane D |

We spent the day at Magic Kingdom, we did Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and a lot of rides. Our day ended at Cinderella's royal table which was the icing on the cake! We were greeted and taken into the hall for our meeting with Cinderella. After this, we were invited up the spiral staircase to a magnificent dining room where we met 4 more princesses while we ate a 3 course meal. The meal was probably the best we have had at Disney. The steak was amazing. We got to wish upon a star and experience the fireworks from inside the castle. Pure magic and highly recommended!

Cinderella’s Royal Table – A Royal Disappointment

By Emma |

Cinderella’s Royal Table – A Royal Disappointment We had high hopes for our visit to Cinderella’s Royal Table, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in almost every way. The Arrival Upon arrival, we were called by name for our photo with Cinderella, yet we still had to wait in line for 20 minutes in the entrance hall. With plenty of available seating, this felt unnecessary and inhospitable—a frustrating way to start what should have been a magical experience. Service Once seated, our server was polite but disengaged. There was no attempt to build rapport or make the experience special—just basic order-taking. The real frustration came when our entrees were brought out before we finished our appetizers, and the server even tried to clear plates while we were still eating. The meal felt rushed and impersonal. Food Quality • Appetizers: The prawns my daughter and I ordered were large and juicy but completely tasteless. My husband’s goat cheese salad was barely a salad at all—just a single cube of cheese, dry lettuce, and not much else. • Main Courses: My filet mignon was the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered medium-rare, but it arrived medium, and the texture was oddly squishy, like it had been previously frozen and defrosted. The mashed potatoes were overworked to the point of being gluey. My husband and daughter had the catch of the day, which was anything but fresh. Living by the sea, we’re used to high-quality seafood, and this was clearly frozen—a huge letdown for a signature dining restaurant. • Dessert: Overly sweet to the point of being inedible. The chocolate and caramel flavors were completely overpowered by sugar, and none of us could finish. Character Interaction The princesses were the main reason we booked, but most of them felt cold and distant. Merida was the only standout, being warm, funny, and engaging. We expected the kids to be made a fuss of, but instead, interactions were brief and lacked the Disney magic. Final Thoughts For the premium price, this experience was not worth it. The food was subpar, the service was inattentive, and the character interactions were lackluster at best. While the setting is undeniably beautiful, that alone doesn’t justify the cost. We left Cinderella’s Royal Table feeling disappointed and unimpressed—definitely not the magical dining experience we had hoped for.

Fun Experience, but Very Expensive!

By disue5 |

I got up at 3:45am (PT) to get reservations to this restaurant 60 days in advance as I heard they were very hard to get. We arrived about 5 minutes early for our reservation and were seated in the lobby (in the nice air conditioned building). We waited about 15 minutes and were taken upstairs to our dining table. Our waitress was very friendly and the service was excellent. I had the soup of the day which I believe was some sort of vegetable. The soup was pretty good as I remember. I ordered the tenderloin of beef (medium) and it was cooked to perfection. The meat literally melted in my mouth it was so tender. I highly recommend getting the tenderloin for anyone who enjoys a good piece of steak. My husband got the pan-seared sea scallops which he enjoyed. My 7 year old ordered the kids tenderloin with mashed potatoes and buttered corn which ended up being corn on the cob. I can't complain about the main dishes as they tasted delicious and I ate every bite. For dessert I had The Clock Strikes Twelve and my husband ordered Jaq and Gus. To be honest, the clock strikes twelve was a bit too rich for me, although I did like the hazelnut gelato. If I were to do it again, I would have gone with the Jaq and Gus cheesecake. It was much lighter and was delicious. We were probably there about an hour total and Cinderella didn't come out until we were eating dessert. I was starting to wonder if she was coming out at all, and definitely wasn't going to leave until I saw her as that is one of the main reasons for dining at Cinderella's Royal Table. I read other reviews where she came out every 30 minutes, this was not the case for us. She was the only "character" as well. There were no additional princesses like I have seen in other reviews. They made an announcement before she came out so you could be prepared with your camera. It is hard to get a good picture as they do several poses, but each pose is done fairly quickly, thus creating some blurry images. She only walked around the very top area and did not step down to where I was sitting. She stayed around a fairly good amount of time, just when people were starting to lose interest and go back to their meal, she made her way out of the dining room. Would I go back? Probably not. The main reason is the price. I paid a soul crushing $277.64 for my family of 4 (two adults and a 10 and 7 year old). You must prepay for this when booking your reservation so be prepared for that in advance. The cost includes tax and an 18% gratuity. Please Note: Children over 9 are considered "adults" so they are charged the adult rate of $62 (well played Disney, well played). Children 9 and under are $37, which is just crazy. Mind you, this is the REDUCED POST-COVID rate, due to the lack of character interaction. Normal rates are $45 for kids and $75 for "adults" (anyone over 9). The food was pretty good, I enjoyed the experience of dining in Cinderella's castle, but for me and my family, this is likely to be a "one and done" experience for us simply due to the cost.

Wonderful Immersive Princess Dining Experience

By Ifty1987 |

We dined here for Breakfast on a Saturday morning whilst visiting Magic Kingdom having pre-booked our table well in advance (we visited from the UK). The experience is right inside the famous castle. You get to line up for a photo opp with Cinderella before being seated. There is a photo pass photographer who takes your photos. You are then directed up some stairs to the dining area. The dining area is very well themed and the seating was comfortable. The staff we encountered were all super friendly and professional. The princesses go round to each table and my sister was able to get photos as well as some great interactions with them. The food was very nice. We ordered a variety of breakfast entrees and everyone enjoyed their meal. We all agreed the steak and eggs was the best tasting item. The experience is pricey (& must be prepaid when you book) but you are paying for the theming and experience as well as the food so we felt it was well worth it. Overall, this was a wonderful immersive dining experience and we'd highly recommend.

Worth the splurge.

By Flutegarden |

2nd time here and it doesn’t disappoint. Yes, it’s super pricey but you’re eating in the castle and get to see 5 princesses - think of how much time in line that would be. Note that Cinderella is the only guaranteed princess - the rest rotate. It’s normally Aurora, Snow White, Ariel and Jasmine but on our night Tiana replaced Jasmine - just be aware in case your kid is set on seeing someone. My one complaint this last visit was it took almost an hour for the princesses to arrive but once they did they were fast with coming around. The food is actually very good, especially the tenderloin. I was disappointed with the gnocchi though as it was basically stir fry veggies in soy sauce with 8 small gnocchi. Otherwise, food is great. If you can afford this splurge, I highly recommend.

Breakfast was good but more just to say "we did that".

By SunilnRiss |

The hosts, waitors and other cast members were great. Our food was good, but for the price...ehh...but youre paying for CRT and Cindy right? Glad we finally landed a reservation but probably one and done.

Great experience.

By TravelDiva9090 |

Beautiful place. Princesses kept coming around and friendly. If you already knew it wasn’t cheap going in. My lamb chop was delicious and great portion. The kid meal was very small even for say a 6-7 years old. Spend the extra and order from adult menu if they’re bigger eaters. Not something I’d do every time I go to Disney but it’s a great experience.

Birthday Celebration for 3 Year Old

By Anita S |

My daughter made reservations for dinner at 7:45. After checking in and waiting for an HOUR, she went to see how much longer it was going to be and was told, the people at the table we would be sitting just got their dessert. She was also told that even though we had the reservation, “she had agreed that it could be up to an hour and a half AFTER our reservation before we were seated.” There was no mention of that in what she read making the reservation. We ate at the Beasts Castle last year and only waited a few minutes for our table. Several different reasons were given as to why our table wasn’t ready. None of which made sense. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Especially since this was a birthday celebration for our grandson.

It was just ok.

By Jacqueline T |

We went here for the first time to celebrate our little princess' birthday in late November. This was our first time dining her so we didn't really know what to expect. The food was ok. Their menu was pretty limited. The dining experience wasn't the greatest we've had at Disney (we've had character dining through Disney cruises) and I guess we had a bit more higher expectations since we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. Our server looked a bit tired and service was pretty slow. We did see Cinderella make a few appearances social distancing. Overall we'd give this place a second chance but only after masks/social distancing are no longer required. It was a bit pricey for the quality of food and service we received. And we're the type of people that will go all out and pay the premium $$$ for quality outstanding service.

Paying for The Characters & Castle Not the Food

By JamesLAS1 |

The Good: You Get to Meet 4 Princesses You Get to Eat in "the" Castle The Ambiance of the dining Room is Amazing, Especially for Children The Bad: You have to actually Eat the food or else you are wasting a lot of money My wife and I ate here on our most recent trip on the first day. We have been here numerous times before but this was our first time without children. The ambiance, service, and characters are truly great! The food is just average unfortunately. While my wife truly loves it here, even she admitted this may be our last time coming unless we have grandchildren. It is worth it if you have young children, but it is not for us as just adults.

Lovely experience

Got announced, called forward to meet Cinderella. just being inside caste was amazing. Treated like royalty. Would ask for window table next time. Fine dining. Soft drinks were included.

We had a great experience at the Castle

By Vanderneucker |

This restaurant is one of the best at Disney. We started with a picture with Cinderella. She was very gracious and we were impressed with how she spoke completely in character. Our server was wonderful. She was courteous and very knowledgeable of the menu. My wife and I both had the filet of beef and it was the best cut of beef in all of Disney. I had the cheesecake for dessert and my wife had a chocolate filled cake. The dining room overlooks Fantasyland and you e enveloped in the castle. You must have reservations and table seating is limited to couples and small groups of 4 or 5. We absolutely loved the experience and will definitely return.

Amazing!

By Catherine |

We just returned from an 8 day trip to Disney World. On our last day, we had an early dinner (4 pm) at Cinderella's Royal Table. Dinner was awesome! Our girls had apples, salmon and cupcakes. My husband and I had the salad and meat board, steak, and clock strikes twelve for dessert. Cinderella came out to greet her guests and our server Christopher was fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant! I know reservations are hard to get, but one opened up two days before dining there. I kept looking in the wrong place to book. This was a perfect ending to our Disney trip :)

Amazing experience

By Walter F |

Wonderful experience and great service from Oskar. Room is amazing, food lovely, princesses polite, and everyone was helpful and in theme. Highly recommend that people give this place a go it was really worth it.

Save your money!

By Holly |

Food terrible would not bother but if happy to accept that cost to have breakfast in the castle go for it! I had the french toast which is like eating a cake (dry) and daughter Mickey waffles which were burnt and bacon full of fat. Re did the order for us and even waitress showed the manager our food so he could address with the kitchen.

Excellent experience!!

By FSUgirlGreenville |

We didn’t have any children with us, but we wanted to give it a try and it did not disappoint. The filet mignon was delicious, as was the butternut squash soup, and the desserts were some of the best I’ve ever had. Oskar, our server, did a fantastic job juggling all his tables. Love that they offer wine flights, and for a reasonable price, too. We even got our picture with Cinderella before our meal. Highly recommend this experience. Well worth it for the money.

Best day ever

Excellent food and staff. No wait with reservation and glad it is prepaid. Would definitely eat there again.

Don’t Go to Cinderella’s Castle to EAT!

By Kim S |

We had eaten there before and loved it. In the past, the princesses walked around, ok pictures and it was worth every dollar that we spent. We understood character experiences look different post Covid and had already been to two other character meals before this one. This one was by far the worse in terms of time spent getting a picture with Cinderella, bad service, rude staff and their overall “could not care less” attitude about making sure that the children in the party had a wonderful experience. One example of this is after they saw Cinderella, our table was not ready so we had to go back outside and wait to be called. The Cinderella Wands were right there in a basket. My granddaughter’s went to pick them up and were told to put them back. They could not have them until they were done eating. I was obviously too nice about it because we saw 4 table where the kids already had their wands or swords. When you make your reservation, you pay in full. Not just a hold on your charge card like the other fine dining or character meals. Our lunch bill for 4 adults and 3 kids was over $600 with the gratuity they add in before drinks were added. Wrong salads were delivered, one half of the table received their food way before the other half and the design spoon to decorate the kid’s cupcakes was not on one of the kid’s dessert plates so we had to try and flag down our waiter once again. Be Our Guest was Wonderful, Chef Mickey was a lot of fun, as was the Garden Grill at Epcot!

Great venue, not so great food.

By Traveling Adam |

Getting to dine in the castle is a real treat, but if weren't for the venue and seeing Cinderella, I'd skip this one next time. The food is okay, but won't leave you impressed. One neat thing they have is a cupcake dessert for kids that let them add their own frosting and sprinkles to customize their 2 cupcakes, and our kids loved that experience. You can't really see the fireworks from dinner, as the windows are tinted and the viewing area is too small to see the whole show.

Good experience

By Leoiespa |

Food is good, but not exceptional. Service is good but leaves a little to be desired. The experience with the princesses is also good but a little confusing

Better than I expected!!!

By Krista-Beth L |

We had wonderful meal in castle. Cinderella greeted us at the entrance. My daughter and son were starstruck! Our meals were wonderful. I wasn’t expected much from all the poor reviews, but we we’re pleasantly surprised. My husband and I got the muscles, beef tenderloin, and pumpkin cheesecake. My kids got apples, chicken tenders and fries. Everything was wonderful. I also go the 50s celebration flight and was not disappointed! So good! I’m sure the price is the reason for all the bad reviews, but even without all of the princesses we were thrilled to be eating in the “Cinderella Castle” that itself is worth the price! All the other stuff was a huge bonus! Our server was fantastic too! I would def eat at CRT again, and would love to do so once all the princesses are back!

Lovely lunch with the princesses

By Victoria J |

Visited here for a late lunch slot with my sister and our daughters during our recent holiday. We had a lovely afternoon and met Cinderella on arrival then Aurora, Ariel, Merida and jasmine throughout the meal. We didn’t feel rushed and each princess spent a good few minutes talking to the girls and signing autograph books. Adult meals were lovely, we had the filet mignon and the chicken and both enjoyed it. The chocolate mousse desert was nice but very sweet and a bit sickly. Kids meals were ok but nothing special. We had to ask for fresh fries as the ones served had obviously been sitting for quite a while. These were brought out quickly and were much better. The girls were given souvenir wands and stars and had a lovely experience. Overall we felt it’s probably a bit of an overpriced experience but nice to spend time with the princesses without queuing as without this we didn’t see too many.

A Character Meal Worth the $$$

By Scott B |

1st trip to Disney, so we are trying to hit all the character meals we can. We ended up doing this one a 2nd time. The meat tray was ok-ish, but the duck was amazing, my wife’s beef tenderloin was delicious (I had to sneak a bite) and all the desserts were wonderful. This is one of the few meals my kids have actually asked for more of the meal instead of asking for dessert(Mac & cheese and fruit/cheese). It was well worth the money!!

Superb Experience & Food

By Frank S |

Atmosphere was amazing with many Princess personal visits to the table. The food was delicious as was dessert. The server was a very nice, friendly man who was on top of service. The price is high but we felt worth it.

Great experience

By Trips8765 |

Had read some mixed reviews so went with fairly low expectations but this was the best meal we had at Disney (adults, the kids preferred the food elsewhere). We had the prawns, the steak and the midnight dessert - all delicious. It's always a bit hit and miss with steak but we both ordered medium well knowing that one would be more medium and one would be more well which is perfect for us!! We met Cinderella on the way in and then Jasmine, Snow White, Rapunzel, and Ariel came to our table. Overall it was a great experience as part of a special holiday.

Terrible service and atmosphere

By Linstantfood |

What can I say, an hour of waiting to get our table even though we had reserved, crowded into the entrance hall. Once at the table, the princesses' visits were sudden, we barely saw them and above all only one person took photos, there were 4 of us. I was having my birthday and I had no photos or interaction with the princesses. The service was expeditious, we barely had time to finish when the next dish arrived and, worse, one of my friends was busy eating her dish when the waiter placed her dessert on the table. We also had water falling from the ceiling onto our plates and which we I wasn't going back there that's for sure

Unfortunately a VERY Disappointing Customer Service Experience

By Brett F |

We had planned our family Disney trip for almost a year, and the highlight was having dinner at Cinderella's castle on our day at Magic Kingdom for my 4-year-old niece who LOVES Disney princesses. While pricey, it was worth it to experience our family eating together there. Unfortunately - the experience was really disappointing and not up to Disney standards. The day at Magic Kindom was really rainy, so we arrived for our reservation wet, cold, and hungry. We were admitted to the waiting area and then called to let us know our table was ready. When we arrived at our table, we saw water on the table and then looking closer realized that the roof was leaking water onto our table. Not sure how they didn't notice the leak and water before calling us up, but we let them know right away when we noticed. As you can see in the attached pictures, they put a tray with a bunch of napkins out to try and control the water. When we notified them, they acted like we were kind of out of luck, citing the small dining room. We asked how long we needed to wait to be seated together, and they couldn't give us a timeframe, saying maybe an hour, maybe more. Since we had young kids with us, we reluctantly decided to be seated at different tables for the meal. This was really disappointing since this meal together as a family was a focal point of the trip, and we had to have it split into two groups. We expected some kind of acknowledgment from the management on the issue since the situation was due to facilities and the leaky roof - since it really did take the shine off the meal for our family. They never came by, never said anything. When the bill came, we asked very nicely about consideration for the situation and us being split. Despite a very cordial request and conversation, the manager made no effort of any kind to make it right with us, and told us since we had accepted the split seating situation (to avoid a lengthy wait with our wet, cold, hungry young kids) that we had "signed off" on the situation. They made ZERO effort to do anything to take care of us, despite the fact that the issue was due to their faulty facilities. The restaurant manager - Ryan Oatis - was really disappointing. We've had the privilege of eating at some great restaurants, and anytime something like this happens, the restaurant makes an effort to make you feel taken care of. That is compounded here further by the fact that the Disney brand has a high standard of service and care. And this was not an inexpensive meal - our tab was $600+ for our group. This isn't about money, it is just about the fact they acted like they didn't care and made no effort to take care of us. Super surprising for a Disney park and brand. Really disappointed. The food was good and the service from our waiter Jay was exceptional, but was unfortunately overshadowed by the lack of customer service from the manager Ryan.

So great

By Amy W |

This was our second visit, but first time having lunch there. The atmosphere is very cool. You're in the castle! The charcuterie appetizer was not so good, but the entree and dessert made up for it! I had the braised chicken pesto pasta and the chocolate mousse dessert and OMG-- so good! The others in my group who got beef tenderloin loved theirs as well! The prices are a lot, but I think it was worth it. We left full, but the portion sizes were all just right. Our server (I think named Ken) was wonderful and really funny.

No longer as magical

By TonyR |

Well, it looks like my review is similar to everyone else at the moment. A long wait to get in and we were forgotten about in the queue. Unfortunately, indifferent and inattentive staff in the restaurant itself. It's pretty tired decor wise and could do with a refurb. The food was poor and the menu limited. The kitchen staff need to take a long look at what they are sending out. It looks like the love has definitely gone. We pointed all this out to a manager. This should be a signature experience for the Magic Kingdom and unfortunately is symptomatic of what Disney is these days. Expensive and poor value.

Don't go during fireworks!

By Gates71 |

I reviewed this back in 2015 when it was briefly at the Grand Floridian. Decided to go back for dinner on our most recent trip. We made the mistake of making reservations at 6:30 pm. This is a full hour and a half before their firework show. You'd think this would not cause a conflict. You would be wrong. Magic Kingdom starts sealing up Cinderella's Castle way before the show. Meaning that we had to find our way in to the castle via the most circuitous and needlessly complicated route possible. Our trek was not help by being given the wrong information not once, not twice, but three times by the cast members. We got to where they were accepting guests, in front of the Philharmagic show, right at our reservation time, only to find that they were running 15-20 minutes late on reservations. Incredibly and avoidably frustrationg.

Wonderful time but the service could be better

By Ashley L |

I had a wonderful time! The food was good (appetizers were not our favorite but the entree and desserts were great!) and the restaurant is beautiful. The only downside we found was that our waiter was not the best and by no means the service we expected from Disney; he didn’t even sing happy birthday to our special guest! For the price of the restaurant and the pre-paid gratuity tip, I would expect our waiter would put in the little extra magic. This Disney restaurant is an advance payment one so you pay for your food (and the waiter’s tip) before you actually arrive when you make your reservation. Besides this, it was amazing to dine here and it was magically to be welcomed by Cinderella herself! We received a wishing star upon arrival and a wand upon leaving, unlike the Cinderella autograph a few other reviews mentioned. The only princess as of January is Cinderella but we didn’t mind - Cinderella is the birthday girl’s favorite! I believe the other princesses will be returning sometime in February.

Immersed in Royalty

By Camron S |

Even though a Covid changed the meet and greet experience of the magical dinner it was amazing. The experience was worth it and the beautiful restaurant was the pinnacle of my birthday. If you want to see the park from the restaurant make sure you request a window seating other than that food was great and service was 5 star.

Awesome experience for our family

Our family had an incredible time from start to finish.. Server went out of his way to make the experience extra special, especially for our girls.

Done once

By Susan M |

Was very excited to come here with my family for our last dinner at Disney. Check in wasn’t great as the waitress wasn’t very friendly and didn’t say that they were running late with time. We waited for 40 minutes after our check in time before we were seated. Also there was lots of people waiting in the waiting room and wasnt enough seats for everyone. Not what you expect. The meal itself was nice enough apart from the starter which we didn’t like ( we all took the salad apart from my 9 year old who enjoyed her cheese and grapes). The waitress we had serving us was great and keeping topping up our drinks and didn’t rush us at all. The dessert I had (chocolate clock tower) was very good. We had a window seat which was good. We meet Cinderella going in and I knew that there wouldn’t be any other princesses there. At the end of the meal we got told to help ourselves to a wand or sword downstairs in a basket. Didn’t feel the whole experience lived up to my expectations especially at the price. Would of given the review good not very good if there was an option. I personally wouldn’t go back but can say I have done it.

Don’t waste your money!

By Linda K |

They told us we had to be there “on time” but kept us waiting over 15 minutes. Then they gave us a hard time about 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) sitting together. Wouldn’t let us put a chair in front of a door but there was already a chair there with a BAG on it. You get to see Cinderella for 1 minute as you walk in and that’s it. When you walk out, you can’t stop and see her again. The meal was totally overpriced for what it was even for Disney. Our waitress was not friendly and didn’t make the kids feel special. This is a total waste of money. Don’t do it!

Beautfiul Place

By Mandy S |

This has been a dream of mine since I was little, I am now 42. I checked in for our 3:55 reservation and immediately was told our table was ready. We walked inside and there was Cinderella waiting to greet us. We got our picture with her and chatted a bit. I loved that we didn't feel rushed at all. Then we walked up the staircase about two floors to the restaurant. The hostess was waiting for us and brought us immediately to our table. We got lucky to have a table by the window. Our server, Casey, immediately came over with water and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. She explained the menu and then left to give us time. She came back a few moments later with more water and we ordered. She was so nice and friendly we really enjoyed her. We ordered the beef and the chicken dishes they were both so amazing. The chicken was so tender I wish I could have had more. And the beef was cooked perfectly. Towards the end of the meal, twinkle lights flickered and there was a message played that it was time to make a wish upon our star. Everyone was given a wishing start when seated. The restaurant was so nice inside, it reminded me of almost being in Germany. Being upstairs in the castle was a dream come true. We also got a sword and a wand on exiting the restaurant. I am so happy I got to experience this place.

Priceless Memories with the Princesses

By pdizon1972 |

This was my family's 1st trip to Cinderella's Royal Table in 15 years. We had an 830p dinner reservation. We were told we would not be able to leave until the park safety made sure it was safe after the fireworks. We hoped we would be able to see the fireworks at 920p. We were seated close to the window and it was absolutely amazing. The entire 3 course meal was beautifully presented and was absolutely delicious. The Crispy Pork Belly was a phenomenal appetizer. Filet Mignon was crazy good. The Jac and Gus Cheesecake was so cute as the cheesecake looked like a block of cheese. The chocolate ganache and mousse was so rich and good. My daughters are young adults now but it was cool to see them light up with the princesses came around for pictures. It was definitely a memorable evening for my family. Yes it's pricy, but it was so worth it.

Both Outstanding meal and experience!!!

By mary jo graham |

This experience was an exceptional surprise! My Neice and I (both of us adults over age 30) wanted to be inside the castle, but we never expected the Outstanding meal and service also! We each ordered the steak. The salad was perfect as was the cut of meat and its preparation. Although our visit was this past May during some Covid restrictions, Cinderella was there from a safe distance, and she acknowledged each table graciously. The dessert was beautiful, themed for the 12midnight clock, and it was delicious! I am going again with my husband next month. Highly recommend!!!

Server was unwelcoming, disorganized, and missed details. Ambiance was lacking. Elevator was unavailable.

I am writing to share feedback from my recent visit, as I believe constructive comments can contribute to enhancing the guest experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the hostess stand, but I was taken aback by the tone of the welcome. It felt somewhat uncomfortable when we were asked if we could afford the menu. I appreciate a warm and inviting atmosphere, and this initial interaction did not set that tone. Our server, JR, unfortunately, did not seem to display the level of hospitality one would expect. He presented the straws by dropping them on the table, which felt somewhat lacking in courtesy. Additionally, I noticed that while serving, he placed his fingers inside the wine glasses, which left us feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of our drinks. Traditionally, serving the ladies first is a common courtesy, yet my wife received her well done steak after I was served, and she was instead presented with my medium steak. This oversight was disappointing, and it was particularly frustrating that JR or the runner did not address it during the service. Moreover, throughout our meal, the table was not cleared in a timely manner. I found myself stacking the empty dishes in hopes of bringing this to JR’s attention, only for him to continue walking by without acknowledging them. I did enjoy my cocktail; it was well-balanced and likely crafted by a talented bartender. However, I was unable to finish my drink, and a good server should ideally check in to see if everything is satisfactory. Sadly, JR never inquired if I was satisfied with my drink, nor did he engage with us throughout our meal, which made the dining experience feel impersonal. Additionally, I found the overall atmosphere of the restaurant to be nothing special. It lacked the charm and ambiance that one might expect in a dining establishment, which contributed to the overall uninspired experience. I also noticed that the restaurant does not offer bottled water, which is somewhat surprising, and the limited selection at the bar didn’t fully meet our expectations for a dining experience called by them “fine dining”. When it came time for dessert, JR approached me for payment without presenting the check or waiting for us to finish, which felt rushed and inconsiderate, especially given the restaurant was at capacity. Lastly, there was an error on the bill where I was charged for a bottle of Chablis instead of a glass, which further indicated a lapse in attentive service. I also want to note that I have a knee problem, and during our visit, the elevator was unfortunately not available. This made it quite difficult for me to access the restaurant and impacted my overall comfort. As someone with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including owning and managing restaurants, I understand the importance of customer service in ensuring the success of a business. I sincerely hope that these observations can be taken into account to enhance the experience for future guests.

Pretty underwhelming

By David P |

While we understood the character interaction was limited, it's pretty bad when Cinderella sneaks through the dining room without acknowledging the kids. My girls drew her pictures (of Cinderella) in case they met her. By the end of breakfast they both said they were over Cinderella - children aren't dumb and know when they're being blown off. The rest of our trip was outstanding, but this experience was pretty bad.

Cool place to have a tasty dinner!

Cool place to have a tasty dinner! Be sure to book reservations several months in advance. Several Disney Princesses made an appearance.

Cinderella's Royal Table

By Anna Taylor |

For me, it was a dream come true to eat here! I loved this place from the second we entered the building. When we first walked in we were greeted by Cinderella and it was magical! From there we took the stairs up to the actual seating area. This restaurant is beautiful on the inside! The service was wonderful and the food was great too! While this place is a little on the pricy side, I certainly think the experience makes it all worth it! It was for real a dream come true to eat at Cinderella's Royal Table. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant!

Dissapointing

By bid421 |

We had a late dinner at the castle after fireworks. We are a family of 3. Mom and 2 teen girls. They wanted the experience of dining and the castle and they enjoy meeting the characters. It was late and we were seated quickly. We met Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, Aerial and Jasmine. All of the princesses were lovely, but we felt rushed. it was obvious it was late and they all wanted to go home. We had done other character dining during our week at Disney and had never felt rushed like this. I understand it was late but then my feeling is don't have late seating if the entertainment staff does not want to be there and is too tired to interact. Out server was terrific and extremely attentive. The food was just ok. We ordered the Fish, pork tenderloin and the beef. The fish was overcooked and dried out. The waiter offered to replace the dinner with something else but we said no. Waiter got the maître d who was lovely. I explained I did not like the fish bc it was overcooked and dry. She offered to replace the meal or bring me a different meal. I declined as at that point I did not want to wait for another dinner. The maître d took 10% off our bill which was very nice. I tried both of my daughters dinners - The pork was ok and the beef was tasty. We all got the Clock Strikes 12 dessert and loved it. Appetizers were good. We all agreed we are happy we had the experience but also all agreed that that we had better dining experiences at Akershush and at Story Book Dining at Artist Point. food and character interaction were both better at the other 2.

Definitely One of the Best at WDW!

By CPriest2013 |

This was our second trip to WDW and I was able to get reservations for another girls' lunch at this amazing restaurant. Even with the COVID protocols in place, it was still a magical experience. The food was wonderful and by the time we left, I felt like I needed to food coma. Even though there wasn't any one on one time with Cinderella, she still walked to every section of the restaurant, waved, posed for pictures and was so sweet. We brought my youngest sister with us this time around as a high school graduation and birthday present. This was her very first Disney trip and I loved getting to experience it with her. Since she's vegetarian, they brought out the vegan menu for her and she said everything she had was delicious. The cast member who served us was just so sweet and made sure to seat us where she knew we would have a great view of Cinderella when she came around. We will definitely be back in the future.

Avoid-Avoid-Avoid. Until things are back to normal.

By Loonbeam |

Let's start with the key assumption. The lure here has always been dining inside the castle, meeting the Princesses and being treated like lords and ladies. The problem is, right now with Covid restrictions and staffing issues, only the 1st is in play. Cinderella is the only princess you see, and only as she waves and talks from a corner of the room. We were on the other side and could not hear her at all (though we did have a lovely view of the carousel), The servers had too many tables to provide top notch service - it was fine, just not to the expected level. And the food, well. Meh at best, It was hot. It tasted perfectly ok, except for the greasy potatoes. The issue is one of value - this is a very expensive venue even currently slightly discounted, and you do not get even close to value for money. When it returns to normal, that equation will change. Right now, there are only 3 1/2 reasons to dine here: 1> You can get a meal during fireworks. This can be really cool (you don't see much but you do HEAR them) 2> On busy days you get an early reservation to beat the crowd in 3> Your child MUST dine in the castle. 4> You will never be at Disney again. Otherwise, wait a while.

Do it once

By gondekp |

This was near the top of the list of our 60 day ADRs. It definitely is a tough reservation to get. We reserved it early on the day we had chosen to be at Magic Kingdom. I had heard a pro tip that if you reserve it at a time prior to the time the park opens you get to walk down Main Street with very few people, get pics with no one in the park, skip the line to get in the park, a very unique experience. However, I asked multiple CMs that we have a resection prior to park opening and where we should go to get in. All of them said, just get in the normal line and wait. We found out that the reason for that was they were going to open the park earlier than the posted open time so we would be able to make our reservation. However, we didn’t get all those extra benefits. So onto the experience, I mean the whole thing is great for kids especially if kids into princesses. Being in Cinderella’s castle is a cool experience. The food was pretty good. I had the shrimp and grits, no complaints. All the princesses will come to your table, the CMs make sure of that. In the end, am I glad I did it and would I recommend it, yes. Would I do it again, no. It was a one time thing for me and doing at breakfast as opposed to another meal is definitely the way to go and is a cheaper meal option. Just like most things at Disney it’s $$$$. A family of 4 is going to be about $300 and the bulk of that is the experience not the food.

Best staff ever

By Sammy H |

I love this restaurant because of the staff here. The food is amazing and the overall experience is amazing. Shout out to Ryan and Kelly for being so pleasant and welcoming. Don’t listen to negative reviews on here. Do restaurants run behind? Yes. Is everything perfect? No. But be a human being and be understanding and enjoy how great this restaurant is.

Average food and experience

By Tim1873 |

The food is average at best, combine that with the high prices and it leaves a bitter taste. As a family we were looking forward to this experience however not even Cinderella popping out every 30-45 minutes and loosely engaging with the packed restaurant could raise spirits. Waitress was abrupt and wasn’t attentive. Will only be doing this once and never again, really underwhelmed which is something I thought I’d never experience in the most magical place on earth!

Beauty and the Beef

By MrOcho |

This was my first time to this premier Disney dining experience where the meal must be prepaid ($62 adult / $37 Kid for dinner) when making the reservation. Soft drinks are included and alcoholic beverages are available for an additional cost. The staff was well dressed in period clothing and referred to us a My Lord and My Lady throughout our visit. That alone was worth $48 of the $62, lol! The menu is limited to a few selections in each category but is diverse enough. For the small ones there is the Kid’s Create Your Own menu. Our appetizers included the Charcuterie - Chef's selection of cured meats, castle pickles, and accompaniments (pate), Steamed Mussels - Prince Edward Island mussels, white wine-coconut curry, tomatoes and cilantro served with garlic toast, Castle Salad - romaine, Brussels sprouts, citrus, and fennel with a passion fruit vinaigrette, Soup of the Day – beef barley. Our entrees included the Tenderloin of Beef - grilled beef tenderloin, whipped potatoes, seasonal vegetable, and sauce bordelaise and the Pasta - tangled pasta, braised chicken, forest and moss flowers, and pine nut pesto served in a frying pan (Cast iron - 50th item). For dessert we had the Jaq & Gus - cheesecake with seasonal flavors and garnishes, Coffee Pots de Crème - coffee-infused coconut 'custard', passion fruit gelée, and crumbled chocolate-espresso beans (Plant-based), and The Clock Strikes Twelve - dark chocolate mousse with a caramel and crunchy praline center, served with chocolate sauce and hazelnut gelato. From the Kid’s menu we had Bite-sized Cheddar Cheese and Grapes, Macaroni & Cheese - served with choice of two (2) vegetable selections and choice of small lowfat milk or small Minute Maid® apple juice, and Build-Your-Own-Cupcake - vanilla cupcake with Cinderella’s blue icing and decorations to garnish your Royal Dessert. Note there was one red velvet and one vanilla cupcake. What I Liked: - The interior design and décor were great, as were the costumes worn by the staff - Our server Vicky was outstanding and professionally remedied a problem I had with over cooked beef. She also assured we did not miss our photo opportunity with Cinderella. Our iced teas were quickly refilled. I had five due to dehydration from walking around the park! - The entire staff was excellent. We left her an additional tip because of the tremendous service, even though we had already paid for the dinner, tax and gratuity. - The food presentation was great and the quality very good - They provide a Cinderella’s Royal Table magic wand to the children when the leave What I Did Not Like: - They do not offer regular lemonade only the nasty tasting Minute Maid Zero Sugar that is served in the park. It’s a putrid product. - The beef barley soup was very thin. There was too high a liquid to solid ratio. - The individual mussel in the regular sized mussel shell were the smallest I have ever seen. Tiny is the word. Very low value of this selection. - My filet mignon came well done instead of medium. The other filet mignon at the table was well done from the top down to the middle and medium from the bottom to the medium. I have never seen that before weird. So, on average it was medium well which was not what we ordered. Our server took our “beef” (comments) back to the kitchen and brought me a beautifully cooked medium filet. It was outstanding! My Prime Minister of Beef rating for the first piece of filet was 5.7/10 moos and 8.7/10 moos for the replacement filet.

Just average, not worth the price.

Managed to get this booked on our arrival day. We could not get in to be our guest so we chose this. We were disappointed overall. I am not sure what all of the hype was about there are castle decorations, but it did not feel special. Be our guest looks and feels like you are dining in the beasts castle. he walks around from time to time. The atmosphere makes it worth it. Royal table felt more like a regular restaurant with some decorations. Sit and eat. Look stained glass, flags hanging down. The server was very good, and really saved there meal. the wine flight was enjoyable. It’s a Prix fixe menu. 3 courses. the muscles tasted good but had tons of grit. The charcuterie was small and average. the pork main course was very good. The vegetables were too raw and didn’t taste like much. The dessert were good. I guess sometimes Cinderella is there. She wasn’t there when we went in to left so we never got to see her. There are many other placed on property we will pick over this next trip

Cinderella not even at her Royal Table!

By Angela E |

Visited with my children as part of their holiday treat. We wanted to ensure they met all the princesses. Firstly its a nightmare to get to im the evening as everywhere is blocked off for the parade which made us a little late. We didn't wait too long to be seated but there was a lot of people stood around waiting with no real seating etc. Once seated we were greeted by our server and drinks were ordered. We ordered the champagne flight which was good value for money. Would have ordered another flight but the service was really poor and didn't see much of her. The food was decent quality but at $80 a head it should be. The interaction from the princesses was beyond poor. We've had better in the park. They turned up at the table said hi, signed the autograph and posed for a picture. I would have thought as actors they'd have been better at talking with children. This is a once in a lifetime moment for some kids! As for Cinderella in my children's words 'she didn't even rock up for her own table'. Didn't appear once. The clue is in the name guys, Cinderella should be a given. The server when we were seated asked if we were celebrating, we explained we'd got married the day before. Later into the meal a Mouse cake got dumped on the table with a 'congratulations'. Seemingly an attempt at making the event special which I found nice to see a little Disney Magic. However, when we received the bill we'd been charged $45 for it! We hadn't even asked for it or even really touched it! We also noted there was almost $100 service charge for 3 adults and 2 children who received poor service. As a restaurant owner myself I am all for tips and understand how things work in USA but the service did not deserve $100. My husband requested it was removed and we'd leave our own cash tip. The manager got involved and refused stating we'd already paid a percentage of the tip when we booked the table as they take payment upfront. Taking a tip before we've even received any service!?! Very naughty Disney. The manager handled the whole thing really poorly and made us look unreasonable requesting we chose our tip to reflect service and being charged for something we didn't order. We tried a few character experiences and this was by far the biggest waste of money. Don't waste your time or money, whilst being in the castle was exciting there was no atmosphere, princesses were poor and service and management was worse!

Perspective from a Disney neutral person

By Jaskel08 |

The restaurant’s theme is from Cinderella’s royal castle. Located in Cinderella’s Castle in Magic Kingdom. The restaurant itself is decent sized. Because it wasn’t too big, like Be Our Guest, it felt much more cozy and warm. The atmosphere and décor were amazing. We loved the entrance….. when waiting, a guard officially/formally calls your name. The service was good – no complaints, but also not amazing. What we loved: The décor. The view. Loved the view, especially during the fireworks show. Champagne Flight. My wife and I enjoyed this part of the meal the most. Princess visits. I believe there were five different princess who came by each table to greet, chat, and take pictures. This is probably what we loved the most. Negatives: The price. For what your spending, the quality of the food wasn’t there. Instead, think of it as paying for the experience. The food. As I mentioned above, the food is good, nothing special. It was better than the food served at Be Our Guest. Advice: Book in advance. This place is in super high demand. If you’re paying the bill, remind yourself, your doing it for the experience. Book it in the evening around dusk. If so, you will have an amazing view of the firework show from the large ballroom windows! From someone who is Disney neutral……. is it worth it to go for the experience, sure. Would I go again, no.

This Time, Pretty Average

By David D |

My wife and I had lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table during the week of March 13th. We skipped the line to have our picture taken with Cinderella but my understanding is the photo was like most of the others, the character stood in the background and the child stands several feet (6 or 8) in front of them for a photo. We were seated and we started our lunch with the appetizer. I ordered the charcuterie and my wife ordered the castle salad. Both were good, not great but good. For our entrees we both chose the tenderloin of beef, my wife ordered hers medium and I ordered mine medium-rare. Mine came out perfect but my wife’s was much closer to med-rare than medium. She decided not to send it back and ate it, both of us thought our steaks had very nice flavor, hers was just a little undercooked for her taste but still good. For our desserts my wife ordered the Jaq & Gus and I ordered The Clock Strikes Twelve. They both were great! No doubt, that was the highlight of the meal in my opinion. This was probably our 4th time there, all other times were with our daughter (now grown) when she was younger and the princesses came around the dining area and visited with the kids and did pictures with them, sometimes even the prince would show up. I felt the food was not as good as in the past and if I were a parent of a young child, with how they are doing the character experience now (or the lack of) I would probably consider taking that money and doing something else with it. Personally, while the meal was good, I don’t think we will do it again. The service was good, not exceptional but adequate. We did feel a little rushed, something we never felt in other restaurants on property but I also know they have a high demand. There are better options in the Disney parks than this for the same money. It is also disappointing that they have cut back the character experience almost totally for the kids, but of course that is not reflected in the price.

Good food but long wait time

By Hansel S |

Have to say the best thing about this experience was the wait staff, absolutely TOP NOTCH. The worst thing about this experience is how long we had to wait downstairs to be seated, and that was with a reservation. The food was good, no complaints there. They were VERY good to our 1 year old, which we truly appreciated. Not somewhere I would go back though.

Terrible, expensive experience. Don’t waste your money!!

By ctmom25 |

Let me start off with the fact that we are huge Disney fans (usually 2 times a year to Orlando, as well as traveling to Hilton Head, DL and DLP) we have had wonderful, memorable meals at CRT in the past. Well this time, sadly we found the magic is gone. We had to wait 30 minutes for a reservation we arrived early for. We checked in then waited. Went in to do photos with Cinderella (no photo pass or photo included like in the past) told to go back outside and wait. Called in and seated- were immediately accosted by an aggressive waiter wanting to take our order, mind you we were barely seated never mind having a chance to look at the menus or get settled. My husband was annoyed and the waiter made some rude comment (trying to be funny?) which made him more irritated. We ordered and the food was delivered surprisingly quickly- was cold so I think was under a heat lamp? I ordered the French toast which was more like bread pudding (which I hate!) it was dry, dense and sickeningly sweet. The kids had the waffle platters (the exact same thing as at the hotel..nothing special) and my husband had the baked quiche which was ok. We felt pressured to hurry up so they could turn over more tables. Breakfast ended up being nearly $300 for five of us (the kids are technically disney “adults”. We don’t mind paying good money, but we left feeling rushed, ripped off and cheated! I wish we had spent the money on the fireworks and dessert party instead. Pretty certain we will not return.

BEWARE - MONEY TAKEN AT POINT OF BOOKING AND STILL NO REFUND A MONTH AFTER CANCELLATION!

By Dan A |

Please be warned. I booked a reservation for this restaurant but cancelled it due to the negative reviews I read online. Disney take £190 at the point of booking for this restaurant and despite cancelling it nearly a month ago (about three weeks before I was due to attend) I still have not received a refund. It’s an absolute joke the lengths I’ve had to go to so far and it’s still not been resolved. I’m really disappointed by how I’ve been treated.

Salmon wow

By ToeKneeD |

I really enjoyed my special fish meal, salmon, my server was GREAT and while only Cinderella made an appearance it didn't matter. The atmosphere and food were excellent.

Wonderful Magical Experience

By T K |

This was the highlight of our most recent Disney trip. Dining in Cinderella's castle was an unforgettable experience. The food was fantastic and our server "Patty" was beyond excellent, she added a caring personal element to everything. She made us all feel even more "at home, lol". We had a window table and a view of the carousel. Be sure to take the stairs, at least once to see the pretty Cinderella stained glass window.

Best character experience in WDW

By Martin Robinson |

Amazing experience, you get to meet Cinderella at the lobby and get your photos taken before being called (invited) to go upstairs to the main area! This was actually the day the princess dining experience returned, luckily it fell the same day i reserved months ago. We got to meet 4 characters: Ariel, Jasmine, Aurora and Snow White so including Cinderella it’s already 5 meet and greet On top of that, the food was actually super tasty which we got the signature pan pasta dish. Desserts were pretty okay too

My 7 Year Old LOVED it!!

By Valarie J |

We decided to splurge and go to CRT during our Disney stay. I LOVE Disney, so maybe my opinion is biased, but this is my honest review. We were able to book 60 days out and picked a time during lunch on June 16th. Since this was our first time we weren't sure what to expect. I just knew that it was expensive and things weren't the norm because of Covid. I knew that we were only going to see Cinderella from a distance and I made sure that my daughter was aware of that before we went. I think she would have enjoyed it even more if all of the princesses were there and if she was able to actually speak with them and spend time with them, but she still had a great time. Our group included myself, my husband, our 7-year-old daughter, and our almost 17-year-old son. The kid menu selections are fair and are very expensive for what you get, but it is for the experience, not the chicken strips. :) We all got to pick out our own appetizers. My son didn't really care for the charcuterie board, because he is a basic salami and cheddar kind of guy and what was on there was different and a little out there for him. My husband and I got the salad and we really enjoyed it, and my daughter chose grapes and cheese. I picked the scallop dish and it was amazing! I really enjoyed the flavors, the scallops were cooked nicely, and it was generously seasoned. My husband got the chicken and wasn't a big fan, especially for the $62 price tag BUT...you mainly go here for the experience. My son ordered the duck two ways and said that his dish was good, and our amazing waitress also gave him a side of mashed potatoes, which my son was very thankful for because he isn't a big veggie fan. The dessert was a lot of fun too. My daughter picked the cupcake and had a lot of fun decorating it. My son and I picked the chocolate mousse dish with the hazelnut gelato and we thought that it was pretty good. My husband went with the cheesecake and his was also good. The thing that made this visit worthwhile was our waitress, Krisztina. She told us that we had a great spot to see Cinderella as soon as we sat down, and was always nearby and made sure we had everything that we needed. She was INCREDIBLE and told us that she had been there for 43 years, which blew our minds because she barely looked 40. Disney keeps happy souls young. Anyway, she was kind and made my daughter feel like royalty. During our Disney World visit we came across many cast members who didn't seem to be happy, but Kris made up for all of them. Her joy for her job showed and I hope that she knows how amazing she is and that she is right where she should be. Since you pay for the meal when you book it Disney automatically includes gratuity. Most waiters and waitresses aren't that great when they get pre-paid their tip, in my opinion, because they have already received their money and usually don't work as hard. Not Kris, she blew my mind. We didn't realize that the bill included the tip when I paid during booking, so I was expecting to have to pay a tip or checkout in some way or fashion. So, you might want to bring cash if you feel like your waiter/waitress deserves more than 18%. If we go back there I hope she is there so that we can at least say "hello" to her. Will we visit this place again, possibly. It was practically $300 for our meal and it is the most we have ever spent on a lunch. I will say that my daughter's reaction made it worth it to me and almost made my checkbook forget about the cost. She thought it was pretty awesome and I am pretty sure she is going to ask if we can go again next time we visit Disney. If my daughter was any younger I probably would have skipped this place. I saw a family holding their sleeping kiddo during their lunch, and I am sure that was kind of sad for them because of the money spent on the experience. Go into this place with an open mind. The adult entrees are pretty unique, so if you have a picky teen that might be a problem, or if you just have/are a picky adult. You have to push aside the fact that you are paying $42+ for a basic kid's meal. You do get an appetizer, meal, and dessert, but we all know most kids eat like birds - especially during hot summer days. If you are stretching your budget, skip this place. If you have the money to splurge on a once in a lifetime experience for you and your kiddo do it. Just don't expect a fancy signature meal for this money.

How to book?

By Maicol P |

How do I make a reservation, I'm going in February but I don't see where it says reservation on the page. I add restaurants to my plans and there I search for cinderella and it sends me to the page but it doesn't say where to book, can someone please help me with the step by step, thank you very much.

Charming Experience with okay food

By Eleanor R |

We chose Cinderella’s Royal Table to celebrate my birthday and it was a nice experience. We had a 9:55 PM reservation but were delayed getting in due to the fireworks being delayed because of rain. The staff was great about getting us in and seated ASAP. We got to meet Cinderella as we walked in. There was no photopass photographer there but there was a staff member who would take a picture for you on your phone or camera. I found that to be a bit disappointing. Meeting Cinderella is a pretty big part of the experience and considering the cost of eating at the restaurant, it would be nice to have a photographer there. For drinks, we had the champagne flight which came with champagne 3 different ways. One had edible gold, one had blue Boba balls and one had strawberry. I could not have strawberry due to an allergy so they gave me two with gold. It was fun but the same champagne 3 times so I would probably just stick to getting a glass of champagne next time. For appetizers, we had the mussels and the salad. The mussels were very well spiced and the bread for dipping was wonderful. My companion loved their salad as well. For entrees, we got the filet and the chicken pasta. The filet was delicious and perfectly cooked. The chicken pasta was a little bland and oily. Certainly edible, just not great. We tried all three dessert options and they were absolutely the highlight of the meal. Overall, I would suggest this restaurant to those who want the experience of meeting Cinderella and eating in the castle. The food alone is not worth the price tag.

Delicious food and an unforgettable experience

By Elvis P |

Some of the best experiences at Disney, especially for those travelling with children. The food is delicious and the Mood is magnificent, after all you will be having coffee / lunch / dinner inside the Cinderella Castle, in the Magic kingdom. In addition, you will find several princesses: the Cinderella (always), right in the entrance hall, and four more princesses that will pass through during the meal. Of the last two times we went, they passed Ariel, Merida, Jasmine and Aurora. It is important to clarify that princesses can change as well as the quantity, but usually these are. You will hardly find Bella and Snow White, as they are only appearing at the Akershus restaurant, located at Epcot (2024 and 2025). During the meal each visitor earns two souvenirs: a magic wand and a star of desires. The value of the meal is quite high - it's one of the most expensive restaurants in Disney - but it's worth the experience. Children up to 3 years old do not pay. Book with 60 days in advance, as the restaurant is well crowded. However, there are always vacancies on the eve and on the day itself due to cancellations.

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere

I actually really loved the food here. I had the citrus salad and the tangled pasta with chicken. It was the second best meal I’ve had at Disney World (#1 was the butter chicken at Sanaa, #3 was pasta at Topolinos). We had great service & the kids loved dining in the castle. It was expensive I felt like we got our money’s worth,

Expensive but worth it for the memories

By LAH24 |

This is an expensive experience but our daughter was the perfect age to enjoy a princess experience and it was a one-off trip so we thought it would be worth it. The castle itself is beautiful. We waited in a line for a few minutes before getting photos with Cinderella. Our server (I think his name was Ben?) was so lovely and accommodating. The food was very nice. Older children who have to pay adult price can order a larger portion off the kids menu. Princesses came out throughout the dinner and were carefully managed so they got around each table. Our favourite was Aerial-she was so warm and even the adults found it magical! We were all given wishing stars and wands/swords as a memory of this experience.

Lovely experience

By MSItalyUk |

Really enjoyable experience. The setting is magical and staff was extremely nice food was lovely, maybe a tad too salty. We particularly enjoyed the desserts ( my boy loved making g his cupcakes!)

Far too rushed

By N1i2c3 |

Whilst it’s a wonderful thing to do, have dinner in one of the most iconic Disney locations, unfortunately, the only thing that’s special is just that, the actual location. You spend $100s to be rushed through every course. We refused to pay the service charge. Our mains came out whilst my daughter was still eating her starter, plates are cleared the second you put your cutlery down, in fact before you’ve even finished eating! Apparently this is normal service and people tend to want to rush their meal to get back to the park! I can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything quite like it, especially with the cost - it’s not a fast food joint! We had much more magical experiences and would really recommend California Grill watching the fireworks and Toppolinos character breakfast, both of which were 5* for food, service and magical experience.

Unbelievable!!!

By ScottishGal |

I wasn’t expecting much food/service wise from this experience. I thought it would be quite gimmicky with average food. However I was very wrong. We were treated like VIPs. The steak was absolutely delicious!! Refills on drinks were prompt and we had a lovely seat by the window. Our server was Oskar and he truly gave us a magical experience!

Paying to Say You Were in the Castle

By Keila D |

The food was good but not amazing. We had a reservation and still waited 20 minutes to be seated. Overall, excellent service from the cast members but the food left us wanting more. The dessert, however, was absolutely incredible.

Fun experience for the kids, with good food

By cwalker1222 |

We have had lunch here a few times in the last couple of years while visiting Disney. The kids love the atmosphere and meeting all the princesses. The food has gotten consistently better the last few visits. Would definitely recommend for the kids benefit alone.

Not good enough for price, compared to other character dinings

By Nicolás M |

We had an easy experience booking the reservation through the My Disney Experience App. The experience was nice, with the picture one takes with Cinderella at the entrance. The food was ok at best. We ate the steak and eggs (which were good) and the shrimp and grits (which were not good at all). For the price, I would definitely recommend to visit another Character Dining, like Story Book dining at Artist Point or Breakfast with Mickey and Friends at Four Seasons.

it was not dream come true

By Juliana M |

We had the experience at Cinderella Royal Table on 11/21/2023 at 9:30am for breakfast and honestly don't really think it's worth it. I’m really disappointed. Very beautiful environment but the service was not that great. We were about 10 min late and weren’t able to see Cinderella. Unfortunately they do not have professional photos taken with ur kiddo & Cinderella, the attendant said we have to use our phones. Waitress was friendly when she came by occasionally, but you could tell they’re just trying to get you out as fast as possible. We had a breakfast and I asked for coffee and hot chocolate she said I can’t have both. Price is so expensive and you can’t have a cup of hot chocolate. Seriously? Food comes out and the portions are tiny for 80$ per person it was a bit of a disappointment seeing that we get traditional American breakfast. On the app, it still says that four princesses will walk around the dining room, but we just met three. Unfortunately it was not dream come true for this experience. We left upset and very very disappointed.!

Great Service!

By kristinaklein1 |

I came here with family for the Fourth of July and we had such an incredible dining experience here! The food was incredible! The service was amazing, thanks to our sweet and genuine waiter, Nabil who made us all feel like royalty! He made our dining experience here so memorable and went above and beyond!

Glad we went.

By RFBurton |

We went to Disney right as the mask mandate was put back in place in the late summer of 2021. We knew the experience wouldn’t be what it would have been pre-COVID. Basing this review off of knowing what expectations needed to be, it was a fun experience and the food was decent. The kids both enjoyed the cupcakes. We saw Cinderella a couple of times, and while disappointed she couldn’t meet her, our daughter understood why. I’m glad we did it, but it’s not on the top of the list for our next visit.

I’m out

By Furjennings |

We are Disney adults who love to experience all things Disney while at the parks, including the royal table. Though we noticed on our previous visit from our most recent one at the royal table seem to lacking its magic. So we were not surprised when this time the magic was completely gone. The ambience was lost. Our server was not interested in conversation and was rushing us the entire time. The food was just plan bad. No flavor, a little cold and blah. We all wish we had just had a Mickey ice cream and popcorn. Oh and if you want to see the princesses find them in the park. This price tag is not worth going just to see them.

Not the same experience anymore

By LHN0320 |

Definitely not the same experience as we had a few years ago. If you want a great chance to see the characters it still offers this; however the food and service was subpar this time around. A few changes here or there experience wise (post covid) which were fine, but wish they had the to notch service and food they used to.

Very expensive but totally worth it.

By TCMimi |

WE went thinking this was a character experience and in some ways it was. When you arrive, they usher you into the common area where the kids meet Cinderella. they actually have an "audience" with her. Then you are escorted upstairs to the dining room. We had an amazing waitress, Bess, who immediately connected with the family. She was crazy good!! The food was excellent. Several of us had the beef, one had the pork and the kids had the mac/cheese and the chicken nuggets. All were amazing. The desserts were out of this world. Very expensive, the character experience was not worth it, service was excellent, overall, a great way to end our Disney trip.

Good Food Poor Service

By Sherri H |

We did this princess dinner for our 7yo granddaughter. It is a little expensive but worth it to see the smiles on all of the little ones faces. It is a wonderful memory that most will not forget. We checked in at out reservation time and was taken directly inside. She was able to meet Cinderella and have her picture taken with her. We were then directed upstairs to the main dining room and promptly seated. The tables seem a bit close together but at no time did I feel crowded. For this meal you select from a set menu, a couple of appetizer choices, main course choices and dessert. My granddaughter is not a picky eater so this was not a problem for her. I can see if you have picky eaters this may be an issue. She ordered apple slices, steak, corn on the cob and whipped potatoes and ate every bite. My husband ordered the braised beef appetizer and said it was very good. I had the salad and could have eaten 2 bowls. We both had the filet that came with asparagus and whipped potatoes. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly and very tender. The princesses are introduced one at a time and make their way around to every table. They have conversations especially with the kids and pose for pictures. Not once did I feel rushed. Now the negative. Gratuity is included so out server was MIA. Not once did she refill our tea glasses or come out to see if we needed anything else. There was someone else that passed by and noticed our glasses were empty and brought more. At the end of the meal we noticed tables around us were getting wands and swards and I noticed the table behind us was settling up their tab. Our server came out cleared our table another person came over and gave the granddaughter the wand and left. Never said another word to us. I had to get up track someone down and make sure we were all good to go. No receipt was provided for the charges that went to my credit card. My advise is go for the food and the princesses and don't expect top notch service. They are already getting 18% so there is no incentive to provide anything but mediocre service. My husband and I are not complainers so for us to mention it, it had to be bad. If she had just been a little better she probably would have walked away with an additional 20% as we are very generous people.

Eating inside Cinderella's Castle!

By Krista8794 |

Our experience overall was lovely - they were struggling with running behind, even with reservations, and everyone did their best to figure things out. Our cast members were Kayla and JR and they were SO helpful, kind, and wonderful - I am really writing this review to rave about them! Thank you, Kayla and JR!

For the value, the location and the glamour I expected more.

By FardinCruz |

The food is good, but far from being something worth the price and the place so dreamed. The main dishes are small and the children's food is ungrateful, the options could be better, nothing surprises. The attendants are sad, they don't seem to work happy. Very different from the characters who are very smiling and sympathetic. Only worth the princesses.

Princess dinner

By Trail690411 |

Overall visit was pretty great. Did the dinner for our girls so they could see a princess. Have a gluten free kid and they were amazing taking care of her. Food ended up being spectacular. All three servings ended up being great. Waitress was really nice. Food took a while to get after the appetizer but it was worth it.

Eating in the Castle

By GoVols79 |

We booked Cinderella’s Royal Table on our trip to Disney. We had been before but not since our kids were much younger. You meet Cinderella upon entering and then wait to be called to the dining room. We waited around 20 minutes or so. The food and the service were fine if unremarkable. You go for the princesses and even at 16 our daughter was pretty excited. It’s also pretty cool to eat in the castle.

Not as good as it used to be

By Lorna K |

My family had breakfast here and it’s not as good as it was pre Covid. My daughter loved it and she got to meet Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel and Jasmine. Just to see her so happy made this experience worth it but the food is not as good as it was previously and the service wasn’t that good. We ordered our food and drinks and no one came near us until after we had finished to offer refills of drinks. The princesses didn’t come around until after we finished eating and our waitress asked if we were waiting to see the princesses as if she wanted us gone. It’s very noisy in the restaurant and I felt like I was eating in a food court with the noise so they could do with playing some background music to drown out the noise of all the diners. Given the price this isn’t as magical as it should be but my daughter loved meeting the princesses.

Not worth it

By Pr@ |

Rude staff basic menu for what we paid very disappointed characters didn’t visit everyone not happy not worth the money

Worth a visit

By Squ84 |

Having been very disappointed with the be our guest dining experience we were apprehensive about our booking here. The castle setting is nice, meeting Cinderella is a nice touch (but no different to meeting the characters around the park just a nicer photo setting really). The drinks flight was great, the drinks were room temp rather than cold. The food was good, I had mussels, beef and cheesecake and every course was great. My husband had soup, beef and the chocolate mousse and enjoyed all of it. Kids meals vary depending on what you order, the fries are over salted like everywhere seems to be in Disney but the mash, beef and green bean option was good. Drinks are refilled seamlessly and the service was good. Paying in advance makes it seem a very reasonable meal when you buy drinks on the day, it is expensive but eating in Disney is never cheap and this is a far better experience, location and food offering than be our guest.

Nice food and atmosphere but lacked the service to match what it cost

By TheLegendP |

We booked this experience for breakfast (for the wife’s birthday). I ordered the banana french toast which was nice, wife had shrimp and grits which she said was nice. We were just disappointed with the service. The basket of pastries / cakes didn’t arrive and had to ask for them (by this point we had our ordered meal on table), and I had to eat the meal without a refill coke as he just kept forgetting. I would expect better service, but guess it’s pot luck who you end up with. Maybe younger waiting staff would help with the speed / service - if you see a glass 1/4 left just bring another. We would consider going again, but not in a rush.

Highly recommended at Magic Kingdom

By pittbrendat |

What an amazing lunch we had at Cinderella's castle. Highly recommend. Need reservations 60 days in advance. Be ready to book at 6:30 am or they are GONE. Worth every penny! Our 5 year old granddaughter was in heaven.

One of better disney character restaurants

By kev1983 |

We thought this was one of the better character dinning experiences at disney world. That said it was the most expensive too. Food was good quality and staff great with kids. You do still feel like your pushed through on a conveyer belt but that's disney dinning in general.

Enjoyable visit!

By unwin83 |

We enjoyed our experience at the Royal Table, it was great to dine inside cinderella’s castle and the atmosphere was great! On arrival, we had a photo with Cinderella. We had soup, tenderloin and cheesecake and each of the courses were tasty but on the small side. It would have been nice to have bread with the soup. My little girl had decorate your own cupcake for dessert which she really enjoyed doing and eating! Whilst we ate the princesses circulated, we found ariel to be the most engaging and chatty whilst the others were very brief in their visits. We sat at the window and preferred this as we weren’t in the middle of a busy dining space! It is pricey but it’s a different experience and enjoyable!

Food was amazing

By Jeannette A |

I haven’t eaten here in years. Because the food quality was terrible. My son and I booked breakfast around 9:30. We checked in 20 minutes early on the app. We were taken immediately. Had a beautiful window view. We both ordered the breakfast platter which included scrambled eggs bacon sausage and small hash browns. To our surprise the food was amazing. The eggs were light and buttery. Nothing was greasy. We actually ordered another breakfast and there was no charge. I would absolutely eat here again.

A great experience

By Brian T |

The high spot in our culinary experiences at Disney restaurants was when we had dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. The food and service were both excellent. Our table, as with all the others, was visited by the cast members playing character roles such Cinderella. It was well worth the $79 per adult, plus tax and gratuity that we paid and would recommend it.

Food was good, but service was awful

By MrsMakonnen |

Dining at CRT was supposed to be the grand finale of our two week holiday at Disney World and something we had been looking forward to for a very long time. We came here with realistic expectations regarding the food offerings, but what we never expected was service with a bad attitude. Unfortunately we had prepaid for our meal upon booking, including the gratuity, had we not, we would have left. The service was terrible - miserable, unfriendly to the point of bordering upon hostile. Our server had an awful attitude, there was no welcome or introduction by him. He appeared irritated that we didn’t know straight away what deserts we wanted. I hadn’t expected to have to order them together with the first two courses, and despite making quick decisions he then proceeded to make a point apologising to the next table for the time he had taken to reach them. Drinks were brought out and straws plonked down in a pile on the table, as were the blue wishing stars. Steak knives were placed/dropped on the table, he reached over rather than placing them down properly. One knife was dirty, he made no small apology when brought to his attention, just took it away and carried a new one in his hand, one would expect cutlery to be carried in a napkin. Just overall poor manners. We noted other children (and adults too) had been given wands or swords. We had obviously been missed out and I felt we couldn’t ask this particular server so I went to ask someone else, an older lady. She gave us two swords and then asked who our server was - when she realised it was JR she came back to us and said he was their very best server and all the other tables who were given these swords and wands had so because they had finished (they hadn’t!) to which he overheard and said ‘I love you’ to this older lady. She appeared defensive of him when I hadn’t even complained - my kids just wanted the swords that the other kids had during their meals and I had got up to politely ask, it was no big deal. It felt a bit ‘us and them’ and uncomfortable. The food was decent, adult portions were good and the quality is better than we had expected. We had been finished for a little while waiting for someone to come ‘check us out’ with JR stood with his back to the wall for some time, he clearly could care less since gratuity is already prepaid. We upped and left feeling full, yet disappointed in the overall experience. I would never recommend CRT, there are better places to meet the Princesses and you really don’t get to spend much time at all with them here.

Magical Breakfast

By Bogotarocks |

Food was decent enough and plenty of it - pastry plate was especially nice. It was a magical experience for my two little girls. It would have been nice for Cinderella to make an appearance at breakfast - but there was plenty of time for photo opps after. Service was great.

Incredible experience for the family

By Seamus |

As luck would have it, we were able to book a lunch character reservation right after an appointment at the Bippity Boppity Boutique and it was absolutely magical! Meeting Cinderella first thing was soo nice. She spent quite a few minutes talking with our daughter and then posed for photos. The food was the best in any park (even our boys said so) and our server was very nice and helpful. The princesses - Aurora, Merida, Ariel and Jasmine were friendly, engaging and posed for photos. It was expensive, but this kind of experience is worth it!!

Expensive waste of time and money

By L Cahill |

Our reservation was scheduled for 6:00 pm and we were finally seated at 7:00. We were not notified in advance of any delays and had to scramble to rearrange our fast passes and get out in time for the fireworks. The food was mediocre and the menu very limited One person in our party had allergies and everywhere else in Disney World the restaurant was amazing in making sure there were options for her. Her dinner was pathetic. The dining room is very crowded and other than seeing Cinderella on entering, there is nothing special about dining there. This restaurant is a very expensive waste of time. I should note that our server did her best under difficult circumstances and poor management. If you’re looking for a castle experience, go to “Be Our Guest”. The food, ambiance and service is excellent.

Mediocre quality food

By Mimi |

We visited for the first time and it was likely our last. The quality of the food was not good. Even the filet mignon that we ordered “medium” was dry and seemed to have been cooked and then reheated before it was served. The fish was served on a bed of gritty grits which did not enhance the flavor or texture of the dish. The princesses that visited our table were also not the best. It was great to see Merida, but her wig was not on straight, it looked like she ran out of the dressing room in a hurry. Ariel did not resemble the character’s features at all. Putting an orange wig on a short round faced girl does not pass. Cinderella was lovely and we were glad that there was an opportunity to have photo pass pics done with her before walking up the several staircases to the dining room. Not sure whether there is an elevator here but if you have trouble with climbing approx 40 steps, you may want to check accessibility. Overall, a very overpriced and disappointing experience.

Magical! 45 yo mom and 6yo son

By MPinFC |

My son is not into princesses but we thought it would be fun to eat in the castle and I’m so glad we did. This was truly a magical experience for both of us. Walking into the castle and then up the winding staircase set the vibe for entering someplace special. Then we stepped into the ornately decorated dining hall and couldn’t get over how majestic it was. Pictures didn’t do it Justice. What an experience! The food was good, loved the soup and my my son and I both loved the lamb. Cinderella came out and did some social distanced waving and my son I think really thought it was the real Cinderella and he blushed a little when she waved at him. Really a sweet experience. Definitely worth the visit even with a little who isn’t into princesses. For us it was mostly about that castle!

Rethink going

By working mom |

Waited for ever to get a table and then after they finally sit us for breakfast we are shoved in a corner and crunched with another family. Food was ok but not worth the price. My husband and I stared at a wall the entire time and were bumped with everyone going up the elevator. Time is money in Disney so the wait was ridiculous but to be shoved in a corner with no view let alone no characters — Disney needs to rethink this.

Magical location but didn't meet all expectations.

By Sue C |

Going into the castle at Disneyworld for breakfast was wonderful. You get announced as royal visitors, meet Cinderella and then head up to the restaurant for your meal. The room itself is great and you get some lovely views over Magic Kingdom but, unfortunately, it's all a bit loud and it's easy to miss the princesses being announced into the room and very difficult to hear what they say when they come to the table. The food was good but not the best we had for a Disney breakfast and, if I was chosing a Princess dining experience I think Akershus in Epcot is better. I was also disappointed with the dishes used for service. In a royal castle I expected coffee to be served in a china cup and not a robust mug! The little gifts of a wand or sword and a wishing star are a nice touch though.

Cinderella’s Royal Table: Bippity Boppity Bad…

By Vanessa G |

Imagine spending over $600 for 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids) to eat small portioned dinners in soaking wet clothes and absolutely no excitement aside from some somber princess greetings….I give you Cinderella’s Royal Table ladies and gentlemen. I write this review to hopefully spare some other poor families from splurging on this overpriced and underwhelming event. It’s sad that the best thing about this dinner was our server JR who was amazing beyond expectation. Unfortunately that is where our “magical” experience ended. We were unlucky enough to have a reservation during a torrential downpour, but raced for our reservation to avoid any issues or no-show fees. Upon arriving, we were told that due to the rain, dinner service was delayed by 40-minutes. I questioned how with Disney’s high-tech system they were unable to let us know that. We were soaked through our clothes completely and could have waited out the storm had we known our reservation was delayed. As a result, we had to purchase expensive shirts, shoes and socks so we could at least eat dinner in semi-comfort. Though it was great to meet the princesses, the atmosphere left much to be desired. Poor table spacing (we could literally smell the soiled diaper of the baby next to us during the meal), no special events for kids, no parade, no excitement. Just some plastic wands and swords (that didn’t even light up…pathetic). Dinner portions, though tasty, were small and the men especially left hungry. Disappointment expressed to the “manager” specifically about the lack of communication with the reservation system, was met with a smirk causing even more resentment with this royal mess of a restaurant. Perhaps the Fairy Godmother needs to wave her wand to invigorate this castle which provided an experience as tattered as Cinderella’s dress. Needless to say, we will never return.

Set your expectations low so you might get a pleasant surprise

By Dan S |

The welcoming from the staff was lovely. They were informative and friendly upon arrival, and once seated the waiter was fine. The food is very much comparable to what you might get at a wedding - easily mass produced, over-priced and just ok. For mains one of us ordered the steak and the other the pork. Twice the pork came out and was undercooked. The glazed roasted vegetables were hardly even blanched (not an exaggeration) - they were hard, cold and tasteless. Only realising once we visited another restaurant that this wasn’t just the Disney style of roasted vegetables, that they were in fact just neglected. The steak was a decent portion, however we noticed that the child’s portion was the same as the adult’s size, with the addition of fries for the child. Great value for the price you pay for a child. Our waiter recognised the poor quality of the food and implored us to forward our thoughts to guest relations. No compensation was offered from the restaurant staff. You are very much paying for a Lightning Lane access to meet Cinderella and for the novelty of eating in the castle, which is part of the magic. If you are visit Warwick Castle in England then you get similar decor at the Pizza Pasta buffet, so perhaps not as impressive if you’ve been to a castle before. If you have your heart set on it, then do it. Set your expectations low and then if you have a wonderful experience then that’s great! If you’re going for the food, visit Crystal Palace where the food offering is very similar (and some offerings are the same), cheaper and all you care to enjoy.

Royal breakfast

By Katie R |

Fantastic breakfast. The selection and portions were impressive, and they had no bother making tweaks, like swapping eggs for sausage. We had 4 different princesses come round the table while we were there, as well as meeting Cinderella on our way in. Hats off to the cast members for their enthusiasm and getting into character.

With all those princesses, how can you go wrong.

By Ecmancini |

They go out of their way to make this a special experience, even tagging strollers/scooters for you. The decor is perfect. Food is excellent. There were dishes that are rare or some I have never heard of, such as corvino served on smoked gouda grits. The Clock Strikes Twelve dessert was great. Cheesecake was pretty bad. Lamb chops were stupendous. Butternut squash soup snd salad with goat cheese, romaine and Brussel sprouts were very good. Service was very good. And, with all those princesses, how can you go wrong?

Best for younger kids

By Anna |

We have been here a couple of times with our kids , and the last time they seemed a little old for it (8 and 12). There are lots of little kids / yelling and the service seemed rushed. We had a magical time here in previous years, but I think it was also because the kids were little and so excited about the princesses that we ignored the fact that the dinner is really expensing and the setting is.. well very loud. The Good: Getting to have your last name called to meet with Cinderella and take a picture The princesses are great, visiting all the different tables The food is good, nothing spectacular but a nice meal It is really neat to go inside the casle, and the view is nice from the windows if you sit over there Little kids are very excited The Bad: It is crowded, some tables you feel like you are having to watch the back of your chair from bumping into the table behind you It is loud - they try to announce things but you cannot really hear it because of the noice level Service is uneven

A must see and dine at restaurant!

By GRACE W |

To eat in the castle is a great experience. Although it’s expensive, you’ll love the atmosphere and food. This was our second time dining there. Filet mignon was excellent. We loved the desserts but my daughter didn’t like the coffee dessert. And she loves coffee. Cheesecake was great! The presentations of each course was top notch. This is a must dining experience at least once in your life.

very nice bit pricey

By PeterH622 |

we had breakfast for 4 here lovely medeval setting within the castle large round hal,l we were next to a window and had a view into the park staff were attentive and on hand the food was ok but a little pricey great for the kids who get a photo on the way in with cinderella and a wand or sword you have to book before hand so do your sums

Over priced Toby Carvery

By Treeborker |

It was booked to my daughters birthday, although initially everyone was welcoming once we were seated it was disappointing. The child’s food was shocking, the started was literally a sliced apple! The mains for her were very childish for a very sophisticated restaurant. The decor felt like an upgraded Toby carvery. I would not recommend!

Disappointed

By jess51bum |

I knew it would be expensive but it wasn't worth it. First Cinderella was not at the bottom to greet you and take pictures. I know about distancing but they could easily rope off an area. The dining room was nice, Cinderella came out only once when we were there and you could just see her at a distance. Where we were seated we barely saw her. You can not get up out of your seat. The other Princesses are not there anymore. We went for breakfast and it was just regular choices, shrimp and grits, quiche, avocado toast or regular breakfast which we got. It was just scramble eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon and a little hash browns. They did have some danish. We paid 52.00 per person.

CRT review

By Sara S |

My daughter loved meeting 4 princesses who did a great job visiting all the tables. However, the food is not worth the price. Some of the food was good but some awful. My son ordered grapes and cheese cubes for his appetizer. The grapes had rather large spots of mold on them. Mold that was easily visible. They brought him new cheese with apple slices. My daughters apple slices were mushy and mealy. We didnt say anything, she just didnt eat them. When spending $330 on one meal, I expect better quality food. We will not eat there again.

Rip Off-Avoid this dump

By jeff b |

The worst dining experience ever! The restaurant is tired & old. The carpet must be 20 years old. No princess in sight. We had to wait 30 min. after our $62 lunch, to see Cinderella down in the lobby only too see her standing on a stage waving. She did not even make an appearance during lunch. Speaking of lunch, probably the worst menu selection I have ever seen. No salad, Beef veg, soup & it's 88 outside? After being served 2 filets that were beyond well done ( we asked for medium), they took them off the bill. The fish selection was tile fish & it was over cooked. No vegetables served with the meal. The chicken dish w/ an olive tapenade sounded horrible. Disney acts like $62 pp (adult) & $37 for children is no big deal. It could & should be the best dining experience ever with your kids, however it was a huge disappointment.

Great experience overall

By RJD |

We had an amazing anniversary dinner with a late reservation. They were running behind about 30 minutes to an hour but we were lucky enough to get a table for the fireworks. It was a great experience with great food and service. The price is a bit high but that's expected. We were very impressed and would recommend - likely won't return but glad we did it.

Highly recommend :)

By Disney3 |

My daughter booked this as a Christmas present for our Disney trip, and it certainly was a lovely experience! Had read a few reviews before coming and people were saying the food wasn’t the best and it was expensive, I totally disagree, for the meal, the meet and greets of the princesses and the whole experience I thought it was very good value for money and it was fantastic! Was seated next to the window and had a lovely view of the park, our waitress (Karen I think) was lovely, very welcoming and attentive. Food was lovely, couldn’t fault it. The fireworks outside made our experience even more marginal, was an evening to remember and we will certainly be back next year. Thank you :)

Great experience

By Alyssa_. |

We had an 8am breakfast booking. We got a few great quiet photos of the castle, a fantastic welcome from Cinderella then seated. The staff were very attentive and the food was good! I have read many bad reviews but I am glad we did it

Great time in Cinderella's Castle

By egue702 |

We went to Cinderella's Royal Table for lunch this past Monday. We had a great experience there. The food was really good. It's a 3 course meal and my wife and I ordered different items on the menu to sample as much as possible. Our appetizers were the braised beef which was very tender and the chilled jumbo shrimp which were delicious with a rich cilantro flavor. For the entrees we ordered the spice-rubbed pork tenderloin (replaced couscous with mashed potatoes) and the grilled tenderloin of beef. These were also good, but we weren't quite finished with our appetizers when the server first brought these, so they took them back and when when we finally did get them they seemed like they might have been placed under a hot lamp and were a tad dry. I assume this was mostly an isolated incident and didn't have a huge impact on the food so we didn't mind. For dessert we both got The Clock Strikes Twelve which was extremely good and I highly recommend for anyone who likes rich chocolate flavor. We don't drink alcohol so I cant comment on that, but being able to order bottomless soft drinks after getting out of the Florida sun was great. We also had our 4 year old with us who got the cheese and grapes (mostly for the grapes), the nuggets and corn on the cob. The food seemed like a high quality kids meal and she enjoyed it as much as a four year old can. For the dessert, however, she was amazed when the "build your own cupcake" came out with the icing and sprinkles on the side. I highly recommend this option for young kids. Obviously what makes this meal worth the price is the character experience. When you first enter you start with what seems like a regular meet and greet with Cinderella, very similar to other meet and greets at the park. You then walk up a spiral staircase until you get to the dining area. We were seated on one of the upper stages on the sides and were initially concerned when we saw all the princesses head to the lower center area to meet the guests. It seems like their walking path might be somewhat planned and there was no need to be worried because all the princesses did make it to the side tables. Our daughter was very happy to have the princesses come up to her and ask her questions/sign her book and pose for pictures. Our daughter is pretty shy, but the princesses were very good at recognizing this and promoting conversation. Our daughter has expressed a lot of joy about having met THE princesses. While Cinderella doesn't go to the tables in the dining area, we did get visited by Aurora, Jasmin, Snow White and Ariel. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend it for families with young children, or anyone who wants to have the opportunity to meet a lot of princesses while eating great food, relaxing in an air conditioned room (in Cinderella's Castle!) after a long day in the sun. While it does take up a lot of time (we were in there for around 1.5 hours), this is mostly offset by the fact that you get to skip some other lines to meet some of these princesses elsewhere. If you are considering this and "Be our guest", I would recommend this one because of the more personalized feel that you get when meeting everyone one-on-one (and the gifted sword/wand/wishing star) compared to the staggered views of The Beast at "Be Our Guest".

Fun Experience - Nice Character Meet & Greet - Food is less impressive

By Stardust86 |

All in all, eating in the castle is a worth-while experience. Especially with kids who love character experiences. We had my little one made-up at Bippity Boppity before we came here for dinner, and I think it made for a really amazing experience for her. That said - I do have complaints. We met with Cinderella while waiting for our table - she was lovely and had a whispered conversation with my little one for quite a while. When the princesses came around, Jasmine also spent a good amount of time interacting with my daughter. The two of them were fantastic - but I was disappointed with the other princesses. The rest barely spoke to my 4 year old, and kind of rushed to take a photo with her and leave. You could see her trying to tell them things and it felt like they brushed her off to make her take the photos... On top of that, the way they circulate had all the princesses at our table right on top of each other. They should really each have a different path through the dining room. I would have liked the meet and greets to be more spaced throughout our meal... As far as the rest of the "experience", the castles is beautiful, the view out the window is very cool, even when you aren't sitting next to it. The wishing star portion is cute, my little one made a big deal out of deciding what her wish would be. And we loved that we get a parting souvenir - sword or wand - that even the adults get one of. The food though, isn't as good as I would have hoped. We had salads to start. My little one was sad the kids salad didn't have croutons, but otherwise was a fairly standard little salad. I went with the adult "Castle Salad", which had big uncooked bites of asparagus and very hard to chew brussel sprouts, and a dressing that was too acidic. Not at all what I wanted from a salad. Should have tried the soup. Entrees were the chicken strips - which my little one enjoyed, but she got the rice with it, and we had to pick out the cooked carrots. For a kids menu, I would have expected a plain rice...kids are always so picky... Corn on the cob was a huge hit with her though. My meal was the pork tenderloin, which was beautifully presented, but had this awful "red wine jus" which was overpoweringly salty on it that ruined it and the couscous it was served on. As for the vegetable side, the "rainbow carrots" are literally two carrots. They were very good....but I don't understand Disney's thing about giving adults such small sides (at Be Our Guest I got 5 green beans...). Frankly, it would be cheaper for them, and healthier for guests to give a larger vegetable portion and less meat.... Dessert was the best part of the adult meal. I was actually on the fence about what to order because I had read reviews online saying The Clock Strikes Twelve cake is too much chocolate. But I ordered it anyway, and am glad I did. It's beautiful, and an amazing chocolate dessert. Also it has a ribbon of like caramel through the middle to break up the chocolate. All in all, just really wonderful. I would order that over and over. My daughter loved decorating her own cupcake. Like the dessert at Be Our Guest, she got a really big kick out of the interactive-ness of the dessert. Though to be honest - she only took one bite of the cupcake and was done. Was disappointed it wasn't a chocolate cupcake. In the end, we would recommend - not so much for the food, but for the princesses, and the whole atmosphere. Though perhaps on our next trip we will try out the princess meal over in Epcot instead....

Great lunch – exceeded expectations

By Matthew G |

I was very pleased by our recent lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table during a day in the Magic Kingdom. I had been here once before and enjoyed it, but had also heard some negative reviews from others and found the online reviews to be very mixed. I was nervous that our previous good meal there was just a fluke, but I’m happy to report that we had a nice experience again. This was actually my favorite out of all of the Disney restaurants we tried on this trip. I think the setting of Cinderella’s Royal Table alone earns it some points, as it’s the one chance available to dine inside Cinderella’s Castle at the Magic Kingdom. The dining room that is themed to look like a medieval castle, with views overlooking Fantasyland. You get to meet Cinderella on the way in, adding a character interaction to the experience. For those who love character meals, the experience is still modified as compared to the pre-pandemic setup and may be a disappointment. In the past, you’d meet Cinderella downstairs on your way in (as you still do now), and then while you were upstairs eating, several other princesses would come by to your table. The current experience does not include any additional princesses. Other than meeting Cinderella at the beginning, it feels like a standard, non-character meal. I actually liked this, since it takes away some of the chaos that can come from character meals, but I’m sure others would disagree. Since many other character meals in Disney World have pretty much returned to normal, it’s surprising that this one still has modifications. The meal itself is prix fixe, currently $62 per adult, with each person choosing their own appetizer, entrée, and dessert. I also appreciated that they have a pretty good wine list here, especially for it being in an amusement park. We enjoyed a bottle of their Enchanteé champagne and a bottle of Stag’s Leap Artemis cab, and were told the champagne is a special label made solely for this restaurant and the Be Our Guest Restaurant. They also offer several wine flights that seem popular, including mimosa flights. Food-wise, our group pretty much tried all of the appetizers, including the mussels, salad, and charcuterie board. I had the salad, which included romaine lettuce, brussels sprouts, citrus, and fennel with a passion fruit vinaigrette, and I thought it was really tasty. Everything was kind of shredded up and doused in a lot of dressing, which I enjoy. My wife’s mussels stood out more though, and came in a really tasty white wine coconut curry sauce. They were well-cooked and delicious. I didn’t try anything on the charcuterie board, but it looked ok – probably not the best option there. For entrées, the “Magic Carpet Ride” that my wife got was the standout. It included pork two ways – a piece of pork tenderloin and then also a piece of pork belly, along with some carrots and couscous, all covered with a very artistic “magic carpet” that sort of looked like a cracker in the shape of a magic carpet. The presentation of this dish was awesome, and the bite I had was excellent. I got the fish of the day, which was grouper served en papilotte (basically served in a paper pouch that it was cooked in), along with some vegetables and a chimichurri sauce. The fish was a little basic, but I wanted something light, and it met expectations. It was actually pretty flavorful, especially with the sauce. However, a basic piece of fish is just a basic piece of fish, so I would probably go for something more interesting in the future, such as the pork dish. I also heard from others at the table that the beef tenderloin was very good. Everyone was happy with their food, and I just thought it hit the mark in all respects. For dessert, both the cheesecake and the “clock strikes twelve” dessert, which is a chocolate mousse with a caramel and praline center and hazelnut gelato, were great. The “clock strikes twelve” is very rich, but good, and I would be happy with either that or the cheesecake, depending on what kind of dessert I’m in the mood for. Service was generally good throughout our meal. Our server was nice enough, but not the warmest. However, I felt that basic things like the pacing of the meal and the frequency of her presence at the table were appropriate, which is definitely not a given at Disney restaurants. Especially since we ended up getting a couple bottles of wine during our meal, I appreciated that we weren’t rushed along and had sufficient time to enjoy everything. One other minor thing that was different on this visit versus past times prior to Covid was the small extras they give during the meal. They used to give out plastic “wishing stars” to each person during the meal and there was some sort of ceremony during the experience where they had each person make a wish. Now, they still give the stars out at the beginning of the meal, but nothing is done with them. I never thought these were anything special, but they could definitely be eliminated now that there’s no real purpose for them. Swords and wands for kids were also part of the experience before, and were given during the meal. Now, they are offered in a basket to take as favors on the way out of the building. I actually think this change is fine, since it cheapened the atmosphere a bit to have kids waving those around the dining room during the meal. All in all, I thought our lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table was quite nice, and was a surprising highlight among our meals in Disney World on this trip. The food was excellent, the atmosphere is very nice, and it just has a perfect feel of being immersed in the Magic Kingdom.

A Meal Fit for Royalty

By Alice Kat |

This is one of the hardest dining locations to get a booking for and you can see why. You are eating inside the Cinderella castle, the landmark of Disney World. When you go inside you get a photo with Cinderella which is lovely then you get taken up some stairs to the dining hall that is decorated to make you feel like you are in a princess castle. The seating overlooks the carousel. I had breakfast here which is a set price. My waiter was so lovely and called me princesses which I loved. I got a selection of pastries and fruit followed by my main dish the beef tenderloin and egg. This is something I have never had before but I felt like being adventurous. It was something out of heaven. I could have had this dish every day if I could have. I cannot replicate this dish at home so this was a unique moment. At the end of the meal as you leave you get a signed card from Cinderella and a wand to take home. Would recommend highly

The Magic is GONE : SAVE YOUR MONEY

By Trey R |

DO NOT GO to this restaurant. The food was not good at all, the staff was extremely rude, and we could not even see Cinderella. There was no opportunity for our table to even see Cinderella and there was no picture opportunities. In addition to that, the princesses no longer walk throughout the restaurant. We were stuck in the back corner of the eating area, directly behind a column. We spent $400 on a meal/experience. For that kind of money, our kids should have been provided an opportunity to at least see Cinderella. Our food was laughable at how poorly it was prepared. The 'steak and egg' was almost inedible. The french toast was dense like a brick, and the shrimp and grits tasted like someone just added water to some instant grits, and microwaved some shrimp on top of it!!! DISNEY should be EMBARRASSED!!!!

Waste of money, bad experience

By Rachel V |

This was an extremely disappointing and overpriced experience. The food portions are very small. The “seasoned veggies” on the beef tenderloin are a little piece of an onion. Although the server was very nice, it was evident that they try to get people in and out of there as quickly as possible and its just about making money. We all left hungry. At the end, my child asked Cinderella for a signature on a card on the way out. The staff that was with her was extremely rude and told him she wouldn’t sign it for him. Cinderella herself was not very engaging and seemed like she did not want to be there. For a way better character dining experience, I would recommend Tuskers in Magic Kingdom where you meet 4 characters who actually come up to your table and interact with the children. It is a fraction of the price and you won’t leave hungry! I would not recommend Cinderella’s Royal Table to anyone and I will never go back. Biggest waste of money hands down.

Fancy setting the princesses love!

By Papaw25 |

Grand daughters loved the characters! Food was good, i got the steak! Our server was very good but the desserts were better at Biergarden! Don't let pictures fool you they pack the people in this place and seating is very tight. If you are doing mobile check in you still need to report in (or your could be left for awhile). Lots of steps up to the dining room but there is an elevator upon request. 2 dining credits per person equals pricey.

Watch the fireworks from inside the castle AND enjoy a 5-star meal!

By ShannieGirlfromNJ |

Cinderella’s Royal Table gets 6 out of 5 stars!! Extraordinary - I was just looking forward to the experience of eating inside the castle for our first family trip to Disney but what we got was SO MUCH MORE. Hands down the best meal we ate in Disney World. Icing on the cake was watching the fireworks from inside the castle. Superb staff, service, cuisine. Highly recommend! Must do in Disney!

Horrible Service :(

By Deborah M |

The castle is very lovely, and the food was delicious. What ruined our day was abysmal service, and I don't say this lightly. We had an 8:30am reservation on Sept. 2 Our server took about 30 minutes to take our order, and another 10 to give me a cup of coffee. I asked for cream and sugar and got nothing. She apologized and said she would return with some but never came back. Then she served my son the wrong food. We didn't complain because we didn't want to keep waiting. After eating, still no cream and sugar and didn't even refill the coffee. Thirsty and tired, I asked a couple more times to try to flag her down. Everyone was done eating now and ready to go. Finally, I asked another server for some coffee. From start to finish, it took us 2 hours to get through breakfast because of the slow service. My kids were so bored and antsy by the time this was all over. Our server also never gave us the souvenir card I saw other servers giving people at the end of the meal. I wish I had spoken up when I was there and told a manager about all of this.

Anniversary dinner

By Nicole H |

Expensive, but worth the experience with kids at least once! Food was great and service quick! They really try to make sure all needs are met! Overall, a worthwhile visit!

Chaotic.

By marinaBrighton |

Came here for dinner and they were running 20 minutes late with no apology. Cinderellas Table is strictly for little princes and princesses whose parents have more Micky Mouse money than sense. We declined meeting or having photographs with any of the princesses as we were grandparents without our granddaughter in tow, it would have been a bit creepy. Our male server was slightly surly telling us there was no single glasses of champagne available even though it’s on the menu. Food not bad I ordered lamb chops from the menu but they were not available, however it was replaced with a rack of lamb which was a better option, my husband had Filet Mignon again no complaints. Food is served quickly as the service is quite rushed with queues waiting downstairs. Having said all the above this is a dream come true for the children all dressed beautifully straight from the Bibbidy Bibbidy Boo salon opposite… our granddaughter is booked in for the full package and can hardly sleep for excitement!!

$200 lunch without a princess in sight

By ExRIGuy |

Checked in for lunch at 2:25 and at 3:45 the kids were melting down and no princess had made any appearance so we walked out sorely let down and feeling pickpocketed. They kept saying a princess was coming but after 90 minutes it was time to go and we did not believe them. Might as well have eaten at any other character meal and saved the overpriced $$$$$!!

Very good food/service but restaurant need renovating

By DXB_Maple |

We secured a reservation for CRT the day before. We had a 8-year-old girl with us and we wanted to make our only WDW trip very special. The whole experience was very good. The food was good and the service was attentive. The restaurant itself was nice for themed dining but many aspects need a renovation. There were many tables with adults and I don’t quite understand this. The main reason is to dine in the castle with Cinderella. There are many restaurants on the property with amazing dining for the same price. I think I would opt for something of greater value if I didn’t have kids with me.

Must Do!

By cja78 |

Took my niece here for dinner and she loved it. You meet Cinderella when you first walk in and then go upstairs where you get seated. Four other Princesses come around while you’re eating. The tenderloin of beef was really good and perfectly cooked. Jay our waiter was awesome. I would highly recommend Cinderellas Royal Table.

Please be careful they overcharge you if you pay in advance! Scam!!

By Vera Treonze |

Service and food was amazing!! Great experience!! It is totally worth the $62 PER ADULT! The reason for the low rating is because the restaurant and My Disney Experience app is overcharging families! Im so disgusted by the scam they have where you have to pay for 4 adults in advance to get a reservation!! I was charged over $300 before sitting dow. When we sat down I told our server we over paid and he assured he would take care of it. When the check comes we just receive a bill for our alcohol. Of course I have to request AGAIN to be be charged appropriately for 2 children and 2 adults. They final credit us the $60 they overcharged us. I’m so disturbed as to think what would happen if I was a little more ignorant or too embarrassed to speak up? What happens yo those families and the people who have limited English? It’s a shame because it really was a great experience but I believe they’re scamming and overcharging any parties they can.

Great service, mediocre food, no characters

By CISMANSPG |

Our server was excellent. The food wasn’t great. Noodles and pesto sauce for the 50th anniversary special were tasteless. Fish was ok, but served in a paper bag on the plate. For the price, I don’t expect to be digging my fish and veggies out of paper- I expect it plated. The cheesecake was very good. We didn’t book this for the characters (our kids are teens) but it was real sad to see that not one single princess entered the dining room to interact with all the adorable kids. Not one even stood at the balcony overlooking the room to wave. No pic with Cinderella outside the restaurant either. Apparently she was on break as we entered AND as we left. Not that we cared, but there were lots of sad little faces among the other families. Much different than our experience there when our kids were littles. No magic at all, unfortunately.

Only Cinderella at the Castle

By Mom4kidos |

The food is fine. The experience is lacking. Previously, there were multiple princesses that would come to your table, or during Covid at least pass through and wave. Tonight, it was only Cinderella when you first walk in. No more photographers, it's take your own picture (come on - why buy memory maker when Disney has cut out so many photographers from character greetings). If I'd known it was only Cinderella, we wouldn't have gone tonight. I should have researched it more before going. I just can't believe they made such big changes! Basically- if Disney doesn't have more than Cinderella at this character dining event - Don't do it! Save your money and go just behind the castle to Princess Fairybook hall and see Cinderella and Elena there. Absolutely no need to pay a fortune for a dinner in the castle with just one princess- that you meet for 60 seconds and never see again! We were very disappointed by this "character" experience tonight.

Very disappointing

By Laurie F |

Although the castle is beautiful and it's amazing to be able to dine inside, the food is not at all worth the price. One of our family members ordered fish and it was brought to the table raw. It had not been cooked at all. We sent it back and our waitress apologized. The chef came out and apologized in person and said it was his fault. The maitre d' even came by the table and apologized. They took it back and returned with a cooked piece of fish that was very good. One would have thought that they would take the price of that meal off of our bill, but they didn't. Instead, they took off the price of the celebration cake that we had ordered, which was about 1/3 of the price of the meal. This certainly didn't seem like a very Disney-ish thing to do. Some of the princesses were very friendly, but others went by as quickly as possible. Very disappointing when this was supposed to be one of the highlights of the trip.

Magic Experience

By Paloma Braga Parrales |

The most magical experience I've ever had at Disney. I went with great fear because many said that it was not worth the experience because of the value... Honestly? I found the breakfast delicious, the castle inside is indescribable... and the fact that the princesses pass on the table to take pictures and talk, complete the experience with the golden key. It's all magical and thought-out in the smallest detail. We love.

Great experience

By Lyn P |

We had a great time, The meal was good and my granddaughters loved meeting the princesses. They got their autographs and pictures taken with them.

The most magial experience

By LozzaaG |

This is our 3rd time having a meal here and it still doesn't disappoint. The setting is fantastic, with beautiful views of the park. The service is so fantastic and food delicious. Then being able to meet so many Princess characters made it such a magical experience. It is expensive, but worth it for the experience. My tip would be to book well in advance, keep an eye on when the booking spots get released and book ASAP.

Lovely breakfast

By Innyperson |

We had great service and great food for breakfast, plus the offer of more pastries if we wanted them- so we did! Lovely setting and a chance to meet Cinderella on the way in.

Major disappointment

By Resort276668 |

You are paying very high prices for less than mediocre food. Disney should be able to offer a much better menu with much better food. It is nice to actually get into the castle but that’s about it. Our server wanted us in and out, wasn’t bothered about being particularly nice, her tip was automatically added to the price we had to pay when we made a reservation. My steak was over cooked with a small amount of flavor less Mashed potato. The chicken was very strange, was supposed to be served with a tomato broth but ended up over tomato soup and tasted nasty, way too many over powering flavors. Cinderella showed up a couple of times but because our table was next to the window we could hardly see her. Disney really needs to up its game when it comes to this restaurant! Such a huge disappointment, when I’m fact this could be the crown jewel of the menu, food and service was 100% better.

Disappointing, have had way better experiences elsewhere at Disney.

By Alyssa H |

We have eaten at many restaurants at DisneyWorld and Disneyland. This was by far the most disappointing. Having 2 little girls, we had high hopes that this was going to be an amazing dinner. They felt SO special to be able to enter the castle and actually eat there. The hostess staff was amazing, the interaction with Cinderella was amazing....and then we went upstairs. Our server seemed to be in a rush. Asked us 3x in 10 minutes if we were ready to order. He didn't give any information or anything about the drink menu. When I was ordering, I told him I was severely allergic to mango (because they ALWAYS ask at Disney for allergies) and his reply was "well, yes this is important to say before ordering so we know". Then the princesses started to come out. It was a grand entrance, the girls were so excited, and when they got to our table.....nothing. just, would you like a picture. Jasmine was talkative but the only Princess that took the time and talked to the girls was Merida. She was absolutely amazing. I don't know if others saying a character experience is the best part or why they'd return because they've never been to another or what. We had the most amazing princess experience in Epcot. Every single one took time with the girls and spoke so well in character, it was the best. The food was ok and very small. Even the kids didn't really eat theirs. The desserts were amazing and beautifully presented. There are many photos on other reviews. That was the best part. Then when dessert was done the waiter brought wands and a sword and we were done. I definitely do not think I would go back a second time.

Amazing food and staff

Food was amazing, server was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will return. Very clean restaurant as well as fast service.

Excellent end to a very busy day!

By James Housley |

We visit Walt Disney world regularly but this was the first time that we made a reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table. My five year old daughter was over the moon when she was greeted by Cinderella in the main hall - we then took the spiral stair case to the restaurant where we were greeted by a number of Disney princesses which again made my daughter very very happy! The food was of high standard - even the children’s food was very good. Definitely worth a visit after a long day walking - the night ended with fireworks which as always were first class and out of this world. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Amazing meal

By Hannah |

We absolutely loved this experience. We booked as part of our honeymoon trip and it was a wonderful treat. The food was delicious, the clock strikes twelve dessert was amazing - so so good! We also treated ourselves to the champagne flight, which was also lovely - I just wish they had given us some more time to enjoy it in between courses. There were lots of children and all of the princesses came around to our table, this wasn’t really for us but the children around us loved it! Highly recommend!

Great Meal

By jstorm83 |

We got lucky with a lunch reservation at Cinderella's table and knew going in some of the reviews were mixed even on DFB saying it was OK. Well, we noticed that they had updated their menu with some new items. There were 5 of us and we all got different things and all were delicious. My I got the pork (magic carpet ride) and it was really good. 2 of our parties got the (When Will My Life Begin Chicken and Pasta) also very good. The other 2 got the steak. All yummy!

Amazing Food , Exceptional Staff, Fun Atmosphere

By JJ |

The reservations - tough to get; and it is pricey (you pay ahead of time, when you make the reservation). But it is worth it for three reasons: the food, the staff, and the ambiance. The entrance hall and the dining area are beautiful. We were sat immediately and the food was served quickly - I had the chicken pasta with edible flowers and it was mouthwateringly good. My mom had the steak and said it was the best thing she ate our entire week at Disney. We ordered different desserts to try them out - I had the cheesecake (delicious) and mom tried the "clock strikes 12". If you are a chocolate lover, definitely try the "clock strikes 12". Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Our server was really nice and made sure that all 4 princesses stopped by our table; and indeed, they had, even though we had no kids with us. It was fun to talk to them because they won't break character at all. They are more than happy to take pics, too. Our server gave us each a magic star wand and a wishing star, too, which was really unexpected and made my mom deliriously happy. We got to partake in everything and never felt like we were left out. I had a great experience at Cinderella's Royal Table and would love to return someday.

The most magical breakfast on earth!

By Bailey S |

I LOVE Cinderella’s Royal Table!! By far the most magical breakfast I’ve ever had. I loved being able to see the inside of Cinderella Castle. It’s so beautiful! I loved the view of Fantasyland in the early morning too. I loved all of the details in the entry area. You can see Jaq and Gus hiding! Our server was fantastic! He took very good care of us and made sure all of our needs were met. The caramel apple stuffed French toast was amazing. It was warm, gooey, and the perfect breakfast to start off a day at the Magic Kingdom. You can’t go wrong with the steak and eggs either. I had such an amazing experience dining in the castle, and I loved every minute of it. I hope I get to eat here again one day soon!

Cinderellas Castle

By Kdawg282 |

My family and I visited Cinderellas Castle for the first time after many Disney trips. First off, the food was excellent and surprised me. I wasn’t expecting great, but was surprised at the quality of the meal. The price is high, but I somewhat expect that for dining at the castle. What I didn’t expect was this place wasn’t firing on all cylinders by any means. I checked-in for my reservation 15-minutes early and wasn’t sat until about 15-20 minutes after my reservation time. I was then handed a ticket and told to go inside. Little did I know I was supposed to walk upstairs and hand it to someone up there. Then, Cinderella wasn’t downstairs and no explanation was given to me without me asking at a later time. I thought that was an included experience, and for the price it seems like it should be. During our first course, they brought out multiple Wrong plates, but gladly brought the correct ones. One of the servers asked for a drink order, we ordered two alcoholic drinks and they forgot to bring them to us, later of which they took care us. Seemed like way to many misses for me when dining at a restaurant of this price point. I still give it four stars, as the location was awesome, the cast Members were friendly, and the food was delicious. Hopefully the feedback above will be useful.

We loved our dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table!

By JillianC |

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table on November 29, 2024. This was a highlight of our special visit to Walt Disney World with our 10 year old great niece. She had gotten a Cinderella inspired Royal makeover at Bibbidi earlier in the day & was so excited to be having dinner inside Cinderella’s castle! Also, my husband (71 years old) had gone to Disney World with his parents when he was in high school & they’d had dinner there & loved it all those years ago. Literally, his only request for this weeklong trip was to have dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table! I had been advised by the concierge at the Grand Floridian that this should be the first reservation I made when reservations opened up 60 days before our arrival date for our entire stay because we were staying at an onsite hotel. I was up & ready to go by 2:30am Pacific time to hit the ground running at 3:00am Pacific time (6am Eastern) when bookings open. I started trying earlier but the dining reservations opened at exactly 6:00am Eastern time. My first choice was Thanksgiving dinner & although it was initially available, I lost it before I finalized the reservation. I tried the Friday after Thanksgiving next & was thankful for the 4:45pm dinner reservation we got! Full payment is charged to your credit card at the time of booking for this restaurant. We checked in for our reservation at the ground floor host station just outside the castle. We were warmly welcomed & taken inside the castle to meet Cinderella. Her reception area is perfect & so was she! She was the perfect Disney princess as she chatted with our sweet niece, admired her Cinderella inspired look including her Cinderella blue Converse (much more practical than glass slippers!” Cinderella said!). Just adorable! I took the elevator up to the dining room as stairs are challenging for me & it is decorated like a castle turret- really special! We were promptly greeted by name when we reached the dining room & shown to our table. It had a nice view of the Magic Kingdom & the details inside the castle are really beautiful! My husband said it seemed the same in a good way as when he had been there with his family decades before. I ordered the Celebration Champagne Flight - a small glass of nice French champagne +2 delicious small champagne cocktails made with the same champagne. It was a fitting accompaniment to our special dinner & I really enjoyed it. My husband had a nice glass of red wine & our niece celebrated with a Shirley Temple- extra cherries! My husband & I each ordered the Grilled Filet Mignon & really enjoyed it. Our niece liked her Chicken Strips. For dessert, my husband & I enjoyed “The Clock Strikes Twelve “ & our niece loved “The Sword in the Sweet “. The service was very good- friendly, professional & efficient & the timing was good-not rushed but not so slow it felt like they forgot about us- it was just right. The visits by all the princesses was a highlight- they come to every table, take their time, have a nice visit with the children (& adults) & will pose for all the pictures you’d like. The “Wishing Star” is a nice touch- everyone is given a blue wishing star & a moment comes where everyone is invited to pick up their stars & make their most heartfelt wish upon them- very sweet! Everyone is given their choice of a wand or a sword- very nice! We left Cinderella’s Royal Table with sweet, happy memories of a very special evening in a truly beautiful castle filled with special moments with Cinderella, Aurora, Rapunzel, Ariel, Jasmine & I may have forgotten one or two others! We really enjoyed our meal, felt the cost was fair given all the components it included & our niece basically floated back to our hotel after a day filled with magical moments & princess dreams coming true!

Great, but not mind blowing

We went to both Cinderella's Royal Table and Be Our Guest in the same week. My wife and I both agree that the enviornment of Be Our Guest was better, but the food at Cinderella's Table was better. We have a family of 6 so each ordered a different item to pass around. The steak was mouth watering. The pork was decent, tasted better when you combined the entire plate instead of eating items individually. The chicken was good, but chicken.. the kids menu's were great and our kids ate the entire portion. We enjoyed that you actually met Cinderella compared to Be Our Guest, which requires a dinner reservation (Disney needs to fix that). She possed for pictures, hugged each of our girls and signed books. The entire experiance was great. Overall, I would say if your family is hurting a bit when it comes to extra cash you can skip without having FOMO. While the scenery is cool and the food is good I doubt we will be going back unless its for a very specific purpose. The "normal" food in the park tastes good and doesnt have the $100 per person price tag.

Pricey with Average Food.

Food was Pricey. Actually our worst meal of our entire stay. Cinderella meet and greet was so brief. Underwhelming. Total experience was definitely not worth the price. It used to be so wonderful. Disappointed. However the staff was very nice all around.

Underwhelming

We have been here twice in the past year. One experience was okay, the other was just bad. The food quality was poor on our last visit, especially for the cost versus what is available elsewhere at Disney. We would only go back for the character experience.

A Must Visit Restaurant!

By Freddy |

Don’t even think twice about whether you should come here whilst at Magic Kingdom, it is a must!!! The food & the service were both amazing and it is great little break from the busy parks / summer heat! This was the highlight of our day and I would recommend it to anybody coming to Magic Kingdom.

Waste of Money & No Characters

By Gary C |

Went there on Sunday 24th July as a family of three for breakfast. To say we were disappointed is an understatement…. Firstly there were no character’s whatsoever that visited your table… none. Secondly, the traditional breakfast we chose was inedible as it was way way way too salty so we sent it back. We chose another item from the menu but by the time this arrived our ten year old had finished hers so we didn’t all eat together… Lastly the price for this was around £150 and based on what we got it is an absolute waste of your hard earned cash… Please also note… the Americans are well known for supersizing everything but the link sausages contained in the breakfast are the smallest sausages you have ever seen. About the size of a baby’s pinkie… Avoid it at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

Truly magical

By Reilly&Boyd |

This was a truly magical experience. From getting to meet Cinderella before our meal to having 4 princesses visit our table while dining. I loved the magical touch of being given a wand and a wishing star to immerse in making our dreams come true. The food was delicious and definitely of 5 star quality. We enjoyed the steak which was cooked perfectly to our liking! I would highly recommend!

Very expensive and horrible food

By Jeffrey |

The food here was absolutely terrible and expensive. I had to cut up my own salad and there was two small leaf stalks in my salad off the plant branch. My vegetables in my main course were not cooked all the way or cut up. All the food except for dissert was very bland. 30 mins after I ate this meal, I had diarrhea in the bathroom and felt sick. Cinderella was only present for about 2-3 mins on two separate occasions at a distance while eating dinner. The only good thing about dinner was the service and our view by the window. I could have a more satisfying experience, food wise, at a fast food chain. I will not be coming back to Cinderella's Royal Table. Save your money people. This place is not worth your money.

Magical

I think the previous poster described it perfectly when they called it a "one of a kind experience" because that's exactly what it is. From entering the castle, to Mum's and Dad's being referred to as Lord and Lady and little ones Prince and Princess, to the great big stained windows - it's all magical. Before you are seated you have a meet and greet with Cinderella. Then during the meal you meet Ariel, Merida, Aurora and Jasmine. Is the food amazing? No. Is the food bad? Also no. Lets face it though - the food is not what you come here for. Magical.

Come for the Atmosphere

The biggest draw for coming to eat here is the opportunity to actually eat inside the castle at the Magic Kingdom and get to see the Princesses that walk around as you eat. The food itself was very good. I ordered the steak and eggs and it was very tasty. We all enjoyed our food, although serving sizes were pretty moderate. The main reason for my 4-star review is based on value. You don't have to do a character meal to meet the characters, as they are scattered across all the parks (Epcot definitely had the most). While it was a fun experience for our girls, I probably wouldn't opt to do this particular character meal again, especially since it counted as two table service meals on our dining plan. Again, the food and experience were great, but for the money, there are probably better options at Disney.

Average meal

We have a 6-year old daughter who likes the Disney princesses. 4 of them-Merida, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel and Jasmine-come around and spend some time at your table. My daughter really enjoyed the interaction and recieved signatures from them. The service was okay. Nothing astronomical. The ceiling was dripping water into our food. We did move the table over. The food wasn't really that great. Meat and potatoes. I definitely do not think it was worth the price.

Fantastic food

We went for a 3 week holiday to Orlando, a family of 6. Our grandchildren children are 4 & 6 so absolutely magical for them. They had Cinderella in the foyer of the Castle and then upstairs 4 other characters roaming around for photo or autograph. Food was amazing, children get a gift.

Cinderella's Royal Table Bore

By thekurtstrauss |

I’m disappointed with the decline and “reimagining” of Character Dining. While, I do not recall if CRT was ever officially a Character Dining Experience the past precedent firmly established it as a Princess Dining Experience. Now, today, Cinderella’s Royal Table is nothing more than a Royal Bore. 2019 Trip - We all remember the princesses walking table to table greeting and taking photos. 2021 Trip - Cinderella walked through the Dining floor and stood for photos with no children. I was perfectly understanding of this considering the world climate with Covid. 2022 May (Yesterday) Trip - All Measures have been dropped. Princesses are hugging and taking photos. Cinderella has returned to the Entry Lobby for individual photos but no Photo Pass Person. Upstairs there are absolutely NO princesses and Cinderella does not even walkthrough. So. You basically are paying a premium to eat in a cramped “themed” castle? I don’t care about the money. It’s the experience that is so disappointing. It could be so much better and yet Disney once again fails to make investments in entertainment and character labor. Is it worth it? My vote - No. unfortunately the food for a table service restaurant is by far the best at MK and that is not saying much. Save the money, eat a burger at Pinocchio’s and go to a better themed experience on property.

Did you know there is a restaurant in Cinderella's Castle?

Until my wife and I walked through the archway of the iconic Cinderella Castle at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, saw the sign and walked up the spiral staircase--we have a thing against elevators--we had no clue that the 189-foot-tall landmark housed a restaurant. Cinderella's Royal Table is, as you might expect, a Cinderella-themed eatery set in a medieval-styled room akin to a castle's banquet hall with majestic stained-glass windows and soaring stone archways. Think Errol Flynn in the film "The Adventures of Robin Hood." Open from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday through Wednesday and 8 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, a pre fixe meal for adults and a separate menu for kids. For an appetizer, we had chilled jumbo shrimp with avocado mousse, crispy peppers and corn puree and a Castle salad with romaine lettuce, brussels sprouts, goat cheese, spring vegetables and green goddess dressing. For an entree, my wife chose grilled chicken with a marinated thigh, tangled pasta and pine nut pesto. I opted for grilled tenderloin of beef with potato puree, roasted vegetables and house-made steak sauce. Dessert was a genuine treat. We shared a portion of coffee-infused coconut custard with passion fruit gelee and crumbled chocolate/espresso beans and dark chocolate mousse with a caramel and crunchy praline center served with chocolate sauce and hazelnut gelato. Cinderella never had it so good.

A one of a kind experience.

Spots tend to be difficult to get so I was fortunate enough to find a reservation from someone canceling a week out from my MK day (Nov 3rd 2024). Looking back on it, I really can't imagine how this visit to MK could have been as memorable with anything else in place of this dinner. While it is pricey, there is something very special about dining inside the iconic Cinderella castle. Upon entering we were greeted by Cameron who gave us our invitation to the royal table dinner, and we went up the spiral staircase to the dining hall. Most pictures do not do it justice. Our waiter Sabil was attentive, gave great recommendations, and did not make our dining experience feel rushed. Going in I was concerned about the inconsistent food reviews, but everything we tried was good (Chilled Shrimp, Jaq & Gus Cheesecake, Clock Strikes Twelve Mouse) or GREAT (Braised Beef, Filet Mignon, Crab-topped catch of the day). The Princesses were all lovely and did a great job in character. Aurora was regal, Ariel and Jasmine were both funny, and our surprise favorite Merida- she was fun, full of energy and IMO whoever was playing her made her the standout princess. Cinderella herself was waiting downstairs at the entrance of the castle. We thanked her for hosting a lovely dinner and left the castle with a wonderful experience.
