I expected more

By Helen M |

I’ve heard of this place several times so my expectations were so high.. we order 3 different pastas, one pizza, carpaccio. Tuna tartar and a dessert One of the pastas was with veal reduction it was so salty The other one was with only tomato and cheese and they did not like it The pizzas was really great The tuna was very fresh but also the flavor needed a punch The carpaccio was like meh, we had to put some ciegas and some oil to get some flavor The other pasta with ham they said it was good And the dessert was very nice But it’s expensive I don’t know if I go back

Italian Shame

By Jenn259 |

I’ve traveled Europe and experienced dinner as the event and the table is yours for as many courses as you want. The rush job we got for 5x the price would have had an Italian waiter taking his white gloves off and smacking our server upside the head. Started with us being rushed to choose a wine and while we were still discussing what we might eat that would pair with our selections we told them we were still considering. Then when we didn’t let them pick for us without even knowing what our dining choices were, our very clear lesser service level and financial profiling started. My friend who works at a high end exclusive restaurant as an event coordinator picked a mid range wine that matched what we were thinking of dining on. When the server came back and took the order he said “oh do you want the house wine” in a very snooty tone. That was annoying enough but when came back he brought a bottle that was 1/3 more in price than the one we selected. It was clearly meant to humiliate us and make us feel we hadn’t ordered the right price point. We were eating our starters and my fork was in hand still eating my starter as they were trying to take our plates from under us to rush shoving mains on the table. I had to grab my plate and fork and tell them i was still eating as they were trying to take the still full starter plate away. They put our pasta course down and I was rearranging the placement as I was STILL eating the started then the server SCOLDS me and says that place is for the food. Then sets the rest of the pasta order down. I then realize the very bored looking mother with a 10 year old son across from us who didn’t look up from their phones the whole meal and didn’t speak once who were given a full size table next to us compared to our table that was like a children’s table and was just above my knees were having the same entrees (NO WINE) and were being served table side. Meaning their pasta was plated on a tray served and then the remainder placed in front of them versus our experience of being scolded for trying to finish my starter and then having the entrees rudely dumped in front of us. We also received THREE texts about the dress code which we were nicely dressed while half the restaurant was wearing what they were told not to wear. So in closing I guess we didn’t let them foist a $500 bottle of wine on us for a meal they were trying to rush us through in an hour but I still think pushing $300 for two people you should expect much much much better. Having traveled and experienced real hospitality… this place is a pretentious joke and these servers should be ashamed. They’re trying to turn tables like they’re working at an Applebees. Save your splurge. There is plenty of good food in Vegas and plenty of competition. My suggestion to the servers…. Be better. We spent just as much as the people around us and my friend and I having a nice meal was going to be worth more in a good review of the experience than the bored 10 year old and his inattentive mother who clearly don’t care enough about any experience to review it.

A real Italian would be simultaneously embarrassed and disgusted to eat there.

In the past, we had an excellent experience at Cipriani in Vegas. Good food. Experienced team (Dario) that had exceeded expectations. Not this time. Our waiter was disingenuous at best, and treated us like naive patrons there for the namesake only. The heirloom tomato salad was inedible-refrigerated and mealy tomatoes several days past what may have been their prime. The salmon sashimi had sold out, the waiter recommended the tuna tartare, served in a refrigerated lump with nothing to eat it with. Spoonfuls of bland tuna. Perhaps we would have asked them to bring us bread but that too, had been stale and literally like something you would use for bread crumbs...maybe. The branzino was served on its own with a side of broccolini that lacked any seasoning. The pesto tagliatini was a small afterthought served after the fish (not before) and was something that I would expect at say, Olive Garden, not an authentic Italian restaurant. Then we asked for a dessert recommendation, and we were brought an enormous bowl of soft serve ice cream and the meringue cake-both were good but the presentation was food court style for very hungry hippos. The worst part? The waiter told us to tip him in cash because of the new tax law. Overall a very pedestrian experience and I left feeling like I was just another sucker that thought it would be good because of the name. Save yourself a lot of money and go elsewhere where the name is not the only thing you are paying to receive.

Pre- wedding meal

By den |

This meal was rehearsal dinner for wedding the following day. About a dozen people attending. Food was good but they were currently out of one selection that more than one guest had chosen. Staff was very attentive to needs of patrons.

Italian food and service? That's the place!

By Sylvio Campos |

Italian food??? That's the right place! Excellent food and amazing service!! The gnocchi is the best!!! Ask for Salvatore!!

High End Italian restaurant can’t get pasta right

By Alisa O |

Ordered Tagliarelle with eggplant and mozzarella for 2 couples. It was inedible because it was so salty. We told the waiter who sent it back, basically washed everything off of it and served it again still way too salty. We just gave up. I called the restaurant twice to let them know but nobody cared enough to call back. Appetizers were good & service was very good but that’s about it.

Mixed review

By vimatravel |

Having experience in both Manhattan and Venice , sadly the Las Vegas version is pale in comparison. The frito misto was fine and the pappardelle with veal ragu were very good. Unfortunately the Dover sole served tableside was dry with a thick gloppy sauce on the side. The server commented that it was overcooked therefore making it difficult to debone. The cannoli dessert was greasy with heavy candied citrus filling. The service was pleasant. Unfortunately overall nothing to write home about.

Good food, service, atmosphere

By jmLondon845 |

As in New York where we used to go at the Sherry Netherland Hotel. The food is good, and we like the people going there. Of course the success attracts people and people as soon as they are excited they make noise, but we enjoy the place very much. We will return.

Cipriani - Great food with good service

By Jacomo50 |

Cipriani in Vegas is great. Top quality food and good service. A great choice if you like Italian Food

Fabulous Nhoque

By Eduardo K |

Great restaurant at Wynn. We ordered a nhoque with unavoidable white sauce, the Filet was also delicious. The wine list has the price a bit high, we found one with a reasonable cost and very good from Antinori (Il Bruciato) cabernet Sauvignon, cabernet franc, Sirah, merlot, I don't remember if there was also Sangiovese. The service is good, what most delighted us was the nhoque which is of the best I have ever eaten.

Enjoyed every moment!

By Kristin P |

Amazing food and service! David,Dario and Miguel all took good care of us. Providing great recommendations. The pasta and fish was amazing. The watermelon salad was so fresh. Most importantly the gelato it’s a huge serving of heaven. I will be back for that!

Great food & experience

By cja2k1 |

Surprisingly, it's a tall order to a restaurant (1) in a nice hotel on the strip that's considered (2) fine dining but still casual enough and (3) one that's open for a late lunch/early dinner (4pm-ish). Our concierge recommended Cipriani's, and we were a little hesitant at first: we had been to their other properties and loved it but we didn't want anything "stuffy". We walked by it first and thought it looked great, so we decided to make the reservation. What a nice surprise! Our wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the decor was understated (especially by Vegas standards), but chic and beautiful, and everything we ordered was delicious -- the veal tonnato, the spanish sardines, and the calf's liver were all very craveable. This will now be a stand-by on every trip to LV!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS and DEliCIOUS

By carandnat |

Grazie mile Ricardo......Muchas Gracias Eduardo...... We had a wonderful dinner with my husband, the service, the food , the atmosphere , we asked for a cosy table, and we had a wonderful one , One word 'JUST PERFECT', thank you so much , we have been many times to Cipriani and we will go back for sure soon.

Great Italian food!

Cipriani it's a place with constantly great food i think at all locations! Service was very professional. Food was delish! They have the best ice cream in the World! 👌

Decent experience; Not great

By J D |

Cipriani is good. But given its location in the Wynn Hotel, surrounded by high end shops, I would have expected much better. No complaints about price, as we are more than willing to pay the high price for a fine experience. But this is not. The restaurant is visually attractive with a clean, somewhat austere, modern design. We arrived precisely at the time of our dinner reservation and were seated immediately at our table. The chairs, though attractive, were uncomfortably low. These would have been ok for a cocktail lounge where one can lean back comfortably, but not at a dinner table. I had the veal piccatine and my wife had the filet. Both were good but nothing that we couldnt get at the neighborhood Italian restaurant near our home. Service was ok. Overall it was a good, but very average dining experience.

PERFECT in every way!

By KLWinLA |

We love Cipriani NYC, so when we moved to Las Vegas, we were thrilled to find a Cipriani here. In some ways, Cipriani LV outdid its sister restaurant in NYC, We were greeted by Roberto, who could not have been more welcoming. The decor of Cipriani LV reminds one of a gorgeous super yacht, with richly polished wood walls and tables, leather, and brass. We were shown to our spacious table, where we met waiter Boris and his "lieutenant," RJ. The service from them was perfect . . . attentive, friendly, gracious. Their service was absolutely impeccable. They are the best in LV! After three Peach Bellinis, we started out with the Lobster with Avocado, Fried Calamari, and a spectacularly creamy Burrata "alla Mediterranea." All were excellent, but the lobster was truly superb. We then ordered the Calf's Liver "alla Veneziana" with polenta; a perfect seafood pasta; and the signature homemade Baked Tagliolini with Ham . . . to which I am addicted, and which did not disappoint. The tender Calf's Liver was exceptional, sliced thinly. All of the dishes were quite generous in their portions. We then shared the decadent Cipriani Cake, and a vanilla bean gelato that is homemade about one minute before you eat it . . . incredible. Boris then presented us with the perfect finale to our meal, three wonderfully refreshing frozen cocktails with prosecco, finishing out our Cipriani experience on a sweet note, "on the house" courtesy of Boris. A greatly appreciated gesture, and perfectly delicious.

When you sit down at an Italian restaurant, and they tell you it is garlic free. Run. When you hear this from the waiter. Run. We stayed. Big mistake! Won’t go back. Food was bland.. obvs

Italian Nautical Fine Dining Experience

By Hairycalgrad |

Go for the prix fix lunch specials, we paid $29.00 each for a 3 course meal with choices of several options for each course. The restaurant is beautiful lacquered wood that feels like you are dining on a classic large yacht off the coast of Italy. They even have a "Port Hole" with video of the seas as if the "yacht" was moving. The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. For dessert I recommend their signature dessert cake a Vanilla Meringue Cake. We will absolutely be eating here again. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful spot

By Kenneth Pages |

We love Cipriani restaurants. The location at the Sherry-Netherland is our favorite. The Vegas location is gorgeous. We chose to sit at the bar where a very friendly Howard took great care of us. It seemed to me the menu was minimized. The fish nevertheless was excellent. The overall experience was a solid one. I wasn't amazed but also was glad to go there and would try it again.

Great Celebration Lunch - Staff Spectacular

By VegasTravelMaven |

We went to a late lunch to celebrate a special milestone birthday with my parents. The restaurant made our lunch exceptionally special. The food & atmosphere are great. We especially enjoyed the Chef's recommended lunch and would highly recommend that option. Yet, the highlight of our visit was our lovely serving staff. They were warm, competent and kind. Andy was the lead server and he was terrific!

Great lunch

By EnriDalti |

I used to be a regular at Cipriani in NYC and as soon as I saw that they had opened in Vegas I made it a point to stop by for a lunch and I was not disappointed. Food was great, service by David was impeccable and the restaurant design was beautiful. This place goes highly recommended from me!

Expensive

By Love2Travel |

We went out for an early anniversary dinner. Although the people were nice the food wasn’t anything special. I’ve had much better. My branzino was nothing more than the size of two eggs. The veal scallopini my husband had was bland. The portions were small. Vegetables ala carte.

Average - don’t waste your money

My husband and I visited Cipriani Las Vegas for lunch on a Sunday. Before visiting we checked out the dress code on the website which said long trousers and collared shirts for men and additionally no children under 5. We therefore dressed accordingly and looked forward to a long leisurely lunch to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived and the restaurant was very quiet. We were therefore surprised to be seated on a rather awkward table right next to the door but decided just to go with the flow. We ordered our starters and a bottle of Californian Chardonnay. A few minutes later, the waiter came back to tell us that the wine we had chosen was not available (despite it being their featured wine of the Month) but that they did have another Californian Chardonnay which we were assured was excellent. It was double the price (surprise surprise) but again we went with it. When the wine arrived, it was nothing like the Chardonnay we had originally ordered. It was very tight and lean, but again we decided not to make a fuss and try to enjoy our lunch. The food was so so - nothing special The restaurant filled a little while we were there but never above 50%. We were extremely surprised that the restaurant did not adhere at all to its own dress code so despite the fact that we were dressed up, we were surrounded by people wearing shorts, t shirts and flip flops. i know this is Vegas but I do not understand why restaurants bother to have a dress code if they do not make people adhere to it. About 45 minutes into our lunch, a party of 8 arrived with two children who were under 5 and proceeded to scream and bang the table with their toys. We made a hasty retreat, $500 lighter and extremely disappointed. Avoid.

Special night with family

By Charles R |

Cipriani is special and worth the effort (reservations) for a beautiful meal. We have stayed at the Wynn over the years and enjoyed their various restaurants - but this was our first time at Cipriani - we were not disappointed. This is a beautiful restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a number of different items (loved the lamp chops) with a great desserts. The adult beverages were well crafted. Great evening sharing a meal in a wonderful environment. We recommend Cipriani and are looking forward to our next visit.

Nice

By Shahid Butt |

Great location in the Wynn. A nice scene. Beautiful furniture, seating and decor. Impeccable service. The calamari was incredible. As was the carpaccio. We had the margherita pizza and that was good too. My only issue was the sea bass pasta. Thought it was too heavy and missed some flavor.

A Superb Experience

By Fred2062 |

Once again, Cipriani provides exquisite food, superb service, and a wonderful dining atmosphere. One of our Vegas favorites. By the way, they're casual; elegance (no shorts for men after 6!) is one of the best aspects off dining there. Always a pleasure to see people make dining special!

Great decor food does not match

By christinecor |

Very beautiful decor, expensive and not worthit. Had the calamari and prawns, small serving for $33, artichoke salad sos so, branzini disappointing would not return

Giuseppe Would be Proud

By AlaskanVoyagers |

Enjoyed a delicious meal with impeccable service. We enjoyed carpaccio, veal chop, and branzino, all prepared to perfection. The only thing that would have made the experience better would be a better selection of music, which was more pop and conflicted with the ambiance.

Best restaurant in the Wynn

By Silver1881 |

Cipriani is usually very good in all the numerous city where you go but they stand out in Vegas particularly. The space is fantastic and staff of mostly Italians are not generic like the other places. You don’t feel like they repeat the same phrase to every single person. Food is excellent and you won’t feel like you want to explode like after eating at Sinatra. This is real Italian food and therefore not so heavy. Waiters and Maitre D are very attentive and friendly. Decor is typical Cipriani, which is great. In my opinion probably by far the best restaurant in the hotel. BTW their Bellini is excellent.

Beware if you have any food allergies, cause they ignore them.

By mav4324 |

Was extremely disappointed with the lack of interest in the customers wants. At the beginning of the visit I stated my food allergies. This was ignored because my order contained a food I am highly allergic to. When I spoke with the manager his answer to this was he was going to fire the server. Please that is not the answer, I stated maybe a discussion with all staff in regards to this would be the true solution. I just got the feeling unless you are spending lots of money here they treat you like a second class citizen. I would not waste my appetite at this restaurant.

Cipriani OK

By Camille B |

We were late to the game and decided to take a last minute trip to see the Eagles at the Sphere so did not have a lot of time to plan. Our concierge was able to get us seats at the Cipriani at the last minute and we were excited to get them. The decor is lovely and we liked our waiter who was smiling and efficient but the food is just ok at best. We all tried various items: the carpaccio, artichoke Parmesan salad, calamari, the pasta with bolognese, fish…..all were edible but nothing noteworthy……EXCEPT for the vanilla gelato at the end which was delicious! It is a nice setting but decent food.

Nothing to recommend

By AndersUA |

Probably worst Vegas experience, incomaparable with Delilah or even SW. Super pretentious but food very very regular, nothing to remember. Avoid.

Excellent Italian Food

By John F |

Had tickets to see Lionel Ritchie at The Wynn, so had to pick a restaurant at the casino. Very glad we picked this place. Very nice setting inside, very good service and friendly vibes. Girls had a Bellini Cocktail, which was very tasty, but way overpriced based on the portion. Our Old Fashion and Glen Livet were nice size portions, which made up for the Bellini. Wife had the Scallops, which in my opinion, were the best I have ever had. I had the Beef Ragu with Pasta, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Nice size portions too. Our lady friend had the Lasagna, which was as good as it gets. Her husband had the Veal, which was pretty tasty and cooked perfectly. We had Tiramisu for desert....a must order. All in all, a great meal.

Lunch with friends

By Melanie N |

We were a party of four and had no reservations but were welcomed into white table cloths and a fine lunch. I split a Pizza Margherita with my friend and we finished the whole pie. One in our group ordered from the prix fix, three course menu. The options looked great but he didn’t receive his appetizer until we were about finished with our meal. I could tell he was irritated that we three were done with our lunch before his main course had arrived. Overall, we all enjoyed our food and the service was very good. This restaurant is located in the Wynn Casino next to the shopping area.

Wow expensive, but also wow good

By Eric J |

We went in with eyes open about the prices after reviewing the menu online, and the drink prices added to the raised eyebrows at the cost -- but they pulled off a really great meal that made the cost seem (nearly) worthwhile. (Of course, most of the restaurants on the Las Vegas strip are pricey -- even a simple burger for lunch will set you back $18 or more.) The food was absolutely top-notch. For appetizers, we shared a beef carpaccio ($28) and Alaskan king crab ($32), both of which were excellent. For entrees, the lamb chops ($48) were good, although a little small for the price, but the highlight of the meal was the most reasonably-priced item: a tagliardi (wide pasta strips cut into nearly square pieces) with veal ragu ($29) -- delicious, plentiful, and not as overpriced as most everything else. If I lived in the area, I'd be here once a week for just the tagliardi! The signature cocktail is the bellini -- prosecco with peach juice -- which was supposedly invented at the original Cipriani in Venice, not too surprisingly, it was $18 for a small glass. Wines by the glass were similarly priced. The signature dessert is their made-on-demand vanilla gelato -- a large serving for (at least) 2 people of soft-serve ice cream with toasted hazelnuts and chocolate sauce to sprinkle/drizzle over. Our waiter called it "life-changing", which was a bit of an overstatement -- but I AM still thinking about it a week later! (At $23, it was also the most expensive ice cream dessert I've ever had!) The service was also great; multiple people checked in on us repeatedly. I was initially concerned they were going to rush the courses and get us in and out in 45 minutes, but they slowed down between courses and the meal was properly spaced out. All in all, it was a very nice dining experience with excellent food and service, even if the price ($310 for two people) was a bit bothersome.

Rude

By Beth P |

One of my favorite restaurants. We showed up very nicely dressed. One person in our party had nice dress shorts on. They refused us yet customers were wearing sweats and hats. Incredibly rude to us. Long term clients but will never go back,

Similar to the NY experience.

By acukiert |

The experience was similar to that in the NY place. Good traditional italian food. Reasonable service.

Not as advertised.

By Rory S |

Markets itself as high end. Save your money and go elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong. Food was good and service was ok. Can be better. Portions were small and service was slow. I had the special lamb shoulder. Very tasty but small portion. I won’t go back. Been there done it.

Expensive and needlessly fancy

By Rafi r |

The burrata was amazing. The ice cream sucks. The drinks were tiny. And I felt like they just wanted you to spend money

Upscale Italian Restaurant with Efficient and Courteous Service

By Jae W. Lee |

During our stay at Encore Resort, we went to Cipriani inside Wynn Resort for our dinner. The restaurant had an elegant setting. We had Spinach Salad, Fried Calamari with Tartar and Marinara Sauce, and seafood pasta. The foods were delicious, and service was very efficient. But the menu items may be somewhat different from the expectations of the guests who are used to the menu items in typical Italian restaurants in the U.S..

Tourist trap

By Manuel M |

Try another place. Most of the food was terrible. Definitely not Italian food. Small portions and expensive.

A great spot!

By Joseph L |

We recently had an excellent dinner at Cipriani. The restaurant is very pretty, and the service was great. The food was outstanding! Beef carpaccio and cucumber salad were terrific starters, and veal medallions and dover sole were excellent entrees. Cocktail and wine service were similar top notch. This is a wonderful addition to the Las Vegas dining scene.

Retired, Local

By skmcgg |

Best ice cream dessert in the world!! Great food , great atmosphere, great service!! Very romantic! Definitely a first choice!

Old-school class

By FM6565 |

A meal there has a high-end feel from the get go. From the courteous welcome to the old-style decor and the good selection of food. Some of the pasta sauces are a bit buttery but the pasta itself is delicious. The lobster salad and the cotackails are excellent. Beware of the prices if you venture outside the traditional pastas.

Another Encore Treasure

By Carol G |

During our annual trip to the Encore, we visited the brand new restaurant, Cipriani's in the new section of the Wynn. Delightful food, great setting and we loved our server, Lauren. The entire group wants to go back again. I especially loved the Eggplant. Delicious!

Ugh!

By DeR0sa |

There were four of us who very much looked forward to our dining experience At this supposedly out of body dining experience. What a huge disappointment! The seared? Sea scallops were swimming in so much caper sauce that I needed a soup soon. My friends penne eggplant pasta was oily and salty. My husbands calf liver was shredded to a point of looking like a Philadelphia cheese steak. The appetizers were a joke. Rubbery calamari and soggy shrimp. Dessert was hideous! The chef insulted the word tiramisu. Instead of raise me up the broke it down!! Disgraceful!!

Great service and lovely bday cake

By drmader |

We have been to the original cipriani in Venice Italy which sounds bratty I realize..so a Vegas mall Shop Restaurant cannot compare ..the Cindy Crawford pictures In the restaurant and the Tiffany blue packaging, classy atmosphere and white coat service were all on point. Carpaccio , velvety emulsified balsamic ..even the veal..lovely. I flung the green lobster ravioli to be ok. Not as wonderful As it should’ve been. Maybe if I had the sun shining over the Venetian water at me or a NYC view it would’ve tasted better ? There is great dining in Las Vegas -really great..it’s a reason to come..this wasn’t amazing unfortunately. .

Good, but far from excellent. Bueno, pero lejos de ser excelente

By Pablo Alamo |

Pleasant atmosphere, good food, excessively expensive wine list, poor staff attention: one employee seemed like he was new in the job or not happy with his job because he never smiled or made a nice comment to the client. The other worker, a veteran, named Vincenzo, more than 70% of the time he served us the wine (very expensive) spilled several drops outside the glass onto the tablecloth. Regrettable.

VERY BAD. AVOID

By Mark D |

We thought it was a high end restaurant, but unfortunately it is a very low quality restaurant. The food is very bad. For example: 1. Burrata with heirloom tomatoes - That was the lowest quality burrata we ever tried, plus presentation - big chipped plate with burrata cut in four pieces and one sliced tomato. 2. Fried calamari - deep fried with oil that hasn't been changed for a long time. Simple inedible. 3. Veal piccatine "al limone" - undercooked with a very heavy smell of old oil. The worst restaurant we had visited for a long time. Very bad food. And they have to learn about presentation. AVOID!!!

Disappointing Experience on Thanks giving 2025: Be Aware of Time Limits".

By Tessy A |

Extreme disappointment with the service we received at ciprianis (Wynn Las Vegas) on [November 27 2028] around [5.00 p.m. ]. We were asked to leave by a manager after 1.5 hours, which was completely unexpected and unacceptable. We were still enjoying our drinks and had not yet finished dessert, which staff had offered to us. The manager's approach was incredibly rude and unprofessional, creating a highly uncomfortable and embarrassing situation for my party. While we understand that restaurants may have table limits, there was no prior communication to suggest our time was running out, especially after we were encouraged to order more items. We have previously enjoyed dining at the establishment, but this experience has left a very poor impression. We hope restaurant will take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

I do not recommend this place

By he0z2z |

One of my worse experiences in dining. Fancy restaurant with not attractive cooking. Best dish was their bread. Food was plain with no spices or salt.

It was awful!

By Fabiana C |

We were treated very badly by the manager. We had 30 minutes to make our order before the kitchen closed and the manager was very thick and sent us away from the restaurant, was thick and very uneducated. What a disappointment!

Awful expensive place even if I never look at prices

By jmLondon845 |

Awful dinner. We used to go many times a week to Cipriani in NYC as we were leaving at the Sherry Netherland on Firth and had a good friendly relationship with Sergio the Maitre D overthere. In Vegas you have a reservation but you wait half an hour standing, the noise is unbearable and the food almost inedible : the egggplant parmigioni was a block of cheese and the braised Lamb was not better. My guest ordered a glass of wine and it was served in a water glass !! I was confused and ashamed.. We never saw that in our worldwide trips even in very cheap restaurants in Africa. Of course, bad service and very expensive. Never again.

Absurd Reservation Policy

By TahoeTrader |

They have a $50 per person penalty if you don't cancel a reservation five days in advance. Absurd. Go somewhere else!

Amazing

By S1E2R3 |

Wow. Service is impeccable , food is awesome. Homemade pasta and generous portions. We were walkins at lunch. They were very amicable. Our server was exellent.

Good Food, Weird Service

By Vegaskev72 |

If you are going to spend $300 on a dinner for two at the Wynn, head to Sinatra over Cipriani. The past few times the wife and I have been at the Wynn we have walked by this place. We both commented we would like to go. So, I booked a table for my wife's birthday. We enjoyed the food but the service was just not our style. I found the servers to be pretentious and not very friendly. There was no explaining the menu. Even though three or four people were helping bus and serve our table, I never once felt like we were welcome or appreciated. Meanwhile the famous MMA fighter and his table behind us was getting all the attention. Dinner for two: $250+tip.

Wow how disappointing

By angelina1813 |

I have been so eager to eat here since they. first opened last year. Finally I was able to convince my mother to try it. We ate here twice as it was restaurant week. First was for lunch. we ordered the restaurant week pre-fixed menu. The food was just okay ... I was hoping to be blown away... :( The decor of the restaurant is lovely, but the tables are quite weird I some sections, especially if you're tall and wearing heals. Having had a mediocre lunch , we thought to come back and try out their dinner on another night. Maybe it is better. Well dinner, was another disaster, actually quite worse than dinner. We again ordered their pre-fixdd menu from Restaurant week, boasting their best dishes. Epic fail. The food was tasteless. The service though is absolutely Top Notch and it didn't hurt that Steven Tyler was sitting right across from me but ugh , I wanted to loved this place so badly . Sadly I don't think I'll ever come back

Nothing Special

By MDDdolphin |

As long time residents, we’ve been to most Strip restaurants, so we rate them against each other. Cipriani is only average in that comparison. The restaurant is tight and noisy. Seats are low and not conducive to eating. The ambiance is a somewhat confusing mix and match. The overall vibe is more of a casual brasserie than fine dining. Wine is served in the same cheap glasses as water. There are some decent wines by the glass at under $20. Service was barely passable. Used utensils were left on the table between courses. Main dishes are mostly $40-50. Chilean sea bass was quite good, but branzino was a bit dry. There was no effort of presentation or creativity. Side dishes came in separate dishes. Pasta dishes were tasty. Plain and dry bread and plain breadsticks were delivered with no butter or olive oil/vinegar. There was simply nothing special or memorable about this dinner that merits anything more than a rating of average. As an aside, Wynn is one of the few Strip properties not yet charging for parking.

Greatness

By glenagrit |

Celebrated a birthday dinner with my wife. The entire evening dining experience was fantastic. Food was excellent and great choices of fine italian wines. Service was impeccable. Attentive but not intrusive. Our waiter took care of my wife’s dietary needs and was extremely helpful. Fish was fresh and full of flavor. Love this place. Great value.

DECENT FOOD AND SERVICE - POOR AMBIENCE

By ManhattanWilliam |

So we know we're in The Wynn where premium prices are "de rigeur", but for those prices we expect something in return. At Cipriani, the poor harried staff do their best to be attentive, but the room is so chaotic and noisy that they're fighting a losing battle. Tables are likewise tiny with low chairs that are far from comfortable. The food is mostly tasty but seriously overpriced. $29 for my vitello tonnato was an outrage. And stale bread with no butter and a few bread sticks? Am I at the Olive Garden? The famous meringue cake was delicious and the only true standout of my meal. So while the staff give it their best shot, the overall experience was not good. The room is not pretty and it's not comfortable. I had been looking forward to my meal here and finally couldn't wait to get out of the place.

Like in New York, where we were 2 weeks before: Excellent

By jmLondon845 |

Certainely one of the best spot in Vegas right now, at least for us. We love everything, the service which is extremely friendly, the food which is excellent and the atmosphere which is very pleasant. We shared a Bresaola, I had as usual the tagliolini, and my wife the salmon. For the wine, an excellent Pernot Chalumaux. Panna cotta for dream dessert. Excellent spot.

Sunday night dinner @Vegas

By Jonathan Bultron |

A must go restaurant to visit in the Encore-Winn location, we made a reservation with a few days in advance so we can get a table. The experience is great, nice ambiance and servers were very helpful and recommend some of our selection. Brazzinho (fish) is a must try, super silky soft filet, the mozzarella di buffala salad was really tasty and also a pink sauce tortellini that we ordered made the main course a great selection, you really need to try the vainilla ice cream and the chocolate cake a must !!

So so good!

By travel550 |

Cipriani in Vegas is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Their pasta dishes are to die for, drinks are amazing, and service is always great. Every recommendation from knowledgeable staff is worth trying out and has ever disappointed. I’m not a dessert person but their seemingly simple vanilla gelato is like cloud in my mouth and I must have it every time I visit Vegas. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Disappointing Birthday Celebration group of 12

By Tlmaynard |

We were celebrating a milestone Birthday and this was a highly anticipated part of our weekend together. None of us had ever dined here but it was highly recommended. There were 6 couples and I understand, we were a big group, but the first waiter we had was trying to press us into ordering apps and entrees that we would all share and practically wanted to argue with us about how we wanted to order appetizers to share and individual entrees. I am not sure, but it appeared we were handed off to another waiter because we did not see him again. As we were being seated, someone was asked if we wanted flat or sparkling water- someone in our party said flat and the water was being poured the minute we sat down. I love water but don’t want to pay $10/bottle and get blindsided when the bill comes. Even once we all had ordered other beverages, one of the servers kept pouring the water and somehow we racked up 12 bottles in 2 hours($120)!!! The appetizers we ordered were good but I do agree with one previous review- the Calamari was salty and very dry. Unimpressed. Our entrees had a very weak visual/sensory presentation. Most of us ordered a pasta dish- almost all of them were barely hotter than room temp. And we all agreed they were under-seasoned. Lacking and flavor other than salt. My husband had the tuna steak-med rare. Apparently they do not sear it- they did cook it on the outside, but it was a grayish color. The inside was nice and red but my husband said he had to salt and pepper it to have some seasoning. My tagliolini was too salty and the cheese on top was dry/crusty barely warmer than room temp. I would say dessert was the highlight, a delicious white vanilla cake with beautiful meringue, toasted perfectly. The restaurant was very loud and crowded. Not a great space for a large group like ours. In general, we were disappointed and will not return or recommend. Sorry I don’t have more positive things to say.

If you look for n Italian atmosphere in Vegas, that is the place Elegant decor Warm, smart and professional staff Cuisine is good, a bit too traditional for my taste But service and experience are top

Cipriani - 5 Star Experience

By Kerry_Marsh |

What a beautiful place for a meal. Yes it’s a little on the pricey side, but well worth it for a special dinner or if you just love really good Italian food. And their food is really really really good. The portions are generous, oh and did I tell you the food is really good? The service is excellent, will all staff being very attentive. We attended late after the Robbie William’s performance at Wynn Encore, and despite the lateness of the hour and being the last to leave, we were not rushed. I’d go back again and again and again. Thank you Cipriani’s for making our amazing night at the Encore Theatre complete with an equally amazing meal.

Good not fabulous

By jack |

Very nice restaurant, good service Food is average , not up to standard of cipriani They hurry you up to rotate de table They em want to get you out in an hour Ordered a vegetarian spaghetti, salmon tartar and a salad

Award Winning

By MunchenM3 |

As much as the original in Venizia, we loved our dining experience at the Las Vegas venue. The staff, food, ambiance was spot on. Whether the selections for appetizers to dessert as well as wine vault, nothing can be faulted. A definite evening on par with Prime in LV for a memorable evening. Thank you Cipriani

Avoid at all costs

By Maureen H |

Horrendous service, gross food and ridiculous prices for Olive Garden quality food. Expected so much more. They should be closed down to allow for a newer and better choice.

A classic, no mistake...

By Agenda Black |

As always I love it! The environment is beautiful, the typical decoration of the Cipriani. I'd come back a thousand times! Fica dentro do Wynn hotel.

One of the worst

By Viktor M |

the meal in this restaurant was reminiscent of the cheapest lunch served by low-cost airlines. the gnocchi were completely boiled and covered with tomato and cheese sauce. the pastry was baked like from a gas station. normally I refrain from such harsh criticism, but unfortunately this place fully deserves it. anyone who has ever tasted simple Italian food will be completely disgusted

Delicious!!!

By Olga K |

We came here for Lunch and everything turned out so good and delicious! Service was excellent and food was just perfect!

Never again!

By AntNyc |

The decor of the restaurant is fine, and its located in the beautiful new Wynn Plaza, but other than that, its not worth a visit. My pasta came out way undercooked and I had to send it back, only to have it come back to the table steaming as if we’re microwaved, cooked slightly more, but unappetizing in appearance. We started as a party of 4, but after drinks, we were a party of 2, and we felt rushed after dessert to settle the bill so they could have the larger table, with a manager scolding the server right behind us. Wynn/Encore have many more excellent restaurants to experience.

Terrible experience

By Eduardo |

I’ve arrived at the restaurant at 10:00pm and they said to me that is was ok to get dinner. It was a terrible experience with the employees wanting us to go home all the time. $200 in the trash!

Twice in Two Days!

By CocoaBeachFoodEE |

Cipriani is well suited for a corner spot in the new shopping plaza off the Wynn & Encore and well worth the hunt. It screams incredible Italian cuisine from just looking into their window. You will not be able to walk by and not eat or drink something in this chic establishment. Well, at least we could not, and we walked by it twice. First off, the service is outstanding; from the host to their servers, to the bartender and the manager. We started with the original Cipriani Bellini (prosecco and white peach puree) and a Cipriani Martini; both were out of this world. I then ordered their Tagliolini and Ham, or the best mac n cheese ever...sorry Chef, but it's true! Then I had their Pasta Fagioli soup, and you better say it correctly, that was perfection in every bite. My wife had their cucumber salad and Pasta Fagioli and she was so happy. We ended with the Cipriani cake that was so simple, yet you did not want to add anything thing as it was perfect. Day two was an encounter with the best Carpaccio (very thinly sliced raw sirloin, and not pounded filet mignon...who knew?) that I've ever had, even the one from Sinatra's from the night before...sorry Chef Luke. As the story goes, Carpaccio was invented at Harry's Bar in Venice, thank you, Harry, as it is one of my favs, so now I must go to Italy. Their chicken curry was out of left-field, so I had to go for it, and it was the correct call; outstanding with chunks of seared chicken in savory curry served with a pilaf style rice. We ended with a mixed sorbet and fruit. My wife had the endive and avocado salad, and a Margherita pizza. She liked her lunch better on day one but enjoyed them both. I would have preferred a crisper crust, but that’s just me. If you do not visit Cipriani, you are missing out on something special. We will return and seek other Cipriani Restaurants in the many cities they are now in.

high class dining in the Wynn

By JohnQ2838LT |

This is a high class establishment, with prices to match. This is a place to people watch - well dressed couples and business groups abound. We found the quality of the food and drink was exceptional - from the classic Bellinis to the Pizza Margherita which we shared as antipasto, to the very nicest pasta dishes. Service was attentive and discreet. This must be the finest classically Italian restaurant in Las Vegas.

Surprised and delighted

By MonkTravellers |

This was literally one of my favorite places for dining while we were here! The prix fix menu At $29 a person was a great deal considering how much everywhere else we dined! The staff was five star -very attentive and efficient to the point of feeling like I was eating at a Michelin starred restaurant. All of the recipes were family originals from Italy going back generations. The restaurant itself is in a mall and doesn’t look like much until you step inside and then it looks just like being on a millionaires yacht. Very unexpected and lovely!!

Pick another place...

By hey0u812 |

We were very excited to try this place for the first time. We will not be back. Considering the hundreds of restaurants to spend money at, pick a different place. Our food was really good, we had frito misto, pasta and dessert. It was odd our appetizer came out immediately, as if it were on standby. It came out before our cocktails arrived. Our problem was the head waiter. Seems that others had this same guy as well - he must be related to the owner because he shouldn't be in hospitality. He is the opposite of good service and welcoming. He seemed put out that he had to take our order and answer questions. Every interaction was curt and dismissive. While we wanted to give him a small tip to show our disappointment - it was Edgar and his teammates that we wanted to tip. That team never stops moving and attending to everyone's needs - the head waiter should take some pointers from them.

First Class and One of the Best but......

By glenagrit |

Dinner with friends to celebrate my wife's bday. Great wine list! Expensive but great selections from all over Italy. Food is excellent. We shared 4 courses and was not disappointed in one. My wife is celiac and they were very accommodating and she loved everything. Now.......our waiter took the liberty of bringing us a cucumber salad and led us all to believe it was on the house due to what we had ordered so far. After the meal he also brought us a homemade gelato and said it was for the bday girl. Also led us to believe it was gratis. When the bill came we discovered it was all charged for. Would have preferred if he had asked our permission to bring the extra items. This restaurant was expensive, which we were totally fine with, but bringing us things we didn't order and charging us did not sit well. We will def be back as this was our 3rd time dining here and we love the atmosphere and the food and for 95% of the service we were totally happy with.

Accomodate vegans

By Jem6 |

We had lunch here on Thanksgiving. It was really nice. They do not have a vegan menu, but the servers are knowledgeable and accommodating to vegans. I had the beet asparagus salad (minus cheese) and spaghetti pomodoro. Everything was so delicious. The portions are really big-great for sharing! Cipriani invented the Bellini, so you have to try one there. Maybe the best Bellini we’ve had!

Great Italian Bar and Restaurant

By MangAndres |

We visited Cipriani during our most recent trip to Las Vegas. We came in for some cocktails and dinner. The place was really nice and the place was bustling. Plenty of people having a good time enjoying food and drinks. I ordered the blue fin tuna steak and mixed vegetables, while my companion ordered the pumpkin ravioli. We also Ordered espresso martinis and everything tasted great. The ravioli was not overpowering as it was subtle yet tastefully prepared. We loved the espresso martinis as it was not that sweet at all and just enough. The Blue Fin Tuna was the best I have ever tasted as it melt in your mouth. The mixed vegetables were prepared delicately and Al dente just to my liking. It seems like the Chef really knows how the patrons like their dish prepared. The Bartenders were all friendly and kept us entertained with their stories and sense of humor. We will surely be back at Cipriani’s whenever we are in Las Vegas. I recommend Cipriani’s to everyone visiting Las Vegas as a must experience!!!

NOT QUITE UP TO STANDARD

By ORRY L |

This is an upmarket expensive Italian restaurant. The property is very well fitted out and a pleasure to visit. However there are aspects of our visit which were not great. One of the problems was the staff. The servers were hovering the whole time. Trying to take away plates whilst we were still eating and not really paying attention to us. They seemed just anxious to get us in and out. This is in contrast to what should have been a relaxing evening with good food and expensive wine. They did however get the expensive bit right. The food was well presented and prepared but just not right. I had anchovies which looked as if they were just out of the can, swirling in oil and served without garnish. It usual to have anchovies served with a contrasting citrus taste in Italian cuisine. There was no effort here or perhaps the chef had a limited knowledge. My tuna steak was cooked properly but again came on a bare plate. It would not have taken much to make it look good. It was meant to have been served with heirloom tomatoes but instead I received a bowl of mixed chopped up tomatoes. These points were symptomatic of the meal which should have been great but instead was a disappointment.

Must see/visit!

By Nick C |

We were eager to try Cipriani as we had been to the original in Venice (Harry’s). This place did not disappoint. Phenomenal drink menu as expected with the signature Peach Bellini being its anchor. Great small shareable plate menu as well as some great bites. Highly recommend for those trying to get a taste of the old world. Do not overlook this place!

By kathyhK9551WZ |

I live in Las Vegas and this is one of the best restaurants in the city. Inside the Wynn shopping mall, just right of the parking garage. Spectacular ambiance, fabulous food, delightful menu. The staff and the service are both outstanding. You need to get there. Lunch and dinner and enjoy!

Save your money!

By Stephanie P |

Just no. Everything was a miss except the high polished yacht-like appearance of thé restaurant. Pretentious service. Food mediocre at best and totally overpriced. The risotto honestly tasted like Campbell’s tomato rice soup - just with far less liquid. The fresh burrata salad for $36 had zero flavour (I added my own salt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil) and came with maybe 14 baby tomatoes. The special pasta came in small servings and was highly overrated. Other dishes were quite large like a sharing size. If this was intentional, no one mentioned it to us. The restaurant was crowded and loud with the tables being too close together. Also, strangely, the tables were far too low for tall people and people wearing high heeled shoes. My knees touched the tabletop! Even the choice of bar ware/glasses was poor. After enjoying many of the upscale restaurants at the Wynn/Encore resort, this was a definite disappointment!!!

Lively and classy Italian restaurant and bar at the Wynn Hotel

By rosylaurie |

We had a delicious Italian meal here. The food was excellent, the staff attentive, the atmosphere was lively with diners dressed very smartly. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely return.

No Garlic?

By Sea M |

How does this restaurant call itself Italian when they pride themselves on being a garlic free restaurant??? That should have been our first warning. The 2nd being they served the salmon raw. No apologies. Then charged us full price for it. Not even dessert on the house!,, shameful. Will never go back and do not recommend. At all. Even the server was incompetent. Forgot the salad dressing twice and couldn’t remember spicy oil. Literally had to get up and find it myself. What an embarrassment. .

Not worth it.

By Jacqueline L |

Ugh, I should have taken the advice of other reviewers/Yelpers and steered clear of this place. The food was bland, tasteless, mediocre. It’s a glorified Olive Garden (OG is probably better) dishes tasted microwaved, just zero flavor. We will pay to eat well, we had Pisces last night (very good) and love Allegro (it was booked up till late, because it’s so good) but when we pay $400+ for two and leave with icky tummies because of hospital tasting food, I’m actually PO’d. The tiny chair and tables on the hard department store floor don’t help. It’s trying to be something it absolutely is not and that’s high end. It’s very commercial, food tastes like it’s all Sysco.

Fantastic tomahawk steak

By Idaho Native |

The food was great especially the tomahawk steak. Unbelievable taste and tender so as to literally cut it with my fork. The presentation of food on the plate was not in any way stunning but rather bland.

I wouldn't serve the food to my dog

By Curious20571465419 |

I had high hopes for Cipriani at the Wynn Las Vegas, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. While the service was polite and attentive, the food was absolutely terrible. The veal tasted like a cheap frozen dinner, the rice with lobster had barely any lobster and zero flavor—it felt like there was maybe $5 worth of lobster in the entire dish. The only redeeming item was the spicy curry shrimp my brother ordered, but even that wasn’t enough to salvage the meal. The restaurant's seating was also uncomfortable, with small chairs and cramped tables. To be honest, I’d rather eat dog food than return here. I only ended up at Cipriani because I couldn’t get a reservation anywhere else, and now I see why—it’s no surprise this place had availability. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. Cipriani needs to seriously reconsider the quality of their food. For the prices they charge, it’s unacceptable to serve such low-quality dishes. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere. This restaurant is not worth your time or money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Exceptional Italian and service at its best.

By mstarrynight |

Roberto was an exceptional first staff experience to have at Cipriani's. We were celebrating a big birthday and selected Cipriani as our final dinner for the trip. An amazing choice. We loved where we were seated in the space beyond the main area there was beautiful blue velvet wrap around couch that hosted a table for the seven of us. Mia was our server assisted by Alberto. We ordered the classic Cipriani's Bellini's and were delighted by the creamy viscosity of the champagne cocktail. We also ordered two different reds: Cipriani's Vescovello and Lecinquevignes. We were very impressed with the three salads we started with: Beetroot with Asparagus and Goat cheese, Baby Artichoke with Avocado and shaved Parmigiana, and Maine lobster salad with string beans and cherry tomatoes. Because Dad loves spaghetti we decided to order the spaghetti with Bolognese sauce; be prepared for al dente noodles. The dish was flavorful but not his favorite. I ordered the pan seared scallops and found the sauce to be excellent along with the asparagus. we also ordered the YQ medium rare which was very delicious along with the broccolini, roasted potatoes, and carrots. The sides were truly as interesting and taste worthy as the main dishes. The salmon was exceptionally well prepared both in flavor and texture… As someone from the Pacific Northwest who is picky about Salmon and I had no complaints whatsoever. As if the meal itself was not delicious enough we were deeply delighted by the desserts that accompanied. On the recommendation of Myra we tried the vanilla meringue cake and could not have enjoyed the light and airy dessert more. for my father's birthday they offered chocolate ganache cake with a candle. We had some leftovers and they were packaged for us with exceptional care by Alberto who overheard us talking about how good the chocolate discs were and made sure we got a few extra which we found when we got home. Overall just an outstanding service experience we will definitely return here when we are back in Vegas next year. Thank you, Cipriani team for giving my elderly parents such thoughtful service and a memorable experience. One of the things I appreciated most were the beautiful table linens, actual linen, that was used for the table cloth and our napkins. There was a touch of elegance in these details that made it clear there was an old world understanding of fine dining at play. A last word on restroom for women; hosted by Betsy, she made sure that the line move smoothly and that we had towels ready to dry our hands the minute we were done. It felt like the old school Italian courtesy. Thank you.

Not worth the price

By Jacqueline J |

I was looking for a nice dinner. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. Service was suffocating so many people buzzing around as if they couldn't wait to turn your table. No relaxing meal. Vegas has gotten so expense and this restaurant shares in that category. $21 for a tomato salad that was bland and needed salt. No flavour in the tomotoes at all. Scallops were well cooked and not chewy but the sauce drowned them out, too much lemon and presentation was ok. For what this restaurant charges, I won't be going back, plus I want to relax over dinner not feel like I'm being pushed out the door.

Gone significantly downhill - Cost cutting rears its ugly head

By Stay63901420388 |

Visiting Cipriani had previously been a weekly tradition for us - but unfortunately, the restaurant has gone significantly downhill, and isn't worthy of the price. The Cipriani Pizza, once the finest I have ever experienced, has become painfully mediocre. All 4 were overcooked and cold, whilst it is clear they have cut the cost of ingredients significantly - the mozzarella was obviously frozen, and the sauce was tasteless. Definitely not worth the $180 we paid. We also found the service to be very cold, and unwelcoming. A drastic change from our previous experiences. Definitely not worth visiting - there's far better elsewhere.

Never again

By Vittorio V |

Terrible dinner, they should learn what tradition is. They do not know the difference between Italian dishes mixing up ingredients. They serve very expensive wine without using an appropriate wine glass but just a glass for water. Incredible. They justify themselves by saying this is the Cipriani style, but what style is it? Arrogant staff except for a few nice Italians. Never again

Extremely underwhemng

By Seasoned traveler |

One of the worst meals we’ve had in Las Vegas. Food was bland and presented poorly. Heirloom tomato salad was simply cut up tomatoes. Nor vinaigrette or dressing. Very few onions. Veal piccata had so much lemon juice it was overpowering. Rice pilaf was undercooked and had no seasoning or anything in it but rice. Mashed potatoes were bland. Spinach was promised and never brought out. Oil for bread was brought out 15 minutes after bread. In top restaurants, oil usually has some herbs in it. Not here. We felt very ripped off. Please stay away. There are too many expensive restaurants to waste Money on one you do not get a good meal at.

Disappointed about the service

By anasofiagarza |

Dinner was good, and the service as well. However, when we arrived, we had a reservation for 4 and they didn't let us enter even if the rest of the party was 2 min away. They told us to go the bar, the bar was full, or wait outside and there was no place to sit. All this in an arrogant tone. Regardless of the delicious food and recommendations, this experience made me get disappointed about the restaurant .

Nice but noisy

By Nick H |

We visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. It is in part of the Wynn hotel. An extensive menu with decent portions unlike some ‘fine dining’ establishments. The staff were really good, courteous and attentive at all times. I had Tuna tartare and my wife had cucumber and avocado salad followed by John Dory. The vegetables were fresh, the portions generous. The wine list was extensive although weighted towards the higher end in terms of price buy we had a nice Italian from the less expensive end of the list which was good. My only criticism would be in terms of noise levels. We were a couple so were sitting next to each other, we both felt that at times if we had been a four, or more, it would have been challenging to have a conversation across the table. I realise the design trend these days is towards hard surfaces but I do think that at times it is a case of ‘form over function’ and more effort should be made to get noise levels down as this can be off putting. This is why I give four, not five. Overall I would recommend the restaurant.

Ellegant dining worth the money

By ITCountM |

Renown restaurant with branch duplicates around the world. Top of the line dining and service. Full bar at entrance is classy, comfortable and well served. Bartenders are experienced pros. Large dining areas but easily accommodates large groups. Service of groups is excellent with multiple wait staff never missing a beat or an empty glass or dish. Food is the highest quality as is the service. Menu is a step above traditional in preparation and presentation. Wine list is extensive and varied.

DEFINITELY HAD BETTER

By mstratton222 |

We had a very rude waitress and pasta that was not cooked and had to be sent back only to come out again and was still really bland and inedible overall an extremely disappointing dinner after having had 2 amazing dinner at their New York restaurant.

Good meal. Great service.

By Gary F |

Was with a group of nine or ten for a business dinner. Had the veal, spaghetti side, a Caesar salad and it was good. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. Service was all around excellent. Would go back any time.

Cold food, expensive and rushed

By RaiDoc |

The Restaurant itself is classy and very reminiscent of one that would be found in Milan. The staff is efficient and the place is buzzing...and that's where the accolades end. That staff efficiency we found is geared to turning tables, to the point of rudeness as they whisk your plate away as you've taken the last mouthfull and immediately bring the next course. We ordered two pasta dishes and in their haste to serve each was delivered on cold plates, only to then receive the serving platter which had actually been hot. They simply didnt bother to do it properly. Also noone asked us how the food was nor said goodbye to us. BAD customer service and so transparent. Same deal with the wine and botted water...they kept pouring and pouring with the aim to bring more. Shame and greedy - as with more care the experience would have been excellent.

Always a high-end experience in every aspect

By Zoltan M |

I have dined at this restaurants many times over the years, both for professional functions and personally - this latest visit was a family lunch on Thanksgiving day. The family included my 2 young kids (2 and 6 years old), my wife, our live-in au pair, and my mother (6 in total). We made the reservation on OpenTable, we were asked to confirm via text 2 days prior, and we showed up just a couple of minutes prior to our reserved time. The receptionist greeted me by name, once we announced the time and number in our party, even though swapped my first for last (called me "Mr. Zoltan" - Zoltan is my first name) - which is of course not a big deal, happens all the time, and what is noted how we received personal attention (we weren't just another customer or number, but identified by our name), which is appreciated. We were seated in a very nice corner table that perfectly accommodated our family of 6. The service was personal, attentive, effective. The food was just outstanding. Some of the items included the cauliflower soup, the veal ragu, fried calamari as appetizers/first course, and the dover sole (see picture), lamb chops, chicken spezzatino (which is very similar to our Hungarian chicken paprikas), home-made pizza, and scallops - all superbly delicious. We also had a bottle of champagne and some house cab to drink, among other things. Pricing is appropriate for the level and quality.

Excellent Italian food.

By daveinkent44 |

Arrived here on a busy Friday evening. I recommend you book in advance. I really appreciated the team finding me a table after a short wait, as I had not booked. My starter of soft shell crab was beautifully presented. My main of Chilean sea bass was an absolute delight. Finished off with tiramisu. A lovely meal served by very friendly and attentive staff. Not cheap and a meal for myself with a bottle of wine came to $185. But if you want a high quality Italian meal with great service, I found it worth paying for.

Wonderful Italian restaurant

By rrogel |

What a great addition to Wynn's. Gorgeous decor, incredible service and delectable food. Our argument at the table was who got the best dish.

Very Disappointing

By miathecat |

After patronizing the other 5 start restaurants over the years at Wynn/Encore we were excited to try the relatively new Cipriani.located in the Wynn Plaza. What an over-all disappointment. While the nautical look was sleek and shiny, the tables are awkwardly placed and located far to close to the front entry. The food was mediocre at best. The baked eggplant parm was burned, bitter and slimy. Even the bread basket was so-so with gummy focaccia. On the other hand, the Chileaen sea bass was properly prepared. Service was uneven but the waiter did remove the inedible eggplant from the bill. If they are trying to replicate dining in Venice, they have missed the mark badly.

Better than Italy!!

By Donald H |

An absolutely wonderful luncheon at Cipriani in the Wynn shops. All Covid protocols are being enforced, making us feel very safe. Started our meal with Classic Bellinis and Zucchini frites. Our first courses were Broccoli soup, served piping hot and Shaved Fennel with Avocado and Parmigiano Reggiano. Main courses included homemade Baked Tagliolini with Ham and homemade Tagliardi with Veal Ragu. Perfect classic service with attention to every last detail. We highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

High hopes but a total disappointment!

By Michael S |

We ate at Cipriani in late December , when everything was busy. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and this was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. The food was fairly good but not exceptional. Noise level was fairly high but perhaps not unexpected. And it was of course expensive for what we received, but hey, it's Vegas. The reason for our two -star review was the service. We had hoped for a leisurely dinner, where we could savor the cuisine and enjoy one another's company. Unfortunately, the service was hyper-efficient, and I mean that in a bad way. Drinks came within 2-3 minutes, followed by a quick succession of courses. They almost threw thew the plates at us, and the waiters' motions were so rapid that it was anxiety provoking. The goal seemed to be to turn over tables as quickly as possible, and they were successful in getting us out in 1 hr, including the dessert course. I would also note that we were served by multiple waitstaff, and no one waiter ever introduced him or herself to us. Not what anyone should want for a $300+ dinner. Also, as an FYI, if you are not one of the beautiful people, expect to be seated in the back room versus the front area. We will not be back.

I LOVE it

By MMM |

I must confess I am a cipriani fan However I wasn’t sure if it would work in Vegas It does The team are the best of the best - every single one Food is very good and the surroundings just perfect Go and enjoy

Totally authentic Cipriani…excellent

By BarryAscot |

Absolutely superb. Not all well-known restaurants travel well. Giuseppe and Arrigo Cipriani’s dynastic restaurants, evolving since the 1930’s and which my family have enjoyed for many years, travels extremely well. We had the pleasure of chatting to Arrigo five months ago when we were in Venice as he is almost always at Harry’s Bar at lunchtime. A legendary restaurant from a legendary restauranteur. It is fairly expensive but these days, so are just about all decent Las Vegas restaurants. A Bellini at Cipriani is the original and nobody does it better. Cipriani offers tremendous consistency, no matter which branch you go to around the world. That is an amazing achievement. We often visit their Cip’s branch in Mayfair London which is equally consistent.

Good food, great service, a bit of an odd setup.

By Hoax_ok |

Our food was very good and we enjoyed our wait staff as they were very helpful and friendly. On the negative side the restraunt is located in new section of Wynn Plaza shops with shoppers walking by. THe table are a bit small and ours was located in the middle of twon walkways and we therefore felt a bit cramped for a nice dinner.

Fabulous Dinner for 2 at Cipriani

By Jennifer P |

My husband and I recently had dinner at Cipriani at the Wynn Las Vegas. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. We were really impressed with the quality of the ingredients and we had recently went to Italy only a few months before. Definitely not to be missed!!

So disappointing on many levels.

By Linda B |

Do yourself a favor and skip this establishment, as they really don’t seem to care about their customers. Our trip to Vegas, was our first International trip and vacation in 19 months due to Covid. To say that we were looking forward to a week of pampering and fine dining is an understatement. We made a reservation and were very excited about our dinner at Cipriani’s. So we dressed up, myself in a dress and my husband with jacket. However things went downhill very quickly. We were seated near a VERY loud group which was disrupting the whole restaurant….to be fair the manager did told them twice to bring their tone down. Our server treated us like we were really bothering him. He was dismissive, unhelpful and had a real attitude of carelessness. Things such as, water, and bread were pretty much thrown on our table without care and attention. We asked for the description of the Sole dish and his response made me feel like it was a stupid question. My husband ordered the Veal Lemone, which came with a side dish of tasteless and barely cooked rice. We asked for a side of pasta, and our waiter said impossible, we cannot do that, we had to order a full pasta dish instead, and walks away as we were again bugging him. I felt that the restaurant could have tried to accommodate this small request, but we got a hard NO. The manager came to our table, he was professional and willing to listen to our comments, and we told him that his waiter could learn from him some manners. At that point we just wanted to get out of there, so we did after paying a bill of $330 USD, for one shared appetizer, 2 main course and one bottle of the cheapest Bordeaux we could find on their list at $110. We will never returned to Cipriani and cannot recommend this establishment. As they don’t seem to care for their patrons, unwilling to accommodate small requests, and the staff was truly annoyed by our presence.

Impossible not to try it! You eat like in Italy

By Marco Bognanni |

Cipriani at Wynn Las Vegas offers an elegant and refined experience. The environment recalls the nautical style, with polished wood details and chrome accents, creating a sophisticated but welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers classic dishes of Italian cuisine, and being Italian I can confirm that the dishes are cooked very well and seems to be in Italy. Portions are large and flavors authentic. The service is attentive and professional, helping to make dinner enjoyable. All waiters are professional and work at their best. Prices are in line with the Wynn’s luxurious ambience, but the overall experience justifies the expense. Recommended for those looking for a quality Italian dinner in an elegant setting. The directors Davide and Roberto are extraordinary, impeccable and elegant professionals. Attention to detail, discreet but constant attendance, and the ability to make every customer feel at the center. It is rare to find such a professional and humane service at the same time. Sincere congratulations. Reservations are recommended.

Bad Customer Service at Cipriani Las Vegas

By Polyh18 |

Had a booking for 11 people at Cipriani Restaurant Las Vegas. The customer service from the restaurant managers was appalling. We were informed that no shorts were allowed (and the children of our group wore shorts). We respected that of course and sent our children to change. While waiting, the ladies of the group asked to be seated at the table and the restaurant manager, with an attitude and an arrogant style, said NO: you should wait to stand at the lobby until everybody from the group is here to be seated. When we protested that this made no sense (to have two ladies wait to stand at the lobby while we could see that our table for 11 was ready – 10 feet away!) the restaurant manager, again with an arrogant and certainly unfriendly attitude insisted and refused to allow them to sit. He even got angry, became rude and had an attitude. He backed down only after we said that we shall report this in our reviews. They never apologized, even though they saw we were frustrated, never came to talk to us during our dinner, never asked if our dinner was nice! Waiters of course were fantastic and friendly, but the “restaurant bosses” obviously just wanted to “tick the box” and consider that in Las Vegas no Cipriani repeater customers would show up. They just did not care. We have been to Cipriani restaurants in various locations, and always had amazing food and customer experience. It is a shame that customer service from the restaurant managers at Cipriani Las Vegas does not adhere to these high standards!

1-Star Review for Cipriani Las Vegas

By Oleksii K |

I have visited Cipriani restaurants six times—twice in Los Angeles and four times in Las Vegas. But today’s experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, I informed the hostess—a young woman—that we came for coffee and our usual dessert, the meringue cake that we always order. She seated us without any issues. However, after we placed our order with the waiter, he went to check with the administrator. Shortly after, the administrator returned and told us that we could not stay because this is a restaurant, and it is “not accepted” here to order just coffee and dessert. He insisted that we either order from the full menu or move to the bar. Since the bar had no available seating, I asked him what we should do in this situation, as we were a group of four and had nowhere to sit. His response was simply, “I don’t know,” after which he suggested that we leave the restaurant. When I asked for his name, he refused to introduce himself. I then asked how it was possible that in all my previous visits—including when my wife and I dined here in Las Vegas, ordering only coffee and dessert—there were no issues. Again, he replied, “I don’t know,” and nothing changed. Seeing how unreasonable this situation was, I took a photo of the administrator to document the experience and attach it to this review as proof. To make matters worse, he then went over to a security guard and told him to “handle” us. However, after I explained the situation, the security guard took our side and had no complaints against us whatsoever. I am attaching a photo of the administrator as confirmation of how poorly guests are treated at this establishment. One star for the way customers are handled. I urge the management to take note of this situation and respond accordingly. Given this experience, I have no intention of returning anytime soon. Thank you.

Wine served in a glass of water. Ridiculous!!!

By Priscila C |

I thought it was absurd to come to a restaurant of this level and drink wine in a glass of water. Don't come, they serve wine that way. Horrible. I never went through that.

Oh those beautiful bathrooms

By Robert R |

Had a very nice dinner there. The service was exquisite. We saw a couple who wanted to sit next to a window at a table for six and the staff cheerfully accommodated their selfish request. Bread and Stella D’oro tasting breadsticks were yummy. Eggplant parm was fresh but greasy. We had a veal dish - pounded nice and thin but way way abnormally salty. Fresh spaghetti with sea bass was very good but also a little bit greasy. Main portions were large. Oh those bathrooms though. Go there just to see them! Private “stall” rooms and a choice of paper towels or linen is really very nice. The place is beautiful with large comfy chairs and spaced nicely. Enjoy a luxury meal there.

Classy Italian with very good food

By Mike C |

This is located in the Wynn in the Wynn Plaza Shops. There are two sets of shops and this one is at the far end of the Wynn as you walk from the main area of the Strip. To the left as you are looking at the Wynn from the Strip. It is much quicker to get there through the entrance to the shops rather than through the Wynn itself. Both the food and service were excellent, however, they just need to slow it down. It was lunchtime and not at all full and there is absolutely no reason to get food out at this speed. Our mains turned up before they had cleared away our starters and they had to rush to get the silverware on the table. I note this comment on other reports and they really need to do something about it as it can spoil what is an excellent place. It is very much not the Italian way of eating! I should have remembered the comments and asked them to make sure there was a gap of at least 5 minutes between clearing one course and the next arriving. That apart, the staff, all Italian, were very good. Smartly dressed just like you would find in the better restaurants in Italy. As for the food, it was really good. We both had the lobster starter, which was very tasty. I then had the sea bass, again very good. My partner had the short rib, again very good. The one issue with the food was there was a distinct lack of vegetables, pretty much none, on the plate and there were no sides on the menu to order either. This is another failure in my view as the customer, like us, presumes that the plate will come with vegetables if there is none on the menu as sides. We noted that another table, who had obviously been here before, had ordered a side of vegetables. I finished off with a very nice lemon sorbet. I think this has every reason to be a top class place to eat in Vegas but the rushed food and lack of vegetables just lets it down; very silly as it has so much going for it. That said we really enjoyed our lunch.

Aloof feeling....not friendly at all.

Pretty decor, port hole windows with water splashing it was a nice touch. Bar is too high. Barstools are too short and backless and round design is not comfortable at all. There is no legroom...food was ok. Chicken salad - good. Won't return

Cipriani Las Vegas was once a fave of this local.

By VegasRoadTripper |

As Las Vegas locals, we enjoyed many wonderful experiences at Cipriani over the course of several months -- including impromptu Sunday afternoon drop-ins to the bar for the perfect Montgomery, as well as birthday dinners or just a weekend night out. The table and bar service was great and the hospitality usually impeccable. (For those who complain that Cipriani doesn't serve garlic or is "overpriced" -- this review isn't for you. If one doesn't appreciate the legend of Harry's Bar and what it means to try to recreate a phenomenon in multiple locations around the world, Cipriani probably isn't for you, either.) Suffice it to say, we enjoyed and understood what we were getting into at what became our last visit, in Spring 2022. We had booked a late lunch on a spring Sunday, and took our time getting ready for what was to be our first stop on an afternoon and evening of high-class fun. As it was 100+ degrees outside, the ladies wore lovely sundresses and heels, and the gent wore a classic blue sport coat, a baby blue button down, matching shorts with leather lace ups -- essentially a trendy shorts suit, a perfect complement to the ladies, and very well presenting. Having visited before multiple times and seen some of the outfits at dinner (jeans on men, athleisure wear and athletic shoes on women), none of us gave a second thought to our attire. We often dine high-end in Las Vegas, and while some feel it's AOK to dress very casually, this has never been our vibe. Unfortunately, our late afternoon reservation (booked months in advance, and one which we were very looking forward to), was not honored, specifically because of my shorts. When one makes a reservation, we were told, it specifically states that shorts are not permitted at dinner. As someone who considers "dinner" to be 5pm and who would never wear jeans to a place like Cipriani, I was shocked -- not just by the fact that we were being turned away, but also by the fact that the Cipriani representative we interacted with took no small amount of pleasure in telling us no, we would not be seated. We tried explaining that we had enjoyed Cipriani multiple times, and considering what we had seen during those visits -- and frankly, glancing around at the attire present in the restaurant at that moment -- we couldn't believe our reservation would not be honored. Now some of you, including Cipriani management, may think, Hey, it's their restaurant, and they make the rules. I wholeheartedly agree. What I do not agree with is joyfully turning away repeat-visit locals without even making an effort to diffuse a terribly uncomfortable situation, and taking pleasure in doing so (is there an Italian equivalent of schadenfreude?) It could have been simple. "Please, ladies and gentleman, come visit us during the hours of xx-xx as you are, and you will surely be welcomed and among the best dressed patrons. I will happily make your reservation right now, with my apologies." Instead it was painful, embarrassing, and uncomfortable. And we have not been back, despite living five minutes away and frequenting the Wynn. Offering an exceptional hospitality experience in a gorgeous environment takes effort; deliberately treating patrons poorly takes more. Offering a "3" rating as all visits prior to this were wonderful.

Meh…pretentious/overrated bougie place

By FDCTravel |

I know this will offend some die-hard Cipriani fans, but this place is mediocre at BEST. The environment at this location is also just strange. You take two steps into the restaurant and you’re already standing directly in front of the first table eating their dinner (which btw is also where we ended up being seated). To me, when you have a 5-star restaurant, enforce a dress code and expect people to drop $400+ on a meal, you should not have tables literally less than 10ft from the wide open double-door of your restaurant. The restaurant enforces a business casual dress code (as per their own rules), yet half the people in there dressed like disheveled homeless people (dirty sneakers, ripped jeans, oversized flannel shirts, messy hair), while the other half were dressed up (heels, sequins, super groomed). It was just really strange. There was also a girl who came in wearing a Lululemon type outfit with messy hair and no makeup as if she just came from a workout. They shouldn’t force people to dress up in their dress code and then just let other people walk in dressed like riff-raff. PROS - Good drinks (yet small in size) - Comfortable chairs - Good Ragu Pasta CONS Considering how ‘upscale’ this place claims to be, the service was beyond mediocre. I’ve had more attentive servers at North Italia or PF Changs. Sometimes they’d let our (empty) plates sit at our table forever and they didn’t come by often to check on us The entrance of the restaurant is SUPER uninviting. They have the hostess stand shafted in the corner, so literally over 50% of people who come in just stand in front of your table staring at you trying to figure out how and where to check in. The shrimp tempura is bitter and gross. If you told me it was a $4 meal from a fast food place I might have given it a pass…barely. Huge regret. Don’t order it. Desserts are basic and bland. Also, we asked for a dessert menu and they said they don’t have one. We had to sit and listen to the server quickly list out all the deserts from his memory. Why not just have a menu where we can review and take our time deciding instead of pressuring us in real-time? Baked White Tagliolini is bland and after 2 bites you’re over it. I mentioned the chairs were comfortable as a ‘pro’, but a con is that the table itself is super low, making you feel like you’re an overgrown child. From ALL the restaurants we’ve eaten at on the strip (mid to upscale..and we go out A LOT), this place would be #1 for most cold and unfriendly/pretentious service..which is completely unwarranted given how mediocre everything is. At many points we watched the servers just congregate in a group like a high school clique (like 5-6 servers) standing directly in front of our table (since the table was at the entrance to the restaurant). You’d think with that many servers nearby just talking, that they’d think to look at our table and move the empty plates. Negative Dress code. I don’t care for a strict code and actually prefer places that don’t have one…but this place mentions ladies must wear ‘dressy attire’ so I guess Alo Yoga and Lululemon have a new dressy attire line we all don’t know about yet Would we come back? Doubt it. The Veal ragu pasta was good to be honest, but that alone can’t save all the other flaws this place has. If you’re staying at the Wynn and want something easy to access, then I guess you can try it. Don’t bother dressing up for this place unless you already have plans to go out right after. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here and personally, you’d have a better time at a lot of other restaurants.

Very odd

By Louis M |

Although the food was delicious, and the service impeccable, the whole experience was very odd. The Cipriani is set among the luxury shops, in the corridor between the Wynn and the Encore towers, and we did not like watching the shoppers passing by outside. However the main issue was the service. Everything arrived so quickly we didn’t have time to savor the experience, and were out in 45 minutes. We asked about the wine list, and were directed to the menu which had half a dozen mostly inexpensive wines by the glass. No mention of any bottles, or sight of a proper wine list, which was odd as they advertise their “vast wine selection at the stunning bar”. We started with the Baby Artichokes and the Bresaolo Della Valtellian (thinly sliced air dried salted beef with parmesan cheese), followed by Calf’s Liver alla Veneziana with fried polenta, which was possibly the best dish we had on this trip. We then ordered pana cotta for dessert, and they brought the wrong thing. There was shrug and a laugh, and no offer to take it off the bill. Service superb, but weird.

Shocking

By WeirdFish63 |

A lasagne substitute was indible. An unknown, perfumed meat that even the server was unable to specify. The spaghetti lobster was stone cold by the time I got halway though. On the previous 4 days of dining within the Wynn/Encore complex, we charged everything to our room without any fuss. Nice serving staff, except for the manager, who demanded photo i.d as I wished to charge the meal to my Wynn room. This "restaurant policy" was not advised to us during the booking process or until the end. This manager was incredibly rude and seemed to revel in embarrassing us. He held my wife hostage, as I traipsed back to the hotel room to collect proof of my i.d. On my return, I paid cash and the only tip that I was prepared to submit was "be kind to your mother", as this abhorrent man was clearly unable and/or unwilling to be nice or even civil to clients. This totally ruined our evening. Avoid this place.

Great lunch

By bethab54 |

Went for lunch, $39 for appetizer, meal, and dessert. Very good experience, meal was very good, service was excellent!! Will definitely go back the next visit to Vegas. Menu changes daily. Vanilla meringue cake was fabulous! Pecan pie had a generous amount of pecans.

Watch out for tips and water bottles!

By Ingrid M |

We had eaten very well, the service is good apart from the fact that they serve us water bottles non-stop,. They charged us 10 bottles of water ($120 without taxes) while at the base we asked for 3... In addition we were mistaken we were missing 15$ for the tip (they had charged us 20$) the manager of the restaurant transformed, farewell the class and smiles.. it looked like we were thieves!!! What a shame to treat customers like this!! We had a bill for $900, the manager spoke badly to us ..and wanted to kick us out of the restaurant saying go to the next one showing us the door! This is unacceptable.

Unacceptable Behavior from Cipriani Manager

By Nadia R |

I was at Cipriani when it was nearly empty. As the caretaker of young children, I found Roberto Cavallero, the manager, to be incredibly rude. If he had an issue with our presence, he shouldn't have seated us in the first place. His behavior does not reflect well on Cipriani.

Great Italian Spot

By Wiscyken |

Had a wonderful dinner with six. Great waiter who suggested wonderful appetizers for the group to share. Very good wine list. Had lamb chops for main course and they were wonderful. The house made gelato was fantastic. Very pricey. Dinner and drinks for 6 was over $1900

Meh, nostalgia but not worth it

By Ker B |

Mediocre at best. Weak by-the-glass wine list, mediocre bottle list (it’s Vegas and you have not much to offer), usual Cipriani food… Starters OK, but hard to mess up burrata, vegetables, fish. Fish, cooked ok but at $200, I’d expect table-side and something else besides 8 think potato slices. Dessert a major disappointment. Stand-out was pasta. Service weak, server left and suddenly there was someone else. Go elsewhere.

One of my top 10… best gastronomic experiences I’ve ever had in my life. A great host at the entrance & my maestro barman gave me a great adventure of new tastes of cocktails 🍸 100% original italian recipes and an atmosphere you won’t forget… ever! Bravísimo, Cipriani!!!

Wow what a great place for dinner! Food was great, I had the lamb which was perfectly cooked. Best part was the service. Lauren was SO friendly and attentive. We barely looked her direction and she came straight over and asked if we needed anything. Wow!

Don't waste your money!

By Tony Kavak |

Never ever again! The pasta dishes, this is where an Italian restaurant should excel. Well, the mushroom cheese ravioli were not quite al dente and were rather tasteless. They blew it again on our main courses as the branzino and langoustines had none of those elements. The branzino was, tasteless, maybe not the freshest and basically, I would not have been satisfied if I received this dish on a cruise ship. Have had better pasta at Italian chain restaurant! Bad food! Bad service! Bad experince!

BEST VEGAS NEW YEARS EVE MEAL EVER!!!!!

By Brian C |

It's been our tradition to spend New Years Eve in Vegas for many years now. We always book a nice restaurant for a New Years Eve dinner and end up paying a ton for a set menu that generally does not live up to expectations. This was NOT the case with Cipriani. What an incredible experience!! It all starts with the hospitality. The General Manager, Florian Etienne, has done an incredible job setting a high standard for his team. You could clearly see his classic hospitality training on display. Every guest facing movement was impeccable. We had a lovely server, Lauren, who made the evening that much more special. Unlike some holiday set menus where Chefs make the mistake of trying to get too fancy and experimental, Cipriani kept it simple, classic, luscious and elegant. Every bite was pure magic. I loved their take on a classic Crab Louie, with a nice lobster replacement. The tagliatelle with veal bolognese was excellent. I followed that up with a lovely sole dish, in a decadent hollandaise sauce, slightly crisped before serving. Dessert was the signature vanilla gelato and lemon meringue cake. Again,....I've had many many New Years dining experiences and nothing has come remotely close to the superior experience I had at Cipriani.

The food is great the cost was high

Spoiled and we loved it

By lovept |

We knew the brand Cipriani from being in NY and dining there, but this was a treat. Our friends told us about it and I am thankful. Service which was comprised by several servers was top notch. The Bellini was fantastic, a great recommendation. We had pasta and it comes in the hot dish then served onto the plate. Love that idea. The decor is top notch, in a quiet area of the Encore. Expensive but well worth it.

Few bumps but quality food

By pcryan5 |

Cipriani - a new kid on the block - is ... a paradox? The room is bright and tastefully laid out. The menu is solid without being oversized crazy. Excellent wine list. We had a couple of appetizers, some pasta, Chilean Sea Bass and Branzino. Everything was excellent. The challenge was the overbearing service. The staff are delightful but there are too many of them circling your table endlessly throughout the meal or standing in pairs 8 feet to your left AND to your right. Cipriani - you need to find a balance here. I also was not impressed with their silly choice of glassware. Cocktails are served in small shot glass style glasses. Wine is a squat stemless glass. Your drinks and wine are excellent Cipriani - lets serve them in adult size glassware. So Cipriani is a mixed bag. Bottom line however - food is excellent - prices are reasonable and we will be back.

Far below expectations

By DrJohn |

Given the number of choices for dining in Las Vegas, I expected Cipriani to be among the best in town. I also expected that a $35 plate of pasta would be exceptional. I ordered the tagliatelle pomodoro, which was served with small chunks of gorgonzola and small grape tomatoes. My wife had the ravioli, which was tasty, but an incredibly small portion considering the price. Perhaps my expectations were too high, having grown up in an Italian household as well as visiting Italy a couple times. We had hoped that a meal at Cipriani would be a pleasant way to end our brief stay at the Wynn, but were very disappointed.

One hour wait time with reservations

By RickyHecker |

Even though we had reservations our waiting time was one hour, one hour spent standing outside the restaurant, totally unacceptable. Once inside the service was very good however the food was average, definitely not worth the waiting, definitely not the best Cipriani

Wow, very disappointing.....

By MaryAnn59 |

While this place has a beautiful decor, the food is seriously under par for the extravagant prices they are charging. We had a 4 p.m. reservation, and immediately asked about the prix fix special on the menu but were told that it had been "retired" already. The menu said it was until 4 p.m. and we were seated at 4 p.m. Whatever, we tried some other dishes and were so underwhelmed. The eggplant was burned and dry, hardly any sauce or cheese on it. Pasta with fish was swimming in oil and butter, totally tasteless. So sad as we had really looked forward to it.

Brunch

By Rmirrer |

Had a great brunch with my wife. The atmosphere feels like the upper east side of Manhattan. Leather and wood on the tables and chairs. The manager came offer to the host stand and brought us to our table. Very friend and attentive server. High recommend the scallop entree. You can see the attention to detail on the plates and in the service. Hats of to the management team and the kitchen crew.

An Italian Gem in the Wynn

By TravelingElbys |

The service was phenomenal, the menu expansive, and the food quality was excellent. To top it off, the price was no higher than the run-of-the-mill restaurants in Wynn, Venetian, and other top casinos. David, the manager, was accommodating and truly cares about your experience.

Out of this world Italian

By Brian C |

This beautiful new restaurant in the new Wynn shops will blow you away. They designed it to feel like an amazing lounge on a cruise liner so the visuals are a feast, wherever you look. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a great experience. They take great care to pay very close attention to every detail. The food here is stellar. Its Italian with a focus on premium ingredients and a fresh spin on traditional dishes. The bar is amazing. IF you can dream it, this talented bar staff will make it happen. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be back for New Years Eve as I'm sure they do a great job with a set menu. Its great for lunch or dinner. Class it up and dress for this spot. You will feel great.

Primo!

By Conseiller99 |

Cipriani is fabulous. One of our two favorites in Vegas. We have visited a number of times, and have never been disappointed. Top notch food and excellent amiable service. True pros. Great vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce…classic!); and wonderful pastas….the gorgonzola ricotta gnocchi were so light and delicious, it was truly memorable. Nice wine list served by pros. Great ambiance. A must in Vegas….in the Wynn.

Excellent Italian cuisine

By RichardGibbs |

We went on the recommendation of our friend (I'm proud to say) Kerry Clasby, professionally known as the Intuitive Forager. She provides the very best organic produce to chefs in the know in Vegas and beyond. If she says the food is good, I know it to be true. Cipriani was no exception to the Clasby Rule:)

Highly professional team, great food!

Thank you for a really nice experience. We all really enjoyed the food and beautiful interior, but the real experience was the wonderful team and the smiles you all showed us. From the greeting at the entrance to the waiters. Very professional and warm, friendly staff. Thank you.

Probably the worst dining experience of all my years in LV. If it was just me..I’d say maybe it’s just me..but 4 grown men who have traveled the world and dine in Michelin star restaurants would nor have returned their main courses unless it was inedible. Service was presented by a gentleman who was so up-offering the menu at every turn. Waste of my time… Up to you

Very good, will be back

Went to lunch with a group of 10 friends, who meet monthly. I chose to try the prix fixe which was delicious and a good value. The atmosphere is lovely, but perhaps best of all is a noise level which allows for conversation at the table.

One of the best !

By frank |

My wife and I,while staying at the Encore, decided to try Cipriani, which is next door at the Wynn, we were not disappointed. From the time that we arrived, everything from then on, was first class. The service, and especially the food, were the best that we experienced in Las Vegas. This is a hard reservation to get in New York, with food this good, I can see why !

Maybe just go to the stylish bar - food not great

By checkpointcheryl |

The decor and vibe are pleasant and, as the restaurant is located in the upscale shopping area of the Wynn/Encore complex, it's a relatively calm and quiet space. The service is good with that Italian-waiter style. The food, sadly, is a disappointment. Early evening and they already did not have our first two (not seasonal, quite standard) pasta choices. The asparagus risotto was soupy and extremely greasy, could not eat more than a few spoonfuls. Eggplant parmigiana - we've had better from the supermarket freezer section. But whatever you do, don't let them talk you into the meringue. Just go home and spoon yourself 10,000 calories directly from your sugar bowl. I mean, sometimes a dessert is so good that it's worth it. This one is literally just like eating straight out sugar.

Not to miss!!!

By Lets Go!! |

Fantastic experience at Cipriani's! Our dinner was excellent!! We could not have asked for a better experience not only the wonderful food but the service was outstanding!! And yes, we did pay the $23.00 for the vanilla ice cream! It seemed appropriate at the time and we are very happy we did it!! Be sure to make reservations and make this a restaurant to not miss!!! This was one of the top 2 best restaurants of all the dining experiences we had in Vegas.

Overpriced

By gd2go00 |

Good service but they do not know how to cook pasta. Their “specialty” pasta was tough and flavorless. Bog attitude from chefs too. My daughter ordered butter pasta and we sent it back for how uncooked it was. The waiter defended the cooks on the basis “they are Italian.” I’ve been to Italy. This is not anything close to a true Italian restaurant. Very expensive and poor tasting good. Sorry.

Shocking!!

By bax52 |

Absolutely dreadful. Had a special anniversary dinner booked here at 9pm on a Saturday night. Excited as we received comms before hand saying to arrive promptly and a dress code would be in place. We like that, so looking forward to it. Arrived to a car crash. About 30 people outside waiting for tables, and asked to wait at the bar while they got our table ready. No seats as loads waiting there too, so stood for 25 minutes. Asked Maitre’ D what was going on and says we are still working on your table . I had to insist on a wait time to be told “well over an hour from now”. What a shambles and appalling way to run a supposedly high end venue. An embarrassment to the Wynn and I’d never return here.

Disappointing

By AT1 |

Overall, the visit was a disappointment! Cafeteria quality food at high prices - absolutely nothing special. The wine list is disappointing- any wine of decent quality very highly priced. The ambiance and the service was decent; the chairs are comfortable! Wynn / Encore needs a good Italian restaurant but this is NOT it!!

Loved the experience!

By diningprincess |

The Bellini was great. Loved the sauce. Service was excellent. Enjoyed the calamari and procuitto pizza. Tiramisu was enjoyable. Lots of beautiful people the night we visited. Server was from Italy.

Very disappointed given prices and expectations. Some hits but mostly misses.

By seattletraveler7 |

This would probably be two or three stars for a “standard” restaurant, but given the prices and expectations of this establishment, we very disappointed in most of the bland, vision-lacking food that can only rate one. Our waiter and service were good, but some of the explanations about issues made little sense. Martini was served in a near shot glass with little room for more than a single olive. “We are creating an old ocean liner environment so use these retro style glasses” Huh? …and don’t get us started on the water glasses for wine. Menu was tiny with crammed very fine print, little explanation and odd layout as to what was what. Endive salad was near inedible. Steak tartar looked like a thawed hamburger patty ready for the summer barbecue grill and tasted about the same with a spritz of olive oil on it. Expected chopped filet with a potpourri of textures and flavors but nothing. Most entrees were just okay given the price but could use a rethink. Nice surprise was the gnocchi which had excellent flavor, however we learned its “secret” was lack of potato in the recipe. Isn’t that what gnocchi is in its definition? Owners need to do a bit of an overhaul on the menu and invest in some stemware options and larger menu fonts to justify the prices they are asking.

Great service, average food

We’ve visited Cipriani multiple times in different cities and were excited to try out the Vegas restaurant. Sadly, we left disappointed in the quality of the food. The meals were bland and not up to high quality Italian expectations. In addition, the ambiance of the restaurant is lacking. It is located in the middle of the mall, they did very little inside to mask the fact that we were eating in a shopping center. Our one bright spot was the service, we had great service during our meal. If you want authentic Italian, there are better options in Vegas.

Really good food.

My husband and I went here and really loved the food. I had the spinach salad and he enjoyed the buffalo mozzarella and tomato,it was delicious. The main coarse was homemade spinach stuffed ravioli and my husband had the rigatoni with bolognese sauce. I finished everything (which is very unusual)and then I even enjoyed helping him finish his main coarse, that's how good it was! Dessert was vanilla gelato, creamy and a lot to share, don't miss it! The decor felt like a cruse ship and I have to say the chairs are kinda weird, small and low to the ground so if you're tall your knees will hit the table.

Yes - it’s the real deal-! - Just can’t get any better! Pizza - wow, with char and flavor - came out smoking’!!!! Delicious!!!! Veal - maybe best ever - tender “filet” - and the taste!!!! Bread - oh stop … I mean, we could not stop! The drinks - legends! Ok … maybe a little more “dress” on the tomato onion app … gelato, a BIG ONE - and a great one! … Dinner was absolutely perfect and the people and the service were a 100+ on a 10-scale. What a wonderful world and soooooo excited to see you soon in Be early Hills!!!!

Must Visit in Vegas!

The only thing I can really say about Cipriani at the Wynn is you need to go there. Dinner started with one of the best martinis I have ever had while the kids enjoyed some top notch Virgin Bellinis. The salads we ordered were delicious and the bolognese could have fed a small army. The salmon was equally as large and delicious.  And finally, the service was unbelievable.  Just go there!
